Territory needs and say I'm here bringing you guys my top 10 travel life hack

If you've been subscribed here for a little over a year then you might remember that sometime last summer

I did another travel life hacks video. Those are good

You know but these are better for sure I will have that one link to the description box if you want to get some more

life hacks after this video

I am so so excited to be sharing with you guys some more of my top travel tips

You follow me on Instagram if you're subscribed over my blog channel

Then you probably know I've been just like bouncing around all over

I mean literally all over the whole world for the past several months now

You guys see this I've just gotten a los angeles where I'm living for a month, and that's why over there

I counted it up yesterday

It will be my 20th flight in the past like three months

So I've been on the lot of flights been on a lot of trips and I feel like therefore

I have a lot of tips and that was not

Arrived and I hate what it is. All my grease logs are now up over my blog channel

So make sure you go check that out. See what I was doing every single day in Greece

I've blogged from South Carolina going to cali blogged so many blogs

So make sure you're watching over there, so I just hope that this will be helpful since it is summertime

I saw this was good timing

We may come is below letting me know where you guys have already been this summer, or where you're going?

And if you don't have any plans let me know what your dream travel destination would be also as a side note like looking at

myself in the Viewfinder

I don't pan. I don't know if I look tan you can let me know

I probably don't but like I feel tan for the first time and

approximately like four years all right enough of an intro like I number one I

Highly Highly Highly

Recommend getting TSa precheck for some reason you're unfamiliar with TSA precheck

it's basically just where you go you have to like go to the airport and they like screen you and fingerprint you and whatever so

If you killed somebody don't do this it cost eighty five dollars and it lasts for five years and basically it allows you to

Go in a shorter security line at every airport you don't take out your laptop

You don't take out your liquids you want to take off your jacket or your shoes?

And you just like fly through security I found it to be

So helpful for time saving especially since I travel a lot so that now I don't have to get to the airport like two hours

in Advance if I know the airport like if it's my local airport

And I know what to expect

I will get there like thirty minutes before my flight leaves and just like zip through TSA precheck. I don't necessarily recommend that

But it's worked out fine for me so so when you do the math on TSA precheck it comes down to Seventeen dollars a year

Which is like the same cost as like an early bird Check-in one for one Southwest Airlines flight

You know if you'd like tomorrow once a year

I think it's worth it right now number two this entertain to international travel specifically as well

so in other words in a second just because

I just got back from my first time going to Europe

I've already been getting so many questions about the travel company that I toured with whenever I went to greece you guys

I'm assuming me on Instagram. I've been getting comments over my vlogs channel

I've had it links in all of those logs, and it'll also be links below here to the exact trip

I went on with a company called ef college break to be clear my tip here is to travel if you're going to Europe to

Travel with a travel company specifically to travel with ef college break if you're between the ages of 18 and 28 a little background on

Them you travel wherever you're going in a group of I would guess mine was probably like 30 people

Some are college students somewhere recently out of college some are up to 28

Especially after now having been there and seeing exactly what everything is like I cannot imagine going to greece like all my own or with

My friends or like trying to figure out the logistics of getting around the greek islands

So I am so so so glad I went on this trip with them. Specifically, basically we flew in Athens

We hopped around all the islands for 17 days ended up back in athens and flew back out

I'm also going to insert a little bit of quick fun footage here, and why I consider this to be a travel

I pack is because of the convenience of traveling with them. I didn't book my flight

I never had to go buy a metro ticket. I never bought a ferry ticket picked that up. I never liked you

We literally just like we're told where to be and showed up and everything was already established

I was so convenient like I you just follow your tour director, basically all your hotels are worked out

You just show up

It was super nice because we had free day

So we could do whatever we wanted we had days where?

excursions were planned and

At any time if you didn't want to go on the excursion you didn't have to they're a bunch of optional things like oh

And all these different beaches we had an optional spot a we had an optional wine-tasting day

I feel like if I went to greece. I myself I wouldn't know like what to do

I just be like wandering around kind of so super nice bizarre tori Id adam used to live in Greece

he spoke Greek kids from England but

You know all the good restaurants new directions to everywhere know where to get your taxi everywhere the traveling even college berg was so great

Because I did not do a second of research about things to do increase

I just showed up, and I feel like I literally saw it all

It's just really fun having a huge group of people who are all your age who you?

strangely by the end of the trip has become like

Incredible friends with they're not just saying that like literally two of them before we even less greece booked flights to visit me in La

At the end of july. I'm talking about long time

It's because like I'm actually just still so excited, and I've been like looking up there strips to go on with college break

I'm reloading on Spain probably go back to Europe

I would 100%

use this company like I am not just saying that I like it like I truly love the company imma move on but

Imma say that I really recommend it specifically go to greece. Oh my gosh

It was so much fun like that was the trip of a lifetime, and I'm talking about some really excited

And I'm gonna move on so if you are interested in taking a trip with ef college break

I'm going to have a code in the description box

I believe it is more than 100 you will save $100 on your trip and you gonna have a great time

I don't number three is to google your flight number whenever like I do. It's like good morning

I'm before I get to the airport just google like Delta flight zero seven two three you guys know the point number

But you just type in whatever your flight number is and then it will pull up its status like if it's late

And it's on-time, whatever whatever

But most importantly in why I do this is because it will show the gate number that your fly is at and this is super

Helpful Because I know sometimes when I download my mobile boarding pass it still doesn't show the gay or the terminal and I'm like rolling up

To the airport at my uber, and I need to tell them at terminal to drop me off

You know even when being in the airport?

I check it like religiously

Just making sure my flights still a back gate and excited to be a much simpler and more

Expedited process to see where you're supposed to be going because I don't know. What gate. I don't know like

How much fun is looking at the like Gate monitors?

You know and like standing in that crowd and trying to find your flight as it flashes between screens not much fun

So I would I would google it. I just found that to be something that's really mean

I didn't know that you could even do that until like six months ago

My head number four is to use incognito browsing whenever you are booking a hotel or a flight or anything like that

You're going on your own trip

I know how to do this on the Mac and also try to do it on other computers

Make sure while you're doing this is because flight websites say use cookies in mind all that whatever else on them

to track your like web usage

So if you're going back and looking at the same flights over and over then they know like oh

She's for real like maybe Gonna take this place

It looks like raise the price on her because she's probably gonna book it anyway, so I always browse on Incognito

And then whenever I'm ready to book I go in not income you know

I reveal myself so that I can log in and then I look at there and the prices will probably be cheaper

And that's just trying to you know spend some money

You know, but number five is to get creative when you're packing I said this in last year's travel

I packed video, but I always roll up my clothes other than folding them. I swear to save so much space

Just like tightly rolled them up, and just like stack way more things in your suitcase

I've seen people who put like necklaces in like Little pill

Package things you know I'm cheating on saying that like weekly pill holder put their necklaces in there

So they don't get tangled up. I've seen people put like cords and glasses cases

I'm a little less fancy and I used to plug bags, but I separate everything out

I have my necklaces all separated I have cord separate like everything like that it

Just makes it so much easier when you get to your destination and everything's not all tangled up

So you have shoes that like don't collapse you know I'm saying like certain heels like I don't know if they're for things like that

And stick like socks or underwear or something inside the shoes if the shoes like aren't collapsible

You know that way you're taking up like all the space

and you're being an efficient Packers right number six is to wear your bulky store heaviest items if you're like anywhere coming close to your

Space requirements or the weight requirements of your suitcase so for me?

I guess like the bulkiest shoes I pack on trips always is my ideas those just don't really like collapse much

So I always wear those they're also Super comfortable if I'm packing a sweatshirt

I will wear the sweatshirt or like during the winter

I would always like carry my like bulkiest like

Cardigan or like jacket or whatever it was because I'm not trying to take up half my suitcase with like a bulky jacket

You know such as like a little cheat is just like don't put the big items in the bag put them on you

My tech number seven is to make your suitcase identifiable. I think that's word to me personally

I have a like Carolina blue kind of color Ribbon tied around

The handles my luggage all of our suitcases in my family we have like different like ribbons tied around them and we always just like

Memorize what Color's ours, and then when it comes around the baggage claim. We're all like oh, that's not a food

Oh, that's much everyone in the world at the airport has a black suitcase

And this way if I see somebody walking away with the Carolina blue Ribbon on their suitcase

Oh my oh, no, you still in my bag also

You need to have your contact information on your bag in case who knows what could happen in the world of travel

So I have a sticker on my bag that like I don't know my mom printed it off or something has my name address phone

Number everything like that, so that is my bag leaves me

I can get it back contact number eight is when you're packing in a carry-on

or

just generally packing carry-on size like

Items like small travel sized shampoos and conditioners

And whatever else is to like in between trips rather than going out and buying more of the travel sized?

Toiletry items because those like I mean, they're cheap

They're like a dollar two dollars each

but what you're paying per ounce for that very small bottle it's

So much more expensive than what you'd be paying in a big bottle of shampoo. So why are we doing it? You know

Splurge by the travel times it was like once and then in between trips use your big bottle of Shampoo that used on a daily

Basis and refill that travel sized container, you know I'm saying this is a small thing

But it's going to save me money in the long run and now you don't to be driving back and Forth to Target to repurchase

Your little travel-size tresemme and conditioner so fact number nine is to download Google maps offline. I did this before

I went to greece you can also do this domestically anywhere, you're traveling

It's probably a good idea because that way if you don't have service in a given location you need to map your way to get

Somewhere you're out of luck if you don't have the map downloaded offline

I wasn't sure how my service is going to be increased, so for all the islands

I was going to I just went down one to them

doesn't take much space at all and I'm so really good about knowing they like to be in Greece and

Everything could go wrong back and still get where I'm trying to go you know and five back number ten another small thing

but it can be the difference between a really horrible situation and

Survival to phenix a minute if you always travel with an external charger I have one of those like Little mophie

Cube charger things, and I just plug like my cord into it, and I'll charge on my phone like however many times fully

I had a lot of external chargers because you never know when your phone could die you know you can get stuck with a really?

Long Layover like I did a couple of days ago

And I was really mad and hate American airlines isn't it and so you could be sitting there for four hours longer than you plan?

For and your phone could die and you never know where outlets are going to be you never know if your planes going to have

them so again

This is just like a security blanket type item for me of making me feel a lot more comfortable

Knowing that I am going to have a power source for myself and that is it for this video

I hope you guys enjoyed these if you thought any of them were helpful

Please give this a thumbs up again the link to my greece trip will be in the description box. I'm also Gonna

Have my blog channel so you can check out all of my travels muscle contemplating making another travel type video

That's like how to travel as a broke college student or just like how to save money traveling basically

so if you think that you'll find that helpful

Let me know in the comments below please comment any other video requests down below and thank you guys so much for watching and I

Will see all of you guys next Saturday and be nice to me

Yes, but nah

baby

SimCity Build It Level up 15-16 Upgrades Layout Big Hospital Crisis - Duration: 4:07.

Hello Gamers!!

Welcome to another episode of SimCity Build It with Gaming with Indecent.

I have noticed that we are getting loads of views, likes and even people are commenting

but people are not subscribing.

So guys please Subscribe!!

Coming back to the game As you can see the city is progressing steadily.

As you can see over here I'm level 15 now.

Many important buildings have been unlocked.

One of them is this one, The Cargo Ship Dock I'll let you know what that is for.

And As the game is progressing the difficulties

are also growing.

We need to make sure that all the Sims you know they get cover from fire and also install

police stations.

So what we need to do is we need to click on bottom right hand corner we see different

services like power, water, sewage, waste management , fire, fire if you click on that

it will show you how this fire stations are covering the entire city

You need to check if all the Sims are getting police protection because this is really important.

And if you don't do this then the buildings are out of the fire zone or the police zone

the population will run away Also we faced difficulties regarding the waste

management.

Right now the demand for waste management is 32 and my capacity is 45 so that is covered

under that.

So because of that also I faced some difficulties.

Right now the focus is getting 70000 population and progressing so that I can get the Nuclear

Power Plant Sims happiness percentage is also happy 98

percent now So let's upgrade something now Ok lets collect

the equipment that are there.

Alright, let's upgrade this building Alright guys we are level up.

We are level 16 So let's see what we have unlocked

Health!

Ok now I need to build hospitals, Department of Epic Projects Alright

Small health clinic ok health clinic alright Hospitals ok

New production unlocked tables..Some stuff used in upgrading buildings

As soon as we unlocked some new features, we got some new problems

They are already demanding a hospital.

Alright guys as you can see the whole city is not covered with hospitals, so I need to

place these hospitals in place.

I will put that in place let's see how I can put that in place

Also as I was talking about the cargo ship dock.

This tells you deliver certain items and in return you get the golden key.

As you can see at right hand top corner you see golden keys . Golden keys are used for

important building such as the Education buildings and many important buildings also the platinum

keys.

So on the next episode I will be covering the golden keys like how to get the golden

keys without much trouble and what are the ways to obtain them

So until then good bye from Indecent and once again guys please don't forget to subscribe

guys to keep the videos rolling in

These 4 Simple "Bad Estrogen" Removal Tips are specifically for YOU - Duration: 8:38.

Hey, hey, everybody.

Shaun Hadsall here with "Get Lean in 12,"

and I'm here with Coach Dan Long.

Hey, everybody.

And inside this video, we want to talk about two exercises

that you can use to tighten and tone your chest.

So if you're a woman and you're over 35 years old,

or you're a man and you're over 35 years old,

gravity starts taking effect if you're a woman,

and things start to--

Fall.

--sag a little.

They start to sag.

It's a natural part of life, everybody.

It just happens.

But we got the remedy.

Yes, there are two exercises Dan's

going to share at the end of this video that

are going to show you how to fight against this process.

And men suffer from breast tissue because

of excess estrogen. So women have an imbalance of estrogen

to progesterone, and this is called estrogen dominance,

and men are exposed to estrogen through the environment,

and through our diet, and through tap water,

and things like this.

So what ends up happening with this excess estrogen?

If your body doesn't have the ability to remove it,

then all of a sudden men will start getting man boobs,

and of course women will suffer from-- as they age,

obviously, things start to sag.

And we're going to teach you how to tighten that stuff up.

I also want to share four quick tips

that you can use to combat against the bad estrogen

levels.

And the first one is pretty obvious.

It's a clean diet.

So we recommend a modified paleo diet.

There are certain non-paleo foods

that definitely will support your health and fat loss goals,

and Dan's going to share his favorite here in just a second.

The second thing you can do is make

sure you use some type of liver support.

So things like milk thistle will help,

but my recommendation is to have a fresh squeezed organic lemon

and one tablespoon of apple cider vinegar in water right

when you wake up.

Now remember, this is going to be liver support,

because both of these are anti-inflammatories.

So if you can reduce inflammation in the liver,

your liver's ability to process this estrogen

and remove it from your body goes up dramatically.

Now, the third thing you can do is eat more fiber.

And the reason why is because fiber gives you healthy bowels.

Then your bowels can remove the bad estrogen. And Dan,

your favorite is--

Absolutely.

So my favorite for fiber is oatmeal, everybody.

I eat a bowl of oatmeal every single morning.

Congratulations, I have the gene that high cholesterol

is in my family.

And if I don't pay attention to everything

that goes on in my diet, my cholesterol

goes through the roof.

And I don't want to be on a statin.

You don't want to be on any kind of drugs either.

So there are some great things about oatmeal

that I want to make sure I share with you.

So the cholesterol I talked about.

I have dropped my cholesterol tremendously

by just adding one bowl of approximately six ounces

of oatmeal--

I'm a big guy, all right-- into my diet.

And it's tremendously helped, and I don't take a medication

to this day.

Another thing that's most amazing about oatmeal

is, especially if you work out, it gives you an insulin spike.

So a banana will give you an insulin

spike for about approximately an hour,

and then you start to fall, and oatmeal will actually

give you a burn for up to two to three hours.

Especially if you're trying to train,

and you're doing some exercises, it's

amazing for your nice insulin spike

to have those sugars in your body.

But yet it's still full of fiber,

and it's fighting cholesterol.

Well, and it supports the bowels.

Like you just said, it's slow releasing,

so it supports the bowels.

Now, the third thing is to decrease stress in your life,

because obviously stress is going to put your hormones out

of whack.

There's no doubt about it.

Research has shown over and over again

that when you have stressful thoughts,

that literally can make you fat and sick.

And there's actually research from Dr. Caroline Leaf

that actually backs this up.

She wrote an entire book on neuroplasticity

in our thought life and what stress does to us.

So last but not least is the two exercises

Coach Dan wants to share with you

guys today that will help tighten and tone your chest.

So if you combine these two exercises with the other four

tips we just gave you, this is a great way

to get rid of man boobs, and if you're a lady out there

and things are sagging, to tighten things up, and get them

back up again.

So, Dan?

Yeah, and no matter man or woman,

these are excellent for you.

So first one I want to show you here--

and this is with a stability ball, OK?

If you don't have a stability ball,

I'm going to show you another exercise that you

can do exactly like this.

But if you do have one, this is great.

So you're going to sit on your stability ball.

Roll back with your stability ball

into the middle of the center of your back.

I have eight pound dumbbells here.

You don't need a lot of weight.

You're going to come straight up, extend the elbow out,

keep your head straight up, and basically bring down

your arms and your elbow about chest level,

and then bring it back up and squeeze

the chest nice and tight for about three seconds.

And then come back down again.

Keep these rotations going, I'd say about 12 to 20 reps.

Light weight does great.

You don't need to go extremely heavy, especially for you

ladies.

All you're trying to do is you're

trying to tighten up those muscles right here

on the side of your chest, which pull this up.

And for you guys out there, I know

you want that nice rounded chest.

And for you ladies out there, I know

you want to stay nice and tight like when

you were 20 years old.

You can tell them about how it works right here.

Right.

So all this muscle that's underneath your chest pec

muscle right here, which, for you ladies that are out there,

it starts to let go.

Just like the arms, it starts to let go as it gets older,

as you get older.

For you men that are out there, the pec

muscle that's on the side--

flies are the only thing that hits that side of your pec.

It's like you're hugging a tree.

Remember that.

Right.

Just like you're hugging a tree.

Right.

You could do chest all day long.

That's not going to hit the right muscle

to keep this from sagging.

OK?

The other thing too is your core.

If you want to improve your core, you can move out.

Dan was telling you to put your back here.

Well, you can also slide out and have your shoulder blades here,

so that your butt's off the ball,

and now you're adding in a core element

to that particular exercise.

Now, the second exercise is--

Second exercise is-- but let me show you one thing real quick.

If you don't have a stability ball,

you can simply pull it out like this and go like this.

You ever been on a fly machine inside a gym,

or see somebody on that machine?

It's exactly the same.

So all you're doing is doing it like this,

and you squeeze the chest, and bring it back out.

OK?

Very simple, effective exercise.

OK, next one is going to be a simple push up.

Now, all you need is the ground for the pushup.

So you're going to go into a push-up position,

put your hands underneath your shoulders,

put your feet together.

Make it easier.

You can separate your feet, keep your body

in a plank position like a surfboard,

and then you're just simply going

to lower down about two inches from the ground,

and then bring it back up.

Now, when you do this pushup, you can assist yourself.

So if you're having a struggle, you

can put your knees on the ground.

Again, do your pushup, come back up.

But your ultimate goal is to get to a point

where you can separate your feet, do the pushup,

bring your feet together, it makes it harder,

and do the pushup.

Now, that's going to extremely help the side of the pec muscle

for the men and ladies out there that

are having a little bit of sag, like we all

do after the age of 35.

What do you recommend for volume on pushups as far as--

I mean, I would think that if you're

working your chest with weights other days of the week,

then just have another day of the week, maybe,

where you do 100 pushups.

So you could do a set of 10 to 15,

rest 30 seconds to a minute, do another set of 10 to 15,

until you reach 100.

Now, if you're not advanced or in shape already,

you could do 50, and then you could work your way up to 100.

Absolutely.

And keep one thing in mind.

It's a muscle that-- it'll talk to you, right?

It's going to burn.

You're going to feel it.

If you start to feel the burn, it's always

a great method, being able to say to yourself, hey,

I feel the burn right now.

Take six more reps, take a break.

And remember, that burning sensation

is a indication you're stimulating lactate, which is

a precursor to growth hormone.

Which is doing this.

Tightening up.

So remember that this is only part of the big fat loss

equation.

Somewhere around this video, I put a link

that you can click or tap where you

can download our free report called "The Over 40 Stubborn

Fat Sequence."

And this will introduce you to a 12 minute protocol

that you can use in conjunction with these tips that's

specifically designed for the hormonal condition of people

over 40 years old.

So if you're in your 40s, 50s, or 60s,

this information could change your life,

because your hormonal condition is much different than people

under 35 years old.

So it's somewhere around this video.

Again, you can see a link to click or tap

The Importance of Getting Out of Your Comfort Zone - Travel to South Carolina - Duration: 3:04.

Hi I'm Alli from life progression project and I just wanted to check in and talk

about travel a little bit. So right now Will and I are in South Carolina; we did

a road trip from Toronto here so that along the way we could enjoy the scenery

it's about a 13 hour 14 hour drive to where we are right now and it was just

amazing we stopped along the way and got some amazing stock footage had some fun

checking out little towns like Lewisburg was really cool and now we're here in

South Carolina so we're doing a video project with an incredibly inspiring

unbelievably smart woman named Lorraine she's been a global leader around the

world in terms of working in presidential roles for really big

companies she's taught leadership in big schools at colleges and universities and

we're working on some amazing video courses for her right now that I'm

really excited about and I just want to say I love traveling because when you

get away when you get out of your comfort zone which is as far as I'm

concerned the scariest place to be in is the comfort zone because it keeps you

stagnant it keeps you still it keeps you from growing so we're here we're in an

environment we've never we've always been through South Carolina but we've

never stopped in for a few days to check it out so we're just loving it and when

you're out of your comfort zone when you're traveling somewhere new and when

you're surrounding yourself around people that are inspiring that would go

gather so they're action takers by the end of your vacation you're gonna have a

whole new perspective on life on what you're doing on creative ideas to

further your business and just building those relationships like Lorraine was

kind enough to let us visit with her and stay in her home for the past few days

and we've just had so much fun connecting and talking about different

ideas and perspectives and ways we can move forward as business owners to

create more positive impact in the world and really help people in the world that

are struggling when it comes to leadership so I just love some of the

stuff we've talked about in the past few days the relationship we've built

and the traveling that we've done I've seen things here that have made me go oh

my gosh that's so cool how can I apply that to my life and my business and

every time I travel I find because I'm out of my comfort zone it really allows

me to look at my current situation and really easily learn and see how I can

make it even that much better so we're in South Carolina we're having lots of

fun want to check and say hi and ask you have you ever been here to South

Carolina have you ever traveled and done a road trip like this from Canada to the

US and what have you learned when you've done traveling what sort of things have

you taken away from a travel experience and why do you love traveling let me

know in the comments below I'd love to hear from you and for more videos like
