Phi Phi Viewpoint (Ko Phi Phi Don) Thailand - Duration: 2:14.

Like most places I find myself exploring,

it always involves walking up a lot of stairs.

I made it up to the first viewpoint,

but like everything in Thailand, the Thais find a way to charge you for everything.

So it actually costs 30 baht to get up here.

It's not a lot of money,

it's just the principle of things.

In any case, here's the view.

It's about a four minute walk up from viewpoint 1, to viewpoint 2.

So, it's a good idea to bring some water.

The things I'll do for views.

That's a bad pun.

Now they say the best time to check out the viewpoint is before 10 am.

It's because the sun's right behind us,

and when it shines down on the water it really brings out it's colour.

And, I agree. It's beautiful.

But from up here you can see the water is a lot darker in the bay with all the boats.

There's about 20 to 30 boats there,

probably just pouring out gasoline.

It's a real shame and there's nothing we can probably do about it.

I added to it too.

It's just worth noting, I guess.
