How to remove UNWANTED UPPER LIP HAIR & CHIN HAIR by yourself easily at home | Mamtha Nair - Duration: 4:06.

Hi, guys welcome back to my channel today

I am here to share with you guys on how you can get rid of your unwanted upper lip hair and

Chin Hair by Yourselves using threading method

So let's get started make sure you use a good quality strong thread

There is no special thread for threading you can use any thread as long as it is strong and doesn't snap easily

So take around two feet that is 24 inches of thread length

Take both ends and knot them up

You need to have a circle of thread

Now start by stretching the loop between your hands

Put one hand inside each end of the looped thread with your palms up

roll your right hand in a clockwise direction to twist the thread six or seven times or

until you have about one inch of

Interwined thread between your hands. The end result is that this motion should end up twisting the thread in the middle

When you open up your palm and fingers with the thread around it at each end of the thread you

Will create a circle of thread at each end with twisted thread in the middle

Here you can see that, I have few hair on my upper lip as well as on the chin

Let me show you guys how I am going to remove these hair using the threading method

Make sure to thread the upper lip in the opposite direction from which direction your hair grows

notice the direction of the hair growth first

You want to place the twisted section of the thread under the hair that needs removing

When you open and close the loops the twisted portion of the thread will tug out the hair. As you twist

The center of the loop the twisted threads will pluck out the hair

You can do this fast or slow. It's the process of opening and closing your fingers that is pulling out the hairs

With the little practice you'll be able to do this on your own

you don't have to go to the parlor each time you need to remove your upper lip or chin hair or anything and

You'll be able to save a lot and a lot of money

Now let me show you guys how I am going to thread the chin area

you want to place the twisted section of the thread under the hair that needs removing.

As you twist the center of the loop the twisted threads will pluck off the hair

Here you can see the hair that has been plucked out

Repeat this process to pluck out all of your unwanted facial hair

Let's hit it!

Hi there lovable friends.

(pause 5 seconds) My first point for you is to practice patience, when your patient you

can enjoy things more.

You give yourself time to enjoy things or to put aside things that trouble you.

Give it 5 seconds to clear your thoughts or to assemble some thoughts on something you

are dealing with.

A parent needs to be patient with his children, if he is so he gets to know them better than

when he did not!

But this applies to everyone no just kids, if you easily lose your temper, you should

follow me to point 2.

Meditate, learn to shift your focus onto something not important.

Who said dealing with issues right away is important if they are not pressing matters.

Ok, be like me � think of meditation as a tool not as something New-Agey.

Meditation can heal or prevent issues.

Meditation is not just sitting on a carpet thinking about nothing.

Sometimes it's thinking about a lot of stuff at once but not just the everyday things which

'got to you.'

A good friend of mine wrote a very deep article about that back in the days.

Till this day I'm thankful for it.

3. Find your passion.

A very indispensable tip.

This might be a extremely important one on my list of priorities.

Find something you love to do, and your life will become irreversibly improved.

You will love your work, the thing that you can spend 40 hours (or more) a week on.

You will become more productive, procrastinate less, be less stressed.

You will produce something you are proud of, and happy about.

Find your passion!

4.Read, and read to your kids.

I read all the time its one of

my favorite things to do in the world.

I love to curl up with a good novel or a good magazine, a good one don't waste time on thrash!

I use to read thrash those days are passed.

That brings me to point 5 Limit your information intake.

In our lives today, we get a tremendous amount of information especially via the internet.

don't put blind faith in what you read on the internet, there are some sneaky articles

out there that give you some sweets and then feed you

the sour by the bucket.

Point 6 Pick yourself up when youre down.

If someone else claims they'll pick you up or have picked you up.

Don't believe them.

Everyone is in this for themselves.

Once your up you can find agreeance with people who are honest about that to themselves and others.

When you feel down are when your being pushed down get back up, you got the power to do

so!

You may find help from God, but that's just a foot between the door.

I don't believe it, however I'm a faithful person.

I just don't do fake faiths.

7. Enjoy your journey.

Goals are important.

Getting there is important.

Making follow up plans is pretty lovely.

It made me extremely happy to know I can reach goals and reach for new one's too.

It's an unlimited source of fun!

Point 8. Keep a journal.

This is not one of the more important tips.

But logging what you've done in the past can be helpful for you or others to look back Keep a journal.

For that reason I only read good articles.

Articles I wrote not articles some drugged up shtlord pushed on me.

Excuse my language but I pressured myself into clearing the room

from any toxicity in it.

Point 9. Enjoy simple pleasures, when the work is done.

Enjoy simple things.

Like a walk, great food, sex, a glass of wine on the porch,

crawling under the blanket with your spouse.

The things that have been there forever and that we will always enjoy after hard work.

Last one for today, I hope your already pretty good but this one will definitely hit a home

run for all of us!

Point 10.

Do less, do less but don't be lazy.

Laziness can have some pretty good effects on you.

Wanting to do less too.

Don't be toxic in your wanting to do less but make the best out of it.

We as people have become better at things because

we wanted to do less.

Some people have abused it by letting others do the work but I'm telling you.

Do less, do less than falling for the same old mistakes.

You'll end up doing more than you ever imagined!

How To Shade Realistic Eyes | Step by Step Drawing Tutorial | Talk Through - Duration: 22:17.

welcome to part two of my how to draw eyes tutorial, where I will be demonstrating and

talking through how I shade realistic eyes.

If you have not seen part one of this tutorial, where I show you how I got the basic outlines,

as well as the measuring technique that I use to always guarantee correct proportions

then please go check that out now.

I will link it on screen for you.

In that tutorial I also give you break down of all the materials that I use so it is worth

a watch.

Now moving on to part two.

Right now I am using an HB pencil to plan out my darkest to lightest areas.

I am not worrying about realism or going straight into making the darkest areas black just yet.

I prefer to work in layers so by using my HB pencil I can work very lightly as I just

plan out areas.

Throughout my art education I was always told to use B pencils and to avoid the HB as it

is too hard.

However I completely disagree as the HB pencil allows me to work on fine details.

Also as it is not soft it does blend out too dark so it is perfect for our lightest areas,

as by using B pencils all the time, I find that your drawings can get muddy looking very

quick.

But this is my personal preference.

Now I am creating a light ground all over my working area, I even cover areas that appear

to be white in my reference as I can bring them out later with an eraser for a more subtle

and realistic effect.

I then blend the whole drawing out using a tissue.

For my second layer i go in with a 4B pencil.

I don't know if it's really sad to have a favourite pencil but this is mine.

I think that you can achieve so much with just the 4B depending on the type of pressure

you use, as well as how you hold it.

I am repeating what I previously did by drawing in my darkest to lightest areas, this time

I can go darker as it is my second layer.

Between every single layer of pencil that I put down I always blend my marks out.

The blending stump is great for when I am working on small areas like this.

And then going in with the tissue to soften the whole area.

After one layer of the 4B I go back in with the HB to make another layer and blend that

out again.

I repeat this same process on the second eye.

One thing to note about my reference photo is that the eye in the distance is out of

focus so it will be blurry in my drawing, while the eye closest to the camera will be

drawn in detail.

I tend to continue with this process of going back and fore between my 4B pencil and my

HB pencil while blending between layers.

I also make sure to switch between focusing on small areas and then larger areas and then

back to small areas.

When shading around the eyes, don't only darken where you think your shadows need to

be, shade out and around your shadows to achieve a gradient, you can then you in with a rubber

to bring back your lightest areas.

For my darkest areas I will go in with an 8B when I feel like I am nearing to the end

of my drawing.

For my eyebrows I am not going straight in creating hairs, but using my HB pencil to

lightly shade in the area, building it up in layers and blending in between with a tissue.

I then look very closely at the directions of the hairs and lightly draw then in, then

blending them out and creating another layer on top.

Using layers will build up depth.

On my final layer of hairs I will sparsely use the 4B pencil to create a few darker hairs.

I use my pencil eraser to draw in tiny tiny wrinkles and skin texture and then use a tissue

to soften them out.

I use the same approach on the eyelashes as I do the eyebrows.

I begin with the HB, blend it out, then go in with the 4B, blend it out and continue

to build up in layers so that it doesn't look like the is one strip of eyelashes stuck

on.

For my final layer of lashes I will go in with my 8B pencil but I use it very sparingly.

Towards the end of my drawing I tend to touch up areas by using my 8B to darken the very

darkest areas.

As well as switching between my pencil eraser and the HB to get those small details in.

For those brightest highlights I go in with a white chalk pen to make them pop off the

page.

This is what makes the drawing come alive.

In this drawing I did most of my second eye last as like I previously said it is out of

focus in my reference photo so these steps wouldn't apply to most of you, I am basically

doing the exact same process as my first eye but I have less smaller areas and details

to work in.

This video is a little bit longer than my previous ones but I wanted you to see the

different marks that I make and really see the process.

I would love to do real time videos in the future if my channel grows but for now, enjoy

the rest of this video where I finish off the second eye.

the body code I have a power I know what goes on inside your body okay so I've

been practicing muscle testing for upwards of 13 years now back in 2003 at

this amazing course called the body talk so my kids basically have grown up with

mommy putting like a piece of fruit or some kind of food hold it up here now

put out your arm and they put out their arm I'm like okay

let's do it's good it's good for you oh no it's not good for you, so my kids

knew all about this this is basically how I've raised them but a couple years ago I took

this amazing course you know I read about this Emotion Code course like

okay sounds up my alley why not I'll try it I'll try it but nothing could have

prepared me for what I learned. So this software the Dr. Bradley Nelson put

together called the Body Code you can literally walk around your body using

muscle testing to find is it this or is it that, is it this or is it that, you can

walk around your body to discover what your issue is so like if you're having

insomnia what's the base what's it from is it from an organ from a gland is it

from an emotion is it from some kind of toxin in your environment maybe it's

from a food what's going on and then it will also allow you to do some more

further muscle testing to discover what to do about it

oh it's great to know what my problem is but now what do I do about it

do I need to go to a chiropractor do I need to have some you know massage done

so we never had that come up do I need to have you know some foods removed from

my diet or into have extra vitamins or maybe there's another professional I

need to be referred to or maybe this tracks emotions I need to remove I'm

going to give you a couple examples of amazing stories that I've seen okay so

one client I have on the East Coast the lady who told me that her son was having

a number of issues and emotional some you know things

to do with his father and everything and school environment but two main things

that were really really hard was he had killed insomnia couldn't fall asleep

at night and the other thing was that he'd wake up in the middle of the night

with these terrible muscle spasms in the back of his legs and his calve muscles

so she's like I really need help with this can you do something, so I'm like I

don't know we'll see what's going on so what came up was the pineal gland in the

back of the eyes the pineal gland so I'm like okay well that will explain you

know the insomnia because that's the that's the gland that you know that

secretes the melatonin to help you fall asleep at night so but what has that got to do

with the calves and the muscles in the back of the legs and and when we do that

it also right so um so I went and I asked like what is he said how does this

connect with the calves and I got we went into the into the meridians okay and I

got in the 12 Meridians I got the liver Meridian so the liver Meridian looks

like this it starts in the back of your eyes where your pineal gland is and it

goes down hits the liver and then it goes down to the back of the muscles in

the back your legs and I was like oh my gosh it's like it's a direct line from

the pineal gland and right until these muscles in the back of the legs and

that's exactly what the problem was and unlike okay so then what's the solution

he had trapped emotions, dealing specifically with his father they had a

difficult relationship with, trapped emotions in his liver and that's why it

was affecting the liver Meridian so we cleared those emotions and he started

sleeping better and those muscle spasms literally disappeared when I was just

starting this when I hardly knew anything about it I was practicing I I

forget to know what my daughter's having this you know we had just moved and my

daughter I think she was four at the time and she did not want to go to

preschool maybe she was five I can't remember and she was everyday kicking

and screaming to me she didn't want to go I walk with her and I'd sit in class for an hour

with her trying to get her to calm down and be happy she didn't want to go I'm like

okay maybe she had some trapped emotions you know I'm learning about this

so I went in and I found out all the trapped emotions that she was having

being in a new environment, having moved, it being difficult for her and we

removed the trapped emotions, I kid you not okay? I kid you not the next day I

brought her to her preschool and she said okay mommy I don't need you I

can go in myself and she skipped into the classroom herself, I was like what?

Then I was becoming a practitioner myself and I was experimenting on my family and

my friends so I got my hands on one of my friends and we did I can't remember two

three a whole bunch of sessions removing a lot of tracks emotions of heart wall

and all kinds of things from her past and you know days went by and she's like

so am I supposed to be feeling something's different and then a couple

like a week or two went by and she's like wondering what was I supposed to

feel different and then she calls me one day and she's like Lisa you're

not going to believe this you're not going to believe what just happened to

me and I'm like what what so she said you know for years I've had spring

allergies so I like I could walk out the door without you know a box of tissues

all the time blowing sneezing it was terrible and I didn't realize when we

did the emotion code, we cleared all those trapped emotions I didn't know

what effect it had on me, I was like waiting to see the difference and

then you know spring arrives and I started with my tissues and it was

worse than ever I've never had it so bad for a couple of

days and all of a sudden it disappeared it was gone that's it

and to this day three years later she's never single needed a tissue for her

spring allergies that it like completely seen it's completely cleared it

unbelievable I had another client call me from England and this one was such a

simple fix I couldn't get over it she called me saying that she has been

seeing a psychologist she's been seeing a psychiatrist

she has ringing in her ears that no one else hears only she hears this ringing

it's in one ear and she hears terrible ringing all the time and she thinks

she's going crazy she's been to psychiatrists and psychologists she's

had numerous you know appointments and she doesn't know what to do because she thinks

she's going crazy so I said okay I'll let you know let's see what's going on

you know like not therapist and I'm not a psychologist

I don't know if I can help you in that way but let's see what's going on so we

went into the body code system and right away it sent me to dental work

so I'm like I don't know how this is related but did you by any chance have any dental work done recently

and she's like yeah, I had a bunch of you know root canals it was terrible

and I said oh okay so I'm trying to figure out how this was related and it turns

out that when they did the dental care they opened her jaw really wide and it had

displaced her jaw that to the point where her that something was pinched in

her inner ear that she was hearing this noise and it all had to do with a

physical problem because of her dental work she also needed to do was go to a

chiropractor have her jaw put back in place and bingo it was all gone - simple

solution? learning muscle testing is takes time it takes practice but like my son's

third grade teacher taught us "practice makes progress" so the more you practice

at it the better you'll get i really suggest starting on someone

else having someone else cut out their arm and you trying you know yes and no

questions or guessing their age or whatever it is to see you know you know

to practice and to be able to feel it but eventually you can do it on yourself and

not only can you do it yourself but you can even do it on yourself having

someone else in mind someone who's on the other side of the ocean as

Dr. Bradley Nelson says I don't know how this works, I just work here. The body code has

completely changed my life and the way that I parent my children it is literally

a game changer in so many different areas I highly suggest you're looking

into this and you can come to me so second I'd love to get my hands

on you, or my mind on you yeah or even better, go look into The Body Code

yourself so you know if you get the Body Code if you have it just for yourself in

your own home and your own computer when you learn how to do this muscle

testing you'll have it for years to come to work on your children on your friends
