You love hosting parties??

If someone leaves one of your parties drunk and

causes an auto accident, do you think you will be sued?

Will your renters policy cover you??

Some do and some don't

So, be sure to check with your agent!

What happens if someone is injured in one of your

parties and sues you? You may say "Good luck, I

don't own anything!" Well, it doesn't really work that way!

They could put a lien on you! So, say your

going to college now and when you graduate,

start working and earning money, they can collect!

So, make sure you get renters insurance to

protect you for liability!

The policy will pay for your legal defense and

for the damages, if you're found liable up to the policy limits.

Original Orders, airline receipts, VPC receipts as well as marriage and birth certificates.

Have your reservations made for lodging well in advance.

If the lodges are booked - pick up a letter of non-availability and stay at other approved

lodgings.

If you haven't already decided - figuring out if you will be staying in base housing,

renting off base or buying a home.

Staying in base housing.

Visit the housing office immediately after reporting to your unit.
