DOLE WHIP CHALLENGE: Can You Top This Recipe? - Duration: 3:11.
Hey everybody it's Julia and Ben from Konkin Can Do.
If you saw our previous video on Dole Whip, you know that we have scoured the internet
just to find a recipe that comes close to the Disneyland Dole Whip.
Fail!
We came across some pretty good ones, but nothing really was even close.
If you've ever had it, you know it.
It is tart, it is sweet, it is delicious.
It is magical.
After we tried all the recipes, we went to the lab.
I say, this laboratory of yours is a wonder of engineering.
And came up with our own recipe which is definitely closer in our humble opinion to the real deal.
The first ingredient, and the most important,
is the frozen pineapple.
Second ingredient we're using it powdered sugar or icing sugar and last is canned coconut
milk.
We're using light coconut milk, but thats totally up to you.
Alright Ben, let's whip it up.
It's pretty darn good and it doesn't have dairy in it just like the stuff at the parks.
So, that is the closest we could get to the real Disney Dole Whip.
It's definitely not the same as Disneyland.
You can't replicate the magic like Disneyland.
Or can you?
We challenge you.
Challenge accepted.
So feel free to try it out and if you find something that's better, hit us up.
Leave it below.
hit us up.
Please do cause we will try it and we will probably make a video and we will critique
you for everyone to see.
Check out our other video on trying the other types of Dole Whips, try this, see that it
is better cause it is way better, and let us know what you think.
Yeah!
Thank you guys so much for watching, this was Konkin Can Do.
Subscribe, like, comment, do all of that stuff or nothing, whatever, yeah, nothing.
Is that you doing nothing?
Yeah, I'm twiddling my thumbs.
I'm going to eat some more of our Dole Whip.
Okay, yeah it's getting melty now we've been filming for too long.
If we were in Disneyland we would have it all down our hand and arm.
That looked really creepy.
I won't do that again.
You know what it's like, sticky on the hands.
yeah.
Anyways, Konkin Can Do out.
Later, bye.

5 Signs You May Actually Be a Narcissist | Be The Light - Duration: 3:50.
5 Signs You May Actually Be a Narcissist
We've all heard the term narcissist and we all know it is mainly associated with a negative meaning.
But what does being a narcissist actually mean?
Well, according to the Psychologist's manual DSM-V, there are nine criteria for having Narcissistic personality
disorder (NPD), but you only need to have five out of the nine traits in order to be diagnosed.
But beyond the official criteria, there are other traits that show you have NPD,
so how do you know if you're a narcissist?
1.
If you get angry when someone disagrees with you
Narcissists may react to contrary viewpoints with anger because they have deep-rooted insecurities and anxieties that
are brought out when somebody disagrees with them.
If you're more likely to assume the other person is definitely wrong because you can't possibly be,
chances are you're well on the way to being a narcissist.
2.
If you project onto others
Projecting certain traits about yourself onto others is a non-official trait of a narcissist.
You can't stand that you may hold a certain trait, but somewhere in your psyche,
you recognise it – so when arguing with others, you claim that they have the trait automatically.
3.
If you see others as an extension to yourself
Narcissists often see others as a way to fulfil their own needs and reach their own goals – rather than own people with
their own feelings and needs.
They generally expect things from other people and feel as though they are entitled to certain things,
reacting badly when they don't receive them.
4.
If you can't take criticism
If you're offered a piece of criticism and it makes you angry or defensive, you may have some traits of a narcissist.
They often have inflated egos that don't like to be told anything negative about themselves,
which can mean constructive criticism can be hard to hear at times.
5.
If you don't feel empathetic
Lacking empathy can be a trait of psychopathy or many other personality disorders.
But if you don't easy feel empathetic towards the feelings, needs and wants of others,
chances are you could be a narcissist.
These traits may be fairly hard to self-analyse but if you recognise some or all of these traits in yourself or others,
you may well be a narcissist.
However, this article is not a psychiatric diagnosis and unless you are diagnosed by a professional using the DSM-V
guidelines, you shouldn't take this article as professional advice.
Try to research ways to use narcissism to your advantage and turn it into a positive rather than a negative trait.
Do you think you have any narcissistic traits or do you recognise any of these traits in those around you?
Let us know in the comments!

Benicio del Toro Urges Fans to Help Puerto Rico: 'Nothing You've Read or Watched on TV Compares'
On Sunday, Puerto Rican actor Benicio del Torro shared a video message with PEOPLE urging his fans to donate to hurricane relief efforts in Puerto Rico.
"I want to read a little excerpt of a message from a family member, one of the 3.
5 American citizens that experienced the devastation of Hurricane Maria from the island of Puerto Rico," he said.
"Saturday Sept. 23, 2017," he continued.
"Three days after Hurricane Maria crossed through the island.
Finally the sun came out today and for the first time we can clearly see the aftermath.
Nothing you've read or watched on tv compares to the destruction we see with our very eyes.
End of quote.".
"Hurricane Maria has left a path of destruction and loss of life, the full extent of which has yet to be determined.
Please help me help our people and donate to Unidos for Puerto Rico," he added.
On Sept.
20, Hurricane Maria made landfall on the 100-mile-long island of Puerto Rico, causing such tremendous damage with its 155-mph winds that it knocked out power for all 3.5 million residents.
Maria killed at least nine people on Dominica before it moved to Puerto Rico, where it toppled trees, tore roofs from buildings, and damaged reservoirs and rivers that—along with heavy rain—have caused severe flooding.
This came just two weeks after ferocious Hurricane Irma destroyed much of the U.S.
Virgin Islands and killed three people in Puerto Rico.

DIY POP CAN PEN - Homemade Ruling Pen - Duration: 8:37.
Hey everyone, today I'm going to show you how
to make a pop can pen
it's supposed to be like a ruling calligraphy pen
and I had a video on my instagram where I copied the
lettering from the 'mother' movie, I really liked the style
and wanted to try it myself
so I used the pop can pen my husband made for me
I'm going to show you how he made it
it's really easy, he didn't come up with it and I didn't come up with it
I will link the tutorial that we used to figure it out.
It's a really good tutorial, it's just on someone's website
it's pretty funny too, you should definitely check it out
you'll also be able to download the printable template
that you will use to cut out the nib fro the pop can
Again, that link will be in the description box below.
You will need some tools for this
Most of them will be around the house
First we have the printed template, you can grab this from the link provided
There are three different size nibs but I'll only be showing one
you will need tape, a masking tape and duct tape
a pop can, a dowel which you can probably get from Home Depot
It should be the length and size of a pen or marker
you'll need some scissors and also a knife
First thing we are going to do is
cut the can open
I"m going to start by poking a hole with the knife
please be very very careful
wear gloves if you have them
be sure to be cautious, the edges are sharp and can cut you
warning, be careful!
I'm just cutting around the edge of the pop can now
it's taking me a while, it's not easy
I did figure out that if I turned the can around
and face the blade of the scissors the other way
it was a little easier because the blade
didn't go towards the middle of the can
but towards the outside of the can
just keep cutting until you've finished that side
go ahead and do the same with the other side
again, be very very careful
the edges are very sharp
once you've cut out the ends of the can
you're going to want to cut
a line down the middle of the can
I just looked for the best place to do this
Maybe were I cut out the most from the top and bottom
just cut a straight line so we can open it up
and flatten it out
you'll see that it's really curly because it
was in a pop can shape
so to flatten this out I'm going to put it in
My oven and set it at 500 degress or broil
I put it on broil and left it for 10 mins
Now it's out and make sure you let it cool
because it will be hot
now I'm cutting out the smallest nib size
from the printable template
and this is what you're going to use
to cut out the nib from the pop can
just find a good spot on the can that's not
too dented and work with the curve
that's why I'm facing it up and down the can
then I just taped it down with some washit tape
so it will be easy to remove the tape
i'm just going over the outside with a black sharpie
Now I'm going to cut out the nib
there are two ways to do this
the way that's suggested and the way I did it
I cut out the entire shape
but there is a way that the tutorial suggests
they say to use a hole punch to punch holes
where the nib goes in
that just makes sure that weakest point doesn't get
that harsh cut that could possibly tear
you cut a rectangle and then where the shape goes in
you would hole punch and then cut out the rest
it should look like this whenever you're done
now I'm going to grab a piece of the duct tape
i guess maybe 5 inches long
the one I cut out was too long
then I placed the metal nib
flat on the duct tape just so that it lines up
with the edge of the skinny part of the nib
make sure the tape is totally flat and try to get it
as straight as possible so when you roll
it up it doesn't go in a funny direction
then I placed the dowel on the very edge of the nib
and then curled the nib around the dowel
so I can roll it over on the tape
make sure to keep it steady
and shape the nib a little bit so it rolls easier
also you want to make sure that it's nice and tight
so it doesn't move when you're writing
i'm just cutting of the excess
you'll want to grab some type of scoring tool
so you can score the inside crease
i grabbed the scoring tool from my cricut
then I just wrote down the center with it
this gives it a nice edge
now you'll want to make that curved pen shape
so you could use the template to draw
but I'm just going to do it free hand
it kind of has like a knife shape
draw that on with the sharpie and cut out after you've drawn it
try your best to make it very smooth because
this is the edge you will be writing with
so now you're pretty much done
the last thing recommended is to
light your pen on fire
it won't really light on fire, but heat up the nib
this just make it a little stiffer
you want to make sure you have a cup of cold water handy
so after putting it under the fire for about 10-20 seconds
you just shove it in the cup of water right away
ok and that's it! there's your pen
so now you can make some really cool unpredictable
edgy calligraphy
if you find out you really like it, they do sell these
pens, not the DIY ones so you can grab one
if you get a little more serious.
thanks for watching, if you like - give it a like!

mentor taught me once. And it was in a moment where I didn't want to do,
actually you know what it was? I didn't want to do videos. I was like, "I don't
want to do this, it's so hard!" And this mentor of mine told me at first you're going to
suck, and then you're gonna suck a little less, and then you're gonna suck a little
less than that, and eventually you'll stop sucking and you'll be good at it.
And I was like, " Oh, I don't want to do it." So if you guys can remember back to when
you started doing highlights, at first it's just hard to do, but with the power

Introducing Me: a digital story - Duration: 3:22.
Hello!
My name is Emily Ford... yes, like the cars, or the president, or Harrison.
I'm 5-foot-6, I have four tattoos, big brown eyes, and sort of brown, sort of blonde hair.
It used to be really blonde; but oddly enough, I was actually born with red hair.
I am terrified of birds, but I like most other
animals; especially farm animals!
That is part of the reason why I am a vegan.
So, what is a vegan?
No, it doesn't mean that I am a hippie... though my mom says that I totally am.
"Vegan" just means that I don't eat any animal products... nope, not any.
I love to read!
Particularly, the fantasy genre, but I don't like Twilight.
I get my love of reading from my mom.
Speaking of family, this is my family!
This is my mom, my dad, and my younger sister Lauren, who was adopted from Russia.
This summer, we adopted a rescue pitbull; her name is Zolly.
She has crossed-eyes, so sometimes she stumbles around [clumsily], especially while she is
running.
Speaking of running: I do not run.
I'm not athletic in the slightest.
I'd much rather be watching Netflix in bed.
The only time I really enjoy being "active" is when I'm outdoors exploring or traveling
and touring the sights.
So far, I have been to Jamaica, the Dominican Republic, Australia, Spain, Italy and France,
Germany, and the Czech Republic.
In the spring, I will be traveling to...
Argentina!
One of my major goals on my bucket list is to travel to all of the continents and as
many countries as possible.
So, here's to checking off South America.
That's all that I can really think of, so thanks for sticking it out and listening to
what I had to say.
Hopefully you enjoyed getting to meet me.

Who Is Sasha McVeigh? 5 Things You Need to Know - Duration: 2:04.
Who Is Sasha McVeigh? 5 Things You Need to Know
Southern drawls go hand in hand with country music; fans don't think twice about hearing artists drop a "y'all" or two into conversation.
So to hear a country artist with a British accent is … well, unexpected.
But UK country artist Sasha McVeigh brings not only a lovely accent, but also a whole lot of spunk and huge talent in singing and songwriting, to the table.
McVeigh began singing in shopping carts (or, rather, trolleys) when she was just a toddler; a couple of decades later, she's still at it, minus the shopping carts.
She fell in love with country music because her dad danced her around the living room to CMT, and in 2012, McVeigh traveled to Nashville.
After booking shows at venues such as Tootsies Orchid Lounge, the Rutledge and the Bluebird Cafe, it was clear that McVeigh had something special.
McVeigh released her Kickstarter-funded debut album, I Stand Alone, in June of 2015, and her debut single was "When I'm Over You."
McVeigh's nearly constant touring schedule has exposed her to fans across the United States, Canada, Europe and the United Kingdom.
She's graced the stage at summer festivals such as Country Jam, the Taste of Country Music Festival and Country Stampede.
"These past few years have been part of a journey, a journey that's far from over," McVeigh says.
"I feel incredibly blessed for all the opportunities that continue to present themselves and for the support of my fans, friends and family."
For five more facts about McVeigh, click through the photo gallery above. Readers will learn about her favorite '90s television show, her candy bar weakness, her favorite artists and more.

Venezuelan. Where are you? - Duration: 5:31.
You are also <i>Venezuelan</i>? -From where?
I'm from Bolivar City, but I lived in Caracas before coming here
Anyways I've been living here long time ago
For how long are you living here? -Almost ten years
My name is Nora Caminiesky
I'm 65 years old. I live in Almagro
In <i>Córdoba</i> with <i>Gascón</i>
We went, both of us, from the <i>Italiano Hospital</i> to my house
I took her and I was telling her... the taxi driver start talking
And already had an accent that <i>kills</i> of Venezuelan
And the same day
the kinesiologist that took care of me was a venezuelan
In the streets I heard venezuelans speaking
I felt like I was in Venezuela
But now to listen so many and listen so many together
Is from the last 3 or 4 months that I've experienced that
And now I'm perceiving the accent
I almost can imitate it
A nobler inmigration of people which is representative of the caribbean spirit
They are cheerful
the women are very femenine
they are pretty
the argentinians we're more serious, sadder
we have the <i>tango</i>
we have another accent in the language
We accentuate the "p" the strong letters
The neighborhood has been modified, you know?
I had the chance to hear clients that come here happy
because were attended by a girl
the cashier of the chinese supermarket... that is a Venezuelan
the delivery boy that works in the Ice cream shop around the corner is venezuelan
We all are very kind
people is happy
<i>-Hello, good morning -Hello, How are you Ms.Sandra. Good day!</i>
Here we're symbolized by being kind and friendly.
It symbolizes us
It help us a lot the thing of...
being polite, I mean...
They love that
They're fascinated by the musicality in our way of speaking
I made really good frienship with argentines. You know?
I went to drink <i>mate</i>in their homes. I went to eat pizza...
I've invited them to my place to eat <i>arepas</i>
I'm looking the way to incorporate my self at the neighborhood
When we open the shop
we made it in function of the argentine public
They've liked the attention and kindness
they liked that characteristic about us
-<i>Hello, How are you? Good day! -Very good</i>
(If you were well attended, tell the others. If you were not attended properly talk to us.) -<i>Hello, How are you? Good day! -Very good</i>
(If you were well attended, tell the others. If you were not attended properly talk to us.)
-<i>What can I get you? -100 grams of</i>
I'm from Caracas.
Well, I lived in the <i>Orient</i>
but I was born in Caracas
Walking, walking and walking...
Getting to know the neighborhood
We were looking for shops to rent
Around here there are Venezuelan neighbors
also, and they come
They always come to buy something, to ask for desserts
but we are a lot...
And one notice it, because of the accent you can recognize it
Our food, our way to be and at the moment of
Meet another Venezuelan, is like we are all friends
<i>-Hello. How are you? -How are you doing Carlos? -Good, good. Thank you.</i>
A lot of things distinguish us... The way of walk
So many times even the way of dressing is totally different
Until certain amount of time... because you don't look as a Venezuelan anymore
Next year are going to be 30 years
In the same building
I've had front door neighbors
from different nationalities
From Argentines to Ucranians and Venezuelans too
At least with myself some argentines feel identified because we get to talk
about a lot of things
Maybe it works for them as a catharsis
because people here need to vent, need to talk.
They tell me: <i>Che! we are full of Venezuelans here, but they are so nice.</i>
(<i>Venezuelan's mumbling</i>)

How to Take a Perfect #Selfie (Self-Portrait) for your Instagram - Duration: 2:47.
Hi everyone
so, how to take selfie like I do?
I believe if you guys have been following on instagram
you guy have seen a lot of pictures that I have taken
and most of those pictures are taken by myself
very rarely, I have friends who will help me to take pictures
the reason is very simple
because I manage my own Instagram account
and all my social media accounts
and there's nobody else managing it other then myself
so the only person that I can rely on is, myself.
so how do I do it?
There are a few factors that you have to look into
Such as, what are the tools that you need?
Background
and something which you have to build up yourself
which are confidence & courage
So, let's start with the tools
The Canon EOS M3
This is the perfect camera for me to bring around everywhere
because it is so small and so light
and guess what?
selfie mode
Secondly, a tripod
A tripod is for you to prop your camera on
direct it to yourself and you can start shooting
Lastly, a smart phone
so what I can do with this smartphone is that
I have downloaded an App call Casable
The App actually gives me better control
What I'm shooting,
How I'm I going to shoot,
Super flexible
I can wirelessly control my camera wherever I am
Pictures will be directly download straight into my smartphone
to instantly see how I look like?
amazing isn't it?
Please note that time of the day is also very important
I'm lucky that I'm now in the middle of the afternoon
and it's quite cloudy, because I think it's gonna rain very soon
I get just enough sunlight
the sun is not strong
I don't get very contrasty shadow
everything is just perfect today
If you guys are following me on instagram
you guys might have notice
that some of my backdrop is the sky
so why the sky?
first of all, it's super clean
heavenly
beautiful
and of course they are everywhere
so right now, I'm going to show you guys how I do my selfie
with my favourite backdrop
first put your camera on the tripod
and frame it
then turn on the wifi on your camera
and connect it to your mobile phone
Frame it again to make sure all is okay
then go in front of your camera and start posing
you can also check your images on your mobile phone
take a few more images to make sure that you are satisfied with all your shots
it should only take about 10-15 minutes
and that's it
thank you guys for watching
if you like this video subscribe right now
and check out my other videos in my channel
see you guys

How Do You Find The Property Owner Of A House? - Duration: 5:31.
Hello, everybody.
Thank you for coming to this week's video blog here at California Realty Training.
Robert Ricco here, hoping to bring you some great information for your real estate career.
Now, it's kind of neat this week.
One of our YouTube subscribers sent us a question, and they asked for us if we could please provide
him with some information, and answering this question.
Now, the question was this, "How can someone find out who the owner of a property is?"
That's a pretty cool question.
How can we find out who the owner of a property is?
You see a vacant house down the street and you want to know who the hell owns this house.
How can we find out?
Or, you're interested in contacting an owner to see maybe if he wants to sell his house.
Well, how do we find out who owns this house?
There's a few ways to do it.
Some are simple, some aren't so simple, but they're all effective.
Ready?
Here it goes.
I'm going to give you the first bit of advice.
You want to find out who owns this house?
Get in your car, drive to the house, knock on the door, see if they're there.
If they're not there, what I'd like for you to do is go knock on the neighbor's door.
Ask the neighbor around.
Yeah, it's going to seem like you're being a nosy person, but if that's what you want,
if you want that information, you might want to talk to the neighbors.
The neighbors typically always know who lives in what house in their area.
Ask the neighbor.
They might know.
Or, you could take a trip down to the County Recorder's office.
How do you like that?
Take a trip down to the County Recorder's office.
Now, that typically is, of course, at the County Courthouse.
You go to the County Courthouse and they carry all of the information that's necessary for
a home, the owner, when they purchased it, when it was transferred, the deed ... All
this is public records, you see, and it's all at the County Recorder's office at the
County Courthouse.
The best thing to do if you want any public information is take trip down there and request
it.
After all, it is public records.
Now, the third way, which I believe is the most effective way, especially when you get
your license, is to create a beautiful relationship with a title representative, a title company.
These people are crucial to your business.
Why?
Because they hold a key.
They hold a key to tons of information when it comes to homes.
For example, let's assume you're going to go on a listing appointment.
You're going to go speak for the very first time to a homeowner.
That's pretty darn important.
It's pretty scary, and you want to be prepared.
The best way to be prepared is to know everything there is to know about this house, when the
owner bought it, when the house was built, how many liens are on the house.
You want to know everything there is to know about this house.
How do you do it?
What do you to?
A title representative many times will give us access on our computers to tons of information
on properties.
They'll give you your own log-in code, or whatnot, and you can get in here.
This beautiful computer, now, this database has tons of information on any house that
you want.
All you've got to do is type in the address.
You can search it by address.
You can search by the owner's name, if you happen to have the owner's name.
You can search by APN number.
Now, what's an APN number?
Assessor's parcel number.
You can search by almost ... for any way of those three, by the owner's name, address
of the house, or the APN number.
You search it there and you push enter, and here it comes, all the data on this one property.
You ask yourself, so how do we find out?
You punch it all in there.
This title page will give you when the house was built, how many square feet, who had it
before then, the chain of title, the mortgages on it, the liens on it, everything you want
to know about this house is at your fingertips.
Now, isn't that pretty darn cool?
You grab this information, you look it over, you study it slightly so that when you do
show up to this owner's house, when you do show up to your listing appointment, you're
prepared.
Isn't that part of the game, to be prepared?
Do you ever show up on the first date not knowing anything about the other person?
Some people do, it's called a blind date, and from what I understand they're nerve-wrecking.
It's nice to know something about the other person when you show up.
Title rep gives us the information, you show up to the front door of the seller and say,
"Mr. Seller, I've done some research on your house.
I see it was built in 1955.
I see you purchased it in 1974.
I see you owe so-and-so amount of money on it."
What a great way to introduce yourself to these people.
What a great first conversation you are providing them with resources that they probably never
even knew.
You're updated on all this information because of the title representative giving you this
public information.
Isn't that great?
Let's talk about three ways of you finding information on a home.
Number one, go knock on their door, on the neighbor's properties and say, "Hey, neighbor,
do you know who lives here?"
That's the easy way, if you're luck.
Number two, go to yourself, make a trip down to the County Courthouse.
They provide you with public records right then and there.
Third, do it from behind your desk.
Use a computer.
Type it in there.
Title representatives want to help you with that.
You type in the name, address or what?
That's right, APN number, and it will provide you with everything you need to know.
Hope you learned something today.
