hey me amigos feeqone here and today we are going to discuss about top fact you should

know about vain glory now if you were thinking of stating of vainglory or you have already

started up vainglory but you are not getting hang of it than don't worry i got you cover

this fact should be definitely help you now without any further a do

lets get started

FACT 1

so vainglory is what you typically know as a M.O.B.A a M.O.B.A is a multiplayer online battle arena when i say the word M.O.B.A

if words like L.O.L (League Of Legends) and DOTA come to mind then you would be right vainglory just like the others

is a M.O.B.A of a P.V.P but the difference is it 's only 3.V.3 for now I say for now because vainglory is due to get a 5.V.5

upgrade soon in update 3.0 it's gonna be really exiting because everyone in vainglory now is going to start of

on a new step from the beginning so it's gonna be like a huge learning experience

I suggest you join in as soon as possible before update 3.0 to experience vainglory to the fullest

FACT 2

now when you download and install the entire 1.4 GB something game you are gonna be introduce to five part tutorial

after you finish the tutorial you can logging to vainglory via google when you do that your account is going to be having

three hero's namely TAKA the stealthily jungler a melee hero with lot of burst damage and RINGO and SKAARF laners with damage over time who have a range in them

and you are also going to be having SKAARF infinity SKAARF rare skin

now if you find neither of those hero's are exactly you need and you are more of support kinda hero like to protect his team instead of ambushing the enemy

then don't worry every player in vainglory is bound to get a support hero from the mystery chest

I myself got a CATHERINE my friend NEWINKWELL he got an ARDAN and TACALL AIR claims to have an ADAGIO

from the mystery chest so even if you not working out so well with jungler's and laners don't worry you soon get a

captain hero with which you can support your team instead of ambushing the enemy's

if that's more of your's style

speaking of hero's

FACT 3

now there are three type's of hero's and 34 hero's in total the first type consisting of 12 hero's is the jungler type

this guys are usually melee hero's with a lot of burst damage and their skill set can be used for bush gang kin

now their is of course an exception of PETAL how is actually a range hero's but beside's her hero's like

TAKA and RONA these guys have a lot of burst damage

and it's sort of like a one shot one kill thing

you land in and attack on enemy and they immediately deal a lot of damage

now the second type consist of 14 hero's is the LANER HERO'S

this guys are also know as carry hero's because most of the time the victory or defeat of your team depend on how good your laner are

now this guys are usually ranged hero's they have a lot of range and they damage the enemy over time it's like poison

it damages you over time it doesn't immediately kill you like the burst damage it damages you over time

and it has a lot of range

laners usually hang around lane defending their torrents and try to push their enemy's toward the enemy home Joel

now the final type and one of the most important type is the captain hero's

these guys are more like protectors of the team this guy don't concentrate on the enemy team or attaching them

they concentrate on protecting their own hero's and their own team mates

their skill set are very specific and they are mostly used for protecting their own team even there itemization and recommendation consist of defense item

speaking of items

FACT 4

now their is a thing called itemization in vainglory basically when you go into a match you are suppose to buy a lot item with gold you earn in the match

this item do not carry from match to match so as soon as you end the match this item don't stick with you any more

when you start out the match you start out with the 600 gold and you can get about 2 item in that

soon you upgrade to the third tier item in weapon crystal or defense item slot

so captain usually go for the defense item slot and they try their best to reach the tier three slot by the end of the match

now itemization is key here

a singal mishap in buying one item could mean the difference between victory and defeat for your team

so you need to be very wise and careful in selecting your items

I say practice your item builds in bots matches or at least co-op bots so you know how well your item work and how much difference it makes in a match

try different builds go into the recommendations see more videos about this and try to figure out your own unique item build for your unique character

and when your done test it out in in the P.V.P matches and see how well they work

FACT 5

what you are looking at right now is what vainglory 3.V.3 match map looks like

here is your home base here is the enemy home base this is your home jewel this is the enemy home jewel this are all your turrents and this are all enemy turrents

this entire part is the jungle

now 35 seconds into the match all the jungle monster spotted all those miner and minions who ever they are they all spotted

4 minutes into the match the middle centree and your gold miners spots in

15 minutes into the match the middle centree is replaced by what is called as the kraken

now you can steal this kraken by defeating it ones and putting it on your team and that kraken will help you destroy turrents and the enemy gold jewel

now remember this kraken only come in 15 minutes into the match now it might not sound like a lot right now but when you are playing an intents vainglory match every

second is as long as you can aspect ed to be

now your team has 2 main objective

push the lane by destroying the enemy turrent and their home jewel but also at the same time protect your own turrents and you own home jewel

when you finally destroy the enemy home jewel you win the match

but if the enemy is able to destroy all your turrents and your home jewel you loss

FACT 6

now you might be thinking FEEQONE what if my team mate decides to abandon the match then it's like a 2.V.3 match right

well you are correct your team mate could sometime can abandon the match leaving you and your other team mate all alone to face three other enemies

well for this vainglory has what is called a karma system

when you have good karma you are placed in the high priority Q and everything runs normal

if you start leaving and deserting matches every now and then you get a lot of bad karma

eventually it put you in a low priority Q meaning you won't get matches as quickly as you earlier use to it might even take 2,3 to 5 min to get a single match

but you still continue to desert matches because of what ever reason you eventually get temporary or even permanently banned from the game

so you want as much good karma as possible on your side you don't want any bad karma sometimes it's so happens as we have some work

and we may have to desert a match

that okay ones in a while is okay

but you consistently keep abandoning the matches rage quiting or even purposelessly losing the match so that you can get it over quickly

your team mates can dishonor you and complain AFK's (away from keyboard) intentional law and lozey game play against you

and the vainglory community it will recognize you and band you possibly even permanently if the complain stack up so don't desert

FACT 7

there is a new thing called talents in vainglory their only available for brawl type matches like battle royale or blitz

now this talents are like a super upgrade for your hero abilities each of your hero's has one heroic perk and three abilities A B and ULTIMATE

now this talents can upgrade your hero ability in brawl game modes like battle royale and blitz

rear talents upgrade your hero's A ability

epic talent are know to upgrade hero's B ability and legendary talents they pack a full bunch in your ultimate

FACT 8

now there are many different type of currency in vainglory

opals,ice,essence etc

but the most important currency is glory

now a normal hero would cost you either 6000 or 8000 glory you can even buy talent coins and upgrade talent coins with the help of glory

when you go to buy a rare talent coin it would cost you somewhere about 20 glory

when you buy a epic talent coin it would cost you something about 2000 glory and if you try to buy a legendary talent coin it would cost you about 5000 glory

now when you upgrade your rare talent coins it start of 10 glory and every time you upgraded again it adds 5 more glory to the total

the same happen to epic which start with 300 glory and it add 50 glory every time you upgraded once more

and legendary which need 3000 glory to upgraded once

glory are very important and you can easily get a lot of glory from your mystery chest from other challenges from your daily challenges

and by just playing normal matches like P.V.P

Hello and welcome to a short webinar hosted by the Commission for Educational Exchange

between the United States, Belgium and Luxembourg.

In addition to administering the Fulbright Programs for Belgium, Luxembourg and the European

Union, the Commission for Educational Exchange also offers educational advising for students

in Belgium who are thinking about studying in the United States.

EducationUSA makes applying to a U.S. college or university clear by identifying your five

steps to U.S. Study.

In today's video, we'll talk briefly about recommendation letters, a key component to

a complete university application.

Recommendation letters are more important in the college admissions process than many

students realize.

Just ask the Senior Assistant Director of Admission and Director of Engineering Recruitment

at Columbia University!

She told EducationUSA: "I have learned that amidst all the information one can garner

from reading a candidate's secondary school transcript, short responses, application essay,

and list of achievements and activities, what often pulls the entire picture together are

letters from counselors and teachers.

This is because, at the end of the day, the letters provide evidence that a student's

achievements make an impact upon the outside world."

A great recommendation letter is written by someone who knows you well.

Do not choose a recommender to whom you are just a grade on a paper.

Your recommender should be able to speak to your character, personal motivations, and

past challenges – not just your academic achievements!

When selecting your recommenders, look for a variety of teachers or employers who can

speak to different aspects of your personality and achievements.

Consider choosing teachers who have taught you in subjects that you found challenging

but in which you worked hard to excel.

Alternatively, it might also be a good idea to choose teachers who have taught you in

the areas of study you would like to pursue in college.

Above all, choose teachers who like and respect you.

Remember, you can also ask for a recommendation from another adult: for example, a coach,

an employer, or an adviser who knows you well and could write a strong and positive letter.

If you are unsure that your recommender will be able to speak to these characteristics,

consider providing them with some additional information, including:

the universities to which you are applying (and the reasons why)

your accomplishments so far and your plans and goals for the future

your most meaningful and long-term commitments, in or outside of school

personal issues (long commutes, after school jobs, family problems) that may have affected

you over your secondary school years

You may also wish to provide your recommenders with a copy of your resume or the personal

statement that you will be submitting to universities.

This will show your recommenders how you are packaging your own application.

Some universities may have specific requirements when it comes to letters of recommendation.

If you are applying to a specific program, you may be asked to provide letters of recommendation

from teachers in a particular field of study.

For example, a high school student applying to a competitive engineering program may need

to submit letters of recommendation specifically from math and science teachers.

Consult individual university websites for more information about requirements and to

review any suggestions that they might have for letters of recommendation.

For example, the website of the Office of Undergraduate Admissions at Vanderbilt University

provides this advice: "The most compelling letters of recommendation offer information

that either expands upon something we have learned from the student's application or

informs us of something entirely new.

The best recommendations are not checklists of what the student has accomplished; the

best recommendations expound upon these accomplishments."

Overall, they explain, "letters of recommendation should provide us with a more detailed sense

of the student in and out of the classroom."

Remember to give recommenders plenty of time to write your letters!

Make your request at least two months in advance, and then follow up with your recommender as

the deadline approaches.

Be clear about the requirements.

Make sure that the people writing your letters of recommendation know the application deadline

(and hopefully plan to submit their recommendation well in advance) and how the letter must be

submitted.

Be clear about your expectations.

Most secondary school teachers in the United States have written many letters of recommendation

and know what is expected; in contrast, this might be the first time that your teacher

has written a letter of recommendation for a U.S. university!

You should be prepared to explain to them what an American letter of recommendation

looks like, what information it includes, and what kind of tone it expresses.

After the recommendations have been submitted, follow up with a (handwritten) thank you note.

Do your research by perusing college and university websites, consulting non-profit educational

organizations like The College Board, taking advantage of events in your home country,

hey guys and welcome back today I want to talk a little bit more about

discounts and whether you should ever offer discounts on your products or

services

first let's talk a little bit more about why people offer discounts to begin with

oftentimes it is to move product to move your services to sell more however it

can come off as desperate oftentimes when we see someone discounting

something we start to wonder why it's being discounted what is the true value

of that product or service because it's being discounted if you offer discounts

it can often send the wrong message if here you have established this value for

the service or product that you offer you've told everyone this is what it's

worth this is what it's priced at and then you turn around and say well no

actually on these certain other days of the year or this week only it's actually

worth something completely different and it's really hard to build that value

back up again after you've discounted it and told everyone it's actually worth

less I want to point out that it's much more widely accepted to discount

products than it is to discount services now with products often it is a

mass-produced thing every product is essentially the same there's no real

level of customization there so you can get away with discounting more easily

especially when it comes to you know certain times of the year or trying to

move more of them because by bringing the value of it down or bringing the

price of it down you're not necessarily devaluing the product itself because the

product stays the same yet with a service often times you are with the

client is dying or they are buying a customized experience and so when you

drop the price of that and you devalue that it's a lot harder for a client to

understand why it might go back up later or why it was that price in the first

place plus customers tend to understand that when they are buying a product they

are buying not just the cost of the materials themselves they go into the

product they know there's markups involved they know there's you know

depending on how many different stops the product has to make to get to the

consumer or how many different distribution channels there are you know

that's gonna change the price of a product so and we all kind of

know how that works so when we see you know at you know Walmart or anywhere

else the price of something dropped we're we're not as often put off by that

and that doesn't in our minds devalue the product itself but with a service if

you discount it you are devaluing it and you are

compromising the overall view of your service and what it entails so you have

to be really really careful about that and honestly myself I don't believe in

discounting my services they are what they are because my services are

customized my services are working with you know individuals or students or

anything else to consult with them and give them feedback on their businesses

that is something where my level of knowledge or expertise or experience or

advice that I'm giving that doesn't change based on the day of the week or

the month or because I just feel like booking more clients this month that's

not gonna change anything so I can't devalue my expertise in my education and

all of this these background pieces that go into the price of my service yep on

the flip side of that with the pricing workbook for example I am NOT as

attached to the price of that that the work of yourself isn't gonna change no

matter how many I sell any given year so that's something where I would be more

open to discounting it if I needed to sell more of them or if I wanted to open

up sales for a particular audience that is a product that is something I don't

mind putting a discount on my services no way not gonna discount those not

gonna devalue those because those are based on a personal experience with each

of my clients so now what can you do instead of discounting you can add value

to what you already have so whether this might come in the form of giving an

extra bonus or giving more of your time to a client or giving an additional

service that you add on to your current service that they're looking at whatever

that might be by adding value by giving them more you

can often still have that and send for them to hire you or work with you or

buy your product than just by discounting it so there you have it

are you someone that has discounted in the past or do you offer discounts on

WH23X10030 - Replacing Your Washer's Drain Pump - AP5803461, PS8768445. - Duration: 3:58.

Hi, I'm Jordan

Today I'm going to show you how to replace the washer drain pump on your washer model

The reason you might need to change this part is if your pump is malfunctioning or not working properly

and for this repair, you'll need a pair of channel lock pliers, a putty knife

and a three-eighths nut driver

Before doing any repairs, please disconnect your power source

then just turn off your water

So this is our washer model

The first thing we're going to do is use our putty knife and open the tabs on our washer door

Lift the panel holding the two tabs at the bottom

so our pump is located right here, near the right side of the bottom of our unit

As you can see, the wire and the two pumps in the back are holding in the pump.

In order to disconnect our old pump, we're going to disconnect the old wire harness that's holding it in

before proceeding any further, I would use a towel or an old rag

and place it underneath the appliance just in case of water spills

With the pair of channel locks, we're just going to loosen up on the clamps right here

and then just disconnect the hose

and then with our three-eights nut driver

we're just going to remove the two screws that are located on the bottom

Once you've taken out those two screws we're just going to lift up on our old pump

and remove it

Grab your new OEM replacement pump, if you don't have one of these pumps already you

can find them on our online store

and then place your new pump back into the unit

and then replace the screws you took out previously

then connect the hoses to your new pump

then just replace your wire harness

then you're going to take your front panel

and line up the tabs with the opening on the bottom

make sure both sides are locked in

turn your water back on to your machine

your repair is complete

Finally, don't forget to plug in your appliance

I hope you guys had a great night last night I did and I'm happy to say that I

did I had a good night last night the kids went to bed at a decent time and

they woke up this morning with no problems today was great okay

this morning was so great they will cut our your body was ready to go to school

got their breakfast done on time they ate their breakfast this morning

nobody left anything I made to make I made Hungry Jacks

funfetti complete pancakes and it looked good and looked like cake it looks like

cake for breakfast which probably wasn't a good idea but um they enjoyed it they

liked it um they got their backpacks they got their lunchboxes I didn't have

to yell who don't have those shoes on where's your backpack wish a hairband

I don't have to do any of that this morning and I was great so this morning

was a bunch of positivity throughout the house everybody was just like yeah we going

to school and I said yeah y'all are going to school I want them to go into school

with positive energy with positive thoughts and I'm I'm pretty sure that

happened today you know some mornings are really rough they're dragging their

feet they don't want to get out of bed and this morning was excellent because

some mornings can be hectic and I know mom's like we don't want to be yelling at

our kids early in the morning we want to send them to school with positive

thoughts and positive vibes so yeah that's what happened this morning and

I'm thankful for that so I'm here in the beautiful park and

I'm here because I'm always here you know I go for my morning my morning

walks and I'm during this walk this morning I was just in my thoughts and I

thought let me come and sit down and just meditate so I came and sat down and

meditated and after I meditated I thought let me just come and say hi to

you guys so this is why we're here and um I just thought that meditation is so

important meditation is a necessity because when you're just in your

thoughts all the time may becomes overwhelming becomes stressful it

becomes everything like absolutely everything it becomes like it just

invades all the space in your mind and

yeah yeah that's what it yeah so when you um meditate you're able to release

all those energies out of your mind and you're able to embrace positive thoughts

and embrace positive energies so this is why I'm here I'm sitting right here and

I'm enjoying nature I know a lot of moms you know we don't have time to really be

to ourselves only because you know there's so many things to do our lives

are really hectic especially if you're a mom of more than one child so um it's

good to just sit down and it take time for yourself

it doesn't have to be in the park it can be anywhere it can be on your porch it

could be in your bathroom it could be on your bed you know as long as you're

taking time out for yourself to enjoy yourself to just be free of thoughts to

just free of any negativity take your time

take the time out of your life to do that it is so important you you'll see

the difference in your life in your day in fact you'll see Wow

you know like this meditation thing is not bad you know some people meditation

with meditate with music some people meditate with nothing at all

some people do though and that's fine too but I like to hear the birds chirp I

like to hear the squirrels dropping their acorns you know how I like to

meditate so if you haven't meditated today take the time to it's so important

for you so important for your life it's so important for the minutes of ahead or

the hours I had or you know the days I had it's just it's good to just be to

yourself so that you could understand what your self needs for yourself means

what you need for yourself meditation is great meditation is

powerful meditation is soothing meditation delivers answers

just as but just pray or does you know I was really good suggest take time to be

to yourself to be with yourself

How to paint realistic luscious leaves in watercolour with Anna Mason - Duration: 4:50.

Hi it's Anna Mason, and in this watercolour tip video I wanted to show you my glazing

method for painting leaves.

This works especially well for painting any deciduous type leaf which contains lots and

lots of veins to it.

Like these apple leaves.

You may have found these overwhelming to try to paint and get them looking realistic if you've tried them before.

Either you attempt to ignore the little micro veins in them altogether and you end up with smooth,

more stylised leaves, or you can get obsessed adding too much veiny detail and they don't

look right either.

So here's my method for getting the balance right.

I started with a drawing where I marked in the most prominent of the veins - the central

one and the ones coming off of that.

When we look at the photo I'm working from, we can see that these veins are a pale yellow

colour and, because they're pale, I want to paint them first.

And when you zoom right in and look super closely you can see that this colour is also

present in the tiny little veins that come off of the secondary veins and the even smaller

ones that come off of them.

But as we're painting at this size, we don't actually need to paint all of those tiny veins.

If we were painting the leaf at twice the size - or even

more, then we'd need to add

more of these veins in to achieve a realistic level of detail.

But when we're painting at this sort of size we just need to create the impression of these

smaller veins as we paint.

And in addition, those tiny veins are so thin that they actually appear a shade darker than

the wider veins when we're viewing at this scale.

So what we're going to do now is to focus on painting the widest of the veins which

are highlighted here and they're easier to see against a white background.

Being widest these veins stand out more strongly against the darker leaf colour around them

so it's these that we're going to paint with the yellow mix.

I apply the watery yellow colour to the main veins, not worrying if I paint over the pencil

boundary as I'll be working with darker colours around the veins to define them later.

Next I paint the watery blue-green shiny highlights to the leaves to make sure that I had those

in the right places, before going on to paint a watery pale version of the main green of

the leaves everywhere else, using a small brush and taking care to work around the yellow

of the veins.

With that dry I go in with the very darkest tones within the leaf next.

Using a thick dark green mix, I apply with a small brush, making sure to leave lots of

gaps to create the impression of some of the tinier veins in the leaves.

This is something that you can get quick at with practice but it's important not to get too

formulaic and uniform in your application.

It does take a while but it's so important for creating realistic looking leaves.

Next I water down the mix a little to work on the darker midtone parts of the leaves

too.

The leaf is now looking really disjointed with all those gaps I've left standing out

way too much.

So it's time to unify them a bit by applying a glaze over them.

For this I use a mix that's not as watery as the first ones I used, but more watery

than the ones I've just been using.

I work gently with my brush so that I don't disturb the little markings I'd made before.

I then use this same consistency mix to create smaller shapes into the lighter parts of the

leaf, just as I did with the thicker mixes in the darker parts.

With that layer dry I'm into the adjustment phase where I darken the veins again to bring

them back in balance, then the darkest tones again to get them looking right and the lighter

midtones again to get them in balance too, before I apply another glaze over the lighter

tones within the leaves to darken those micro veins some more.

After I add a few more adjustments and details the leaves are finished.
