Get the iPhone X Notch On Any Android Phone! - Duration: 3:03.So you might be knowing all about the iPhone x which was launched recently, with its bezel
less display and new features like face id, animoji and not forgetting the all new a11
bionic chip
So you might have noticed the notch at the
top of the display which has all the sensors including the camera.
Hey guys this is Carlton and in this video ill be telling you how to go about getting
the notch on your android device.
so without wasting much time lets get started
So to get the iphone ten notch at the top of your android device youll have to install
either one of the two apps.
Neighter of these apps have any benefit or use as such, but maybe you if you want your
android sen to have some resemblance to the iPhone x, do give these apps a try
So the first app is called X+ which isnt available on the playstore, so the link to download
will be in the description box below.
So to get the notch at the top we move on to the app and just hit the toggle switch
to turn the feature on.
And as you can notice we get a blackened notch right at the top of the screen in addition we also get rounded corners
just to make it look more like the iphone x.
So the next app is called xoutof10, and this app is available on the play store for free.
This is another app like the x+ which also ads a nothch at the top to resemble the iphone
x.
Unlike the previous app this app dosen't round up the edge corners and the size of the blackened
area is bigger conmpared to the X+.
So these were two apps for you to make your android screen look like the iphone x.
So enjoy your iphone x experience.

Why CliftonStrengths Is Effective for Individuals & Teams - Duration: 5:34.WHY CLIFTONSTRENGTHS IS EFFECTIVE FOR INDIVIDUALS & TEAMS
[Nancy Stefanick, Senior Manager, Regional Learning & Development] So I've been a Strengths devotee for a long time, for about 15
years, and one of my favorite quotes, so a personal mantra of mine is a quote from Howard Thurman. He said, "Don't ask what the world needs, ask what makes you come alive and
go do that. Because what the world needs is more people who have come alive." And, for me, the power of StrengthsFinder within an organization is to tap into those
talents and those Strengths that when they are applied productively and when they're recognized and when they're called out, they truly make people come alive. And we would
call that engagement. I call it being fully alive in your work. Not sleepwalking, not just going through your day on autopilot, but feeling engaged and alive because your talents
are on display and they're being used to their maximum potential.
[Daniella Nicholson, Director of Human Resources] Well, what appealed to me about using CliftonStrengths is sometimes when you're rolling out assessments, individuals
can be skeptical and, you know, not buy into it. But with Strengths, you know, one of the things that I, that really drew me in was that they're all positive. So there's no bad
combination and it's not someone trying to trick the survey or trick the assessment, because whatever you get, that's just what you naturally do well. So there is no right or wrong,
better or worse, this is who you are and we want to know who you are.
[Craig Trombly, Gallup-Certified Strengths Coach] Just the revolutionizing concept that you would look at your talents and Strengths and develop those and how much more
capability there was to do things great by doing your talent, by focusing on your talents and Strengths. It immediately resonated with me and became quickly kind of my focus in
my development of myself, my staff, everyone I worked with heard about Strengths and continues to hear about it. I would say that CliftonStrengths provides an affirming language for
your talents and Strengths. We have lots of language, even for talents and Strengths, that is negative, where it calls out the dark side or what sometimes is referred to as the
basement of a talent. I love that StrengthsFinder and descriptions of the Themes gives you a language that describes you at your greatest. And so I would encourage
anybody, if you are the person here asking about why should I do this? Wouldn't you want to have descriptions of your greatest talents? And great affirming words that can, you can
use to explain to others so that you can then have those explanations and those understandings from that point of view
that you can then go on and use for great performance in your life.
[Mary Stier, Women's Ministry Director] It gives us common language to understand and give life to who we are and who we see others as and how we can work
together to make that better.
[Megan Gerhardt, Professor of Management] Personally, the understanding and awareness of my Strength has really helped me figure out what to say yes to. So I love
to stay busy, but I figured out I need to stay busy doing things that give me energy and not drain me. So it really is my decision making compass now. So if it's something that
allows me to leverage my talents, I say yes. And if it's something I feel like my talents won't be able to be utilized, then I tend to step away from that. So it's been really
powerful personally for my career.
[Cindy Liss, Leadership Development Coach] I would say assessibility. So for us to be able to take Strengths to a food and nutrition department as well as a
marketing department and see the same kind of ah-ha moments. I think it's just, it is, it is so simplistic in its complexity, you know. It's, you know, they do the
assessment, but, yet, it's so accessible and instantly easy to apply. I think the, you know, we can give all the worksheets and assessments and everything we want, but if
it's too complicated or they get back to their teams or their areas or their hospitals and say it's great that I know this but nobody else on my team knows it, or no one else in the
hospital knows it, so I'm not going to apply it and eventually it dies away. But I feel Strengths is something that's a very common conversation, the way that StrengthsFinder breaks
down the definitions of the 34 types, I think, is just easily accessible and easy to have conversations that we see take off almost immediately among teams. It, it, we don't have to
follow-up a whole lot, because they're already creating those common dialogues before we're even leaving the room.
[Tim Bornemeier, Senior Vice President, Customer Care Operations] It doesn't give me everything to work on. It doesn't try and
make me be all things to all people. It, it's just a very simplistic approach, but has such success because you're not focusing on so many different things and trying to be so
many different things to so many people. It's not buried in metrics. It's not buried in graphs and charts and… It is just a very basic understanding of who I am and how I can be
most successful in my job every day in influencing, you know, the people that I have accountability for.

How CliftonStrengths Has Changed My Life - Duration: 4:37.HOW CLIFTONSTRENGTHS HAS CHANGED MY LIFE
[Lisa Cummings, Gallup-Certified Strengths Coach] Knowing my Strengths, knowing my talents and seeing how
they show up on me, it's done a lot. It's, from a great side, the things that were already going well, it's helped me lean into those proudly. Personally, it's given me permission, it's
allowed me to give myself permission to really live in to who I am in a stronger way. So getting to know them on a really deep level is great so many ways in life, in personal life, in
work life, it, it works like a holistic piece, but it just gives you the self-awareness and the language, and the lenses through which you think about yourself to be able to become more of
who you are and really add your value to the world.
[Helen Holton, Coach It's changed my life for the better. It's given me confirmation and affirmation to what has lived intuitively within me for
many, many years. Since I was young and had no idea what I was going to do in life. It's changed my life.
[Jenn McCloskey, Director] Professionally, it literally changed the course of my career.
[Shari Rodriguez, Learning Program Manager] I've got to know myself more and the ability to articulate it to the people around me, my coworkers, my boss, my family, I
know that I eliminated some disruption in my house when I understood my son better. Maximizer versus Competition. Just those small things around, I know who I am and I think
the biggest thing for me is understanding that not everybody's going to approach it like I do.
[Troy Aitken, Organization Development Manager] It's helped me recognize that there are strengths and things that often I might have been told that there's something wrong
with you or it's something that's not great and it's a realization it's a strength and being able to harness that and move it from perhaps being raw in some places to really focus
in and achieve my goals. And, particularly, when I'm very conscious of it and I think about a piece of work I've got and I think about my Strengths,
I've found I've been a great success in achieving them.
[Mike Finnegan, Assistant Professor] Strengths have changed my life. I've got to pause for the goosebumps. The, in a very profound way. I always knew
that I was high energy. I always knew that I had a connection and a passion for people. And then when I read Woo, Winning Others Over, and naturally talented at breaking the
ice, I thought about my role as a faculty member with the School of Leadership Studies. And I make a commitment to get to know every one of my students by name. Even if I'm
teaching a class of 120 students. And so knowing people's names is important to me, but that's also my Woo in action. To say hey, if I know your name, I can engage you in the
conversation that we're having today and so then the Woo and the Maximizer, the Positivity, all those Strengths play in to my role as an educator. And the Adaptability Strength
really gave me permission to lesson plan, but it also allowed me to throw the lesson plan out when it didn't meet the needs of my students, depending on the week. And so I default to
my, my Strengths more so than I default to authority. Because, at the end of the day, if we're all living our Strengths, that should be the one authority that we follow,
because we're living our natural way of thinking, feeling, and behaving. So it's been life changing.
[Michele Cox, Manager, Learning Strategies] I have to speak about the thing that impacted me the most over the past few years – I had cancer. I had known a little bit
about my Strengths before cancer, but I really leaned into them. In particular Positivity. So you feel like you've lost control of so many things and yet my Positivity gave me the
hope of you know what? This is, this is a season and, I really believe that it was my Positivity that was given to me to tell me you can do something other than let cancer define you.
You can be something beyond that. So you can't stop the fact that you have cancer. You can't stop the fact that you have treatments. What is it that you can own? What is it
that you can be all yours? And it was my attitude.
