How YOU can help preserve the Avro Lancaster! - Duration: 1:51.

The Avro Lancaster was one of the largest and most important British and Canadian aircraft

to fly during the Second World War.

With a payload of up to 22,000 pounds, a range of 2,500 miles and a cruising

speed of 210 miles per hour, this aircraft played a major

role in the allied bombing command in the European theater of the conflict.

A total of 7,377 Lancaster aircraft were produced, including many that were produced in Canada.

However as of today only 16 of them have survived, 8 of them in Canada: 1 in Nova Scotia, 2 in

Alberta and 5 of them in the Province of Ontario.

One of the five Lancasters in Ontario is named FM104 and right now it is sitting on a storage

facility in a partially restored condition.

This artefact of Canadian history is owned by the city of Toronto and the mayor's office

has already put a request for it to be given away since city is unable to find a suitable

place for the aircraft.

In light of this the Canadian Museum of Flight, located in Langley, British Columbia would

like to acquire this Lancaster in order to preserve it and have it on display for the

millions of Canadians that live in the west coast.

The museum has already sent an official proposal to the city of Toronto with our offer to acquire

and restore the Lancaster FM104, however we would also like your support in order to preserve this

aircraft, both a symbol of freedom and as well tribute to all Canadians and allies who

served during the war.

the victims of a character assassination that leaves them penniless and alone.

While the mainstream media and law enforcement agencies continue to ignore the Clinton connection,

victims continue to pile up with no end in sight.

Just over this past year, Hillary Clinton has been implicated in several strange deaths

stemming back to DNC staffer Seth Rich.

Then there was the recent death of longtime Clinton investigator Peter W. Smith followed

by Klaus Eberwein, a former Haitian government official who was just about to blow the whistle

on the Clinton Foundation.

Of course there are many more victims that have fallen prey to the Clintons, but the

pattern is all the same.

If you cross the Clintons or try to expose them for the crimes they committed you will

meet your demise, and it doesn't matter who you are either.

Now another victim of Hillary Clinton's wrath was just destroyed publicly who also

happened to be a longtime supporter, and it proves that no one is safe from her tentacles.

Over the last several weeks, there has been a flurry of sexual allegations against politicians,

celebrities, and high-powered executives.

Almost every day another person is fingered as a "pervert" and yesterday was no exception

as the Today Show's Matt Lauer was named as the latest perpetrator of these crimes.

On Monday night, a detailed complaint was sent to NBC that contained a list of actions

inflicted on several victims by the hands of Lauer.

The allegations against the TODAY anchor go back over a decade, and each new report is

more damning than the last.

Though what is suspicious about these reports is the timing of them and has many people

wondering if there is an alternative motive of revenge.

As you know, Hillary Clinton released a book titled, "What Happened" that was a colossal

failure, but in this rubbish was a clue.

Clinton described in the book how she was angered that Lauer questioned her about her

private server during an interview last year.

NBC hosted a "Commander-in-Chief Forum" aboard the USS Intrepid on Sept. 6, 2016,

and the event was supposed to focus on the candidates' stances on foreign policy.

But during the interview, Lauer, the longtime host of the "Today" show, questioned Clinton

on the email scandal.

"Now I was ticked off," Clinton wrote in her forthcoming book "What Happened"

according to reports.

"NBC knew exactly what it was doing here.

The network was treating this like an episode of 'The Apprentice,' in which Trump stars

and ratings soar.

Lauer had turned what should have been a serious discussion into a pointless ambush.

What a waste of time."

Clinton said she found the interview with Lauer "disappointing but predictable."

"I can't say I didn't fantasize about shaking some sense into Lauer while I was

out there," she said.

Then-candidate Donald Trump took the stage after Clinton's 30-minute interview, and

the Democratic presidential nominee said Lauer gave her Republican opponent a "soft-pedal"

interview.

"I was almost physically sick," Clinton said.

Now no one is saying that Lauer is innocent of these horrific sexual attacks against these

victims, but you have to admit the timing is somewhat suspicious.

Let us be real here, Hillary is not about to allow someone like Lauer embarrass her

publicly on national television and let them get away with it.

Also, the obvious question is how did this abuse go on for so long undetected?

Whether or not Lauer did it someone knew about it and helped cover it up which is why these

sexual perverts have gotten away with it for so long.

And, Hillary Clinton knows a thing or two about covering sexual perversion up since

she is married to the biggest deviant in the country, her husband Bill Clinton.

No one can tell me that people in the NBC offices were not aware of Lauer's sexual

predilections.

People talk and you can be sure someone reported this to the Clintons and she tucked it away

for a rainy day when she would need to lash back.

The moral of this story is that when you are dealing with the Clintons no one is safe from

their reach and if they want to destroy you they will.

Hopefully, President Trump will keep his promise and investigate Hillary for all her crimes

past and present so she can receive a taste of her own medicine sooner than later.

Butterfly swimming without getting tired (5 Stage techniques for beginners) - Duration: 5:42.

this is a guide to help you swim butterfly without getting tired.

It consists of 5 phases.

I'm not saying that you will watch this video and you'll immediately go to the pool

and swim hundreds of yards without breaking a sweat.

No no, on this video I will show you a series of progressive exercises that you can do to

that if done well and often will help you create muscle memory for a smooth easy butterfly.

Along with muscles memory you will develop endurance that is basic for all things swimming.

I did a video a while ago about exercises for core muscles for dolphin kick.

If you haven't seen it I recommend watching it since it will help you with butterfly too.

If you have core strength then swimming butterfly is much easier.

If you do have some core strength and you still can't swim butterfly without getting

extremely tired then chances are your timing is off.

To perfect your technique let's begin with some shoulder warm up.

Remember that this is the hardest stroke on your shoulders so you need to warm them up

well before swimming.

Now lets do butterfly kick to warm up the core and leg muscles.

This exercise is quite challenging but it helps you focus on a quick breath and using

your legs properly.

So put your hands to your sides and dolphin kick your way across the pool.

Remember to use your chest, your hips and then your legs.

Now this one is a bit easier.

Try doing dolphin kick on your back while holding a kick board on your hands and keeping

it above the surface.

This will help you keep the arms in place.

Doing kick like this with a board, will help you stretch your shoulders to the range of

movement you will need to swim butterfly without getting tired.

Try exaggerating the movement of the chest and leaving the shoulders on the surface with

the board.

This is a little more technical but it will help you reduce unnecessary efforts while

you swim.

Kick with your arms straight in front and pull your body Forward with your head coming

out of the water just barely to take a breathe.

Then recover your hands underwater like so and start again.

Remember that our goal is to swim smoothly by identifying and correcting all the ineffective

swimming techniques.

In butterfly the arms should pull your body forward and not up like many of us do.

This is the best way of correcting that.

I recommend doing this exercise for about 4 x 25s every time you plan on swimming butterfly.

Now if you want more power in your pull, this exercise is helpful.

It helps if you swim in a deeper pool but just try not touching the floor.

Get your arms on this position.

Your head should be in front of your shoulder line.

If you are not quite there yet it means that you need more shoulder flexibility.

We have a video about shoulder flexibility btw.

Now pull yourself out of the water like this and repeat.

This emulates your stroke but with gravity forcing you to do a bit more effort.

The next stage is to do butterfly with one arm.

This is much easier than doing butterfly with both arms but you need to focus on the position

of the head and hips.

These two parts, the head and the hips will guide the undulating movement of the body.

Once you dominate this part you can do the same exercise but with your resting arm down

by your side like this.

This is slightly harder because you don't have the leverage of the other arms to get

your head out, so this will help you to use your other arm more effectively.

Once you can do around a 100 meters of catching arm butterfly without getting really tired

you can move on to the next phase!

ON this phase your mission is to do this exercise without getting tired.

Do one arm butterfly then the other, then do one or two full strokes.

This exercise is good because it helps you recover your arms before the next full stroke

cycle.

It also helps with your coordination and concentration.

Once you perfect this stroke exercise to the point where you can swim relaxed but smooth

and at a constant speed you can do the next phase of exercises.

Phase 5 Now you can do exercises all day long but

at the end of the day there is no escaping the real thing.

Swimming full butterfly is what will help you the most.

If your shoulders are strong, your core is tight and you have good ankle flexibility,

now that you have worked on your technique, you are all set to swim a smooth and fast

butterfly.

Just remember to warm up properly and stretch afterwards.

Don't Buy An Around The World Ticket - Duration: 4:13.

so my advice in this video is to not buy around the world ticket I still hear

people talking about round-the-world tickets and it's not worth it you don't

actually really save that much nowadays but it just spoils your plans if you

haven't really done a lot of traveling before you don't know how it works but

you get somewhere you talk to people and they talk about places they've been and

they get excited about it you get excited about it and you want to go

there as well and that's exactly what happened to me originally I was looking

at an around the world ticket because I started traveling in 1990 and it was a

lot cheaper at that time but I joined up with three other people and they had

bought just four tickets they bought one to India then

from Nepal to Hong Kong from Hong Kong to the Philippines and Philippines

Thailand so they bought these four tickets so I did the same as them and

we stayed together two weeks that was the plan and then we went off on her own

but even after that I didn't even want to use the second one I was in Nepal

trekking and met a guy who was planning to go to Tibet and it just sounded great

he'd looked into it and talked to people about it and it sounded great but I

couldn't go because I had a ticket to Hong Kong so I just arranged to meet him

in a month's time in Thailand and then we planned to go to

Vietnam and Cambodia because at that time it was quite difficult to travel

there and it just sounded like an adventurer so I had to do it really

quickly go to hong kong quick look around philippines quick look back to

thailand to meet him in a month's time and really that's why i would say just

don't book a world ticket your plans change or your dates change and you meet people

who are doing other things and you just get into this excitement and you can't

do it if you if you've already got that flight booked even if you change the

date it just it restricts you so much now around asia that it's really easy to

get one-way tickets and I use Skyscanner.net and it can compare

the different flights and I just go somewhere and then when I want to go

somewhere else I just booked another ticket find a cheap one online and works

pretty easy the only problem is if you're coming from Europe then quite

often they won't let you get on the plane with a one-way ticket and that's

because they'll get a fine if you get refused entry into a country

then they'll get a fine I think it's three thousand dollars so quite often

they won't let you go on a one-way ticket but you could just buy a cheap

ticket from the country you're going to to another country you can buy like in

Thailand you could buy a cheap ticket to another country for about $20 or $30 so

you can do it that way or if you get the visa for the country it's okay it's just

if you're going on a one-way ticket with no visa that's when you get the problem

so that's what I recommend and I've been doing this 27 years I just find it's a

great way you've just got so much freedom

this year I've already been to Vietnam Cambodia and Malaysia

I just love it all so that's my advice if you found this useful please give it

I think every principal makes a difference and wants to make a

difference otherwise they wouldn't be there. It's not an easy position

and it's lonely at the top at times but you build a team around you and if

you build the team around you it'll happen. I'm just passionate about public

school education and I just hope that that keeps coming through to to people

wherever and whenever I am in their presence I just think that education is

the answer to bridging a gap with people and if I can be in any way part of that

and then I want to be I just think that our kids deserve everything that could

come their way and I think I've put together a staff that can do that for me.

I'm pretty sure that they'll be happy, I hope they are, that as a school

we've been recognised it's not to me about me it's about the people I've got

working around me. It's that team. We really believe that

together everyone achieves more that's why we keep talking about team at Butler.

I've had the privilege of getting those people together over the past few years

and I think they're making a difference in the local community and I hope the

local community really does appreciate it. I think they do.
