hello friends

Today I'm going to teach you to make a jacket from the stole/shawl

you can also make that jacket back to the stole

it is very simple.

let's start.....

Friends, this is my stole

I will make jacket from this

we will not cut it at all.

only two small stitching will take place

Let's start

we will reverse it first.

And see the center point of this

I have folded it double.

And I'll mark it at it's center point.

I will take 5 inches...

on double It will be 2.5 inches.

I will mark it here on 2.5 inch

and 2.5 inch form here as well

now we will open it

I have opened it

so this is my neck... 5 inches

from here i'll take measurement of my shoulder.

and 5 inches from here as well

we will joint our shoulder here

Friends. this mark is just to show the center point

we will take this stole's edge....

I'm holding the corner

and we will stitch it from here

GRAPPLING WITH THE DILEMMA THAT SO MANY PEOPLE HAVE FACED

THIS PAST FEW WEEKS.

HOW DO YOU RECONCILE YOUR LOVE FOR SOMEONE WITH THE

REVELATION THAT THEY HAVE BEHAVED BADLY?

I DON'T KNOW THE ANSWER TO THAT.

BUT I DO KNOW THAT THIS RECKONING THAT SO MANY

ORGANIZATIONS HAVE BEEN GOING THROUGH IS IMPORTANT.

IT'S LONG OVERDUE AND IT MUST RESULT IN WORKPLACES WHERE

ALL WOMEN, ALL PEOPLE FEEL SAFE AND RESPECTED.

SO LOOK, SHE'S IN A SUPER TOUGH SPOT AS A LOT OF FOLKS

HAVE BEEN RECENTLY WHERE YOU WORK WITH SOMEBODY, YOU LIKE

THEM AND THEN YOU FIND OUT THINGS ABOUT THEM THAT ARE VERY

UNCOMFORTABLE AND DISCONCERTING SO I FEEL TERRIBLE FOR HER.

AL ROKER LATER WAS ALSO QUITE AFFECTED BY IT AND THEY

WORKED WITH THIS GUY FOR A LONG TIME AND THEY NEVER

EXPERIENCED THE DOOR GETTING LOCKED ON THEM.

THEY NEVER EXPERIENCE A SEXUAL HARASSMENT SAID TO THEM, HE

WAS JUST A GOOD FRIEND AND COLLEAGUE AND BY THE WAY,

NOT EVERYBODY HAD THE SAME EXPERIENCE WITH HIM.

RAN AN ALL BOYS CLUB AND THEY DO NOT GET ALONG AND FELL HE

I JUST ALWAYS SO BAD FOR THE PEOPLE BECAUSE LIKE

THOUGH, BUT IT IS CERTAIN POINT, WHEN YOU'RE PINCHING A PERSON'S

ASS, IT'S HARD TO IMAGINE HOW THAT CAN FEEL JUSTIFIED.
