I am Heather and I'm David from Zen Rose Garden DOTCOM!!

YASS!!

I have PhD in Spiritual and Natural Healing, David is a Master Hypnotherapist as well a

Certified Metaphysical Teacher.

So, let's get started!

LET'S GET STARTED!

So the first step is to recognize the difference between logic and intuition.

Now, logic is the part of the brain that does things.

Intuition is the inner knowing, the part inside of you t hat just knows things.

often there's this battle between logic and intuition.

And, that happens when logic tries to take the lead.

See, logic isn't very good at doing the job of intuition.

Logic is good at doing the steps.

Sometimes things can look really good on paper.

That doesn't mean it's the right decision for you.

We once had a friend who really loved her career as an airline stewardess, she loved

it, loved it, loved it but her parents kept bugging her to be a doctor.

It looked really good on paper but it wasn't necessarily her happy place.

When she finally decided to let go and let her intuition take the lead, everything opened

up! the moral of step one is to lead with your intuition and let your logic make it

happen.

So let your logic and your intuition play well together.

So if this is already blowing your mind, drop a TRUTH BOMB in the comments!

TRUTH BOMB!

And be sure and subscribe, hit that LIKE button and turn on the BELL!

Are you looking for a sign?

Because the answer is already inside of you.

You already know.

The first step is realizing that you're asking the question.

So ask yourself if you're asking the question in the first place!

I'm just saying!

Are you trying to convince yourself of this answer.

If you are, you might be over thinking it!

So if you know, YOU JUST KNOW!

So trust your gut!

Trust that first impulse.

Trust the first impulse.

So if you keep asking: Am I right?

Am I right?

Am I right?

You might actually be wrong.

You're just trying to convince yourself that something is right when you know in your heart

it is not.

Or, you might be trying to talk yourself out of the question.

"Is this the right guy for me?

No.

Are you sure?

No.

Are you sure?

No.

Are you sure?

No.

Are you sure?

No.

Are you sure?

No.

Are you sure?

No."

So if you're asking if this is the right guy for you, over and over and over again You

know if it's the right guy for you.

You wouldn't have to ask the question if you already knew.

So make sure to hit that LIKE button down below if this is resonating with you and drop

a TRUTH BOMB in the comments with the greatest piece and part that you've noticed so far.

Understanding the difference between Fear and Intuition.

Sometimes we get an intuitive VIBE but it scares us a little bit.

Well, somebody once said "If it doesn't scare you a little, it isn't BIG ENOUGH!"

So it's true that you can be scared and excited at the same time.

Anything new tends to bring a little bit of fear.

It doesn't necessarily mean it's wrong.

If my decision is right, why do I feel a little bit scared?

Well, sometimes we get confused with being scared and being excited.

It's OK to be scared and excited at the same time.

The easiest way to tell the difference between fear and intuition is listening to your body.

if it's coming from fear it's going to constrict you, it's going to make you feel heavy, it's

going to make you feel scared, it's going to not really fit right.

Intuition or your TRUTH is going to expand you, it's going to make you feel light and

open.

If you think about your decision and you feel expanded, it's probably the right decision.

Your intuition is probably right on.

the next step is realizing that you really cannot make a mistake.

Sometimes we make the right move based on our first impulse, our gut instinct, our intuition

and something goes wrong.

Or, at least we think so.

Or, at least we think so.

So, it's really important to focus on the BIGGER PICTURE.

Don't go back and doubt yourself.

Trust that first impulse.

Because the Universe just might know better than you which direction gets you to where

you want to be.

Don't panic if you've made a decision based on your intuition and it just seems like "Oh

my gosh, I made the wrong decision!"

Have faith, All Roads Lead Home, as long as your intention is right.

And, let that guide you one step to another step, one choice to another choice and you

will get there.

But calm down, Chill out.

Trust yourself.

Trust yourself.

Now it's time for the BONUS TIP!

Bonus Tip!

How to awaken your intuition.

WAKE UP! when we were little kids we had really good intuition, we listened to it like nobody's

business.

But then we learned to question ourselves as we grew older.

So, there's a way to get back in touch with your intuition, you've go to start listening

to yourself.

And be like a little kid, just make that first choice and keep trusting yourself.

One of the ways to do this is to start journaling, spend some quiet time with yourself, start

listening to yourself, getting to know yourself.

We're really, really busy and it's really noisy in our world and we're not listening

to our inner voice.

You might want to reflect on moments of self-doubt where you have doubted your intuition.

Moment when you might have been beating yourself up for making the "wrong decision".

We're not going to tell you to NOT listen to those negative voices, we're going to tell

you to LISTEN to those negative voices.

Because that is a perfect opportunity for you to work on an issue that is blocking your

intuition.

"Oh, i was talking to myself, like "THIS" because I was doubting myself".

That's a negative program which is telling you exactly what you need to shift and change;

what you need to work on.

Why are you really afraid of making the wrong decision?

Who are you afraid of disappointing?

YES!

And, who is really going to criticize you if you make the wrong decision?

Ultimately, that's still all you up in your own head.

STOP judging yourself and start trusting yourself.

If you listen to your negative inner voice, and hear what it's trying to say, you just

might clear away some clutter that's blocking your intuition.

Think about this: would you talk to your own best friend the way that you're talking to

yourself? when you are healing from negative self-talk, which is a huge block to your intuition,

become your won best friend.

YES!

If you can support your own inner expression, it's going to grow that much faster.

You just learned how to trust your intuition and listen to your gut instincts.

You were asking how to access your intuition and we showed you that it didn't have to be

as hard as you were making it.

NOPE!

But all of this going to do you no good if keep ignoring your emotional blocks.

So if you want to know how to hear your intuition better, we've got a special course for you

on discovering some blocks to your life purpose.

I hold in my hand chocolate chips chocolate chip cookies right now what's

interesting is this is just an example of when you go to any supermarket

there is a whole aisle dedicated to chocolate chip cookies you can get

whatever flavor or everstyle you want but what dawned on me is that you mean

to tell me there's a whole aisle of the same product so as I I sat there looking

at the aisle I said how is it possible in almost every supermarket in the

country there can be an aisle dedicated to the

same product as I began to think about it I said it might be the same chocolate

chip but what differentiates one brand from another the recipe

may I submit for your consideration these chocolate chip cookies represent

success we all have been destined to be successful but each one of us has a

different recipe that God will use to create success what I know is that

Keebler ain't trying to steal mrs. Fields recipe because Keebler does what

they do mrs. Fields do what they do and they both can sell millions of cookies

every single year why cuz they're committed to their recipe they believe

that their recipe is the best and as a result they still find success you don't

see on the package of mrs. Fields we paste just like a blurs now mrs. fields

as mrs. fields Keebler's as mrs. Keeler's and Chips Ahoy is Chips Ahoy

Oh your difference is your destiny you have a recipe for your success so why

are you over there trying to steal your neighbors recipe why don't you start

cooking up what God gave you start mixing up your ingredients and know that

if your neighbor can find space on the Isle of the world for success that God

has some shelf space for you too I only got one life this is not a dress

rehearsal can I remind you of that you don't get a chance to do this life over

again this is the show you're waiting to perform the performance is now so if you

don't live out your truth if you don't embrace your difference will you be able

to look back and say whatever you shortchanged your difference for it was

worth it whoever you shortchange your difference for were they worth it

so often we become a limited version of ourselves just to be accepted by

somebody who then goes on to move on to somebody else and there we are left with

the damage of having compromised ourselves for their love and acceptance

and they decide no no and they're on to somebody else and we're still left

healing from a situation we should have never been in to begin with say your

notes Devon I just need to tell you right now please do not want love so

badly you compromised who you are to get it if somebody you're dating cannot

handle the fullness of your purpose and your calling and your personality why

don't you go ahead and drop them right now please drop them let it off let it

off why because all you're doing is wasting your time and their time be who

you're created to be and if they cannot handle that god bless them go ahead and

buy my bag of cookies and say I'll see you on the other side but I cannot allow

myself to be subject to your limited thinking I am bigger than your capacity

to handle Who I am who am I talking to right now

your difference it's your destiny when you are struggling and you start

thinking about giving up I want you to remember something that my husband and I

have talked about since we first started this journey nearly a decade ago

something that has carried us through every moment in this White House in

every moment of our lives and that is the power of hope

the belief that something better is always possible if you're willing to

work for it and fight for it it is our fundamental belief in the power of hope

that has allowed us to rise above the voices of doubt and division of anger

and fear that we have faced in our own lives and in the life of this country

our hope that if we work hard enough and believe in ourselves then we can be

whatever we dream regardless of the limitations that others may place on us

the hope that when people see us for who we truly are maybe just maybe they too

will be inspired to rise to their best possible selves shoot it's the hope of

my folks like my dad got up every day do his job at the city water plant the hope

that one day his kids would go to college and have opportunities he never

dreamed of that's the kind of hope that every single one of us politicians

parents preachers all of us need to be providing for our young people because

that is what moves this country forward every single day

our hope for the future and the hard work that hope inspires I want our young

people to know that they matter that they belong so don't be afraid you

hear me young people don't be afraid be focused

be determined be hopeful be empowered empower yourselves with a good education

then get out there and use that education to build a country worthy of

your boundless promise lead by example with hope never fear second insight if

you want to be more inspired nature one of my favorite protocols is the daily

nature walk I love walking in the woods I often listen to audio books in the

woods I call it walk reading while walking

reading while walking so I go to this place it's sort of my creative forest

there's not a lot of people in there and I walk for one hour I breathe in the air

I look at the lush scenery I listen to a different audiobook I it's almost like

walking meditation as well sometimes I don't listen to an audio book and I just

walk and I touch the earth it's almost like I'm thanking the earth connecting

with the soil yes I'm wearing shoes I don't want to get too esoteric here but

there a lot of really good research saying if

you want to boost your immune system you want to boost your happiness you want to

release serotonin and dopamine you want to release the fear hormone called

cortisol walk in nature and so when I walk I connect with nature and like I

say I know I'm not being very elegant in this mastery session I'm just being real

but I listen to the audio books and then other times I do a walking meditation

where I feel my feet on the soil you know what I do other times if there's

something I'm confused about I sort of just talk it out

it's like I'm talking out loud trying to work it out if I'm in pain I get the

negative negative energy out of my system by just releasing it by talking

about it I also and I know this is a little unorthodox but I I do like a a

walking blessing meditation so while I'm walking I started to challenge myself to

come up with 50 things I'm grateful for and again I verbalize those because it's

only me and the squirrels in the it's hoping me and the squirrels in the woods

and so I say I'm grateful for my family I'm grateful for my health I'm grateful

for work that feeds my soul I am grateful for the sense that I watched

last night I'm grateful for my team I'm grateful for my business I'm grateful

for the travels that I get to take I'm grateful for the people that I've served

and literally while I'm walking I say out loud I am grateful for I hope it

doesn't sound strange for you because it's an incredible protocol to install

you think you have to be a perfectionist to be a good option

you think you have to try to be yeah you have to you gotta try to be perfect but

you have to know that you will never be perfect but you can't believe it and you

it's it's a circle in a way but but you can't like you can't just because if you

said if you you can't lie to yourself but you have to lie to yourself that

makes no sense you have to try to do the best you can you know you have to try

you have to I mean and you know I always wish I had more time you know like give

me another week and I'm gonna figure this one out this is not being

recognized by others it is not about an external opinion it is about an internal

state of being it is the harmony between the soul and

our emotions that are felt by love family friendship authenticity and

honesty the fullness the fundamental and permanent values that are far superior

to professional economical social or political success

You Are Welcome Here: Javin Aryan - Duration: 2:21.

My name is Javin. I'm an international student from India.

When I started looking for colleges in the US to apply to,

I found Stony Brook to be a very appealing option.

I found out that they have a very challenging curriculum,

a very engaging campus, a very active and very dynamic student life as well.

One of the reasons that really attracted me to be a Seawolf

is how affordable the state university tuition can be.

The most enjoyable thing about my college experience is I think campus involvement.

After coming here, I had so many opportunities to get involved

that I really opened up as a person.

My communication skills really soared.

If you do get involved in different clubs,

you actually have this close setting, where you get to know people more intimately.

Getting involved in the class, as well, is a very good thing to do.

So, here professors actually expect you to interact in class,

be vocal, answer questions or ask questions.

I usually find that international students who sit in the first 2 or 3 rows

actually get the most out of the classes.

This semester, I started my internship at ATAS,

which is the Academic & Transfer Advising Services.

We as interns, have responsibility towards the front desk,

taking any incoming calls, and just in general,

being the first point of contact for students coming in.

So we listen to everyone's questions,

and discern whether our office is the right fit for them or not

or whether we need to refer them to one of the many campus resources

that we have in place to help our students in other specific needs.

One of the examples which highlights the benefits of the US education system

is my decision to add Economics as my second major.

I found out that Economics is a field that I'd like to further explore

or possibly have a career in. That is a big merit of the US education system.

It encourages you to go outside your comfort zone, to explore more.

You are welcome here!

You Are Welcome Here: Yilin Chao - Duration: 2:30.

My name is Yilin Chao. I'm from China.

I first chose Stony Brook mostly for financial reasons.

And it was after I came here for the campus tour

that I realized Stony Brook is such a diverse campus,

and has so many resources that we can utilize.

That turned out to be a really good fit for me

because I realized that I like to work with international populations.

It was kind of a shock for me when I just got here

because when you walk around campus you can just hear people speaking

so many different languages and interacting in so many different ways.

One of the biggest advantages of Stony Brook

is because it's so huge there are so many different spots on campus.

So my favorite study spot on campus is the Starbucks.

It's actually right in the first floor of the library.

That's a spot where everyone is not super, super serious.

You can still enjoy the music and watch people walking by you

and it's a really good balance between work and slowing down.

It is when I truly got connected to the international population here

through the experience working as an International Student Ambassador.

And during Orientation that I was able to get closely connected

with a group of international students as well as faculty on campus.

Through the experience of working as an International Student Ambassador,

I got involved with the international student organization.

And what we do is we put on events

for international student as well as domestic students

And it's really cool because you get to work

with people from all across the world.

It's really beautiful to see everyone come in and working together.

One thing that I want my parents, as well as all intenational students' parents, to know is

please trust us.

I know there are things we are going through that you might not understand.

When we return, hopefully you will find us a more grown adult

and seeing the world in a different perspective.

The thing I always tell new students that come in is that

we came all the way from where we came from,

there's so many stories behind us

and there is so much we can do on this campus

if we just reach out because, again, Stony Brook is so diverse

and everyone here is a pigment of that whole kaleidoscope.

I really want each one of us to step out of our comfort zone

and really integrate into the American culture.

You are welcome here!

Do You Need Fats in Your Diet? | BonVie Weight Loss - Duration: 2:21.

- Do you need fats in your diet?

Yes, good fats that is.

I'm Sharon from Bon Vie,

weight loss and nutritional wellness.

And the truth is not all fats are bad.

You just need to know the difference

between the good fats and the fats you don't want.

And of course how many fat calories per day.

Here are some of the top reasons

to include healthy fats in your diet.

One, fats provide energy.

Gram for gram, fats are the most

efficient sources of food energy.

Each gram of fat provides nine calories

of energy for the body, compared with four

calories per gram of carbohydrates and protein.

Two, fats build healthy cells.

Each cell of the body is surrounded by a

membrane and fats are a vital part of the membrane.

Without a healthy cell membrane,

the cell would lose its function.

Three, fats build brain.

This one is really important.

Fats provide the structural components,

not only of cell membranes in the brain, but also of myelin,

the fatty insulating sheath that surrounds each nerve fiber,

enabling it to carry messages faster.

Four, fats help the body use vitamins.

Vitamins A, D, E, and K are fat soluble vitamins,

meaning that the fat in foods helps the

intestines absorb these vitamins into the body.

Five, fats make hormones, another big one.

Fats are structural components of some of the

most important substances in the body including

prostaglandins, which are hormone-like substances,

which regulate many of the body's functions.

And fats also regulate the production of sex hormones,

which explains why some very lean teenage girls

experience delayed puberty development and abnormal menses.

Six, fat provides healthier skin.

One of the more obvious signs of

fatty acid deficiency is dry, flaky skin.

In addition to giving skin its fullness, the layer of fat

just beneath the skin, subcutaneous fat, acts as the

body's own insulation to help regulate body temperature.

Seven, fat forms a protective cushion for your organs.

Many of the vital organs, especially the kidneys, heart,

and intestines are cushioned by fat, that helps

protect them injury and hold them in place.

Now after touting all these benefits,

(speaks in a foreign language)

as we say in french, too much of any good thing

can lead to you know what, belly fat.

Now check our our website blog

to see rating fats from best to worst.

How to Make Powerhouse Granola Bars | Man of the Kitchen - Duration: 7:23.

We all love our kids, but they can be exhausting. Every night I have to walk

with Kairo till he falls asleep and before I know it I've got to wake up go

to work, and then it's the afternoon and I hit a wall, so I've created this power

surge granola bar full of nutrients and real ingredients for when you really need a

pick-me-up.

Our powerhouse bars begin by reconstituting some dried fruits that I

really love. So I've got some apricot and cherry, some raisins, but any dried fruit

that you have on hand, by all means throw them in for natural sweetness and

chewiness. So I've got some hot water here and just pour them on to

reconstitute them, soften them up a little bit. I'm doing this first in the

process so that they can chill for five minutes, kind of get soft and do their

thing. So leave them to the side let them kind of absorb the water and soften up,

it'll give our bar a great, great texture. So while that happens, I've got a dry

bowl. We're gonna start with three cups of oats. You can see the beautiful

texture on the oat, gives it a great nutty flavor. And then

we go in with a little bit of whole wheat flour. You can use white

all-purpose flour but this is a great trick to get a little more healthy with

our bars. So go in, a little bit of flour, beautiful whole wheat flour, I've got

some ground flax seeds, so you buy the flax seed whole and then you grind them

up. You could do it in a spice grinder if you have a nice clean grinder, but the

the flaxseed will give me protein, will give me fibre, these are all superfoods.

Really really great way to get heart-healthy stuff into these bars.

Same idea with the chia seeds. Now chia seeds are one of my wife's favourite

ingredients. One of the first things she made for me was chia seeds and yogurt,

and they got all in my teeth, but it's a superfood that she loves and when I

baked it into a bar the chia seed will absorb a lot of the liquid and kind of

dissolve into the bar so won't get it all in my teeth and that's what I like

to do with these. A little bit of cinnamon of course plays really nicely

with the dried fruit, all into the dry bowl and then of course we need salt. I

always season everything, I want to taste the cinnamon, I want to taste the

oats, I want to taste the fruit. All into my dry bowl. So we go in like that you

could see the cinnamon already giving me a nice color put a protein powder in

there if you want to make your own protein bar take the same recipe put

away protein or vegetable powder in there that any dried fruit

that you like here we go simple got my dry Bowl done now I've got

my wet bowl so I've got all-natural maple syrup real natural sweetness right

in a little bit of olive oil a healthy fat heart-healthy fat you can feel good

about these bars a little bit olive oil keeps our bar moist as well so I

actually have shelf life with these bars for up to a week I've got a little bit

of espresso powder I'm gonna pour it into my wet Bowl I had a lot of coffee

before we had a baby now I have you know those big that kind of size I'll have

five of those a day I'm gonna mix this

just like that and then one at a time two eggs the eggs are a glue they allow

everything to stick all those dry ingredients will incorporate and combine

and cook together with the help of these eggs so there's one I'm gonna go in with

one more for all that dry dry bowl mix to incorporate just like so I smelled

the coffee waking me up already fruity olive oil and of course the maple syrup

love that natural sweetness it'll play really nicely with the cinnamon and the

fruit here's the wet Bowl and then we go right into our dry Bowl just like so

couldn't be easier just like this I mean you do get the

caffeine crash in the afternoon so that's why these bars are great and

they're better than the store-bought bars sometimes you get a store-bought

granola bar or a protein bar and you think they're healthy and you feel good

about yourself but they're full of sugar they're full of preservatives you don't

know what's in them this is a great alternative that has natural sweetness

natural sugars it's awesome when it's almost totally incorporated that's what

I want to go on with my extra flavors so I've got a little bit of unsweetened

coconut that I truly love for texture for flavor right in some pumpkin seeds

nice crunch great flavor as well almonds chock full of protein as well

unsalted almonds really really nice and then this is what happens to my fruit

after they've kind of reconstituted in that warm water just for five minutes

you can see that they've softened and that along with the maple syrup will

give us a chew and a sweetness naturally at the very end we're gonna slowly and

gently fold it in making sure it's evenly incorporated without over mixing

and you can see how tasty these are gonna be the oats the almond the

cinnamon smells good so now I'm gonna take this mixture over to a greased kind

of baking tray and you put it in you pour it in and you could do this with a

spatula you want really really nice even thickness throughout you can start it

off like this spread it around and if you want to really get into the corners

stamp your hands and get into the corners like so you want them all to be

an even thickness so you have a nice uniform bar 25 to 30 minutes 325 degrees

to cook all the way through it'll still have a little bit of a chew and it'll

stay nice and moist the whole week this is one of those recipes that you can

throw in your Sunday afternoon repertoire and it gets into the habit of

you have it all week they keep you know in an airtight container all week and

even getting Cairo or your kids involved in doing something like this they can

pick their dried fruits they can pick whether it's maple or honey and

different flavorings and it gets them in the habit of those heart healthy natural

snacks throughout their childhood check this out our granola mixture is totally

cooked and I've let it cool for 5-10 minutes just so that I can easily remove

it I've got the parchment paper lip here to help me ease it out onto my cutting

board the smell of the cinnamon and the fruit is really waking up my senses here

and then you just want to cut them to your desired shape here just like so as

big or as small as you like and I like to actually have these that's a suitable

portion I think just like this

awesome look at that all natural ingredients you know what the next time

you have to fight the afternoon slump pack these bars away in your diaper bag

and you'll never go tired again honey I made us a snack these energy bars what

do you think Hey thank you okay

you

Small Space Hack: 10 Ways to Fit a Home Bar Anywhere - Duration: 4:19.

Small Space Hack: 10 Ways to Fit a Home Bar Anywhere

Let's not kid ourselves that Thanksgiving is all about the food.

What everyone really comes for are the festive drinks (no, just us?).

Not everyone has the space for a bar as impressive as your local hangout.

But even in small spaces there's room to get creative and maximize your space while

keeping the liquor supplier organized.

Take a swig at these small bar hacks and bar cart organization tips that will get you fully

stocked (and ready for the crowd) from the big feast to the New Year.

1.

Bookshelf Bar: Clear off your bookshelf for the evening, because you won't be reading.

Spread out your liquor and mixers du jour, sprinkle in a garnish bowl or two, place the

napkins and prep for the doorbell.

We guarantee this bookshelf will never feel more alive.

No worries if you don't already have one up — you can easily install a pair of shelves

to the wall the night before the holiday shindig, then stock up this makeshift bar.

2.

Use Trays to Organize: Trays are essential accessories whether you have a bar cart or

not (you've got one laying around somewhere, right?).

These helpful surfaces keep glasses or bottles or whatever you want to stay corralled organized.

Added perk: You can set them up anywhere — on a table by themselves, in a cabinet or in

the fridge to cool bottles off.

So if the party is heading outside, take the bar along.

3.

Tuck Your Liquor Away: This DIY is brilliant for saving floor space so everyone has more

room to mingle (or get down).

Plus, you'll be able to shut the door when guests are gone.

4.

Mixing Saviors: Picking up a sticky straw or stirrer is the last thing you want to do

when you're having a fantastic night.

Luckily the hostess can prevent this disaster by tossing them into a mason jar or any party-ready

container.

5.

Upside Down Glasses: Instantly make more room in a cabinet or even under the shelf of a

bar cart by adding under-cabinet stemware holders.

Now there's more than enough room for all the stemless glasses you've been eyeing.

6.

Wheels Up, Bookshelf: Make a small bar cart for your tight quarters with this IKEA bookshelf

hack accented with glorious gold.

Wheel it with you wherever you're feelin' thirsty.

7.

TV Tray Partay: The ultimate small space hack: DIY a TV tray into a makeshift bar cart with

some paint and accenting decals, then fold it up when it's not in use!

8.

Awkward Space Accommodations: Hit up the vintage flea market and find a small table for any

oddly-shaped corner.

Conveniently place it next to your sofa after the holiday season for easy refills during

Scandal.

9.

Rustic Rack: Planning a wine-only holiday party at your place?

DIY this all-encompassing wine rack to hold stemware and the bottles, then hang it up.

If the hard stuff is more your thing, stock up with liquor and martini and margarita glasses.

10.

Side Table Soirée: Don't have a bar cart?

Employ a side table from your living room or bedroom.

Empty all the clutter from it and pack it up with your barware instead.

Your guests won't realize the switcheroo.

How are you planning on maximizing your small bar area this holiday season?

Let us know in the comments.

President Trump Just DEMOLISHED Doug Jones! – He Would Be "A DISASTER!". | Global News Today - Duration: 2:02.

President Trump Just DEMOLISHED Doug Jones!

– He Would Be "A DISASTER!".

As we all already know, by voting for Doug Jones, you will be voting against our 2nd

Amendment and President Trump just explained why is that.

On Sunday, President Trump took to Twitter to explain a bit further why Doug Jones is

"bad for our 2nd Amendment".

However, one more fact is probably known by the majority of the readers and that is that

Democrat Doug Jones, as Roy Moore's main opponent is running for the Senate seat in

the State of Alabama.

Trump tweeted:

"The last thing we need in the U.S. Senate is a Schumer/Pelosi puppet who is WEAK on

Crime, WEAK on the Border, Bad for our Military and our great Vets, Bad for our 2nd Amendment,

AND WANTS TO RAISES TAXES TO THE SKY. Jones would be a disaster!"

Via Breitbart:

"On November 21 Breitbart News reported that Jones has been mum on his gun positions,

but that has not prevented reporters from learning that he supports more gun control

for gun shows.

The Washington Post reported Jones saying that expanding background checks to gun shows

"would be helpful."

Jones' overarching belief is that the Second Amendment has "limitations."

Moreover, he also believes that every natural right protected by the Bill of Rights is limited

and open to government regulation."

As The Alabama Political Reporter quoted Doug Jones for saying things like, "We've got

limitations on all constitutional amendments in one form or another."

You see, Doug Jones is not yet on function (and will never be) and still, he is already

saying that we must restrict our Amendments.

This is BAD politics Jones, especially from a Senate candidate like himself.

By voting for Doug Jones, you are voting for restrictions, political correctness anti-First

Amendment, anti-Second Amendment and who knows anti-how-many Amendments.

Jones will be indeed "A DISASTER!"

Mathematical Problems: What are? - Duration: 1:10.

Welcome back Amaniacs, Mathematical problems are not arithmetic or algebra problems like

you might see in school.

This makes us wonder, What is a Mathematical Problem?

Research problems in mathematics are conjectures about some abstract structure, usually but

not always infinite in size, and to "solve" the problem is to logically prove whether

the conjecture holds.

For example, one classic result is the proof that there exist infinitely many prime numbers.

This is not something you can check by testing all the cases.

You need to reason logically about what it means for numbers to be prime.

Hence, a Mathematical Problem is a problem that can be solved by logically proving whether

the conjecture holds.

Giving Tuesday: The impact of ASN's Holiday Giving program - Duration: 1:25.

Another important emphasis of our Holiday Giving Program is that–

working in the Human Services field for the past 18 years I've learned firsthand that

Holidays are not like the Folgers commercials that, for the rest of the world

we decorate things and we sing songs,

but for individuals that are disconnected from family, for individuals that don't have family, for individuals that have

functional limitations in the way they engage with rest of the world, holidays can be a really challenging time of year

Watching the rest of the world celebrate in ways that we are not able to

it makes

For a challenging time during this time of year and so being able to provide gifts, being able to provide

meals being able to provide fellowship

And really give people an opportunity to participate in the celebrations that come with the holiday season is

extremely an important to gifts that you can give to some of the folks that we support that otherwise wouldn't have it.
