The 5 Best Online Marketing Systems

Whats good folks its yah boy DeVaughn back again with another video

and today we are talkng about The 5 best online marketing systems

and which one should you use?

So lets go!!

Alright before we begin make sure you subscribe to the channel

for more videos and content almost daily Now back to the topic at hand

The 5 best online marketing systems and which one should you use?

I'm listing this between 1 and 5 because 1 is actually the worst one

and 5 is the best one

1.

Aweber Have you heard of Aweber?

If your watching this video then I'm pretty sure you have.

It can be used with different online marketing systems

just for the autoresponder capability but some people actually use it as a online

marketing system The problem with that is Aweber has very limited

capabilities You can't do much with the capture pages

and you get up sold when you get to a certain level leads

The good thing about Aweber its been around a long time

and most online marketing systems use it to be attached

to the autoresponder

2.

Getresponse Is better then Aweber in a sense that your

not limited with the capabilities of creating capture

pages but you still don't get alot of bang for your

buck You

still get up charged for more emails and

you dont get any other tools.

3.

Leadpages Is a step up from Aweber and Getresponse because

you can build your own sales pages that way more options then just

the b.s. that Aweber and getresponse give you.

No generic options here.

The problem is that leadpages up sells you on everything

and you have to use Aweber or Getresponse for your autoresponder

and we all know having a autoresponder is key to making

online marketing systems work.

4.

Clickfunnels is the next up because I really like what

clickfunnels is able to do as far as everything that leadpages can do

but it also gives you option of letting you create

your own membership site using its platform.

The bad part about clickfunnels and mostly all of these online marketing

systems I've listed is that they missing a major component and thats leads

They have all the tools in the world that you can sell

a lead into buying everything you want from you

but no way to get

you the right kind of leads.

5.

The Conversion pros

This is my favorite option on the list online marketing systems

for

two simple reasons.

Beyond all the tools they give you access to.

They not only keep upgrading the systme they won't charge any upgrades ever!!

All these other systems charge more for every lead you get

some of these systmes don't come with autoresponders included

The conversion pros does.

These systems don't come with hot leads already ready

for you to purchase at cost and pushed into your

autoresponder

The conversion pros does.

see thats what makes The Conversion pros stand out from the rest

we have the tools and all the resources for you to have

a great online business but where they

fall short at is the gas to run the car

We have the leads already in the system looking for a business to get involved with

or mlm program to get started with

Its all up to you to take advantage of them Its just that simple.

All these other system might be pretty and cool to use

but the question is Do they have the leads?

Alright

so there you go folks the top 5 online marketing systems

listed from worse to best

5 Weird Things You Didn't Know about Germany - Duration: 6:03.

Welcome to WickedFeed.

A place to kill time, be inspired, and embrace everything wicked.

It's the fifth largest country in Europe, home to Oktoberfest, Volkswagen and the goth

scene.

From everything to public drinking to prostitution...

Germany can get weird.

But, what do you expect from a country that worships David Hasselhoff?

Fill up your beer steins, because today, we're taking a look at 5 Weird Facts about Germany.

First off:The government can reject your baby's name

That's right, The Office of Vital Statistics, or Standesamt, requires you to seek approval

for your baby's na me, and they have some rules, for starters the gender of the child

must be obvious from the first name, that means no gender-neutral names!

Secondly, the name cannot negatively affect the wellbeing of the child, and third, a first

name cannot be a last name ...so go home Kennedy!

It also cannot be the name of a product or object.

So, how do they decide?

They refer to The International Manual of First Names and if a name is not of german

origin they will go as far as contacting foreign embassies to ensure that the name meets the

Standesamt's criteria.

So what happens if you want to name your child something special like; Porsche, Indigo or

god forbid Strawberry?

Well, if you're not willing to budge, then you can pack your bags and find somewhere

else to raise your future-stripper-offspring.

Each time you submit a name you have to pay a fee and if the name is rejected then you

have to pay again, and it isn't cheap!

So that means that many people choose from traditional names like Maximillian, Alexander,

Marie, Michael and Sophie.

They are obsessed with Dinner for One

We might have potterheads, Bieber fever, and Trekkies, but we aren't the only ones who

can get a little uh.. carried away, the people of Germany happen to adore a little known

Cult Classic from 1963 Called Dinner For One, it tells the story of a woman named Miss Sophie

who hosts an annual birthday party for her and 4 guests, the problem is at the ripe old

age of 90 she has outlived all of her guests, this leaves her trusty and slightly clumsy

butler, James, to fill the role of her missing guests.

Miss Sophie has a lavish assortment of strong liquors prepared, this leaves him in charge

of drinking for all four guests, well needless to say poor James gets absolutely wasted and

eventually Miss Sophie lures him into bed like he's Bill Cosby's love interest

Every New Year's Eve Dinner For One plays on networks and at public gatherings across

Germany making it one of the most viewed individual programmes on t.v. but despite its rampant

success it is astoundingly less popular in it's native U.K.

#3.

Public Boozin is Legal!

As some of us have found out the hard way drinking in public in the middle of broad

daylight is generally frowned upon and if you live in North America it is illegal virtually

everywhere, but in Germany, not so much...their alcohol laws are often cited as some of the

least restrictive in the world, at the age of 14 you can consume beer and wine with a

Custodial adult, at the age of 16 you can consume Beer and Wine alone, and at age 18

you can consume all distilled spirits across the board.

Bearing in mind, all of this involves drinking IN PUBLIC.

Anytime you want.

You may even encounter beer trolleys that will serve you in the streets.

However If you're the kind of person who smokes when you drink you might be in trouble because,

despite their lenient public drinking laws, smoking is banned in ALL public places..

I guess second hand drinking hasn't been a big problem.

Number 2: Prison escape is perfectly legal!

Ok well, maybe not perfectly legal but surprisingly lax...despite being known as a rather, uh,

strict place in the past Germany maintains that freedom is human instinct.

This means that technically speaking prison escape is not illegal.

So, you would assume that German prisons are pretty bare.

But, it's not quite that simple, you see, while your freedom is a basic right, it only

pardons your escape.

And you can't simply walk passed the guards, making virtually anything you do in the process

of your escape, still in fact illegal.

You're guaranteed to break another law along the way, such as damaging the prison or causing

harm to a guard, and guess who owns that snazzy prison jumpsuit you're wearing...that's right,

the prison!....

So unless you escape naked (Clip: Footage of a streaker) than you've also stolen property

from a Federal prison.

#1.

Sex workers for the Handicapped

Thats right! along with legalized and regulated prostitution, Germany now has specialized

sex workers for the physically and mentally disabled, this even includes the elderly.

Those with a disability can access these services from workers certified in, quote qualified

sexual accompaniment and assistance (Clip: South park - Niiice) The job title is deliberately

vague, because while everything up to intercourse is on the menu, there is also a large market

for other types of sexual contact tailored specifically to the disabled...I'll just let

your mind wander with that.

But don't go play in traffic just yet...this is still a service you have to pay for yourself...a

common misconception is that these services are covered by government subsidy, or a Stipend,

when in fact they aren't just yet, as of January 2017, there is a battle waging in the German

government to determine if the cost should be covered or not with one side saying they

should and one side saying they shouldn't.

"Resistance" Leader Olbermann Throws in the Towel: "I'm Retiring" - Duration: 2:41.

In a stunning statement Monday evening, radical left-wing political commentator Keith Olbermann

announced his immediate retirement, claiming he was inspired to act now because of his

confidence that President Donald Trump will "soon" be impeached.

"I am confident now, even more so than I have been over the last year, that this nightmare

presidency of Donald John Trump will end prematurely and end soon, and I am thus also confident

that this is the correct moment to end this series of commentaries," he said on his

web series, according to The Hill.

He added that he wasn't retiring because of a scandal or because of an impending termination

from his job at GQ as the host of a web series known as "The Resistance."

"No illness, no scandal, no firing — just I've said what I've had to say," he

said.

"It was as obvious as I made it seem.

I give my work everything I can, so it's not like I can dial it back."

"I am retiring from political commentary in all media venues," he then concluded.

"Thank you for all the kind words and all the support.

Have fun storming the castle.

My work here is done.

Matter of fact, so is Trump's."

To be clear, Trump still remains the president of the United States as of Tuesday.

And unless something remarkable occurs, he shall remain the president until the start

of 2021, if not the start of 2025.

Note how in his tweet, Olbermann defended his belief that Trump will "soon" be impeached

by pointing to the president's use of the term "Pocahontas" earlier Monday to describe

Sen. Elizabeth Warren, a Democratic politician with a history of pretending to be a Native

American Indian.

"You are very very special people," Trump had said during a White House meeting Monday

with World War II Navajo Code Talkers, as reported by Breitbart.

"You were here longer than any of us were here, although we have a representative in

Congress who they say was here a long time ago, they call her 'Pocahontas,' but you

know what, I like you because you are special," he had then quipped.

It was a joke, but because of left's obsession with identity politics, several pundits and

commentators — especially those at "fake news" CNN — slammed the president for

using an alleged "racial slur."

So to recap, Olbermann believes Trump is destined for immediate impeachment because he made

a possibly insensitive joke that offended CNN talking heads.

It's because of ludicrous beliefs such as this that few took Olbermann seriously.

It's likewise because of such stupidity that few will likely miss him.

Buh bye, you crazy nutcase.

Wire Spiral | Table Card Holder | Place Holder | Loomahat - Duration: 2:02.

Hey guys it's Denise from Loomahat.com this time I want to show you how

to do a wire spiral with no special tools. But I do want to give a special

thanks to Promise Learning and Shanti Styled Me for covering the cost of

closed captioning. Alright so we grab our 26 gauge wire and some kind of round

tool, you don't need any special tool. I'm using a pencil and I'm gonna bend the

tip and create like a round hook with the wire. Then with two fingers I'm going

to start to bend that wire and I'm gonna create like a circle. So just bend grab

and bend and you see that it's creating that spiral. Now because you're using

your hands it's not gonna be a perfect circle so you may find yourself having

to reshape some of the wire. It's no big deal, in fact I kind of like it that it's

not perfect. It gives it that handmade look. Because the wire is such a soft

material it's easy for you to bend. If you need it tighter just, you know, in my

case I grab that pencil and I just with that made it tighter and just keep

spinning it until you have the size that you want. Then give the wire a slight

bend in the opposite direction to give it a nice look. With those home

scissors that you have, just cut to the length that you want and your wire

spiral is done. Now all you have to do is place it where you want it. Alright let

me know what you think, liked the video if you liked it and if you haven't

already done so first sure subscribe.

Lighting Design: What You Need to Know to Avoid Mistakes - Duration: 1:42.

Hi! I'm Paul Bauscher and I'm here at the beautiful Ferguson showroom and we're

talking lighting design. This is a deeper subject than we can cover in any one

video and today we're going to tackle the various functions of lighting that

you're gonna want to consider. The three main types of light we'll look at today

are ambient or general lighting, task lighting, and decorative or mood lighting.

So let's start with ambient or general lighting. This is the light that gets you

in and out of a space and provides overall light for an areas use. You

typically kind of forget about this lighting because it's just there it just

does its job. Examples of fixtures that you would use

for this would be recessed lighting, very popular, and ceiling mounted fixtures.

Task lighting is typically strategically placed to assist you with a specific

task. Think under cabinet lighting in a kitchen or a lighted makeup mirror in

your bath. It's typically brighter and more focused light. Decorative or mood

lighting it's going to be dual purpose of course it provides light but its

style and design contributes heavily to the aesthetic of your space. They

contribute shape color as well as their light. As you can see around me the

choices can be mind-boggling and this is where our designers really shine pun

intended. Thanks again to Ferguson for letting us

visit their beautiful showroom and if you need more information or have

questions about this or other remodeling topics visit our website shoot us an

email or give us a call. Thanks for watching!

Judge Timothy Kelly: 5 Fast Facts You Need to Know | CaCao TV - Duration: 19:58.

Judge Timothy Kelly: 5 Fast Facts You Need to Know

Kelly at his Senate Judiciary Committee hearing. Kelly has been assigned to hear arguments in the legal battle over who the lawful acting director of the consumer watchdog Consumer Financial Protection Bureau is.

Leandra English was appointed as deputy director by outgoing CFPB Director Richard Cordray and is arguing that she is legally the acting director of the bureau.

The Trump administration and its attorneys say the president has the right to appoint an interim director, and therefore his appointee, Mick Mulvaney, is legally in charge of the bureau. English filed a temporary restraining order in Washington, D.C.

district court Sunday night. Kelly, 48, was appointed to the federal bench by President Donald Trump and approved by the Senate earlier this year. Here's what you need to know:.

Judge Kelly Was Assigned the CFPB Case Monday & Scheduled an Afternoon Hearing. Leandra English, left, and Mick Mulvaney.

Kelly was assigned the case brought by Leandra English against President Trump and Mick Mulvaney on Monday. He set a 4:30 p.m. hearing on the temporary restraining order arguments.

The legal battle began when Richard Cordray stepped down from his position on Friday and named English as his temporary successor, according to the Washington Post.Shortly after Cordray's resignation, Trump announced Mulvaney, who is also the head of the Office of Management and Budget and a fierce critic of the CFPB, as the acting director.

English filed the lawsuit Sunday night in an effort to prevent Mulvaney from beginning his work in the new role.

In the lawsuit, English's attorneys listed her as "Deputy Director and Acting Director" and Mulvaney as "the person claiming to be the acting director of the CFPB." You can read the complaint filed by English below:.

English cites the Dodd-Frank Act, which created the CFPB in 2010, and says that when Richard Cordray's resignation as CPPB director became official at midnight on Nov.

24, English, formerly the CFPB's Deputy Director, became the agency's acting director as mandated by Dodd-Frank, which says that the Deputy Director "shall … serve as the acting Director in the absence or unavailability of the Director," and that the Deputy Director shall serve as acting director until the president appoints a new director, and the Senate confirms it.

After quoting or paraphrasing the relevant portions of Dodd-Frank, English's suit goes on to say:.

Disregarding this statutory language, President Trump issued a press release on the evening of November 24 indicating his desire to install defendant Mulvaney, the Director of the White House Office of Management and Budget, as the Bureau's Acting Director.

Under this scenario, Mr Mulvaney would seek to serve indefinitely as the interim head of a statutorily "independent" agency while simultaneously occupying his current White House post.

The suit later requests "a temporary restraining order to prevent the defendants from appointing, causing the appointment of, recognizing the appointment of, or acting on the appointment of an Acting Director of the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau via any mechanism other than that provided for by" current law.

Mulvaney did show up for work Monday, bringing coffee and donuts.

He later issued a statement saying he has ordered a 30-day hiring freeze and a delay of rule-making, and said he is working to learn more about his role with the bureau.

English, meanwhile, sent an email to the 1,600 CFPB staffers, saying, "I hope that everyone had a great Thanksgiving.

With Thanksgiving in mind, I wanted to take a moment to share my gratitude to all of you for your service," and signing it, "Acting Director," according to the Washington Post. Mulvaney responded with an email of his own:.

It has come to my attention that Ms. English has reached out to many of you this morning via email in an attempt to exercise certain duties of the Acting Director.

This is unfortunate but, in the atmosphere of the day, probably not unexpected. Please disregard any instructions you receive from Ms.

English in her presumed capacity as acting director." Mulvaney also asked CFPB employees to report any additional professional communications from English to the general counsel's office. I apologize for this being the very first thing you hear from me.

However, under the circumstances I suppose it is necessary. If you're at 1700 G Street today, please stop by the fourth floor to say hello and grab a doughnut.

In a statement, White House Press Secretary Sarah Huckabee Sanders said, "The Administration is aware of the suit filed this evening by Deputy Director English. However the law is clear: Director Mulvaney is the Acting Director of the CFPB.

Now that the CFPBs own General Counsel who was hired under Richard Cordray has notified the Bureaus leadership that she agrees with the Administrations and DOJs reading of the law, there should be no question that Director Mulvaney is the Acting Director.

It is unfortunate that Mr Cordray decided to put his political ambition above the interests of consumers with this stunt. Director Mulvaney will bring a more serious and professional approach to running the CFPB.".

He Was Appointed to the Bench by President Trump in June & Approved by the Senate by a 94-2 Vote. Kelly at his hearing.

Judge Timothy Kelly was nominated to fill a seat on the D.C. District Court in June, according to a White House press release.

He was then confirmed by the Senate by a 94-2 vote in September 2017. Democratic Senators Elizabeth Warren and Kirsten Gillibrand were the no votes.

Warren helped craft the legislation that led to the CFPB and met with Leandra English on Monday. She has said she supports English's legal argument that she is the rightful acting director of the bureau, according to Reuters.

The Vetting Room, a project examining the records of Trump's judicial nominees, said of Kelly:.

Kelly has an unusually well-rounded resume for a federal district court position. Having worked in private practice, as a federal prosecutor, and in the legislative process, Kelly will approach the bench with a broad array of legal experience.

Furthermore, Kelly also has experience working with indigent clients, as he spent a year representing low income residents of Washington D.C. in cases involving public benefits, landlord-tenant, and family law.

It must also be noted that Kelly's pre-law school experience is relatively rare for a federal judicial nominee.

Of the nominees we have reviewed, Kelly is the first to have worked two jobs simultaneously, the first to have worked in the service industry, and the first to report having received federal financial aid.

Given the privileged pedigrees of many nominees, Kelly's background is refreshingly different. Kelly was questioned by Democrat Senator Dick Durbin about his membership to the Federalist Society, which he has been a member of since 2009.

"Whatever personal views I hold would not be relevant to my position as a district judge, should I be fortunate enough to be confirmed.

In any event, I have not understood theFederalist Society to espouse views on specific legal issues; rather, it provides a forum for open debate.

According to its website, the Federalist Society was 'founded on the principles that the state exists to preserve freedom, that the separation of governmental powers is central to our Constitution, and that it is emphatically the province and duty of the judiciary to say what the law is, not what it should be.' These appear to be commonly accepted principles," he wrote in response.

Kelly Previously Served as a Top Aide to Senator Chuck Grassley Who Called Him a 'Talented Attorney' Who Is 'Well-Liked by Staff & Members on Both Sides'.

Before being appointed as a judge, Kelly was a top aide to Senator Chuck Grassley, an Iowa Republican who is the chairman of the Judiciary Committee. He worked as the chief counsel for national security and senior crime counsel for the senator.

"Tim is a very talented attorney and is well-liked by staff and members on both sides of the aisle," Grassley said on the Senate floor before the vote, according to Courthouse News.

"His collegiality and ability to get along with folks will serve him well on the bench.". Kelly began working for Grassley in 2013, according to his Senate questionnaire.

During his vetting process, Democrat Senator Sheldon Whitehouse asked Kelly about how his work with the Senate Judiciary Committee changed his view of proper judicial behavior, to which he responded:.

I do not think my work on the Senate Judiciary Committee has had a major impact on my view of proper judicial behavior.

If I am fortunate enough to be confirmed, my role as a district judge would not permit me to make federal law in any way, but would instead require me to faithfully interpret and apply federal law passed by Congress to cases and controversies before me.

Given my observation of the careful consideration that is given to the text of a bill that becomes law, my work here has underscored for me the importance of a judge focusing on the text when interpreting a statute passed by Congress.

Whitehouse further asked if his approach on the bench would be different from during his time working with Grassley and the judicial committee:.

Should I be fortunate enough to be confirmed, my work as a district judge would be dramatically different than my present work as a staff member for the Chairman on the Senate Judiciary Committee.

In my current position, I play a small role in assisting the Chairman and other members of the committee write federal law.

My role as a district judge would not permit me to make federal law in any way, but would instead require me to faithfully interpret and apply federal law passed by Congress to cases and controversies before me.

He Graduated From Duke & Georgetown Law Before Working in Private Practice & as a Federal Prosecutor.

Kelly was born in 1969 in Glen Cove, New York. He graduated from Delbarton School in Morristown, New Jersey, in 1987, according to the school's website.

He then graduated from Duke University in 1991 and then went on to Georgetown law school, graduating in 1997 according to his White House biography. He was the senior associate editor of the American Criminal Law Review.

Prior to working in the Senate, Kelly was an attorney in private practice and as a federal prosecutor. He spent several years as a civil litigator at Arnold & Porter, according to the White House.

"Kelly spent a decade as a Federal prosecutor, serving first as an Assistant United States Attorney in the District of Columbia and then as a trial attorney in the Public Integrity Section of the Department of Justice's Criminal Division," the White House said.

According to his Senate questionnaire, Kelly was an assistant U.S. from 2003 to 2007 and then worked for the Public Integrity Section from 2007 to 2013.

According to The Vetting Room, Kelly worked on misdemeanor, violent crime and white collar offenses as an AUSA. His work with the Public Integrity Section was more notable, The Vetting Room found:.

At the Public Integrity Section, Kelly focused on the investigation and prosecution of political corruption. Kelly prosecuted Eugenio Pedraza, Special Agent-in-Charge for the Department of Homeland Security, who conspired with fellow agents to falsify investigative reports.

Kelly also successfully prosecuted Donna Scott for steering Department of Energy contracts to her husband. Notably, Kelly successfully prosecuted the Lt. Governor of the American Samoa, and a senator in the American Samoa legislature for public corruption.

In 2010, Kelly was part of the legal team prosecuting former CIA agent Jeffrey Sterling for his unauthorized disclosure of classified information to journalist James Risen.

Before Sterling's trial, the prosecution missed a discovery deadline imposed by Judge Leonie Brinkema, submitting key impeachment evidence one day late. Judge Brinkema sanctioned Kelly and the other government attorneys for the missed deadline by striking two government witnesses.

The Fourth Circuit, in a 2-1 decision, overturned this sanction as an abuse of discretion, noting that the government conduct was not made in bad faith. Nevertheless, the majority opinion noted that it cannot "condone the Government's oversight.".

Previously, Kelly was a law clerk and then associate at Arthur & Porter in D.C. from 1995 to 2003.

According to The Vetting Room, his work there was "focused on defending pharmaceutical companies against product liability lawsuits. Kelly served on the legal team defending American Home Products Corp.

(Wyeth) in tort lawsuits relating to their sale of diet drugs. The team ultimately reached a national settlement over the claims during simultaneous state court trials in Mississippi and New Jersey.".

He also clerked for Judge Ronald L. Buckwalter on the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania from 2001 to 2002.

Kelly Lives in D.C. With His Wife, Who Works the City's Department of Human Services & Their 2 Young Daughters.

Kelly talks with his daughter Harper Kelly, 9, before the start of a Senate Judiciary Committee nomination hearing on Capitol Hill, June 28, 2017 in Washington, DC.

Judge Timothy Kelly lives in Washington, D.C. with his wife, Sharon Kershbaum, and their two young daughters, Harper, 9, and Quinn, 5. They have been married since 2005.

Kershbaum works as the chief operating officer for D.C.'s Department of Human Services, according to her Linkedin profile. In his Senate questionnaire, Kelly said his wife's office "provides federal benefit eligibility determination and enrollment services for D.C.

residents, as well as services for residents experiencing homelessness." He said if a matter related to the department comes before the District Court in D.C., he would self-recuse himself from the case.

She is a graduated of the University of Pennsylvania and also has a master's degree from Penn's Wharton School.

Along with her work in Mayor Muriel Bowser's administration, Kershbaum was the deputy budget director for the city of Philadelphia from 2000 to 2004.

She also worked for Fannie Mae from 2004 to 2007 as a director/chief of staff, and then returned to government, working from 2007 to 2010 as CapStat Program Manager and assistant director of contracting and procurement in D.C.

and then at the U.S. Treasury as director of department offices operations and deputy assistant secretary for management and budget from 2012 to 2015.

Kelly has belonged to St. Peter's Catholic Church on Capitol Hill since 2013, according to his questionnaire and has been a part of the Interfaith Families Project of Washington, D.C., since 2007.

For the love of birds | Washington Wachira - Duration: 13:08.

With me here today

I brought something beautiful.

This is a feather from one of the most beautiful birds we have in Kenya,

the crested guinea fowl.

But this feather is more than just that.

If you've taken time when you are outdoors

to look at the feathers around you,

you'll have noticed

that there is this huge variety of different sizes,

shapes and even colors.

The feather is one of the most astonishing pieces of technology

invented by the natural world,

and for centuries, this feather has helped birds to keep dry,

to keep warm and even power flight.

Only one section of the tree of life can actually make a feather.

Among all the world's animals,

birds are the only ones who can make something

like what I'm holding today.

I personally have given them a nickname,

and I like to call them the feathermakers.

It is the major difference between birds and any other animals we have on earth,

and if you can't make a feather, you cannot call yourself a bird.

(Laughter)

For us humans, who are earthbound,

birds represent freedom.

This feather has enabled birds to conquer gravity

and take to the air in an extraordinary way.

Don't you sometimes wish you could fly like a bird?

Birds are my passion,

and I want to change the way each one of you thinks about them.

The easiest reason I love them so much is because they are beautiful.

There are 10,000 species in the world,

and each one of them is uniquely beautiful.

Birds are amazing,

and this talk is dedicated to all the birds of the world.

(Laughter)

(Applause)

Indeed, these birds have been part of our lives and cultures

all over the world for centuries,

and every society has a story about birds.

You probably have heard childhood stories of different birds

and how they relate with man.

I personally recently learned

that our human ancestors would follow flocks of vultures

and then they would help them

to identify where carcasses have been dropped by large carnivores,

and these humans will scavenge and eat part of that meat.

Birds have been used as brands and labels all over the world.

You know the bald eagle?

It was chosen as the national emblem for the US

because of its majestic strength,

beautiful looks

and even a long lifespan.

And just like us humans

who have managed to live in virtually all habitats of this earth,

birds have also conquered the world.

From birds such as these beautiful penguins

that live in the cold ice caps

to even others like the larks,

who live in the hottest deserts you can imagine.

Indeed, these species have conquered this world.

Birds also build houses like us.

The real pros in housebuilding

are a group of birds we call the weaverbirds,

and this name they were given

because of the way in which they weave their nests.

An interesting one:

birds also love and date just like us humans.

In fact, you'll be surprised to know that males dress to impress the women,

and I'll show you how.

So here we have a long-tailed widowbird,

and this is how they would normally look.

But when it comes to the breeding season,

everything changes,

and this is how he looks.

(Audience murmurs)

Yeah?

Birds also, multiple species of them,

do love to touch and cuddle just like humans.

And I know you're wondering about this one.

Yes, they kiss too,

sometimes very deeply.

(Applause)

Some have even learned to cheat on their spouses.

(Laughter)

For example, the African jacana:

the females will mate with multiple males

and then she takes off to find other males to mate with

and she leaves the male behind to take care of the chicks.

(Laughter)

(Applause)

And birds help us so much,

and they play very crucial roles in our ecosystems each day.

Vultures clean up our environment

by literally digesting disease-causing pathogens,

and they finish carcasses that would otherwise cost us lots of money

to clear from the environment.

A sizable flock of vultures is capable of bringing down a carcass

the size of a zebra straight to the bone

within just about 30 minutes.

Owls help to rid the environments of rodents

and this helps us a lot because it saves us money --

we don't lose our crops --

and secondly, we don't have to buy harmful chemicals

to handle these rodents.

The beautiful sunbirds we see in our environments

are part of nature's pollination crew,

and they help our plants to form fruits.

Together with other pollinators like insects,

they have actually helped us

to get most of the food crops that we depend on for many years.

Unfortunately, the story of birds is by far not perfect.

They are faced by numerous challenges every day wherever they live.

Top on the threats facing birds

is habitat loss

and reduced food availability.

Birds are also hunted, especially migratory species

and ducks that congregate in water bodies.

Poisoning is happening to flocks that like to stick together,

especially in places like rice schemes.

Moreover, power lines are electrocuting birds

and wind farms are slicing birds

when they fly through the blades.

Recently, we've heard the talk of climate change

making a lot of headlines,

and it's also affecting birds,

because birds are being forced to migrate from better breeding and feeding grounds

because unfortunately where they used to live

is no longer habitable.

My own perspective towards birds was changed

when I was a small boy in high school,

and there was this boy who struck,

injuring the wing and the leg of a bird we called the augur buzzard.

I was standing there,

just a mere 14-year-old,

and I imagined a human being in a similar situation,

because this bird could not help itself.

So even if I was hardly any biologist by then,

I gathered with three of my friends and we decided to house the bird

until it had regained strength and then let it free.

Interestingly, it accepted to feed on beef from our school kitchen,

and we hunted termites around the compound for its dinner every day.

After a few days, it had regained strength

and we released it.

We were so happy to see it flap its wings

and fly off gracefully.

And that experience changed the way we looked at birds.

We went on to actually make a magazine,

and we called it the Hawk Magazine,

and this was in honor of this bird

that we had helped within our own high school.

Those experiences in high school made me the conservationist I am today.

And a passion for birds should especially matter for Africa

and all Africans,

because among all other continents,

Africa hosts some of the most amazing bird species

you can find anywhere in the world.

Imagine having a name like "shoebill."

That's the name of that bird.

And there are countries like DR Congo,

Tanzania, Uganda and Kenya

who are leading the continent in highest numbers of diversity

when it comes to the species.

These birds continue to provide the continent

with very crucial ecosystem services that Africa needs.

Moreover, there is huge potential

for Africa to lead the world in avian tourism.

The economy will definitely benefit.

Imagine how many communities will benefit from groups of tourists

visiting their villages just to see the endemic birds

that can only be found in those villages.

How can we help birds together?

There is now a chance for all of you

to turn your passion for birds

into contributing to their continued survival,

and you can do that by becoming a citizen scientist.

Citizen science is a growing trend around the world,

and we are having scenarios where people are sharing information

with the rest of the community about traffic updates,

security alerts and so on.

That is exactly what we realized as bird-watchers,

and we thought, because birds are found everywhere,

if we've got all of you and everyone else in Africa

to tell us the birds they find where they live,

where they school, or even where they work,

then we can be able to come up with a map of every single species,

and from there scientists will be able

to actually prioritize conservation efforts

to those habitats that matter the most.

Take for example these two projects,

the Africa Raptor DataBank,

which is mapping all birds of prey in the continent of Africa,

and the Kenya Bird Map,

which is mapping about 1,100 species that occur in my country, Kenya.

These two projects now have online databases

that are allowing people to submit data,

and this is converted into very interactive websites

that the public can consume and make decisions from.

But when we started, there was a big challenge.

We received many complaints from bird-watchers,

and they will say,

"I'm in a village, and I cannot access a computer.

How do I tell you what birds live in my home,

or where I school, or where I work?"

So we were forced to renovate our strategy and come up with a sustainable solution.

It was easy:

we immediately realized that mobile phones

were becoming increasingly common in Africa

and most of the regions could get access to one.

So we came up with mobile phone applications

that you can use on your iPhone and on your Android phone,

and we made them freely available

for every bird-watching enthusiast out there.

So we came up with BirdLasser, which is used by the Kenya Bird Map,

and also we have the African Raptor Observations,

which is now used by the African Raptor DataBank.

This was a huge breakthrough in our work

and it made us get enormous amounts of data

from every birder out there in the regions.

With this, we realized that citizen science

is indeed very powerful,

the reason being, citizen science is adaptive.

And we were able to actually convert many bird-watchers

to start sharing new information with us.

When we were starting,

we didn't know that birds could be a huge gateway

to approaching conservation of other forms of animals.

Interestingly, now in the Virtual Museum for Africa,

we have maps for dragonflies and damselflies,

butterflies and moths,

reptiles, frogs, orchids, spiders,

scorpions, and yes, we are even mapping mushrooms.

Who could have imagined mapping mushrooms?

So this showed us that indeed we've created a community of people

who care about nature in Africa.

I hereby call upon all of you

to join me in promoting the value of birds

within your communities.

Please just tell your friends about birds,

for we are always inclined to love and care for that which we know.

Please spend a few minutes in your free time

when you are at work, at school, or maybe at home,

to at least look around you and see which beautiful birds are there.

Come join us in citizen science

and tell us the birds you're finding in the places where you visit.

Even simpler,

you could buy your child or your sibling

a pair of binoculars

or a bird book

and let them just appreciate how beautiful these birds are.

Because maybe one day they will want to care

for that one which they know and love.

The children indeed are our future.

Let us please teach them to love our feathermakers,

because the love of birds

can be a huge gateway to appreciating all forms of nature.

Thank you very much.

(Applause)

Thank you.

Expensive Vs. Bargain Full-Coverage Concealer - Duration: 5:39.

- This is the one that's covering my sins, look at that.

(upbeat music)

- My skin, I have a port wine stain on half of my face.

As far as like the conditions,

it gets a mixture between like dry and oily.

- I have had really bad cystic acne for a long time.

- Sometimes I find issues with

finding like a really good concealer.

- I want my skin not to react or get even more acne.

- I have vitiligo, and now that it's spread so much

across my face, I don't really wear a lot of makeup.

But I'm definitely interested to see

which concealers can work if I decided to do that.

- I'm hoping to actually find like a good concealer.

It would help me in some problem areas,

like not even my birthmark.

- I do think it's worth it to pay, if it works.

(upbeat music)

- Packaging, I mean I guess it's simple.

Gets to the point.

- It says waterproof.

Great when I'm crying.

Bad, sometimes the waterproof ones

are like really tough to take off.

- It's definitely really creamy.

- It seems a little thick.

- It goes on pretty smooth.

- It doesn't really seem to be doing too much honestly.

- It's definitely spreadable.

- It's definitely covering up my blemishes.

- It feels kind of wet though,

which makes me worried if it's like oily.

- I really feel like it gives me

way more of a shine than I already had.

- Let's see if it's gonna cover up this vitiligo.

So it's kind of see-through

when it comes to covering up the dark to the light.

(happy instrumental music)

- So the coverage of it, is not so good.

- Based on the concealers that I've used before,

this one's not too bad.

- The whole Gotcha Covered, like full coverage.

I would definitely recommend

to just be like kind of coverage.

- Think I'd also wanna say, it's like five or six bucks.

- $12

- $8

- Well then I'll buy a couple of them.

- Honestly, if it was anything

more than that, I would not be happy.

- If you have dry skin, this actually might be kind of nice.

(upbeat music)

I really like the packaging of it.

It looks like you spent money on it.

- I love her products.

- I honestly usually like it, when it's a squeeze tube

so that way I can put it on the back of my hands.

- It smells really good.

- It's really thick.

It's kind of hard to blend in.

- Beside, glide it on.

- Definitely giving me some coverage.

(happy instrumental music)

- I do like the consistency.

It's very concentrated.

- And it's not greasy at all.

- I can see that it's over top of all my pores.

I feel like I'm seeing every single one.

- It covers my blemishes and things like that,

but when it comes to the darker areas to the lighter areas

of my skin, it doesn't really cover.

- For someone that may not need a lot of coverage,

I think this would be a really solid choice.

- But I feel like this is more just like a,

you got one pimple, you want to cover it up.

I think this costs probably around $20.

- $23

- $23

- Yeah, that's about what I think Kat Von D would put it as.

- I don't know if I would spend $25.

- I would pay for that,

and it's because I know that it's gonna last all day.

(upbeat music)

- A lot of this is in a different language,

Cle De Peau Beaute.

- I like sleek and just simple.

- Supposed to pull it?

Oh there it is, okay.

- I do kinda like that it's a stick form.

You can kinda just glide it on.

- It goes on really well.

- This definitely feels super light.

- Oh, it's just so soft.

- It feels like velvet on my face.

- It feels almost like moisturized.

- Look at that, do you see that?

It just oo.

- It blends really well.

Like it's thick, but it's also moveable.

- This is the one that's covering my sins.

(happy instrumental music)

It feels like velvet, and it smells good.

- So I wonder how good this would look for Instagram.

Yeah, it looks good.

I mean it kinda has that little bit of a shine to it.

- Yeah, the coverage is pretty good.

I mean, I feel like I'd have to put quite a bit on

if I wanted to even out the birthmark.

- I think the dark spots, it like covers perfectly.

The redness, I don't quite know

if it's totally covering it up.

- The way that this is covered, like a dream.

Do you see this?

- I almost want to say like, it's twenty bucks

cause that's just all I want to pay on concealer.

- $33

- $40

- $47

(concealer drops)

- It's $70?

- It's a terrific concealer.

- One inch is $70.

- A gorgeous French man better be putting

this on me every single day.

- It's so good, but it's so much.

- NYX, one.

- 8.5.

- I'd give it an 8.

- Kat Von D, 8.5

- Maybe a 6.

- 5.

Cle De Peau, I feel like a 9 out of 10.

- 7.5

- A 10 for me.

(applause and cheers)

I love experimenting with makeup.

Makeup is so expressive.

- It's really good, you know, to have options

as far as coverage goes.

But, luckily I've gotten to a point of fully accepting me.

- I've had vitiligo since I was five.

I've grown into it, and I absolutely love it.

- Being different is the new normal, so stand out.

- Just be you.

You're gonna be fine darling.

Budgeting on an irregular income - Duration: 2:58.

Do you want to build a budget, but feel like you can't because you don't have a steady income? Hi everyone, I'm Sam.

And I'm Alix. And we're here from FCNB to give you some tips.

Successful budgeting tends to depend on two things: careful planning and a steady income.

But what if you don't have a steady income? What if you're an entrepreneur,

a freelancer, an artist, a temp or seasonal worker or a student?

You may be wondering: how can I possibly budget when I don't know how much money will be coming in?

The answer is, you can. And more importantly, you should. A budget is especially useful for those with an irregular income.

Frankly, budgeting has gotten a bad rap. It sounds overwhelming,

but really it's not.

It's simply figuring out how much money you need to cover your expenses and making sure you don't spend more than that amount.

We're going to give you four steps for budgeting these strategies.

It'll take the sting out of those months when the money just isn't flowing in. So number one: know your bare-bones monthly budget.

Calculate how much you need for the absolute essentials, like your rent or mortgage payment, gas if you have a car, utility bills, groceries,

cell phone and child care. Don't forget to include payments on debts like student loans.

Let's say these bare-bones essentials total $1200.

But your budget should also prepare you for the unexpected.

Include savings to build an emergency fund to cover things like an

unexpected car repair or make up for lost income when you have the flu and can't freelance for a week.

How do you do that? Every paycheck, take 10 to 20 percent and tuck it into a savings account. Add this amount to your bare-bones

budget. So now we're up to $1400.

Next, calculate your discretionary expenses. What are those? Those are the non essentials, like cable TV,

entertainment and dining out. It's where you factor in the birthday present for Aunt Martha or the wedding gift for your best friend.

On tight months you can save money by eating out less or making your own entertainment. Go for a hike instead of the movies.

Let's say you allow

$200 a month for this now. You're up to $1,600.

So now you know how much you need to make it through the month. On the first of each month,

deposit that amount into your checking account and nothing more.

Deposit the rest of your paycheck into a savings account. Over time, you should see your savings grow.

From your checking account, pay your monthly bills. Mark when the bills are due on a monthly calendar, either first of the month or mid-month.

Then, twice a month, pay your bills. At the end of the month you should have near zero in your checking account.

Then you start all over. We call this budget to zero. If you're having trouble meeting your budget,

then you need to find ways to reduce your expenses. Look for more affordable housing or consider a roommate to split the rent.

Pack a lunch for work, leave the car at home and walk or bike to work. Or find ways to increase your income.

Take a part-time job. Or maybe you even have a talent that others would be willing to pay for, like tutoring, baking, or teaching guitar or piano.

GETTING STARTED IN RELATIONSHIPS | Masculinity's Guide to Accountability & Commitment w Steve Mayeda - Duration: 16:17.

so how do we make a relationship work what kind of a crazy question is this

this is our Daily Awesome podcast and Men this is a podcast about men's

development men's excellence where we talk about all sorts of crazy stuff like

this so anything with dating sex perspective mentality you know how to

get yourself right that's what this podcast is about and if you like it

click the Free Stuff Link down below check out what we got we have almost 800

videos that all deal with this and not only that we have just tons of free

programs so it's super great like fitness stuff there's dating stuff

there's pdfs there's video series there's groups there's the Asda men's

development group and there's immense development excellence group that's AMD

plus we got you covered and this is all recorded live on a call

it is the 8th of November 2017 and we are on a men's development excellence

call in fact I'll stand corrected we're on at TSL online call and the men's

development excellence calls a little bit later so if you want to get involved

in those you got to sign up for TSL Online or md excellence and if you're a guy

that wasn't better yourself I'd recommend it so let's get into the meat

of all this now that we're done with that and let's dive into it because this

is a huge question and it's coming from so many different perspectives what's

very important is that we have a dialogue about this so the guy that

asked this question is he's fairly young he's 24 or 25 I forget the exact age but

got a lot going in his life has great dating skills is able to meet women and

be sexual and so on and so in that context it's a certain type of question

but let's say you're 30 and you're asking that question let's say you're 40

let's say your dating skills aren't great and you're 28 so there's all sorts

of different variables that come in it and one of the things I ask people to

start with is a definition now rule number one is your definitions about

what you want in your life are bullshit they're most likely not going to happen

but the reason why we need to look at them is for a couple of reasons number

one self responsibility all right so we're looking at ourselves to guide us

we're accepting our problems our wants our desires and our directions to move

into very very big I mean this is this is

paramount in at all however we see this so much in the dating world so if

anybody's on an online dating app you see well I don't want to you know just

be used I don't want to have this and that I got out of a relationship here's

what I wanted a relationship here's the type of guy I'm looking for here's the

type of girl I'm looking for there's this endless checklist of different

things that we think we want and the fact of the matter is is what we end up

dating that the relationships that we end up having are never that and I could

say this for myself because my amazing wife you know I wanted I know what I

want I knew exactly what I wanted I knew all of that stuff but guess what it

never amounted into the picture of exactly what she is it was very

different than what she is now that doesn't mean I'm unhappy that doesn't

mean anything it just means that when we don't have a relationship it's very hard

to have a definition so we create a definition so that we can one have

personal responsibility of our desires our wants and so on and when we

encounter problems we solve them ourselves but also it's a starting place

for us to know the direction to go in so very very important is to go like hey

what do you want so my man you know who's very good with women and he's

about 24 years old you know he's looking at like man I don't know what I want but

I know I have this urge and this feeling towards it so here's the other

interesting and amazing thing about it so when it comes down to dating

relationships sex all these different things as soon as we start to have our

emotions involved in somebody as soon as we have our sex involved with somebody

as soon as that desire builds guess what happens we stop having a choice we stop

having this this idea of controlling things we just want to experience so our

hearts open up is an open field our minds open up is an open field

our sex opens up as an open field and it just says go go go it's easy to fall in

love it's easy to to feel good about something and if you're not having those

experiences for instance if you're dating a lot and you haven't really

hooked a girl or fallen into a relationship or have these

have them have these experiences that a lot of these people talk about well

there's two things that you're having trouble with and that's not exactly what

this podcast is about but I'll include a playlist where you could learn about

those things and that would be a modem so your connection isn't strong with

your emotions and sharing in exchange having that empathy or your seduction

your seduction is not connecting okay and if you have those two things in over

in order you're going to naturally connect with people all right into a

point where you hit that open field you know love and sex become this natural

phenomenon so let's talk about this natural phenomenon and then we'll get to

the overall answer of you know what do we do when we really want a relationship

to happen you know how do we make a relationship work so the thing is is

that when we have these feelings and we need to we need to talk about this as

men this is huge guys you need to realize this is going to happen when

your heart opens up when your sex opens up with a woman you feel the feelings of

monogamy monogamy is a phenomenon right so monogamy is a social definition for

how we have relationships and there's all these arguments of is this good or

is this bad and so on and I've been in monogamous relationship for a while now

but the thing is is yeah it's also unnatural and whatever but here's what's

natural about it let's take away all the social definitions and all the kudos

should of what does if you were sexually active of somebody if you're having an

emotional exchange with somebody there's going to be a point where she wants full

commitment from you she feels that it's not even making a commitment there's no

definition yet there's just this overwhelming feeling that a woman is

gonna have when that happens that's like oh my god I need this man this man needs

to be here that wears my security of this I want this I just I'd get so

jealous if somebody else was around this is feeling that saying that and there's

this feeling that comes across with a man that could have some of those

characteristics involved in it but also this feeling of a man saying man I want

to do everything for this woman like I am good I like I would have her for the

rest of my life I I want this this is beautiful I'm gonna do everything for

let's go on a trip let's do blah blah blah blah blah all this stuff that you

know what we hear in a lot of the man culture which is like you know where

we see all these men looking searching for definitions of themselves not

because we don't have that but this is one of those things where from the hurt

man culture they go that's weakness that's how you get hurt and so on it's a

natural feeling all right it's a natural feeling and you got to acknowledge that

first if you deny it it's gonna be imprisoned and fight fight fight to get

out so you're gonna have a feeling of what we'll call socially monogamy but

remember it's a feeling first the woman has her feelings of like I want this guy

can't be with anybody else and then there's this dude with his feelings

going like I want this girl she can't be with any anybody else they have

different characteristics and flavors of one another then through life and

cultures and so on and you know different types and styles of

relationships you know we then call that monogamy so you're gonna feel that and

it's gonna be awesome so when you feel that and you want to to continue on with

it you then make a commitment now here's what's gonna make your relationship work

is your alignment to that commitment here's the thing guys you're gonna feel

that commitment you're gonna have the desire to make it you're gonna overcome

it you're gonna commit to shit which you

don't know about because one you may not be familiar with the phenomenon of love

and your experience with that but more importantly you don't really know her

you know her on the 4-month her the 2-month her the few good weeks of good

sex her those types of things and she knows you in that way so you guys don't

fully know each other yet but you make a commitment now you can be wrong about

that commitment you just have to learn to communicate out of it but in that

commitment and I don't mean this in some old-fashioned way that commitment is an

attempt to fulfill that feeling that you wanted remember that feeling that that

turns into that definition of monogamy if I want to give myself to her I want

to do everything for her well guess what you know you stop having sex fuel your

relationship you stop having the novelty of new experiences fuel your

relationship you stop having or you start having arguments you start having

things which piss you off about her you know she doesn't you know do certain

things that maybe another girl should or would

whatever and you start losing that momentum right and it starts getting a

little bit boring and guess what you're probably getting a

little bit boring to her or unknowing to her but where does that commitment stand

when you made that commitment in that choice just as a personal thing again

don't think of this as like this old-fashioned like get in line with your

commitments in it and it can translate to that but I want you to think of it in

this way that commitment is going hey I had a value and I had a feeling that I

felt that was real and it made me decide this and remember that checklist of that

personal definition of what we wanted what was the main reason the main reason

was personal responsibility so ownership of self knowing that you made a

definition of what you wanted to go for and as I said for me man I fucking know

what I want but what did I get something totally different that I was absolutely

happy with all right but in all of that my commitment the same thing it's just

as blind is that want but my commitment may want to continue is that part of

myself that wanted to dedicate my life to her or so on and these types of

things right which now is you know conflicted with these annoying things

these other problems these things in a relationship that we have that that you

know fuck us up and so on and and whatever you know is that still there

and that's a hard thing to determine that's why you need a men's group man

that's why you need to bounce stuff off other guys who know you and can can hold

you to account ability not accountability like did you get your

goal done but the accountability of actually going like hey man I know what

you're capable of I know your potential and are you living up to it so in that

man like can we find the commitment to that you know can we find the the

accountability of ourselves and the man that shows like hey I want to dedicate

the cell myself to this because I believe in me and I believe in love and

I believe I wanted to do this but perhaps it's that I wanted to see if I

could do this in my life perhaps I wanted to see if I was capable of this

type of relationship perhaps I was capable of deciding whether or not you

know man this girl could live up to whatever and that is far more important

than your annoyance if let's put it this way if you ever so many people break up

with women for stupid reasons for or women break up with men either way

oh man I didn't like him oh we had this fight oh we had this dramatic thing oh

he's an asshole oh the sex was bad oh the blah blah blah and we go through

this checklist which probably wasn't true and we're not being real with

ourselves anytime I hear somebody complaining to me about a breakup and

they're like they want to blame the other person in any sort of way you're

lying to yourself you're taking your responsibility out of it that's not the

real reason why you broke up that's not the total picture that's the one thing

that you could flag that makes you look good or whatever it is but the thing is

is that I hate this we need to break up with somebody because we make a choice

that this wasn't the right person all right and so that's why we need to

cultivate this to make a relationship work you need to get in touch with the

commitment that you had when you felt the feeling of monogamy when you felt

the feeling of you wanted to dedicate your life to somebody because I'll tell

you this man five six years down the road where I'm at I don't have that

feeling anymore I don't have that feeling don't like oh my gosh

Maria is is this woman that I just want to do everything for but the commitment

that I made in it has elements of that so take out the novelty trick take out

the crazy like sex six times a day which would like to do them fuck the fucking

crazy man I'm pretty sexual person but this was beyond beyond man that's that's

that's one thing that really solidified the beginnings of that relationship but

take all of that out of it take all of the highlights take all of the things of

going that oh my god this is so amazing and what do we have it's so much more

it's actually so much more but if I just cave to the annoyance the little fights

the times when we do have misinterpretations or bad sex or things

that don't communicate with each other or the times where we crossed each other

in whatever ways if we if we did not align with our commitment

of who we you are in the person that we believed we could be in the road that we

wanted to walk down on if we didn't align with that and then keep that in

check yeah we deject in the fact of the matter is is what I want from all people

whether you're learning to talk to people where you're going into a

business interview you're learning to talk to women for the first time or

you're actually you know having relationships

I want you making a choice I don't want you making a reaction all right because

the reaction doesn't accept responsibility of self and it causes

conflict and disconnect where it doesn't need to be we're so afraid of being

judged that we don't show our real selves and you know then we just react

towards one another so we need to fuel our relationships by choice and we can

decide this isn't working out for us so just know guys we're gonna have this

feelings overwhelming feeling to commit to somebody we're gonna want that that's

gonna run out you know that's gonna change it's not a question of this

monogamy or polyamory or swinging or whatever the fuck it is or you know

going you know signing off women forever or whatever is the the answer it's more

that there's different phases in your life that you're gonna feel you need to

learn to articulate them that being said you know if we feel that it's not the

right thing we also need to learn to break up properly cuz that's tough too

you know that's a lot of pain sometimes you don't want to feel that sometimes we

need to react and masks our masks ourselves and be a total asshole to make

that happen we don't want to have relationships and breakups like that we

want ones where we're fluid in ourselves and it's a very confusing thing why you

need a men's group in any case this is what we're talking about tonight on a

daily awesome podcast and what we're gonna be talking about more and more and

WOW!! THIS NEW NIAGARA CROCHET BRAID! - Duration: 7:53.

Hi there guys and thank you so much for tuning into my channel I hope that whatever you're

going through today that deep inside God is reassuring you and letting you know

that He's with you and that He'll never ever ever leave you or forsake you so

your first time welcome thank you so much for tuning and if you are already a

part of my youtube family welcome again and thank you guys for going ahead and

turn that subscribe button and please consider being a part of my family I

really appreciate the support today yes I'm here with a hair video this is not

really an installation as to how I install this crochet braids but it's

just basically to show you the braiding pattern and the kind of hair that I use

I've had this hair in now for about four days and I'm honestly if this is just in

case you can't tell I'm in I'm in deep like with this hair I really am it's out

of my element I have not really well not out of my element but usually when I

install hair it's or extensions it's usually straight hair and this hair

really truly caught me by surprise so the hair that I will I use this hair

it's the freetress braid and it's in color 1b and it's the Niagara you guys

can see this here

and 1b and I also did a color number for I just kind of yeah

did that and it's pretty long so it's about this one yeah that's how long that

is this hair so far for me it does not shed

what I do is I finger detangle it if I find that it's getting a bit you know

matted or but not ever I'll have you and then at nighttime what I do is I just

section it into so my hair one there and just section it into finger detangle it

and then just put it in two big twist tie it down and wake up in the morning

pull it out and just give it a little bit early just give it a little shake

and we're done I have not I have no complaint I was

like honestly when I install this hair that's like hair where have you been all

my life where have you been you know so really really nice I'm gonna show you a

footage of what the braided pattern looks like however the only regret I

sort of have with this is that I did the braids too big at the back it it fills

in very well like the way I did it like

the only thing they'd only sent back and what I would do if well I'd like to use

this hair again so the only thing I would do is basically write the front

tighter more snogg because they're a bit loose so I break that braid them

tighter that's my encouragement to you braid it tight and maybe not so big this

is a perfect braiding pattern perfect but just think of the back do it maybe

smaller than I did it or you can do it the way that I did and honestly it'll

work you just have to really fill in those gaps there make sure the front is

tight enough and I did be an invisible method here just in both sides and

honestly I am in deep light but really and truly this hair if you like curly

wavy big hair and you don't have the time to go and straighten your hair and

all of that seriously come on it's gonna save you the hassle

go ahead go get you some packs of these and install it learn how to crochet it

is it is a flippin amazing really truly like guys come on wake up come on come

on for 2018 please do more crochet and

I'm just bugging you but um yes like no complaints here oh and another

thing so what I did was I as it is in the pack when you take it out that's how

I install it and when I got to the front what I did like if you can see these

little pieces it's like it's layered a bit yeah so it's a bit weird to see this

works like really long and this part is shorter right so I cut it in two at the

top part I cut it so that way you could have that layered effect and yeah so

right there I just got my edge control and weighed it down a bit

yes I just thought I'd share with you guys and you know share y'all up share

share my shakes you share a mistake Brett shared secret letting you know

about I love my hair out with my hair cuz I don't care oh you guys are still

watching ok so yes guys three tres Niagara hair you should totally try it

button like comment and share because sharing is caring!

should totally try this hair I - alright okay guys so thank you so much for

Can You Do This, Old Badger?

Written by Eve Bunting

Illustrated by LeUyen Pham

It was the time between sunset and dark.

Old Badger and Little Badger

walked along the forest path.

Little Badger jumped a little jump.

"Can you do this, Old Badger?"

"I can but not very well," Old Badger said.

"I used to be a good jumper.

But now my legs are stiff."

Little Badger tucked himself into a ball

and rolled down the slope of the path.

"Can you do this, Old Badger?"

"Maybe I could still do it.

But it would be hard for me.

I used to roll very well."

Old Badger picked leaves and twigs

from Little Badger's fur.

Little Badger climbed up a bent skinny tree.

"Can you do this, Old Badger?"

Two blackbirds danced

out of the leaves into the sky.

"I can still climb. But only if I have to,"

Old Badger said.

"And I would climb backwards

because it's easier."

"That's good to know."

Little Badger came down and

took Old Badger's paw.

"It's said that you are old now

and can't do many things."

"There are some things I can't do now,"

Old Badger said.

"But you help me remember how it was

when I was young.

And that makes me happy.

Besides, there are lots of things I can still do.

And lots of things I can teach you."

He pointed.

"See where the ground is muddy from today's rain?

There will be earthworms there.

Come and eat."

Old Badger was right.

There were wriggles and wriggles of

fat earthworms on the damp earth.

"Yum," said Little Badger.

They ate and ate.

When they were finished, Old Badger

went to the stump of a tree.

He raked at it with his claws.

"This is how you get the mud out from

between your toes," he said.

"I can show you where to dig for bulbs of

wildflowers in spring," Old Badger said.

"In summer I can take you where

the juiciest blackberries grown.

I can teach you where the

field mice make their nests.

I can help you find honey bee hives.

But remember, never go into a hive face first.

You will get your nose stung.

A wise badger does not go in

where the bees come out."

"I wish there was a honeybee hive

right here, right now," Little Badger said.

Old Badger sniffed the air.

"There may be one in that rotting log."

There was.

They clawed through the top and got

to the beehive before the bees got to them.

Afterwards they walked along,

licking the honey from their paws.

"Yum," Little Badger said.

They stopped by a wide stream.

"I can teach you to fish," Old Badger said.

"I didn't know badgers could fish!"

Little Badger was surprised.

"Some can."

They stood in the stream.

Old Badger flipped a shining fish onto the bank.

Little Badger saw one swimming below.

He tried to catch it, but it slithered

through his paws.

"It looks easy," he said. "But it's not."

"You'll learn," Old Badger said. "It takes time."

They sat on the bank of the stream

to share Old Badger's fish.

"How do you know so much?"

Little Badger asked,

his mouth full of fish.

"Because I have been around for a long time.

And because, many years ago,

an old badger taught me.

Someday you'll be an old badger,

and you will teach a little badger what you know.

That's the way it was planned."

Old Badger wiped Little Badger's mouth

with the back of his paw.

"Will that little badger love me as

much as I love you?" Little Badger asked.

"He will," Old Badger said.

"That's part of the plan, too.

And now it's nap time."

"Is that another part of the plan?"

Little Badger asked.

"It's another part of my plan," Old Badger said.

They curled side by side in a hole on the

bank of the stream.

The night air was cool on their fur.

Their paws were still sticky with honey

and silvered with fish scales

as together they slept,

under a badger moon.
