Chose the softest blanked and hide yourself underneath.

Hide or we might bite you.

Ready?

Now we want you to close your eyes.

Very good.

Do you feel already the relaxation?

Now listen to your own body. And we will listen with you.

Can you hear your heart pupming your blood through your veins?

It is such a beaitiful sound.

Focus on how your heart becomes more and more relaxed.

You feel the relaxation starting on your feet.

And in your hands.

It makes them feel so heavy.

Then it goes up your legs and your arms.

Now you are completelly relaxed and ready.

Now we will count to ten and you will be deeply asleep by the end.

Would you like to try? It is going to be great.

And all the sounds you will hear after it will make sure that you sleep well.

Everything is fine, don't you worry!

I thought that we should maybe meet in privat.

Because I have a present for you.

Something that isn't meant for human beings.

That is why it should stay our secret.

It is very dangerous but I am sure you are brave enough to try it.

Because I am sure you are strong enough to take it.

It will make you have the greatest dreams. The greatest nights in your life.

Would you try?

This is to eat. With a secret ingredient.

But I am not going to tell you what this is. You just should trust me.

Opne up your mouth and...

Now let's continue with the hypnosis.

And don't forget it is a secret.

You are deeply relaxed.

You can't see us anymore.

But you can feel the warmth of our hands.

They are moving forwards to your body.

You feel the warmth on your skin.

Forwards and backwords again.

Forwards again.

So soothing. So warm. Loving

Now the same on your chest.

Forwards and backwords.

Over your sholder.

Each breath that you take in is warm.

Breathe with us.

You feel so relaxed.

Each part of your body feels heavy.

Everything you hear now is relaxing and supports your sleep.

Your absolutelly happy. You are awsome.

You feel my hand on your head.

Stroking your hair. So tingly.

You feel goosebumps all over your body.

You know tomorrow your are going to have a succsessfull day.

You are awsome.

You are the best.

You know you can do it all.

You know you can manage everything.

Everyone loves you.

Everyone is happy to have you around.

Because you're awsome.

I am happy to have you here.

And you are happy to be here with us.

Now we are cleaning the energy of your body.

Now we are going to count to ten again.

And once we reach the ten you will be in an other layer of sleep.

Deep sleep.

You won't hear anything aynmore. And get the most energy in that state.

DAY IN THE LIFE in the Triathlon Taren training stuff YOU DON'T KNOW ABOUT - Duration: 9:56.

- What's up, Trainiacs?

I figured today might be an interesting day

to do a day in the life of Triathlon Taren

outside of all the Triathlon Taren that you see.

And it's a busy day today, so you're gonna get

a whole heck of a lot. (upbeat music)

So I used to start out days really early,

somewhere around four thirty, so that I could

get to the pool by about six,

but I've since stopped swimming with that swim group.

I'm now swimming with Tower 26 online,

so I need pool space, for one,

and that happens a little bit later,

and with the injury on my achilles,

with that little bit of over training that I had last year,

I've been prioritizing sleep,

so I kind of just sleep until I wake up.

Or like this morning, until Gracie started wining

to go outside, because she's got a bad bum.

So that means today, I got up around five thirty,

and most days start out the exact same way,

just about every single time.

I let the dogs out, feed the dogs,

I go and try and crush a water,

about 16 ounces of water before I do anything,

and then on an empty stomach, I go and do a meditation

of about 10 to 15 minutes, followed up by

all my morning stretches and I'm stretching my calves

to work on that foot injury that I'm still dealing with.

I stretch out my neck a little bit,

because I've got some shoulder tightness here

now that I'm swimming a little bit more.

And then, something that I've tried lately

is I've tried bouncing on just a little mini trampoline

in the morning to kinda get the lymph going,

and then I go over, open up the computer, check the emails,

I check YouTube, our email service provider,

our Amazon affiliate program, coaching plan sales,

just kind of do a once over, and I wanna get a sense

of what videos are doing well,

what free sources people are liking,

just a kind of general state of the union

of what happened the previous day, and then I journal.

I do about 10 to 15 minutes of journaling,

writing down good things that happened from yesterday,

things I'm grateful for, and then

three big things that I wanna accomplish today.

In doing all of that in the morning,

the meditation, the stretching, the focusing,

the journaling, looking at all of the different properties

that we've got with the podcast and YouTube channel,

it kind of sets up the day for alright,

what's important that I need to work on,

and every single day, if I'm going a little bit closer

towards my goal, things are getting better.

I'm not like, a big five, 10 year goal person.

It's more like, what's my goal today?

And if I know I'm getting a little bit better everyday,

things are good, and then, before I end up

going and swimming, I pick one of the things

that I journaled as I wanted to accomplish today,

and I work on that, and I make sure that before I go swim,

I've at least accomplished one of those things.

Right now, we're writing a triathlon training book,

and I come in here every morning and crush

coffee after coffee after coffee

and I stand over there in the dark

with my headphones on and electronic group therapy,

Above and Beyond it's called, just blaring,

and I dictate out what I'm gonna say in the book.

After that's done, I'll head to the pool today.

Today's Thursday, so it is a B swim session.

So it's still a hard session around 3500 to 4000 meters,

taking about an hour and a half.

Finish that up, come back here, and I will edit up

a picture for Instagram, finish that,

and then I'll get into the work of the day.

And that's what you all typically never see,

so it's setting up cameras, and you might see

the results of that, but more than anything,

it's sitting right here on the couch

and it's writing free training resources

and sending emails to podcast guests.

It's researching podcast guests later today.

We actually have a lot of work with clients right now

that we still do social media consulting work for.

So I've got a busy afternoon of a call

that's with a client that's in California,

and preparing for that and kind of getting

the week's worth of work ready for that.

We're also publishing, I think there's three videos

that we've made this week for a client.

And then as I start wrapping up

all the work for the clients, I get the video ready

to be published for this afternoon,

'cause everyday we do a video on Triathlon Taren,

so I'm going in and I'm uploading the title,

the description, all the cards at the end

where the videos pop up on the side

or the videos uploading up here, a transcription file,

and getting all of that stuff done is actually

what I learned early on has a really big factor

of why this ended up growing.

It's how you were able to find me right from day one,

so that takes anywhere from 15 minutes to 45 minutes.

Oh, and also today, I have to edit videos.

A lot of people think that I don't edit any of these videos,

but I actually, for the longest time,

edited all the videos that happen on the weekend

whenever we traveled, I edited most of those videos,

and because we've still got a lot of client work

that we edit videos for, there's a lot of times

that Melissa is working on the client videos.

She's way more talented than I am,

so for videos that people are paying for,

she does all those, and earlier this week,

we had two days of shooting client videos,

so she's actually making those today and tomorrow,

so that means that I have to do

the vlogs today and tomorrow,

so today I'll actually try to edit somewhere around

one to two, maybe three videos if I'm really good,

and each of those takes somewhere around,

anywhere from half hour to hour and a half.

Oh, and at some point today, this is one of the things

that I really didn't expect being

a big aspect of our work load, is the logistics

of all the sponsor gear that comes in that is like,

the partner gear for the Trainiacs

that you can get the discount on with the team gear,

things that I'm reviewing, things that I said I'd try out

and see if I could make it into a video,

or on Instagram or not, because there's a lot of things

that we try, but you never see, because I don't like it

or it doesn't fit or something like that.

And with the amount of stuff that comes in,

we are constantly either opening up boxes,

breaking down boxes to throw 'em away

and not fill up our trash, or going to Piura later

to pick things up, because we weren't here

when they got dropped off and that,

so today, I get to go and do the most tedious thing

of all those, and go and pick up a package.

Get that all done and work is kinda done for the day

and I'll do the second workout of the day,

which is today, going to be a track workout.

MTK comes home around five thirty.

We usually eat around six thirty,

and then that time between five thirty and six,

I like to sit down with her and make sure

that we've got some time to talk about the day,

talk about work, because she works with us.

We have dinner at the kitchen table together,

except for tonight, because MTK went away

to have dinner with girlfriends.

It's fine, it's fine that I'm by myself.

I got my soup, it's good soup.

And at that time, work and working out is typically done.

I try not to have days that are like, 12, 14 hour days.

I try not to work at night.

I try to get like, a really good solid jam packed

10 hours from say six thirty in the morning

to five thirty at night with maybe

an hour in between of lunch.

And if I can make sure that in that time

I'm really purposeful, that I'm not spending

a ton of time scrolling through Twitter,

scrolling through Instagram besides

catching up on some comments,

I find that I can have a good day.

So there we go, Trainiacs.

I wasn't exactly sure how to format that,

so kind of just talked my way through

what I think's gonna happen today.

Hit me up in the comments below

with anything that I left out.

This is the non-Triathlon Taren side of things

that you don't see day to day.

It's all the work and the backend stuff

that goes into making sure that we can do Triathlon Taren

and then, somehow cramming in all of

the training around that.

A lot of people say like, "Wow, it must be nice just to have

nothing but time to train and do one video a day."

Well, it's actually like doing

two full time jobs at the moment.

Working on it and it's a ton of fun,

but it's a heck of a lot of work at the moment,

so thanks for following.

If you aren't already subscribed,

hit the subscribe button below.

And now I gotta go do all this work.

(whistling) It's a big day.

Confused by USED TO, BE USED TO, GET USED TO & WOULD? - Duration: 7:28.

hi used to, be used to, get used to or would? Ddo you know the difference do you

know how to use them Susan Brodar from SPEAK

Languages & TRAVEL the World here to help you improve your English with

minimum effort a maximum benefit now used to is not as difficult to use as

you would think so for example used to which refers to a big attraction in the

past has the problem that even native speakers use incorrectly when they write

it because we tend to contract when we speak so we have you know in the

affirmative sentence used to us edie but we say used to so I used to play the

piano now I don't anymore I used to go swimming every Sunday now I don't

anymore written used to in the negative that we take off the D and we say did

you use to do something obviously this is only written because again we

contract when we speak so I didn't use to speak German when I was a child now I

speak German I didn't use to go to school by car when I was a child now I

go to school by car I didn't use to eat vegetables when I was a child now I eat

vegetables the same or also goes for the interrogative for the questions did you

use to do something regularly that you don't do anymore so use spelled you s

contracted you don't hear it of course so did you use to play the piano when

you were a child did you use to play the guitar so did you do something regularly

that you don't do anymore these are all things of the past that you don't do

anymore then there is too

it's used to now get used to isn't to do something regularly that you don't

really like doing but you have to do them so you get used to doing them for

example I got used to washing the dishes by hand because I didn't have a

dishwasher but I don't like washing dishes but I've got used to doing it

used to with the inform to get used to with inform then there is to be used to

leaning form and that means to do something regularly which is no problem

I'm used to getting up early and it doesn't cause me any problems I'm used

to working hard and it doesn't cause me any problems so let's summarize used to

as a habit in the past

I used to play tennis but now I play basketball to be used to verb in to do

something regularly which is no problem

I used to getting up early and to get used to verb in to learn to do something

regularly that isn't so nice I got too used to wearing my braces they used to

hurt now I got used to them and they don't hurt anymore

now there is also wood wood is used to describe routines in the past so I'd

like to tell you a story of my childhood just to give you the feel of how would

should be used so when I was 11 I would have a bowl of

cereal with cold milk and that orange juice for breakfast then I'd put on my

school uniform I'd is the abbreviation of I would I put on my school uniform

and walk to school for 30 minutes rain or shine so whether it was raining

or whether it was sunny a break we would go to buy something to eat at the touch

shop the tack shop is a shop where you can eat snacks and it's usually run by

the students you buy little snacks crisps biscuits and so on and at

lunchtime we'd eat in the school canteen again weed is the abbreviation of we

would we would change into our PE uniform for PE the girls had pee skirts

and not shorts similar to tennis skirts for p.m. we would sometimes buy an

ice-cream from the ice-cream van outside the school to eat on our way home this

is still very common an ice-cream van will stop outside the schools so that

students can buy an ice-cream going home I would always eat my dinner around 5:00

p.m. as soon as I got home because I was starving so starving literally means

when you have no food as people in poor countries but in colloquial English it

means when you're really really hungry I would start doing my homework around

6:00 and I would go to bed around 9:30 p.m. this when I was 11 years old so

this is the description of a regular routine of in the past and so you use

the form would

instead if you want to describe activities that you don't do anymore in

the past you use used to I used to have swimming lessons at school until I

learned how to swim I used to have piano lessons until I was 16 I used to go to

diving lessons until I learned how to dive backwards I used to go skiing in

Scotland until I moved to Germany I used to go to ice skating lessons until I

moved to Italy I used to go to ballet school where we would also learn tap

dancing and what about you what would you do when you were a child what did

you use to do that you no longer do what did you use to do that you don't do

anymore these last two questions have an identical meaning and they're just two

different ways of expressing them so I'd be really happy if you could write the

answers in the comments box below and I'll see what you've written and don't

forget to subscribe bye that's all bye

Katadyn Gravity BeFree - OutDoor Show Review - Duration: 2:50.

hi this is Konstantin from HikeVentures and got Miriam from Katadyn

Miriam could you please present something new that is coming for sure we

are now at the booth of the Katadyn group and we have our 360 degrees outdoor

kitchen here so we have Optimus stoves for cooking systems

katadyn water filtration systems like this new filter, our BeFree gravity water

filtration system it has a capacity of 3 liters and it runs with a hollow fiber

so the water gets very very quickly out of the bottle here and it's like it runs

with two liters per minute so it's very very fast and it's perfect for groups

because you can just put it on a tree and the water will run in there and

the water is clean and there are no harmful bacteria protozoa in it so it's

really really nice. If you are outside you need to eat and therefore we have

our trekking eat dishes which are freeze-dried meals and there are no

additives in it it's very natural and every dish has about 600 calories. So

it's quite impressive 600 calories. Are they also for vegetarians?

Yeah for sure and we also have vegan meals which is very nice and we have

vegan meals, meals with fish, breakfast for sure, some dessert, so it's a full

range. You even color-coded them. This one is a

vegetarian. Yeah this one is a green one yeah it's vegetarian. You have meat. Yeah we do

it's like obviously the red one.

And you also have the pepperoni plus what's that's with the running person. Oh

yeah this is Peronin, this is a high-performance dry-food. So if you want to go really hard then you take Peronin.

We also have our optimist stoves the full range of outdoor cooking

systems. We have cooking stoves only with gas running but we also have the pots.

Here you can find everything you need from multi-fuel cooking system

to gasoline cooking systems. Everything, so yeah when you are at

Katadyn you get everything you need when being outdoors.
