Moonves, who has been at CBS for more than two decades, has made all the highest paid CEO lists that exist.

And he doesn't mind bragging about the company and the money it makes.

Born in New York City, Raised in Long Island, Moonves Went Into Acting, Wasn't Very Good & Switched Over to the Business Side of Show Business.

Moonves graduated from Valley Stream High School in Long Island and moved to the city to study acting at the Neighborhood Playhouse School of the Theatre.

He landed some TV gigs including the Six Million Dollar Man, Cannon, Dollar Man and Blue Rodeo, according to his IMDb page.

Maybe he was good, but for Moonves, he saw himself on the other side of the camera …in a suit.

From 1989 to 1993 Moonves was Lorimar Television chief.

In 1993 he took over as president at Warner Bros.

In 1995, Moonves landed at CBS and never left.

Starting as CBS Entertainment President Moonves in a few years was named president and CEO of CBS Television in 1998, where he's remained.

He was also elected to the CBS board in 1999.

With CBS for 23 Years, Moonves Has Been Among the Highest Paid CEO's in the World & Certainly in the Entertainment Industry.

At Warner, Moonves developed "Friends" and "ER," which is likely part of the reason CBS grabbed him up; those shows were mega-hits.

And Moonves has been credited with launching some of CBS' best TV: "Everybody Loves Raymond;" "Survivor;" and "CSI: Crime Scene Investigation" among the shows with top ratings overseen by Moonves.

But it's not just TV.

A celebrity real estate website reported Moonves and his wife TV personality Julie Chen bought one Malibu mansion in 2008 for $10 million and sold it for nearly $12 million in 2016.

In the meantime, Moonves paid $28 million in '14 for the Malibu crib previously owned by Microsoft's co-founder Paul Allen.

Moonves also has a $14 million house in Bel-Air and an mutli-million-dollar apartment in New York City.

Moonves Was Thrilled With the 2016 Election & Donald Trump for the Cash the 'Circus' Brought Into CBS.

The Hollywood Reporter quoted Moonves as saying Trump and the election of 2016 "…may not be good for America, but it's damn good for CBS," referring to the ad dollars reaped by coverage.

He described the campaign as a carnival of "bomb throwing.

Major Differences of Empaths And Lightworkers In Healing The World.

Empaths and lightworkers are sometimes confused.

That is fine since they actually refer to people who have sensitive feeling.

However, there are actually some differences that separate between empaths and lightworker.

In a simple definition, empaths are people who can absorb and truly feel the emotions

of others.

While they do enjoy healing or helping others, this traits does not make them a lightworker.

Although, it's to be expected that there are some people who can be both just that not

all are both.

On the other hand, a lightworker is someone who is working to save the planet.

Someone who was sent here for that purpose.

Lightworkers are extra sensitive and often can be quite receptive to any energies they

come in contact with.

grams of protein per cup so you know and I like to compare everything to an egg

so an egg is about 6 to 7 grams of protein so think of it as like almost

like having two eggs you know inside a Greek yogurt so you can get your protein

from your different foods and this goes to like being plant-based you don't have

to have all animal you know Foods in there.

Let me tell you Greek yogurt is really the fad now we're hearing everyday Greek yogurt Greek yogurt you

know all the kids are saying get me Greek yogurt why is it so amazing now.

It's a great motivator for breakfast it's a great source of calcium which is

important and now if you choose Greek it has double the protein as regular yogurt

which helps you feel fuller longer so you got like more benefits for the same

amount now the caution though is with so many types and varieties of Greek

yogurts is the amount of added sugar that is in all of these products so you

still have to follow some label reading and just be aware that plain Greek

yogurt would be the way to go you can top it off with your own fruits maybe

even a drizzle of honey add in some of those chia seeds or even some peanut

butter you can add all those things into your little yogurt cups to make it into

a robust little meal which is a great breakfast for adults and kids but just

keep in mind that while Greek yogurt is very healthy does give you some your

some calcium does give you some protein it can have loads of added sugar so

So what does that look like?

How does a high achiever think?

Very simple.

A high achiever believes that

they are capable to do anything, to go anywhere,

to be anything they want to be.

They take 100% responsibility for every aspect

of their life.

They have a can-do attitude.

They don't focus on why things can't be done,

they focus on why things can be done

and then they creatively maneuver to find out a way

to make that a reality.

Those that are successful think like a high achiever

in that they will adapt, they will adjust,

they will reflect on where they've come from

and how they're performing today,

and if it's not working, they will change.

I call it a AOS.

Achievers Operating System.

Did you know with your mobile devices,

your tablets, your computer at home,

that every once in a while you must upgrade

that operating system, right?

Here's the reality - you've gotta regularly upgrade

that operating system that's inside your head.

Because if you don't, then your thinking

will take charge over you instead of you over your thinking.

You'll find yourself saying negative things,

you'll start to doubt yourself,

and then you'll start talking yourself out of your goals,

out of your dreams, out of this business.

You'll creatively find evidence in your world

because you'll start changing your focus

because of what you're thinking on and dwelling on

you'll find the evidence that says, "this won't work."

But you can equally find the same evidence

to say why something will work.

It's a matter of focus, what are you focused on,

are you focused on what can happen

or are you focused on what can't happen?

There's a lot of naysayers in your lives,

listen, don't spend a whole lot of time with them,

at least at a minimum.

I heard earlier today,

make sure that you're only sharing your goals

with people that have like mindset, that is critical.

Because it's like a drip of water on a rock.

If you listen to it over, and over, and over,

you just might accept one angle of that thought,

which would lead to a small doubt,

which will lead to you defending that doubt,

which will cause you to find evidence

to make that doubt true.

And that's not what you're about.

So make sure that you surround yourself.

So when you think about an operating system in your mind,

what can you do to increase that operating system?

Here's one thing you can do specifically.

Feed your mind on a regular basis.

You want to read 10 pages a day, 20 pages a day,

listen to an audiobook, something in alignment

in the aim towards your goals and dreams.

Something that aims towards,

keeps you focused on achieving those.

You feed your mind over time it will become

an internal reality at the subconscious level

and guess what will happen?

You will find evidence in your world

that will propel you to that new reality.

Let me break it down very simply.

Some years, when I was a summer months, I was a teenager,

my Dad worked, after he retired from the military

he worked at a funeral home.

He did well in sales at that funeral home at the time.

And he got my brother and I a job there,

same situation, the same people were there 20 years,

always talking about how they hated their job

but they never did anything about it.

And I remember that particular month, two months,

during the summer, I had a new job cut out for me.

It was a painful one, but it wasn't all that painful,

you'll understand why I say that.

My job, they just cleared about four or five acres of trees.

They took out the stumps out of the soil,

but they found there were a lot of boulders in the soil.

And that wasn't good for growing grass,

and the funeral home and lawn and so forth.

So they wanted me to take, every day for two months,

a shovel and pull these boulders into a pile,

and then they would bring a dump truck

to get rid of all those piles of rocks and boulders

and then they would say, "go back through it TJ,

and do it all over again."

The beautiful thing that happened

was back then we had something that was called a Walkman.

(crowd laughs and agrees)

And I had my Walkman on me,

and I would listen to tapes eight hours a day

as I was in that work camp situation.

I tell you what, my reality was here my friends,

my internal reality was up here.

I was so inspired, you should've seen me work.

Finesse.

Here's one of those tapes, exact tapes that I listened to,

it was in that Walkman.

The tape on one side of the Walkman,

extra batteries on the other side.

(crowd laughs)

Sometimes I only had one tape.

But I would listen to it 16 times.

I remember on this tape, by Zig Ziglar if you will,

just a copied tape, he said,

"for you to get the most out of any tape,

any talk, you've gotta listen to it at least 16 times

to get the most out of it."

So as a teenage I would be workin',

and I would rewind it, and listen to it again.

And rewind it, and listen to it again.

And I started picking up distinctions,

I started looking at my world differently.

Here's what happened from the visual standpoint.

My real world was here, breaking rocks,

but with all the tapes,

I remember I was listening to the tapes of Tony Robbins

when he was really young,

I remember those originals, I was listening to them,

I was younger than him,

I was listening to those tapes, so at the beginning of

Brian Tracy or Denis Waitley or Stephen Covey

I was listening to those guys,

I would take some of my paycheck and go buy another tape

so I wouldn't have to listen to the next tape 16 times

if you know what I mean.

My internal reality was up here.

This is what we call in psychology

as "cognitive dissonance."

The mind cannot have two opposing realities

coexist at the mind at the same time.

You either serve one or hate the other.

You can either gravitate towards the new,

or you find reasons and evidence

to be okay and content with the old.

That's what most people do.

They get inspired, they listen to the good material,

it keeps them up.

But then at some point they stop listening to it.

Zig Ziglar on that tape would say,

"how often do you take a bath?"

He said, "you take a bath every day, it wears off,"

motivation wears off so you've gotta continually

be feeding by not only listening to personal development

but going to your weekly meetings,

going to the events just like all of you

high achievers are here tonight.

You're where you need to be to feed your soul,

to feed your mind, to give you that little edge

that will make the difference of whether or not

you succeed or fail because you're the only person

that can determine whether you succeed or fail.

It's up to you.

No one can take that from you, you have to decide.

Now I know how the real world works,

it's easy to get distracted, it's easy to have those doubts

come in and those voices say, "you can't do that,

what are you thinking?"

I remember a number of years ago,

I was trying to lose a little weight.

I was doing good for a week.

(crowd laughs)

Oh you relate?

I was doing good for a week, I felt proud of myself.

I walk into the grocery store

and this little voice inside says,

"TJ, you should buy yourself a donut."

I think to myself, I don't wanna buy a donut.

I've been doing good all week, I don't wanna ruin it now.

The voice comes back and says,

"that's the whole point, you've been doing good all week,

one little bite won't hurt."

And then I say to myself, "maybe you're right.

One little bite won't hurt.

Besides, I am a man of discipline.

I can take a donut.

I can take one bite.

I can discard the rest.

I can do this."

So human beings are more rationalizing

than they are rational.

So what do I do, I buy the donut

with the rest of my groceries.

I pay for my groceries, I wheel it out to the car.

I put the groceries in the back of the car.

I take that little bag with the donut,

a glazed donut if you will, I put it on the passenger seat.

I then sit down in the driver's seat,

close the door, buckle my seat belt, turn on the car.

I turn on the radio, I've gotta have

some good music going while I take my one bite, you know.

And so there I am, sitting there,

I look down at this donut, I slowly pick it up,

and as I'm picking it up I think to myself,

"TJ, you are a man of discipline.

One bite."

I look at the donut, Rocky music is playing on the radio,

and I do what everyone else in this room would've done.

I opened my mouth as big as I could

and I shoved that whole donut in.

And in one bite that donut was gone.

(crowd applauds)

Like I said, human beings are more rationalizing

than they are rational.

We do that all the time, we play tricks on ourselves

and our minds and our thinking,

that may actually taking us away from the results

that we ultimately want.

That's law number one.

Master your thinking.

Control the thinking, take charge of it,

instead of it taking charge and control over you.

Dispute those things, sometimes you gotta stand up

inside yourself and you gotta say,

"shut up, what are you talking about, that's not true"

and push those thoughts out.

Don't wanna dwell on those thoughts,

because we know whatever you dwell on,

whatever's the dominant thought in your thinking

becomes a belief, and whatever you dwell on

you tend to attract more of into your life.

Friday Trump said Azar is bringing forward a health care plan with "details to come.

Azar, a Yale Law School Grad Clerked for SCOTUS Scalia, Worked for Ken Starr & is Worth $8.7 Million.

Azar, a Lebanese American, was born in 1967 in Johnstown, Pennsylvania son of a doctor.

His grandfather immigrated from Lebanon.

Azar attended Dartmouth and earned his JD from Yale Law in 1991.

Azar clerked for Supreme Court Justice Antonin Scalia and in the early 1990s, worked as an associate on the Kenneth Starr independent counsel Whitewater investigation.

According to the 22-page federal public financial disclosure report filed for Azar, he is worth in excess of $8.

7 million largely earned from working for Eli Lilly and from his lobbying for Big Pharma.

During the George W.

Bush Administration, Azar Was HHS General Counsel & Oversaw the FDA While it Was Investigating Eli Lilly.

Azar Left HHS & Took a Job as Lilly Lobbyist.

In 2009, the Department of Justice announced "American pharmaceutical giant Eli Lilly and Company today agreed to plead guilty and pay $1.415 billion for promoting its drug Zyprexa for uses not approved by the Food and Drug Administration (FDA), the Department of Justice announced today.

This resolution includes a criminal fine of $515 million, the largest ever in a health care case, and the largest criminal fine for an individual corporation ever imposed in a United States criminal prosecution of any kind.

Eli Lilly will also pay up to $800 million in a civil settlement with the federal government and the states.".

It was a big fine, but Eli Lilly sold some $30 billion worth of Zyprexa.

While the investigation under his watch was still underway, Azar left the government and took a job with the drug company.

While at Eli Lilly, Azar Was Lobbyist & Then Ran All US Operations & Drug Prices Rose Under His Watch.

Azar left the Bush administration to become the lead lobbyist and a senior vice president for communications.

It was reported Azar was moved from the role of lobbyist when Democrat Barack Obama was elected president as Azar was a staunch Republican and the company believed a Democrat lobbyist might fare better with the Obama Administration, USA Today reported.

Azar was reassigned as Lilly's Vice President of U.S.

Managed Healthcare Services.

In 2012, he was named president of Lilly USA, the Big Pharma's biggest division which had him in charge of all U.S.

operations.

Bloomberg reported that under Azar's rule, drug prices increased steadily and that his nomination, and eventual confirmation, to head HHS would be a boon for drug manufacturers.

Azar served on the Biotechnology Innovation Organization, a Big Pharma lobbying group.

He left Lilly and the board in 2017 and then was nominated by Trump to run HHS.

Azar, a Fierce ACA Critic, is Pro-Life & Wants to See Healthcare for the 'Unborn'.

During his confirmation hearings, Democratic Sen.

Patty Murray questioned Azar about his views on employers being allowed to deny conception coverage for women.

Azar said, "…I do believe we have to balance of course a woman's choice of insurance that she would want with the conscience of employers and others.

Later, it was reported that Azar provided written answers to Murray's queries about an HHS statement that life begins at conetons.

Azar replied: "The mission of HHS is to enhance the health and well-being of all Americans, and this includes the unborn.".

Abortion rights opponents praised the Azar nomination and confirmation to run HHS.

CNBC reported that Azar, a fierce critic of the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act (PPACA, also known as 'Obamacare') said in 2017 Obamacare would be repealed.

"… don't know what's going to be in the substance of it, but there will be a piece of legislation that says that.".

Trump said Friday Azar would be unveiling a new health plan.

Azar is a Married Father of Two Who Lives in Indianapolis.

Azar is married to Jennifer Azar and the couple have two children.

They live in Indianapolis.

Investigators in Indiana have released the names of three people shot to death in Henry County, Indiana.

The coroner says the family members included Justin Langdon, his wife Amanda Langdon and their 8-year-old daughter Kendall.

Deputies are investigating the case as a double murder-suicide.

Here's what you need to know.

Law Enforcement Officers Were Called Out to the Home Around 10:30 Thursday Night.

Emergency responders responded to the home around 10:30 p.m.

July 26.

The caller told dispatchers that two victims had been shot.

But Henry County Sheriff Richard McCorkle said when they arrived on scene, they found three people with gunshot sounds.

Investigators say Justin Langdon killed his wife Amanda and daughter Kendall.

The body of the 8-year-old girl was found inside the garage.

The coroner revealed Amanda and Justin's bodies were found near the garage.

They are investigating the case as a double-murder suicide.

Deputies are looking into whether the shooting happened during some kind of argument.

Neighbors told investigators that they were under the impression that Justin and Amanda had recently separated.

Justin Langdon did not have a criminal record.

The Sheriff Described a Phone Call That Appeared to be With Justin Langdon.

It's unclear exactly when Justin Langdon allegedly shot himself.

According to local TV station WTHR, Sheriff McCorkle explained in detail the 911 call.

The caller reported the shootings of two family members, leading to the assumption that it had been Justin Langdon on the phone.

The caller said that once law enforcement arrived, he would take his own life.

Sheriff McCorkle explained that when deputies arrived at the scene, that's what happened.

But the sheriff did not specifically confirm whether the deputies were actually present when Langdon allegedly pulled the trigger.

The Sheriff Became Emotional When Talking About the Death of the Little Girl.

Reporter Alyssa Raymond from TV station WTHR posted video of Sheriff McCorkle discussing the case with reporters.

He became emotional when talking about the death of 8-year-old Kendall.

"This is the second one of these cases where children are taken, and I don't understand why the innocent have to die and it breaks your heart.

For those of us who are parents and grandparents it's tough.

It's a tough case.".

The other case he was referencing was a double-murder suicide that happened in August 2015.

The previous case happened in the town of Knightstown.

48-year-old Joseph Horn was accused of killing his two children, an 11-year-old daughter and 5-year-old son.

He then shot and killed himself.

According to Fox59, Horn's wife had filed for divorce two weeks before the shootings.

Kendall's School District May Provide Counselors Once Classes Begin.

Kendall Langdon was just 8-years-old.

She would have started third grade at Shenandoah Elementary School.

The administrators are reportedly considering bringing in counselors to talk to students and teachers.

Superintendant Ron Green told the Herald Bulletin that the school principal, a social worker and himself were discussing how best to move forward.

He told the publication, "Families and schools should never have to face this, but, unfortunately, we do.

Our hearts are with everyone involved, especially Kendall's friends who have survived this.".

The Shootings Happened in a Tiny Town East of Indianapolis.

The Langdon family lived in a rural area of Henry County, Indiana off of North Mechanicsburg Road.

The nearby town of Shirley has a population of just over 830 people, according to the 2010 census.

Shirley is about 40 miles east of Indianapolis.

The sign leading into the town of Shirley describes the community as a welcoming place.

It reads, "Friendliness lives here, you'll only be a stranger once.".

Benalla has never been my lover!" Macron is married to wife Brigitte, his former teacher, who is 25 years his senior.

Benalla was working as the president's top bodyguard, but he lost his job when news coverage broke into his actions with the protesters.

The scandal has led to police raids at Elysee Palace and parliamentary inquiries.

Alexandre Benalla Was Accused of Becoming Violent With Protesters & Macron's Administration of Covering it Up.

The scandal revolves, in part, around Benalla's alleged behavior on May Day 2018 when he was allegedly captured in a video "acting violently toward a protester," ABC News reports.

According to CNBC, the video showed Benalla "hitting a male protester and violently manhandling another woman.

While employed as a security guard to Macron, Benalla "was wearing a police visor and helmet but was only supposed to be observing the police in action," CNBC reported.

Benalla "has been charged with assault and impersonating a police officer," reported France 24, and a parliamentary committee is investigating the government's handling of the matter.

Video of the incident had circulated on social media immediately, where it was posted by left-wing party France Insoumise.

It wasn't until the media identified Benalla as one of the men in the video that the scandal blew up.

Once the media got wind of the tape and allegations, the scandal exploded because Benalla had only been quietly suspended.

He was terminated after the newspaper Le Monde broke the story of the allegations, and, since then, accusations have swirled about his relationship with the president.

Critics claim that Macron's office knew about the allegations and didn't report them.

According to Jacobin, the law requires that public employees report colleagues if they witness them committing a crime.

Benalla Has Admitted His Actions Were 'Extremely Stupid' & Some People Are Calling the Scandal the 'French Watergate'.

Benalla has expressed contrition, telling Le Monde that he was "extremely stupid" but was "only helping police neutralize two violent protesters," the Guardian reported.

He alleged that "jealous rivals" were trying to get at him and Macron, according to the British newspaper.

"I was the weak link … my case has been used to settle scores, it's taken on proportions… I won't say I was the fall-guy, I'm just saying it served various interests, an interest to get at the president of the republic," Benalla said.

As the scandal exploded, some people have called it the "French Watergate.

For his part, Macron defiantly told his ministers in a closed-door hearing that his rivals "could come and get me if they dare," CNBC reported.

Macron also criticized the media for "talking nonsense" and labeled the entire affair a " "storm in a teacup," according to France 24.

Those kinds of comments have angered critics all the more.

Alexandre Benalla Is the Son of Moroccan Immigrants.

Alexandre Benalla is 26-years-old.

According to The Financial Times, he was born to Moroccan immigrants and "grew up in a suburb of Evreux in Normandy." He was not a public figure in France until the recent questions about his connections with Macron burst into the news.

He has worked in political circles for some time, however.

According to Financial Times, he previously worked for the French socialist party and as an adviser to Macron's campaign.

UK Daily Mail reports that Benalla "used to ski and cycle" with Macron.

Opposition parties have contended that the parliamentary investigation into the matter has devolved into a charade.

However, Macron has said of Benalla's initial 15-day suspension: "It is me who trusted Alexandre Benalla, it is me who confirmed the punishment.".

Benalla Had Use of a 'Swanky' Apartment.

Questions have also swirled around perks that came with Benalla's security guard job.

Benalla confirmed that he had use of an apartment, although he claimed he needed it for his job.

Benalla told LeMonde what it was like working for the president, saying, "Everything at the Elysee is based on how close people think you are to the president.

Did he smile at you, call you by your name, etcetera.

It's a court phenomenon.".

According to Jacobin, some are outraged by Benalla's use of what the site termed a "swanky apartment," and reported that Benalla was at Macron's side for multiple events after the suspension, including Bastille Day.

He also participated in the World Cup victory parade.

Macron Is Married to His Former Teacher, Brigitte.

Macron, in denying that Benalla is his gay lover, has pointed to the age gap between himself and his wife, Brigitte, as unfairly driving some of the rumors.

"If I had been 20 years older than my wife, nobody would have thought for a single second that I couldn't be [an intimate partner]," he once told Le Parisien.

"It's because she is 20 years older than me that lots of people say, 'This relationship can't be tenable, it can't be possible.'".

Emmanuel Macron is 40-years-old, and his wife, Brigitte Macron, is age 65.

Macron's daughter has described in interviews how her mother, then a teacher, fell for Macron when he was her teenage student.

"They were quite smitten and it was quite obvious between them and very difficult," said the daughter, who was 9 when her mother fell for Macron, then 15, according to Telegraph.

Macron has denied rumors that he is gay in the past.

THERE WERE VINES THAT YOU COULD SWING ON

AND CLIMB ON.

THERE'S A LOT TO LOOK AT,

AND IF YOU'RE NOT PAYING ATTENTION,

YOU CAN EASILY MISS SOMETHING.

SO, AS WE'RE HIKING THROUGH THIS RAIN FOREST,

WE COME ACROSS THIS LITTLE PLANT.

IT WAS NOT VERY TALL, MAYBE 6 INCHES OR SO;

AND IF YOU'RE NOT PAYING ATTENTION YOU WOULD MISS IT

BECAUSE THERE'S SO MANY OTHER THINGS TO LOOK AT.

BUT THIS LITTLE PLANT IS CALLED A SENSITIVITY PLANT,

AND WHEN YOU BARELY TOUCH ONE OF THE LEAVES,

WITHOUT HESITATION,

THAT SECTION OF THE PLANT WILL BOW DOWN.

GOD MADE IT THIS WAY.

WE SHOULD ALL BE THAT SENSITIVE

ELIJAH FEELS ALL THIS PRESSURE ON HIM,

SO HE GOES FORTH TO "THE MOUNT BEFORE THE LORD.

AND A GREAT AND STRONG WIND RENT THE MOUNTAINS,

AND BRAKE IN THE PIECES OF THE ROCKS

BEFORE THE LORD;

AND THE LORD WAS NOT IN THE WIND:

AND AFTER THE WIND AN EARTHQUAKE;

BUT THE LORD WAS NOT IN THE EARTHQUAKE:

AND IT WAS SO, WHEN ELIJAH HEARD IT,

ELIJAH WAS SO SENSITIVE TO THAT STILL SMALL VOICE,

THE LORD LET HIM KNOW

THAT HE WAS NOT THE ONLY ONE,

THAT THERE WAS A 7,000 IN ISRAEL

THAT HAVE NOT BOWED TO BAAL.

WHEN ALL THE PRESSURES OF LIFE COME OUR WAY,

THAT STILL SMALL VOICE, THE HOLY GHOST,

CAN BE YOUR COMFORTER.

HE WILL LET YOU KNOW THE TRUTH.

HE IS THE SPIRIT OF TRUTH.

ELIJAH THOUGHT THAT EVERYONE WAS COMING AGAINST HIM,

BUT THAT WASN'T THE CASE;

THERE WERE STILL 7,000 THAT WERE SERVING THE LORD!

WE ARE BLESSED TO LIVE IN THE HOLY GHOST DISPENSATION.

AND JESUS DIED ON THE CROSS SO THAT OUR SOUL

WILL BE SEALED WITH THE BLOOD;

BUT OUR MIND IS NOT SEALED WITH THE BLOOD,

THAT IS WHY WE HAVE TO KEEP OUR MIND GIRDED.

THROUGH THE BLOOD, THE HOLY GHOST WILL FLOW

ALL THE GOOD THINGS AND ALL THE POWERS OF THE BLOOD

THAT ARE IN YOUR SOUL TO YOUR MIND.

BY BEING SENSITIVE TO THE HOLY GHOST,

HE CAN FLOW THAT CLEANSING BLOOD POWER

TO FLUSH YOUR MIND

SO THAT YOU CAN HAVE GOD THOUGHTS.

"HOWBEIT WHEN HE, THE SPIRIT OF TRUTH, IS COME,

WHEN ARE- WHEN YOU ARE SENSITIVE TO THE SPIRIT,

BUT WHEN SELF RISES UP,

THAT STILL SMALL VOICE WILL SEEM TO FADE AWAY.

AFTER THE DAY OF PENTECOST,

THE EARLY CHURCH WAS GROWING:

ON ONE OCCASION IT WAS 3,000 PEOPLE;

ON ANOTHER OCCASION IT WAS 5,000 PEOPLE.

PEOPLE WERE HEARING THE WORD AND BELIEVING,

AND MIRACLES WERE TAKING PLACE.

IT WAS AN EXCITING TIME FOR THE PEOPLE

TO RECEIVE THE BAPTISM OF THE HOLY GHOST.

AT THAT TIME, PEOPLE WERE SELLING THEIR HOUSES

AND THEIR LANDS AND BRINGING IT-

BRINGING THE PROFITS TO THE CHURCH

SO THAT THEY WOULD DIVIDE THE MONEY AMONG THE PEOPLE

ACCORDING TO THEIR NEED.

THEY WERE GIVING OUT OF THE KINDNESS OF THEIR HEART.

AND IN ACTS, THE 5TH CHAPTER,

THERE WAS A MAN NAMED ANANIAS AND HIS WIFE, SAPPHIRA,

WHO SOLD A PIECE OF LAND.

SO, ANANIAS TAKES PART OF THE MONEY

AND BRINGS IT TO PETER AND LAYS IT AT HIS FEET.

SO, ANANIAS AND SAPPHIRA WANTS EVERYBODY TO THINK

THAT THEY MADE THE SACRIFICE

TO GIVE THE WHOLE AMOUNT THOUGH.

THEY THOUGHT THEY WERE GOING TO GET ONE OVER

ON THE CHURCH.

WHEN YOU'RE A HYPOCRITE

AND TRY TO MAKE PEOPLE THINK THAT YOU ARE LIVING RIGHTEOUS,

THE HOLY GHOST WILL EXPOSE YOU.

ANANIAS AND SAPPHIRA DIDN'T LISTEN

TO THAT STILL SMALL VOICE

LETTING THEM KNOW THAT THEY WERE BEING DECEITFUL.

IT'S SO OBVIOUS THAT GOD KNOWS AND SEES ALL,

AND HERE ARE TWO CHURCH MEMBERS

LETTING THE DEVIL FILL THEIR HEART WITH DECEIT.

THEY SHOULD HAVE HAD A BIG CHECKMARK

WHEN THEY WERE DISCUSSING THIS PLAN

TO TRY TO LIFT THEMSELVES UP-

BUT NEITHER ONE DID

BECAUSE THEY WERE NOT SENSITIVE TO THE HOLY GHOST.

NOW ANANIAS COULD'VE TOLD PETER

THAT IT WAS ONLY PART OF THE MONEY,

BUT THAT WAS NOT PART OF THEIR PLAN.

SO, AS THIS MONEY IS LAYING AT PETER'S FEET,

PETER IS SENSITIVE TO THE HOLY GHOST,

AND THE HOLY GHOST MOVES ON HIM TO CALL OUT ANANIAS.

AND IN ACTS 5:3-4,

"BUT PETER SAID, ANANIAS, WHY HATH SATAN

FILLED THINE HEART TO LIE TO THE HOLY GHOST,

AND TO KEEP BACK PART OF THE PRICE OF THE LAND?

WHILES IT REMAINED, WAS IT NOT THINE OWN?

AND AFTER IT WAS SOLD,

WAS IT NOT IN THINE OWN POWER?"

MEANING, HE COULD HAVE DID WHATEVER HE WANTED

WITH THAT MONEY AT THAT TIME.

"WHY HAST THOU CONCEIVED THIS THING IN THINE HEART?

"THOU HAS LIED NOT UNTO..." EXCUSE ME...

"THOU HAST NOT LIED UNTO MEN, BUT UNTO GOD."

THE BOTTOM LINE IS:

IF YOU THINK YOU CAN DECEIVE MEN, THAT'S ONE THING,

BUT YOU WILL NEVER BE ABLE TO DECEIVE GOD!

THE DEVIL HAD ENTERED INTO

TWO OF THE CHURCH MEMBER'S HEARTS,

AND IT WAS TIME FOR THE HOLY GHOST TO ACT QUICKLY.

AND THEN IN THE 5TH VERSE,

"ANANIAS HEARING THESE WORDS FELL DOWN,

AND GAVE UP THE GHOST..."

THE LAST WORDS THAT ANANIAS HEARD WAS THAT HE LIED TO GOD.

THREE HOURS LATER, ANANIAS' WIFE, SAPPHIRA,

COMES TO PETER, AND AT THIS POINT SHE DOESN'T KNOW

THAT HER HUSBAND IS ALREADY DEAD AND BURIED.

PETER, BEING LED BY THE HOLY GHOST,

ASKS SAPPHIRA WHETHER SHE SOLD THE LAND FOR SO MUCH,

AND SHE SAYS, 'YES FOR SO MUCH.'

"THEN PETER SAID UNTO HER,

HOW IS IT THAT YE AGREED TOGETHER

TO TEMPT THE SPIRIT OF THE LORD?"

IT'S ALMOST LIKE PETER COULDN'T BELIEVE

HOW DECEIVED THEY WERE

TO AGREE TO TEMPT THE SPIRIT OF THE LORD.

GOD'S CHILDREN ARE NOT OFF-LIMITS

TO THE DEVIL'S TEMPTATIONS.

THE DEVIL EVEN TRIED TO TEMPT JESUS

RIGHT AFTER HE RECEIVED THE BAPTISM OF THE HOLY GHOST.

PETER LETS HER KNOW THAT THE MEN THAT BURIED HER HUSBAND

ARE AT THE DOOR AND SHALL CARRY HER OUT.

SO, THE LAST THING THAT SHE HEARS BEFORE SHE-

BEFORE SHE DIES IS THAT HER HUSBAND IS ALREADY DEAD.

THEIR DEATHS HAPPENED SO QUICKLY

THAT THEY DIDN'T GET A CHANCE TO REPENT.

THE HOLY GHOST WAS STRICT WITH EARLY CHURCH,

AND HE IS STRICT IN THIS FINAL HOUR.

LATER ON, IN ACTS,

WE READ ABOUT PAUL AND SILAS BEING LED

BY THE HOLY GHOST, AND THEY'RE SETTING UP CHURCHES,

AND DURING THEIR TRAVELS THEY MEET UP WITH TIMOTHY,

A DISCIPLE.

THE GOSPEL MOVEMENT WAS ON,

AND THE HOLY GHOST WAS LEADING THE WAY.

THIS REMINDS ME OF WHEN REV. ANGLEY IS LED TO SAY,

IT'S NOT ABOUT OUR CONVENIENCE,

IT'S ABOUT WHAT GOD WANTS

AND HOW HE WANTS TO USE EACH ONE OF US.

AS THEY ARE PASSING CITY AFTER CITY

BEING DIRECTED BY THE HOLY GHOST STEP-BY-STEP,

THEY'RE THINKING ABOUT GOING INTO BITHYNIA,

BUT THE HOLY GHOST LETS THEM KNOW

THAT THEY WERE TO CONTINUE AND SUFFER THEM NOT.

THE HOLY GHOST WILL LET YOU KNOW

IF IT'S YOUR THOUGHT OR HIS THOUGHT

WHEN YOU ARE SENSITIVE TO THE SPIRIT.

AT THIS POINT AS THEY KEEP ON TRAVELING ON DOWN,

THEY MAKE THEIR WAY INTO TROAS;

AND THIS IS WHERE GOD GAVE PAUL

THE VISION OF THE MAN OF MACEDONIA PRAYING

AND ASKING THE DISCIPLES TO COME OVER TO MACEDONIA

TO HELP THEM.

THE PEOPLE OF MACEDONIA WERE READY FOR THE GOSPEL.

AFTER PAUL RECEIVED THAT VISION,

THE BIBLE SAYS THAT THEY IMMEDIATELY ENDEAVORED

TO GO INTO MACEDONIA KNOWING THAT THE LORD

HAD CALLED THEM TO PREACH THE GOSPEL.

THERE WAS NO HESITATION.

ON THE MISSION FIELD, I LIKE TO LOOK BACK

ON THE WAY THE HOLY GHOST BRINGS A SOUL WINNER

AND A LOST SOUL TOGETHER.

IT'S SOMETHING THAT THE HOLY GHOST DOES

THAT JUST BOGGLES THE MIND HOW HE WORKS EVERYTHING OUT!

I CAN RELATE TO HOW THE DISCIPLES WERE LED

BY THE SPIRIT TO PASS CERTAIN AREAS

SO THAT THEY COULD BE IN THE RIGHT PLACE AT THE RIGHT TIME.

JUST BECAUSE A CERTAIN AREA LOOKS GOOD,

IT DOESN'T MEAN THAT THE HOLY GHOST WANTS YOU THERE

AT THAT TIME.

THIS HAPPENS ON OUR MISSIONARY TRIPS,

JUST LIKE THE DISCIPLES RECEIVED A CHECKMARK

FROM THE HOLY GHOST

WHEN THEY WANTED TO GO INTO BITHYNIA.

A LOT OF TIMES ON THE MISSION FIELD,

WE MAY BE IN AN AREA WHERE WE ARE ONLY WITNESSING

TO A SMALL NUMBER OF PEOPLE, AND FARTHER DOWN

IT LOOKS LIKE THERE'D BE MORE POTENTIAL FOR SOULS;

BUT THE HOLY GHOST GIVES US A CHECKMARK

TO STAY IN THAT SPOT WHERE WE'RE AT,

AND SURE ENOUGH HE BRINGS A SPECIAL SOUL

ACROSS OUR PATH THAT WE WOULD'VE MISSED

IF WE WOULD'VE WENT DOWN A LITTLE BIT FURTHER.

OTHER TIMES, THE HOLY GHOST WILL MOVE ON US

TO NOT STOP AT A CERTAIN NEIGHBORHOOD

BUT TAKE THE BUS DOWN TO THE NEXT ONE.

THE HOLY GHOST KNOWS WHAT SOULS ARE READY

TO RECEIVE SALVATION AND THEIR DELIVERANCE.

WE KNOW THAT GOD'S THOUGHTS ARE HIGHER

THAN OUR THOUGHTS,

AND HIS WAYS ARE HIGHER THAN OUR WAYS.

BEFORE JESUS MET THE WOMAN AT THE WELL,

WHICH IS A BEAUTIFUL SALVATION STORY,

THE BIBLE LETS US KNOW IN JOHN 4:3-4,

"HE," MEANING JESUS, "LEFT JUDAEA,

AND DEPARTED AGAIN INTO GALILEE.

AND HE MUST NEEDS GO THROUGH SAMARIA."

JESUS KNEW THAT HE NEEDED TO GO TO SAMARIA TO WIN A SOUL,

WHICH WAS THE WOMAN AT THE WELL.

JESUS ALWAYS WORKS TOGETHER

WITH GOD, THE FATHER, AND THE HOLY GHOST.

THE HOLY GHOST WILL GIVE US DIRECTION

ON WHAT PATH TO TAKE TO WIN SOULS.

JESUS KNEW THE IMPORTANCE OF RECEIVING THE HOLY GHOST,

AND HE DID NOT START HIS EARTHLY MINISTRY

UNTIL HE RECEIVED HIM.

AND WHEN JESUS DID RECEIVE THE HOLY GHOST,

GOD, THE FATHER, SAID, "THIS IS MY BELOVED SON,

IN WHOM I AM WELL PLEASED."

THE VERY NEXT VERSE IN MATTHEW'S GOSPEL SAYS THAT

"JESUS...WAS LED BY THE SPIRIT INTO THE WILDERNESS."

JESUS WAS LETTING THE HOLY GHOST LEAD HIM.

JESUS WAS SO SENSITIVE TO THE SPIRIT

THAT HE WENT ON A 40 DAY FAST.

WE SHOULD ALWAYS REMEMBER THAT IT IS THE HOLY GHOST

THAT WILL MOVE ON US TO FAST.

IN ACTS 2:39,

"FOR THE PROMISE IS UNTO YOU, AND TO YOUR CHILDREN,

EVEN AS MANY AS THE LORD OUR GOD SHALL CALL."

FRIEND, THE HOLY GHOST WILL NOT COME INTO A TEMPLE,

MEANING YOUR BODY, THAT IS UNCLEAN.

IN 1 CORINTHIANS 3:17,

"IF ANY MAN DEFILE THE TEMPLE OF GOD..."

MEANING USING TOBACCO, DRUGS OR ALCOHOL

OR ANY SUCH THING LIKE THAT,

"HIM SHALL GOD DESTROY;

FOR THE TEMPLE OF GOD IS HOLY,

THE ONLY WAY TO HAVE A CLEAN TEMPLE

IS THROUGH THE DIVINE BLOOD OF JESUS.
