[Upbeat Music]

Hey Guys, Welcome to the Nikki J Fitness channel

Today we are focusing on

a at home booty workout

I, myself have really been focusing this year on

building my booty as you can see in the pictures

And, I've had a decent transformation and these are a lot of the exercises

that I've done at home. It's fifteen minutes

You can find that in your day. Make time

It's really important. You can do this at your house

You can do it at the airport...

which is kinda weird, I've totally done that before though where

I'm doing lunges. I probably looked like a psychopath, but hey

Sometimes if you are at the airport all day you just need to get moving, so...

Airport, Friend's house, garage, grocery store... That's weird, too.

But hey, it all works

So, if you are short on time and you don't have a gym to access

you can do these workouts anywhere. All you need is a booty band

you can even do it without the booty band It just is a little bit better and has more resistance

but other than that, we are just using a mat, my backyard

And, my legs, so... Let's get started

[Techno Music]

wow guys, well I don't know if you are sweating but I sure am

So, hope you enjoyed that workout

and, many more to come

Please don't forget to like this video if you feel so inclined

Comment below on any additional videos that you want me to make

and then subscribe to my channel

that would be amazing. Love you guys and I will

see you next time.

Ok, maybe I'll do a different ending

is it recording?

Hope that you enjoyed that workout I dunno why I just clapped my hands, but

English Tutor Nick P Quotes (160) Familiarity Breeds Contempt - Duration: 2:41.

Hi this is Tutor Nick P and this is Quotes 160. The quote today is another one by Aesop.

All right and today's quote is 'Familiarity Breeds Contempt. " Yeah I'm sure many people

have heard this one before. And it is a very common one. So, let's take a look at the note.

Aesop was a slave who lived from 620-564 BC. He's best known for his fables and I think I

mentioned this. I did one more, not that long ago,

about Aesop and I did mention that one of the main reasons, he always used

animals in his fables is because he was really writing about real people but he

didn't want those real people to know he was writing about them. So he made them

into animals it was a way to kind of disguise them. But anyway, let's continue here.

This quote by Aesop comes from the fable the lion, No. The fox, , "The Fox the Lion. " Okay it has

turned into a modern-day proverb which basically means the more you know about

someone, the more you don't like them. Okay good. Of course, this is not always true, but there could be

a number of cases where you could find that it is true. And maybe once in a

while, it might even work the other way around. You may dislike somebody at first,

and then you may get to like them or respect them later. Really, it could go both

ways. Well let's continue here. It comes from the idea that the longer, it comes

from the idea that the longer a period of time people know each other, the more

flaws they find in each other. Yeah. So if you know somebody long enough you

eventually see the flaws in them. You know your good friends or your true

friends will probably forgive you for your flaws , but other people may not. So

anyway, let's look at one example here. Again it's an a/b part and A

might say, I used to have a lot of respect for that artist, but after I got to meet

him and know him, I discovered he is a real jerk. A real idiot, a real jerk. Okay and of course, B might

say. Well you know what they say, familiarity breeds contempt. Okay. Good. Anyway, I hope it's

clear. I hope you got it. Thank you for your time. Bye-bye.

Ray West, Kanye's Dad: 5 Fast Facts You Need to Know | Heavy.com - Duration: 12:40.

Ray West, Kanye's Dad: 5 Fast Facts You Need to Know | Heavy.com

Kanye West's dad Ray has been diagnosed with prostrate cancer.

According to HotNeHipHop, Ray's ex-wife Cheryl Carmichael West broke the news, saying that "he's getting treatment and from what I understand the treatments are working.".

Ray was reportedly diagnosed last Spring, and Cheryl claims that it has taken an emotional toll on Kanye.

"Sometimes you need other events to trigger bigger events," she said.

"It could have triggered something bigger in Kanye because he is super close to his dad after his mom's death.".

Here's what you need to know about Ray West:.

He Worked as a  Photojournalist During the 1970s & 80s.

Black History Fact #3: Rapper Kanye West's father, Ray West—a former Black Panther—was one of the first black photojournalists at the Atlanta Journal-Constitution, receiving accolades for his work.

According to AJC, Ray West was a member of the Black Panther Party during the 1960s and 70s.

After Kanye's birth, however, he left the organization, and began a career as a photojournalist.

He worked for the Atlanta Journal-Constitution during the 1980s, and became one of the first African American men to excel in the field.

Some of his most iconic work includes a portrait of poet and civil rights activist Maya Angelou, photos of the Rev.

Ralph David Abernathy, and photos of President Ronald Reagan in 1983.

In addition to his photojournalism career, Ray worked a variety of odd jobs in different fields."My father was [also] a paparazzo," Kanye said during a 2014 court deposition.

"My father was a medical illustrator, a Black Panther, a Christian marriage counselor." Bustle reports that Ray even opened up a Good Water Store and Cafe in Lexington Park, Maryland in 2006.

It's believed that Kanye lent him the money to get the business off the ground. .

He Divorced Kanye's Mom Donda West In 1980.

  #HAPPYBIRTHDAYDONDAWEST #RAYWEST #DONDAWEST #DONDA #KANYEWEST #YEEZY A post shared by It'sMe (@therealmebish) on Jul 12, 2016 at 3:35pm PDT.

In her memoir Raising Kanye: Life Lessons from the Mother of a Hip-Hop Superstar, Donda West recounted how her relationship with Ray fell apart.

"We had begun not to get along very well," she wrote.

"So funny, however, that every time we'd separate, we'd become best friends again.

Once we even found an apartment for Ray… but he never even stayed in it.".

Donda also recounted how Ray was hesitant to raise a child. "Donda," he was quoted as saying, "I don't know if I can be a good father.

I don't know if it's in me.

That's why I don't want to do it." The couple separated in 1980, and Donda and Kanye moved to Chicago, while Ray stayed in Atlanta.

"I had ideas about things I wanted to do and accomplish," he told VH1.

"I lost touch with what was important.".

During the school year Kanye would live with his mother in Chicago, but he would spend the summers with his father.

In an interview with Complex Magazine, Kanye recalls how Ray would often struggle to make ends meet financially. "I remember he was in vacuum cleaner sales," he said. "And he'd sit up there and show people how powerful the vacuum cleaner was by putting a penny on the floor and then the vacuum cleaner over it and then Pop! It would come out and he would have bent the penny.".

The rapper continued: "I remember some days we would ride around and he had vacuum cleaners in the back and we'd be going up a hill and the car would stop.

And I just see him, like, 'Not today.

Not today.'".

Kanye Has Referenced Him In Several of His Songs.

While Donda West may be Kanye's most famous parental muse, with the song "Hey Mama" and portions of the 808s & Heartbreak album to prove it, Ray has also had an impact on his son's music.

Kanye references the struggles he faced growing up with his dad on the song "Champion," rapping:.

I don't know I just want it better for my kids / And I ain't saying we was from the projects / But every time I wanna layaway or deposit / My dad'd say "when you see clothes, close your eyelids" / We was sort of like Will Smith and his son / In the movie — I ain't talking 'bout the rich ones / Cause every summer / He'll get some brand new harebrained scheme to get rich from / And I don't know what he did for dough / But he'll send me back to school with a new wardrobe.

More recently, Ray inspired the two-part single "Father Stretch My Hands." In a since deleted tweet, Kanye wrote: I cried writing this.

I love my dad." Lyrics on the song include:.

Sorry that I ain't call you back / The same problems my father had / All his time / All he had / All he had'n what what he dreamed / All his cash / Market crashed / Hurt him bad / People get divorced for that / Drop some stacks, Pops is good / Momma pass in Hollywood.

He Tried to Talk Kanye Out of Supporting President Trump.

According to #KanyeWest's step mom #CherylCarmichaelWest, #Kanye's has been said to have #stomach cancer.

His dad Ray was diagnosed with #cancer last spring but the treatments seem to be working.

Prayers go out to his #family.

Kanye's support of President Donald Trump has landed him in hot water with many of his fans.

The rapper and fashion designer has remained undeterred in his support, but he told The New York Times that his father tried to convince him otherwise.

The cover story reveals that Ray was present during the recording sessions for Kanye's latest album, ye, and told him that supporting Trump was a bad idea.

"He expressed that he felt that some of the policies were hurtful," Kanye said.

"And that I'm a person that does not intend to hurt people, never hurts people with intention. I expressed the example that I have a cousin that's locked up for doing something bad, and I still love him, so I don't base my love for a person on if they doing something good or bad.".

While Ray prefers to stay out of the limelight, and rarely grants interviews, he has been photographed alongside his son a few different times this year.

They were seen touring the National Museum of African American History and Culture with Kanye's daughter North, and more recently, they were seen getting lunch together at a Malibu restaurant.

Kanye Credits Him With Inspiring His Creativity In Music & Fashion.

In the biography Kanye West, author Barbara Sheen claims that Kanye's summer experiences with his dad helped shape his artistic view of the world.

"As a photographer, Ray viewed the world through an artist's eyes," she wrote.

"His father's influence helped Kanye to develop a unique perspective on the world around him.

Moreover, Kanye inherited his father's creativity and artistic talent.".

"My father was a Black Panther, my father was a photo journalist.

Astrology Forecast: Week of July 29th, 2018 - Duration: 9:45.

Hey! I'm Sarah Baxley and welcome to pinkiethebear.

This is my Mystics, Metaphysics, and Mindfulness channel and

I'm here today with your astrology forecast

for the week of July 29th, 2018.

So the two upcoming themes for this week are:

1. "Larger than life" and

2. "Exaggeration fixation"

Alright. So this week we are

it's kind of an interesting week because we are sort of coming off of..

We are like right in between two eclipses.

We're coming off of the energy of the lunar eclipse

that we just had

on Friday of this past week and we're gearing up

for a Solar Eclipse that's coming up on

August 11th.

And so you know, I don't want to say that

the energy momentum, I mean obviously the moon

is waning in the sky and is now starting to get smaller

and smaller again

um and you know

so things are kind of dying down again in a way

but it's more so just kind of with the symbolism

of a lunar eclipse, right? So lunar eclipses

signify

releasing. It signifies endings

and it signifies letting go in some way, shape, or form.

And sometimes that letting go could be symbolic,

sometimes that letting go could be something in our

external environment like something to do with you know

family, or a loved one,

or work, or a work environment, or

home, or maybe a workout,

all sorts of different things. Or it could be something that's

internal. It could be something that is some type of

emotional letting go as well. You know maybe there's certain

toxic emotions that you've had that just aren't

kind of really working for you anymore, right?

It's not really serving the path that you're

on. So, definitely energy of

eclipses- both lunar AND solar eclipses-

things tend to be kind of intensified both the week before and after an

eclipse. And eclipses also

you know aside from traditional

just like normal lunar you know monthly cycles-

lunar eclipses AND solar eclipses- just

all eclipses in general tend to have

more weight for the following six months after the

eclipse. So even though we're

kind of working through a lot of this intensity right now

some of these themes of letting go

in our life is going to kind of

continue over a sixth month period.

So that's just something to keep in mind.

So this week we are kind of winding down

the energy is slowly starting to wind down

a little bit from the lunar eclipse that we had last week but

not without a couple final turning points, right?

One of the turning points is happening on Wednesday

and or on Wednesday night here. I'm in

Pacific Standard Time, so for some of you that might be Thursday.

The other day is on Saturday.

So Wednesday brings us to our first

theme which is, "Larger than Life".

On Wednesday, we have a Uranus-Mars

square. Basically what that is, is if you look at a map

of the heavens or of our solar system, the position of Uranus

and the position of Mars are literally at a

90 degree angle to one another.

And that in astrology we call a "square".

Squares are basically when some type of sacrifice

has to be made. You know,

I say this, "Larger than Life" theme because

you know, Mars-Uranus squares

want to kind of

bite off a little more than they can chew sometimes.

It's definitely.. I wrote a couple notes, I put

"biting off more than we can chew,

rebellious, impulsive, and

going against the grain, right? So those are all just things

to kind of keep in mind, like as we're kind of doing this

process of shedding our skin and

releasing right this week.

You know there kind of might be

a little bit of a rebellious streak or something that kind of pops

up on Wednesday with this Mars-Uranus square.

So that's just sort of something to keep in mind. With this

sort of "Larger than Life" mentality sometime

sometimes you know that can signify this urge for us to

kind of you know beat to our own drum

right? It can kind of get in the way of things

a little bit. So it's just something to kind of be mindful of.

It's not a super intense transit, but you know being

that it is still in the same um.. definitely

still has some of the same eclipse energy in it because we have

Uranus in Taurus and

Mars in Aquarius which were both key players in that

lunar eclipse last week. You know you just kind of want to be

a little bit mindful- it can be a little bit accident prone as well

so again you kind of want to keep that in mind. I know I said

I mentioned something about the accident prone energy last week

that also had to do with this Mars-Uranus square.

So

anyway, that's kind of the energy for Wednesday.

So then that brings us to the other theme which is,

"Exaggeration fixation", right? And we have

on Saturday

it is the Last Quarter Moon right of this particular cycle.

Both of the Quarter Moons are

kind of symbolically turning points right

of a particular life chapter.

We kind of had this peak of things happen

and this culmination happen at this lunar eclipse

and so the energy that you're gonna feel this upcoming Saturday

is kind of going to be a little residual

off of that. So whatever themes and things that you were dealing with

at this past lunar eclipse, those things are going to be

highlighted again just a little bit on Saturday

but this time we have Jupiter up in the mix

and as a lot of you know, Jupiter is the

largest planet in our Solar System by a

loooongshot!

So Jupiter in astrology

symbolizes EXPANSION, right?

And so it is making a T-Square,

so not just a 90 degree angle

to the moon which is our emotional selves,

but it is also making a 90 degree to the Sun

which is our consciousness- our presence in our life

our consciousness as well as

making a 90 degree angle

the Moon is making a 90 degree angle to Mercury

and we're in Mercury Retrograde, so basically what

all that means is you know, our head and our heart

kind of might be in a little bit of a different place on Saturday.

Emotions can be exaggerated. Communication

can be exaggerated

also kind of you know

even if we maybe have certain emotions and things that come up

maybe it could be that we kind of don't

know where the source off these emotions are coming from.

There also could be as we're in Mercury Retrograde

right now- which can potentially cause a little bit of flare for

miscommunication, I see there

being kind of a turning point on Saturday on that as well

when the Moon comes to square or again make a 90 degree angle to Mercury

so our emotions and our

communication process are at cross purposes with one another.

You know that could be our own communication and thought process

or that could be our communication and thought process with others:

our significant others, our kids,

our co-workers, any type of

ins-and-outs, right? it could be someone at the gas station or

you know really anything, right? Or it could

even be just our own internal dialog where things just aren't really

things are feeling exaggerated, bu they're not

kind of really making sense. So

there will be one final turning point there and that will be

on Saturday right at that Last Quarter Moon

and that's kind of gonna be the final turning point

as we then build up to this next NEW chapter

that we're experiencing

on August 11th at that Solar Eclipse.

The August 11th Solar Eclipse is a North Node Solar Eclipse

basically signifying that we are

going to be creating this new chapter

that's leading us towards our highest path, right?

It's basically paving way for a new chapter

that is going to be thwarting us into the direction that

we should be headed in, right? We're going to start

making progress again. And I think

we will start to notice that especially after

these personal planet retrogrades end at the end of August

so we have this Solar Eclipse that's gonna be

making way on August 11th and then

after these retrograde planets

then turn direct, it's gonna kind of be then we had

maybe we had a mask over

our faces and didn't even realize that we did

and so this new chapter is going to be kind of

just kind of brought to our attention a bit more.

So with all that being said, basically right now

we're just in this kind of tying up loose ends

sort of stage, right? We're just still wringing out

the rag, wringing out the things

that aren't-

just aren't good for us in our lives anymore- whether that's emotional

our emotional selves, or our physical selves, or wherever

that is. Maybe it's our thoughts. You know any of those things

we're just kind of letting that stuff go right now

so that way when we do have the Solar Eclipse that comes in August,

you know we've made room for these new things in our life

to happen so that we can take this

new direction.

So anyway, that's everything for today.
