Waching daily Nov 1 2017

Today on The Stay At Home Chef I'm showing you how to make

Cheesy Scalloped Potatoes.

I love scalloped potatoes!

They are total comfort food.

Add on a little extra cheese and you have

an indulgent dish that's perfect for those

long winter months and all of those holidays in between

where you need delicious tasty side dishes.

We're going to start by peeling our Russet potatoes.

Now I want to show you a little trick that I use.

Now it's really simple. I lay down a paper towel

so that as I am peeling my potatoes

all of the peels end up on the paper towel

so that when we're done clean up is a total breeze.

It's simple, but it's effective and it makes life just a little bit easier.

Next we need to slice all of our potatoes nice and thin.

The easiest way to do this is with a food processor.

You can also use a mandoline,

or slice it by hand with a knife.

That's probably the hardest way to do it, but it can be done.

I run mine through the food processor because it is so fast.

I honestly don't know how I lived before a food processor.

We're going to take all of these sliced potatoes,

and you can see that they are nice and thin,

And we're going to pour them all into a large mixing bowl.

Make sure you get them all out.

Then pour on 1 cup of heavy cream

And then we'll add some cheesy goodness with

½ cup freshly grated parmesan cheese.

And you want to make sure you are using freshly grated,

not that stuff from the plastic can.

Then we're going to season things up with

2 cloves of minced garlic,

½ teaspoon salt,

½ teaspoon ground nutmeg,

Adn ¼ teaspoon of black pepper,

And I just use tongs to toss this all together.

You want to give this a good toss until you feel like

all of the spices and garlic and everything are evenly dispersed.

Then, we're going to pour all of this into a lightly greased 9x9 baking dish.

Now if you want to be all fancy,

you can place each slice individually

and create nice little rows and nice little layers and be all fancy

But I'm all about keeping life simple

because this is comfort food for me.

So I'm just dumping it in the pan.

Then I'm going to take some sharp cheddar cheese

and sprinkle it on top to add in

some extra cheesy goodness that I promised.

And that's it.

I bet you never knew that scalloped potatoes

could be so easy to put together.

Next we're going to bake this in a 350 degree oven

for about 1 hour

Or until your potatoes are tender

which will depend on how thin you were

able to cut them so a

djust the cooking time accordingly.

If you're worried about the cheese browning

too much on top because your oven is a "browner"

simply place a piece of aluminum foil loosely over the top.

This will stop the cheese from browning anymore

and you can finish baking your potatoes until they are tender.

And then you're ready to eat.

How to Close a Sale : 7 Reasons Clients Don't Buy From You - Duration: 5:49.

We all want to know

how to get people to buy from us, right?

I mean, that's why you're watching this video, probably.

Salespeople always ask me

how can they get more people to say yes.

But what about those things that we're doing, or not doing,

that are causing people to actually not buy from us?

Understanding the reasons why clients don't buy from us,

in many ways is more important.

Because once we change those behaviors,

we lay the groundwork for closing more sales.

In this video I'm going to show you the seven reasons

that clients don't buy from you.

Check it out.

(clicking and whooshing logo sounds)

Number 1. The wrong people.

This point comes first, because it is so damn important.

And it is killing so many salespeople out there.

There is a natural attraction for many salespeople

to sell to the most obvious and willing prospect.

But the person that they can easily access,

the person that they can relate to,

isn't necessarily the person who has access to big budgets

and can really make a decision.

So make sure that you weed out those wrong people,

and only spend your time with the right people.

Number 2. Enthusiastic.

Imagine that you answer the phone

and someone on the other end says,

"Hey, Sarah! How are you doing today?!"

How would you feel?

Or imagine that you're in a buying situation

and you tell the salesperson what you're looking for,

and then ask if they can help.

Imagine that the salesperson responds with,

"Of course we can!

"We have the best solutions of anyone out there!"

How would you feel?

Well, most salespeople are actually doing this.

And it's turning prospects off immediately.

It's time to drop the enthusiasm

and instead act more like a doctor,

simply just trying to understand what's really going on,

understand what they're looking for.

Number 3. Pitching.

Have you ever caught yourself in a selling situation

doing most of the talking?

If so, then you are pitching.

And your prospect was probably tuning out.

Prospects hate the pitch.

Not only is it old school and sales-y,

but it's also boring and frustrating.

It's like a lecture in college or in high school.

Prospects instead want to be engaged in a dialogue,

not listen to your monologue.

Number 4. Don't get their challenges.

Most salespeople focus on why prospects need their offering,

when in a selling situation.

They're trying to persuade.

But prospects really don't care about your offering.

They don't care about all of the cool features and benefits

that you have to offer.

All they care about

is solving their most pressing challenges.

This is why, as salespeople,

we need to understand what's really going on

with our prospect.

We need to get to the key challenges that they're facing,

in order to show them how it will actually be solved.

Number 5. Not clear on upside value.

Have you ever had a prospect

where there seemed to be a strong relationship,

and they really had challenges that you could solve,

but you still didn't close the sale?

If a prospect ultimately does not buy from you

in this situation,

it's because they didn't see the value

in making that investment in your offering.

This is easily avoidable

by helping your prospect clarify the upside value

of working to solve those challenges.

So ask you prospect a question like this:

What would it mean to your company,

in additional revenue or profit,

if you were actually able to solve these challenges?

By getting a dollar figure,

you get the prospect to see the value,

through their own words, in your solution.

Number 6. No budget talk.

Salespeople get so uncomfortable about money

in selling situations.

And for most of us, it goes back

to that awkward experience as a kid,

when we asked our mom or dad how much they made,

and they told us that it was none of our business.

After that, money talk was pretty much off the table.

But in selling, you need to talk about money with prospects

before presenting the solution.

Without discussing money up front,

you have no idea if you're

even on the same page about money.

Get the budget before you present your solution.

Number 7. Where's the scheduled next step?

Ever been in a selling situation

where everything was going well,

and then the prospect asked you to try them back next week,

only to have them just kind of disappear?

This is a common death for so many sales.

And it's completely avoidable.

At the end of every prospect interaction,

be sure that you schedule a next step.

That means that you agree on a specific time and date,

and you send out a calendar invite for that next step.

Always have a scheduled next step.

So there are the seven reasons

that clients don't buy from you.

I wanna hear from you.

Should You Eat Every Day? - Duration: 4:57.

[MUSIC]

"Losing weight but can't keep it off?"

"Struggling to shed those extra pounds no matter what you eat?"

"Introducing the most scientifically advanced way to burn body fat like those super-smart

Silicon Valley duuudes!"

"Try intermittent fasting technology!"

"Nope, don't touch that!

Nope, none of that either.

You get to eat on Tuesday!"

"That's right, our product is the sure-fire way to just not eat for a little while."

"Unlocking your body's ancient evolution to burn extra pounds like your hunter-gatherer

ancestors did."

"For just $599 per year, you can unlock your patented genetic programming by that's right,

just being hungry."

"Get ready to burn!"

[MUSIC]

Dieting almost never works.

Research tells us eating less and exercising more can help you lose weight at first, but

those pounds rarely stay off.

Now some experts think we should focus less on what we eat and more on how often.

Intermittent fasting has become one of the hottest dieting fads out there.

Some health gurus suggest skipping breakfast every day, while others recommend eating only

five days a week, limiting yourself to less than 500 calories on the other two.

36 hours might seem like a long time between eating, but In the wild, fasting might actually

be more normal than regular meals.

Many predators only eat every few days, and penguins sometimes don't eat for as much

as six months each year!

But are the risks of depriving yourself of food worth the health benefits?

What say you, Magic 8-Ball of Science?

In one experiment two sets of mice were given the same high fat diet, but one group was

only allowed to eat for eight hours every day.

After 100 days, the mice that fasted weighed less and were in better shape, even though

both groups got the same diet!

So what makes skipping meals potentially so healthy?

When you eat, energy is stored as glycogen, mostly in your liver.

Your liver is kinda like the fridge in your kitchen.

Energy is easily added, and, via your daily metabolism, removed.

We convert excess energy to body fat for long term storage – like the freezer in your

basement.

But a chemical called insulin regulates access to that long term energy storage.

When we eat, insulin rises, and our cells consume less fat.

When we don't eat, insulin's low, and we can burn those extra pounds.

Not all body fat is bad, but too much is unhealthy.

Why would our bodies have a chemical to stop us from burning it??

The reason is we evolved through periods of scarcity.

Early hunter-gatherers probably ate whenever food was available.

Fasting is an ancient part of who we are.

These days we're surrounded by Big Gulps, Bigger Gulps, and Gulps the literally the

size of a human child.

More calories than we know what to do with.

Our bodies are wired to store excess energy for a rainy day, but since we keep eating,

that rainy day never comes.

But fasting creates artificial scarcity.

Periods without food lower our insulin, leading to more fat burning, and maybe healthier bodies.

The science is young, but intermittent fasting, might reduce triggers that lead to heart disease,

diabetes even cancer.

Short fasts also seem to benefit our brains.

You may think that hunger makes you delirious and stupid or not yourself but fasting can

feed our neurons because fat-burning creates chemicals called ketones, which the brain

can gobble up.

During periods of regular, intermittent fasting, scientists have even seen growth in brain

regions involved in memory.

Imagine your ancestors in an ancient jungle.

It makes evolutionary sense that when we really need to find food, the human brain would be

creative and alert.!

There's plenty of fine print., There have been no long term studies that might reveal

unknown negative impacts from fasting.

It's unknown how fasting compares with vegan, paleo, raw, keto, or cheeto diets.

Scientists don't know if fasting could trigger eating disorders.

And you shouldn't do it if you're a child, underweight, pregnant, nursing, elderly, or

recently deceased.

But for now, we can say fasting probably has benefits – but it hasn't been proven to

be any healthier than other diets.

It just seems to work in a special way: by calling on our bodies' evolutionary energy

programs.

Maybe the moral of the story is that what we consider when we say "everything in moderation"

really isn't moderate when we look at how our bodies evolved!

It's not that food is bad for you.

It's that not eating, sometimes, might be just as healthy.

It's some food for thought.

Stay curious.

Hungry for more?

Here's some fascinating fast fasting facts for you to feast on.

Before the Industrial Revolution, families might have enjoyed just one large midday meal

every day.

Most major religions have incorporated fasts into rituals.

Even the word we use for our morning meal refers to the end of a nightly fast.

Whew.

That was fast.

Dogs Try to Score Their Owners a Date! - Duration: 7:19.

- I believe dog ownership says a lot about a person.

Dogs are definitely a reflection of their owners.

Most dog owners are good people, I think.

My name is Tracee Tyler and I have a German Shepard.

And, her name is Hannah.

I am looking to meet someone new.

I'm so over being single.

I am a flight attendant,

so between traveling to work, late night hours,

I have a very busy life.

I don't know a lot about what's going to happen,

but, I was so excited when I found out

it was about dating and dogs,

where I can just show up and be cute.

That was so corny.

I'm really excited.

It's a gorgeous day outside here at the beach.

Let's just see what happens.

- Hi.

I know you might think that I'm your date, but I'm not.

I'm a dog trainer and I have your three dates right here.

- The dogs are my dates?

- The dogs are your dates, yeah.

- [Tracee] That's so crazy.

- My name is Tyson Faifer.

I'm a stand-up comedian living in Los Angeles, California

and this is my little dog, Buddy.

Since Tracee doesn't know me,

I hope she really enjoys the adventures

she's going to go on with Buddy.

I chose that activity to give her a clue of who I am.

- There's a pillow,

there's a tip jar,

a microphone.

What am I doing with this microphone?

- Buddy's kind of a funny guy, much like me.

But, he's totally gonna nail it.

- Do you like to laugh?

I've included some jokes for you to tell.

My gosh.

Buddy has a lot to say if you ask him to speak

and I hope your audience enjoys.

You've got to be kidding me.

Oh my God.

What did the dog say to the chicken that crossed the road?

Buddy,

you're supposed to bark.

Alright Buddy, let's try this next one.

What did the dog first say when he found out he could talk?

Nothing, Buddy?

Come on and help me out here.

Come on. Say something for me.

Buddy, tell me about your dad.

Do you think he's gonna like me?

I don't know if I'm gonna like him after this.

Hey, Buddy. I got a joke for you.

What did I say when your dad tried to plan a date for me?

Woof.

- Hi. My name is Sean and this is Neo.

And, I'm a caretaker for adult special needs.

Well, giving back is important in my life.

And, Neo likes to give back as well.

- Hey, Tracee. Meet Neo.

Hopefully you can keep up on the date we've planned.

Wish I could see you at the finish line.

Sean.

- I feel like I deserve love.

I feel like it's my time.

I think Tracee will pick Neo.

I mean, how could you not pick him.

- Alright. So, there's the finish line.

I assume we're doing some kind of race.

- Of course, Neo and I are gonna win.

What do you mean?

- Huh?

- I'm racing...

Come race. Come race.

Come on, Neo.

Come on, Neo.

Come on, Neo. Come race.

Come on Neo.

Good job. Oh.

He better appreciate this.

I'm like sweating my .

Let's go get the other dogs. Come on, Neo.

Taco! Taco!

What are you thinking?

- Hey, I'm Steven Mccall, and this is my dog, Taco.

Hey, Taco.

Taco and I are alike in a lot of ways.

I think we're both, obviously, very charming.

Taco, did you give up on our hike?

He just does what he wants and he's just living life.

- I'm sure you're tired after a long day.

Yes I am.

So, kick back, relax, and enjoy a nice meal.

Oh, finally.

- He can never get enough attention

and neither can I.

So we're a good match for each other.

And, hopefully, they'll be room for somebody else someday.

We'll see.

- Oh my god. This picnic is beautiful.

I know you're probably hungry.

Come on boys.

Good boy.

Come on, Neo.

This looks amazing.

This setup is so beautiful.

You guys are enjoying that?

Taco, your dad is so romantic.

Hey, Buddy.

Oh, don't...

Oh! Oh!

Oh!

Taco!

Never been peed on before.

That was very awkward on a date.

I loved all three dogs.

This is gonna be a hard choice.

Hey, guys.

I cannot take all of you with me.

As much as I would love to.

I will have to make a cut.

So, the first cut will have to be Buddy

and his dad, Tyson.

I'm so sorry.

Hi, I'm so .

Bye. Bye, Buddy.

Okay, boys. Come here honey.

I will have to cut one of you.

Was a really hard decision.

And, unfortunately, Neo

and your dad, Sean,

I'm gonna have to let you go.

Hi.

- I don't blame you, he's a handful.

- He's adorable though.

- Thank you.

- Bye, Neo.

Okay, Taco. So, that just leaves me and you.

I'm so excited to meet your dad.

Let's bring him out.

- Hey.

- Hi. How are you?

- Good.

- Nice to meet you. - Good, you made the right

choice

I never pee on picnics.

- Awesome. Hey, Taco.

- Hey, buddy.

- Well, this is for you.

- I'm eager to see like, what's at hand.

I mean, maybe we can have some more fun dates coming up.

- We should totally plan--

- See where things go from there.

- I'd love to go out with you and Taco.

- Oh, that'd be a lot of fun.

I mean, there are a lot more awkward ways

to meet people, right?

- [Tyson] Buddy, what did the dog say

when the chicken crossed the road?

- Woof.

Does God HATE Gay People? - Duration: 2:47.

We've all seen in the news of protesters holding up signs that gays will go to hell and God

hates homosexuals.

I've seen articles online of believers expressing nothing but hate and anger.

Did you know that one of the main reasons that homosexuals are in higher risk of committing

suicide is because they don't feel accepted? They don't feel loved.

Now how does that make God feel?

There's Christians who instead of treating homosexuals like human, they see them like

a disease and stay far away as possible from them.

So today I want to put in my thoughts on this question "Does God love gay people?" the answer

is yes.

Now keep watching because I'm going to tell you exactly why.

This video is not about God's approval, it's about God's love for everyone.

His love towards me and a homosexual is no different.

Jesus redeems and forgives anybody because of his unconditional love towards everyone.

If you see a redeemed homosexual is because God loves them.

If you see a redeemed drug addict is because God loves them.

If you see a redeemed fornicator is because God loves them.

God loves us all the same.

This is not us versus them.

The Bible teaches us that Jesus so loved the world that he died for everyone.

The motive behind our salvation is God's love and nothing else.

God doesn't hate human, He hates sin and effect that it's causing in humanity.

1 Corinthians 6:9-11 gives us a list of those who will not enter the kingdom of heaven but

verse 11 says one of the most important words from the book of Corinthians "Such were some

of you" understand that we're all ex something.

The church is filled with ex thieves, ex fornicators, ex homosexuals, ex liars, ex adulterers, etc.

We forget that at some point we were also washed by the blood of Jesus.

If you're watching this video and you're struggling with your sexual identity I want to tell you

at this very moment you're God's creation and He can change your life forever.

Don't listen to these people today who hold signs of hate towards you, God doesn't approve

these terrible acts, we're no one to judge and it hurts God when instead of representing

his love towards each other there are people who try to destroy what He stands for.

If you think God hates you than you have the wrong idea of who God is.

He doesn't hate you, it's only something you believe to be true because of the society

that we live in today.

Listen, I don't care how many subscribers I lose or how many hate messages I receive,

I believe in a God of absolute and unbounded love that can change anyone's life around.

So if you're feeling depressed and alone, listen to what I'm telling you, you're loved

and God died for you too.

May the Gospel give you life.

8 Signs you are eating too much sugar - Duration: 3:17.

8 Signs You're Eating Too Much Sugar.

1.

Constant hunger.

High blood sugar prevents glucose from entering cells.

As a result, the body doesn't receive energy and asks for food again and again: it's

a vicious circle.

2.

Increased fatigue.

At a high blood sugar level, the body is unable to store and absorb glucose properly.

Energy is used inefficiently, and body cells don't receive the fuel they need.

All this leads to the fact that a person often feels tired for no reason.

3.

Frequent urination.

If the blood sugar is too high, the kidneys cannot reabsorb fluid.

Therefore, the body, trying to equalize the glucose concentration in the blood and in

the cells, dissolves blood with intracellular fluid, thus bringing the concentration of

glucose to normal.

This results in frequent urination.

4.

Dry mouth, excessive thirst.

A dry mouth and strong thirst are responses to severe fluid loss.

The hypothalamus, which assesses the level of dehydration and causes thirst, sends a

corresponding signal to the brain.

Of course, you cannot refuse to drink, but it's better if you choose water or tea without

sugar.

5.

Dry skin.

Excessive urination dehydrates the body to such an extent that skin begins to dry.

Leg skin problems are a sign of atherosclerosis — hardening and narrowing of the arteries

and a concomitant reduction in blood circulation — a disease that often occurs in diabetics.

Damaged nerves can disrupt the normal operation of the sweat glands, and they affect the skin-water

balance.

6.

Slow healing of wounds and cuts.

This happens due to vascular damage as a result of high sugar levels.

This leads to a worsening of blood circulation, especially in limbs, and insufficient nutrition

of tissues.

7.

High blood pressure.

Your blood pressure is considered normal if it is 120/80 or lower.

A high-sugar diet can push your blood pressure over this threshold, according to a study

in the Journal of the American Society of Nephrology.

8.

Dental issues.

Virtually everyone has heard that sugar is no good for your teeth, and it's the truth.

If you keep finding yourself in the dentist's chair due to constant cavities requiring fillings

and root canals, it could be the sugar you eat causing the problem.

Joy Of Business Is... - Duration: 3:10.

The Joy of Business is waking up every day and realizing whatever you're creating and your life is your business.

Is creating versus survival. There was a lot of years where I

felt like I was just sort of surviving and trying to figure it out and

trying to get it right and you know waiting for the happily ever after.

Joy Of Business is really is about creating your life and and being engaged and

having the presence of it and the awareness of it.

Is having an absolute ton of work to do and enjoying every moment of it

having a million deadlines in one day and smiling through every one of them and just having so much fun

with absolutely everything that I do.

Is really knowing that no matter what I'm choosing is not wrong

and that it's just creating a different future for me in my business

and contributing to my life and so the Joy of Business is constantly being in

the choice of what's gonna create greater for my life and living and just knowing

that if I keep choosing what's fun I'm gonna keep experiencing more joy of business

Is asking a million questions and constantly including my business

but also my life and my relationships as well. All the tools that I get to use

in Joy of Business actually apply it to my own personal life too and

just constantly asking more and more questions and getting out of my head and

trying to find the answers, but truly get information awareness and then what else is possible?

The Joy Of Business for me is like the joy of creation so much about

the just becoming the facilitator as to see what I create, how I create,

acknowledging what I create and a speed that I create and it's the joy of awareness

of your business, the joy of awareness of how you create and a joy of contribution

of everything around you to contribute to your business. It's so different

It's a joy of being different in this reality

Is continuously creating, it's never stopping and it's never just making a

decision and that's it and that that's the end goal. It's continuously evolving

and changing and creating and that's the most fun for me .

is always choosing at each moment on which business or project I will decide

or choose to work on and at each moment of the day and to get the freedom

to work and to have joy to do many tasks at the same time

Is this space of ease and possibility and future,

it's totally priceless and the value that it brings to peoples lives.

A Beginner's Guide To The Ketogenic Diet - Duration: 4:21.

Hey, hey, everybody.

Shaun Hadsall here with Get Lean in 12, and inside this video,

I'm going to talk about 1 of the most popular diet trends

going viral across the internet these days.

And that is the ketogenic diet.

So inside this video, I'm going to talk

about 4 different ketogenic diets that

can help you lose more belly fat,

and I'm also going to tell you which

one will be best for you based on your activity level

because you're going to want to take

a different approach if you're sedentary versus active.

Now, ketogenic diet is simply a low carb,

high friendly fat diet that offers many health benefits

in fact, over 20 different studies

show that this type of diet can help you

lose weight and improve health.

Ketogenic diets were originally created to help treat epilepsy,

and they can help fight against diabetes, cancer,

and even Alzheimer's.

And what I'll do is, I'll post about five studies down

below in the comment section to back up these claims that I

just made to show you that this is published,

peer-reviewed research.

This isn't just theory.

So the first ketogenic diet is called a traditional.

This is 75% friendly fats, 20% protein, and 5% carbs.

And when you lower your carbs down these low amounts, what

ends up happening is you drain your muscles, your liver,

and your brain of fuel.

So you store carbohydrates in your muscles

and in your liver tissue as glycogen,

and then your brain uses carbohydrates in glucose

as a fuel source.

So when you lower your carbs to these amounts, what ends up

happening is you, basically, your body

is forced to start using fat as a fuel source.

So the liver starts producing ketone bodies

that your brain and your body can use as a fuel source.

So the 2nd type is a high protein one.

It's 60% friendly fats, 35% protein, and 5% carbs.

Now, you do have to be careful with this one,

because if you consume too much protein, what ends up happening

is your body will take that protein

and convert it to glucose.

This is called gluconeogenesis, or it will take that protein

and just start using it as a fuel source--

and use the amino acids from the protein as a fuel source.

Both of these things will take your body out of ketosis,

so just be aware of that if you want to try

the high-protein version.

I tend to want to fall into this category

because I don't want to lose muscle,

but these 2 down here are actually more exciting,

and I'll share those.

So these 2 are best for sedentary populations.

The 3d type is called a cyclical one, and this is my favorite.

And then the last one is called targeted.

These are both the same.

60% friendly fats, 25% protein, 15% carbohydrates.

Now, the cyclical approach is the one that appeals to me most

because I want the benefits of the ketogenic diet,

but I don't want to I deprive myself of my favorite carbs 7

days of the week.

So on this plan, you can consume carbohydrates on the weekend.

So this, to me, is perfect because Monday through Friday,

you're in ketosis.

Then, Friday night through Sunday,

you can enjoy some of your favorite carbohydrates

and maybe even a little bit of alcohol.

And then Monday, you start back over

and put your body back into ketosis again.

The targeted approach is where you consume

15% of your carbohydrates.

Post-workout is the preferable.

You can do you can do it beforehand as well because then

you'll burn off those carbs as a fuel source

to potentially get back into ketosis faster,

but post workout is best because the muscles are

like a sponge that's been run dry.

And they're kind of emptied.

You kind of made room in your tank

for an influx of carbohydrates to replenish glycogen stores

and hopefully get your body back in ketosis as fast as possible.

So if you got something out of this video

and you learned something, do me a favor.

Click the Like button and share it, and as a gift

for watching this.

I'll put a link somewhere around this video,

you can get instant access to our free report called

the "Over 40 Stubborn Fat Sequence".

So this will introduce you to a 12 minute workout that's

specifically designed to reactivate declining hormones,

and when it's done properly, it can potentially

burn as much fat and calories in 12 short minutes

than an entire hour of traditional exercise.

So if you're over 35 or you're in your 40s, 50s, or 60s

and I apologise.

I got helicopter going.

I'm down here in Florida.

We're by the beach and helicopters

are flying by all day long.

So anyway, you're going to want to download this report

if you're over 35 years old because it could change

your life, and in fact, it's the perfect 12 minute protocol

to follow with any one of these particular diets.

So thanks for watching

8 Things To Check Before Investing In An IPO, Hindi - Duration: 7:51.

This video talks of important things people need to keep in mind while investing in IPOs

Remember, that you have far less information about an IPO than a listed company

While equities can be termed as high risk investments, IPO are still higher risk investments among equity investments

Ask yourself whether you are investing in the IPO or the company

If you are investing in IPO for listing gains, then you become a trader

Find out the risk and return of the IPO

Find out the various risks the company is facing be it in the industry, competition, technology, government policy, international competition and so on

Has the company disclosed the risks and is it being discussed well publicly?

Ask whether the management can manage the risks and exploit the opportunities

The track record and experience of the management is important

Find out why the company is raising money and is it justified in doing so?

Next, is figuring out whether the IPO pricing is right

Study the share prices of other companies in the same industry

As an investor, you are not focussing on listing gains like a trader

Don't follow the crowd

Don"t borrow to invest in IPOs

Redefine Success: How do you balance your life? - Duration: 1:52.

Work life balance is really important it was something that

wasn't easy for me to do when I first started the business

I meet a lot with younger business professionals that are trying to overcome problems.

I uh volunteer at the new Canadian Centre uh an organization also called the uh the

Mount Community Centre.

So I do a certain amount of pro-bono work certain amount of community work.

I'm a great walker and to be able to literally just walk out

of the door of your house and find yourself up and down hills and inwards and be somewhere

that's really uh totally uh totally peaceful

uh and beautiful and not to have to even plan for that or drive anywhere I mean I just think

that's uh it really doesn't get much better than that.

I realize that it's really important and I have the opportunity

to have a work-life balance so I try and get

out if it's a nice day I'll try and get out on my bike or go to the gym
