last question I asked you guys if you if you were standard on an island and you

could only have three items with you now what three items would you choose that

question was brought to us by lil Kitta this week's question however is brought

to us by Mitsu meters question is what ideals or standards do you hold high

things like loyalty honesty and so on so let me know in that in the so leave your

one that I asked everyone here but without further ado let's get into this

week's question yea yea if your answers to last week's questions so we're going

to start off here with Sierra's : who says I need only one an airplane so I

can go away well that's definitely very smart but you would you would have to

make sure that you definitely have fuel in that and that you can actually fly it

so please make sure you can actually fly the thing I think omar made a little bit

of a mistake here because he says the first would be that I want to be super

good at basketball second super smart and third would love to be rich now

being stranded on island that's not really gonna help you and he did say he

replied use can I forget this another comment but you didn't leave a second

comment Omar so I guess this is the one I have to take for you croco doesn't

want to take anything on the island except for me just so that he can listen

to me go you could literally take anything useful yet you had to drag me

into this but really it would take a GPS phone GPS device itself not sure phone

can locate you probably yeah but still and a water distillery well a water

distillery is certainly very smart you would be able to get lots of water lots

of good water for that you could just take it directly from the ocean meet soo

hopes it's a very sunny island and if it is she get a Sun panel a computer and a

clean strong metal pot and with the computer there she might possibly be

able to get a signal you never know there might be some kind of signal out

there somewhere my mom would take me on the island

along with a knife and her Bible although if people don't don't count

then she would probably take an axe so she could make firewood for a fire

hopefully it's an island with trees hissing cat would take three items in

cast three items would be a knife a flint and a cooking slash water carrying

vessel definitely important to have if you are going to be trying to survive on

an island wise wizard would take a rowboat an engine and seven-day rations

I assume that's what you mean rowboat and engine two separate things not

rowboat engine because row boats don't really have engines anyway so I assume

that that is two separate things there and seven day rations so that's of

course you have seven days at least of food already sitting there and water

because I think reference includes water as well and Breck would take a fire

striker or some other thing to get fire second would be a knife and third would

be a lifetime amount of canned food I don't know how to hunter survive anyway

I I'm not sure if a lifetime supply of anything would be cheating but I mean

technically you're kind of putting it into one little package so yeah sure why

not April would take her brother so she

doesn't go crazy but after that food and probably book because mallards but April

what if your brother does not count what do people don't count because people

aren't things right sue if people don't count what else would you take instead

bolo B would also take a computer just like me too so that's of course I can

chat together second would be a portal gun so he can leave the island and the

third would probably be a rock because he has no idea what to choose now I know

how much me to absolutely hate the rock and this one in particular right here

interesting to me and I'd like to know what it is funny fluffy here's thinking

very rational and would take a rucksack bag is a swiss knife and one of them hot

and cold water bottles those are definitely very good the bag you can

carry a whole lot of junk in the oats Rock my bad there the bank you could

carry a whole lot of junk in the swiss knife you could use it for or for lots

of different things you've got to so many tools on there and of course not

cold water bottle you can keep things cold or hot keep cold water cold and hot

water hot perfect and last but not least little kiddo says three things I can do

this yes three not five not ten just three book that I enjoy very much next

now we already talked about about the lifetime supply stuff previously but if

it is cheating then Luke ADA would take a fishing rod with line to catch fishies

because of course you must eat you gotta eat if you if you don't have something

to eat you're not gonna survive very long and that wraps up for this week's

Insurance companies: making it hard for you to get better - Duration: 2:43.

Hi everybody starting on Sunday I wrote a blog post that was just talking about

why the current medical model is completely broken and wanted to touch

upon four ideas of why it is today I wanted to start with number one

insurance companies I'm gonna take a quote from one of them a fellow

colleague in the integrative diagnosis system and what he tells patients about

insurance companies and it goes as the following insurance companies are

interested in cost control not quality control they also do not care if you get

better they really have no interest if you get the right care for your problem

to this end our office can only provide excellent care and results by not

participating with insurance companies if you are looking for results in

transparency then we have the same goals that pretty much sums it up all the time

we get a ton of calls every week from people we do a really good job of

getting content out there and you know really differentiating ourselves and

showing people that we are different unique and special but the first

question people always ask is do you take my insurance and we don't we don't

for a lot of reasons insurance companies do not care if you get better well

people don't understand about insurance companies are they basically run the

show for the doctor and the people that are really getting beat up is the doctor

they go in contract with your insurance company the insurance company dictates

what you're supposed to do what's covered and everything like that

they even routinely just cut the doctors pay across the board you know I've been

called expensive greedy all sorts of things like that because I don't

participate in insurance I'm not greedy at all I just want to get paid what I

deserve for what I put in and the patient can get the kind of care that

they need this cannot happen if the insurance company's involved what

happens for a doctor that takes the insurance they're routinely getting

their reimbursement rates cut in half 25 percent across-the-board they have to

fill out an endless amounts of paperwork to even get reimbursed for what they

have done and for their job and they have to see a heck of a lot more people

this allows them to not be the best that they can be they're not able to put

extra time into training spending time with the patient you ever gone to your

doctor and he wait in the waiting room for 45 minutes for him to spend two

minutes with you that's because he's just trying

keep his head above water because the insurance company is totally owning him

so number one reason why the medical system is completely broken is due to

insurance companies tomorrow we're going to cover our second topic which will
