Waching daily Nov 27 2017

Hi, Guys! FAYSAL here and today i will be talking about cryptocurrency codex by

cryptocurrency institute and cryptocurrency codex is an E-book

basically that can turn your twenty dollar investment into one hundred

thousand in just three months. Can you imagine how profitable this E-book is!

How valuable! Well, someone's name is PAT KENDRICK and he says that he has 25

years of experience in financial industry and he has created this ebook

that is worth $47 dollars and you can be a millionaire within a few

months by reading this ebook. First of all, I have searched for Pat Kendrick

on Google but there is no information about Mr. so called Pat Kendrick.

They are saying that they have 100% return of investment on cryptocurrency

within 24 hours. That means you will have almost 3,000% return of

investment in just one month. Can you believe this shit? This is just a

bullshit and you cannot be a millionaire or you can turn your $20 to $100,000

within just three months. That is insane and that is just a hilarious claim.

In support of their claims, they display some

badges. Here you can see, they say that their website has a 128-bit secured SSL

connection. That is a total lie. You can't see there is any HTTPS SSL

secure protection. They really don't have SSL secured connection.

If you want to purchase this eBook, your investment

amount is unsecured because your card can be overcharged by these

groups. That is the problem of not having an SSL security connection

encryption and they don't have any ssl but they are claiming they have SSL and

they show some fake badges here McAfee secure. They say their cryptocurrency

institute was inaugurated five years before but our survey says different. You

see cryptocurrencyinstitute.org website was registered on 28 June 2017.

That means it is three or four months old. So, how come they are claiming that they

have been in the market for five years! That is another lie and you see in the

inside information, they display some hilarious

profit claims. You see 585 percent profit in 31 days and

4,734 percent profit in four months! I don't

think there is any business or investment opportunities that offers

that you can earn 4,734%

percent profit in four months. These crooks, this fraudsters, this con artists

have no idea about cryptocurrency trading and they are just insane!

I will definitely definitely not recommend you to join this

cryptocurrency codex by cryptocurrency Institute. Stay safe and never join this

program. Thank you very much.

Extreme Snowkiting ... "MAY THE WIND BE WITH YOU" - Duration: 17:35.

All the way over the top!

Like a Christmas tree! Can you see it? Like tinsel!

Here comes the wind! Let us get ready!

and off we are to the summit!

I already have been to Alaska with Philip in 2012 and 2014.

We did two big projects and tried to ride up huge mountains.

Unfortunately the weather let us down twice!

But I was just not ready yet to give up.

I said to myself let me call Philip and see if he is up for another adventure!

He convinced me with some pretty nice pictures

and also took onboard two others, Tobi and Maxi.

When he talked about the project, it was clear that I had to join!

The idea is to kite up a mountain and fly, ski or

freeride down again.

Unpack the kite again, kite up, pack down the kite,

get out the speedwing and fly down.

Simply standing on top of a mountain, with the kite up high

and the wind blowing strong...

The biggest concern was as usual, how would the weather be?

There are a lot of depression systems passing by with a lot of rain and snow.

Do we finally get the chance?

We arrived in Tromsø at the airport with all our luggage

7 bags and 3 boardbags.

I thought how the heck will we fit all of our stuff in this

little VW Passat and drive hundreds and hundreds of kilometers through Norway...

After an amazing drive we made it to our little house on the

Lyngen peninsula from where we wanted to leave for our first big glacier snowkite trip.

We started our trip on the Lyngen peninsula in a small fishermen's village.

The snow was awesome when we arrived, but then 3 days of rain... That was annoying!

Has anybody seen the sun?

The weather was so bad that we could not start our glacier tour.

It literally rained and snowed all day and night!

Wednesday looks better, but we will get strong winds up high though...

Despite the bad weather we did not allow anyone to dampen our spirits...

What is going on out there?

No matter what we do - he is always sleeping!

In the evening two hours of hot tub - relaxing all muscles...

I have to admit, we really have the best weather one can choose!

Avalanches went down everywhere to the left, to the right, in front, below!

I would say it was simply amazing!

It was great!

Are you ready? We are almost done!

I am totally relaxed already!

To find the perfect playground was my personal goal for this trip!

I hope we finally find the perfect playground with this ship!

The others shot upfront with their lightweight Dynafit

toothpick skis - and me with my fat powderskis. I just thought

please let there be wind so that we can unpack the kites and kite up the mountain!

He tried to pull up the kite, which of course did not work...

Are we there yet? Are we? Are we? I am not sure!

This is it? Is it? Yes! This is it!

When we finally found our playground Tobi and Maxi were unstoppable.

While Philip and me just wanted to go to bed, the other two

went totally crazy and told us to remove all the snow which

they dug out of of the cave!

I always loved to build Igloos and snowcaves when I was a child.

And now finally being on the mountain and having to

acutally build a snowcave to deal with the situation

was something I really enjoyed!

Welcome to the castle!

Welcome to the castle!

Our cooking niche with utensils

one niche for salt and pepper one niche for gas, trash, groats

packaging, ducktape, cuttlery...

This one is for the powerbank and this one for charging.

And up here is our ventilation system.

There are also private niches which we are not allowed to film

...too much highly confidential stuff!

Watch out for the gust!

Fake News...

Complete whiteout!

That's it with the visibility.

Up on the ridge we had to turn around! No chance...

We hurry up now and get back to our basecamp soon.

Yummy! Cheese!

Excellent! And now some Quesadillas!

Good?

Go Go Go! Up to the summit!

Very frustrating! Coming up here, bringing all the gear...

building a great camp and now only bad weather...

Stop crying!

If you are up here for days and lie in your tent all day

you melt hollow pit's into the snow with your butt.

At the end you slide together more and more for cuddling.

We made the best out of it - we had a lotf fun and

this is something you do not do every day - so it's okay...

We continue! That's clear!

Wait for me!

Then we went on to the Lofoten Islands with the Hurtigruten ferry.

With a granny boat... That was very funny...

Without our knitting gear we felt a bit excluded...

But it was also very nice, we had a great breakfast

and the landscape was just incredible!

I like it!

This is the perfect compensation for bad coffee

and oat meal on the glacier!

The ship just passed the bridge!

Incredible!

Unbelievable scenes are happening right here!

Do we really deserve this?

Of course!

Tobi, what are we doing today?

I am looking for a good run!

Let's go over there! That mountain looks amazing!

Captain do you think that you can drop us there?

Yes of course - No problem!

Let's go full speed ahead!

17 hours later, all hope was put in the Lofoten Islands.

We finally arrived and... No wind!

Great weather but no wind...

Slowly even I had doubts about how realistic it was

to get this perfect summit day with the kite...

The forecast did not look too bad, so we took the car

to check out the spots!

The wind was a desaster but at least we had some fun!

The wind finally came! However it was the wrong direction!

Discovering new terrain with friends was simply amazing!

Having fun with the crew is always cool on such a trip.

But my expectations were high and I just simply wanted

to kite up a mountain and stand on the summit one time!

We studied the weather every day

and all of a sudden the wind turned!

This compensated for everything!

I now believe in snowkiting again

Kite up with the wind, overtaking the ski tourer

and just having so much fun!

Let yourself be pulled up the mountain by a kiter,

mix and combine all the different sports!

that is my thing!

And then two days full blast!

Sitting in the evening sun watching the sunset for hours

always perfect conditions... just amazing...

It was a great time, with everyone having fun

and enjoying themselves! We had a great time!

It was just fantastic...

How To Interview Someone - Making a Podcast - Duration: 8:02.

One of my favorite things about my podcast is the way I get to interview

inspiring people about their amazing stories.

Today at Live On Purpose TV,

how to interview someone for your podcast.

Podcasting is something that I love to do. I've been doing it since 2007.

My podcast, Live On Purpose Radio, has been really my professional hobby. I decided

to do something right up front that has made all the difference for me.

Now there's different formats for different podcasts. For me, interviews.

Interviews have been the sweet spot. Having an interview format for my podcast has

given me an opportunity to not only give my listeners a chance to hear a voice

other than my own but it's given me the amazing opportunity of interacting with

phenomenal amazing brilliant people all over the world. In fact, I got to show you

my bookshelf. This bookshelf is filled with books that have been written by the

guests of my show, there is not a book on my shelf that wasn't written by a guest

from my show. I had to clear out all the other books just to make room for these

amazing guests. I think of this as my human treasury, if you like that idea.

I can call these people, I can text these people, I can reach out to them for

various things they, have become part of my human treasury and I'm so grateful

for that. So I thought I'd take a few minutes on this video today to give a

few tips or things that I've learned about how to interview someone for a

podcast. I think the first step there is to be clear about your purpose.

My podcast is called Live On Purpose Radio. The purpose of the podcast is to

illuminate principles that allow people to do just what the show suggests,

to live on purpose instead of letting life push them around so I'm looking for

guests on my who understand that and who have a story

or a life experience that has taught them very powerfully how to live on

purpose. So as I get clear about my own purpose for the podcast, I can share that

with guests or potential guests and we can find out pretty quickly whether

they're a good fit. So you want to make sure that that fit of purpose is in

place right up front. You know, here's something that I've talked about many

times before. It's not about you, it's about your audience. So keeping in mind

the needs of your audience will help you to have conversations in the interview

with your guests, that will bring out the principles or the ideas that will be

most valuable to your audience. Think about who your audience is as you're

holding this interview. You might want to check in with who they are in the sense

of what kind of presentation is going to be most valuable to them. One of the

obvious examples that I'm thinking of has to do with humor, people are either

thrilled and delighted or offended by humor and it's because of the words that

are chosen, it's because of the topics that are chosen, it's because of the good

style of delivery and not every style is appropriate for every audience. I want

every one of my podcasts to be something that my kids could listen to, that I'm

going to feel good about having my parents tune into, that is important to consider

when you're putting together this interview and in selecting your guests

and that brings up my next point, know your guests. Know your guests. Many of the

people on my show, I've already met or had interactions with in some way.

There are a lot of people now that reach out to me because of the popularity of the

show, they'll reach out to me asking, "Can I be on your show? Would you highlight my

book? Would you tell my story?" And I'm happy to consider that. When I say know

your guests, have ways of understanding where they're coming from, what their

motivation is, do a little bit of homework, make sure you've read their

book, if they've written a book and you're going to mention it on your show.

I read every book of the authors who are on my show, it helps that I went through

a speed reading course years ago and I can get through that content fairly

quickly but I want to have enough knowledge of where they're coming from

and what their ideas are that I can be conversant with them, that I can have an

intelligent conversation with them, that's important to me and I think it's

important to my listeners. As you get to know your guests, consider this and I

think this is one of the things that I get feedback about this, I have

people tell me "Oh dr. Paul you're such a good interviewer. You're so good at this."

Why? Because I make them feel so comfortable. When they're interviewing

with me, it's simply a conversation and I know enough about them and about their

topic that I can lead that conversation to something that my audience will

appreciate and everybody's having fun. I feel like if we're not having fun, we're

doing it wrong. So you want to have a comfortable

conversational approach with your interviewees, it puts them at ease and

then my goal, what I'm thinking in my mind during the interview, how do I

elevate my guest to a position of - I don't know if I want to say celebrity, I

guess I just did. - I want to elevate them to a position of

celebrity at least in terms of this podcast in this episode, where they are

the most important, most brilliant, most wonderful person on the earth. This helps

them to feel good but it also endorses them in the eyes of my my listeners and

my subscribers. So making them the hero, you know what there's kind of an

interesting paradox here because the more you shift your focus as a host,

where as an interviewer, the more you shift your focus to the

person that you're interviewing and you make them the hero, the more heroic you

become in the eyes and minds and ears of your audience. That's something that can

make you a hero. Like I said at the beginning of this particular video,

there's a lot of different formats that a podcast could take. I have chosen an

interview format because of the richness that I think that that adds and the

depth and the variety and the new voices that my audience get to hear and the

human treasury that it builds for me. There may be other ways that you want to

run your podcast, if you want to do interviews, remember it's not about you,

it's about your audience and it's about your guests and as you elevate your

guest to a hero status with your audience, both your guests and your

audience will love you for that and you're going to have some fantastic

interviews.

Interviewing people, it's a great way to create content for your

podcast. If you know someone who you would like to feature at Live On Purpose Radio,

How Travel Cards Can Save You Money - Duration: 1:42.

Hey guys!

Tessa here with another budget travel video.

Last week, I talked about travel credit cards and what to look for if you're opening up

a new card.

This week, I'm going to give you five reasons why travel cards save you so much money.

First up, is airline fee credits.

These credits reimburse you for a wide range of fees: from baggage fees, to in-flight food,

to buying wifi on the plane.

They will reimburse your credit card immediately.

The next way they can save you money is automatically covering your rental car insurance.

This comes in handy whenever you're traveling abroad, you're renting a car for the week

and you don't want to buy that extra insurance.

Most travel credit cards these days cover it immediately, but always check the fine print.

Next up is going to be trip insurance.

While you can't just cancel a trip because you don't want to go anymore, if you get

sick or if there's severe weather in your area and you have to cancel your trip, your

credit card will immediately reimburse you for fees.

And again, make sure you read the fine print, but usually this covers a wide range of things

from tickets, to hotel reservations to restaurant reservations and, of course, flights.

Another way your card can really save you money is if you get lounge access with that card.

This is often an overlooked feature of your card, but I can't tell you how much money

this has saved me.

When I'm taking long flights and I'm able to stop on my layover and go to a lounge and

get free food, water and maybe a little bit of sleep in a nice area, this save so much

money because airports are notoriously expensive.

I'll admit even I overlooked this, but it's actually what I use the most now with my travel

credit card.

And the last way to save you money is no foreign transaction fees.

There's nothing worse than being on vacation and realizing literally everything you're

buying is 3% more expensive.

Make sure your card has no foreign transaction fees.

That one is non-negotiable.

I hope this helped you realize all the little ways you can save money with a travel credit

card.

Make sure you check out the article below for even more tips!

I'll see you guys next time.

Bye!

How To Believe In Yourself Again - Duration: 10:50.

How To Believe In Yourself Again

Believe in love.

Believe in magic.

Hell, believe in Santa Clause.

Believe in others.

Believe in yourself.

Believe in your dreams.

If you dont, who will? ~ Jon Bon Jovi

There are times in life when things dont go our way.

Times when we meet with failure, defeat, fear, and insecurity.

And when that happens, because we are so used to taking our sense of worth from the things

we do, from our worldly successes and daily accomplishments, we inevitably start to doubt

ourselves.

We start to doubt our ability to make our dreams come true, we start to doubt our worth,

we start to doubt the people around us and we start to doubt whether we will ever feel

safe and secure in this world.

How To Believe In Yourself Again

1.

Make peace with where you are

When we say to you, make peace with where you are, we want you to make peace with where

everyone is; we want you to make peace with the world events; we want you to make peace

with where your friend is in a relationship with where your friend wants to be.

We want it to be all right with you where anybody is. ~ Abraham

To believe in yourself again, you need to make peace with where you are.

Theres no need to fight against what is.

Resistance is futile.

If you want to get out of this dark world you are now in, back to feeling safe, happy

and secure, and back to believing in yourself, you first need to make peace with where you

are, with how your life looks at this moment, and with everything that led to this situation.

Only by doing so will you have the necessary power and energy to change your present life

situation.

2.

When you are given more than you can handle, surrender

Surrender is a constant process of not resisting or clinging to the moment but instead,

continuously turning it over to God.

The attention is thus focused on the process of letting go and not on the content of the

what that is being surrendered. ~ David Hawkins

Even though at times it feels as though life is against us and that it doesnt like us

very much, the truth of the matter is that life loves us a great deal.

And because it loves us so much, it wants to hold our hand through the dark moments,

and it wants to take all our burdens away from us.

So when you are given more than you can handle, give your pains, your struggles, your fears

and all your worries to your Soul, your Self, to God and Life itself.

Surrender and let go.

3.

Trust yourself

You have within you all the power, all the strength, all the courage, all the confidence

and all the wisdom thats needed for you to deal with whatever life brings your way,

and the more you learn to trust yourself, the easier it becomes for you to access and

become one with all of these things.

Everything in the universe is within you.

Ask all from yourself. ~ Rumi

4.

Put the past away

The past is in the past and should be left there.

And you know why?

Because thats old energy.

Let go of what happened in the past, let go of any guilt, blame, and resentment you might

be holding on to and allow yourself to move forward in life without that heavy burden

on your shoulders.

Let it all.

5.

Forgive yourself

Forgive yourself for any past failures or mistakes you think you have made

and choose to fill your heart with light and love love for yourself, love for the people

around you, and love for life itself.

Dont let blame, anger, resentment or any other negative feelings you might be holding

on to make you think that its okay to poison your mind, your heart, and your life.

Let them all go.

6.

Stand guard at the gate of your mind

Your worst enemy cannot harm you as much as your own thoughts, unguarded.

But once mastered, no one can help you as much, not even your father or your mother.

~ Gautama Buddha, The Dhammapada: The Sayings of the Buddha

Be very careful with the thoughts you think and the words you speak.

Thoughts have power, creative power, and if you let your mind wander wherever it pleases,

it will continue to trick you into thinking that who you are is not enough good enough,

smart enough, beautiful enough, worthy enough, etc., and it will continue to damage the quality

of your life.

Dont believe everything you think.

Stand guard at the gate of your mind and discipline your mind to think only thoughts that are

positive, uplifting and empowering and ignore all those thoughts that are meant to harm

you.

7.

Put the comparisons aside

When you are content to be simply yourself and dont compare or compete, everybody

will respect you. ~ Lao Tzu

Never allow your mind to trick you into thinking that its okay to compare yourself and your

life with that of those around you.

You are a unique individual with a unique path to walk in life, and the work you are

meant to do in this world is yours and yours alone.

Nobody can take it away from you, and nobody can do it better than you yourself can.

So put the comparisons aside, and focus on what you gotta do.

Walk the path you are meant to walk, at the speed, you were meant to walk, and forget

about what others are doing.

Let your eyes look directly forward, and your gaze be straight before you.

Ponder the path of your feet; then all your ways will be sure.

Do not swerve to the right or to the left. ~ Proverbs 4:25-27

8.

Create your life from the present moment

When the moment is gone, leave it.

Dont collect the past and then you are never old.

You are born every second again and again and again.

It is a constant rebirth a riverlike flow of rebirth.

You are renewed, resurrected.

Die to the past every moment so it is no more a hangup and is not a burden on your head

and on your heart so that it does not hang like a rock around your neck.

Go on dying to the past so you become more and more available to the present. ~ Osho

In each moment you are born again, free from your so-called mistakes and failures, and

free from the heavy burden of your past.

So make sure you constantly create your life from a place of infinite choices and possibilities

the present moment, no longer from a place of fear, limitations and stagnant energy the

past.

In each moment you are born again, free from your so-called mistakes and failures, and

free from the heavy burden of your past.

So make sure you constantly create your life from a place of infinite choices and possibilities

(the present moment) and no longer from a place of fear, limitations and stagnant energy

(the past).

9.

Be a wise student

It has been a long trip, said Milo, climbing onto the couch where the princesses

sat; but we would have been here much sooner if I hadnt made so many mistakes.

Im afraid its all my fault. You must never feel bad about making mistakes,

explained Reason quietly, as long as you take the trouble to learn from them.

For you often learn more by being wrong for the right reasons than you do by being right

for the wrong reasons. ~ Norton Juster

Be a wise student.

Learn from every experience and every interaction life sends your way, no matter if good or

bad.

And allow lifes many challenges, difficulties, failures, and mistakes to make you better

and wiser.

10.

Appreciate it all

Give thanks for everything youve been through, for everything youre currently going through,

and for everything you are yet to go through.Dont let your heart get bitter.

Appreciate it all and know that its all happening for you.

Its all happening for your growth and evolution.

Its all meant to shape you, to polish you, and to bring to the surface the wonderful,

powerful and loving being you are underneath it all.

11.

Never stop moving

If you cant fly then run if you cant run then walk if you cant walk then crawl,

but whatever you do you have to keep moving forward. ~ Martin Luther King Jr.

There will be moments in life when you feel like giving up.

Moments when darkness will feel so dense and without and end, and even though a voice inside

your head will tell you to give up, you should never listen to it.

No matter what happens, never give up on yourself.

Never give up on your life.

Keep on moving, no matter how slow, because eventually, you will reach the light and when

you do, you will realize how much you grew and how much more powerful you have become.

12.

Let life guide you

Your life has a natural flow that its meant to follow and if you learn to relax into life,

no longer trying to control the course of your entire life, and no longer imposing all

kind of limits on yourself and on what life can offer you, you will soon discover that

life is abundant in nature and the more you let it guide you, the more it starts to shower

you with its gifts and riches.

So learn to relax.

Let go of all your expectations about how things should be and about how your whole

life should unfold, and allow life to surprise you.

Allow life to guide you in the direction you are meant to go and not in the direction you

think you should go, and by doing so, not only will you feel safer and more secure in

this world, but you will also open yourself up to wonderful new experiences that you never

even dreamed of having.

The Master does nothing, yet he leaves nothing undone.

The ordinary man is always doing things, yet much more are left to be done.

The kind man does something, yet something remains undone.

The just man does something and leaves many things to be done.

The moral man does something, and when no one responds he rolls up his sleeves and uses

force. ~ Lao Tzu

This is actually my second time here this year.

I came here earlier on in the year, did a bit of travelling.

Ha. As much as you can travel around Canada.

This place is stupidly big!

If you get in a car here and drive for nine hours,

get out, look at a map, you haven't fucking moved!

What's all that about?

You go, right? We were here, we've driven for NINE HOURS,

we must be somewhere over...

Aw, c'mon! We're still here?!

Are you sure the engine was running?

If you got in a car in Scotland where I'm from and

and drove for nine hours,

you'd be in the heart of the Czech Republic!

What Does The Thyroid Do? - How To Have A Healthy Thyroid - Duration: 9:56.

Have you ever wondered about your thyroid, if it's part of your metabolism,

how it affects your other hormones and glands? This is Dr. Jason West coming at

you with a hundred and two years of healing and we're going to talk about the

thyroid gland and the natural things that you can do to make your thyroid

healthier, you should check it out.

Dr. Jason West, let's talk about natural

thyroid alternatives and what's important about that. Well, let's

understand, what is the thyroid, what are the symptoms of a low thyroid problem or

a high thyroid problem, what does thyroid affect metabolism,

what is the relationship of thyroid to other glands. So what is your thyroid?

The thyroid gland or simply the thyroid is an endocrine related gland in the neck.

Now what endocrine means, it basically secretes chemical messengers so that

the thyroid can communicate with other parts of the body,

it's the gland in the neck, it consists of two lobes connected by a little

connection called the isthmus and it's found in the front of the neck,

just below the Adam's apple. The thyroid gland secretes thyroid hormones which

are primarily influence to the metabolism rate and protein synthesis, the hormones

also have many other effects including those on the development, we have the

thyroid hormones or T3 and we have thyroxine which is T4 are also created

from iodine and amino acid called tyrosine, the thyroid also produces the

hormone calcitonin which plays an important role in calcium balance and

metabolism. Now hormone output from the thyroid is regulated by the thyroid

stimulating hormone or TSH which is secreted from the anterior pituitary

gland which is itself regulated by the thyroid releasing hormone produced by

the hypothalamus. So let me summarize what that means. You basically have a

pituitary gland that tells the thyroid what to do that's regulated by the

office manager of the body called the hypothalamus and so I think it's

really misleading when doctors only test the thyroid stimulating gland and

doesn't test T4 and T3. If the thyroid stimulating hormone is high, it means the

pituitary is telling the thyroid to do something. Now if the thyroid hormones

are balanced, you can have an artificially elevated thyroid

stimulating hormone but the thyroid can be normal, so there's

a lot of misinformation and I think difficult tests to interpret blood tests

wise, you can have normal thyroid blood tests but have problems with your

thyroid gland. The thyroid gland may be affected by several different diseases,

if it's overactive, we call that hypothyroidism which it occurs when the

gland produces excessive amounts of thyroid hormones and the most common

cause being graves disease, an autoimmune disorder.

In contrast, hypothyroidism is a state of insufficient thyroid hormone production

and worldwide, this is one of the most common causes related to iodine

deficiency and probably the most common cause of fatigue and metabolism balance.

Now thyroid hormones are important for the development and hypothyroidism is

secondary to iodine deficiency remains the leading cause of preventing

intellectual disability. In iodine sufficient regions, the most common cause

of hypothyroidism is Hashimoto's thyroiditis also in autoimmune disease

and in addition the thyroid gland, may also have a developing several types of

nodules and cancers. Now the thyroid hormones, the primary function of the

thyroid is the production of the iodine containing thyroid hormones T3 and also

thyroid iodine and thyroxine T4 and peptide hormone calcitonin. Now when we

have T3, T4 and calcitonin, thyroid hormones increase the basal

metabolic rate and have effects on almost all body tissues, the appetite, the

absorption of substances, gap motility are all influenced by the thyroid.

Now they increase the absorption in the gut, they uptake the cells in the

breakdown of glucose, thyroid stimulates the breakdown of fats and increase the

number of free fatty acids. Despite increasing free fatty acids, thyroid

hormones decrease cholesterol levels perhaps by increasing the rate and

secretion of cholesterol in the bile. So if you're having GI problems and the

thyroids off, it's going to exacerbate that because bile is what helps to break down

fats in the diet. Thyroid has it a more enormous cardiovascular effect because

the hormones increase the rate and strength of the heart beat so this is

one of the reasons why you can have a fluttering heart if your thyroid hormone

gets too high. Now they increase the rate of breathing intake

and the consumption of oxygen and increase the activity of the energy

producing unit of the cell, the mitochondria. Now combining these factors

increase blood flow in the body's temperature so one of the best ways to

evaluate thyroid function is to do the broad abarnes temperature test which

means that you get up in the morning, you get a thermometer, you measure your

temperature and it should be somewhere between ninety seven point seven and

ninety eight point three degrees. There's actually handout that will send to you

on the temperature test that you can do at home, you don't have to go to the lab

to measure your thyroid levels and I think it's more accurate. Thyroid

hormones are important for normal development, they increase the growth

rate of young people and the cells of the developing brain, our major target

for the thyroid hormones T3 and T4. The thyroid hormones play in a particularly

crucial role in the brain maturation during fetal development, the thyroid

hormones also play a role in maintaining normal sexual function, sleep and thought

patterns and an increased levels are associated with increased speed of

thought generation but decreased focus, sexual function including libido and the

maintenance of normal menstrual cycles are influenced by thyroid hormones and

after secretion, only a very small proportion of the thyroid hormones

travel freely in the blood. Thyroid hormones act by crossing the cell

membrane and binding to intracellular nuclearthyroid hormone receptors which

bind with hormone response elements and the transcription factors to modulate

DNA. In an essence, how we make proteins. In addition, these actions on the DNA, the

thyroid hormones acted within the cell membrane or within the cell cytoplasm

via reactions with enzymes including calcium ATP, a dental cyclase and glucose

transporters. Now common prescriptions for thyroid include Westhroid, Armor

thyroid, level thyroxine, synthroid, and this video talks about what are some of

the natural things that we can do. So let's talk about ten signs of an

underactive thyroid. One, fatigue after sleeping for eight to ten hours a night

or needing to take a nap daily. Weight gain or the inability to lose weight.

Mood issues such as mood swings, anxiety, depression. Hormone imbalances such as

PMS, irregular cycles, infertility, and low

sex drive. Muscle pain, joint pain, carpal tunnel syndrome or tendonitis. Cold hands

and feet, feeling cold what others are not or having body temperature

consistently below 98 degrees. Dry cracking skin, brittle nails, excessive

hair loss, constipation. Mind issues such as brain fog, poor concentration or poor

memory. Neck swelling or snoring or a hoarse

voice, that's amazing all of these conditions are related to the thyroid

that's why they called the master hormone gland. Now on the flip side, other

symptoms of an overactive or hypothyroidism include increased

appetite, nervousness, restlessness, inability to concentrate, weakness,

irregular heartbeat, difficulty sleeping, fine brittle hair, itching, hair loss,

nausea and vomiting, breast development and men and some really neat dietary

considerations for thyroid. The healthier and alive your food is, the healthier and alive

you are. I really like wild caught fish, salmon are really good,

coconut oil, fermented foods, sprouted seeds and if you'll avoid inflammatory

foods such as wheat in breads and rolls and biscuits and really helps to calm

down the thyroid, either if it's too high or if it's too low. Now consist some

considerations for natural low thyroid remedies is balance, balance and balance.

Now this works for a high thyroid or a low thyroid is to get your body on a

schedule, go to bed at the same time, get up at the same time, eat as healthy as

possible and a treatment must be individualized. So there's some really

neat therapies called a protein morphogen therapy which is basically the

cellular constituents or the DNA imprint for healthy thyroid, there's awesome

some products from Natures NX called thyroid balance, there's iodine up,

there's a glandular thyroid kal thigh trophy, there's an adrenal glandular

because if you support the adrenal glands, it really helps with thyroid

balance. A natural herb product called La Masia, iodine about 150 to 300 micrograms

a day but be careful with supplements because iodine is one of those things,

a little is good, a lot is bad. Fish, eggs, raw dairy, selenium really helps with

this. Another thing that's great for thyroid function is l-tyrosine, typically

500 milligrams, twice a day. Fish oil, approximately two to four

thousand milligrams of an omega-3, b12 and vitamin b3 thiamine which helps with

neurologic function, also probiotics have a really nice effect on thyroid function.

So this is just a nice overview of thyroid, some natural treatment

considerations. You don't want your thyroid too high and having

hyperthyroidism, you don't want it too low having hypothyroidism. Again,

balance balance balance, you have to treat people individually but get your

body on a schedule, get the right amino acids in your body, you can temperature

regulate, it'll help you through metabolism. We'll see on the next video.

that you can do to make your thyroid healthier. If you perceive value, please

Solo Trip to Japan: Found my Spirit Animal in Akihabara? | Japaniku episode 5 (Ikutree) - Duration: 16:59.

Good morning everybody! I'm in Akihabara today.

And I just turned on my camera for the first time and it said memory card error

And I was like 'noooo'

I know I have a spare but if I can avoid things like that, it would be great.

So last night for the first night I actually fully slept. Either I was exhausted

or I finally got over my jetlag. I know I still look pretty tired

I'll probably have these until I get back to Belgium and get back to a normal rythm

Or have a few good nights at the Airbnb, I don't know

Sleeping in a room with a bunch of other people it's not as quiet as could be.

So why am I vlogging in this deserted area?

Well I just dropped off my backpack at my capsule hotel for tonight where I'm going to be staying because my hostel is full

So it's Akihabara Bay Hotel, a capsule hotel for women only

So it's all pink and pretty and it looks really fun

Luckily they took my bag before check in because it was really heavy

Good news and bad news. Well not really bad bad news but let's get it out of the way.

It's bad weather again, it started to rain so we'll probably have weather like yesterday

I can't believe that two days agao I was wearing a t-shirt and no coat and now

I'm with my jumper and coat and scarf

The passers by are all looking at me but duh I'm just vlogging in an alley

and the main road is right in front of me

And now I get to visit the city! I think I'm going to take it a little more chilled than yesterday

cuz yesterday I went -sorry I'm talking really fast but I want to get out of this alley

yesterday I went around so much and I was exhausted and I actually injured my ankle

really stupid story: I got an insect bite, probably a mosquito bite on my ankle

Right where the trousers end and where the boot starts

So the zipper part kept rubbing on it and it just became so red and inflamed and it was blistering

and it's gross so now I put a band aid on it and hopefully it will be ok

Ok I need to get out of this alley because I'm getting all the looks

Yeah I'm embarrassing myself

I don't know where I'm going to go. I pointed out a few areas that looked good on my map

So I'm just going to head to there and we'll see how it goes

This is more of a modern day Tokyo same as yesterday

I don't know how vlogging is going to go. Might be a lot of shops, less interesting things but yeah at least you get this update

to let you know what I'm doing this time. Yeah, I need to get out of this alley

Behind me I'm going to try something called Komaki Shokudo

and it's a vegan Japanese meal and I believe this is zen food

Let's see if they have room for me and have an early lunch because I didn't really have breakfast this morning

So let's go do that. Let me figure it out. It's at this place by the way, in this road

Took me a while to find this one too

Right now I'm in Mandarake

Where you can purchase second hand books and toys... you know.

Made it out.

One of my missions While I was in Japan was to get some of my favourite all time manga from when I was a teenager

in Japanese so the first volume or if they didn't have the first one then one random one

And I don't understand how books are alphabetized here at all. I tried to figure it out but no way

I don't know if it's by author, by title or by hiragana or is it by kanji, that I can't read so

I was looking in the same section for ages looking for Nana cuz I'd already found

One for my stepdad , one for my brother and one for myself

I'll show you everything I bought in another video, things I bought in Japan, I think it'll be easier

And I really wanted Nana so I was looking around and around and I bought my books

and left and then I though 'you know what, this is too dumb, I'm just gonna ask'

So with my worst Japanese -I realize now that what I said made absolutely no sense but she somehow understood me

and she was like 'oh there's a floor for shoujo manga so girl manga upstairs'

and i was like 'ugh my God it was right there' and I got it

I could buy like the whole series, like I don't know, 20 something book for only 25 bucks!

And I wish I could do that but it would make my suitcase way too heavy so I just got the one

So lets take a break here to update

I was in Akihabara for most of the day, walked around, saw what kind of area it was

A lot of anime, manga, collectibles, toys, figurines all that stuff

And then I tried to find a dessert cafe and never found it but

on the way I found that little temple thing -it wasn't a temple, it was a shrine. I keep mixing them up

A little shrine thing that I got to visit with a little more of a traditional feel right in the middle of Tokyo which was quite nice

Now I'm on my way to a garden I think which might not be the best idea seeing the weather but

I wanted to update you guys. Here is Tokyo Dome, there you go, Tokyo Dome behind me

I guess this is Tokyo Dome City

I'm just gonna see if I can find that garden and see if it's worth going there

And then I'm probably going to head back to my capsule hotel to check in

And I really need to pee so... yeah

So I'm here at Koishikawa Korakuen Garden

And it closes at 5. It's almost 4:30 so this was I believe one of the last entries

And I'm so happy I made it because it's quiet and just beautiful

Happy I made it. Worth the trip. I walked here. Definitely worth it

I'm now only realizing how huge this park is and that I probably won't have time to see everything before closing

Which is kind of a shame. It'll be something on my list when I come back

Hungry!

It's a little eerie when you think about it

Park closes in less than 30 minutes, it's about to get dark

I'm all alone here

Could get lost, hopefully not

Maybe I'll just follow this Ojiisan (grandpa) in front of me

It's a shame I can't show this to you properly. It's getting too dark.

And I can't really linger in too many places

At least you can hear the cicadas, the crickets and everything

Ah, here a little light. There we go.

As I was saying, it's getting dark and I don't want to linger on too long at different places

because I do want to be out of the park before they close. I expect they'll

They won't close if there are people in there but

I want to take my time and experience it. I wish I could show you more

but yeah I guess I came too late. Should've checked the time

Would have skipped going to Daiso!

God it's gorgeous!

Jesus, look at this!

The only thing though is that there's no one here. There's literally no one

There was just this Ojiisan who was in front of me

And now he's gone!

So maybe I'll get a move on now.

If I do get lost here and I have to spend the night here it will make for an interesting vlog

Especially since I need to pee since like I don't know, lunch time?

I'll have to pee in the wilderness!

Oh I thought there was a wild animal but we are right next to a

a (amusement) park which kind of ruins the ambiance if you ask me

Though I'm pretty sure you didn't

I can see the Ojiisan! Maybe he's waiting for me?

Making sure I'm still around. Ok where do I need to go now. Let me show you where I'm at

This is an old bridge, looks like. What does it say?

They have these little signs here

I guess by 'it' they mean where I just came from?

All these steps.

Let's be careful cuz I'm about to have to cross through there I think

There we go

Look! A turtle! Can you see him?

Ok let's not fall in please!

Ok, did not fall in

Now.. Ooh, look at that

See I'm at a crossroads again. Should I go this way or that way?

I'm going to go this way because this is the way Ojiisan went

And I keep calling him Ojiisan but he's not that old

Maybe he's my spirit animal you know? Like some people see deers?

And they follow them out of forests and things and my spirit animal is an Ojiisan.

Ok it's actually really dark down there

And maybe this is the entrance?

Could it be?

I believe that I am lost

Look at that! It's like a labyrinth

Oh here's the announcement again saying that I need to get out

Soon

This is getting ridiculous

I just saw Ojiisan again

Oh there we go: exit through that way

Restroom, exit... Shall we go to the exit then? I feel like I haven't seen everything!

But the park is closing... the garden, sorry

it's closing so...

Maybe I should go for the exit

Again: that way or that way?

That way

Where Ojiisan?

Oh, definitely this way

Woah

If you look way way over there

There we go, there he is

Here's my Ojiisan that I'm following down

I'm at the top of the World!

I am

I still need to get out of the park!

I saw the exit and I didn't take it and now I'm like aaah, I need to get out!

Let's get out. I keep saying that but now I lost Ojiisan

And the park closes in ten minutes!

I need to get out of here, aah!

I found the exit

I was a little stressed there for about two minutes and I was like 'mh which way?'

That was amazing. Recommend!

Forgot what it's called though

Koishikawa Korakuen Gardens. Recommend

Perfect way to end the day

TAX REFORM | Marsha Blackburn for Senate - Duration: 1:11.

Government never gets enough of the taxpayers' revenue.

The appetite, the insatiable appetite that government has for your money never ceases.

To achieve tax relief is vital.

And I think that keeping it to a focus of flatter rates for individual filers.

Fairness in business taxes.

And small businesses being able to use the rate that is there for corporations.

That lower rate.

20% rate.

That gives them more money to spend on that business to build their dream.

And then also simpler, it is ridiculous that 1000s of hours and billions of dollars are

spent by individuals and small businesses complying with the US tax code.

You get the burden of government off somebody's back and out of their pocketbook and what

do you do?

You free them up to dream those big dreams.

You free them up to innovate.
