touched, how will Baba talk, like when someone calls out,
so the sound travelled to our ears, so the sense organ was awakened,
that, this person has told me,
so there was a connection between both, the other person's sound, and my hearing,
his mouth & my ear, both together combined,
so what happened due to the connection, when we meet Baba, what do we attain?
We get happiness, bliss, so both the ears & mouth,
got connected and what was the result of this meeting,
so that information went inside me,
so the information reaching inside, that realisation, is happiness,
but, someone spoke, the mouth was in action, but, the sound came and went away,
it did not go inside, so the meeting did not take place,
so when connection does not take place, meeting doesn't happen, so the happiness, bliss, realisation does not happen
when you came, the door was open, so, you came inside,
even after coming inside, whomever you want to meet,
if you saw that person, your eyes, saw that person,
so you became happy from inside, but, when you came, the door was closed from inside,
so you enthusiasm, was reduced, and when you came inside, the person whom you wanted to mee, could not be seen,
your zeal became still low, then you had to wait,
so now, more zeal became low, then after waiting, that person,
came and whatever I had to talk with that person, I couldn't talk,
so the enthusiasm, became still low and that person, also did not talk with me with the zeal,
so my enthusiasm, now became more low, these are small things, but has a lot of depth in it,
so what was the luck which I received, the amount of time the other person gave,
and whatever I had lost, if I had remembered during the meeting,
so I lost the happiness of even meeting,
so what was my total experience,
had gone, but did not enjoy, met, but there was no special experience,
when others are getting it, why am I not feeling it?
Others are feeling bliss, why am I not feeling it?
This we need to ask the self?
So, Baba has given the reason for that.
That we do some mistakes, in following, the elevated directions or Shrimat,
so we children, get these punishments in a subtle way,
so Baba, asks us to be, faithful, trustworthy, obedient,
trustworthy means, whatever order you get, to follow that honestly
faithful means, to be obedient, to obey means not for a day,
means to be obdeient permenantly,
so that is to obey and be faithful,
and to be obedient means, what ever orders we get, to follow it, like your orders, I respect,
to respect the orders in such a way, that people's head should bow before us,
we should follow the Shrimat so much and imbibe the teachings so much,
that, the person opposite bow before me,
so we need to ask our heart, that, whatever, action we do in Baba's yagya,
or whatever task we perform, do we follow the Shrimat,
along with the Shrimat, whatever elevated direction, we have got from the Nimit,
did we keep the respect for that Nimit?
Did we keep the regard for Baba's Shrimat?
Did we give respct to Baba's Shrimat? how do we come to know that?
That we have given respect or not, if we have been trustworthy,
if we have honestly done the action,
and obediently, by bowing our head,
we have said,' yes your honor, yes,' then we have obeyed,
but, how we will know it through our actions?
I am giving you, a very small example, of our daily activities,
you have been given the Shrimat, that daily, you have to sweep & swab the hall,
means, Baba's classroom, you have to ready it,
you have been given the Shrimat once,
you have been taught, you have been informed,
now what is our task? Honestly and obediently to do this task.
by being obedient, we will do the task for 2 to 3 days,
then what happens? Laziness sets in, you become careless,
we feel bored and due to laziness we do the work slowly,
or some waste thought emerges,
that daily to get up and do this work, how early I have to get up,
so instead, why not do like this that for 8 days, I do and for the next 8 days the other person does it,
and the following 8 days a third person does it, so, I will also get some rest,

and our attitude of not doing any work,
in order to hide that, then what do we do?
we tell lies, what is the meaning of making excuses?
Telling lies, some or the other reason is given,
this or that happened so could not do it, or put the blame on others,

when you recollect the religious scriptures,
Karna had got the blessing, that at any time, any Mantra he reads,
any particular weapon he wanted to attain it for himself,
that weapon he used to attain it,
but, he also was cursed,
that, at the right moment, he will forget the mantra,
and practically, when the time came to kill Arjun,
Karna was not able to remember that Mantra,
and he was defeated. So, we also, when at the right moment, remember the points given to us by Baba,
if we remember Baba or someone came and helped us,
and reminded us, that, you have not done this work, you have been given this work to be completd,

that will become, fund of elevated experience, for you,

that, there was a time, when I could not do anything at all,
but, how Baba helped me,
so you will become powerful, to explain the experiences with Baba
and you experiences will have an influence.

about success! The truth about the journey to success, the path to success.
Because there's a lot of misconceptions that go around with this and you think
that maybe if you learn the right way to do things where you get some
progress or maybe even achieve your goal. which you should be working towards!
Things just smooth out, everything becomes easy and life is just a breeze.
This is Hollywood movie thinking that everything's going to become easy. I'm
like James Bond, everything falls into place, you're calm you're collected and
life just becomes a walk in the park. And this is untrue not only for me, not only
for you, but for everyone! I've coached thousands of people, from face to
face clients and now as an online trainer and I can't record anyone starting with me, you
know their starting point where they're maybe not happy with their body, they're
unhealthy, they're carrying too much body fat and where they want to be getting
leaner, getting fitter, getting stronger and that just being a breeze, a walk in
the park, just plain sailing! It doesn't happen and
this could be a small problem like a hiccup like maybe they broke their
phone and they couldn't track their macros for a few days or maybe it could
have been a bigger thing. Like one of their kids got sick for a week and they
have to go back a week... that's fine. Or maybe even on a big scale, maybe
they broke up with their partner, they're going through a bad time in their life. Maybe
they're suffering from some depression and they just want to stop coaching for
a bit and carry on at a later date. Everyone has issues in life!
This is natural, this is normal and to think that you are motivated now,
and too think it's going to be plain sailing. It's really, really naive. It's
real childlike thinking. It's not going to happen!
You need to learn to dance in the rain, you need to learn to know that obstacles
are going to come up, bumps are gonna happen on the road. It's going to get
gritty sometimes, and that is normal and when it happens instead of going "oh my
god, this is so bad, everything should go perfectly" You can be like okay this is
normal, this is natural & I'm gonna ride out this wave, ride out this storm. Get
back on the horse for falling off the wagon or just keep going on the
best you can! like I said I can't recall, I can't think of any clients that have a
smooth, smooth ride. They make progress, and might take two steps forward
and then one step back. Three steps forward, maybe one step back. I do this, you do
this, everyone does this! Why? Because it's part of life, it's the natural path to
success. It's never linear, it's never going to be easy
and there are going to be bumps on the road. And even when you get to where you
want to be. You've achieved that goal... Life
doesn't just smooth out and everything's easy. There'll be another goal, there'll be
another issue. I have this online business, I've been working on it for
two years now. I'm building it up, I'm learning about marketing, sales,
operations and all this stuff. To think that I will work hard and then
maybe in a year it all automates itself is not reality!!! It's not going to happen!!!
There'll be a new challenge, a new issue, a new thing with new staff, maybe a new
office, a new headquarters! They'll always be something to do. The same with your
body, even when you get leaner, you get stronger, you change your body, that's not
the end of it. It'll be a new goal to undertake, there'll be a new thing to
focus on. Maybe there's a time where you fall off tracking your macros because life
gets in the way, maybe you have a baby, maybe you travel, maybe work becomes
stressful, maybe you go through a breakup. who knows! But they'll be things that
come out of left field, they punch you out of your
rhythm, your flow! And you're gonna have to get back on the horse and you're
gonna have to keep going and this is the reality of the path to success. It's
never gonna be easy, it's gonna be gritty, it's gonna be a lot of ups and downs and
when it happens you have to be like "This is standard, this is how it is! This is how
life works" It's not easy for anyone because if it was easy everyone would be a
millionaire, everyone would have less than 10% body fat, and everyone would
have the best social skills in the world. But they don't!! why??? because things take
time, things take perseverance and things take
hard work! So if you're on the path to your goal, to your journey and you're
coming across gritty times, hard times, times that are challenging and testing.
This is normal, this is natural, accept it but keep working hard give yourself a
break, breathe and know it's part of the journey.

I am very impressed with this video's concept
it is a well-produced, well made video. As it is the case with most Kpop videos.
but most importantly, I liked that the story behind the song was not the typical romance tale that most Kpop groups stick to
oh my love, I love, and all that... In this case, the girl in the video literally loved this guy beyond death
not even death can defeat her love for him, death means nothing when you have necrophilic tendencies lol
well guys, Kard is a nice Kpop group, you should go check it out
