Today we're gonna share one story about:

Everybody loves NYC

A life lesson from a stranger.

When I was a newbie in NYC,

I felt confused about everything, at that time

my life was a mess, because I knew nothing about NYC

and that was the first time I left my family and had an independent life

Was I happy? No.

I felt helpless when I was alone

I went to school every day and

you know, life was busy at learning from school

and adjusting to the new environment.

Especially in such a big city in this world.

I was like a total outsider.

I usually slept only 4 hours at that time

so my eyes and my brain sometimes felt so

exhausted.

One day, I went to a Subway

and wanted to get a coffee to raise myself up.

Unluckily,

I was too tired to listen and talk

my ears seemed to be closed

and the sounds I made were very slow.

I couldn't even focus on reading the menu.

When the staff asked me: "What can I do for you?"

my ears just stopped working

so I asked this black guy more than three times

"E-excuse me ..." and also felt embarrassed.

So I said: "I-I'm really sorry, and I'm too stupid"

to hear what his question was.

This guy suddenly stopped his actions

and talked to me very seriously:

"Never use the 'stupid' word to talk about yourself"

I almost wanted to cry at that time

because, try to think about it, when we face our boss

professor, or anyone in our lives.

These authorities always point out something that's

wrong, to make you feel extremely sorry, and like

"I'm the stupidest person in this space"

Therefore,

I really felt happy and warm to meet this gentleman

who taught me a life lesson when I got lost.

This thing happened more than 6 or 7 years ago

but I still remind myself of it very often.

Yes, I still do some things wrong

but I have the courage

to correct my faults and stay brave to live every day

I share this story to remind people who may lack of confidence

and if you, the Subway gentleman in New York City, hear this

I stand here bravely and feel grateful to you forever

"Arie," said Alex, "your hair is fantastic!

You are the only kid in the whole school with red hair!

What is the secret?"

"Well," said Arie, "it really IS a secret and I am NOT supposed to tell anyone,

but I will tell you because you are my best friend.

"I was not born with red hair.

I turned it red by eating tomatoes.

Lots of tomatoes!

I eat ten big, red tomatoes for breakfast every day."

The next morning Alex ate ten big, red tomatoes for breakfast:

Then he ran to the bathroom to look at his hair in the mirror.

It was still black.

Alex ran to Arie's house and yelled,

"Look at my HAIR, Arie!

"It is still BLACK, Arie!

"What is going on, Arie?

"I forgot about the ketchup.

How could I forget about the ketchup?

You have to drink a large bottle of red ketchup after you eat the tomatoes."

"Right," said Alex.

"That makes a lot of sense.

I should have thought of that."

The next day for breakfast Alex ate ten big, red tomatoes:

Then Alex ran to a mirror and looked at his hair.

"What is going on, Arie?

"What is GOING ON?"

"Let me think," said Arie.

"OH! I forgot the most important thing!

After the tomatoes and ketchup, you have to drink a bottle of Very Red, Very Hot, Mexican Pepper Sauce.

It sets the colour."

"That makes a lot of sense," said Alex.

"I should have thought of that myself."

The next day Alex ate ten big, red tomatoes:

and was almost sick – GWACKH!

"AAAAHHHHHH! AAAAHHHHHH! AAAAHHHHHH!"

GREEN smoke came out of one ear, RED smoke came out of his other ear, and FIRE came out of his nose.

Alex ran into the kitchen and put his head under the faucet until the steam stopped coming out of his nose,

and then he said, "I think Arie is fooling me!

Well, I am going to fool Arie!"

Alex went to school and said,

"Hey, Arie! It worked! It worked! It worked!

My hair turned red!

But I didn't like my hair red, so I changed it back to black."

"WOW!" said Arie.

How did you do that?"

"Easy!" said Alex.

"I ate ten long pieces of black licorice."

On the way home, Arie bought ten long pieces of black licorice and ate them:

Then he ran to the bathroom and looked at his hair in the mirror.

It was still red.

He ran to Alex's house and yelled,

"Look at my HAIR, Alex!

"It is still RED, Alex!

"What is going on, Alex?

"I forgot about the coffee.

You have to grab a cup of your dad's black coffee and drink the whole thing."

"Right," said Arie.

"That makes a lot of sense.

I should have thought of that."

So Arie went home and ate then more long pieces of black licorice:

Fit You 2 Mighty Monday ep6 - Indian Clubs 101 - Duration: 3:39.

Check out ep1 for a good position.

Overdoing it here, but keep weight towards Your toes so clubs can swing.

Your ring finger is Your anchor. It is lively against the knob while keeping the club always secured.

Two grips to know. First, the Hammer grip.

Then, the Sabre grip.

Club swinging teaches dynamic control and relaxation. Catch and release. But first...

Front circles operate in front of the body. Arm is straight. Thumb goes upwards.

Begin slow, in control. Feel the movement. This is the Outer front circle (away from the center).

Art of the club is continuous movement. Let them swing, You just guide the club.

In all exercises keep Your shoulders checked. They are mobile but firm.

This is the Inner front circle (towards the center). Again, start slow and with control.

Do not let the clubs pull You, if Your core can not keep You straight, lean against the swing.

In this simple swing remember to keep clubs separate when they pass.

A general rule, let air in when clubs raise, breath out when directing move down.

You noticed that the Sabre grip is used throughout this swing.

Back circles are done behind the body. This time the arm bends at the elbow.

Outer back circle. Bring knob to ear level. Lift elbow high. The club drops down.

Here the Hammer grip is used, keeping the club in gentle control.

Transition is needed for example in the Mill. Elbow guides the movement. Turn it well to the side.

Practise the transition with a snap squeeze to stop. The club is "cast" from the back to transition again.

The Mill is a combination of a front circle and back circle.

So, Sabre.

Hammer.

Sabre.

Hammer.

An so on.

The transitions become fluid but You should be able to snap stop a grip transition at will.

Mills with both hands make a Heart shaped swing.

During Back circle the hands must be kept a little higher and to the side.

When learning a swing, it is ok to look at the club.

Figure eight transitions two side circles mid-swing. As a swing on it's own it is quite easy to do.

The aim is to make as full of a circle as possible so turning the body is required.

Here my right arm makes Outer side circle and left arm Inner side circle.

Again, turn the body for that perfect circle.

Aim for 15 easy repetitions. Joints and muscles can feel sore, but there should never be pain. These exercices are for light clubs, so start light and stay light. As with every skill-based activity getting there takes time. Progression is the key. From simple to complex, light to heavy, few to many, little to enough.

How To Enable File Extensions In Explorer On Windows 10 - Duration: 3:30.

Hey buddy, after two months of not uploading any videos, now is the time to upload a new

video.

The reason I was not uploading any videos for the past two months is because, I could

not get a computer that can record any videos.

Also this is the first video after the channel has reached 100 subscribers.

I would like to thank all of you who have subscribed to my channel and supported me.

This video is not for computer professionals or developers.

It is for people who are new to computers.

Today I will show you how to enable file extensions in Windows Explorer.

So, without wasting a minute.

Let's dive in.

First I will tell you how to enable file extensions in two different methods, and then I will

tell you why should enable it, so watch this video till the end.

To get started, open Windows Explorer.

You will launch Windows Explorer if you open any folder.

For this video I will open the folder named Examples on the desktop.

If you already have Windows Explorer opened, then no need to open a new window.

This setting can be enabled from anywhere in Windows Explorer.

If you don't know if Windows Explorer is already opened or not, then you can checkout your

task bar if the icon that looks like this is present or not.

Once you figured that out.

Only in Windows 8 and above, open the View option here.

Now you can see the file name extensions check box.

It will be located on right side of the View panel.

Simply check it and file extensions should be visible after that.

Now, let's check out the other method to do the same thing.

This method is same in whatever version of Windows you are using.

From Windows XP to Windows 10 Fall Creators this method is universal.

First open the File Menu at the top left corner.

Now click on Change Folder And Search Options.

Now a dialog similar to this should pop.

In this dialog, switch to view tab.

Once you are here, there are many other options.

Find a check box called Hide Extensions For Known File Types.

If the check box is already unchecked, but still you are not able to see file extensions,

then try the first method I showed you.

If you find that the check box is checked then simply untick it.

Once done, simply click on Apply Button to confirm the changes and click on the OK button

to close the dialog.

Now that you know how to enable file name extensions, let me tell you why you should

do that.

Here are two files that look exactly similar, one of the file is a virus while the other

file is a normal text file.

As you can see this is a normal text file opened in a Notepad.

But let me launch the second file that exactly looks the same.

This is not a text file.

This is an executable file that can do anything to your PC once launched.

And you launched it thinking that it is a text file which do no harm to your PC.

Other than this reason, there are several situations where you have to change the file

extension of a file and for changing a file extension you need to view it.
