Waching daily Nov 3 2017

what's going on guys it's Brian from BG media innovation and I got a great one

for you here today before we get started though go ahead and hit that subscribe

button that way you get notified when I release a new video and you can stay up

to date on the content because as you know being an online entrepreneur or

making any money online regardless of the niche or the method a big part of

that involves staying ahead of the competition so with that being said

let's just jump right in

hey guys I wanted to talk to you today about the sub 4 sub culture on YouTube

you know does it work whether or not you should do it you know and so on and so

forth now this is both something that I've learned from other people and

anecdotally as I've looked at my channel analytics over a time to see the impact

that it actually did you know we all try sub4sub at least the majority of people

I would assume it's something that you hear when you first search out you know

how to grow a YouTube channel some people tell you not to some people tell

you to you know and it makes sense to kind of grow your subscriber count with

from for whatever you know whatever way that you can basically so that you get

that social proof and you get those initial people in but you have to ask

yourself you know is it really worth it in the long run whether that long run is

you know a month or two months ten months and I actually have another video

that I I'm launching later in the week that I've already recorded because I

kind of want to get that idea out there and it's basically you know what is it's

a new youtuber hack that will help you out that will actually you can you can

kind of do to organically grow your channel a lot faster as opposed to doing

sub4sub because what I'm basically about to tell

you is that sub4sub does not work and and I'm gonna give you a reason why okay

so this is gonna be a brief one I just kind of want to talk to you about this

because this is something that I want you to avoid at all costs do not do

sub4sub if you don't know what sub4sub is it's pretty self-explanatory

obviously you know you subscribe to somebody else's channel and they

subscribe back now Amazon I want to say Amazon some on Amazon so much YouTube is

smart okay YouTube is basically owned by Google obviously we all know this

YouTube is smart all those channel hacks so to speak or tricks do not work and

they actually hurt your channel a lot more what sub4sub does is not only for

the obvious reasons that those people aren't legitimate viewers they're not

legitimate subbers and they're not gonna continue to watch your content and a lot

of them will unsubscribe that's obvious we all know that that's you know we

should all be able to basically understand that the real factor in this

and I'll get straight to it for you guys is you you're not thinking about what

actually goes into u2's YouTube's algorithm you know I want to grow my

youtube channel a lot where I think we're approaching

600 subscribers at the time of this video I hope to be you know in a couple

thousand within a month or two so I really think that that you know tagging

and everything plays a part into it but the key to YouTube's algorithm obviously

especially when you're first starting out is watch time its watch time in

session time those are the two most important things that you need to be

thinking about how do you keep you people more engaged and how do you keep

them watching your videos okay so watch time in session time are two to two of

the most important things that go into YouTube's algorithm now if you get a

bunch of people on your video but they go off say you know for example you send

your video out in a Facebook group you know that's a sub4sub Facebook group or

something which is something that I did myself what's gonna happen is they're

gonna come to your video they're gonna subscribe and then they're gonna leave

and their watch time is gonna be about you know five to ten seconds even if

it's like twenty seconds now what does that say to YouTube's algorithm that

basically says that everybody that comes to your video doesn't like it they're

not staying engaged they don't like your content your watch time then suffers

obviously and YouTube it basically sends the message to YouTube that you're not a

good channel that people don't engage with your content so that's something to

keep in mind okay that's the reason that you don't want to do sub4sub not because

you don't want you you know that the viewers or anything like that obviously

we all know that and that they're not real subs but it's more so that you

don't want them coming to your video watching about ten seconds of it and

then leaving that's bad for your channel that's bad for your videos okay that's

something to keep in mind instead you want to check out my other video that's

linked in the description on you know how you can kind of I hate the word hack

or tip or trick or anything like that but this will basically you know kind of

elevate your videos slightly in YouTube's algorithm as best as possible

when you're first starting out your channel and you know you can basically

use that to your advantage and use what you know about YouTube's algorithm to

your advantage to basically grow at the most optimal rate that you can okay so

that's something to keep in mind check that out other than that you're gonna

want to basically you know figure out what your you want to go into and I'm

not gonna go into it for a second because I want to I want to keep my um

my Adsense earnings kind of covert until I do my my my next

and add reveal because if you don't know about this channel one of my playlists

is actually my you to add revenue journey and so I want to document that

in time but basically what you're gonna do is you're gonna go to your creator

studio and you're gonna check out your analytics and you're gonna figure out

what time people are dropping off you're gonna check out your your average viewer

watch time and you're gonna figure out like maybe that's two minutes maybe

that's four minutes what you're gonna do then is you're gonna figure out what

time they drop off at so if it's a your average of you time is you know three

minutes what you're gonna do then is right before that you're gonna want to

put you know a plug into your video about subscribing and you're gonna want

one of those pop-ups and I'll actually make a video about that relatively soon

to kind of show you guys how to do that but that's something to keep in mind too

you want to keep people engaged if they're not you know potentially engaged

with this video you want them to be engaged with another one of your videos

and another tip just you know randomly that's something that I haven't

implemented yet but I plan on doing that is branding your thumbnails branding

your YouTube thumbnails kind of with a and I've caught it you can kind of see

here I kind of do like the let's go into my videos really fast I've been kinda

starting to see me do it because you kind of see like the half pictures with

like the the red and the black but this is a bad example don't listen to this

one I plan on kind of branding them a little bit better maybe it's like a bar

down the side maybe it's like kind of an image in the corner but you want to put

a stamp on your YouTube thumbnail so that when people are watching your video

let's click on this one for example and they see all these suggested videos on

the side or you know below if they're on mobile what you want them to you want

them to be able to distinguish and recognize the difference between other

people's videos and your videos so that they can stay engage with your content

because if you can keep them engaged from video to video on your content then

I don't know why this is up this is my two buddy that also be linked in the

description to you guys want to check that out that makes a huge difference if

you tagging but that that's really gonna help your session time if you if like

say somebody's watching this video and they're like you know all the way up to

seven minutes and then they they get distracted because we all know that

YouTube's a very distracting place and they say oh I want to I want to know how

you know Brian made a thousand dollars on Amazon

minutes and they click this one that also sends good signals to YouTube that

also helps YouTube's algorithm rank you higher because not just your watch time

on that video but your average their the person's average session time that they

stay engaged with your channel goes up as well so this is something execute

thumbs can't speak today those are some things to keep in mind for you guys I

just wanted to kind of bring that to you because I want you to understand that

you should not you should not do some for sub it's gonna hurt your channel us

you know in the short term but especially in the long term okay so if

you liked that video please like the video it really helps the channel grow

comment and subscribe and I will see you guys tomorrow

Eckhart Tolle 2017 Meditation - Realize That Nothing is Wrong with You - Duration: 29:43.

[Music]

so since yesterday morning and before you've been chopping wood and carrying

water on way or another being total with whatever you are doing it any moment or

rather in the one moment

expressed also in another sense saying that a master once answers when his

disciple said they talked to him of another master who could walk on water

said he can walk on water what can you do and he gave the famous reply when I'm

hungry I eat when I'm tired asleep

doesn't everybody do that

what he means is he does nothing else and that won't he has no stuff around

eating when he eats and no stuff around sleeping when he goes to bed

[Music] no resistance no demands this moment is

just as it is

there's no self that moves into the action whatever he's doing no

expectation

this moment is enough not expectation always implies you're hoping that some

future moment will be fully through this moment through doing something at this

moment but if you haven't found the fullness of this moment you can't find

the formless no matter what the next moment contains because the next mode is

this moment always when it counts so carrying the burden of self into what

you do rightly reduces your sense of aliveness greatly reduces your

intelligence intelligent not IQ intelligence through deeper intelligence

and makes life heavy because yourself the sense of me with its unfulfilled

expectations of this or that or its complaints about what's not happening

now or whatever it may be [Music]

that's the happiness that then flows into what you do because every self is

heavy there's then no lightness you

could even have stuff around sitting here this moment not totally wanting to

be here complaining about this and that carrying some memory from the past into

here

all very common thing would rather be some whales so you're not

smoting but truly fully here because their self

about herself which is mind stuff it's a conceptual self and it's in its very

nature that it cannot be fulfilled in the present moment it looks always to

the next node it's state is unfulfillment

and that's not personal and the strange thing is that sense of

being unfulfilled makes up a large part of what people conceive of as themselves

their personal sense of self in it all it is it's a mind pattern collective

human mind pattern and it's mistaken for me my dilemma

my sense of not enough

[Music]

and perhaps it was the Buddha 2,600 years ago who was the first human I

don't know realized the illusion of self who realized the truths of no self in

any form any thought any emotion any external form or internal form he

realized the truth of an utter there's no self in it and if you're looking for

self they still kept suffering so there's only suffering if you're looking

for self in thought or self in an emotion if thought is endowed with a

sense of self and every emotion is endowed with the sense of self is not

recognized as just a human emotion passing through thoughts passing through

or external situations where I'm looking for my self through something or other

through some external possession through Fame's or recognition whatever may be

through my father or my mother understanding me

so you cannot find yourself anywhere and all the Buddhists have the strange

expression no self as the essence

sometimes even called and it's frightening to the ego emptiness

[Music]

all it means is stillness is still mind or rather no mind emptiness and yet what

is there in the mind is still there's something there but you cannot define it

because it has no form something not even new thing any word you use is wrong

because every word derives from the world of things

remember to be here in touch with your inner energy field otherwise you become

restless and start thinking

when you become Restless you've lost touch with a deeper sense of being and

have moved into the heat and then unconscious body movements can sometimes

happen

emotions are also restless then but you're not usually conscious of it I can

sometimes tell when people are not fully here their legs or feet start shaking

their eyes go drifting they're looking for somewhere else someplace they've

moved into the hand in the meantime the legs go and it's quite normal many

people spend a lot of time sitting like that if an animal did it which would

have to take it to the vet because imagine your dog doing that and it's

really obvious there's something wrong with the dog but with humans it's normal

and when you notice it then something in another dimension is coming there's an

awareness suddenly that the leg is shaking or the restlessness and suddenly

you notice it you noticed certain involuntary movements or whatever it is

[Music] and that's very significant and noticing

because awareness is there presence is there it's only then you can see what's

going on inside you there's no presence you don't know what's going on inside

you because you're so identified with going on you are what is going on you

don't know what's going on you have to your acting it out you're an actor who

has forgotten that he or she is acting out the script it's totally in it and

it's all conditioned and then people's behavior becomes predictable you can

tell from people relative sense on that you've known for a long time that most

of people's behavior is predictable you can even predict what they're going

to answer when you say something what their reaction is going to be

predictable reaction but whatever you can observe in yourself means you're

conscious enough to observe something in yourself it's all that's needed you

don't really need to change anything as such because then you have another

dilemma in that dilemma is part of many people sense of self and that is there's

something wrong with me [Music]

and many people have that is something I need to repair whatever it is now you

could either say there are two statements we can make here and just two

different perspectives on it and they're both right in their own way there's

nothing wrong with you and there's something wrong with everybody

as long as there's no presence of course there's dysfunction

but the moment you notice that there's nothing wrong the wireless is all that's

needed presence is all that's needed for example when you become conscious of

your leg shaking soon after it'll stop shaking because it

were only shaking because you were unconscious of it it would be rare for a

human to consciously shake their legs and say ok I'll just carry on shaking

this leg they don't do it oh and then after a while it dies down because your

attention was there it's flown into them you see that and then it slows down it

goes

[Music] another one is to notice that you are

unfriendly towards the present moment and let's does that mean there's

something wrong with you no it's your something supremely right with you

because you you are conscious you're aware that your unfriendly with the

present moment that's all that's needed if there's something wrong with you

truly wrong you don't even know it

so those humans with whom there is something wrong they have no idea they

think there's absolutely nothing wrong [Music]

the most extreme manifestations of human unconsciousness those human beings have

go around with bombs or machine guns or throw whatever they throw they don't

think there's anything wrong with them nothing wrong with me everything wrong

with them there so when you notice something hostility towards the present

moment in whatever form it's nothing wrong

presence is there the very purpose of your life on earth is fulfilling itself

at that moment the arising of consciousness so what could possibly be

wrong and yet the egoic identity the egoic self insists in many cases is

something wrong with me and it can sometimes obscure the awareness when you

observe something in yourself such as

hostility towards what is the present moment at that moment the mind can come

in again and obscure the awareness that was there for a moment and formulate

some kind of judgement it is a new thought and that judgment for example

would say you see you're not good enough you can't do it you've been to the

retreat +50 workshops before that and you see you still can't do it

there's something wrong with you you see you and oh good

look they're all present you're the only one who can't do it

you might as well give up so when you observe something in yourself the mind

may then come in obscure the presence that was there for a moment and make a

thought out of it it has to do something with yourself to add something to your

sense of self and so the heaviness of self can increase even there because

when you become aware you become aware of so many ways in which you create

heaviness in your life in which you resist the present moment in which you

add stuff to the chopping of the wood and the carrying of the water

adda mental commentary while you carry the water this is all how much longer

she feels much heavier than yesterday why do I have to do the writeable they

carry the water things should be all kinds of mind stuff am i getting weaker

all kinds of whatever it is I shouldn't be carrying what I've been doing for 10

years other it's other people's turn now nobody acknowledges me that I'm carrying

this water they don't even thank me hard work carrying that water is hard work

but 80 percent of the energy that he's expanded on carrying the waters actually

mine stuff the heaviness that the mind produces otherwise they would just be

that might be a heavy bucket which is not really just easy

so it's wonderful to realize there's nothing wrong with you and the more

things you discover in yourself that had been unconscious the more you're

fulfilling your destiny on the planet which is you become a manifestation of

consciousness arising you go beyond the merely personal the delusion of our form

identification

a heavy thing for many people is the pain body which is the reason why many

people think there's something very wrong with them because periodically

they suffer an influx of heavy emotion painful emotion negative emotion fear

deep sadness a very dark mood anger

all kinds of forms of upset

and even those in whom consciousness is already arise presence is already

arising they still find themselves in many cases at the mercy of the periodic

arising of their pain body which is past pain remnants of past mainly just still

alive

and have accumulated inside you as a little entity

personal Plus collective part of it is the collective pain body it could be the

collective pain body of your family it's part of your personal pain body or the

collective pain body of the part of the world you live in some are heavier than

others and certainly it will be also partly the suffering of humanity the

collective pain but if humanity and everybody as his or her share of that

and that is a little energy form in you and that's obviously that's what it is

because everything every form is an energy form every thought is an energy

form the table is an energy form just look solid it isn't it was an amazing

realization from physics it's 99% empty space but it looks solid

same as the body 99.999% empty space so

the pain body is energy and energy form one could say he almost like a little

entity made up of emotion and emotional entity

[Music] I saw in a film recently a character

that got closest to what the human pain body looks like and it's in the film lot

of the rings' little being a can't remember the name Gollum

[Music] it's very well done sometimes when you

look into his eyes you see there's a being hiding in there there's even there

there's a sweet and being hiding in there somewhere and just the same the

pain body is energy life energy trapped that's all

[Music]

created by the eagle by thousands of years of living through an illusory

sense of self and creating a reality on the basis of that illusion living in a

world of enemies because that's the egos world creating enemies wherever you go

not being able to live without them [Music]

making the whole world appear hostile towards you having to fear everything

little thing of course that creates a lot of pain and even though presents may

be arising in you and in all of you it is you may still find yourself being

taken over by that thing when it wakes up from its dormant stage might be

dormant for a week or two or three or four and then at some point it wants to

experience more pain it wakes up and then it tries to find out what's going

on in your life right now it looks for an opening where it can go in to your

mind

and so that could be a slight upset with something while you're driving traffic a

driver cuts across and there's a slide and at that moment the main body uses

that as an opening in flows into that little upset and then before you know it

a little upset is developed into a stream of negative thinking about the

world in general and yourself and other people into stupidity of them all and

before you know it the little thing has grown into a huge field of heavy

negative energy how that's the pain body it was waiting avoid and of course pain

bodies help each other so the driver who cut across you was probably possessed by

his papers I'm going to show him the phenomenon that's called road rage where

two drivers stop their cars and start attacking each other physically means

when two active main bodies happen to meet on the road that can happen not

only two active pain bodies but two active pain bodies in to humans in whom

not the slightest trace of presence as yet a reason they are totally identified

with that and they can't help it they've driven tight

so the main body becomes part of the self it amplifies the already heavy and

dysfunctional self even without the influx of the heavy past emotion that is

in the pain body so even at the best of times there's a heaviness does that

sense of self of me but that becomes amplified through the old emotion of the

pain but it uses the structures the mind structures of the ego itself and flows

into them and then they become it's like putting higher voltage into the

heaviness of the ego and the dysfunction of each use plug it into and so the

other have all the egoic structures plus an enormous amount of emotion raw

needing desperately to experience some more drama or pain wanting more pain

one way of looking at that is that is in human beings the addiction to emotional

pain that's the pain body and if you ever discover that in yourself that at

that moment you loving it indulging in negative thinking for

example which is one way in which the pain body renews itself feeding on you

thinking you thought every thought feeds it and the emotion fuels the negative

thinking the thinking feeds the emotion the emotion fyords the thinking the

thinking feeds the emotion vicious circle can come on and it's great then

at that moment you don't want to get out of your pain so if the pain body may be

feeding on Ruth your thinking may be feeding on other people's reactions and

at that moment you don't want anything else you want that because you are the

pain body at that moment there's an addiction to emotional pain so if you

get drawn into stream of negative thinking about life about other people

about yourself about whatever it may be or one person which could be yourself

or your partner or your father or some politician not mentioning any names

[Laughter]

and whenever the image of that person comes into your head there's an enormous

influx of pain

but again we could easily misinterpret the pain body as being personal and as

unconsciousness being a personal shortcoming of someone but all that if

it's a politician or your partner or whatever but all that is there is the

expression of human unconsciousness and the pain body wonderfully expressed in

the words of Jesus forgive name or they know not what they do

or in the modern translation that hasn't been published yet they are completely

unconscious

and when that is the case they create suffering and when you react as if there

were a person there who knows what he is doing you also become unconscious the

reaction can make you unconscious the reaction can take you over and then your

own pain body suddenly is there and the pain body contributes to the fact that

many people believe there's something wrong with them

and there isn't it's the human pain body

Top 10 Secret Superhero Powers You Didn't Know About - Duration: 10:23.

Hey guys!

Welcome back to top 10 nerd.

It's collab week, and we've got a very special guest joining us today-

Alright, I think it's time we get into this list.

the Top 10 secret superhero powers

you didn't know about.

10 The Hulk - Resistance to Telepaths Let's start this list off with the Hulk!

Hulk smash!

The hulk is known for being resistant to many things.

He's one of a small handful of superheroes who could actually survive a nuclear attack.

But aside from deadly radiation, what else can Bruce Banner's more brutal half endure?

Telepaths.

The Hulk is resistant to psychic probing from even the likes of Charles Xavier.

He's literal impenetrable on all fronts.

Not too shabby, you big green monster.

No mind control for you!

9 Iron Man - Suit Storage Another one on this list that many of you

may already be aware of - Tony Stark is capable of storing his Iron Man suit in his body.

For those of you who didn't know and are now trying to figure out the logistics of

how something like that is possible, here's how that works.

Tony has had many different variations of his suit over the years, and this ability

didn't kick in until he had developed his Extremis Armour.

Controlled by his thoughts, the suit is directly implanted in his body and stored in the hollow

portions of his bone, and is connected to his central nervous system.

It gets a bit more scientific than that, to be fair, and it's an ability that carried

over into later suits as well.

8 Wolverine - Lie Detection While it makes perfect sense that Wolverine

would have advanced superhuman abilities, like heightened smell and hearing, it may

be a surprise to a lot of you that he's capable of using those senses to detect when

someone is lying.

It's a little like Benedict Cumberbatch in Sherlock - he's able to notice the subtle

differences, like a change in heart beat.

The smell of sweat on a person's skin.

Or any other physical signs of panic.

7 Superman - Super math Getting into some Pre-Crisis fun times here,

it's no secret that the man of steel had a lot of strange powers that formed during

the silver age.

Super ventriloquism, super weaving, and of course, super mathematics.

Just tossing the word super in front of verbs eh?

Anyway, super math was essentially just him being real good with numbers.

He once counted how many beans were in a jar without using his x-ray vision.

Aside from pulling random numbers out of his butt, it's actually nothing that regular

mathematicians couldn't calculate off handedly.

6 Wonder Woman - can talk to animals Wonder Woman is a hero of many abilities.

But some of those powers in the past have been a tad superficial, to put it nicely.

From time to time, Diana has pulled an Aquaman and communicated with animals.

This even translated into the original Wonder Woman television show.

USE LINK EDITORS.

And, in the comics, it most memorably appears when Wonder Woman has a chat with some dinosaurs,

asking them kindly not to eat anyone.

5 The Flash - Speed Read

The Speed Force is a mighty entity, and it gives the members of the scarlet speedster

family the opportunity to pull off some pretty cool tricks.

In the Flash Volume 3 issue number 2, Barry Allen puts one of those cool abilities to

the test by re-constructing a building after speeding over to the library and speed reading

a ton of books on architecture.

Speed reading is something Bart Allen has shown us he's capable of too - and he actually

retains what he reads, while Barry Allen just keeps it in his short term memory.

4 Green Lantern - Soul Storage Getting into some dark territory here, let's

talk a little about the Green Lantern.

While this isn't something we've seen Hal Jordan or Kyle Rayner pull off, another

member of the Green Lantern corp has whipped this trick out.

When the world of Bolovax Vik was destroyed, the Green Lantern assigned to that sector,

Kilowog, stored all 16 billion of the souls who were almost lost during the destruction.

Talk about an immense use of will power!

3 Venom - Can Possess inanimate objects - agent venom

The Venom Symbiote has done some pretty neat stuff since it's first appearance in the

amazing spiderman 252 from 1984 when it tried to bond with spiderman as his black suit when

his was destroyed.

Venom has gone from villain to anti-hero, and during his time as Agent Venom aka Flash

Thompson, there's a moment when he's eluded by some criminals.

Who get away in a car.

So naturally he's like YEP I'M GONNA BOND WITH A CAR AND FUCK THESE GUYS UP.

Check it out in 2013's Venom #36.

2 Aquaman - Super Eyes Poor Aquaman.

He gets so much flack for just being him.

So what he can communicate with aquatic life?

Or that he chooses to wear bright orange scales as his costume?

He's still an incredibly impressive superhero, despite all the unnecessary bullying by fans.

Why's that?

Well, aside from his unreliable strength, speed and healing abilities, Aquaman has a

few tricks up his sleeves.

Or scales?

He's got tricks!

Like impeccable vision.

Humans are capable of visibility approximately 165-230 feet under water.

Being part atlantean, Aquaman has visibility up to about 36,000 feet.

And he's also capable of night vision.

1 Superman - He Can

Create Miniature Supermen Getting back to that whole terrible Superman

silver age powers tidbit that we mentioned before, in at this number we have an example

of one of Clark Kent's silly powers that likely won't be returning to panels or the

big screen anytime soon.

Back in 1958 in Superman number 125, the man of steel discovers what he calls a midget

space ship, and immediately deducts that it's owner must be from a tiny race of aliens.

The ship blows up, and gives Superman the ability to shoot tiny rays from his finger

tips.

Which he then realizes are actually tiny replicas of….himself.

Talk about narcissism in it's most direct form.

And for whatever reason, aside from his invulnerability, he's incapable of all his other powers,

and has to send out his miniature self to do all the crap he'd normally be able to

do but can't.

Everyone then goes around saying how cute it is and he gets all defensive and insecure

about it.

Long story short, he loses the power when the tiny manifestation sacrifices himself

to save Superman by jumping on top of a kryponite meteor.

Which kind of comes out of nowhere.

And then he gets all his powers back and everything fine except his mini alien self is most likely

dead.

But deus ex machina, right?

Awesome!

There we have it guys!

What was your favourite secret superhero power?

Which ones surprised you?

Find your U-verse WiFi Network Name and Wireless Network Password | AT&T Account Management - Duration: 3:11.

This video walks through

how to find and change your Wi-Fi name and password

for your NVG589 Wi-Fi gateway.

The model number is listed on the front of your gateway

toward the bottom.

When you are connecting a wireless device

to your home's Wi-Fi network,

you will need to know a couple of things.

Your Wi-Fi network name,

also known as your SSID, Network ID, or Network Name,

and your Wi-Fi password,

also known as your Wireless Network Key,

Network Key, or Key.

The default Wi-Fi information is easy to find.

Just look on the side of your Wi-Fi gateway.

The Wi-Fi network name is listed as the SSID,

and the Wi-Fi password is listed as the Wireless Network Key.

If the default Wi-Fi network name

or Wi-Fi password has been changed,

you can still find this info using a device

that's already connected to your home network.

You can even use your smartphone or tablet,

but it's probably easier on a laptop or desktop computer.

On your connected device, open a Web browser,

and in the address bar, enter http://192.168.1.254

and select "Enter".

In the Wireless section,

you will see your current Wi-Fi network name or Network ID.

Also in this section is your current Wi-Fi password.

This is labeled as the Network Key.

To make changes to your Wi-Fi network name

or Wi-Fi password,

select the Home Network tab, and select the Wireless tab.

Since you are making changes,

for security purposes, you will need your Device Access Code.

This can be found on the side of your Wi-Fi gateway.

Just enter this device access code

into the Device Access Code field, and select "Continue".

Now you are on the page

where you can make changes to your Wi-Fi gateway settings.

In the Network Name field

you will see your current Wi-Fi Network Name

and can type over it to change it.

Then, in the Security field,

we recommend using WPA-PSK for your Security setting.

If you see something different here,

select the dropdown box, and select "WPA-PSK".

Also on this page,

a little lower, is your Wi-Fi password.

This is labeled as the Key.

You can change your Wi-Fi password here.

Once your changes are made, just select "Save".

After you have successfully changed

your Wi-Fi network name or Wi-Fi password,

you will need to reconnect all your Wi-Fi devices

using the new Wi-Fi information.

This includes the device you use to change the Wi-Fi network name

or Wi-Fi password.

If you need additional help

with your Wi-Fi gateway or Internet service,

go to att.com/support

for helpful Internet support articles, videos, and more.

If you want to diagnose and fix Internet problems,

go to att.com/ufix

and sign in for personalized support

using your connected computer, smartphone, or tablet.

Thanks for choosing AT&T.

You have vote too - Vlog #32 [CC] - Duration: 7:13.

Hello, good morning, welcome.

The turn of October and November brought us 2nd seasn od Stranger Things,

Halloween, Day of the Dead

and changeable weather.

Rain, sun, snow, sun, rain over and over again.

Therefore, I have to do one important thing.

Replace summer tires with winters tires because

rear wheel drive,

summer tires

and potential snowfall, it's not good combination.

Ok, so.

3, 2, 1.

The wheels are replaced. I will make myself a warm tea and I will be ready for the rest of the day.

But the weather is hideous.

Cold. It started to blow hard. And now it's raining.

Massacre.

Today may not be the most interesting day,

but maybe you will stay with me to the end.

Yesterday was the Day of the Dead and in that form it doesn't get to me.

I know, it's Polish tradition, culture, but just not.

But despite this we have plans to visit few cemeteries today.

Okay. End of the cemetery, now time for a small digression.

In the era before my YouTube channel, I would probably be in the driver's seat.

No matter what car and where I was going. And now?

Now I prefer to be a passenger, because I can freely shoot what I want.

The exception is my car. My car is driving only by me.

I came home. I ate dinner fast and will be able to continue the day.

Usually, magicians are pulling rabbits out of their hats.

I will pull out of the bag ...

Not a rabbit, are you crazy?

I will pull out the hat of the bag.

And now, when I have a hat on my head

we can move to the studio.

Ok.

I don't know what the hat has to do with moving to the studio. Doesn't matter.

In the meantime, I came here, checked the two projects, I prepared a classes for Saturday.

And I would like to talk about one more thing.

MotoLog, potentially new format on the channel.

If you haven't seen a movie with Mini, then here is a card with a link.

I don't know yet how to do it, but it will be.

But back to the main thread. I wanted you to say whether it makes sense.

Simiński driving a car and evaluating it

not in terms of everyday functionality, more in Top Gear style,

it's driving well, can burn a lot of fuel, not important that it isn't functional so far it givea a lot of fun.

If it makes sense, say it in the comments.

If not, say it in the comments too.

You know, I see these numbers here. There is a small group here. Those who subscribe, those who watch.

I give you the floor.

Of course the series started with a strong accent

and certainly it won't be continued like that, certainly not from the beginning.

It's tough to give you something better than the new Mini straight from the showroom.

Let's not fool ourselves. Subsequent films would be more mundane.

But at the same time they could be better realized

because I had a Mini for very short time.

Well, I had to know this car, come up with what to say about it, then record it.

Besides, it was my first time with this format and it is known that a person learns from his own experiences.

So there is room for improvement and I think it might be something cool, but ...

Say me.

Does it make sense? Do or not do it?

In the studio it's not visible, but the day is approaching to the end.

So remember that I count on some constructive decisions in the comments.

I hope I get something. 1 comment, maybe 2...

Meanwhile, I'm going to the end. I want to wish you a nice day.

See you.

Look at this timelapse at the end, because I think it looks pretty cool.

And one more thing. I'm curious how color grading comes out.

Correcting the colors in the film, because I changed the settings on the Nikon to quite flat.

We'll see how it looks now.

Run with that.

Without color grading.

After color gradnig.

Okay, now that's all. Really. I am not joking.

Hey!

The Nursing Endowment Video - Duration: 2:58.

Perfectly located in the foothills of the Appalachian Mountains the University

of North Georgia takes pride in the high achievement and rigor associated with

the nursing department. Since 1974 UNG has graduated thousands of licensed

professional nurses and advanced practice nurses.

Teresa Conner-Kerr, Dean of College of Health Sciences and Professions.

The future of the nursing department here at the University of North Georgia is quite

bright. More than 40 years old, we've been producing nurses to serve this region.

With this strong and successful history the University of North Georgia is now

prepared to continue the tradition of educating many of the highest-rated

nurses, who not only practice in their community but also globally.

We have already placed a second cohort of nurses on the Gainesville campus and we look

for an expansion to come in and certainly we soon hope to offer the DNP

or the Doctor of Nursing Practice.

Dr. Toni Barnett, Past Chair and Professor of Nursing: What donors can do is to help us develop that

for our graduates and then to draw graduates from other schools because as we're

moving to that level where we're larger and competing with

these research institutions we want to draw in those strong students.

Through interprofessional collaboration, students and faculty alike have the opportunity

to draw upon some of the most creative, qualified and professional faculty at UNG.

Dr. Linda Roberts-Betsch, Past Provost at UNG and Past Chair of Nursing: We need students. We need graduates.

The community needs graduates but one of

the reasons you can't admit all those students is lack of funding for faculty positions.

With the Barnett/Roberts-Betsch Professorship, we will be transforming

the already stellar work being done in the nursing department.

I'm so honored to be part of the first Department of Nursing endowed professorship with

myself and Dr. Linda Roberts-Betsch.

With your help we will recruit and retain the

best and brightest to teach the next generation of nurses at UNG.

The importance of a distinguished professorship, an endowed professor,

can't be underestimated. These professors really help you with the reach in your

department. They bring expertise that often times aren't in the department and

because of their national prominence they allow us access to grants,

partnerships, opportunities that we wouldn't have otherwise.

I just want to thank the donors because without you we cannot do the things that you would want

us to do and I know you don't want us to be limited by our lack of funding if we are.

Consider supporting the nursing professorship today. Your contributions

are the bond of this esteemed University and we thank you in advance for your consideration.

This is a high-quality program and it means so much to the

university to have private dollars to assist in developing faculty positions.

Thank you for what you have done for this department and will continue to do.

Thank you. Thank you. What you're doing for us by allowing us to bring it in an

endowed professor is so seminal to our mission and we just can't thank you enough.

Medical Debt Resolutions with Kathy Ferguson - Duration: 11:34.

Hello and welcome to wisdom included I'm Shelley Carney

this is a collaborative gathering place especially for women to share personal

stories support and advice wisdom included it's Friday with friends and

I'm happy to introduce you to my friends mentors and fellow entrepreneurs so they

can share their stories with us today I'm pleased to introduce CEO of medical

debt resolutions Kathy Ferguson.

Kathy, hi. tell us your story

well I grew up in Albuquerque I have a brother my parents are deceased lived

here since I was a child and I have a dear friend that we have been friends

since we were 8 years old and to this day we're still friends

mm-hmm over 50 years. How did you get into your business? well my business I've

got over 25 years experience as medical biller auditor collections and I've been

in this field forever and I used to work my 40 hours a week and volunteering

helping people resolve their medical bills and at one point I resolved a

balance on a patient $40,000 and I got it completely written off and I thought

wow I must be on to something here there's such a need I hear this a lot

from people and I resolve consumers medical debt I do a complete audit of

their medical bills and there's always mistakes there's a lot of mistakes has

there been anything in your life where you've had medical bills or somebody in

your family that that you had to resolve anything like yes

yes when I very first started my family's in California and a family

members my cousin's husband's sister was diagnosed with Huntington disease and I

never even heard that word before I didn't even know what it was and he had

said you know she's got great insurance and I keep getting all these bills hmm

and the insurance company is denying them and I'm like do they give a reason

and he said they can't they just say pay it mm-hmm and the bills are piling up

and I said well let me look and honey Huntington disease is deterioration of

the brain and she was seeing a neurologist that the medical bills were

all being tonight and the biller in the neurologists office was billing for

mental illness and this is a disease of the brain mm-hmm

so it took me many hours and I found the correct code and I said correct your

coding and resubmit the bills and they were all paid so nice like a clerical

error mm-hmm yeah it's all human error pretty much it's human error I've seen a

lot I have seen a lot I finished a client whose wife had passed away of

cancer and after she passes he gets a bill for $43,000 and he's like I buried

my wife now I've got to lose my home and I'm like no no it won't happen and the

insurance company gave me a hard time and I went to the healthcare provider

and I said I need an audit the day she was diagnosed till the day she was paid

and then he calls and says I got a bill for $600 what did you do

and it was coding there that's clear again is that something that as a

consumer or a person with a medical bill that we ourselves can take care of or do

we need to seek out that help from somebody like you I am the expert mm-hmm

this is my background you it's a lot it's very time-consuming I know the

terminology the transition the process but I do educate mm-hmm i educate come

the consumers on no surprise medical bills you know I

tell them when you go to your office visits asks for a copy of the itemized

bill before you leave that way when you get the explanation of benefits from

your health insurance company match the two mm-hmm

how off are they hmm what's on that bill what are you being charged for does

everything look good to you and if you're referred to another health

care provider lab x-ray whatever the case may be right then and there in that

office call your health insurance company and ask is this in-network or

out-of-network and what is my cost you know prevent the mistakes right B do

your own education and I you know have clients do their homework so so there's

somebody like me learn this before a disaster strikes well that's why I'm

here it's it's a time-consuming it's frustrating it's a lot of hard work

and there's so many different situations it's not a black-and-white at all there

are just so many different situations I've cleared a medical debt or people

have been able to buy their first home their credit report was cleaned because

of the mistakes and it's the mistakes that are made from the provider and I

audit the health insurance companies because they're the ones that pay the

bills as a small business owner what can you give as advice to other people who

are looking at taking something like a job that you had and turning it into

your own business what what was the the process of that

well I'm very passionate and caring about people and I use here health care

issues always and there's a lot of people that think about oh I'd like to

start a small business but Albuquerque has so much to offer and is so helpful

there's so many organizations around the city and the state around the state

that help these people give you valuable information will help a lot in a lot of

different aspects is that something that you did did you look for training to

become a business owner I took some classes at WESST Enterprise Center that

was my big thing and WESST is great and I have a few well a couple years ago I won

small business award City of Albuquerque small business award terrific and it's

it's great and it's not all bells and whistles do you know being a business

owner it's a lot of hard work it is and there's a lot to it but it's so well

worth it especially when you have something to give to someone what do you

find is that most difficult part for you of running a business well I'm not so

well with social media and impatient with learning it and so the girls has

been kind of slow with medical debt resolutions

but there's a lot out there I can just need to get the help

yes well yeah this should help a little bit today again yeah people know that

your business exists and that there is help for them when they're suffering

from medical debt yes it's a huge financial burden and there's over 65

percent bankruptcies or medical debt and that's across the country and I do this

across the country and I would like to work with companies that have the

employee benefit programs to be part of that and that would save the employees

you know not paying bills that they shouldn't even be paying for people say

oh I got a bill I guess I got to pay it right and with the medical that's just

not always true mm-hmm there's a lot of errors the health insurance companies in

town I go directly to them and I work well with all of them and they just need

to be aware of some things that they didn't catch before and it is human

error where you know we make mistakes so are there any life lessons

that you've learned in working in this industry that that you can share with us

I work with a lot of different people I do volunteer work there's lots of

networking groups out here that you can learn from learn a lot of things from

there's so much out there just be involved in the community I volunteer

with beds for kids and Founder as Steve Stucker and big big it has turned into

a big organization we put people in beds for free mm-hmm

and this is going on over a little over two years and he's put three thousand

people in beds sleep on the floor well yeah so I I give the sheets blankets and

pillows for that so it's just all networking communicating get out there

get out there and share your story there's always people that will ask

questions and help them you know I always won't answer questions okay

well what are you currently working on anything coming up for you project wise

well I have some financial organizations that are interested in medical debt

resolutions and I am hoping to be on board with them nationally across the

country great and because this medical debt is a big serious issue it is yeah

it's just about everyone's pocketbook and it needs to be fixed that's right

that's right and so how can people learn more about you medical debt realistic

resolutions and find you on so I have a video on YouTube and I have on Facebook

medical debt my email address is fix my medical debt calm okay and that will be

in the description box below so if they want to contact you

Kathy then then they'll find that there yes at the moment i don't have a website

i had it shut down and having a new one put together so there's not a website at

this time but please contact me because i can help okay well thank you so much

for speaking with us too from the invite there are people who are

just struggling under that debt yes yes thank you okay

and for wisdom included I'm Shelley Carney leave a comment below if you had

a medical billing issue or if you built a business to help people resolve their

debt and tell me your story if this is your first time here please take a

moment to subscribe I'll continue to post new videos several times each week
