Courtney Anne Mitchell, Corey Feldman's Wife: 5 Fast Facts You Need to Know

Actor Corey Feldman has admitted that he married his Canadian girlfriend in the aftermath of Trump's election win because he was nervous about her immigration status.

Feldman, 46, and Courtney Anne Mitchell, 28, were wed in November 2016 after a quickie two week engagement. Their nuptials took place at Elton John's Fizz champagne lounge in Caesar's Palace.

The marriage is Feldman's third, in 1989 he married General Hospital star Vanessa Marcil. That lasted until 1993.

While in October 2002, Feldman married Susie Sprague during an episode of The Surreal Life. Though the couple split in 2009, their divorce wasn't made final until 2014 due to a long dispute over their 12-year-old son, Zen.

Here's what you need to know about the third Mrs.

Mitchell Is the DJ & Keyboard Player in Feldman's Band. According to her Instagram page, Mitchell is the DJ and keyboard player in Feldman's band, Corey Feldman & the Angels. After the group's infamous performance the Todayshow, Feldman and Mitchell defending themselves on Facebook, reported People.

Feldman said, "We just wanted to tell everybody that, like, it's been really painful. We put ourselves out there and we did the best that we could. And, like, I've never had such mean things said about me.

Feldman and Mitchell pictured with another of their bandmates, Brittany Paige in September 2017.

Feldman said, according to People that he won't be expecting to have children any time soon due to Mitchell's career, "Courtney is young and she has a career in modeling and music, she would rather keep her body in good shape for now.

She's getting good practice with Zen.". In 2015, the couple was featured in an episode of Celebrity Wife Swap with comedian Tommy Davidson. One reviewer said the episode made it seem as though Feldman was running "an all-girl sex cult.".

Mitchell Admitted in an Interview to Having 'Hot Sex on a Motorcyle'.

Mitchell was photographed for Playboy in 2011. In the interview, Mitchell is referred to as a coed. During the piece, Mitchell admits to having "hot sex" on a motorcycle and "getting down 'n' dirty in college restroom." Her hometown is given as Vancouver.

On her Facebook page, Mitchell says that after doing the shoot she was invited to the Playboy Mansion where she met Feldman during a Midsummer's Night Dream party.

Mitchell has also been photographed by Sports Illustrated's Brian Hayes and Playboy's David Mecey. Her Facebook bio adds that she studied at London's Ministry of Sound to become a DJ.

While her modeling career began when she photographed for Sears at the age of 10.

The profile reads, "Her versatile skill set, along with her positive attitude and work ethic, has allowed her to continue working with the industry's top directors and photographers.

Feldman said in an interview with the Hollywood Reporter that, "before I met Courtney, I was a bit of a playboy.

" The actor added that, "A lot of girls I was dating, you know, were all kind of telling me the same thing which is like, hey, I have this passion for art, or, you know, I'm a musician, I'm a singer, I'm an actress.

But a lot of them were selling themselves short.

They were going and trying to do Playboy, and that was like their biggest goal – to be a kind of glam girl, T&A model, that type of stuff." Feldman later added that Mitchell was his "No.

Their Wedding Was Officiated by the Creator of Showtime's Gigolos. The pair got engaged following Trump's victory in early November while in Palm Springs. The couple was celebrating their fourth anniversary at the time. In an interview with People Magazine, Feldman described his proposal saying:.

I was of course a bit nervous, as any man will admit, you never truly know what a woman is thinking.

So as much as I assumed she would be happy and say "yes," there's always that insecure part of my brain that regresses immediately to my childhood and thought maybe not.

So I kinda chickened out and did a written proposal by writing a note with two check boxes, one for yes and the other for no. Of course there was a ring in there with the note.

Luckily she said, "Yes!" She was very surprised, excited and started crying. She was surprised because we had both been so anti-marriage since we met.

Feldman told Too Fab after the nuptials that he was a "very excited and happy man. " The wedding was officiated by the creator of Showtime's Gigolos Marklen Kennedy.

Prior to the wedding, the couple had joined bachelor and bachelorette parties at the Chateau Nightclub in Las Vegas. Feldman had earlier told People that, "We are planning a small, secret wedding just for family, very soon.

We will likely have a big public wedding for friends and media to attend within a year.". Too Fab reported that Feldman wore a Pierce Ross tuxedo while the bride was dressed in a Shail K. gown.

Mitchell is a vegan and regularly posts photos vegan dishes to her Instagram page. Too Fab reported that Mitchell and Feldman's wedding cake was of the vegan variety. Mitchell Was by Her Husband's Side During His Difficult Appearance on Dr.

On November 2, Mitchell was by Feldman's side as he made admissions about the abuse he suffered on an episode of Dr.

Oz, including naming one of his alleged abusers.Feldman sent a message to police during his appearance on the show, "I'm going to give you the names of everybody… everybody I've got knowledge of, and I would like you to start putting pressure on all of them.".

Oz about what he knew of alleged abuser Jon Grissom's whereabouts, "They're living in Mexico. I found that out a week and a half ago.

I had a very lovely fan – I don't even know that they're a fan or just somebody that cares about this topic. But somebody on my Twitter feed posted a video saying, "This is the guy.".

Mitchell Is a Big Supporter of Her Husband's Movie Fundraising Efforts.

Mitchell is a huge advocate and supporter for her husband's fund raising efforts. Feldman is still trying to raise $10 million in order to finance a movie about the abuse he suffered.

The actor has said that this will be a feature length movie that will be in studios. At the time of writing, the project has raised a little under $200,000. Feldman writes on his Indiegogo page:.

We are asking for friends, fans, family, industry peers, and people from all walks of life who may not know who Corey is or what this story is about, to all help pitch in, at fighting back against the Hollywood system, the best way a man created in the system, knows how to defend himself; by telling his truth through his art.

Haim's mother has objected to the movie, according to the Daily Beast, saying, "He doesn't need $10 million to do it. " Though she added that she supported Feldman's advocacy and willingness to name names.

Feldman first made the pedophile ring allegations in an interview with the Hollywood Reporter.

White Balance Start to Finish - GoPro Video photography - Duration: 6:07.

whitebalance why should we even bother with this balancing act when capturing

video the main light source changes from blue white yellow will leave an orange

in color so what causes this color shift overcast days when the light filters

through the clouds and shadows cast the blue light from the midday Sun the light

will be white yellow light is from the morning or afternoon Sun but some light

bulbs will also cast the yellow light from them and candles cast an orange

light white balance is the process of removing unrealistic color cast said

that white objects in real life will be seen as white in your video in your

camera settings under white balance you'll notice some of the white balance

settings are in Kelvin Kelvin is primary used for temperature readings but with

video and photography Kelvin is used to measure the color temperature of light

sources and roughly ranging from 2000 Kelvin to 9000 Kelvin

my GoPro camera has auto white balance which does a good job for 80% of the

time but if you wanted to get the best white balance straight from your camera

you'll have to look at some of the other settings 3000 Kelvin is good for light

bulbs indoor lighting 4000 Kelvin can be used in early morning or late afternoon

Sun 4800 Kelvin is used for fluorescent lights 5500

Kelvin is average daylight conditions 6000 Kelvin is the midday Sun 6500

Kelvin is used for shade or cloudy days but you'll have to experiment a little

bit to get the best results if you come across a situation where the above

settings are close but it doesn't quite look right this is where you use the

native setting the native setting adds a little color correction to the image so

the user can adjust the white balance later in post editing other camera such

as DSLRs in addition have preset such as

incandescent or tungsten direct sunlight and the cloudy preset white balance

card the white balance card is used for white balance so if there's any

adjustments needed later on this will make the process really easy when

recording video and there's no white objects in this shot to help you with

the white balance and post edit you can hold up a white card at the beginning or

an end of your clip another option is to shoot a short video holding the white

card up this is a separate video which you can still get the white balance

correction from later now I will show you how to adjust the white balance

using DaVinci Resolve and this will be similar for other editing software there

are three basic ways to adjust the white balance in post editing software the

software can automatically apply the correction for you you can use the white

balance tool or you can take full control and do it manually today I will

show you all three ways for automatic white balance go to the auto white

balance button click it and as you can see the correction has been made for you

but sometimes it takes it a bit too far to dail it back go to the key tab gain

which really dials back the opacity now you're just eyeballing this to where it

looks good

and that's the before after before and after before using the white balance

tool I like to add some contrast and this helps later on to tell how

effective the white balance has been so now I grab the white balance tool now

you want to click on something in the shot that's white in this case I'm going

for the top of the swimmers and as you can see the correction has now been

applied this is the before and after to manually adjust the white balance I'm

just going to add a little bit of contrast again now make sure the curve

tab is selected custom has to be selected and if all your channels are

linked together just unlink them by pressing the chain now grab the

qualifier tool click on something white in your shot now as you can see is put

three colored dots on the line now these have to line up horizontally so when you

move them you have to move vertically only so I'm just going to grab the green

Channel bring it down to where the other ones are just take the blue up a little

bit now as you can see the correction has been made this is the before and

after before after now that you know a couple of different ways to white

balancing the software it's really up to you which method you use

but just have a little play around to see which one gives you the best results

hopefully that sheds some light on white balance and stay tuned because there are

a lot more videos on the way

Can you save money by managing parts of your reno or build - Duration: 6:28.

- Hello

I wanted to chat to you about

something that I see a lot of people do,

as a means of either trying to save money

trying to get a handle on their budget more accurately.

This is Lucy, she's just saying hello.

So trying to a handle on their budget,

more accurately,

trying to basically eliminate builders margin,

and control their project more effectively.

And it's this idea of getting a builder to do the work to

either lockup,

so basically just getting all the internal linings done,

and the place basically secure and weather proof.

And then managing everything from that point on,

so kitchens and bathrooms, and joinery,

and all of those types of things.

And I see a lot of homeowners,

they'll tackle this idea as a cost=saving strategy,

and also

they'll tackle it as a means being able to sort of

get process from a lot of different

kitchen designers, or bathroom designers,

and supplies and those types of things in an effort

to try and kind of compare apples with apples,

because sometimes it can be difficult to understand

exactly what a kitchen is going to cost

when you look at a builder's quote

because it's split up slightly differently.

So, I just want

share a couple of things that are pitfalls

that you need to be aware of if this is what

you are planning to do for your project, okay?

Because if you don't know these things going in,

it'll get you into trouble down the track.

So what you need to understand is that

you'll go through your design process

and you'll get all of your town planning approvals

that you might need,

and then you'll get your building approval,

or your construction certificate, to be able to

commence construction.

And then part of actually achieving your building approval,

or your construction certificate final sign off

and being able to move back in,

is getting a private certifier

or building inspector

or somebody from your council (it will depend where you live)

but there will be a person who then comes at

different points to inspect the work,

or needs to see certificates that the work has been

executed and completed

to meet legislation,

to a certain building standard. All of this paper work

and all of this process gets gathered up to

complete your building approval

and say that your building has been built according to

Australian standards and building regulations

and according to the town planning approval that

you achieved for it - and the house is ready for

you to move back in to.

Now, what the challenge is, is that bathrooms

and kitchens in particular,

they're areas where a lot

of coordination is required.

So what do I mean by this?

Well, what I mean is that there's a lot of trades

that will need to basically sleeve in and out.

So they'll need to come, do their work, leave,

come back again, do more work, leave,

and that can happen with electrical, with plumbing,

with the joiners, with the plasterboard guys,

with whoever is doing your splashback

or your stone bench tops

or whatever you're choosing in that regard.

And it's literally like this really intense level

of work flow that has these people stepping in

and out of it.

Now if you've got a builder who is including your kitchen

and your bathrooms as part of their scope

of works to deliver,

then of course they'll manage all of that.

If you're going going to outsource those chunks of work

to other contractors and leave the builder out of it

and just get the builder to do a certain amount of work,

then somebody is going to need to coordinate

all of that work flow.

And the challenge

is understanding where the builder's work stops

and where these peoples' work starts,

and particularly in regards to your approval,

so that you don't get caught up.

Because something like plumbing, for example …

the plumbing will go in behind all the walls,

all the waterproofing will go on for a bathroom,

for example. The wall lining will go on the interior

of that room, the plumbing will then be brought through,

all of your tiling and all your fixtures

and all of those things will go in,

and then the plumbing will need to be fit off,

so taps can actually go on.

And the plumber basically certify that

all of that work has been done

and the waterproofing is being maintained,

and all of that is up to standard.

And then that's the point that you actually get your

certification finalised for that room.

But if that's not happening with the one builder,

then what happens with it? Who manages that,

who executes that for you,

and how does that get coordinated so that you can

tidy up all your approvals

and know that they're being done properly?

The other thing is, in understanding

where the builder's work stops

and where these other people's work starts

is also in understanding your quotes and your costs.

I see a lot of homeowners really stumble on these

because they'll have assumed that a certain piece

of work was included in somebodies' package [of works],

or they'll have not even known that

that piece of work needs to occur,

and so the trade will turn up on site

and say, 'Well this hasn't been done,

we need this done before we can do our work,

you need to get this person in,'

and it's an extra cost that you didn't anticipate.

So if you are thinking about doing this with your project,

getting the builder to finish work to a certain stage

and then getting other contractors in that you'll manage

to try and finish off these spaces

and places in your home,

then make sure that you understand the work flow overall,

and how these two things will work together

so you won't get caught out with gaps for extra trades

and extra costs and things like that

that you haven't anticipated.

And two, understand your approvals,

understand how you'll still achieve all of your required

sign offs for construction certificate

or for your building approval so that you do,

at the end of the day, have an approved home,

that you're able to move back in to

and that it's all done and dusted

and all the paperwork is sorted out.

I hope that helps,

if you have any questions pop them in the comments below

and just go in eyes wide open.

That seems to be the Undercover Architect motto

(laughs)

right?

See you later, bye.

Chit Chat Easy Work Makeup + Giveaway (Tagalog with English Subs) - Duration: 19:54.

I just preped my skin, my next step is usually sunscreen, but if in on night shift

I go straight to makeup.

The first makeup I'm going to apply is Benefit Erase Paste concealer

in number 2 Medium.

Because I have dark underyes & I always say this on my videos

I apologize for the noise

They're building an apartment, and they only rest at night

But I couldn't film at night because I'm using natural light

so I apologize

I'm just applying the concealer on my eyes

because I have really dark eyes

The next step after concealer is cushion.

for those who didn't know I worked as a nurse and at work I really didn't have the time to retouch my makeup so I always use cushion

so that my skin tone is all evened out

cushions have so many benefits

some has anti-aging properties,

brightening, it evens out the skin tone,

it has SPF, that's why I love cushions

the cushion I'm using today

is the IOPE intense cover cushion in #21

This is actually new, this is my 2nd time using this

the one that I was using before was IOPE matte cushion

and I'll do a review on this, I'll post it next week

my favorite cushions are from IOPE and HERA

and I'll do a review on this I'll post it next week

my fav cushions are from IOPE&HERA

because I feel like it adheres well on the skin

it doesn't move

it doesn't melt

for those who don't know IOPE is the one who invented cushions

so fun fact

I guess that's why their cushions are so awesome because they started it

I'm just applying this on my face

because I have redness on my face & also veins

I don't want to conceal it completely

I just want to even out the skin tone

because one time I came in late at work

I came bare faced

I just wore eye liner so my eyes doesn't look very sad

they thought I had drinks cause I was so red

that's why I need to even out my skintone

guys thank you so much for sharing my vidos and for voting for me

my videos had 700 shares!

on youtube &stylekorean

I had to many shares. I wasn't expecting that omg

even though I didn't win

I'm still thankful cause I met so many wonderful people

some youtubers,

not only Pinay YTbers but there were also koreans who sent me messages

they were super nice :)

I just applied the cushion on my face

i love the coverage! I'm so excited for the review

because I'm already in love with this cushion.

Personally I don't prefer super matte finish

because I already have wrinkles & my skin texture isn't great

so it get's emphasized

I prefer cushions that gives a little bit of glow

that still looks natural but covers my imperfections

next is concealer, i'll be using Aritaum full cover in light beige

and i'll be applying this on my under eyes

since the cushion already has a nice coverage

i don't think i need to spot conceal

i just want to conceal my undereye circles

so now i'll be using this liquid concealer

and i'll be using my ring finger

and i'm just going to pat it

so how are guys doing?

what have you been up to?:)

you would think it's too much work but I do this everyday

that's why i'm late at work sometimes hehe

next is my fav undereye trick

since I have prominent tear tough

so I need to conceal it

I use the same concealer with a concealer brush

this is the concealer brush

you can't see it clearly cause my camera doesn't have auto focus

u can use any concealer brush

i'm going to tilt my head down

and i'm just going to apply the concealer on the dark areas

not on my whole eye

my tear trough always makes me look tired

it wasn't that prominent before

I just started to notice it when I reached my mid 20's

we're now going to set everything with powder

I'm going to use my fav powder from LANEIGE

this is the satin loose finishing powder in No.1 Pure Natural

i love this powder cause it smells so good

and it feels silky on the face. it's actually my 2nd pot

i'm just going to set my undereyes and t-zone

i'm your a nurse you usually don't have the time to retouch

so you need to pack in the powder on your face

so you won't be oily

I'm just gonna leave it on my tzone while I do my eyeshadow

and i'm just going to apply this on my lids

you can use concealer instead of eye primer

I use this on my eyes

usually when I do my work makeup

I use a single eyeshadow

if I have the time, I blend in other colors

i'm just applying this from the lash line

and blend it upwards

i'm just doing a color wash on my lids

it's so easy

OMG the drilling stopped!

I think the workers are having their lunch break.

oops nope. they started working again. lol.

i'm just applying this liner on my upper lash loine

everyday I apply a winged liner

My aunt, Hi tita Chay if you're watching this video!

she said I apply my liner well

cause I was already using liner since I was in college

that was 2004

I would wear winged liner everyday

everyday until I graduated

and also at work I always wore winged liner

that's why i'm so used to applying liner

i like pen liners cause they're easy to use

then I just wing the tail

and connect it inside

omg I messed up.

I was being braggy I accidentally made it thickLOL

let's make the other side thicker as well

for sure Wawin's (my cousin) jealous of my eyeliner skills LOL

i will not curl my lashes just yet because my liner might transfer on the curler

i'll do my brows next

i'm using the Witch's Pouch

the writings are all gone

witch's pouch brow liner

brow pencil

it has a spooly and retractaber liner

i'm just starting below my brows

I'm just going to outline my brows

and i'm just going to brush it to blur the edges

this is what I do everyday cause pencil liner is quick to use

i'm going to set it with the MAC girl boy brow gel

so it sets my brow hair in place

i always do my lashes last so it will not mess up my eyeliner

so l'll be doing the contouring next

yes I always contour because I have a wide face

i'm using MAC harmony which we also used for the eyes earlier

i'm just applying it below my cheek bones

and on my jaw

i also apply it on the sides

when contouring, just apply it on the features you want to hide

i want to hide my cheeks and double chin so that's where I contour

it's not that complicaed

and I don't contour my nose for work because I will just get sweaty

I just contour the sides on my cheeks

now that my liner is already dry, i'll be curling my lashes

I curl my lashes from the roots to the tips

so it gives a C-curl not L-curl

i'm just curling it until I reach the curl I want

my lashes are hard to curl because they're so straight

they're long but they hang down

and not all mascaras work on my lashes

they're so stubborn

before I apply mascar I'm going to set my lashes with a mascar fixer

I always use a mascara fixer

because it helps my lashes hold a curl

because my lashes won't hold a curl no matter what unless I use a fixer

by the way i'm using the NATURE REPUBLIC GINSENG ROYAL SILK MASCARA FIXER

I showed this on my august favorites and it came with the black mascara

I just use washable mascaras

so it's easy to wash off since I apply it everyday

idk what color this is

it's like a taupey brown color with glitters

i always use this on my lower lash line

it's not that noticeable but when you look at it upclose

you will see the glitters

i'm just waiting for the fixer to dry so let's do the lips first

I always use this at work, the Rouge Edition Velvet by Bourjois

in the shade Beau Brun

the color is like a brick red, reddish brown color

i'm just applying it on the center

and just blend out the edges so that I get a smudged look

i'll add more

since i have thin lips I always apply lip color outside the lines

l.et's do the blush

the blush i always use is the NARS Enrapture blush

it looks natural, not too pink (1st one)

i'm applying this the upper part of my cheekbones

and now i'm just going to brrush off the excess powder under my eyes

let's now apply mascara

this is the last step

i'm using the PeriPeraAir Wing Lashcara Long

i love this mascara cause it has fibers

which makes your lashes more volumized and long

this is what I do everyday before going to work

i hope this tutorial helps

let me know if you have tried doing this or you're planning to do this look

Eckhart Tolle 2017 Meditation (MUST LISTEN) Don't Allow Thoughts to Affect You - Duration: 26:54.

[Music]

great practice is human-beings with home you have a lot of past you

share a lot of past and maybe were there old grievances old resistance is all

judgment going on for years and then forgiveness becomes unimportant I want

to forgive whoever it is but Jen just can't forgive all you feel I definitely

I can't forgive him I'm not mean if I give him a bullet golf the most precious

part of my identity I forgive him this grievance has kept me going for years

provided 50% of my might activity and 30% of my verbal output Ravens related

to grief related to grave related to heaviness strange words will tell you

already the heaviness of the grievance their life was less and when you're

faced with a challenging situation this happens sometimes in life you face the

situation for me as presents and you're able to look and

out of that current of awareness that flows there is the situation the current

of awareness at first into the situation is intelligence itself and activates

whatever it is that the situation requires it activates it from within you

as a response action perhaps words action it also activates the total

energy field that is the world that is intelligent and so things happen

suddenly that are helpful factors because the greater intelligence is

operating just the right thing happens not that the external world can ever

provide you with absolute limitless comfort in choice and that's not its

progress that is only in the formless consciousness not in the world of form

so it's in the nature of the water form that people according to the mind go

wrong frequently that doesn't it's not wrong at all the mind caught it wrong

because as I expected something else and some situations need action others need

simply to be totally accepted but even situations that require action need to

be accepted first as the isness of this moment you can't argument that and then

out of that acceptance the energy of presence whatever answers required comes

this is the same energy that into the very limited area great masters

sportsmen use when they do their sport whatever they do they are in a state of

thoughtlessness they call the zone that's I don't maybe a recent expression

they are in the zone so the zone means in that state where they are at their

best because they are not doing it power is moving through them but only in

their limited field of hitting that ball it's usually not in their rest of their

life you may become extremely good at hitting the ball make all the small ball

but I believe this is the reason by people who come fascinated with watching

certain games like ten years old ever for hours in which after all not much is

happening it can go on for hours and yet to see how they out of presence play can

be a joy

there's nobody there playing they are at one with the game totally at one with

the process and there's no separate entity and it's a joy to see it but one

can live like that it's the same you we've all seen martial

arts movies and if they are good and you can see that the action arises suddenly

out of a large stillness as absolute alertness in which there's nobody there

as a person there's only the looking at the alertness and action arises and

immediately back into stimulus a wave of action and it's gone the a martial arts

master never gets angry that would be an egoic reaction would be a diminishment

it comes out of stillness out of no mind no mind

our destiny is to live in that way not that we don't think any more thought

operates still it operates when it is needed for certain tasks it also

operates in a harmless way as clouds of thought drifting in and out of your

field of awareness as you go about your life with no spaces in between and there

comes a thought the fundamental thing that has changed there is no longer self

in your thoughts self and me a sense of self the self goes out of thought

whereas before thought was full of self he was not identified it became you and

if somebody argued with some thought that you held you felt personally

attacked somebody doubted your opinion said no that's not quite right

what do you mean it's not right he identified with a ventilation thought

itself in it and if thought herself in it it's a painful business it's a

painful trial and thought becomes serious and problematic and creates a

problematic life and there comes the seriousness that every thought that you

hold is a heaviness to it because you're totally in it and you totally believe in

it they all believe in their little stories

and interpretations even the collective ones that's all we think they are

attacking us no we are defending ourselves where they have all their own

story we are the victims no they was the victims they have their own story

they're telling they totally identified with their interpretation there's none

other this is truth itself it has a collective self in

it or it is a personal self in it and it has a heaviness because there's the

delusion of self in thought and when thought is free yourself because

yourself has turned out to be a soap bubble that there was nothing much there

and the true self is the his presence the power of presence the aliveness of

presence the intelligence of presence the stillness of it is who you are but

not what ever thought comes into your head or the emotion that goes with it

those are temporary energy fields so as you live in become rooted in presence

thought loses its seriousness in its heaviness and so the thought that

remains is either empowered which you might use to create this or that in the

game of creation not to fulfill myself as a to be really fully myself expecting

through it to gain Fame and recognition and wells and blow myself up I mean

think the both go together for us to blow yourself up and then it pops so

thought can be very powerful - for creation it always before something

comes into material form this as there's a thought home but humans will not be

allowed to fully utilize the power that is in thought or creating as long as

they live in egoic illusion because what they would create would be hell out of

ego if every ego could create it would be help

it's already half hell with a limited power of creation of thoughts salt loses

its seriousness and it loses its capacity to make you unhappy because

you're not totally in it anymore so little thoughts and they're

recognized as there goes the thought no more it doesn't get hold of your grasp

you and you don't get hold of it and then salt is fine it's not a problem

it's still clear but it's not the basis of your life anymore for who you are

yourself as long as their self in it they're suffering and I believe this is

probably what the Buddha talked about 2600 years ago there's no self in

anything that is the doctrine of are not know so don't look for yourself in any

form thought form or other form are not no self because if you look for yourself

in form that is suffering

and so the question is people ask is there such a thing as reincarnation yes

every day every time you identify with any form including a thought on emotion

and you're totally in it

you have incarnated into a new form it's becoming me and then comes the next you

incarnated into that you identify with that a reaction you incarnate with the

emotion that rises and what you say you're totally possessed by the thoughts

another incarnation so the question is how many times each day do i reincarnate

and so of course reincarnation is that fact and when does it end the end of

reincarnation can only come at this moment when I don't identify with the

form that arises I let it be the emotion of the thought some external form and

say this is mine don't you touch that it's bigger than yours

even children have that already my doubt is stronger than yours so they talk of

the end of the need to reincarnate a cycle the continuous cycle of birth but

that cycle ends of course if you have to live under the compulsion to reincarnate

every day it's more than likely that the compulsion will continue this little

entity that believes itself to be separate consciousness having entered

the dream of form and that's fine from another perspective needs to have more

incarnations because it wasn't satisfied with the thousands of incarnations and

had in this lifetime it's the next one I need another body and the drive the

wanting to perpetuate myself as a form is still there wanting to stand out as

someone be someone exist for again and which is the egos the egos need to stand

out what about me me and even if an ego is timid and doesn't is just a reversal

of that hiding underneath that is the need to to stand out the timid eagerly

doesn't want to stand out simply it is afraid that it will be criticized when

it does stand out and it'll suffer defeat

it's afraid of standing out but it wants to stand out

is that need to be someone special ultimately extraordinary special more

then it's always part of that you can notice it even as giving an opinion

people are talking and what they're saying is obviously nonsense so now you

begin to speak let me tell you how it really is with presence you become quite

on the egos point of view quite ordinary and need to be special girls that's a

big relief if you don't need to be extraordinary anymore in order to feel

that your life is fulfilled I'm extraordinary and then you discover

your true extraordinary nurse is hidden in absolute ordinariness and you can see

that in some humans who are connected deeply with being and perhaps create out

of that perhaps a great master painter or composer or whatever they do and

those in whom the ego hasn't come back and claimed it's me I did that that

happens also others remained humble very humble and simple and this when you talk

to them you say they don't need to prove anything they don't need to be anybody

special they're just those ordinary if you had met Einstein you would have

found that he remained throughout his life totally ordinary and humble he

couldn't even understand the what people say to him he said the discrepancy

between what people think of me and who I am is

ridiculous that's what he said so he'd direct there was no claiming anything I

so when you don't need to be great anymore and then you are great life is

full of paradox

present as you sit here in your body

do that when you watch television television can draw your attention out

of the body easily it can put you into kind of hypnotic trance where you are no

longer concerns you for momentarily forget your own thoughts it's a little

bit of a relief and you switch into the collective thought movements of the TV

screen but it frees you for a moment of your personal story so when you watch TV

be if you can you feel the body at the same time the inner can you feel the

presence that you are and watch from there beautiful you feel so alive when

you go about the world sensing the aliveness that you are

in a conflict situation at work at home a committee meeting or whatever

discussion people arguing taking up mental positions be there it's doubly

important so that you can stay present within it's easy to be pulled out

particularly if you are surrounded by several unconscious people by the way

unconscious as you probably know means completely identified with thought it's

South Korea no matter how clever you are or how knowledgeable point electril you

could still be totally unconscious and probably are if you are so much in if

you have so much investment in thinking you know this is a heaviness up in yet

so unconscious humans can have a certain there's an energy field of

unconsciousness that pulls you and if they can either pull you to the same

level and you start reacting and playing the game again or you stay present and

if you stay present in an environment that is not present whether it's one

other human being or more than one change will come about sooner or later

and probably sooner either the entire energy field of the interaction will

change because there's one field of presence that can make others more

present without wanting anything so people being there but looking being

alert brings in a different energy or it'll change because either that person

or those people will remove themselves from there because they don't like to be

in the presence of presence but rather be unconscious or you find yourself

removing yourself without any decision-making process involved you may

find yourself getting up and saying goodbye change will happen when you are

present your dog can you be present in your job in that environment you may ask

can't be they're all unconscious around me you don't know that yet

whether you can be pregnant you have to live it and see but if you do leave it

be careful saying will happen one way or another they may thank you they may sack

you because you're not suffering from a stress-related disease like all the

others

you can't be doing your job you know deal

be present when you watch the madness on TV which is in the news it's no more

than what's been happening for thousands of years the same madness except that

it's magnified through technology and a good thing is that everybody can see it

on the street that's one good thing that comes out of TV there may be one or two

others that everybody can see what's happening it's there this it's it's hard

to doubt the madness of it when you see it you should are in front of you the

first time that happened in the history of humanity was Vietnam early 60s mid

60s when for the first time war was in

everybody's living room and everybody saw the madness of it and that was also

time of spiritual awakening both in America and in Europe where suddenly

huge influx of Eastern teachings became to the West because the West suddenly

became receptive why didn't they become receptive an entire country the United

States millions of people for the first time dis identified from the collective

consciousness that before even in the 50s everybody was still totally

identified with except for a few rare individuals and suddenly they saw we are

mad too it's not that we are right and they are wrong

always the madness is in us too they decide enta fight from the collective

forms the collective eagle they stepped out and a huge alternative movement

developed you can't even separate the increasing madness and the awakening and

that's the strange thing is happening even now they go together the old

consciousness plays itself out and becomes more and more visible on the

surface it's you can see it so clearly and part of the awakening both on an

individual and collective level is to recognize madness as madness that's

already part of the awakening when you see we are mad that is mad the

intensification of the egoic consciousness and the coming in of the

new they work hand in hand they go together so the world becomes more

dysfunctional more mad and at the same time

consciousness is transforming in humans before that reaches the outer levels of

the world which are corporate structures and entities and the humans that run

that and the outer most such as political entities and the humans that

run that there's certain delay that before even it reaches the media it

reaches the media here and there already for the most part what you still see in

the media is the old consciousness the manifestation of that and it's getting

worse on that level and that's how it is and at the same time the awakening

happens it'll be a while before that reaches the

screens on a large scale but it already you can see little signs here and there

it does happen

about excuses they're about actually pushing forward and how to do it and

people that have actually gone through and set up their 30 or 90-day plans but

haven't done the work necessary and so what I want to remind you is a story

that you've all heard before that's about a Spanish explorer Cortes

and when he landed in Veracruz one of the first things that he did is he told

his men you can either fight or you can die and he burned the ships now this

eliminated the third option right they could have fought and won it could have

died or they could have got back on the ships and headed back to Spain but by

eliminating one of those excuses those men fought and they fought very hard and

of course you know the end of the story they actually won so what I want you to

do in this very short daily growth hack is look at your 5 to thrive what look at

your goals that you have we have a few more months in the year if you're

excuses for not hitting those goals then I want you to burn the ships look at

your excuses for not hitting your goals why aren't you at the weight you want to
