Waching daily Nov 3 2017

I mean we do get a different kind of contact now because we do meet and greets

and we hear from that sector of the audience but also mainly you feel it, you

know? In the room, the excitement of people enjoying our music of course it

means a lot and it has different kind of levels you know obviously there are you

know some nights we you know we get a very listening audience other n ights

little bit more excitable and a bit rowdy or something so we you know an

artist a performer has to learn to deal with that and it's not easy as Donald

Fagen has pointed out in his book but basically it's a it's an on hopefully an

ongoing situation but you take a lot from it

see there

15 Dumbest Vehicles You Won't Believe Exist - Duration: 8:31.

● From the invention of the wheel to interplanetary spacecraft, we've tried just about every

method of getting from A to B. However, did we always get it right?

And were some designs better left on the drawing board?

Here are the fifteen dumbest vehicles ever.

15 - , Reliant Robin ● British viewers will recognise this three-wheeled

terror from Only Fools and Horses, while others may know the Reliant Robin from Mr Bean.

First produced in 1973, the car looks incredibly unstable, which is perhaps why it only sold

well in the UK.

The reason for removing a wheel, it seems, is because drivers only needed a motorcycle

licence to drive one.

You also need a strong stomach, in my opinion.

14 - ,USS Massachusetts ● In 1890, the US Navy requested 35 battleships

for the nation's defence.

Congress compromised and agreed to make three ships, covered in as much weaponry as possible.

The result was the USS Massachusetts BB2, whose guns weighed over 500 tonnes, and if

they all pointed in the same direction, half the boat would sink.

It was decommissioned shortly after being built, and suffering a number of accidents.

It now lies at the bottom of the sea in Florida.

13 - , Hummer H2 ● The perfect car for an insecure man with

something to prove, the Hummer H2 is a flashy sports utility truck with one of the worst

fuel efficiency ratings ever.

Getting as little as 9 miles to the gallon, you'd be better off burning dollar bills

as fuel.

The H2 drove nothing like the Humvy off-road vehicles, had tiny windows and very low ceilings.

After seven years on the market, this gas guzzler's sales had dropped to just 600

annually.

12 - , Chinese Straddling Bus ● In 2010, designers in Beijing revealed

the design of a bus that could drive over traffic, with raised sides that allowed cars

to pass underneath like a tunnel.

Despite numerous concerns, including how freaked out drivers would be if a huge bus drove over

them, the Chinese city of Qinhuangdao [/ching-hwang-dao/] installed tracks for the bus, hopeful for

further investment.

But the government declared the project a scam in 2017 and it now lies rusting in a

warehouse.

11 - , The Delorean ● Everyone recognises the iconic Delorean

DMC-12 from the Back To The Future movie franchise, but production of the Delorean company's

only model had started four years before the first film came out.

The cars were expensive, at over $60,000 in today's money, and the gimmicky wing doors

solved a problem that never existed, and possibly put a dent in many garage ceilings.

The company went bankrupt after only a couple years of production.

10 - , The Christmas Bullet ● Dr William Whitney Christmas had no experience

in designing, building or flying aircraft, yet he managed to convince investors, namely

his brothers, to finance the project of building an aeroplane to kidnap the German Kaiser in

World War One.

The wooden plane produced as a result lacked struts that supported its wings, allowing

them to flap like a bird's.

The test flight in 1919 crashed and killed the pilot, but Christmas kept marketing it,

conducting a second fatal test months later.

9 - , Chevrolet SSR ● Would you like a pickup truck, a convertible

sports car, and a retro 50s classic car?

What about all rolled into one?

In 2004 Chevy made no one's dream come true by releasing the SSR, one of the ugliest automobiles

ever to cruise America's roads.

The Chevy SSR shook dramatically when the top was down, and looked even more ridiculous

with the top up.

20,000 of these monstrosities were sold until production ceased in 2006.

8 - , The Sinclair C5 ● In 1985, successful British computer company

Sinclair decided to try their hand in the electric car market, making the Sinclair C5,

which even looked like a computer.

The handlebars were under the knees of the rider, the battery lasted less than 20 miles,

the motor was prone to overheating and the riders were unprotected from rain or other

vehicles' exhaust fumes.

Journalists at the launch of the C5 quickly discovered all of these flaws and the vehicle

was a colossal failure.

7 - , Hydrogen Airships ● The 1920s and 30s was the heyday for airships.

Companies such as the German Zeppelin flew all over the world in giant, gas-filled balloons.

Many of these dirigible balloons used helium, which is relatively stable, but a large proportion

were filled with the lighter hydrogen, an explosively flammable gas.

Most famous of these was the Hindenburg, which exploded in 1937, killing its passengers and

putting an end to the airship era.

6 - , Fliz Bike ● Riding a bicycle is a fast and easy alterative

to walking.

So it does seem strange that a German team of designers would make a bike which is powered

by walking or running.

The rider is suspended from a harness that hangs of an arch-shaped frame, and pushes

the bike by running with their dangling legs, like a baby in a bouncer.

The Fliz bike is for cyclists who don't think they look dorky enough yet.

5 - , Caponi CA 60 ● From the shores of lake Maggiore [/ma-JOr-rey/]

in Italy in 1921, engineers from the Caproni aviation company watched as their prototype

transatlantic passenger aircraft crashed into the water.

The ridiculous construction featured nine wings, eight engines and a train-sized carriage

for 100 travellers.

The head of the Caproni company arrived to see the gigantic wreckage fall apart as it

was towed to shore.

Further work on the CA 60 was suspended and the company went back to normal-sized planes.

4 - , The Bob Semple Tank ● During World War Two, New Zealand feared

invasion from the Japanese and lacked the support to defend themselves.

So Bob Semple, minister for public works, set about designing a way to convert the country's

farming tractors into armoured fighting machines.

The result was a top-heavy, corrugated metal sheet absurdity that had no cannon, but rather

six machine guns.

It was four metres tall, weighed 25 tonnes and travelled at 5 miles per hour.

Luckily New Zealand was never invaded.

3 - , Ford Pinto ● A sleek and stylish appearance, advanced

steering, compact design, the Ford Pinto sold well after its introduction in 1970.

However, a genius designer had positioned the fuel tank close to the flimsy rear bumper,

meaning that a slight knock from behind, and your new car was likely to go up in a ball

of flames.

The Ford company knew about the danger from early on, but they deemed the cost of recall

and repair too high to be worth saving a few lives.

2 - , Horsey Horseless ● At the turn of the 20th Century, the roads

were changing.

Horses were losing their jobs as noisy automobiles were taking over.

In order to ease the transition, and to stop frightening the horses, Michigan inventor

Uriah Smith designed a car with a fake horse's head.

Smith hoped that real horses would be less spooked by a familiar face, and this might

sound like a good idea, except that the head also doubled as a fuel tank, which is a terrifying

prospect.

1 - , HZ1 Aerocycle ● The American army in the 1950s obviously

decided that the helicopter was far too safe, so they developed a one-man personal chopper

where the pilot stood on a tiny platform above the rotating blades.

The vehicle was intended to be operated by an untrained soldier after only 20 minutes

of instruction, but testing determined not only that this was unlikely, but also that

the flying machine had a habit of smashing into rocks, breaking the rotors and crashing.

Grease Gun Soldier Best Class Setup Call of Duty: WW2 - Duration: 1:08.

The Grease Gun primary weapon in Call of Duty: WW2 is a slow firing, accurate submachine

gun.

The Grease Gun is most effective when you are at medium range and when you suprise enmies

in that range.

It is also important to stay mobile, otherwise assault rifles will easily overwhelm you at

that range.

This can be done by using hipfire and strafing whilst you are shooting.

To achieve that use steady aim, which makes the Grease Gun more accurate when firing from

the hip.

To increase the damage output use rapid fire.

To be able to suprise enemies use the airborne division which lets you attach a supressor

to the Grease Gun and increases your mobility.

Use the hustle basic training to reload faster which will help you when you are close to

enemies.

Sometimes you need to move through open spaces to get into the Grease Gun's desired range.

Use smoke grenades to cover your advance.

Use your favorite pistol secondary for when you run out of ammunition.

Here is the complete best class setup for the Grease Gun.

WhatsApp Was Down Globally - World Freaked Out - Duration: 2:40.

Hi, I'm Heathcliff and this is Lions Ground.

I hope you have a fantastic day.

Worldwide anger among the WhatsApp addicted among us.

Today WhatsApp was down all over the world,

what happened?

People had difficulty accessing the application or sending messages due to a bug in the software.

The fact that the Facebook-owned messaging service was down globally is quite rare.

Usually, they go down regionally.

WhatsApp has 1.2 billion users so a little accident like this makes a viral Hashtag #WhatsAppdown

a piece of cake on Twitter.

In a letter, WhatsApp confirmed today that global glitch has been solved.

"Earlier today, WhatsApp users globally had trouble accessing the app for about an

hour.

This issue has been fixed and we apologize for the inconvenience," a spokesperson said.

It's not the first time, in fact, in May they experienced a much longer downtime compared

to this.

Have you been able to experience the WhatsApp glitch today?

If so, what was your first response (be honest) and what were your thoughts?

5 Tips for Finding Your Authentic Teaching Voice - Duration: 8:58.

Hey everyone it's Ashley from Yoga For That. I'm here today to talk to you about

finding your authentic teaching voice. Now I'm going to talk from a yoga

perspective because that's how I teach, but you can use these tools in any form

of teaching so if it's a fitness class, if you teach in high school, any class

that you're teaching someone something, these are five simple ways that you can

find your authentic teaching voice. That's it five simple ways and you don't

have to use all of them one might resonate with you better than the others

or use all five. Make sure to stay tuned to the very end to find out my

bonus tip!

Step number one is to teach what you know. Don't try to know everything eventually

one day you might know everything, but if you stick with what you know you're

going to teach someone something. Not everyone can know everything, so

especially from a yoga perspective you might know philosophy really well, you

might know the chakras really well, you might just be really good at leading a

nice balanced class. So teach what you know and grow your following that way.

It'll also give you a strength from your inner self to continue to teach because

you coming from a place of authenticity you're coming from a place that you know

really well and you can share that knowledge with confidence and that is

the key to teaching as having this air of confidence about you. Step number two is

teaching something you're passionate about. So again maybe you're super

passionate about the sutras, maybe you're really passionate about anatomy teach

the things that resonate with you really well. A place that you really want

someone to know. so for me I come from a place of mental health I guess in terms

of leaving a space, leaving a yoga class with a sense of stress relief, with a

sense of new tools in combating the day-to-day stresses and that's something

that I really like to offer especially in my flow and my deep stretch classes.

My fitness classes are another story, but when I teach my slower paced and more

yogic style classes I really want people to leave with a peace of mind and that's

something I'm really passionate about and I try to offer in every single class

that I teach. For other people it might be anatomy cues, it might be breath so it

really just depends what you're super passionate about and come from that

place, teach that passion to people and they'll really begin to be drawn to you

and I mean you might lose some people if they're not into the sutras or maybe

they're not really into anatomy all that much or they're lost in your

your type of queueing if you're using atomic queueing words but you'll really

begin to gather a following of people based on what you're passionate about

and what you're teaching so make sure to come from a place of passion and

confidence. Step number three is to not be afraid to try new things and I don't

mean change your entire class style all at once! But if you go to a class that

you really enjoyed feel free to kind of pick and choose what really resonated in

your body what really resonated for you at the end of class and feel free to

weave that slowly into your classes. You don't want to shock people with new

class formats all at once but if you start to weave things into your classes

you will get feedback from your students good or bad if it's bad feedback take

that home with you maybe you still want to offer something like that in your

class and that's up to you that's your authentic self.

But maybe you get positive feedback and maybe slowly your class styles begin to

change a little bit and be until grow with you. Step number four, especially

when you're a new teacher, is teaching to who you know. Pick a group of friends

or if you're subbing at a new studio maybe invite one of your best friends or

a family member to come out to that studio just you have a familiar face and

teach to that person. And I don't mean directly making eye contact with them or

only giving cues to them, but when you're feeling a little bit nervous if you feel

you've lost your space maybe you look over to them a little bit of a familiar

face to kind of give you a nod forward so you can continue on with your class.

I always find the classes, even after teaching for a few years, when I don't

know anyone in the class I get extra nervous even though I know I can lead a

good class and I know that um I have that ability and me it's still

nerve-racking when you have all of these new faces you've never taken your class

before they already have all these kind of pre judgments about you because

they've never seen or met you before and they think that you're this brand new

teacher that's never taught. So if you can

invite your friend invited family member to come to these newer classes

especially in your brand-new just to give you that confidence that little

boost forward and then teach them what you know teach them what you're

passionate about and just continue on your way as a journey as a yoga teacher.

Step number five is something that I have come to appreciate in my teaching

is not being afraid to mess up. So, especially going back to step number

three where you're trying new things. I recently tried a sequence a new way of

sequencing and it failed miserably so I laughed about it I told my students, like

sorry guys tried something new there it didn't quite work today let's go back to

the regular style, brought them back to neutral foundation and began that

sequence again and it was fine. Everyone still at the end of class had a really

well-balanced class. Everyone left feeling really good we all had a little

bit of a chuckle and that's just who I am. I want my students to know that I'm

trying new things that I'm learning new things and implementing new styles with

them. And eventually I might try that sequence again with a little bit for

more familiarity trying it at home on my own a few times I can feel it in my own

body before I begin to teach it again to my students. On to your bonus tip! So your

bonus tip today is to continue learning. So no matter what it is I'm speaking

from a yoga perspective as a yoga teacher, but whether you're an English

professor or you're teaching people how to build cars, continuing to learn in

your industry. Right now I'm working towards my 500 hour yoga teacher

training credentials as some of you already know. I've done 33 hours of ayurveda

training and a hundred hours of vinyasa training and it has expanded my

practice personally and teaching more than I could have ever thought. For

the past few years didn't think I needed more training, not that I didn't need it,

but I wasn't ready for it I didn't feel that it would really serve me at that

time and then recently I was given a new opportunity to advance my teaching

career so I went back to school. I was at that point a my teaching where I

felt I kind of hit a plateau of what I could offer my

students the cuing words that I was using, the sequencing I was using, I was still

getting really good feedback, but I felt I was becoming stale. After taking

these new teacher trainings, 133 hours of training, I all of a sudden have this new

plethora of amazing experience amazing training and amazing ideas that I want

to share with my students and have been able to create new sequencing, been able

to use new cueing words, been able to create new class styles that I'm really

excited in teaching. So that's it for today's video. Five steps with your bonus

tip of how to teach anything really well with your own authentic teaching voice

Those five steps to recap: teaching what you know, teaching what you're

passionate about, trying new things, not being afraid to mess up, teaching to who

you know, and then your bonus step is to never stop learning. I hope these tips

really helped you guys out in finding your authentic teaching voice. I can't

wait to see you again next week make sure to hit the subscribe button down

below, like this video, comment if you'd

like and share with friends who you think would find it helpful. Have a great

day guys! See you later!
