For those who are spiritually-minded, it's not uncommon to feel a little disconnected

from other people at times.

The experience of loneliness is almost a natural byproduct of spiritual awakening.

Though we might be connected to our inner guidance system, we might also feel a little

displaced in modern civilization where materialism, consumerism, and negativity often reign supreme.

If you are going through an awakening process, or if you already have, then you will certainly

know what it feels like to be rejected by the herd.

So how do we maintain a feeling of unity with everyone, while also feeling like we are emotionally

separated from everyone?

Here are some helpful ways to cope with spiritual loneliness:

1) Reality itself is just a play in consciousness.

It's all a dream.

You are dreaming right now.

You aren't dreaming in the sense that your body is asleep, but you are dreaming in the

sense that when you die you will wake up in a new dimension.

You will realize that your life and your journey was all one big play that was set up so that

you could evolve as a soul.

Zooming out and gaining perspective like this really helps with dealing with loneliness

because it allows remembering that our life is a manifestation of our consciousness and

a projection of our creativity.

Don't take things too seriously!

Learn from the dream, listen to the dream, and explore the dream.

But don't let the contents of the dream hold you up.

2) Operate from love rather than fear

Don't let thoughts like "I'm always going to be alone", or "I'll never find

a good group of friends", or "I'm never going to have someone I can relate to" dominate

your consciousness.

The problem of using fear as a motivator in life is that making decisions out of fear

actually pushes the things that we went away from us.

For example, if we are afraid of being lonely, we actually attract more loneliness into our

lives.

Will anyone actually be energetically attracted to an energy field of fear and self-pity?

Operate from a space of self-certainty and self-love, and you can't help but attract

that into your life.

When you allow fear to be your dominant feeling, you are telling the universe you aren't

ready to step into greatness yet.

3) Go with the flow

Life in modern society can be very frantic.

There is no need to rush, and no need to try to win the rat race.

Remember, there's nowhere you need to be, nothing you need to do and no one you need

to impress.

Sometimes, we cause ourselves anxiety by holding ourselves up to expectations society puts

forward for us.

You don't need a group of 10 friends that you get together with each weekend.

You don't need a Twilight relationship.

Holding expectations of achieving a cookie-cutter life only breed stress and confusion.

Learning to completely let go and relax will be one of the best things you can do to creating

a happy life for yourself.

Follow your intuition and do the things that come naturally to you.

Life is about the journey.

Work with the universe, follow your heart, and be open to possibilities.

4) Seek others out

Always remember, there are many spiritually-minded people out there.

Don't be discouraged if you haven't found any yet within your immediate surroundings.

Take action towards the lifestyle you want, and meet the universe halfway so that it can

create synchronicities for you.

Take a yoga class.

Take a class at a local metaphysical shop.

Hangout at a progressive cafe.

Join a spiritual community online.

Keep all your doors open.

It's not uncommon to feel alone or excluded in our society, especially if you have alternative

views and beliefs.

Don't feel bad for yourself.

Self-pity is useless.

Feel proud that you have the courage to be yourself in a world where individuality is

suppressed.

Feel excited that as long as you are in integrity, you will only have incredible relationships

from here on out.

You are loved, and there are millions of others who feel the same way you do.

The important thing to do when you feel lonely is changing your perspective, operate from

love, be proud of yourself for being true to who you are, and trust that the universe

will provide you with the support system you need if you are willing to take a step outside

your comfort zone to make those connections happen.

Marco Rubio Makes It Clear: Republicans Will Cut Social Security And Medicare After Tax Cuts Pass - Duration: 3:43.

Republican Florida Senator Marco Rubio gave an interview with Politico this week, where

he explained, without mincing words whatsoever, that once the Republicans are finished with

their disgusting tax cut package for millionaires and billionaires, they're going to help offset

those costs by cutting Social Security and Medicare in the United States.

Now, if you're unfamiliar with those programs, Social Security is the program that you pay

into throughout your entire life, so that you can get a little bit of money back when

you retire.

Maybe it's enough so you don't have to work.

In most cases, it's enough to where a part-time job and your Social Security money will be

able to get you through during your golden years.

You'll never be able to fully retire, but at least you'll have a little bit coming to

you.

Medicare is the program for senior citizens that provides partial health insurance for

some things, doesn't cover everything.

Most of them have to go buy a supplemental plan, but at least it helps them out to an

extent.

And Marco Rubio says that, because these Republican tax cuts are going to, you know, add trillions

to the deficit, those nasty little Social Security and Medicare payments are going to

be drastically reduced, because we've gotta get more money to the rich in the United States.

Marco Rubio wants to send your grandparents, or possibly even yourself, he wants to ship

you down the river, because he wants to give more money to his wealthy donors.

Grandma and Grandpa, in this instance, are going to be screwed.

They're never going to be able to retire.

They're going to keep working until the day they die, just because they won't be able

to afford health insurance.

And they won't be able to retire, because Social Security will be cut down to nothing.

And more importantly, Rubio's absolutely lying.

During this Politico interview, Rubio told us that the main drivers of the debt and the

deficit are Social Security and Medicare, because the way those programs are structured

is just screwing everything up.

There are no facts in this country that support Rubio's claim, there.

None.

There is nothing wrong with Social Security.

There is nothing wrong with Medicare.

The only problem with those two programs is that they don't go far enough.

Marco Rubio is a liar.

Marco Rubio is a human sack of crap.

How about that?

How about we just stop mincing words?

How about we stop being polite?

How about we just call these morons what they are, because that's the point that I am at,

here.

I am absolutely sick and tired of seeing these disgusting, worthless wastes of oxygen, people

like Marco Rubio, going forward, lying to the public, lying with a straight face, lying

with impunity, screwing over everyone so that they can give their wealthy donors more money.

STOP COLD CALLING NEW LEADS! Use Agentology to improve lead conversion // The Real Estate Blitz - Duration: 6:28.

Hello everybody, welcome to Agentology.

This is a program specifically designed to assist you with immediate lead follow up.

Let's get started.

Agentology is "Lead Conversion on Autopilot".

This is a team based out of San Diego that will be reaching out to your leads through

CINC as soon as they come in, they'll be alerted same time as you are, they're cold called

on the email notification that you received, and they'll be following up within the first

5 minutes.

Typically the San Diego office averages about 2 minutes to call.

So, let's see how they do it.

First they sync with your lead sources and CRM, for us that would be our CINC account.

They're synced in there as Kris Mccullough under the admin account, and every time that

you receive a lead alert via text or email, they will be cold called on that same lead.

So they'll receive the information, gets transferred over to them rather than to you and they will

be the first point of contact.

As the term KC.

So, within 2 minutes typically, your lead will receive a reach out via text requesting

whether they would like to either talk or text with an actual person.

These are live call assistants in the the office down in San Diego.

They have reached every single contact within 5 minutes whether that'd be via text delivered

or via call delivered.

They are using scripts from specifically Tom Ferry and Keller Williams.

So they're extremely good at what they do.

Within the first 5 days, they'll take that lead to either "Qualified", "Unqualified"

or "retain as pending".

10 follow ups, first 5 days.

They'll let you know what's going on with the lead, whether they've been qualified,

disqualified or still pending; and it'll be on you from there.

Bonuses, you can refer the lead if the lead is not in your area.

This is an option and we'll go over that at a different time.

You can also input new leads on your own using the New Agent / Assist Lead tool down at the

bottom left hand corner.

All you would have to do is enter the client's information.

For example, Example Lead, with their phone number and their email.

If you don't have a phone number, go ahead and type in all those 5s just to let them

know that it's not available.

They do have both phone and email options for their scripts.

Though having both is obviously preferred.

From there, you'll click to continue, select the lead type, the city and state, and then

optional price range, mortgage status, beds, baths, lead generations which are not optional,

you do have to include where it's coming from; there's a drop down menu for that, and any

additional comments.

Please be as specific with your additional comments as possible.

If this is an open house lead who came through and talked about their dog, mention the dog,

the dog's name, every single piece of information that can possibly be beneficial to someone

following up with that lead needs to be included.

From there, they'll go ahead and include them in your leads.

All Leads, column.

So as you can see with this particular count, there are 44 total leads, 16 of which are

"Pending Qualification", 11 are "Qualified", and 17 are "Unqualified" for various reasons.

When you click on the drop down menu there, you'll see the reasons why they were just

"Qualified" leads.

Also, 0 referrals currently.

You can see that the options for information, go ahead and layout with the contact info;

obviously blacked out here or whited out for client concerns.

Followed by what their detail status is; so are they a buyer or seller.

What that location is, if there is a specific home that they were calling on such as our

Vanita , and what that status is, as well as the source and date submitted and the agent

that it was submitted to, that's where there's a team involved.

You're able to view those.

They'll also receive a weekly report emailed directly to your inbox of the associated email

address from Agentology stating what your week looked like.

So how many leads did you get, how many did they convert, how many are they still working

on, disqualifieds and "good email, bad phone numbers" as well as referrals.

Below that you can continue to scroll; this is especially strong on mobile, and you can

look up what the activity was for each of your leads that week.

It's extremely transparent.

Also when you receive either a "Qualified" or "Disqualified" lead that final route to

you, you'll receive an email letting you know exactly what happened, with the name, phone,

email and then as you can see, a significant number of additional comments.

You'll be fully prepared to engage with your lead, or to address the necessary follow up

steps afterwards (they even suggest next steps).

From there they'll put notes into your CINC as well.

These are obviously going to be the most helpful for you as an agent, hopping into your CINC

to contact that lead.

It's marked as "Attempted Contact", because they were attempted to be contacted and then

followed with whatever that information is.

It's listed under Kris McCullough but that's simply because they're using his admin access

to the system.

You'll be able to read that sticky note at the top of what Agentology was able to do

for you and proceed from there.

That's when it's your tun.

As soon as the lead has been qualified or disqualified, Agentology passes them back

and they are no longer in Agentology's control.

They are your lead and you must follow up.

Whether that's an appointment that was scheduled, or a follow up call set, it's your job to

follow up with that lead that either been qualified or disqualified, in the appropriate

manner.

Whether that's with a phone call within the next 10 minutes or the next 4 days, it needs

to be followed up with and you need to continue to make notes in your CINC account on what's

happening and what that progress is so that you remember every time you have a phone call

with that contact.
