how to get rid of baldness naturally and fast
Home Remedies for Baldness
How to stop hair loss or baldness?
To reduce baldness, many people usually visit a doctor or try some surgeries.
But, these surgeries and hair treatments are very expensive.
Instead of investing a large amount of money in surgeries, try some simple home remedies,
which are easy to apply.
Just go through the following natural remedies to prevent baldness.
1.
Aloe Vera Gel
Being an herbal plant, aloe vera is the most effective home remedy.
It is used to treat several health problems.
Aloe vera gel helps in the growth of hair, naturally.
To cure baldness, place some aloe vera gel on the head and massage it gently.
The enzymes present in aloe vera will open up the clogged hair follicles.
It will also put a stop to hair loss.
2.
Coconut Oil
Coconut oil is one of the natural remedies for treating baldness.
Simply dab some coconut oil on your head and massage it gently.
Coconut oil stimulates hair follicles.
Leave coconut oil overnight on the head and wash it off in the morning.
You can also add a few drops of lemon juice in coconut oil.
To prevent hair loss, massage with the mixed oil.
3.
Black Pepper
Another remedy for the treatment of baldness is black pepper.
This essential ingredient provides magical benefits.
You need to prepare a fine smooth paste by crushing some black pepper and lime seeds.
Apply this paste directly on your scalp spreading it evenly.
4.
Fenugreek Seeds
Fenugreek seeds are very effective in treating baldness.
All you need to do is to grind some fenugreek seeds to form a smooth paste.
Apply this paste on your scalp, especially bald patches.
Leave it for one hour.
During this one hour, scalp will absorb the paste of fenugreek seeds.
Rinse it with water.
5.
Lemon
Lemon is the most common remedy used for hair problems, like hair fall, dandruff, cradle
cap, dry hair, etc.
To fight against baldness, lemon juice can be used with various oils.
You can add one teaspoon of lemon juice in two tablespoons of olive oil.
Applying this oil on the head promotes growth of healthy hair.
Lemon juice can also be used with aloe vera gel.
Just add lemon juice and aloe vera gel in a proportion of 1:3.
Stir it well and apply it on your head.
Let it rest for 15 minutes.
After a stipulated time, rinse your hair with a mild shampoo.
For best results, try this method thrice a week.
6.
Beetroot Leaves
Beetroot leaves are the wonderful remedy against baldness.
Boil some beetroot leaves in water.
When they become softer, grind them.
Add henna during grinding procedure.
Apply this paste on the head and leave it for some time.
Wash it with lukewarm water.
You can also prepare a paste by crushing beetroot leaves and raw turmeric.
Add some water to make a smooth paste.
Apply it on the scalp.
7.
Yogurt
Yogurt is a natural conditioner for hair.
It is beneficial for curing baldness or hair fall.
Being a protein-rich food, yogurt prevents hair fall.
Simply apply yogurt on the head as a mask.
You can also massage your scalp with yogurt for 15 minutes.

Top things to see in Kuala Lumpur - Duration: 8:19.
Huge shopping malls, food courts everywhere, skyscrapers everywhere!
where are we?
are we in New York? are we in Singapore? are we in Tokyo?
No! we are in Kuala Lumpur!
and we just made it after a 3 hours bus drive from Malacca
and here I am, just in front of the most iconic building in Kuala Lumpur
the Petronas Towers
which is one the highest twin buildings in the world
and it has been constructed based on the 5 pillars of the Islam
let's discover Kuala Lumpur!
we are at the heart of Kuala Lumpur
Merdeka square
just behind me you can see the malaysian flag
for the 1st time, in august 1957
the union flag was lowered and replaced by the malaysian flag
as you can see it now
on my right, you can see the moorish Sultan Abdul Samad building
which was fonctioning as the government administration building during the British era
in this square, you have also a number of museums
right behing me
like the textile museum,
the music museum
the national library and you have also the Kuala Lumpur city museum
and every year here, they do the national parade
commemorating the independence from the British
one of the highlights of Kuala Lumpur is Chinatown
and just behind me you have the main street which is Petaling street or Petaling walk
and as in any Chinatown, you have all kind of imitations
bags, t-shirts, scarfs, you name it...
and you have a lot of stands with all kinds of Chinese food also
another highlight of Kuala Lumpur is what is just behing me, what is central market
it is an inside market with all kind of crafts from Malaysia
and you have also an open market nowadays
with also some stands for food
and for juices
and just in front of me, you have the old market square
with some colonial houses around it
Kuala Lumpur is a paradise for food lovers and shopaholics
you have plenty of food courts with cuisine of all over Asia
and here including just a space for food of japanese delicacies
and we are going to go for the Wagyu steak
the fruit is amazingly as expensive as it gets in Japan
well...it is a Japanese space after all!
I think I found our steak!
we are now 11km north of Kuala Lumpur
right in front of the entrance of the Batu Caves
which is the most important Hindu temple outside of India
right behind me you have the impressive statue of Lord Murugan
which is the highest in the world
it is going to be quite an sportive climb
because if you see the steepness of these stairs...
and it is almost 300 steps
so it is going to be sportive!
and we are going to try to avoid the monkeys
which I heard, they are pretty pretty naughty
let'go!
we are almost there!
but I believe there are some more stairs just inside of the cave
and I am already pretty sweating my butt off
anyway, at least I have a very pleasant view over Kuala Lumpur right now
we are now walking in Bukit Bintang
which is one of the major hubs or the major areas of Kuala Lumpur
this is the main street of shopping malls, expensive hotels
and this is where we are staying
however, no, we are not staying in a Marriott
we are not staying in the Millenium
you can also find affordable hotels around here
we have now to say bye to Kuala Lumpur
I must say it is not my favorite city
as I find it quite messy
it was really not a good experience biking here
we really tried it but it is really challenging
and how can it be actually bike friendly if there are not even pavements for pedestrians?
or not everywhere I must say...
however, I need to recognise that it is a promising city
we are seeing that they are working very hard everywhere
and they are definitively going to be improving their infrastructure
I think we are going to see within 5 or 10 years a big big change to Kuala Lumpur
and it is Christmas already here!
they are starting celebrations of Christmas already in mid-november, beginning of november!
everywhere you see Christmas trees, Christmas decorations
so Merry Christmas already!
and Kuala Lumpur I see you back in a few years
when you really improve your infrastructure
see you Kuala Lumpur!
thank you very much for watching!
if you liked my video
and want to follow me in my next adventures
don't forget to subscribe
you can also leave your comments below
share it and give it a thumbs up
thank you very much again and until very soon!

MINCE PIES With a Sweet Short Crust Pastry - Duration: 7:04.
Hi and a huge Christmas welcome to Steve's kitchen. Today's show is brought
to you with a sprinkle of fun and a bucket full of happiness because I'm
making my second favorite mince pie. It's the sweet short crust. Now I made the, my
favorite mince pie, last week, which is the shortcrust pastry, which is not sweet.
These are really delicious by the way, I'm a little bit peculiar I like them
because they're more savory. Today is a short crust but it's a sweet more like a
shortbread. This is so delicious and if you haven't made mince pies before
you're going to be knocked out by the taste of these. I would love to actually hear
in the comments what the best mince pie you've ever had and if you decide to
make these I'd like to know what you think. We're going to start with 450
grams, that's a pound of all-purpose flour. Now this recipe actually works
well with gluten-free flour, if you want to use gluten-free go for it. The next
item is a slightly salted butter, I've got 230 grams, that's eight ounces
of beautiful buttery goodness. I've cut it up into small cubes just to make it a
little more easy to handle. What we're going to do with that butter is just
coat it over with the flour and then rub it between your fingers and your thumbs
until you get what feels like a sort of loose breadcrumb. Sure you can actually
do this in a processor but trust me this way is just as simple and by doing it by
hand you get a real melt in the mouth pastry. Now some people will say to use
cold butter I never think it makes a difference, you've just got to end up
warming the butter in your fingers, so you might as well start with soft
room-temperature butter. Now I've got two and a half ounces, 75 grams this is
superfine sugar, caster sugar we call it and it's just to sweeten the pastry
slightly. I'm just going to mix that through this beautiful crumb, get an even
distribution. Next we want to take three medium eggs and we're going to keep the
whites separate, I am actually going to be using the whites but we'll just
separate out the yolks and pop them in with our crumb. Now the egg yolks are
another form of fat and another way of keeping this pastry lovely and short but
it's also going to bind this pastry together, we're now going to take a fork
and just break these yolks up and start to fold them gently into the mix. We're
also going to need a very small amount of water, ideally the
water should be chilled. I'm going to put three to four tablespoons in with my
pastry and what I'm hoping to see here is the pastry start to ball together. Now
it's still quite crummy but it's clumping nicely, so I'm going to take the
fork out of there now and I'm going to use my hands to gently squeeze this
pastry into a ball. Now you want that pastry to come away from the bowl like
that but you don't want it to be too sticky but still nice and light and
crumbly. What I want to do now is chill this for about 30 minutes before we roll
it out. Now my pastry has chilled a little bit, I'm just going to divide it
about 1/3 and 2/3, just to make it easier to work with. I'm going to dust my
counter with a little bit of flour, we don't want to overwork our pastry but
I'm just going to make it into a square, little more flour underneath, a little
bit of flour on the top and then we're just going to roll this out till it's
about a quarter of an inch. Now don't worry if the pastry cracks a little bit
you can just use your hands to push it back together and occasionally you'll
need to flour underneath and on top just to stop it from sticking. Now rolled my
pastry till it's about a quarter of an inch thick.
Now I always travel with my pastry cutters, I want a three and a half inch
cutter but the biggest one is three-inch, so I'm pretty sure that's why they make
the lid three and a half inch. So I'm going to use the lid to cut out 12 three
and a half inch, now we can stack up our pastry cases, the inside of our cases or
if you've got room you can actually just put them straight into your pastry tins.
Now I'm using a fairly deep patty pan, it's the way I like to make my mince
pies. I'm just going to take each of those, I'm just going to gently ease it
into the pan. A week or so back I made this beautiful mincemeat, this is
homemade, it is absolutely delicious, it hasn't had time to mature completely but
it's still going to taste better than anything you've ever had in the shops.
We're going to fill up the mince pie casings, you want to fill them up fairly
generously but not overfill them because it will try to bubble over the top but
that can just add to the beauty of a mince pie. Okay we're going to flour our
countertop again and this time we're rolling out our pastry just to cut the
tops, this time we are going to use the three-inch cutter, so it makes a nice
little lid for our mince pies. So I'm just going to cut
out 12 mince pie tops, now I'm just making 12 mince pies, do not waste this
extra pastry, of course you can make a mince pie pasty with it.
Now the egg white that we kept, I've just beaten it up a little bit and I've got
the lid of a mince pie here, we're just going to brush a little bit of egg white
onto it and then we can just pop the pie lid on top, give it a little push down
and then we're just going to brush some egg white on the top of all of the pies
and then we want to sprinkle the top of these pies before they go in the oven,
fairly liberally with some caster sugar and I'm just going to cut a couple of
little holes in the top of the mince pie to let out the steam and the pressure as
they cook, because of the sugar content in this pastry we're going to cook this
at the lower temperature than we would normally do. I preheated my oven to 150
degrees Celsius that's 300F and we're going to bake these for about 20
minutes, maybe a little bit under, just keep an eye on them they want to be a
nice golden brown. The house smells great come and have a look at these. Now
they're piping hot, there's a little bit of juice bubbling out just to where I
like them, I'm going to let them cool down for two or three minutes and then I'm
going to pop them onto this cooling rack and let them completely cool down. Now I
know some of you would be doubting Thomases out there and say what is Steve
on about the Cornish pasty with mincemeat, come and take a look at these
and we just let our mince pasties cool down a little bit too. Now they're still
a little bit hot, I have actually sprinkled over a little extra caster
sugar. I like this one with the juice just starting to pour out the top, I'll
cut this open so you can see inside just how beautiful that is. This smells so
good, now talk to me in the comments if you've never made mince pies before, let
me know, let me know if you're thinking of making mince pies and which one of
the two recipes I've just put up you'd prefer, whilst you do that I'm
going to tuck in and take a bite of this, smells so good.
Oh its hot, the pastry is like shortbread, it's just melting in my mouth, the spices
from the mincemeat is just delicious. Let me know what you're all up to this
Christmas, I hope you have a wonderful time and I hope you make some mince pies.
Be good and I will see you very shortly in another episode of Steve's kitchen,
take care

AYS Daily Growth Hacks 197 You Have To Have A Stake In The Game - Duration: 9:21.
Today's topic, You Have to Have a Stake in the Game
Hi, I'm Doug Holt with Author of Your own Story and this is your Daily Growth Hack
where each day we give you a tip, trick, or insight to help you up level well we
call the Five to Thrive that is your mind, your body, your soul, your
relationships and of course your business. Now there's a story about a
fishmonger and he was a very successful fishmonger selling fish only the finest
qualities and his business was really good he started to specialize in one
particular type of fish and this fish became complacent they just stopped
swimming around and overall just got pretty lazy now the quality of his fish
started to drop the flavor profile just wasn't there the fish weren't swimming
around they weren't getting the exercise they needed or absorbing the correct
amount of nutrients and he started to see his customer base dying quickly then
a friend had a suggestion and said geez these fish were lazy why do you put a
predator in the tank really give those fish an extra push they're swimming
around and really being active well he did this he followed his friends advice
and all of a sudden the flavor profile went through the roof once again and his
business soared the fish had something at stake they had to be active the same
could be used for you now I'm not saying anything that you need to put a predator
in there but you need kind of a mental predator sometimes to give you that push
not always but sometimes I'm going to share with you a few ways that I've done
it successfully with clients that I work with now one is a financial investment
right so if you have a goal or a dream that you've had for a year after a year
and you just haven't really achieved it now 2018 is coming up around the corner
many of us have had New Year's resolutions that we had from last year
that we just haven't hit and I get it but sometimes making something sure you
have something at stake or something in the game really helps you give you that
extra push so something I've done with clients one is I have them pick an
organization or a cause that really triggers them something I really don't
like right so for one client for example he really had a problem with the Aryan
Nation right a racist white supremacist group and I understood right and I have
another client was a staunch Republican and hates the Liberals hated Democrats
now my job as a coach is not to judge we talk about these issues of course but I
use these as leverage little bits of leverage to get people to move so for
one client what I had him do is I said hey you know what I need you to write me
a check for $5,000 don't write it to me though what I want you to do is I want
you to write it to the Democratic Party right you're gonna write it and endorse
it to them send me the check and I'm gonna hold on to it and you just looked
at me like I was crazy why why would I give them money that's ridiculous I
absolutely hate them there what's wrong with this country Doug and he went on a
slight rant so once I calmed him out and I explained I said look I'm not gonna
cash this cheque I can't get anything from it I'll tear it up as soon as you
hit your goals as soon as you get progress to where you need to be now
this goal that he had was a six-month goal he thought that yeah it's a stretch
goal but maybe I can get it done in six months so I told him this here's our
here's our agreement I'll have this check and when six months if you haven't
done the desired work to get to the goal I'm mailing it off to the Democratic
Party and right away what do you do he achieved his goal within three months he
hacked his time now you gotta imagine this was a big goal he had and so six
months was a stretch but knowing in the back of his mind that to him what was
wrong with America was gonna get his money and his name is gonna be listed as
a contributor was Eagle below more than the financial blow I did something very
similar there was a smaller amount it was $1,000 I did this for a client who
had a problem with losing weight now what they were doing is they were just
self sabotaging they were going out in the weekends they were drinking they're
having nachos you know they're doing all these things and they said Doug I
desperately just can't figure out how I can lose this way to just don't really
do it now this was the time when in the news I think it was the Aryan
Brotherhood I don't remember the organization but one of these hate
groups it was a white supremacist group was in the news causing trouble and he
expressed to me how much it really bothered him and he happened to be of
another other ethnicity so it really bothered him because it affected his
kids and so when we talking about I said look this is what we're gonna do I want
you to write me a check for $1,000 and address it to the Aryan Nation and that
wasn't the exact route but we actually found an organization on there that
listed all of their contributors online I said I'm gonna mail them a check so if
you don't get to the gym six days and follow your diet six days a week and
hit your fitness goals within a one-year period I'm mailing this check and not
only am I gonna mail this check I'm gonna do something more I'm gonna go to
the website take a screen shot and showing you as a contributor and I'm
posting that on social media is that motivating well I'll tell you what it
was and he hit his goals in less than half the time the idea of contributing
to a hate group that he believed directly would affect and potentially
harm his family and have all his friends see that he contributed was the
motivation he needed he had stake in the game he needed to do it now I know this
might sound aggressive to you and picking something with hate and I know a
lot of people have different issues with that alone but it works you know you got
to pick the right organization so what organization right now in your mind just
really kind of really ruffles your feathers really gets you just pissed off
you know for me it's any organization that abuses kids or picks on people that
can't defend themselves it's easy for me to do any one of those I'm happy to if
if I had any way of contributing to them it would it would hurt my heart and tear
my soul down and so I've used this effectively against myself by mailing
that my check to a friend it's got to be a trusted advisor right somebody that
you actually trust who's not just gonna mail it off to be a jerk
but you can actually hand it to a friend or a co-worker somebody who will hold
you accountable to make sure you hit your goals but also somebody who will
hold you accountable so if you don't hit your goals we'll take action and you
have to know that they're gonna take action and mail that check and it's not
to be mean but they're gonna do that to hold you accountable and when you know
that somebody's gonna do something like that without a beyond a shadow of a
doubt whether it be a coach that you're working with or somebody else in your
life then you're gonna take action you're gonna take dramatic action each
and every day another option is by making a social
declaration and what this could be is before-and-after photos I use this a lot
with weight loss I say take a picture of me right now in your underwear right and
so I ask them to take a picture of it and usually this is somebody that's 40
plus pounds overweight they don't feel good about themselves so this is a hard
thing and again my clients are business owners so they have a lot of pride in
their business but maybe their physical
appearances is slipped a little bit do they want a picture going out of them in
their underwear heck no so here's what we do I have them
send me the picture and again I'm a trusted advisor to them so you gotta be
careful who you're sending this to and I have them hit their goals
now same example I need you to check into the gym X numbers at X number days
a week that send me your food lock I'm gonna look over this if everything looks
good and you follow the plan that picture gets deleted now if it doesn't
I'm posting this on social media I'm tagging you and I'm tagging your friends
now most people know I own two different marketing agencies very easy for me to
get this information out quickly and I'm very very good at it and so I make sure
that they understand this but I also have a relationship with them that they
know that I would never deliberately hurt them and this is really just a
motivating factor so they trust me completely so with this now they have
skin in the game right so now you're having each and every person for me as a
coach they're actually diving deep and going towards their goals because the
motivation there is there now yes this is a little bit of a fear motivator but
this is a motivator gives you skin in the game right you can spin this around
and make it a positive impact too right you do the same thing and say hey look
$5,000 if you don't hit your goal goes to the Democratic Party but if you do
hit your goal what do we get to do in a positive reinforcement and that's the
way that I approach it that's the way you can do it too anyway just want to
give you this quick tip it's got a lot longer than I anticipated but it's about
having skin in the game and you really need to have skin on a date game to push
yourself forward because life happens and at the end of the day you give a
goal or a dream and you wake up in the morning and you're not motivated by it
by any means there's nothing like pushing you or pulling you ideally
you're being pulled towards it but sometimes we need a gentle push and this
could be just the one that works for you so if you need someone to send it to let
me know I'll be happy to be your accountability partner that's it for me
