if you guys want to improve your email deliverability rates within get response

there's a couple things you need to do first of all make sure you have your own

domain name so you're not sending from like a gmail or yahoo otherwise you will

get terrible deliverability rates and you may need a couple of different

domains just because potentially over time some of those domains could end up

in black lists especially if you're not careful with how you send emails so you

can configure multiple IPS within get response so if i go to send a newsletter

i'll just show you where kind of like what i have here so i'm not gonna send

one but from the from one's right i have i have a gmail one I just use that for

testing to send emails to not from but then I have two other domains that I can

rotate through if I so choose to want to so we're gonna focus on this domain here

J Tom or calm so what we need to do is make sure we have a SPF record which is

configured within your DNS of your particular domain so it's called a txt

record and we put the sender policy framework so that's the FPF portion to

make sure that get response can send on behalf of your domain they are

authorized right because it's coming they're coming from a different IP than

what your inbound email is coming to or what your DNS and your domain is coming

to so what and I've gone through this with get response so if I go into my

name chip account for my domain J Talmer com I've clicked on advanced DNS so we

can see here that I have a txt record for at that means just J Talmer com no

mail J telecom or nothing like that I have a

the SPF record that says hey include the SPF of get response comm and all IP

addresses I can list specific ones or I can just put all IP addresses so how

that would look is if I were to add a let's just copy this first so say you

didn't have it in here you would come into your advanced DNS we're gonna add a

new record we're gonna call it txt we're gonna make sure this is at and

we would paste in this and then we'd hit the quash the check mark to save that so

I'm just gonna cancel out and how we can check is if we open up a command prompt

whether this is in Windows or Mac or Linux if we do an nslookup

and we do set type equals txt and then you type in your domain my case it's J

Talmer com there we can see my specific txt record

referencing the sender policy framework of get response so now my deliverability

will increase with get response I will stay out of the spam folder the

promotion's folder and that's another reason why I have my gmail here I always

inbox my emails to an a gmail address to make sure I make it to the inbox and not

the promotions or the spam otherwise nobody will see your emails at all
