I'm Rebecca from engVid.

In the next few minutes you'll find out if you make any of the 10 worst mistakes in English.

Now, even though it seems like I'm joking, it's actually quite serious.

These mistakes could make you fail an exam or a job interview, they could make you lose

a sale or a client, they could also ruin your presentation, or worse still, your reputation.

You really don't want to be making these mistakes.

And luckily, you found this lesson, so at the end of this lesson you will know exactly

what to do to fix these mistakes in case you make them.

And if you don't make them, then you can feel really good and confident about the English

that you do speak.

Okay?

So, let's get started.

The first one...

Now, I should say that the first five are all written mistakes, that is if you say these

things, nobody will be able to tell what you're saying, but if you write them down then they

will see your mistake.

In other words, they are spelling mistakes, but the spelling mistake is based on a grammatical

mistake that you have misunderstood something in English.

Okay?

But I'm here to explain it to you, so no worries.

Here we go.

Number one: "Your late", "Y-o-u-r" or "You're late".

Now you see, they sound the same, but this one is written "y-o-u-'-r-e".

Have you seen this mistake on the internet?

I see it all the time, but not by you I hope.

So, what's the right answer here?

The first one: "Your late", "Y-o-u-r" or the second one?

Okay?

So, the correct one is this.

This is the correct one, this is wrong.

Why?

Okay?

"You're late" like this is what?

"You are", it's a contraction or short form of "You are", and the other one: "Y-o-u-r"

is a possessive form of "You".

It means this is your book, this is your brother, etc.

Okay?

So: "You are late."

is what you wanted there.

Second one: "Who's that?", "W-h-o-'-s" or: "Whose that?", "W-h-o-s-e"?

Which is correct?

Well, this one is correct, and this is wrong

because: "Who's that?" is short for: "Who is", "Who is that?"

Again, it's a contraction or a short form. Right?

And this one: "Whose" is a possessive word to ask: "Who does this belong to?"

Okay?

That's not what you want to say here.

Number three: "It's time to go." or "Its time to go."

Again, remember they sound exactly the same, they are what are called homonyms, but don't

worry about that.

You need to know how to spell, so is it like this or like this?

Well, this is correct, this is not.

This is, again, a contraction for: "It is", right?

"It is time to go. It's time to go."

This: "Its" with no apostrophe is the possessive form of "It", it shows that something belongs

to it.

All right?

That's not what you want to use here.

Next: "There here", "Their here", or "They're here".

Again, they sound the same, but what's the correct spelling?

Which word do you really want?

So, we want this one.

"They are here." Okay?

It's a contraction.

This one: "There" is the opposite of "Here", and "T-h-e-i-r", "Their" is the possessive

form of "They", it means something belongs to them, and that's not what you want in this example.

The last one here is: "Did you lose this?" or "Did you loose this?"

Now, some people don't pronounce it correctly so they end up sounding the same, they actually

pronounce differently, and spell differently, and the meaning is completely different.

Okay?

So: "Did you lose this?" or "Did you loose this?"

Which is the right one?

This is correct, and this is wrong.

The first one: "lose" is a verb because that's...

It means...

Okay, like something is lost, you lost it.

You lose something.

And "loose" means not tight, like: "His pants were very loose", not tight.

So, these are the first five, these are mistakes that you can make in writing, and if you made

any of them don't worry.

As I said, afterwards I'll tell you where you can go to watch a video on whichever one

you got wrong because I've recorded lessons on each of these.

Okay?

Let's go to the second part.

Now, let's look at five mistakes that people sometimes make while speaking.

Okay?

Number six: "You speak English good."

or "You speak English well."

Which is correct?

Do you know?

Well, the answer is this, this is the correct one: "You speak English well", because "well"

is an adverb.

It describes how you speak: "You speak well."

And "good", in this case is wrong, because "good" is an adjective.

So, for example, you could say: "You speak good English" because then "good" describes English.

All right?

Next one, number seven: "He's doing his homework." or "He's making his homework".

"do" and "make", so many, many expressions with "do" and "make".

How do you decide?

Well, let's see if you know this one first, then I'll tell you how you decide.

"He's doing his homework.", "He's making his homework."

Which one is right?

This one is correct: "He's doing his homework."

And it is wrong to say: "He's making his homework."

just because it's wrong.

Now, the way to know whether to say "do" or "make", there is some explanation that tries

to help you understand, but I think it's very difficult for you to think through it every time.

I think in this case you do have to learn a lot of the expressions by heart, and one

way you can do that is to look at one of the resources that I've written on my engVid channel,

which actually has a long list of expressions with "do" and "make", but I'll tell you again

how to get to that.

Number eight: "I'll see you at 6:30." or "I'll see you on 6:30." or "I'll see you in 6:30."

Is it: "at 6:30", "on 6:30", "in 6:30", which is it?

Those little prepositions.

So important.

Which one is it?

"I'll see you at 6:30",

not "on", not "in", okay? "at" is used with very specific times,

like: 6:00, 6:30, midnight, and so on.

"on" is used with one day or one date, and "in" is used for anything more than one day

or one date.

Really very important because these little prepositions pop up everywhere when we're

speaking, right?

Okay.

Number nine: "He and I are getting married."

or "Him and I are getting married."

Which one is right?

I just want to tell you that if you make this mistake it's a really bad mistake.

So...

They're all bad, this is very bad.

So, which is correct?

This is correct.

This is wrong.

Because "He" is a subject pronoun, and "Him" is an object pronoun, and if you don't know

the difference between a subject pronoun and an object pronoun, then you should really

follow this by looking at the...

than I'm going into here.

Okay?

Number 10: "He has a cool car."

or "He's having a cool car."

Sounds like could be, right?

Is there a difference?

Yes, we should say:

"He has a cool car."

We cannot say in correct English: "He's having a cool car."

Because "have", "have" is a...

What is called in English a stative verb.

It describes a state.

And so we can't normally use "have" to talk about something that you own, and there's

a lot of details that you need to understand when you're using stative verbs, of which

"have" is one example.

One is to learn what's right, the second way is to correct what's wrong,

in many ways.

here's a couple of tips for moving abroad:

Do your research and prepare yourself culturally - This is true especially for people traveling

because of work.

The knowledge of the local business culture can be a make or break factor in your professional

success.

- Get to know the language as well as you can

Yes, knowing English is amazing but it will not get you everywhere.

The better your foreign language skills are, the more at ease you will feel entering the

new environment.

It will also be easier for you to get to know the locals.

People always appreciate it when you (at least try) to speak their language.

And tip number 3 - Look for communities with the same background or interest as yours

Once you finally get to your destination, look for people who share your interests.

This can be anything from arts, sports to general communities for expats.

Meeting with people who are going through the same process as you are will help you

in making new friends and will also provide with a support system in any type of moving

– local – administrative questions you might have.

Surrounding yourself with the right people will be deciding factor in the success of

your experience abroad.

Today I want to share 3 creepy stories, that really happened to viewers of my channel Frostmare.

They were sent in from all around the globe.

Many of you know, that scary stories and sightings take place at night.. which makes us even

more afraid of the unknown, that might be the cause of the nightly disturbance.

Here are 3 Scary Stories That Really Happened to People.

I have thought for some time now until I decided to send you this.

My English is not the best so I hope to get the words right.

I do not know if this story is supernatural or it was just an asshole pranking us.

But to be true it changed my life.

I remember the things as if they had happened yesterday.

First of all, I am 33 years old now and the story happened when I was about 15.

Back then we did not have mobile phones.

Because of that, I can not provide any video or picture of it.

My sister Nancy is about two years younger than me.

Back in the days, we were home alone very often.

Our father had left us long ago and our mother was away a lot due to her job.

Because of that we often stayed out long and no one would care if we even stayed away the

whole night.

That day we went for a hike in the forest surrounding our hometown.

We lost a bit track of the time and got surprised by heavy rain.

Within a few minutes, we got soaked.

This forced us to take cover in an old house in the area.

We had explored this house multiple times sooner.

Like always in such regions there where some urban legends that were supposed to keep the

kids away from the place but only lead to us wanting to explore it even more.

The house was two stories high with an attic and a small basement.

All in all, it was in good shape even if it was abandoned for that long.

Some windows have been thrown in and some of the furniture was trashed by rowdies.

But at least it would provide us some shelter from the rain.

Since we have been here a lot of times in the past we knew which rooms were intact and

one seemed perfect for our purposes.

It was the parent's bedroom as we supposed.

The room was not trashed like the others all things where intact.

The only door to the room was lockable in case we needed it.

We decided to wait for the rain to end.

So we took off our wet clothes and made ourselves as comfortable as we could.

I told Nancy to take a nap while I would keep an eye on the surrounding.

It did not take long until she had fallen asleep and I listened to the rain outside

and her silent breathing.

Somehow I felt unease.

The feeling when you know something is wrong but you can not point it out.

Suddenly I heard a sound from the stairway and was immediately alerted.

I grabbed the next thing I could find and slowly walked toward the staircase to look

down.

I could see nothing in the dark.

That was when I heard a whisper from right next to me.

It sounded like someone was laughing.

Right after that, I felt a cold breeze and the door to the room my sister was in fell

shut.

I rushed to the door and tried to open it.

But it would not move an inch.

I was panicking.

I wanted to run but could not leave Nancy behind.

I hit the door as hard as I could and yelled my sister's name.

From inside I heard some loud bangs as if something huge was thrown into the room.

After what felt like an eternity it was silent again.

I banged on the door once more and without any resistance, it just swung open.

After the first moment of unbelief I rushed into the room.

It was empty.

No trace of my sister except her clothes where she left them.

There was no way she could have gotten out unless she climbed out of the window.

I searched the room.

Under the bed.

Behind the curtains.

Everywhere I could imagine her to hide.

The closet drew my attention to it.

It was the last thing to search.

Finally I opened the closet.

My heart missed a beat when I saw her in there.

She was still sleeping.

Tied up upside down hanging from the top of the closet.

She did not seem hurt.

So I untied and grabbed Nancy and ran out of the house.

Not looking back.

It felt like someone was following us so I did not stop until we were at home.

This scared me so much I never entered that house again not even during daytime.

I'm from Indonesia land ive and grew up in a small town, where I experience my horror

story when I was in high school.

I still remember it was a long holiday, my friends and I decided to have a barbeque party.

There's 8 of us, we had our BBQ party in the middle of the night about 11 or 12 at night.

We finished about 2am. after the BBQ party we didn't know what to do, so we watched this

horror movie called Shutter, which is a horror flick from Thailand.

We finished the movie at 3.30 in the morning, so we had the crazy idea that we should go

out with our motorcycles and go around the city get some fresh air.

Four motorcycles.. we paired up and headed out.

At first, it was so much fun, there was no one in the city except for us.

And what happened next, I never thought would happen to me cause I never had a gift to see

things that are not human.

we're passing through a Chinese graveyard, then a street market and there's this place

where everyone said that this road is supposed to be really haunted (Called anger in Indonesia

language) because, on that road, so many people had accidents, others were seeing things at

this place...

plus there are lots of trees, not so many lights and there's a river below that road.

At first, nothing happens and the second time through the road, I tried to see left and

right, breathe some fresh air, so I look up to see the trees.

When I turned to the left side, I suddenly saw something white in a tree.

It was a huge tree btw.

I didn't know what it was when I saw it, so I kept watching that thing because we were

moving slow and nobody noticed it besides me.

Suddenly that thing started to fly from tree to tree.. right in the sky above me.

I was really shocked like seriously.

I hugged my friend and told him with a worried voice lets get out of here! please move faster!

He looked confused about what I just said and he definitely was not moving any faster.

At some point, we're catching up with my other friends and then we finally get off that creepy

road.

We stopped outside of my friend's house, and he immediately asked me what happened.

Shivering over my whole body, with a pale face I then told him that I saw something

white, like a human and it flew above us.

They try to comfort me saying that it probably was an owl.

But For me, there's no way a white owl exists in in Indonesia .. especially in small town.

If it really was an owl I probably would have seen its wings when it flew.. but I know what

I saw, it was like a human wearing something white, it was so clear to me.

Every time I remember that thing in my head, I got chills till now, I just never believed

that I could see something like that with my own two eyes.

In retrospec.. it probably was a kuntilanak.

I remember when I was young, around 6 years old.

I came home from a concert with my family and I fell asleep around 8 PM.

I woke up between 11-2 am needing to go to the bathroom.

I felt a presence near me, I was on the right side of my bed, when I turned around to the

left side I saw a figure sleeping next to me.

I quickly ran to the light of my room and saw 'something' in my bed.

I came close and examined the body.

It was a man .. the blanket was over his lower half but he was naked from the top.

I could tell it was a man.

It didn't seem natural.

His skin was very pale with a slight gray tint; He had ruby rose lips and long black

hair that spread across my pillow he was sleeping on.

I started to panic and went to my parents' bedroom.

I crawled in the middle of the bed between my parents and quickly closed my eyes to make

assure myself it was all a nightmare.

As I fell asleep I saw a figure slowly walking across the room with my eyes closed.

The next morning I woke up on the right side to my dad.

I knew it was all a bad dream but I turned over to my mom on the left side and saw him

again, sleeping the same position.

I quickly turned to my dad's side and took the blanket of my dad's side because I was

feeling cold.

There he is again, sleeping on my dad's legs.

I didn't want to wake up my parents because I feared what this man would do.

I fell asleep.

I woke up with my parents both up watching the TV, I asked my dad, " where is the monster

?" My dad said he ran away with his jacket and he wasn't going to come back.

I knew he wouldn't believe what I would say so I blew it off.

My mom told me to throw her clothes in the laundry basket.

The thing is, it was outside my room.

I was too scared to go.

I told my mom I couldn't because he was in my room.

She also didn't believe me, since I was a kid, and kids are full of imaginary stories.

From that moment I always had this on my mind.

It bothers me that my parents don't still believe what I saw.

It wasn't a lucid dream or a nightmare.

it was real.

'What is Meditation?'

Instead, let's focus on some practical knowledge

So a lot of people have this common belief, that to meditate you need a certain object

Or you need a picture of OM

Or a candle light

But, guess what?

Let me just

burst this bubble for you

All right?

You can meditate on absolutely

ANYTHING

Be it a subtle object

You can meditate on your breath

or the Universe

Whatever makes you happy or in-connect with

THAT is your thing

Anything that brings

one-pointedness to you

Let me just give you an example of how to meditate on your breath because

what is going on guys welcome back to another video in today's video I'm going

to answer what are you really trading when you trade the currency market stay

tuned so a lot of people have been wondering what am I really treating what

am I getting what am i buying what am i selling when I'm trading Forex the

simple question of the simple answer to this question is nothing it's all

speculative meaning you do not get anything in the mail you don't get

anything let any receive any back in the old days used to get like certificates

or for buy stock none of that happens nowadays 80% of the trades in the

flooring in the forex market or just speculative the other 20% are large

corporations trading currencies from one denomination to another so the majority

as you can see is strictly I don't call a guessing game but that's what

speculative nature is it's a thinking or knowing that you have an edge following

your trading plan and taking advantage that's what all the watch has hedged

wants to that's what all the large retail banks do that actually take

speculative trades so what are you trading it's on the computer it's it's

pretty much invisible all trades that you take are just on the computer there

you won't get like I said you won't get our seat any certificate like the old

days everything is just in your history so you're speculating on currencies

whether you're going to go up or down you're in other words speculating on how

good a country is going to do so you're not in reality buying or selling

anything it's all on the computer I know it sounds weird but just bear with me

hear me out it's not as weird as you first think

because everything's electronic so you're actually not seeing anything

physical which might freak a lot of people out but it's not weird if you're

making money right and you know what you're doing because once you start

understanding how the market works then you actually get a bigger perspective of

it the primary reason why the forex market exists and was created was to

facilitate currency has changed from multinational corporations so what does

that all mean it simply means if somebody say BMW in Germany wants to

lock in a price for the Urist of the US dollar that's what it was originally

created for and then that's when all these large banks retail investment

banks hedge funds and even retail traders started coming in eventually for

speculative nature so they just figured that hey I can get an edge I can make

money off this if I can profit make money why not join in I'm trying to get

a piece of the action too so that's the main reason why was it created but

everything is done electronically nowadays before the year's bag feels

completely different before retail traders weren't even allowed to join it

with the big voice now that's the beauty of Florrick's now even if you have a

thousand bucks to start two thousand bucks you can even open an account with

500 bucks nowadays because brokers have made it so easy they want you they want

your business they made it so easy that even a retail trader with 500 bucks can

join in with the big boys you get the same quotes you get everything the same

execution speed up they're extremely fast super fast so that's the main

reason why I was first traded but eventually as time went on they started

allowing a smaller and smaller fish if you want to call it into the pond so in

reality to summarize what are you trading well it's uh you're buying the

economy that you think is going to go up the country that you think is going to

go up and you're selling the currency that you

think is going to fall that's all it really is you don't see any of these

currencies or no one brings to you like a stack of

for Japanese yen to your door and I know that happens all done electronically you

open occlusion precision whenever you want you're betting on the country speak

and not make success and of course you're capitalizing on certain events

that happen throughout just everyday life so you have terrorist attacks you

have all kinds of interest rate hikes you have all kinds of speeches from like

important political political figures so you're just capitalizing on those

movements it's all about having a training plan sticking to it and making

money and of course like I said before financial freedom because no one wants

to stay at a job their entire life work every single day and live a miserable

life that's not what living is about living is about spending time with your

kids your wife your girlfriend if you have one just you guys get what I'm

saying if you want to go on vacation it's having time separating time from

money and trading or working wherever there's an internet connection whether

it's at your house your grandma's house while she's making you some cookies

when you're on vacation in Europe it doesn't matter

that's what it's about it's about separating your time for money and make

you money while you sleep because actually you can't make money while you

sleep doing this you just leave your position overnight easy as that so with

Lean on the left leg.

That means the most of your weight is on the left leg, and the little bit of the rest is

on the right leg.

Now, shorten the distance between the right pinky and the big toe by sliding the pinky

toward the big toe, and then elongate the distance by sliding the big toe away from

the pinky.

The sole of the foot, particularly the toes, is curled and flattened repeatedly as the

toes walk toward the left.

Do it like this and walk left.

When the right foot is close to the left foot, then it's time to go in the opposite direction.

Now, walk toward the right.

Shorten the distance between the right pinky and the big toe by sliding the big toe toward

the pinky or right, and then elongate the distance by placing the pinky away toward

the right.

The sole of the foot is curled and flattened.

Do it like this and go back until feet are too far away from each other.

Coin Roll Hunting Nickels - Another Proof Found! - Duration: 5:20.

hey everyone it's Rob from Rob finds treasure and we've got a couple of more

nickel boxes here mainly because I've hunted my two penny boxes this week and

they didn't do too too great but I got a couple of Enders and it just seems like

with Enders on Penny boxes you'd think there'd be more coins in there that are

cool fine but it's been a slim pickins I might have to switch banks and go get

pennies from another Wells Fargo but I had some time today so I went to chase

banks and grabbed a couple of 100 nickel boxes I'm hoping that these have

circulated nickels in them you never know anymore

seems like this month of January it's been a little slim pickins out there for

circulated coins or at least harder than it had been in the time before Christmas

let me go ahead and get this guy open for you hopefully we find what we're

looking for if I can get over for you guys hope that we have some circulated

nickels let's take a look that looks okay

that looks better all right we got some circulated nickels in this box we'll get

to this box in another hunt but let's go ahead and crack open some rolls and as

always I'll loop you in and I find something cool all right guys off to a

good start first roll in about ten nickels in we've got ourselves a 41 and

it's a Philadelphia Mint so I will take it first rule in not even 1/4 of the way

through the roll let's keep looking you don't want to see me when I'm angry

just kidding let's get back to the hunt okay guys check it out we're on the 11th

roll and it's been a while since I got one of these in a roll we've got a proof

here it's definitely uncirculated condition but it's most definitely a

proof 1983's yeah it's in bad shape but it's always fun to find a proof this

is my fifth nickel proof out of the 46 or 47 nickel boxes I've ever hunted I

keep track to them how many I hunt just because it's well I got problems but

anyway I'll take it it's in bad shape but it's always fun finding a proof

we'll put that up here in the cool fines and we'll get back after the hunt 17th

role in got our second coin from the 40s it's another 1941 and this one's a

Philadelphia Mint bad condition but it's another early Jefferson and we'll take

it we also have 451 so that cool proof and iodine

okay 19th roll and then we got a pretty good look in 1940 here let me show this

to you that's not a bad shape and it's a Philadelphia Mint pretty common for that

year but it's in pretty good shape and I will take it all day all right that's

our third coin from the 40s so not doing too bad after almost 20 rolls a little

light but not too bad I'll take it okay everyone happened to the box for all 25

I just happened to see this at the end here figured I'd grab it

looks like it's a Canadian 1987 so got our first for one of the box put it up

there and we'll get back to the hunt alright guys been kind of a slow box run

roll number 41 we did find another 40s Jefferson in 1948 Philadelphia will take

it it's only our fourth to go along with five and the 50s a Canadian a proof and

309 s so slow box but there's still nine more rolls all right guys 46 roll in and

we finally got it done to 40s coin 1941 den better this time put that guy up

here makes 5 in the 40s only 5 in the 50s so slow box but you know what always

a fun hunt maybe will pull something fantastic either these last four all

right guys we finished that box of nickels it wasn't one of my better ones

let me just wrap up the finds here in the chase box with 50 rolls of five

centers we got no vehicles no buffaloes no silver 53 coins in the 60s five in

the 50s five in the 40s no 30s we got one foreign coin and three 2009's the

83s proof is probably the find of the box I always keep track to all my boxes

again here's the O nines here's the proof right here nothing

special it's been in circulation for a while the Canadian in the 50s we did get

a 50 to 57 2/5 or 58 and 259 s in the 40s we got a 1940 a couple of 40 ones

actually three forty ones and a forty eight so again nothing fantastic

probably one of my lighter boxes to tell you the truth but like I've always said

you got to hunt them you got to grind it out because you never know when you get

that box speaking of that box and my next hunt will hunt that box and we'll

hope that that box is that box anyway if you enjoy the home with me

DIY Wall Banner + How To Make Tassels | How To Make a Banner | DIY Wall Decor - Duration: 5:37.

Hey whats up you guys? My name is Emily and in this video I'm going to show you how

to make this wall banner and I will also be showing you how to make the tassels

that are going on this banner. In the comments down below let me know what you

Let's get on with the video!

What you will need for this DIY is two pieces of paper, any type of stick that you want,

I used a barbecue stick,

a ruler, scissors, a pencil, a paintbrush, paint, two or more colors of twine, string, or thread,

tape, a needle, fabric, and a glue gun.

The first thing you want to do is to print or draw out a template of words.

The words can be anything that you want.

I chose the words "Stay Positive".

After you made your template, you want to put it under a piece of fabric.

and then you want to draw out the shape of your banner with a ruler and a pencil.

The banner can be any size or shape

and you want to make sure you make the banner long enough for the words.

Now you can cut out your banner with scissors.

After you cut out your banner, you want to place the banner over the template

and trace the letters onto the banner.

Now you want to place the banner on a new piece of paper or on the template paper

so the paint doesn't get on anything if it goes through the fabric

and paint the words in with any color of paint that you want.

Now you have to wait for the banner to dry

and make sure you pick up the banner every now and then so the banner doesn't get stuck to the paper.

While the banner drying you can measure the stick that you are going to use

and cut off any of the extra stick that you don't want with wire cutters, a saw, or you can just break the stick.

I cut my barbecue stick with wire cutters and then I sanded down the sides of the stick with sand paper.

For the tassels, you want to take a book and wrap the string you want to use for the tassels around the book.

I used pink thread.

Remember the longer the book the longer the tassels are going to be.

Once you are done wrapping your string, you want to cut off any extra string

and then you want to take another piece of string and put it under the string that's on the book

and tie it to the tassel.

Then you want to pull off the string from the book and cut the loop at the bottom.

You don't have to worry if it's not even at the bottom because you're going to fix it at the end.

Now you want to take another piece of string and place one string onto the tassel.

Make sure this string is long as the string that you tied earlier onto the tassel

and then you can take more of the same string to make a loop and place the loop over the same string.

Then you want to wrap the string, that's from the loop around the tassel.

You can tie it around as many times as you want.

When you are done tying your string you want to take the string that you are wrapping with

and put it though the loop

and then you want to pull the other string that not the loop.

All you have to do now is cut off any of the extra string and then you won't see that string.

If you need to you can take some tape and wrap it around the bottom of the tassel

and cut in the middle of the tape with scissors to make sure the tassel is even on the bottom

and then you can pull off the tape.

If you want to make another tassel, just follow the same steps.

When your banner is dry you want to flip over your banner

and place your stick near the top of the banner but leave some room.

Take your glue gun and start putting a little bit of glue at a time

and wrap the fabric over the stick.

Do this until you get to the end of the fabric.

Then you can tie on your tassels onto the stick.

The last thing you have to do is take one piece of string

and tie one end of the string to one side of the stick

and then you want to tie the other end of the string to the other side of the stick.

All you have to do now is to cut off any of the extra string.

For this optional step you can draw a shape onto the banner

and put some thread onto a needle

and then you can sew on the shape with any type of stitching that you want.

and that's how you make this wall banner!

Guess what, as cliché as it may sound, it's really their loss, not yours.

You already have so much going for you, so instead of letting your sadness get the best

of you, focus on all of your amazing qualities, and do activities that make you feel happy

and empowered.

Go on a run, or call a friend.

You are your No. 1 priority right now, and that's pretty awesome.

Try to see rejection as opportunity.

Yes, it's unfortunate that your crush didn't feel the same way about you, and it's probably

a little painful.

However, it's just one person, and that person wasn't right for you.

Try to think of rejection as an opportunity to find a better situation with someone, who

will feel the same way about you.

If your crush didn't think you'd be compatible together, that just means that there's someone

I think a good exercise is to put yourself in their shoes.

This works in all kinds of situations, except the best approach is to probably start dating

multiple people, so that you don't just get attached to one person as a substitute

for the person who rejected you.

This is a trap that many people fall into.

Instead, spread your love around a little bit, and be less attached to the results.

Appreciate what you like in other people, without worrying too much about what they

think about you.

This is what New Age types tend to call, Abundance Mentality, but really what it means is that

you're not feeling needy and overly-invested.

This can apply to many parts of your life, even your health and your financial situation,

but in this case it can have a huge impact on your love life.

good a country is going to do so you're not in reality buying or selling

anything it's all on the computer I know it sounds weird but just bear with me

physical which might freak a lot of people out but it's not weird if you're

making money right and you know what you're doing because once you start

understanding how the market works then you actually get a bigger perspective of

it the primary reason why the forex market exists and was created was to

facilitate currency has changed from multinational corporations so what does

that all mean it simply means if somebody say BMW in Germany wants to

lock in a price for the Urist of the US dollar that's what it was originally

created for and then that's when all these large banks retail investment

banks hedge funds and even retail traders started coming in eventually for

speculative nature so they just figured that hey I can get an edge I can make

money off this if I can profit make money why not join in I'm trying to get

a piece of the action too so that's the main reason why was it created but

everything is done electronically nowadays before the year's bag feels

completely different before retail traders weren't even allowed to join it

with the big voice now that's the beauty of Florrick's now even if you have a

thousand bucks to start two thousand bucks you can even open an account with

500 bucks nowadays because brokers have made it so easy they want you they want

your business they made it so easy that even a retail trader with 500 bucks can

join in with the big boys you get the same quotes you get everything the same

execution speed up they're extremely fast super fast so that's the main

reason why I was first traded but eventually as time went on they started

allowing a smaller and smaller fish if you want to call it into the pond so in

reality to summarize what are you trading well it's uh you're buying the

economy that you think is going to go up the country that you think is going to

go up and you're selling the currency that you

think is going to fall that's all it really is you don't see any of these

currencies or no one brings to you like a stack of

for Japanese yen to your door and I know that happens all done electronically you

open occlusion precision whenever you want you're betting on the country speak

and not make success and of course you're capitalizing on certain events

that happen throughout just everyday life so you have terrorist attacks you

have all kinds of interest rate hikes you have all kinds of speeches from like

important political political figures so you're just capitalizing on those

movements it's all about having a training plan sticking to it and making

money and of course like I said before financial freedom because no one wants

to stay at a job their entire life work every single day and live a miserable

life that's not what living is about living is about spending time with your

kids your wife your girlfriend if you have one just you guys get what I'm

saying if you want to go on vacation it's having time separating time from

money and trading or working wherever there's an internet connection whether

it's at your house your grandma's house while she's making you some cookies

when you're on vacation in Europe it doesn't matter

that's what it's about it's about separating your time for money and make

you money while you sleep because actually you can't make money while you

sleep doing this you just leave your position overnight easy as that so with

Every time you add a tablespoon of mayo to anything, you are adding about 94 calories to the dish.

Mayo contains a medley of fats with saturated fats and trans fats, along with some polyunsaturated fats and monounsaturated fats.

It is also loaded with cholesterol and sodium along with potassium.

The only redeeming factor is the vitamins E and K in it.3.

Vitamin E and K both help promote skin and hair health.

Vitamin E is also an antioxidant that aids our immune function.

Vitamin K is required for strong bones and blood coagulation.

Is mayonnaise bad for cholesterol? What about heart health and blood pressure? Loaded with saturated and trans fats, mayo spells trouble, particularly for your heart health.

Researchers at Harvard Medical School recently concluded that higher intakes of the most common saturated fats led to a boost in the risk of developing coronary artery disease of up to 18 percent.

However, replacing just 1 percent of those fats with the same amount of calories from polyunsaturated fats, whole grains, or plant proteins was associated with a 6-8 percent decline in the risk.4.

The creamy condiment also increases the risk of high cholesterol and therefore coronary artery diseases.

According to a study, this risk is reduced most effectively when trans fatty acids and saturated fatty acids are replaced with unsaturated fatty acids in the diet.

Unfortunately, there are no unsaturated fatty acids in mayonnaise.5.

Mayo is bad news for those with hypertension as well as it has high amounts of sodium and saturated fat.

According to University of Maryland Medical Center, too much sodium can lead to high blood pressure.6.

It is often combined with foods that are already high in sodium such as burgers, making it even worse for those with hypertension.

You can try other alternatives to mayo to jazz up your salads, sandwiches, and burgers.
