Lift your right leg and extend until it is parallel to the floor. Hold for 10 seconds and slowly lower.

4. Squats

You probably know this one, but may not how good it is for strong knees as well as toned glutes.

Stand with legs shoulder-width apart.

Your back should stay straight.

Slowly bend your knees and lower your torso.

Lower as much as you can and hold for 10 seconds.

5. Lunges

Another well-known gym exercise that can help you get strong knees.

Stand with your legs together and arms at your sides.

Take a large step forward with your right leg and bend your left knee so that your torso is lowered.

After 5 seconds, return to your starting position and do the same with the other leg.

However, what Americans didn't see a lot of, was an actual connection between the former Commander-in-Chief and the people he was supposed to be serving.

President Trump, however, has taken a very novel approach to his connection with Americans. The Daily Wire reports that he doesn't talk about reading the mail that Americans send him, but when he does, he steps in and tries to do something about it. One such case when a little boy who wanted something, not for himself, but for a sick parent:

"When Barack Obama was president, the White House hyped the story that he read 10 letters a day, written by average Americans. Sure, he got 40,000 a day and the letters were handpicked (you can bet no criticism broke through), but he touted the story often as a way to declare he was fully in touch with Americans.

President Trump, on the other hand, hasn't said anything of the kind. He doesn't seek publicity when reading letters — instead, he just writes personal notes back.

That's what happened when Fore Putnam, an 8-year-old boy from North Carolina, wrote to say his father, Trae, was awaiting a new kidney after enduring dialysis treatments. Fore, with a bit of help from his grandmother, wrote three letters just before Christmas — to Santa, President Donald Trump, and Ivanka Trump, according to CBS News.

'My dad has been sick for a long time… I want him to get better, so he can get a job again so we can play,' Fore wrote. 'My mom just left, so if my dad gets better, she might come back… Please help my dad for Christmas. That's all I want for Christmas, and maybe one toy.'.

Trump wrote back: 'Dear Fore, Thank you for sharing your story with me.

The President and his family have gotten a lot of bad press since they landed in office, however, none of that has affected the core values that America saw in President Trump and elected him for. Working in Washington is difficult, especially if your address is 1600 Pennsylvania Ave.

This act of kindness might not get a lot of media attention, because it doesn't fit the mainstream media's narrative that President Trump is a green-eyed money hungry monster, looking to take other people's money and make his own fortune larger. But it's stories like this that give us hope that we might make it out of this divisive time with some dignity after all.

a mistake people do in fitness is comparison

comparing yourself with others

you look at a physique

any good looking physique like a fitness model or a bodybuilder or a magazine cover

and start to think that you want to become like that (maybe in a short term)

and then you start working for it

aftyer start working out you realize that no

transformation is going to happen overnight

then what you do...You QUIT...

so whats the reason?

overexpectation - Having High Hopes

now lets rewind a bit and see whats happening here?

you are starting with the mindset of getting a 6 pack

(Not thinking about initial small transformation)

and inbetween

when you quit

forget about getting a 6 pack

you have not even achieved a small weight reduction in the process

and quit

so what happened finally?

you have not even done a small transformation because of overexpectation

if you had kept your expectation

in a reasonable small way,

like 'let me do a small initial transformation and then

finally let me think about getting an extreme transformation'

you may have done it

you might have achieved atleast a very small transformation

so over expecting in the beginning of transformation is the mistake many do..

if you workout reasonably you will achieve atleast a small transformation

take for example in cricket,

every player dreaming of playing in big level wants to hit a century

but still,

they will learn the game in the beginning

after learning one by one, with proper batting improvement and scoring some runs

like 10, 20 runs initially, they better themselves

and later on they may hit a century or may not hit a century

but they will still look for ways on how to improve their batting

instead if they think

They want to hit a century in the first game

itself and start playing with over expectation

they have high chances of scoring low runs...

because getting century is an extreme level

first they have to improve the game by scoring small runs initially

then only they will gain that experience for knowing about the next level

even your 6 pack journey is not different

its an extreme level

first you have to start with normal fat loss process

you have to make sure your transformation is starting atleast on a small level

or are you reaching towards your weight goals slowly

or are you toned than before

or is your hip size reduced than before...Thats what

you have to be concerned about in the beginning

without thinking like this, if you think of reaching

an extreme level like a 6 pack in the beginning itself

you wont be showing progress

you will be frustrated

and without thinking why you started this transformation, you may quit...

quitting is your decision

but if you think of getting a 6 pack and start your workout

and quit without even achieving a small fat loss then that makes no sense..

so have only average hopes

even if you ask advise from any person

dont ask them how to get 6 packs in the beginning, especially overweight persons...

ask them advise regarding fat loss to occur in the beginning

suppose you want to reach your final weight

you will think practically in that fat loss journey

you will know the difficulty because of your involvement

you will know how hard is it to get a extreme transformation like a 6 pack

since you know the difficulty you decide at that

time when you lost most of your body fat...

your decision will be very clear at that time

if you ask me about 6 packs

you should NOT workout with the goal of getting a 6 pack

when you are working out for your normal fat loss

a 6 pack should come during that transformation (not aiming for it initially itself)

you might not get 6 packs also in that journey

you dont have to get a 6 pack definitely

which is not important (Forget about 6 packs)

but did you get transformed in that journey or not?

did you achieve a small change in your body

if you have transformes even slightley you will be considered fitter only..

so how do I see fitness?

if a person has a correct weight for his height

not overweight

no fat in sides

and no complains while he works like problems in sitting or standing

or complaining about neck pain or stiffness while working in office

not complaining about lifting groceries

no other complains

performing their day to day activities

is what I called a fitter person

and an average person wants this type of body only

and not for a 6 packs

so as age progresses

you must try to achieving this kind of a fitter body is more than enough

think about 6 pack after you made your maximum transformation

i dont suggest you to workout for a 6 pack from beginning

itself...Dont have too much expectations in the beginning

so think about whether you even want a 6 pack

if you know about the difficulty you will start working out sensibly

for fat loss and achieving a well toned body

and you might have seen many thin persons with a 6 pack

thats not somethng to be proud of

its not difficult in getting a six pack if you are so thin..Many people can do it..

remember these persons might be underweight

and thats not a proper way of getting a 6 pack

if you want you have to get a 6 pack with a muscular, bulky body

and truth to be told, not may can achieve that kind of a physique

maintenace will be difficult

with lots of hard work and dedication,

with high patience levels and sacrificing many things

so you should be thinking about how long can you

maintain a transformed body on the long run

if you start with these 6 pack goals

not many will be able to maintain it..so its short term...

and if you think of making a tranformation on a short term it doesn't make sense..

so instead of having a 6 pack with a thin, underweight body,

if you have a well built, toned, fitter look

will be better looking even without a 6pack..

and think about what are you going to do with a 6 pack

not many are going to walk in public shitless with a six pack right?

so aim to do proper weight loss

and achieve a well toned, fitter look

and then think about getting 6 packs

because you will know its difficulty

so you will know the truth

so you will take smart decision

So, even without a 6 pack you will be considered fit

if you maintain a well toned body with a proper workout

Springtime is BUNNY SEASON.

Just look around!

When the new green grass begins to grow, and flowers start to appear, that's when you'll

see a lot of new baby bunnies!

This is why many cultures feature rabbits in springtime celebrations.

Another reason we associate bunnies with the season of new growth is because they reproduce

so quickly.

{popping sounds}

"Bunny" is not an official scientific name - it's more like an affectionate nickname.

We call both rabbits and hares bunnies.

Rabbits and hares are in the same FAMILY, but they ARE different.

How can you tell the difference between a rabbit and a hare?

Hares are bigger than rabbits, and they have different-looking ears and feet.

Rabbits live in a warren - a series of tunnels underground with little rooms.

But hares usually live above ground.

Baby rabbits are blind and hairless, and they require a lot of care.

Hares are born with all their fur.

Their eyes are open, and they can hop around a few hours after they are born.

What about a jackrabbit?

Is that a rabbit?...

Nope, it's a hare, despite "rabbit" being in its name.

Look at his giant ears!

That's how the jackrabbit got its name.

It was given by Mark Twain, the famous author of Tom Sawyer and Huckleberry Finn.

Twain saw those big ears, and said "It looks like a jackass rabbit!"

Jackass is another name for donkey.

See the resemblance?

Over time, the name got shortened to jackrabbit.

Some rabbits live in the wild, and some rabbits are pets.

There are more than a dozen SPECIES of rabbits in the wild.

And there are more than *200* different BREEDS of domesticated rabbits.

Domesticated means tame.

These rabbits live on farms or are kept as pets.

There is a wide range of sizes and colours of domesticated rabbit - from the tiny pygmy

rabbits like Britannia Petite or Netherland Dwarf to the biggest rabbits like Checkered

Giants and Flemish Giants.

Some special rabbits are ALBINO.

That means they don't make MELANIN - that's the same pigment we have that that makes your

hair darker and gives your skin and eyes their colour.

So albino rabbits are all WHITE, and they have PINK eyes.

Here's a kind of rabbit that has extra fur on top of their heads!

... It kind of looks like they're wearing a wig.

In contrast, most wild rabbits look something like this.

You can find wild rabbits in many parts of the world.

Most rabbits live in North America.

But you'll also find many rabbits in South America, Europe, China, Japan, Southeast Asia,

and parts of Africa!

Rabbits can adapt to almost any environment.

In many places, rabbits were introduced as pets.

They accidentally escaped into the wild, and reproduced like crazy.

This has caused environmental problems, especially in Australia and New Zealand, where rabbits

are considered pests.

In high numbers, rabbits can clear out all the vegetation in an area.

They continue to eat any little new plants that pop up, and pretty soon, the land is

completely barren.

That's what happens if an animal doesn't have many natural predators.

In North America, rabbits have MANY natural predators.

They have to look out for hawks, falcons, eagles, owls, foxes, coyotes, wolves, raccoons,

cats, dogs, snakes…yeah, rabbits are on the menu for MANY predators.

And rabbits don't have many natural defenses.

They do have strong nails and teeth, but bunnies are usually smaller and weaker than their

predators.

Instead of fighting back, they usually hide or run away.

Lucky for the wild rabbits, their brownish fur acts as camouflage, helping them blend

into their surroundings.

Rabbits rely on their senses to tell them a predator is coming.

See their big eyes?

Rabbits have excellent vision, and can see almost 360 degrees - that helps them look

out for predators, even overhead.

Bunnies also have a keen sense of smell.

Rabbits' noses are constantly twitching, picking up the scents of predators...and food.

Rabbits' big soft ears also help them LISTEN for predators.

If a rabbit hears something suspicious, they will thump the ground to alert other rabbits

of danger.

Rabbits and hares have a special way of moving… they hop!

Their powerful back legs let them leap great distances compared with their size.

Some rabbits can hop about 2 feet up in the air.

Others can reach up to 4 feet!

And horizontally, they can jump an amazing 15 feet!!

The longest bunny jump recorded was over 7 times the rabbit's body length.

By comparison, the world record for the Human long jump was less than 5 times our body length.

We don't know for sure whether rabbits are NOCTURNAL or CREPUSCULAR.

That is, whether they are naturally more active at night, or during the dusk and dawn.

It seems that rabbits can change their schedule and adapt to better avoid predators.

They sleep about 8 hours a day.

The rest of the time is spent eating.

We call this GRAZING.

Cartoons often show rabbits eating carrots.

But in the wild, they don't get to eat very many root vegetables that grow underground.

Rabbits mostly eat grass and hay.

They also enjoy leafy greens.

Rabbits don't eat meat.

They're vegetarians!

Another word for vegetarian is HERBIVORE.

Eating all that grass makes a rabbit want to settle down and have a family.

A male rabbit, called a buck, mates with a female rabbit, called a doe.

After about 30 days, they have a litter of usually 4 to 8 baby rabbits.

For about two weeks, the mother rabbit stays away from the nest except for feeding them

at dusk and dawn - to help keep the baby rabbits hidden from predators.

By the time a rabbit is around 3 months old, they can start raising their own family of

baby rabbits.

And rabbits can reproduce MANY times each year.

You can see how colonies of rabbits quickly grow bigger and bigger, and overpopulation

can be a danger.

That's why it's important that prey animals have predators.

Did you know there are some special places where you can visit a TON of bunnies?

There's a small island in Japan called Okunoshima where there are many, many rabbits.

HUNDREDS of rabbits!

In fact, some people call it Usagi Shima, which means Rabbit Island.

The wild rabbits on this island are protected, and NO DOGS OR CATS allowed.

Just bunnies.

If you can't make it to Japan, many other places have bunny petting events.

If you do go to a petting zoo, remember to be very, very gentle.

Bunnies are very small compared to us.

7 Anti Inflammatory Foods to Know

Have you experienced swelling and pain?  The inflammatory process is composed of molecular, vascular, and cellular phenomena that the body produces to defend itself from attacks that it receives.

Luckily, anti inflammatory foods can help you boost your overall health.

For the system to function, it requires the participation of the:.

• Endocrine system (which is in charge of hormones),.

However, there are factors that modify the reaction according to each organism.

Causes

•  Low nutrient content: People that dont consume sufficient nutrients have the most serious inflammation.

•  Problems in blood circulation: When there is a poor cardiovascular state, the damage to the tissues is much worse.

•  Hormonal state  The patient that secretes excessive quantities of hormones will tend to have more complications when suffering from inflammation.

•   Immunodeficiency: Illnesses like anemia impede the cells and the tissues to regenerate rapidly.

The reality is that no one is exempt from having inflammation.

If we analyze it, inflammation is the symptom that a great percentage of diseases tend to display.

Among these are asthma, diabetes and arthritis.

some potting soil because I'm professor kitchen and class is in session

You can see behind me my family's collection of herbs were

growing this year we have always enjoyed growing herbs even when I lived in the

city it's something that's really nice to have some green things around and

plus it really can save you a lot of money and going to the grocery store if

you're the type of person who cooks with fresh herbs and you should be then you

know they can get kind of expensive when you're buying buy these little packages

in the grocery store for about half or less of what you pay for one package you

can buy yourself a plant and have a bunch of packages worth so it's a really

good deal and it's actually kind of fun when you get down to it I don't know

wine but it is you may think to yourself "PK, look it looks like you're out in the country and you've got a lot of space out there to grow herbs I live in

a city I live in an apartment I don't have that kind of space" okay so I'm not

saying you have to have as many as we do but go ahead and give it a try go down

to your local hardware store or Mega Mart or wherever sells herb seedlings

that you can buy get yourself a pot or two and a little potting soil and it's

real easy to to set up and to get started when I lived in the big city I

used to take and put them either out on what little bitty porch I had or in a

windowsill - works really well and it is nice not having to worry about

oh this is my favorite herb and I'm out of them and I have to run to the grocery

store or I don't want to run to the grocery store or don't have time or

whatever All you need to do is step out on your back porch or walk over to your

windowsill and clip a little off and boom you got just taking your meal to

the next level let's go over a little bit of what I got going on here just to

give you some ideas

Exercising is not a modern habit: physical activity has always been important for societies.

Why should you exercise?.

Sport improves performance at the cardiovascular level, since it activates hemodynamic, hormonal, neurological and metabolic changes.

After having spent a night with insomnia, we may sometimes believe that physical activity is the best way to wake ourselves up.

This is because alcohol affects performance and strength, but especially coordination.

Ethanol makes alcohol drinkers enter a euphoric state and then a depressive one, which diminishes their reflexes in any situation.

Furthermore, it's important to remember that alcohol has diuretic effects, which can cause dehydration when doing physical activity.

This due to the loss of liquids, vitamins and minerals.

Also, ethanol prevents nutrients from being absorbed on a regular basis, which encourages an increase in body weight.

3. After having suffered an injury

It's very common for athletes to develop injuries while doing sports.

Some of the typical causes are:.

Not moving correctly, Not warming up correctly, Training more than usual, Wearing inappropriate shoes, A lack of protection.

Types of injuries

Among the most frequent injuries in athletes are:.

Acute trauma. This includes fractures, sprains, cuts etc.

They can occur as a result of a blow or excessive force.

Overload injuries such as fractures due to excessive use or inflammation of tendons.

Amazing Road Journey from Tezpur to Tawang HD | Arunachal Pradesh, India - Duration: 9:19.

I reached Tezpur at 4am from Shivasagar

And booked ticket for Tawang in INR 750

As soon as I reached Tezpur bus station people gathered around me asking to book ticket for Tawang

They were charging from 600 to 750 don't listen to them. 750 is final fare

You won't get the seat you want because of their advance booking.

Take the seat whatever you get because once the Sumo's left, afternoon there is no transport for Tawang.

You can get view from any seat of vehicle

Vehicles will leave at 6am and reach about 7pm to Tawang. 13 hours journey

They will stop only twice for Breakfast and Lunch

Because they have to reach Tawang on time

Road is narrow, curves and bad patches also hilly area.

Construction work is going on

Those who have motion sickness problem carry one tablet and have it one hour before journey.

Its better if you can do advance booking

If you want to go from Guwahati, journey not possible in one day

You have to book ticket till Bomdilla and from Bomdilla to Tawang next day

Guwahati to Tezpur distance is 185 km and it takes 4 hours to reach.

You need Inner line permit for Arunachal Pradesh and you can get it in Goverrnment office

You will reach at the entry gate around 8-8.30 am

You can also make permit on gate but the office will open at 9am

to save the time shared sumo people prefer you should make the permit one day before

Private vehicle is better if you are in groups and it will cost you about INR 4500

by this you can see all the good spots Tippi, Sessa, Rupa, Sela Pass on the way.

Tezpur to Tawang distance is 385 km and need 13 hours to reach

Scenary is absolutely amzing,

Its more beautiful near Sella Pass

Samsung Galaxy S9 Plus Review - 1 Month Later - The BEST Smartphone! - Duration: 5:39.

Hey, what's going on people it's Shon from HiTech.

So I picked up Samsung's new Galaxy S9 Plus and I'm just gonna say this right out of

the gate, in my opinion, putting ecosystems aside and considering everything you get,

the Samsung Galaxy S9 Plus is the best phone out right now.

Now I'm not saying it's the best at everything.

But the thing is, this phone makes very little compromises, or none at all depending on how

you look at it, and gives you pretty much every option & feature you could ask for in

a smartphone.

If you've had one or you're familiar with Samsung phones then you already know that

they make their phones with very high quality and the S9 Plus is no exception.

It has an aluminum build with Gorilla Glass 5 on the front and back.

It looks practically identical to the Galaxy S8 but with 3 notable changes: First, Samsung

made the top and bottom bezels on the front slightly thinner.

Second, on the back the camera orientation is now vertical.

And finally, Samsung listened to everyone's complaints and moved the fingerprint reader

below the camera so that it's more towards the center of the phone.

The setup for the finger print reader is probably one of the fastest I've seen.

You literally just have to swipe down on it one time and you're done.

It's also really fast and responsive.

But in addition to this, you can also unlock the phone with facial recognition, the iris

scanner, or what Samsung is calling Intelligent Scan which is a combination of facial recognition

and iris scanning.

On the top of the phone is the SIM card and microSD card slot.

With the micoSD card slot you can expand the internal storage of the phone up to 400GB.

There's a pair of stereo speakers instead of a single speaker like in previous galaxy

phones.

A USB-C port with fast charging and yes, the fast charger comes with the phone.

And unlike most phones these days, Samsung is still including the headphone jack.

The display is stunning and appears to be Samsung's best OLED display yet.

It's a 6.2" display with a max resolution of 2960x1440.

Displaymate.com has given this display its highest rating ever, beating out the iPhone

X's display which was custom designed by Apple and manufactured by Samsung.

Personally I've found it to be extremely sharp, it gets very bright and colors are

vivid.

Given that this is a Samsung phone the colors actually might be too vivid depending on your

tastes but thankfully you can change the color saturation in the display settings.

I'm still not a big fan of the curved sides but that's just me and it's not a deal

breaker at all.

There's been a lot of hype around the cameras in the S9 Plus.

Specifically the main rear camera that has a variable aperture that will change from

1.5 to 2.4 depending on your lighting conditions.

Now, I don't want to downplay this because it is a notable advancement in smartphone

tech.

This is the first phone to have a variable aperture lens.

And it does make a difference in low light situations.

But personally, I don't take a lot of really low light photos so most of the time an aperture

of 2.4 let's in plenty of light and that's what the camera defaults to.

So it's a great feature, but don't expect it to be this game changing thing unless you're

someone who takes a lot of low light photos.

Putting that aside, just like other top flagship phones, the Galaxy S9 Plus's camera takes

really good pictures.

Do I think it's the best camera, no.

I still like the Pixel 2 XLs camera the most.

And I still prefer the color processing of the iPhone X.

But I'm certainly not disappointed with the photos coming out of the S9 Plus.

At this point, all the top phones take amazing pictures.

You get optical image stabilization in both lenses, you can record 4k video up 60 frames

per second, 1080p video up to 240 frames per second and you get that new super-slow-mo

at 960 frames per second at a 720p resolution.

Inside the S9 Plus is powered by the Snapdragon 845, 6GB of RAM, 64GB of internal storage,

with a 3500 mAh battery.

It's also supports wireless charging and is IP68 water and dust resistant.

And as far as performance goes I have zero complaints so far.

Everything is smooth and fast.

I haven't had any hiccups or lag at all.

To me it's actually just as smooth as stock android on my Pixel 2 XL.

Whether or not it stays this way remains to be seen.

I may make an update video to let you know how things are in a couple months.

Samsung's Touchwiz skin is still there and you're either going to love it or hate it.

I personally don't mind it that much though I'd still prefer stock android.

So yea like I said this phone makes very few compromises.

There's very few things that a smartphone could have that the S9 Plus doesn't.

I wouldn't go so far as to say that it's the absolute best at everything.

But I do feel that it's the most complete package and that's why it's my favorite

smartphone right now.

How Long to Do No Contact to Get Your Ex Back - Duration: 4:15.

Hey there, welcome back.

It's clay with modernlove.life and this is relationship inner game.

Today what we're going to be doing is we're going to be talking about how long should

you be doing no contact for.

Again, this really does depend on which type of no contact you're doing passive no contact,

active no contact, reverse psychology, "let's play" mind games no contact or uh, you know,

he opened the breakup no contact or you know, all kinds of different types, but I'm just

going to be moving forward assuming that we're talking about active no contact because that's

what I teach.

So how long should you be doing it?

And the main thing shouldn't be focusing on some specific number of days, like you know,

a week, two weeks, three weeks, a month, three months, five months, six months or anything

like that.

What you should really be thinking about is the quality of the interactions that you believe

that you'd be able to have with your ex.

So oftentimes it would be highly recommended that somebody would go into no contact of

any type because quite frankly, they are not having positive interactions with their ex,

you know, every time they pick up the phone and call their ex, they have an argument or

their walls them out or every time they text they're actually, they just get met with some

like, angry response or they're just no response whatsoever.

Otherwise, every time they're interacting they are having a worse and worse interaction

with them that is causing them to distance themselves from you emotionally.

OK.

What we're doing during active no contact is we are creating a new context where we

can develop the ability to interact with our ex in a way that actually brings us closer

together.

So you don't want to just kind of white knuckle it through no contact and hope that just because

some certain amount of days have passed, uh, that you're suddenly going to be able to have

a great impact on your ex.

So putting some time, make sure that you are doing something to actually have a great positive

impact on your ex.

That should really determine the length of no contact.

OK?

If you're making progress and you're developing advanced relational skills and you're able

to have stronger interactions with people that bring the two of you deeper, that allow

for more connection then you're making great progress and that could be a sign that, you

know, it might be, have been long enough for you to get out of no contact.

OK?

Especially if you also factor in the other reasons that you might do no context such

as personal healing from the break up and, um, allowing enough time for your ex's reactance

to sort of die down a little bit and all of that stuff.

OK?

But as a general rule of thumb, I would recommend that you would do active no contact for about

30 days, about one month.

OK?

This is by no means a strict rule that everyone must follow.

But generally I think that it's a good rule of thumb, a good starting point.

Some people might need more time, a very, very few people might need less time.

But it's a good starting point.

A good rule of thumb and you shouldn't really focus on the amount of time, so much as on

the quality of the interactions that you're able to have.

So anyway, that's how long you should be doing no contact for.

And that's how you should be thinking about it anyway.

we will be boarding our first luxury bus now we are not going to pay a single penny for

the ticket because we have a 24 hour luxury bus

almost time to get down from the luxury bus we are not going to pay a single penny for

the ticket because we have a 24 hour luxury bus

pass the price of the pass is 70 INR = 1 USD

i have mentioned the conversion before that is us getting down from the luxury bus

so we will walk for another 30 seconds to reach our destination

well that was a very quick luxury bus journey i can go back in the same pass

i probably should put my wallet in my pocket crossing the road vlogging isnt not good

i will just run and cross we are approaching our destination

so we have reached the gateway of india the three destinations are the gateway,ship

journeys and exploring the elephanta caves there is no entry fee to this destination

you got a nice view of this whole place and enjoy taking pictures

well that was it and its time for us to leave this place

we are going to take our next luxury bus to get to our destination

without spending money we can travel well it was an one time investment of 1 USD

and a few cents it was just 70 INR and you are enjoying your

travel so cheap we are going to take our next luxury bus to

get to our destination so if you are coming down to Mumbai and if

you are traveling get the 70 INR BEST luxury bus pass

its a walkable distance but might aswell take this luxury bus in this case

its at the next luxury bus stop we will start walking as soon as we get down

to reach the gallery and museum we are going to take our next luxury bus to

get to our destination shouldn't be getting down from the luxury

bus at this place but i think its fine i hope our ticket will be valid for the double

decker luxury bus aswell we are going to take our next luxury bus to

get to our destination we will try to go up in front on the upper

deck i think i forgot to get down at my luxury

bus stop so i need to get down catch another luxury

bus and get back to my destination

right now i am infront of the High Court but not sure if i can put this on the video

or not so i will get down at the next stop

and then head towards the museum or art gallery this is the third luxury bus journey

i was quite excited to get to the 2nd level of this luxury bus and get the front seats

time to get down and out of the luxury bus it was a great journey

look how big the luxury bus is its a humongous big luxury bus as compared

to the other luxury buses around here!! we could have taken the luxury bus and as

of now i have stopped counting the amount of luxury buses we have been into

so i am going to walk till the art gallery and the museum

the structure over there under construction is the flora fountain

and then head towards the museum or art gallery i can't show it to you guys because it is

under construction our luxury bus

i think this will be our spot to get down we got down infront of the museum

because there is an entry fee damn i messed up with the tripod

that is the Jahangir Art Gallery the whole purpose i am making this video

is only meant for travellers who wants to travel cheap

and for people who can't afford much i think paying 1 USD to travel the whole city

is an amazing deal the name of this place is Kala

and that is that black horse right there so Kala Ghoda means Black Horse

and thats the name of this place so we are going to catch a luxury bus to visit

a train terminal so we are going to head towards that direction

might have to ask people about the luxury buses to take

sad thing is that i just missed my luxury bus

and the worst part is that the heat is just too much

i think i should catch that luxury bus going towards that direction

oh damn its not a slight problem

i am following the directions on the map and there should have been a luxury bus stand

somewhere over here and apparantly there is some construction

work going on over here and i don't see any luxury buses at all

i think i should move in that direction hoping to catch the coming luxury bus

i don't see any luxury buses so probably have to wait

i see a luxury bus which is very far away and i hope it

drives through this same road i hope the luxury bus halts in the traffic

because that would be my best chance of getting in the

luxury bus with this luxury bus we will go till CST

and from CST we will take another luxury bus till Marine Lines

i hope our plan works out he slowed down the luxury bus for me

i dont have much time left so will do my bes to travel till CST

and after visiting that place will go to Marine Lines directly from here

and will take another luxury bus to go in another direction to the National Park

with the same BEST luxury bus pass we have its valid till 12 AM midnight so we are cool

so we have reached Chatrapati Shivaji Terminus which is right behind me

and the BMC office is right there there is so much security for some sort of

rally taking place the luxury bus just dropped us in front of

the CST there is something big happening now at this

place because i can see so much security this is the CST train Terminal

its a big junction for trains these luxury buses even have mobile chargers

too this luxury bus wont directly to till that

place so will change luxury buses after getting down

the beach is quite nearby so we can walk it out

can we walk it out or take another luxury bus from here?

you need to catch luxury bus number 203 from here

they are being super nice and helpful to me i cant even reach out to my phone because

it is in my bag and both my hands are tied up

so i need to wait for two luxury buses ie.256 or 203

thats where Sanjay gandhi national park and Kanheri caves are located

the luxury bus will take 58 mins to reach my spot

58 minutes including the traffic if its an hour late it might take me 3 hours

then finally got down in Borivali

and it took me more than an hour right now i am standing infront of Sanjay

Gandhi National Park we can't go in because it would require a

ticket and videography is not allowed

right now i am outside the gate of the National Park
