ingrown toenail is one of the mostly common problems it can be painful

video I will share a trick how to relieve pain from ingrown nail please

note this trick will work only if there is no infected area yet if the problem

will work both for nail technicians and for everybody who wants to take care and

relieve pain from ingrowing toenails at home all you need is a simple dental

floss so how can you protect your client if you don't have any special treatments?

All of you might have a dental floss. It should be flat

you know there's the ones that are rounded so you need to use the flat one

it's sanitized already that's why we can use it I do not recommend to use the

regular rounded ones because we can provoke onycholysis. Put it right there

3 or 5 to 10 threads it really depends how much you can fit in there but do not

carefully put them in there and you can connect them together and

as hard substance for 4 to 7 days the only disadvantage of this product is the

color it's yellow brownish and it will not be possible to remove it with the

water. We have a question about how long should you leave the dental floss in

there? It really depends on the client. Once there is no pressure and tension

anymore it's okay to let it out also you need to tell your client on what shoes

she should wear they're not supposed to be you know the stylish triangle shoes

that are too narrow also you're not supposed to wear high heels just once

they feel there is no pressure there is no redness of the skin around this area

it's okay to take it off

So my project is going to be a combination

of formal and informal-- women in their workplaces.

And I want to be able to bring a spotlight to who they are

and illuminate their resiliency.

Perspective is everything, right?

I could choose to take a photo of something

up close or something from a distance.

And because of that personal space,

the viewer would witness it in a different light.

A lot of what I encountered was, like, no, I'm not documented,

you cannot take a photo.

I felt bad.

We all acquire different perspectives

through different stages of our lives.

And how they're both at different angles--

With photography, I can bring in a certain situation

and draw out other perspectives that perhaps I

have never thought about or the audience had never

thought about.

So she runs Both of these.

So she does fruit and hot dogs as well.

When I'm taking photos, I'm everywhere.

I'm above the person.

I'm below the person.

I'm to the side.

I'm by their shoulder.

Your subject may be constantly moving.

So you're constantly moving.

I think it's important to capture these women

inside of their environment, because oftentimes we

don't think that what they do is real work.

And that's not OK.

And so to have these photos and showcase

them is extremely important, because we

need to recognize that what these women of color

do inside of their workplace is important and it is valued.

My favorite images depict a woman's hands

as she's cutting fruit.

In this case, perspective allows the viewer

to identify with the woman, to feel

as if they're with her, by her side,

almost as if they themselves are cutting the fruit.

So when you out to take pictures,

think about your perspective and how

it can be used to tell your unique story.
