Throughout the years, Battlefield games have made destruction a staple in every one of

their titles, hitting a peak in the Bad Company series.

Battlefield V will not only allow players to destroy an area but it will also allow

you to rebuild your location in order to counter the complete destruction of the map, providing

you and your squad essential points of cover.

Fortification is the ability to reinforce or strengthen a place against attacks.

This is something every player can do on the Battlefield, no matter what class you decide

to use.

Unlike Battlefield 1, DICE got rid of the gas mask and opted for a tool kit in order

for anyone to have the ability to reinforce or rebuild a structure.

Now a player doesn't have the ability to rebuild everything on the map.

These fortification zones have been scattered but they are also featured at key points like

capture zones and high priority areas.

Tool kits can also be used to build resupply kits at key spawn points for players to stock

up on ammunition after re-spawning.

Gone are the days of having all the ammo in the world straight after death, now players

spawn with a limited amount in order to get them to move to these resupply zones.

If push comes to shove, you can obtain ammo from down soldiers as well.

As far as what players can make, DICE revealed that you can dig fox holes, trenches as well

as being able to build sand bag barricades, tank stoppers, barb wire and dragons teeth,

giving players a wide variety of defenses in order to gain a strategic advantage over

their enemy.

As a solo player you will find that in order to fortify an entire objective, it will take

you much more time than if you play with a squad.

DICE is trying to promote players to play as a team instead of being a lone ranger but

solo players are still given the option to do all of these things but at a much slower

pace.

Furthermore the support class will have an added benefit when it comes to fortifying

your position, allowing the support class to be slightly more effective on the Battlefield.

Now the other classes have defensive fortifications whereas the support class will be able to

place AA guns, machines guns etc, etc, as well as being able to do everything the other

classes can do, just faster.

I think this provides an excellent balance when it comes to what classes are going to

be essential when playing Battlefield V. Anyway let me know how you feel about fortifications

And today I want to talk about a slight tweak

in your vocabulary that I think will help you out a lot.

The idea is that you replace the word "try"

with "do."

Now I used to have a,

I think it's more of a commitment issue,

and I used to drive my wife crazy.

She'd be like, "oh, can you do this, this, this?"

And I'd be like, "oh yeah, I'll try."

And she would just be like, "what does that mean?

Can I depend on you?

Are you gonna do it?"

And really it was just the whole, like,

I didn't want to commit to it,

I didn't want to let her down,

I felt some anxiety around making that commitment.

So I decided, like, you know what?

I'm just gonna stop doing 'em.

So like yeah, I'll do it, I'll do it.

And I'll follow through because I want to be a dependable,

consistent person 'cause that's a very high priority for me

as part of my identity.

So I just simply just replaced it.

It's helped a lot.

Just putting it in your mindset that you're going to do it

and you're gonna keep going and going and going

and keep persisting and keep persevering.

I think that'll help you out to actually go that extra mile.

To not have that fallback saying,

"Well, I just said I would try,

I didn't say I would actually do it for sure."

I think that's really just a wimpy thing to do.

Kind of a wimpy thing to fall back on.

And if you really want to follow through on,

really the most important is like,

like commitments to yourself.

Like that's how you change your identity.

You make commitments to yourself.

You say you will do something and then you go and you do it

and that just gives you a ton of power.

Saying, "I'll try to get in

like my exercise three days a week,"

it's just not good enough.

If you really want to do it, say you will do it.

And then once you make that real, real, real firm commitment

to yourself, the odds of you doing it

are much, much, much, much, much greater.

Kevin Love comes from a family of athletes and musicians.

His father, Stan Love, was also a professional basketball player, and his uncle Mike Love was a founding member of the Beach Boys. Growing up, Love worked hard and honed his game, with the help of his supportive parents and relatives.

Love's father introduced Kevin to basketball at a very young age, priming him for a successful career with the NBA, and for that Love is grateful.

"It's pretty special to be trying to follow in his footsteps and kind of do what my dad did," Love told ESPN.

Here's what you need to know about Love's family:.

Stan Love was Kevin's "First and Best Coach" Who Taught Him Everything He Knew About Basketball When He Was Young.

Kevin's father, a former professional basketball player as well, played for the Lakers, Bullets and Spurs throughout his NBA career.

Stan Love was known as somewhat "flaky" during his time with the NBA.

According to ESPN, he was known for his goofy antics, such as scooting across the floor, mock-rowing like an Olympic sculler after being subbed out of a game.

Kevin Love agrees that his dad was a "character," who taught him everything he knows about basketball.

"That sounds like him," Kevin Love told ESPN.

"He definitely is a character — eccentric, a little different — but he's the reason why and how I play today.

He taught me basically everything I know up to this point.

Obviously I've tweaked a few things, I've had proper coaching and proper skill work.

But all that is base and everything in my skill set comes from him.".

Kevin Love describes his dad as an "athletic springboard" and a hard-nosed type of player.

The elder Love even named Kevin after Wes Unseld, former basketball player for the Baltimore/Capital/Washington Bullets.

"My dad has dropped a lot of knowledge on me throughout the years.

He placed a ball in my hands from an early age, so basketball has always been in my blood," Kevin told ESPN.

"It's pretty special to be trying to follow in his footsteps and kind of do what my dad did, but also a little bit of what [Unseld] did as well.".

Kevin's Mom Karen Felt like Her Kids Grew Up in a Gymnasium After Traveling so Much for Basketball Games.

According to Kevin, he had a "sane mom and an insane dad.

"That balanced things out. I'm kidding.

My dad is the best dad in the world.

But you know, my mom is always there to smooth things out.

And there was never any jealousy for us kids.".

According to the Oregonian, Karen said she always felt sorry for her kids because the family's life revolved so much around basketball.

With all the practices and tournaments, it felt like they lived in a gymnasium.

However, she and her husband tried hard to not put any of their children on a pedestal.

They made sure not to push them too hard and let their children find their own passions and interests.

Mike Love, a Founding Member of the Beach Boys, is Kevin's Uncle.

Mike Love, Kevin's uncle, was a founding member of the Beach Boys and one of the band's vocalists and lyricists.

Apparently, the younger Love didn't even realize how big of a deal his uncle was until his freshman year in college.

During an interview with Sports Illustrated, he admitted that some people seemed more impressed with his uncle than the fact that he played basketball.

"Everyone was like, 'Oh cool, you play basketball, but your uncle is Mike Love of The Beach Boys.' I grew up with that.

My parents grew up with that." Love said.

"I'd see him a few times throughout the year.

We'd go see his concerts, I understood that.

But I didn't realize how big the Beach Boys thing was until I got down to Southern California.".

The Love Family Received Threats and Poor Treatment From Oregon Fans After Kevin Chose to Attend UCLA Instead of His Father's Alma Mater.

Oregon, Stan Love's alma mater, was apparently the cause for some controversy after his Kevin chose to go to UCLA over Oregon.

Stan Love once said he'd "never go back there" after the Love family received threats and vulgar treatment from Ducks fans upon attending a UCLA-Oregon game on the Ducks campus while Kevin was playing college ball.

In the mid-1970s and 1980s, Stan Love was employed as a full-time bodyguard, trainer and assistant to Brian Wilson, working to keep the musician's daily life drug-free.

In 1982, Love was fined $750 and placed on six months' probation for a home invasion and assault on Dennis Wilson with fellow bodyguard Rocky Pamplin.

Stan and his wife currently resides in Lake Oswego, Oregon.

Love Has Extended Family That Are Also Incredibly Athletic; His Aunt Won the Ironman World Championship in 1982.

According to an interview with the NBA, Love says that it isn't just he and his father that great up playing basketball; many of members of his family are very athletic as well.

"What people don't know is that my aunt on my mother's side, Kathleen Hearst, had won the Ironman World Championship in 1982 in Kona.

My dad and I always laugh when we're asked about who's the best athlete in the family.

It's my Aunt Kathy!.

Welcome to this step-by-step tutorial on how to use rules with formats

in Reconciliation Compliance.

Rules allow you to automate actions in your reconciliation process.

All rules include conditions.

Rules run when the conditions that you specify are met.

When you add a rule to a format,

it applies to reconciliations for all profiles that use the format.

There are two types of rules, reconciliation and transaction rules.

Let's start with reconciliation rules.

Reconciliation rules automate actions related

to the submission and approval process for reconciliations.

They can also set attribute values.

For example, your reconciliation process requires that justifying documentation

be attached to a reconciliation if the balance for Unexplained Difference

is greater than zero.

You can create a reconciliation rule that prevents preparers from submitting

reconciliations with an Unexplained Difference greater than zero

if they have not attached a justification document.

For each rule type, you specify conditions that must be met for the rule to run.

Auto Submit and Auto Approve rules perform an automatic submission or approval

when the specified conditions are met.

Prevent rules prevent user from performing an action when the specified conditions are met.

You can prevent submission, approval, and rejection of reconciliations.

Require Reconciliation Attachment rules prevent a reconciliation from being submitted

unless a file has been attached to the reconciliation.

Set Attribute Value rules cause a reconciliation attribute to be set to a specified value.

Send Email On Update rules send an email to specified users

when updates to attribute values for a reconciliation meet specified criteria.

These rules run when the preparer clicks Save.

I'll add a rule to the Prepaid Insurance format that requires a justification document

attachment if the explained balance is greater than zero.

You use the Rules tab to add reconciliation-level rules.

I'll select Require Reconciliation Attachment from the list of rule types.

You can optionally enter a description and a message to display when the rule is run.

Now I'll define the condition for the rule.

The condition specifies that the rule runs if the Unexplained Difference attribute

on the balance tab does not equal zero.

The rule is added to the rules list.

Now let's talk about transaction rules.

Transaction rules automate actions related to transactions, such as saving and copying.

You can also use them to set access rights to attributes.

You can create separate rules for each transaction tab in the reconciliation.

For each rule type, you specify conditions that must be met for the rule to run.

Copy Transactions from Prior Reconciliation rules cause transactions from the prior period

reconciliation to be automatically copied into the current reconciliation

when its status changes from Pending to Open.

Prevent rules prevent users from performing an action

when the specified conditions are met.

You can prevent transactions from being saved or deleted,

and amounts from being edited.

Require Transaction Attachment rules prevent a preparer from saving a transaction

unless a file has been attached to the transaction.

Set Attribute Access rules set the access to an attribute for user roles.

You create transaction rules in the Rules section of the transactions tab,

except for the Set Attribute Access rule type.

To create Set Attribute Access rules, access the Rules tab for the attribute.

In this format, the Transaction Date attribute for transactions is set to view-only.

I'll create a rule that allows prepares to edit the Transaction Date

if the transaction is not carried forward from a prior period.

Carried Forward transactions will remain at the default of View Only.

I'll add the Preparer user role with Required access.

Preparers will be required to enter a value for Transaction Date

before they can save the transaction.

Now I'll define a condition to specify that the rule runs only for transactions

that have a value of No in the Carried Forward attribute.

President Muhammadu Buhari has signed into the law, the Not Too Young To Run Bill. The bill sought to reduce the age limit for qualification to contest political positions.

In his Democracy Day speech, Buhari had promised Nigerian youth that he would be endorsing the bill.

Now that the bill has been passed, the new age for eligibility for anyone to contest for President would be 35, and for governor and Senate 30.

Also, the bill reduced the minimum age qualification for a slot at the national and state assemblies to 25.

While signing the bill into law, Buhari, who is seeking re-election, joked that youth were free to aspire to become President, but only after the 2019 presidential election.

CLASSIFIED Military Report Will Make You Believe In ALIENS - Duration: 3:46.

Back in 2004, the US military was conducting an aircraft training exercise off the coast

of California when a strange object was spotted.

You may have heard of it before, the New York times published footage from the sighting

last year.

The object came to be known as Tic Tac UFO, apparently this object looked like a mint.

But some new information has come to light about this famous UFO Sighting, and I'm

going to tell you what you need to know, here for you on IO.

Welcome back to inform overload, I'm Charlotte Dobre, and from the looks of this US military

report, aliens very well could have visited our planet, and could be here right now, but

we have no way to detect them because of their advanced technology.

Remember that famous black and white footage of an UFO from 2004 that was recorded over

the pacific ocean by two navy airmen on a training mission?

The group of military personnel was called the Nimitz Carrier group.

Well according to a leaked 2009 pentagon report that was uncovered by a KLAS, a CBS news affiliate

in Las Vegas, at the time, multiple autonomous aerial vehicles, also known as AAVs were spotted

by the group between November 10 to 16 2004.

The Las Vegas news station got the unclassified report during a visit to Washington DC.

The report, which features firsthand accounts from the November 14th incident, says that

these AAVs would descend very rapidly, from approximately 60 thousand feet down to approximately

50 feet in a matter of seconds.

The objects would then hover for a short time and then depart at high elocities and turn

rates, demonstrating advanced capabilities.

That's according to the senior chief fire control man.

He further said that he couldn't get a track on the AAV because they traveled so fast,

as fast as a ballistic missile.

The radar he was using was set to air intercept mode and not ballistic missile mode.

A couple days later, another AAV was detected by two hornets.

According to one of the pilots, one of these AAV looked as though it was preparing for

a sort of rendezvous with a massive object in the sea.

He said that was a disturbance in the ocean, 50 to 100 meters in diameter and close to

round.

It was the only area and type of whitewater activity that could be seen, and it reminded

the pilot of something rapidly submerging from the surface like a submarine or a ship

sinking.

Hovering above the disturbance was a strange object, shaped like a tic tac or an elongated

egg.

It was solid, white, smooth and had no edges.

It was uniformly colored with no wings.

So what were these mysterious AAVs?

Is it possible that they could have been a high tech military plane?

To make matters more interesting, there as no known aircraft or air vehicle currently

in the inventory of the united states or any foreign nation.

The vehicle possibly demonstrated the ability to cloak or become invisible to the human

eye or human observation, and also the ability to operate undersea undetectable by our most

advanced sensors.

The aircrew involved were apparently ridiculed over the incident.

There is another classified version of the leaked report, but its unlikely that version

will ever be released.
