This is the garden before

Anything has been done to it an entire winter of

Well howdy earth land it's me garden, boy, and today i hope you're ready to learn how, to start a

Of course as a bonus i mean, we get to hang out so beautiful day out rather than go super

Deep into permaculture i'll just gloss over it for those of you, who don't give a shit

permaculture is based on

Whole system's thinking rather than separate parts it's based on sustainability and it is all about

Working with mother nature rather than trying to control, and subdue her because, we all know. That's stupid

Modeling her like perfect

Imperfection that's, my favorite thing, about nature and you'll see what i mean as we go through the steps we're trying to

Sustainable here so we're taking out the middleman we're taking out the grocer we're taking out the trash and the packaging

And all the nasty pollution and pesticides that are involved in mass agriculture

Okay, step two get dirty

Here in the suburbs, where only grass is allowed they

Strip the topsoil and sell it when they are building these houses so you can best believe you are definitely going to need

organic soil and

Probably compost so once you have your soil and your compost you're going to want to make a

Basic bare-bones sheet mulching and in permaculture sheet mulching is just when we emulate nature's

Soil layers so we typically don't have, like a forest floor to

Perfectly, plant our vegetables in so we're going to try and create the same environment for plants

Okay, so since i can't rip up my actual gardens i'm gonna show

You, guys, how to lay down, a sheet mulch

Weed whack all my cover crop, and i'm gonna mix up with a, soil and it will biodegrade

vegetables radishes green onions, lettuce baby carrots spinach

Peas, bush, beans kale

Squash, and cubes so that's funny because a few of those are on my highly recommended list let's get to it the vegetables

Berries that i find are the easiest to grow. And give me the most bang for my, buck

There are multiple ways you can go about getting seeds, my favorite way, is the freeway, which is?

Literally, chia, seed from the grocery store, oh and you can get them online - so these are from

Organic of course and then these are from the internet because the internet gives you a cool

How to film a WEDDING EXIT - Duration: 5:04.

- Hey, guys.

My name is Matt Johnson, and today I wanna share with you

how we film a wedding exit

at a real wedding

which is where we are right now which is kind of crazy.

Reception is in there.

It's getting close to exit time though so at some point

very soon the couple is gonna line up actually right here

and the couple is gonna be sent off.

So you get to see how me and Rachel film that.

In general I'm usually on a 24mm not the 50mm that's

on my camera right now and I'm on a glide cam.

So usually I will be walking out backwards in front of the

couple in order to get their faces.

Rachel will usually be at the end shooting up over

my shoulder to get some of them as they are continuing

to walk out.

And that usually works out pretty well for us

Sometimes we'll mix it up.

I'll go behind the couple.

Sometimes I'll go on the side a little bit but usually

this is how we do it.

So tonight you're gonna see us actually do it at a wedding

which is pretty fun I think.

Quick interruption here guys.

Remember how I said that Rachel usually films the exit

over my shoulder, well in this case we actually had Rachel

follow along behind the couple to get a different angle.

So if things look a little different from what

I just said, that's why.

But here's the exit.

photographed our wedding,

Chad and Tracy

were incredible, because Tracy walked behind the couple

and back lit them with a light.

So, normally they have a nice like glow outline around

them but the sparklers were going off all around us

and I was honestly kind of terrified of being burned

while walking backwards but it looked so good.

I had Rachel walk along back behind Tracy to give me another

angle to cut to.

I'm hoping that angle turn out as well but my angle

looked incredibly solid.

TREATING A DIABETIC WOUND PART 1 - FOOT HEALTH MONTH 2018 #21 - Duration: 11:58.

Patient: It is for sure smaller, right?

TB: It is.

P: She has a small stick.

TB: A small stick, yep.

P: Like a plastic stick.

and she put it in and she said it was less deep than before.

I don't know. But she

everything she is putting in the

computer.

TB: Yeah, they, take the measurements.

And she says they're getting it's getting smaller, right?

P: Yes, that's what she said. And I believe her, so.

TB: So, what I see is again,

we have that yellow rim that's closing in. We just need to make sure the depth comes up. We don't

want the hole to close from the top, but it's still empty underneath. That's the issue. So i'm happy that you got that

bioabsorb. It's good.

So let's scrape this down. So now it's been a month and a half since you've been coming in or a month.

P: Okay.

TB: So not too bad.

So again, anything that the dead has to come off.

That white tissue

will turn into a nice healthy pink tissue with time.

P: Is someone...

TB: Just the tv's on. No ,it's just you and me every night.

So we see nice new tissue

that's forming on the sides. So

I'm getting the hard callus off the top and then, we do the cleaning.

This is the important part.

What else have they said to you at that place?

Not much? They just dress it?

P: Not too much.

TB: But they know you're seeing me or not?

P: Oh, yeah yeah.

Yesterday, because every time is different girl right?

TB: Yes.

P: Yesterday was i saw her a long long time before.

TB: So, we need, to make sure the wound edge is in line with the skin on top so everything closes in together.

This, top part here, the wound, and the edge of the skin is together. On the bottom part, the skins growing faster and covering the

wound.

So we just have to clean up this bottom part a little bit more this top part is

P: So the bottom

TB: The skin on top

it's still deep still deep it's not filling in and that's why this hard skin on top is

coming inside. It's

covering a hole, but the bottom is empty so it's almost like a ledge.

We don't want to have a ledge.

We want everything to be a nice circle closing in at the same time so this one's going to need

a little bit more cleaning on that bottom part.

The top part is in line.

So this one's gonna need a little bit more cleaning today.

But the top part is really not that shallow. I mean not that deep like

before. This part is good it's the bottom part that's a little deep.

So making sure that the wound edge

and the skin are in line so, we don't have like a ledge.

We call that

P: You mean the ledge on the bottom or the ledge on the side?

TB: Ledge on the sides yeah. We call this undermining. We don't want

to have all this growth over and

underneath there's no real tissue. That's what allows

infection and things to grow.

But the top one is okay. There's not really any ledge. They're tight together.

Did you end up going for your appointment?

P: For what?

TB: With the specialist?

I changed for the 3rd of May but I'm not sure I'm going there because that guy is

TB: But you, did tell them that you weren't coming in, right?

P; No, I just change appointment for

29 of march to may 3rd.

It wasn't a problem.

That's the next available time when

TB: They can accommodate you, yeah.

P: Make an appointment.

This specialist is doing the same as you, nothing else.

TB: Well at the top part, it's really connected which is good. It's all the same level.

Think of it like a slope, like a mountain slope. We want it to all be one nice smooth slope.

P: So that's why you are cutting the sides?

TB: Yes, to make it connected with this

P: To connect with the other tissue?

TB: Exactly, exactly. So the top part is looking really good,

we have a nice slope.

The bottom I have to take a little bit more of the rim because it was kind of growing a ledge.

We don't want to have a ledge

Because then what happens underneath the ledge, that's where

we can have bacteria grow. That's how we get infection. That's how we have more problems.

Now the top is really nice and sloped nice. It's just bottom one, it has a little bit of this what we call a

ledge or

undermining.

So I got to find where the wound edge connects to the to the wall.

So next time, I want to see the work boot just to make sure that we make a nice that the padding is

helping, okay, because your work, boots are one of the most important things that have to have a good cushion.

P: So if i if i put the (?)

So i have to put something

under there this or just

TB: The hole.

The hole, would be a good start.

P: The hole is the most important.

TB: Yeah, just right over the spot so that way there's not direct pressure on the wound, like a crater.

So, what I can see happening is we're gonna have the top part of the wound

close in nice. It's the bottom part that's

gonna take maybe a little bit longer

but we have a nice slope.

It's gonna come in nice.

But nothing, is digging into the into the joint. There's no

the the wound isn't digging deeper.

We can see the bottom of the wound.

We just got to make sure that the right

P: But you know it's still leaking. That's normal?

TB: It's an open sore.

P: It's not like blood.

TB: Clear liquidish and that's the

P: A little, maybe a little

but not too much.

TB: What that is,

P: Clear liquid is coming.

TB: That's the body

sending fresh, new liquid for the cells to stay moist for the cells to move across the wound surface

to reheal itself.

Much healthier. The side are good.

Okay, so i'm just gonna apply a little bit of pressure.

So that's the goal every time, we clean off whatever is dead, make sure that edges are sloped

so nothing has a ledge and goes down.

The top looks good.

But you know looking at it I can see that the bottom is filling up because now I made it flat again.

It was really bumpy and then I scraped it flat. So this is looking pretty good. The other two wounds have healed

P: It is important to have it flat?

TB: Yes, a flat yes yeah, we want the wound to just rise up

like the sea. Nice and level and that's why we want the sides

also to be level with the wound so we don't have to let

P: You told me last time it wasn't even.

TB: It wasn't, no.

P: It was growing less than the other side.

TB: Yeah, and we're having problem with the

with the bottom side,

the part that's this part of the wound.

P: Yeah but you told, me that bottom sides not growing either.

TB: No, no.

P: Like scabs.

TB: Exactly and that's why the skin

was almost growing over that area faster.

So, now i've scraped it. It's not perfectly flat but it's more level. It's not like, this anymore; it's more level.

P: Okay.

TB: So what we're gonna do

P: If it's growing, growing but not the same level

TB: It's okay, no, no it's still okay, it's still okay, yeah it's still okay.

But, we don't, want it like this.

P: Oh, okay.

TB: We want to just even like, level, like that's okay. It will just move up together.

P: Okay. Yeah yeah.

Why Can't You Remember Your Dreams - Duration: 2:42.

Why Can�t You Remember Your Dreams

Do you never remember your dreams?

Keep on forgetting what they are? Wake up in the morning, and realize what happened

in your dreams last night had burst into a cloud of which you have no recollection?

This is perfectly normal.

Although, it could mean that you aren�t.

Nothing to worry about though!

Why does it happen though?

Well, the simplest possible answer could be that your brain is not designed to remember

the dreams of the past.

The neurons that fire your dreams don�t arrive in the morning to remind you of them.

But Freud, in his Interpretation of Dreams has mentioned about how the unconscious and

the subconscious, with the incursion of Id, Ego, and the superego don�t let dreams that

are of a particularly violent nature, or rather nightmares, if you will, to be remembered

the next day.

This helps the person to not wake up in a cold sweat all the time, even while he or

she is finally waking up in the morning.

Most people usually don�t remember their dreams, which could be because of an extremely

exhausting day at work, or maybe because their mind is not built in a way to remember those

neurons that brought those dreams.

Although, there are ways to actually remember your dreams even if you are usually unable

to.

One of them could be actively convincing yourself that you would remember the dreams no matter

the situation, which would put your senses on alert.

Secondly, you could also be continuously telling yourself that you would remember it.

And finally, although this might not give you a good night�s sleep, you can set an

alarm every 90 minutes, which is exactly the moment when REM occurs.

This would allow you to remember your dreams, yet, it is not ascertained if they are worth

the trouble.

Just give yourself some time and have patience.

Also, have in mind that the best REM phases come after 5 or 6 hours of good sleep, so

make sure you are giving your beauty sleep enough of time.

in time!

to this process, that's the first understanding certain formula, because we're going to be

using this formula in the guided meditation and if you understand about it, it'll make

it easier so that you know exactly what you are doing. So one of the number one things

that most people miss when it comes to the law of attraction is they use their head.

They use the ability to think, individualize using the mind, but the missing key for so

many people is simply using the heart energy. Now, this is actually science. The heart math

institute is shown. The electromagnetic energy of the heart is thousands of times more powerful

than that of the head. And think of the magnetism.

The electro magnetic electromagnetism of that is constantly putting us in attracting certain

things to us depending on what we are feeling. Depending what we're thinking about. And a

lot of times people will go, even me especially, I used to specifically go for the visualization

of what I want to experience in my life. I was specifically going for that, not knowing

that if I were to simply go to the emotion first by priming myself by going more so within

my heart that that thing that I wanted would come quicker because I'm going straight to

the emotion because the truth is anything we want is because we want the emotion that

it brings us. So for example, if you want a relationship, you say, oh, I want a relationship.

Maybe it's more so that you want these compassionate feeling as well. You want to be able to feel

this love that exists within you right now, but sometimes we put these rules in our mind

that once I get x, Y, Z, then I can feel this way.

If we want more money, we could say, oh, I want money, but in reality we may want more

freedom. We want more of what that money can buy us, which is freedom, which is security,

which is whatever emotion that money represents to us. So the key then is not necessarily

what do I want to visualize because I will get that visualization. It's more so how can

I embody the emotions right now in the present moment from my heart because that is what's

going to then see the reflection. We always get a reflection of what we believe to be

true and we get a reflection of our vibration. Our vibration is composed of how we feel,

how we think, act and feel. Feeling is a very important part of the process for me. I've

been making daily youtube videos for over a year now and in the beginning you can see

some of my law of attraction videos that are more about taking action and doing things

which is powerful, I think to a certain extent, but if it's not aligned action with the motion,

then it's not leveraged.

So that's what I've realized. Now. What I want to share with you is a way that you can

apply this formula that I'm about to give you right now that will help it so that when

you do this meditation, it makes it so much easier for you to get the results that you

want. And this is actually from a book. It's a book called becoming supernatural. By Dr

Joe Dispenza up, you ever heard of him? He's got great information, great books. He was

in a documentary called what the bleep do we know and he brings into quantum physics

of understanding how we create our own reality and when he talks about is this formula that

I've been applying the last three weeks that I will continue to do because I've seen results

with it. I've seen things happen easier than other, whether that's companies reaching out

to me, whether that's growth of my business or what I'm doing, it's just things are aligning

so much easier and I'm doing less.

I'm still taking action because I love what I do. I'm making video right now. First thing

in the morning. It's what I love to do, but at the same time, it's more leveraged with

that emotion. Here's the formula, Dr. Notice Benza. He talks about how our personality

creates our personal reality. Our personality is a combination of what we think, feel, and

do and want to become aware of that we start to change the reflection that we get in our

life. Now, the formula that he talks about is simply these two things. It is an elevated

emotion, so it's an emotion of what we want to experience. It's us feeling it from our

heart center. It's us having that feeling that we already have it now imagining the

gratitude, imagining what it would be like to already have it, filling that from the

heart space. That's an elevated emotion, mixed with an increased intention so you can't just

have emotion or intention because emotion isn't guided.

Emotion is just there, but when you combine it with intention and the intention is like

the laser, it's like the pinpoint focus of what you want. So you could say, I intend

for dot, dot, dot. It could be I intend to, uh, create this amount of growth in my business.

I intend to make this amount of money per month. Now, in general, I'd say a lot of times

it's better to go for activity than it is necessarily just the money because the money

is only the meaning that we give it. But nonetheless, I understand that it's something a lot of

people like to focus on. But you can say that you intend to attract a relationship, maybe

a new connection with somebody in the next 30 days, and if you had that intention, you

mixed it with an elevated emotion of being in this meditation I'm about to give you or

just feeling the emotion of already having it.

By doing certain techniques or exercises, you'd begin to elevate the energy in your

heart center and then that would begin to go out. You see? Because the thing is is we

think the electromagnetic energy of our body or we're just not aware that the energy around

our body doesn't stop where our skin stops. It goes far beyond out. And now here's the

thing, the thoughts we're thinking consistently. The emotions we're feeling are constantly

going through and around our energy field because there's a toroidal field that goes

around our head and it's a rodeo field that goes around our heart and based on what we're

thinking and feeling, it's constantly perpetuating through our energy field and for about 30

days on average, as you walk around, there are certain charges in your energy field.

You could call that the vibration to where when you go out into public, you merge and

you are kind of in a way being triggered in certain ways depending on what emotions are

there and if you have positive emotions in that energy field, you're going to attract

positive situations.

If you have negative emotions in that energy field, you might find yourself triggering

and bumping up against other people, so it's about being aware of that and knowing that

the more you put that positive emotion, that elevated emotion with the heart connected

to it, with the intention is the more you're going to create opportunity in your life because

it's going around your energy field. So as you meet people, it's like certain things

just kind of lock into place. Maybe you meet somebody that you had no idea owned a certain

type of business that you've been seeing for awhile at the gym or something, and all of

a sudden you start elevating your emotion. You start becoming more clear what's in your

energy field. You start having an attention. All of a sudden they're like, you know what?

I have a company that I'd like you to partner with, I think you'd be a great fit and you

get to work from where you want to work and all of these great perks you see, things like

that can happen because you start to raise your vibration.

You start to exist in, open up the opportunities that may have always been. They're just invisible

because we were in a different frequency, so that's the power of understanding the formula,

increased emotion with increased intention, so elevated emotion, increased intention,

combine them in the middle. That's where the power is, and in the meditation we're about

to do, what we're gonna do is we're going to breathe in and out. We're going to relax

our body and then what we're going to do is we're going to feel from our heart space because

the more we put attention on a heartspace thing, more the electromagnetic energy grows

around our body. I've done this kind of meditation and a q and a on one of the on a, a q and

a, and I had people in it that afterwards said that they started feeling emotions that

they hadn't felt before.

Someone said they had heart openings. I have a face or I have a facebook group, and in

the facebook group there's people that I coach and when I was giving and doing this q and

a afterwards, people were right on the, you know, writing and timeline say, did anyone

feel this way or the field that way, and a whole bunch of people were talking about how

it made them feel and it helped elevate their heart center. So it made me realize the power

of meditation and integrating meditation with that of information of what I'm sharing. That's

why I'm doing more of these in my youtube videos. So let's go ahead and do that right

now. Let's take a deep breath in. Deep breath out. And what we're gonna do is we're just

going to relax. We're going to feel the energy in our hearts and know that we're growing

the electromagnetic energy as an I'm going to direct your attention to being able to

focus on what you want to experience, but first off, focusing on the emotions more so

than anything, so we're going to go through this process together and you can use this

any time that you want so that you use.

Maybe you change the kinds of things you're thinking about, the kind of things you want

to manifest. You can just use it again. Use it again. This is something I think the more

you listen to, the more you grow that electromagnetic energy around your body, the more you're going

to vibrate into the reality that you want to be experiencing. So let's take a deep breath

in and deep breath out.

As you breathe out, feel your body. Relax me. What's your hands over your heart? Because

the more you put your awareness into your heart, the more you are growing electromagnetic

energy and you're expanding it around your body. Now let's take another deep breath.

Deep breath. Breathe it out. Feel your body, relax more and close your eyes. If you can

imagine that with every breath you take, you can feel your body becoming more and more

relaxed, more and more who you really are meant to be heart center. It's where the authentic

expression and it's where there's a very powerful as you put attention on to grow it. This is

the missing key to you manifest as we go through this meditation. When set the intention that

by the end of it going to feel the vibration, what you want to experience, set the intention

you were going to be in to see a new reflection in your who you prefer to me of the heart

energy. You are feeling that your life will be forever. If you set that intention, you

start to prime yourself for a new way.

Now what we're going to do is we're going to energize to centers of our body energized,

energized them with powerful energy that will help us to vibrate to the reality that so

imagine now energy wreck your head. Be whatever color that you like as this energy you can

feel your body relax more and more. Feel the sensation of your national synergy going down

into your jaw. Feel your jaw relax more and or feeling. Notice where you're matching it.

Bring the awareness into your left, your left hand and arm. Relax and feeling the squeeze

and relax. Feel into your heart center. Imagine that ball of energy in your heart center.

Imagine it spinning faster and faster, and the faster it spins, the more you can feel

it. Amplifying the energy to bring the energy into your solar plexus. Just under your matching

that spinning feeling more or energy flow through your body. Feel the energy would go

into your sacred chamber. You feel your left leg and foot, relax right leg and squeezing

and with every breath you take, feel your body relaxing more and more. Now, bring your

awareness back to the middle of your chest. Feel inside your approach.

No, understand that when you feel this energy of your heart, when you amplify this energy

and then you focus with intention on what you want to create in your life, you've created

a very powerful momentum direction. Now imagine yourself accomplishing what you want to experience

in your life. One scenario that to you would represent you when you knew more. Maybe it's

you with a significant other. Maybe it's you're living in a certain type of house. Do what

you love for a living. Whatever it is, imagine a scenario of you in it experiencing what

you look around. Notice the colors. Notice the environment. What do you see? Now? Imagine

those colors becoming brighter and brighter. What do you hear in your environment? Imagine

those sounds becoming louder, louder. How do you feel in your heart? View that energy.

Now, as you look around, notice that there are two chairs, two chairs in the middle of

your environment. Walk over and notice that on one of the chairs it says increased energy.

This chair, when you sit in it, it will increase the vibration of your part, and when you sit

in it, you'll notice, you start to feel more energy and body. You start to feel more like

you are the authentic expression of who you're meant to be. Your life feel more vibrant.

You start to see yourself in a new way.

Let's sit in this chair. Turn around, sit down in the chair. Notice how soft the cushion.

Notice how you feel more energy flowing through your body right now, I'll present to the moment

you feel, but at the same time you feel passion in your heart. You feel abundant and notice

that on the side of the chair, there's a dial. The dial goes from one to 10, 10 being the

Max amount of energy. What you notice is that right now the dial is on too. What you can

do is put your hand on the dial. No, with every number that I count, you were going

to feel the energy in your heart to double with feeling. You're going to feel more light

flow through your hearts. You're going to feel an amplification of emotion in your heart

with every number that I talented leading up to 10. As you look at the dialogue to go

in and start to move the dialogue, three, feel the energy inside of it, your heart.

Double Love, double with light energy for five, six, with every number you can feel

the energy in your heart increasing more and more. Seven, eight, nine, 10. Now he the heart

energy is at its full capacity. You can feel this loving energy flow through your whole

body. You have now expanded your energy far beyond

basket. You are more connected to your every day. Now, as you are sitting there

feeling the amazing love inside your heart and you notice the other chair,

what you do is you can get up still feeling that love energy and then look at the chair.

Notice that it's titled increased. Now when you sit in this chair, you're going to be

very clear as to what you intended to happen in your life. You're going to feel focused

and this focus is going to carry with you. The rest of your day is going to become very

clear as to what you want to experience in your life. You're going to feel like your

thoughts have laser focus in whatever direction that you want. So now let's sit down in the

chair. Notice that as you sit in the chair, you feel more increased energy. You feel like

whatever you focus on will manifest instant, so focus on exactly what you want to experience

in your life. You're living from your passion kind of house. You want to live around the

people that you love. Imagine all these different characteristics right now. Set the intention

that intent as you feel this energy and as your fuel this intention book. Notice there's

also a dial on the chair. I noticed it's also on a scale from one to 10. We're going to

do is we're going to increase with every number that I count. You're going to feel like whatever

you intend to happen is laser focus. Move it two, three, four, five. You can feel more

of this laser focus. You feel this picture of what you want to experience becoming brighter

and brighter. Six, seven, eight, you feel like you can clearly see and experience that

what you intend for

eight, nine, 10. Now you feel this intention flowing through your body. You can feel this

pinpoint accuracy of what you want to experience. Now what you've done is you have combined

the energy of your heart that if your intention now basking in his energy, as long as

you

design,

now we're going to come back to our awake states.

Count down from five to one with every number that I count. You're going to feel your body

very relaxed. You're going to feel more alert, more presence. You're going to know your day

to day and you will see a new reflection in your life view of yourself. Now you can feel

the energy in your body for three. Wiggle your toes. Start to feel like you're waking

up to open your eyes, feeling awake, present to the moment, ready to go, ready to have.

The other day I was doing a strategy session

with a couple where the wife was pregnant

and about to leave work indefinitely

and the husband was on the highest income tax bracket,

so he was taking the majority of the tax payments.

And when I asked, whose name the property should

be owned in, they replied, well naturally we're

going to split it, right?

It should be equal.

Now, I will preface this and say,

I'm not an accountant and for your

specific circumstance, you need to get

specific advice from your accountant

or financial planner.

But one of the great things about owning property

among other things, is the great tax advantages

you can get from it.

As a general rule though, the tax breaks will

go to the person earning the highest income.

If you're not earning an income,

then that advantage can be wasted.

So if you're looking to get the most

out of the tax break, the asset needs

to be predominantly owned by the highest income earner.

Now that doesn't necessarily mean

that the partner can't have a say

in the ownership.

And in fact, using a tenants in common situation,

which is something you need to talk

to your solicitor about when you're signing the

contract for a property, can be a great way

to split ownership however you decide.

So if you are looking to get the best

tax minimization out of your situation

when you're owning property,

make sure you're consulting your accountant

and your solicitor to get the best tax break

apportioned to the highest income earner.

Peyton continues to be in the news as both media, coaching and front office opportunities open up.

So far, Peyton has opted to focus on helping Ashley raise their two children, Mosley and Marshall.

Ashley and Peyton met in college, but Ashley graduated from the University of Virginia while Peyton played quarterback at the University of Tennessee.

Throughout Peyton's NFL career, Ashley tried to keep a low profile doing her best to stay out of the spotlight that comes with being married to an NFL quarterback.

According to the Indy Star, Ashley has devoted her time to numerous charitable causes including Peyton's own organization, the Peyback Foundation.

Ashley has also raised money for breast cancer, a particularly important cause for her after her mother underwent a double mastectomy per the Indy Star.

As for Peyton, he continues to take phone calls about new opportunities, but Peter King reported the former Broncos quarterback is content spending a lot of time with his family in their Denver suburban home.

"I believe in staying close to the game," Peyton told Sports Illustrated.

"I went to the combine last year and met with some GMs and some owners to pick their brains on different sides of things.

I sat in with a team during the NFL draft this year.

I stayed off camera, but I was able to sit in and watch.

Often times if I am speaking at a certain event, I will stop by that NFL team or college team and go talk some football…But I know what that job entails, and that is an all-in job.

That is a do-not-put-your-phone-down-ever job.

It's a 24-7-365 days a year job.

Because I know what that commitment is and what that job entails, it is just not the right place for me right now.

I really am enjoying what I'm doing.

As far as what will happen in the next few years I can't really say, but like I said, I will always be close to the game.".

Peyton Turned Down an Offer to Join the Dolphins During the 2017 Season Because He Had to Fulfill "Carpool Duties".

Peyton may be retired, but NFL teams have not stopped calling.

According to Sports Illustrated, the Dolphins reached out to Peyton after Ryan Tannehill sustained a season-ending injury.

Manning exchanged text messages with Dolphins coach Adam Gase, but Peyton ultimately chose his dad duties over an NFL return.

"Adam Gase reached out to me [after Ryan Tannehill was injured]," Peyton explained to Sports Illustrated.

"He said, 'Look Peyton, I know what I am going to get asked in my press conference tomorrow.

There's no doubt they are going to ask me.

Just tell me what you'd like me to say.' And this was via text, and I said, 'Adam, you tell the media that yes, I probably could come back and play and there is no doubt that we would go to the Super Bowl,' … I'm being sarcastic on that … but there is no way I could be at practice every day and still fulfill my carpool duties for my two 5-year-old twins.

So I'm out.

I had a lot of people tell me how much I was going to miss it and be anxious and miserable, and … it is such an individual feeling, and that was just not true.".

Peyton Is a Volunteer Assistant Coach for His Kids' Flag Football Team.

Peyton has traded his football jersey for the role of coach, but it is far from having the pressure of an NFL head coaching gig.

Peyton is the assistant coach for his kids' flag football team.

Peyton spoke with Sports Illustrated about his life as a youth coach joking he added a few more passing plays to the mix.

"My kids are playing flag football and soccer so I go to those practices and games," Peyton told Sports Illustrated.

"It's important to me to be a part of those and to be around.

I am a volunteer assistant coach on our kids' flag football team.

Last year they wanted me to be a full-time coach and I said, 'Coach, let me tell you, you don't have any pass plays.

I cannot be involved with a team that has no pass plays.' So I got them throwing the ball a lot more this year.".

Ashley Made a Rare Public Appearance When Peyton Was Hosting the 2017 ESPYs.

Ashley remained a very private person during Peyton's career, but she made a rare exception as her husband hosted the 2017 ESPYs.

According to Page Six, Ashley wore a black gown by designers Jesus and Antonio Estrada.

"Tim and I were inspired to dress her head-to-toe when we met her in DC last month," Jesus explained to Page Six.

"We knew she would look amazing in a modern, sleek silhouette.".

Peyton's performance as host was widely praised, and the former quarterback had quite a few funny lines during the awards show including this Falcons joke.

"I believe in the Falcons, I believe in Matt Ryan, Dan Quinn, and I know in my heart the Falcons will be back," Peyton joked during the ESPYs (via NFL.com).

The Falcons will be back.

And I want the Falcons to hear that from me now, at the beginning of the show, because I know they'll stop paying attention three quarters of the way in.".

Ashley Is a Minority Owner of the Memphis Grizzlies.

Ashley grew up in Memphis, Tennessee, and became even more involved in the community after she agreed to become a minority owner of the team in 2012.

According to the Denver Post, Ashley joined a Grizzlies ownership group that includes other notable minority owners Justin Timberlake and Penny Hardaway.

According to the Denver Post, Ashley released the following statement after joining the Grizzlies.

I am very excited to make the commitment to join the potential new ownership group of the Memphis Grizzlies.

As a native of Memphis, it was important to me that the Grizzlies remain in Tennessee and continue to have a positive impact on the community.

Peyton was supportive of Ashley's venture, and issued his own statement upon the announcement.

"I am proud of Ashley as she pursues this opportunity with the Memphis Grizzlies," Peyton told the Denver Post.

"While my focus is on playing quarterback for the Denver Broncos, I look forward to watching her become involved with her hometown team.".

Ashley & Peyton Are the Proud Parents of Twins, Marshall & Mosley.

According to the Indy Star, the couple welcomed twins on March 31, 2011: son Marshall and daughter Mosley.

The kids are involved in sports including flag football and soccer.

Peyton admitted to Sports Illustrated that he is "competing every day against my health" after retiring from football.

"Like I am competing every day against my health—that's my new opponent," Peyton told Sports Illustrated.

"That's important to me, to stay healthy, so I can be around for my kids and my family and see lots of things I still want to see.".

Peyton also admitted that he has stayed busy since retiring from football as he balances family life with his various businesss ventures.

"I feel busier than I ever have," Peyton explained to Sports Illustrated.

Peyton was recently spotted with Marshall taking in a Denver Nuggets game.

As the video below shows, Marshall stole the show by entertaining the crowd when he and his father appeared on the jumbotron.

first thing in the morning,

and it has dramatically improved my life.

It's okay if you go to bed 30 minutes earlier.

I'm not saying get less sleep,

but adjust your life and your sleep schedule

so if you need eight hours of sleep,

you go to bed 30 minutes earlier

and you wake up 30 minutes earlier

and give yourself that gift of 30 minutes.

And what do you do in those 30 minutes?

That's entirely up to you.

Let me give you some ideas.

You could pray, or you could read the Bible.

Or, and I have an old-fashioned New Testament.

I also have the Bible app on my phone.

You can exercise.

You can meditate.

You can write down your goals.

You can do all those things every day,

or do those things Monday, write down your goals,

Tuesday have half an hour of prayer and meditation,

Wednesday exercise for 30 minutes,

Thursday more Bible reading, Friday reflection.

It doesn't really matter what you do.

What does matter is that you give yourself

30 minutes of complete alone time

to do these fundamental, foundational activities

before you open up your email

and before you start your work.

It won't take long, two, three, four weeks,

you'll start to develop what feels like a habit.

I promise you, the rest of your day will unfold

and you'll find yourself living more and more on purpose

and living toward that better vision,

the better future you have in mind for yourself

by applying the personal discipline to make that happen.

I hope that helps you move towards living your best life.

Today´s suprise for our "Get it Smashed" followers is Henrietta´s MyDay!

And as you can see Henrietta wake´s up, and oh my – she falls down from her bed.

Then it´s time for morning coffee - and after that some fresh air.

Now she is outside and there she goes.

As you can see Henrietta has her own uniqs style of using the skate board,

Until now, this doesn´t look good – ou now she is pissed and That`s it.

She continues by walking.

Oh, is she going to have a picnic?

The weather sure is nice.

She looks around, takes something out of her bag – it looks like a hat – and sun glasses.

She´s gonna lay in the sun, some sunbathing!

She is really enjoying I think I´ve never seen her this calm.

Allright, Henrietta is up again – but what does she have in her mind?

She is walking in the middle of the street.

Appereantly, she just doesn`t care, i quess.

She walks to another lawn, then stops and - what´s next?

She is looking at the cars.

She gets attracted by them!

Is she trying to find a car which is open or what?

Henrietta – nobody leaves their car doors opened and keys inside.

That´s just a waste of time, seriously c`moon girl!

According to her moves she has found a car with keys inside.

That´s almost like winning in a lottery!

And she is really excited.

Hopefully she doesn´t drive though!

She is looking around.

And there goes the bag.

She gets inside the car.

This is not good, seriously this is not good at all.

She is on the move!

Apparently now it´s time for some serious shopping.

I´ve never seen anyone do shopping like this.

This is like following race cars, first pit stop, but that doesn´t take long – and

still nothing in the trolly.

That`s interesting.

A quick turn and she is running again.

Running through the aisles seems to be the main point of shopping for her.

Oh she slows down.

Finally found something?

She walks forward carefully, glances around.

What is she doind?

OH she drops the macaroni and she is running again.

This is no shopping she is here to tease the shop keeper.

Now she reaches a rack full of candy!

Look at those moves.

The hips don´t lie, like J.Lo said.

And now we get candy in the trolly, and some more candy, allright.

And a little bit more.

That seems to be the mission for her.

She is such a sweet beak and Henrietta deffinitely is Hap-hap-happy!

This place looks like a basement or something?

Henrietta is trying to open the door, but it´s locked!

She is getting angry and she is complitely loosing it.

She is panicing - and running in the basement recklessly here and there and here with no

point at all.

She feels trapped.

She just running and bumping in the walls, I really hope she finds an open door.

Oh YES it is, oh my godness.

But what is this place?

Looks like a drying room, full of bedsheets.

I´m sure these are not her own and she clearly just loves them.

The owner is not gonna be happy about this.

Just spinning around – just making her own merry-go-round.

And the bed sheets are all over her.

I hopes she find her way back home!

Or is she trying to order some clothes from Zalando, but just cannot find the right size

for her.

She is going to smash her laptop.

And trying to smash it with her fingers – that deffinately doesn´t work – now she is hitting

with a small hammer or something, hopefully she tries other tools as well, AND YES she

is using a drill!

This is such a smashfest now, using all the tools she can find.

She really have a lot of anger to let out.

For example, Drake made mention of Pusha-T's engagement to Virginia Williams in his track, "Duppy Freestyle." And Pusha-T rapped about Drake's family on Jay Z's "The Story of OJ.".

The release of "The Story of Adidon," seems to have upped the ante.

On the track, Pusha-T raps about Drake, making mention of "Sophie" and her son, "Adonis." In case his intentions weren't clear, he also shared a photo of Drake wearing blackface on his Instagram page.

The photo has since been removed by Instagram.

Call it a coincidence, but Brussaux's son has the same birthday as Drake — October 24. Drake was not present when Brussaux gave birth to her son. According to Vulture, she welcomed the baby in her home country of France.

Drake was in Los Angeles, celebrating his 31st birthday, at the time.

Over the past few months, Brussaux has only posted one picture of her newborn son on her Instagram account, according to Vulture.

Other outlets claim that she posted a few pictures of her baby boy and that Drake actually followed her on Instagram afterwards.
