One-minute singing secret video is starting right now.

Everyone does it.

People compare themselves to people around them.

And singers are no different.

Whether it's your idol or your choir friend.

Whether it's a recording of your favourite artist or yet to be discovered talent you

see on YouTube.

You naturally compare yourself to him or her.

But is it helping you?

I can tell you, this is a sure way to end your singing carrier pretty quickly.

Comparing yourself to singers around you will not boost your confidence or make you happy.

And by the way, it's not a fair comparison when you measure up to a professionally made

studio recording.

So, stop doing that!

Instead look at your own strengths and reward yourself for what you have already accomplished.

If you feel the need to measure up, compare yourself to you from yesterday or a week ago.

That is the only way to stay motivated and focused on what you love doing so much – and

that's singing.

Range Dual-Ring Radiant Surface Element Not Working - Duration: 8:34.

Hi, Wayne here from Sears PartsDirect.

Today we're going to help you figure out what's wrong when a dual-ring radiant surface

element—or dual burner— won't work on your range.

Three failures can occur on a dual-ring element—the inner ring, the outer ring or both rings can

fail to heat.

A bad element, a wiring problem or a broken surface element control switch can cause these

failures.

In this video, I'll guide you through the troubleshooting steps to help you figure out

which part failed.

You need a nut driver to remove the upper back panel.

You also need a Phillips screwdriver and a sturdy prop such as a 2-by-4 piece of wood

to prop open the cooktop.

For electrical tests, you need a multimeter.

First let's test the dual-ring surface element control switch in the control panel.

Unplug the range and pull it forward so you can get to the back.

Remove the screws from the upper back panel and pull it off.

Take a picture of the wires connected to the switch so you'll know how to reconnect them

later.

Then pull off the wires one by one.

The surface element switch has 5 spades that supply current to the element.

The spades are labeled P1, P2, 2, 4 and 4a.

Here's how the element switch works.

The P1 and P2 spades receive electric current.

When you turn the burner knob to heat the inner ring of the element, internal switch

contacts first send current from P1 to 2 and from P2 to 4.

Then wires connected to spades 2 and 4 carry current to the element and the inner ring

heats.

When you turn the burner knob to heat both rings of the element, a switch contact sends

current from P1 to 2, just like for heating the inner element.

In addition, internal contacts send current from P2 to spades 4 and 4a.

Then, the wires connected to 2, 4 and 4a carry current to the element and, voila, both rings

heat.

So, let's check these internal switch contacts with a multimeter to see if the element switch

is okay.

Turn the control knob to the position that heats both rings of the element.

We'll do 3 resistance checks with the knob in this position.

If the switch works, the multimeter will read 0 ohms for all three checks.

If the meter reads OL for any check, the switch needs to be replaced.

So let's get checking.

With your multimeter set to measure resistance, check the internal switch contact P1 to 2

by touching one meter lead to P1 and the other meter lead to 2.

Next check resistance from P2 to 4.Then check P2 to 4a.

If any checked OL, you can skip the next round of checks, because you know you need to replace

the switch.

If those 3 tests all had 0 ohms readings, turn the control knob to the position for

heating just the inner ring of the element.

Check resistance from P1 to 2 and then from P2 to 4.

If either of those connections reads OL, replace the element switch.

If you found that the switch is the problem, you can watch our video "Replacing a Range

Surface Element Control Switch" to learn how to fix it.

If the switch is okay, the next step is to check the element and its wiring.

To check the surface element and its wiring, we'll test resistance through the wires

that carry current from the element switch to the element itself: spades 2, 4 and 4a.

On this range, the element's orange wire connects to spade 2 on the switch, the orange/black

wire connects to spade 4, and the purple/orange wire connects to spade 4a.

Wire colors on your dual-ring element may differ, but you can use the same basic procedure

to check the wires.

Two resistance checks through these sets of wires will determine whether the element and

its wiring are okay.

For the first resistance check, touch one meter probe to the orange wire and the other

meter probe to the orange/black wire and note the meter reading.

For the second check, keep the meter probe on the orange wire and move the other meter

probe to the purple/orange wire and note the meter reading.

If the dual-ring element isn't heating at all and the multimeter measured resistance

between 20 and 100 ohms during both tests, the element and the wiring between the element

and the switch are okay.

That means a problem with the supply wiring is preventing the element from heating.

If you want to skip to that section, look for the slide titled Check the Element Switch

Supply Wiring.

If the multimeter measured OL during either of these checks, you have to figure out if

it's the surface element itself that's the problem or the wiring between the switch

and the element.

So we'll check resistance directly at the element to see what caused the OL reading.

To get to the dual-ring surface element, open the oven door and remove the screws from the

bottom of the front lip of the frame.

Move the oven door out of the way.

Carefully pull the cooktop forward to release the front lip from the support bracket.

Raise the front of the cooktop slightly to release the frame sides and then pull the

cooktop forward to release the hinge tabs from the slots in the backguard.

Lift the front edge of the cooktop and place a prop where it's steady, so the cooktop won't

fall.

Don't damage the insulation when propping open the cooktop, or you'll have to replace

the it.

Take a picture of the wires connected to the dual-ring element so you'll know how to

reconnect them later.

Carefully pull the orange, orange/black and purple/orange wires off the element spades.

Two resistance checks through these sets of wires will determine whether the element is

okay.

For the first resistance check, touch one meter probe to the orange wire's spade and

the other meter probe to the orange/black wire's spade.

For the second check, keep one probe on the orange wire's spade and touch the other

meter probe to the purple/orange wire's spade.

A measurement of OL during either test means the element needs to be replaced.

Watch our video "Replacing a Range Radiant Surface Element" to learn how.

A reading of between 20 and 100 ohms during both checks means the element is okay but

there's a broken wire between the switch and the element—in that case, replace the

wires.

If both checks had an OL reading and you have an older range, check the parts diagram for

your range to see if the thermal limiter is sold separately.

If it is, test whether the thermal limiter or the element failed.

Refer to the wiring diagram for your range and check resistance through the thermal limiter.

If the reading is OL, replace the thermal limiter.

If the reading is 0 ohms, replace the element.

If the dual-ring element isn't heating at all, the element switch is okay, and you measured

20 to 100 ohms through the element wires that connect to the element switch, a break in

the supply wiring going to the element switch is preventing the element from heating.

The supply wires for this dual-ring element connect to the supply wires for the left rear

element.

If the left rear element is working, it means the failure is in the black/orange wire or

the red wire between the left rear element and the dual-ring element.

Take a picture of the wires connected to the left rear element control switch so you'll

know how to reconnect them later.

Then pull the black, black/orange and red wires off the switch.

First, check the black/orange wire.

Measure the resistance between the end of the black/orange wire that connects to the

left rear element and the end that connects to the dual-ring element switch.

If the wire is okay, it will measure near 0 ohms.

A measurement of OL means the wire is broken, so either replace the wire harness or find

and repair the break.

If the black/orange wire is okay, measure the resistance between the end of the red

wire that connects to the left rear element and the end that connects to the dual-ring

element switch.

If the wire is okay, the multimeter will measure near 0 ohms of resistance.

If not, find and repair the break in the red wire or replace the wire harness.

Whew, you're done.

Reconnect all the wires and then reassemble the range.

We hope this video helped you out today.

and we'll let you know when we post new video.

Vote Kathryn McGarry in Cambridge - fighting for you - Duration: 1:20.

I'm Kathryn McGarry and I want to continue fighting for you as Cambridge's MPP.

Over the last four years, we have seen Cambridge experience tremendous growth.

As a nurse and former care coordinator for home care, health care is important to me.

The new expansion to Cambridge Memorial Hospital is almost complete, providing our community

with more medical staff, cutting-edge equipment and an expanded emergency department.

Our new OHIP-plus program is already helping everyone under age 25 in our community with

prescription drug coverage.

And next year, we want to OHIP-plus to cover all seniors -- providing free prescription

drugs to over 43,000 people in Cambridge.

Our seniors have worked hard over their lives and they deserve the best.

It's why we want to increase support and access to home care to keep them healthier and in

their homes longer.

Our plan to make child care free for children from age two-and-a-half until they enter Kindergarten

will save the average family $17,000 a year.

Our plan puts the people of Cambridge, North Dumfries and Brant first,

but it's all at risk in this election.

I want to continue to fight for the things that matter most to you.

On June 7th, please vote for me, Kathryn McGarry.

- [Narrator] A smile, a necktie, a high five.

You wouldn't think such simple things

could make a difference.

But in Cape Girardeau, Missouri the founders of

the Honorable Young Men Club are using these tools

to change lives.

- Even though they're young kids, these kids are not crazy.

They hear everything and they see everything.

They just don't know how to express it.

- Right

They don't know how to say,

"My parents were fighting last night

and I was up all night listening to 'em."

They don't have to go out and sell drugs.

And that's when I push on them why

education is so important.

You don't have to go to college, but you need a plan.

- Alright, so today we're talking about accountability.

Right... accountability.

Okay, Cantrell, I'm struggling with this tie man,

- We high five kids.

We hug 'em.

And it started off at first where they were kinda like,

a little bit like, "Man who is this guy?"

Comin' up here trying to hug me.

And then we say, "Hey man, I love you."

And it took 'em a little while to start saying it back.

But now they're texting saying,

"Man, I love you bro."

It first starts with just loving on these kids

and then we meet their needs where we can.

- [Narrator] They went into this just wanting to give back.

But as the program grew, it turned into

- It don't feel like a job, it don't.

And if we got change in our pocket, it's theirs.

If we have a contact in our phones, it's theirs.

And it's beautiful 'cause it's bringing together

It doesn't get easier, you just get better: Existentialism 101 | The Art of Intellectual War - Duration: 4:01.

So much of life can be summed up in two ideas.

The first is Nietzsche's eternal recurrence, and the second is the common

expression of "it doesn't get easier you just get better." Those are kind of the

same idea.

welcome to the art of intellectual war where we arm ourselves

with ideas because the pen is mightier than the sword. Now we all know this

second phrase - "it doesn't get easier you just get better." Today this Maxim is used

more and more as gym motivation or fitspiration but its roots go down to the

first and most basic existential question: how do I live? Because we all

ask the same question that the father of existentialism: Soren Kierkegaard

posed. I know what I know but what am I to do. Because despite the scientific

validity of quantum theory or determinism, we all experience a

terrifyingly constant possibility - and that's the burden of choice. In this

sense, fitspiration offers us a very clear picture that's easy to understand

The 50 pound dumbbell never changes in weight but our ability to carry it does

Enter Nietzsche, and his often misunderstood idea of eternal recurrence

Now the idea of eternal recurrence has been around since the Greeks, the Bible,

and the Mayans. But Nietzsche took it seriously, very seriously. Eternal

recurrence to Nietzsche was both a statement and a question: your life as

you have lived it, will be lived in the same way, over and over again. Do you

accept this life? The issue here is not whether it is true (it is) but whether you

accept it. That is the choice. Become what you are and accept that burden and

responsibility. But we already know this because it's the same question posed to

Simba in the Lion King. I say this is misunderstood because it is often taken

as a negative or pessimistic outlook on life.

Nietzsche himself declared eternal recurrence as the heaviest burden. Of

course in a world that defines burden and responsibility as bad this would be

a negative philosophy. But without friction there is no movement; without

cause there is no progress; and without a burden there is no meaning. Paradoxically

the worship of convenience, ease, and safety, as the highest values, have

stripped our sense of worth to society, and meaning to ourselves. While it

remains fashionable to make the most boring and unoriginal statement of "life

sucks and then you die." It takes a true revolutionary to say, life is full of

pain, but you get to live it, and who knows, you might make something beautiful

along the way. And while I mean no disrespect to the CrossFit enthusiasts,

there are more noble burdens to bear than kettlebells.

Although kettlebells, they're a pretty good start. So in the final analysis, it

doesn't get easier but you get better, is true, but with a small reformulation.

Because better requires something to measure against. So if this is just about

gym motivation, then proudly say, the weights don't get lighter or heavier, you

just get stronger or weaker. But if this is for life, then say life doesn't get

easier or harder, you just get better at facing it or avoiding it.

Hey thanks for checking out this video, obviously I love all the gym folks and all of the fitness

motivation that's out there, well, it's got its roots in existentialism, so

let's combine the traits and let's bring that motivation into other aspects of

life, or at least that's my goal here. Make sure you subscribe by hitting over

here I believe. You can check out down below I'll be

showing a video of a podcast episode I did on eternal recurrence. I hope you

check out that whole thing. Comment below as well if you have any thoughts. If you

agree, disagree, either way, let me know, I'd love to hear

from you. Thanks again.

Australia Work and Holiday | Traveling Sydney - Duration: 6:21.

In this episode, I highlight a variety of things that I did while I was living and working in Sydney.

Hello everyone, my name is "Just Mike," and welcome to "Sensatious Hiatus" where I highlight my travels,

and share information with you on how I made those adventures happen.

So, after spending the New Year in the Blue Mountains, I headed back into Sydney where I worked for six months.

And since I was working a full-time Monday through Friday job, the footage in this episode

is going to show mostly the stuff that I did on the weekends or on a holiday...

...and really, just exploring the city on foot is something that I did quite often

because it is such a beautiful place.

I went on several day walks on the weekends, as there are several beautiful

coastal tracks close to Sydney. One of those walks was south of the city near Botany Bay.

Doing the La Pérouse Beach Walk - whatever you want to call it.

It's a really good view over here.

Probably can't see it, but that's Sydney - over there.

It's pretty much straight south of Sydney.

The airport's over there, too.

This is the Henry Head Artillery Battery, which is located on the northern side of the entrance to Botany Bay.

It was constructed in the late 1800s and was operational until 1910,

however, the emplacements were also re-utilized during World War II.

There's also some more retired military outposts in the town of Newcastle, which

is about a two hour drive north of Sydney. This is Fort Scratchley, which

used to be a coastal defence installation, however, it is now a museum.

There are also heaps of good beaches and walking tracks north of the city to exolore.

You can also take a quick train ride out to a place called Morisset Park,

which is a great place to see wild kangaroos in the Sydney area. I also want

to note real quick too that you should never feed wild kangaroos as this can

lead to them becoming unhealthy. That being said, I found the kangaroos at this

park were more than used to being around people, and you're likely to find many

other visitors feeding the Kangaroos here.

Several movies have been shot in Sydney, so it was pretty fun to find filming locations around the city.

Here's one filming location that can be seen from the light rail just before you

arrive at Sydney's Central Railway Station. It's not the closest archway

here, but that one down there where they shot the scene from "The Matrix" where

Neo meets up with Trinity on a rainy evening.

Get in.

So yeah, there have been several blockbuster movies filmed in Sydney with

"The Matrix" being just one of them and I really enjoyed finding these locations

almost as much as I enjoyed living in this city and I know this episode jumped

around a lot to say the least, but all this footage was shot over a six-month

time frame during which I was working full-time in this awesome city.

...and with that being said, that is gonna wrap it up for this one

go ahead and hit that subscribe button if you enjoyed this video. In my next episode,

I'm gonna set out on a two-night backpacking trip along the Coastal Track in Royal National Park.

And as always, thank you so much for watching and we'll see you next time.

How To Help ANXIETY? xScapeGoat - Duration: 8:14.

hello guys my name is Brittany aka X scapegoat welcome to my channel about

mental health and psychology so today I really wanted to do another topic video

and I wanted to talk more about anxiety and sort of how to manage that or how I

specifically manage my anxiety and give you guys some tips and hopefully they

can help you guys out I've had anxiety pretty much for as long as I can

remember I've always been worried as a child one of the first things I do I'm

so sorry if you can hear that like racket outside I can hear it and it's

bothering the fuck out of me so I'm sorry one of the first things I do when

I'm really anxious is I try to stimulate my senses I'm not sure if that's like a

therapy technique I didn't learn it in therapy or anything like that but um

stimulating my senses is something that really helps me specifically I don't

know if it's because I also have sensory processing disorder so some of the

things I do to sort of stimulate my senses is I either cook which stimulates

like my sense of smell if I'm not into cooking which I'm usually not sometimes

I'm like super anxious I usually don't like to cook but cooking is something

that reduces anxiety for me as well if I'm not into cooking or I don't feel

like cooking anything other ways I stimulate my sense of smell are through

like candles and especially essential oils those are my favorite things to

sort of get my sense of smell going and sort of stimulate thoughts ears

obviously music stimulation is really awesome if you are anxious and

especially if you're like me you have like certain songs that calm you down

and certain like artists and stuff like that that he likes listen to you that

can calm me down and relax you if you're really anxious or you're having a panic

attack when I'm anxious I don't really like stimulation like

with my eyes I cannot like like it's really overwhelming it's even hard to

look at like a TV screen and if like a show was on and lots of things are

moving around or like there are people moving around or different scenes are

changing and stuff like that I can't do it I will freak out and like start

crying or something but I don't really like to stimulate my eyesight very much

if I'm anxious I usually likes you sort of shut that off so I'll either like

close my eyes or I'll look at one specific thing or I'll try to focus on

something like really small in one specific area of the thing or I will

just go into like a dark room and not look at anything so um that's how I

stimulate my senses when I'm anxious taste

I don't really actually yes I do do something with taste herbs like tea and

peppermint I'm not sure if government is an herb I think it's like peppermint

leaf right yes peppermint leaf and like chamomile

flowers they even have a specific herbal blends I hope with anxiety that have

herbs like catnip and valerian root and stuff like that so um you just have to

look into that if you're into like taste and soothing warmth uh touch so that's

something that helps me sometimes not all the time sometimes I can just like

drink it you know just be like um alright that was that was a white I

guess hot all right but sometimes it really does help just depends on my mood

and what's exactly wrong why I'm anxious sometimes it even depends on like the

time of day like tea at night helps better than like tea in the middle of

the day or in the morning so also the herbs help a lot too peppermint really

helps me for some reason it's probably just like really strong penetration so

that's something else that I like to do um so I encourage you guys to like kind

of think about things I maybe you like to drink or eat smell and try to like

stimulate your senses if you're really anxious and see if that helps because it

does really help me a lot sometimes breathing techniques will work

um you know like the breathing techniques that you can sometimes learn

and therapy or there are some like online or even here on YouTube they

don't really work for me sometimes um especially they really don't work for me

most of the time especially if I'm already extremely anxious and on the

verge of having a panic attack it's really hard to get my breathing under

control what alone do like a breathing exercise it's like a systematic rhythm

reading so it's really hard for me personally but breathing techniques

might help you that's something you're interested in I encourage you guys to

check into different breathing techniques like I said there's some here

on YouTube and lots of great resources online if you don't have access to you a

psychologist the next thing that really helps is distractions and this is

probably one of the most like common things that help with anxiety and it's

just kind of like distracting yourself or if you can remove yourself from the

situation so it's making you anxious watch a movie if like I said if you

don't have like sensory stuff and you can watch a movie without it like

screwing up your brain watching movie distract yourself that way music can

also be a distraction aside from sensory stuff that can also the instruction

playing music playing video games are great distraction I

really love playing video games when I'm anxious as well if I can tolerate the

screen it's pretty fun usually really distracting

something else I like to do is just kind of go for a walk look at nature and like

trees and stuff check out the mountains and the clouds and just outside I had

areas but those are just activities that I like to do you'll probably have more

success if you do things that are fun to you normally and your distractions on so

if you like to draw maybe draw when you are anxious and try to distract yourself

those are just a few tips on how to get rid of anxiety or kind of control it a

little bit if you don't have vacation or counselor or anything like that but

How To: Get Your Vehicle Ready to Sell - Duration: 3:29.

Hey everybody. Jeremy here from O'Reilly Auto Parts to talk to you about how to

get your vehicle ready to sell. There are a few simple steps you can take in order

to get the most for it. First you want to make sure the vehicle is mechanically

sound so that a potential buyer is confident they're driving away in

something trustworthy. If the vehicle has any glaring issues like worn-out tires,

squeaky brakes, dashboard warning lights, cloudy headlights or burned-out bulbs, go

ahead and take care of them. You might also consider checking less obvious

items like the air filter, lift supports and wiper blades. Provide as many

receipts as possible and not just for ways you've prepared the vehicle to sell.

Any records or invoices for repair and maintenance history will be valuable to

a potential buyer. Next, take some time to make sure it looks good. Clean the

interior thoroughly. You might even use compressed air to blow out the

hard-to-reach areas: cupholders and crevices, before you vacuum. Use carpet

and upholstery cleaners to remove any stains from the floors and seats. Floor

mats and seat covers are available for stains that won't come out. Don't forget

things like the door panels and handles, dashboard, gear shifter, buttons and knobs.

Cleaning wipes work great for these. You might also consider freshening the smell

with a deodorizer and a new cabin air filter. Under the hood you might check

for corrosion around the battery terminals and use a little battery

terminal cleaner if needed. Wipe any dead leaves or excessive dirt out of the

engine compartment and don't forget to remove any personal items from the trunk

glovebox and console. Check under the seats one last time and if you've used

your CD player at all, make sure you take the disc out of the stereo. Of course

you'll want to give the outside of the vehicle a good wash and before you wax

you can use a clay bar and spray detailer to remove any caked on

contaminants. Wash your windows inside and out with an automotive glass cleaner

so any tint will remain unharmed. Finally make sure your wheels are clean and use

a stiff bristled brush to clean your tires.

Once those things are done get your ownership documents in order. You'll need

the title, registration card, inspection certificate if applicable, and bill of

sale. The documents you need will vary slightly from state to state. Also

consider supplying a vehicle history report. This will provide answers to the

potential buyers questions like whether the vehicle has had any accidents, flood,

or fire damage or a salvage title. By having these documents gathered you're

ready to sell your vehicle immediately when a suitable buyer comes along. And

now that you've prepared your vehicle and all the documents you'll want to

take some great pictures to put out there. Not a bad idea to remove your

plates before doing this and take several shots both outside and inside so

potential buyers feel like they've seen what the vehicle has to offer. You might

even consider a short video tour of the vehicle to make sure it stands out from

all the other photographs. And that's it. You'll find everything you need for this

and other jobs at your local O'Reilly Auto Parts Store or OReillyAuto.com.

7 Warning Signs Of a Brain Tumor You Should Know - Duration: 3:59.

7 Warning Signs Of A Brain Tumor You Should Know

Brain tumors come in all shapes and sizes—and so do their symptoms.

"The key to a tumor's symptoms really depends on its location," says Theodore Schwartz,

MD, a neurosurgeon with the Weill Cornell Brain and Spine Center.

For example, if you have a tumor near the part of your brain that controls your arm

or your eyesight, your symptoms may include limb weakness or blurry vision, Schwartz says.

When you consider that every cell in your brain can form a tumor—and that your brain

controls or interprets information from every part of your body—the list of possible tumor

symptoms encompasses "almost anything imaginable," Schwartz says.

Still, some signs and symptoms are more common than others.

Here's what to watch out for.

Seizures Regardless of your type of tumor, seizures

are often one of the first signs of trouble.

"Irritation from the tumor makes the [brain's] neurons fire uncontrollably, and you get abnormal

movements," Schwartz says.

Like tumors, seizures take many forms.

You could experience whole-body convulsions, or jerking or flexing confined to one limb

or one part of your face.

Clumsiness If you find yourself fumbling with keys, missing

steps, or struggling with your balance, that sort of clumsiness in your arms, legs, or

hands could be a sign of trouble, Schwartz says.

Problems speaking, swallowing, or controlling your facial expressions are some of the ways

clumsiness could show up in or around your head, he adds.

Numbness

Like clumsiness, losing feeling in a part of your body or face is something to keep

an eye on, Schwartz says.

Particularly if a tumor forms on the brain stem—the place where your brain connects

with your spinal cord—you may experience loss of feeling or clumsy movements.

Changes in memory or thinking While it's true that tumors can cause big

shifts in a person's behavior or personality, the types of radical transformations you sometimes

hear about—or see in movies—are uncommon, Schwartz says.

People with tumors are more likely to have issues remembering things, to feel confused,

or to suffer less-dramatic thinking problems, he says.

Nausea Feeling queasy or sick to your stomach, especially

if those symptoms are persistent and unexplained, could be a sign of a tumor, Schwartz says.

Vision changes Blurry vision, double vision, and loss of

vision are all associated with tumors, Schwartz says.

You may also see floating spots or shapes—or what's known as an "aura."

Not usually headaches Breathe easy.

Despite what most of us would assume, headaches are often not an early indicator of a brain

tumor.

"They could come on with a very large tumor, but they're not usually one of the first symptoms

to emerge," Schwartz says.

Everything else you need to know What causes a tumor? Schwartz says some genetic

disorders can lead to brain tumors.

"But the majority of tumors arise in people with no known risk factors or predisposing

factors," he explains.

Children and adults over 60 are more likely to develop tumors, but "everyone is at risk

at any age," he adds.

Despite what you may have heard, cell phones are not a known risk factor.

"That's a common misconception, but there's no compelling evidence that pushes us to consider

a link between cell phones and tumors," he says.

For large or malignant brain tumors, treatments could involve surgery, medications, radiation,

or chemotherapy.

The good news: Not all brain tumors are serious.

"Many tumors are small and benign, and require no treatment," Schwartz explains.

"If we find one, we'll just monitor it for growth or changes."
