Why You Are Unhealthy and How to Change That - Duration: 5:38.

hey guys Kevin Kreider and in this video I want to share with you why your

unhealthy I know a lot of people have a different version of what unhealthy is

if you just have a little bit of body fat on you and you think you're

unhealthy you might want to recheck that because is it the expectation of other

people and comparing yourself that makes you feel like you're unhealthy but

you're just a little bit have a little bit of higher body fat percentage than

all these Instagram models and all these people that you see or is it that you're

really unhealthy is it that you're not functioning properly isn't that you're

not thinking properly you have this funny brain going on because I've even

seen this happen with people who are very skinny and thin and they're just

unhealthy are you not working are you staying in bed way longer than you then

you want to are you nuts are you sleeping eight hours but you

still wake up very very tired and not energetic are you basically just eating

all this food but you feel worse afterwards or you addicted to food and

that's all you look forward to every day is having that food and you eat whatever

you want so that's a really important question to ask yourself because if

you're unhealthy and let's just say you have real physical unhealthy stuff like

inflammation or arthritis and just aches and pains or whatever it is but I want

to share with you is you can change that if you want some people yes it's

unfortunate might be little bit too late you might need some medical science but

the thing is if you just feel this is really for the person who just feels

like they're unhealthy but you can change that number one is know that

you're just trying to change your emotional eating a lot of the food that

you're putting into your body is causing this for you

it's not what food you reeling it it's the amount of it and a lot of us who are

a little bit overweight will eat too much food trying to say is that a lot of

times people don't know how because they don't know how their emotions are

functioning so for instance we go towards food because it's an immediate

gratification its immediate pleasure we can have and we have plenty of it and so

what we're trying to do is we change our emotional emotional state like that

immediately with food changes our biology physiology right away gets us

into that peak state and then we crash from it but sometimes we want to know

Marable because of food with food because we're

all end up happening is your parasympathetic nervous system kicks in

it shuts down the sympathetic nervous system which makes us more heightened

and focus so we shut off our emotions that way by overfeeding and stuffing

ourselves in their parasympathetic nervous system takes them to become more

relaxed lethargic and we don't do anything

imagine a Thanksgiving meal every single time after you eat that's what you're

putting yourself into and you know what you know Thanksgiving you just don't

want to move you don't do anything mmm-hmm that's how you get in a sedated

state and we use food to numb ourselves so you want to get deep down into your

emotional state and why and like figure it out how to actually change it and I'm

gonna give you some tips and tools on how to do that right now anyway so you

now now you're now aware that the reason why you go towards the emotional food is

because you want to change your emotions what you can do first is actually change

your emotion by moving your body a little bit go out for a brisk walk go

out move do push-ups jumping jacks whatever it is to change that and you'll

feel it immediately jump up and down you'll feel good after that for a little

bedtime maybe you're looking for an emotional connection maybe you should

call someone don't Facebook or text them call them

actually speak to them say hey let's meet up for this you have a support

group who might feel like this and you have a couple people who are

accountability buddies so you say hey I'm feeling this way meetup or ice need

to talk to you find that person find that support and that accountability for

the and that other person too you can change your emotions that way because

you get start connecting with other people and that will change your state

and emotions right away if you need to also - the next thing is you can start

actually maybe even emotional journaling figure out if you can't stop eating then

just say hey look this is and you start eating you say okay well this is how I

felt before I did this I was feeling depressed I was watching Netflix blah

blah and then I ate then I felt horrible and then it happens again I was watching

that flicks bow then I felt horrible whoa we have something in common here

this is a pattern I keep watching Netflix and I keep getting depressed and

then I eat stop watching Netflix so much especially at that time period and like

and maybe it's not that you're watching Netflix maybe it's watching three hours

of Netflix you're not moving your body and mind start going in a lower lower

energy level and you want to bring that up with folks it doesn't right away so

you keep doing it so you start noticing a pattern for yourself I just gave you

some really cool stuff that took me years to learn how to do this and do it

for myself and give to other people so you have it now in this free video that

you want to I only want the best for you and this stuff okay so guys those are

ways you can really do it and they're simple and easy and you can hold

yourself accountable and somebody else need help other people too I hope you
