Waching daily Aug 1 2018

Optimizing the Return on Investment of your campaigns doesn´t happen from one day to

the next. It´s a process based on collecting data, analyzing that data and executing decisions

based on that analysis. These decisions will mainly include adjusting your bids or pausing

ineffective ads. So, in order for this mechanism to work smoothly, you need to take into account

a few factors:

1. Conversion Rate & Target ROI

The higher the the CPA target and Conversion Rate of your website, the higher CPCs you'll

be able to bid, and therefore be more competitive your campaigns. So keep improving your website,

have a user friendly design, to increase your Conversion Rate and make sure to set adequate

CPA targets. Remember, technology can automate you processes,

it does not work miracles!

2. Start with the best audiences

If you want to build up your campaigns bit by bit, we recommend that you start with those

keywords that may have highest conversion rate, your optimum audiences. This way you'll

quickly get a positive ROI and it will serve you as a good base to start scaling your campaigns.

3. Scale your campaigns

So, once you have optimized the price, you can scale into product & placement! You can

do this by adding more keywords to the same products or creating new ad groups for new

products. But remember, only with an optimized ROI can you start scaling your campaigns otherwise

your in risk of losing money.

4. More audiences = more time So you have to note that the more keywords

you want to optimize at once, the longer it will take to find the perfect audience mix

balanced CPCs. If you´re worried about wasting too much

money in the meantime, we recommend that you activate keywords in groups, and only add

another group of keywords once the previous one is optimized. This may take a while longer,

but it will save you a lot of money.

and last but not least...

5. The ROI that is possible has a limit!

Here we have to go back to our calculation where the CPA multiplied by your conversion

rate is the CPC you can bid. If you set a very low CPA target, which of course translates

to a very high ROI target, it will greatly limit the CPC you can bid and it will make

you lose out to your competition. This is why it´s important to set adequate targets

not too high and not too low of course, and keep improving your website conversion rates.

Kidney Donation - Duration: 5:58.

July 21st 2016 I donated my kidney. Shortly after we celebrated life and had

a huge party with Jason and his family. But on March 4th 2017,

I received a devastating call. Jason was gone. He suffered a massive heart attack

in his home with his wife by his side. I was in disbelief I couldn't help him or

his family. I mourned and yet celebrated Jason's life with them. Today I share our

journey. "Sometimes you will never know the value of a moment until it becomes a

memory." As I reflect over time and the moments spent with Jason and his family,

This quote certainly resonates with me. Jason and I began a journey that was

life-changing for both of us and I can't speak for him now,

but my heart and my perspective completely changed. Life just changed

forever. All because of one man in need. You see, I was blessed with the

opportunity to help this man and that is powerful. What's more powerful are the

memories that I hold onto for the remainder of my life. As I was helped to

meander my way out of my hospital bed for the very first time,

I looked up only to see Jason, energetically walking down the hallway.

First thing I noticed, Jason had color in his face and a smile

larger than life itself. With his v-neck tee shirt, plaid pajama bottoms, his vans

and no I.V., dear God did he have pep in his step. I felt awful but at that very

moment it didn't matter how I felt. Seeing him like this, it was all worth it.

We hugged and we cried. When I asked him how he felt he said he felt great and he

didn't realize how bad he was feeling over the months prior. And that he was

pissing like a champ. Many times I am asked the question "why" and to this day I

can't answer that. But I can say with certainty that there are always bigger

plans than we can possibly understand. My time in the same office with Jason was

brief. Our paths crossed for a reason and just at the right time. I learned of his

battle with his kidney disease, only days before learning that he needed to go on

the list for a kidney. I left the office that day, knowing that I had to do

something. It seems so simple. I had two kidneys and he needed one.

During my drive home I had a lot of time to think and it was then that I decided

to help a man so he could continue to father his son and love his wife. He made

it known that they were his world. And when I finally made it home

I shared my sentiments, I received full support and did my research. Jason asked

numerous times "Ash are you sure? You don't have to do this." I believe that

Jason was a good soul and deserved a chance at life and I have no regrets.

Never once was I scared, which certainly confirmed that I was doing the right

thing. Little did I know that our lives would become so intertwined over a short

time. Our families would come to naturally adore and love one another.

And we will forever be a part of each other's lives. And I will say that I was

the lucky one. You see I gave a gift but Jason gave a gift to me as well. All so

many times I heard how much better he had felt and that will be my solace. Our

moments are now my memories. And my scars are my reminders of our journey and that

Jason will forever be in my heart. I often hear that I was a hero an angel or

altruistic. But I don't see it that way at all, I see Jason is my hero and now an

angel for many so not only did he take that kidney but he took a piece of my

heart. This was our journey.

10 Early symptoms of HIV infection - Duration: 8:36.

10 Early symptoms of HIV infection

1.

Night Sweats

symptoms of hiv - night sweats

If you're unable to fall in asleep because you cannot stop sweating, and you've recently

engaged in high-risk sexual behaviors, it can be a cause of this infection.

HIV-induced night sweats often occur persistently and without effort.

They can drench your sheets and clothes and cannot nearly sleep through.

A person who engaged in unsafe anal intercourse with multiple persons and is diagnosed with

early HIV reported that night sweats are a common symptom, according to a study published

in 2015 in "Clinical Infectious Diseases".

In fact, night sweats often accompany a common fever in HIV patients.

2.

Fever

symptoms of hiv - fever

Another common symptom of HIV infection can be a fever.

A common fever during the first HIV stage can be recurrent and persist for two to four

weeks at one time.

Night sweats usually accompany fevers associated with an infection.

According to a study published in 2005 in Praxis, 77% of 62 patients with primary HIV

infection are affected by fever, which establishes as the main symptom of this condition.

Because fevers are the response of the immune system to viral infections, getting fevers

in the first stages of HIV is another common sign.

It proves the immune system hasn't weakened yet.

3.

Swollen Lymph Nodes

The cells of your immune system are spread throughout your body.

One of the main locations for the distribution is surely the lymph nodes that are found in

your neck, in the groin area, and under your armpits.

Because the primary task of the cells of HIV is weakening your immune system, they will

identify the main immunity-boosting parts of your body and then attack them.

This will include the lymph nodes.

The swollen lymph nodes are the way of your body telling you that the immune system is

working very hard to reduce the damage caused by an HIV infection.

55.5% of 54 patients (30 patients) diagnosed with HIV suffer from the swelling of lymph

nodes, according to a study in 2002.

Lymph nodes are very tender to the touch and painful.

They may appear and disappear frequently.

It is a cause of this problem if the swelling persists longer than two to four weeks.

4.

Sore Throat

Another early symptom HIV infection is a sore throat.

It is likely to accompany fevers in HIV-positive patients.

In fact, a sore throat can occur before getting a fever as an indicative symptom in many patients.

According to a study in Clinical Infectious Diseases in 2002, a sore throat was also identified

as the severe symptom of an HIV infection in seventy-four infected prostitutes.

You can experience pain swallowing your own saliva as well as water and food.

Your sore throat can last up to two weeks and can be accompanied by a mouth ulcer.

5.

Joint Pain And Muscle Pain

symptoms of hiv - joint pain (arthralgias) and muscle pain (myalgia)

While these signs are present during the trajectory of this infection, they are also the main

symptoms to identify whether you can have contracted HIV or not.

Musculoskeletal disorders (those affecting your bones and muscles) are often the early

symptoms of HIV infection, according to a study in 2002.

The joint and muscle pain can manifest itself in the moderate to severe pain form in 2 or

more joints that will last from 2 to 24 hours.

In a study in 2013, the musculoskeletal signs of 300 patients with primary HIV infection

were evaluated for 1 year.

It found that about 63.3% patients reported musculoskeletal disorders.

Besides, 46.7% patients reported body aches, 26.7% reported joint pain, 6.7% reported osteoporosis,

and 8.3% reported lower back pain.

These signs intensify when the disease progresses.

6.

Seborrheic Dermatitis And Rashes

Seborrheic dermatitis on the face, chest, and scalp is one of the early symptoms of

HIV infection, according to a study in Acta Dermatovenerol Croatia in 2008.

The study further notes that the seborrheic dermatitis ranges from 30 to 83% in patients

with early HIV infection.

Sebaceous glands are mostly located in the head, face, chest, groin area, and upper back.

An early sign of HIV infection is the appearance of inflamed, itchy, flaky, and red skin around

these regions, which can last two to three weeks or more.

According to a study in the Annals of Family Medicine in 2005, some studies of primary

HIV cases were selected from many medical surveys.

The average age of patients was about 17 to 54 years and all of them exhibited all the

early symptoms of HIV infection.

In addition, a rash was also the second commonly reported sign by all the patients.

7.

Headaches

Headaches are the persistent and common form of pain that is experienced by HIV patients.

This symptom severely deteriorates the life quality of HIV patient and hinders his or

her daily activities.

Primary headaches (tension-type headaches, headaches, and migraines persisting for weeks

and occurring on one side) are recurrent headaches not related to any underlying illness.

They can signify that HIV infection is in its first stage.

Secondary headaches (headaches from meningitis or sinus headaches) are related to other illnesses

that often occur in the later stage of HIV infection when the immune system becomes weaker,

allowing the opportunistic infections to thrive.

The tension-type headaches often exacerbate and combine with the secondary headaches because

of these secondary illnesses.

According to a study published in Pain in 2000, 45.8% of 131 patients with primary HIV

reported tension-related headaches, 16% reported migraines, and 6.1% reported other kinds of

headaches.

Tiredness Or Fatigue

Fatigue from HIV patients can be described as the feeling of exhaustion and lack of energy

that is not treated with a good sleep at night.

It can be constant and often occur without physical exertion.

According to a study in the Clinical Nursing Journal in 2006, 15 HIV patients just recently

identified fatigue as an indefectible hindrance in their day-to-day lives.

The study also notes that fatigue or tired was a widely ignored sign of HIV infection,

and both the concerned health professionals and the family or friends of HIV patients

failed to acknowledge this sign.

Fatigue significantly affected to the patients' ability to do chores, work, walk, exercise,

and engage in some other activities.

Plus, it also affected to mental clarity, concentration, and patience according to a

study published in the Association of Nurses Journal in AIDS Care in 2008.

Fatigue can also induce anxiety and depression.

9.

Nausea And Vomiting The earliest symptoms of HIV infection are

nausea and vomiting, according to a study in the STD & AIDS (International Journal)

in 2008.

Because the HIV infection can compromise one's immune system, the body can contract bacterial,

viral, and fungal infections even in the first stages.

Nausea is the way of your body to make you know that the system is attacked by these

infections.

Moreover, if you've recently engaged in the high-risk sexual behaviors and have been

nauseated regularly, it may be indicative of an HIV infection.

10.

Diarrhea

symptoms of hiv - diarrhea

Like nausea & vomiting, diarrhea is known as a disorder of your gastrointestinal tract

caused by fungal, viral, and bacterial infections attacking when your immune system gets weak

or reeling under an HIV.

A common symptom of HIV infection, diarrhea can severely damage the life quality of the

patients and interfere with his or her daily activities.

Benefits of Sleeping on the Left Side of Your Body - Duration: 6:01.

Benefits of Sleeping on the Left Side of Your Body

What side of the body do you usually sleep on? On the right or on the left? Or are you perhaps one who sleeps belly up? Experts advise that the best side to sleep on is the left side.

Let us explain why.

5 benefits of sleeping on the left side.

Perhaps the title of this article surprised you.

You may be one of those people who, until now, had never stopped to think about the fact that sleeping in a certain position can be more or less beneficial to your body.

But it seems that yes, it is important.

The reality is that Eastern medicine has already been telling us for some time that we should all sleep on the left side of our body.

Well, a recent study published in The Journal of Clinical Gastroenterology has shown us through a few simple principles, explained by Dr.

John Doulliard, to help us understand the reasons better.

From our perspective, we'll provide you with a short review in order for you to put this advice into practice.

We are sure that you will be convinced.

1,To promote proper lymphatic drainage.

Doulliard tells us that sleeping on the left side is the most natural.

This part is the dominant side of the lymphatic system.

It is here where the lymph system drains; the lymph system carries important elements like proteins, glucose, metabolites and those elements that must be filtered by the lymph nodes and that have to be drained to the left side.

So, remember, the first reason is precisely for our lymph system.

2,For anatomical reasons.

You may not remember now, but both the stomach and the pancreas are mostly on the left side of our body.

If our sleeping position is on this side, we favor better digestion.

It is a way to better channel the gastric juices and more easily promote the secretion of pancreatic enzymes.

Thus it helps the digestion work little by little, instead of all at once, such as often happens when we sleep on the right side.

3,For the health of your heart.

Surprised? Surely.

This study tells us that over 80% of the heart is on the left side of the body and through the simple act of sleeping on the left side, we will benefit its health in a simple and natural way — mostly by means of the lymphatic system which drains easier in this position.

Another aspect to consider is that the aorta leaves our heart making an arc to the left side in order to reach the abdomen.

If we sleep on this side, on the left side, our heart will pump more easily and optimally, pumping the blood more readily.

Did you take note?.

4,Are you someone who takes naps?.

If you are someone who always takes a nap or someone who feels obligated to do so after eating a lot, then remember to sleep on the left side.

This will favor digestion.

You will get up more alert and less tired, and without a bellyache.

Try it and see how good you feel after a little nap on the left side.

5,For the health of our spleen.

The spleen, as you will remember, is also on the left side of the body.

This organ is also a basic part of the lymphatic system, being necessary to filter blood and execute an adequate lymphatic function.

If we sleep on the left side of our body, we will help get our fluids directed to the spleen in a more simple way, favoring the natural sense of gravity in our body.

Most of our lymphatic system performs its task on this side.

So now you know, for your health, it is always more advisable to sleep on the left side.

Shall we try it tonight?.

Simple Green Smoothies Our Mission: Fuel your Passion - Duration: 3:28.

When I started simple green smoothies it

Wasn't even a business idea. It was really just a solution for me and my family and friends to that

We were all struggling with exhaustion. And this was a natural way to get energy in your body that was super easy to do and

it worked so when the kids were really little I was

living off of grilled cheese sandwiches

Lucky Charms was my favorite cereal and I would eat that for dinner and I would drink tons of coffee because I'm so tired

I felt like my body was giving up on me

Like I'm 30 years old and I feel like I'm 60. It also didn't help that at that time

We were we were struggling like we were financially in a really hard place

That I had never experienced before and we also didn't have health insurance. So it was kind of like this

Chaotic moment where we didn't have a lot of things and so what we started doing was drinking a green smoothie

Every single day and this was a way that I could at least

focus on doing one thing right and I got to a point where I

would go halfway through the day and not be tired and I started thinking like

Okay

Like there's time in this day for me to figure out what I want now and what I want to do, and that was run

I wanted to get outside by myself.

No electronics and just breathe and sweat and push my body and that's what I started to do again.

By doing that I was getting stronger. I was getting more energy

But I also I started dreaming again and thinking about what did I want to do?

Who did I want to become I realized that I wanted to fly an airplane on my 32nd birthday

I went and took a discovery flight and flew an airplane.

Now I felt like I could do anything and it was because I was taking care of myself

All right, so life for us right now is pretty crazy waking up early getting them ready for school when the kids come home

It's like straight snack time homework. So we have a very full life and we love it all and I wouldn't trade it for anything.

One thing Ryan and I thought would be really cool was to turn our house into a little farm.

So it was a dream of ours to

wake up in the morning with our kids and have them be able to go outside and gather eggs from our chickens and

To have a duck that would swim in a little pond.

We also have done raised garden beds so that we could grow our own

kale and spinach and strawberries and tomatoes and so that's kind of what we've embraced as a family is

eating more plants and

feeling the best we can so that we can go after the things that we really care about

Once you drink a green smoothie

you don't want it to stop there like you want to keep feeling that greatness that energy and just

More of yourself than you ever felt before and to do that. You have to go further

And so now we're taking our community further who you are today

can be someone different tomorrow. If you just keep having that hope and taking steps forward no matter how small they are.

I would love for you to join me on this journey and see where it takes your life.

So head on over to our website simple green smoothies.com and get started today.

Why You Can't Just Swim Straight Across the Ocean | The Swim - Duration: 6:53.

BEN LECOMTE IS SWIMMING MORE THAN 5,500 MILES ACROSS THE PACIFIC OCEAN —

AND FROM THE GET-GO, THIS WAS NEVER GOING TO BE EASY.

IN ORDER TO COMPLETE HIS JOURNEY,

BEN NEEDS A MAP TO NAVIGATE STRONG CURRENTS, EDDIES, AND EVEN TO ADJUST

FOR THE CIRCUMFERENCE OF THE EARTH.

JEREMY: The further north you go, the circumference of the Earth is less and less,

so that can help shorten the overall voyage.

If he stays too far south for too long, those winds and seas are gonna be going against him,

which will end up slowing him down.

BEN'S TEAM HAS BEEN PLANNING THIS ROUTE FOR OVER THREE YEARS,

WITH THE HELP OF JEREMY DAVIS.

IT'S HIS JOB TO PROVIDE DIRECTION FOR ANYONE CROSSING THE OCEAN — FROM COMMERCIAL VESSELS,

TO CRUISE SHIPS, TO ROWBOATS —

AND NOW, BEN.

So we've been tracking Ben.

He's been able to swim at about 20 or 30 nautical miles per day.

It just all depends on his own energy levels, time of the day, visibility, all those factors

can play into it.

We wanna make sure they're on the best possible route to try to help shorten it as much as

possible and give the most favorable conditions.

The weather is gonna be a major factor on the success of this voyage.

SO FAR, WINDS AND EXTREME CONDITIONS HAVE MADE THE INITIAL SWIM GRUELING FOR BEN.

AT THAT RATE, IT WOULD TAKE BEN OVER THREE YEARS TO CROSS THE OCEAN, SO, JEREMY AND THE

CREW ARE TAKING ADVANTAGE OF OCEAN BEHAVIORS AND BATHYMETRY TO SPEED THINGS UP.

Once they head little bit farther offshore, they get into the Kuroshio current.

That's a major boost for him for swimming, so he can cover a lot more ground in a shorter

period of time.

THE KUROSHIO IS A WARM-WATER CURRENT THAT FLOWS OFF OF THE COAST OF JAPAN AND THEN

PEELS OFF TO THE EAST, DRIVEN BY THE CIRCULATION OF THE NORTH PACIFIC GYRE,

A LARGE AREA OF HIGH PRESSURE MOVING CLOCKWISE.

TAKING MAXIMUM ADVANTAGE OF THE KUROSHIO CURRENT HAS ACCELERATED BEN'S SWIM MILEAGE

TO AS MUCH AS 45 MILES A DAY.

BEN: I am finally in the Kuroshio current, so right now I know I am getting a good push whenever I swim.

I am very happy about that.

PAUL: Like every good highway, we have maps.

Instead of going straight to San Francisco we have to do a curve, like this, meeeeow,

and go down, and after that we probably have to go up, like this.

If we just headed straight east we wouldn't have all that push, so it's not instinctive

but we have to trust the weather team, we have to trust the scientists, and so far it's

working very well.

UNFORTUNATELY THE KUROSHIO IS NOT GOING TO LAST MUCH LONGER.

SOON, BEN WILL FIND HIMSELF OUT OF THIS CURRENT AND ON HIS OWN.

BEN: I am happy to be in the current but I'm not like,

"Oh yay, I made it, I'm in the current now!"

I still have a lot to conquer.

FOR THE NEXT LEG OF THE JOURNEY, HE'LL BE SWIMMING AT A MUCH SLOWER PACE,

LIKELY ALONGSIDE EDDIES: TEMPORARY LOOPS OF SWIRLING WATER BRANCHING OFF FROM CURRENTS.

THESE COULD GIVE HIM A SMALL BOOST, OR PUSH HIM BACKWARDS.

JEREMY: Ben's route's gonna be changing quite frequently, and sometimes on an every three-

or four-day basis we're gonna be making minor changes to the route.

WHILE BEN'S CREW CAN MAKE MINOR ADJUSTMENTS TO HIS ROUTE, THERE ARE MANY UNPREDICTABLE

FACTORS THAT COULD THROW EVERYTHING OFF-COURSE.

JUST AS BEN WAS FINDING HIS STRIDE IN THE KUROSHIO CURRENT, THREE LARGE STORMS CONVERGED

ON THE BOAT, FORCING THE CREW TO MAKE A DIFFICULT DECISION.

JEREMY: So, Ben and the crew were about 500 miles east of Japan in the Kuroshio current

when we detected the development of the tropical storm 14W to the south, another one, 15W,

that would be developing right after that and moving off to the north up towards Japan,

and a third one, developing in the southeast of Japan.

So with all of this activity, the decision had to be made to send them back to Japan

to keep them safe and out of harm's way with all this tropical activity.

WITH HEAVY HEARTS, BEN AND THE CREW HAVE RETURNED TO PORT TO WAIT OUT THE STORMS

UNTIL THEY GET THE GREEN LIGHT TO CONTINUE.

JEREMY: So it's going to be a little more difficult for Ben to get back out and restart

the swim for at least the next week and a half; hopefully at that time we'll start

to get a break in the weather and he be able to head back out to the east.

ACCORDING TO METEOROLOGISTS, STORMS AND TYPHOONS OFF THE COAST OF SOUTHEAST ASIA

HAVE BECOME MORE FREQUENT, POWERFUL AND DESTRUCTIVE OVER THE PAST FOUR DECADES;

SO IT'S CRITICAL THAT BEN AND THE CREW DON'T TAKE ANY UNNECESSARY RISKS.

LUCKILY, TYPHOONS THAT STAY OVER THE OPEN OCEAN ARE LESS LIKELY TO INCREASE IN INTENSITY.

SO ONCE THEY GET THE ALL CLEAR, THE SEEKER CREW WILL RACE BACK TO BEN'S LAST GPS POINT

AND CONTINUE THE SWIM,

AS WELL AS ALL THE ESSENTIAL RESEARCH AND CONSERVATION ON BOARD.
