this week's Saturday fragrant shakedown
is on the fragrant taboo it's an oldie
but a goodie guys you'd like to see how
much is notes everything like that then

guys to listen II so guys Tabou was
created in the 1930s so it's a very very
classic nostalgic scent okay it is an
oriental floral so if you really really
love those types of fragrances you'll
really like taboo guys this is
definitely for me this is definitely a
fall and winter fragrance and we're
starting to get there guys tomorrow is
Monday it's supposed to be in the 60s so
but guys love the cute little bottle
that does come in different bottles and
everything like that but this one does
have to look like a little cello Oh guys
it smells so so good so guys as top
notes of citrus and pepper it's been
notes are jasmine narcissus rose and
Alinghi link and then the base notes are
very wood heavy there's amber
there's amber sandalwood and patchouli
guys this smells so so good honestly
guys it does remind me of a fragrance
that an older woman would appreciate but
guys like I said I love this fragrance
for the fall and winter it just is so
beautiful and complex I'm gonna let it
start to develop but guys um price-wise
guys this is less than ten bucks at
Walmart for a larger size you can get it
also on fragrance net Amazon you can get
find it lots and lots of places but guys
if you like a really a very oriental
fragrance you'll really really love a
tab you'll love the name and I love that
it's such a nostalgic old scent it's
been around since the 30s I mean that to
me just shows how good something is if
it's been around for that long
pre-world War two guys is crazy Oh guys
as it develops
you are definitely gettin that amber the
sandalwood
definitely that doesn't starting to come
out so guys when you first apply it it's
definitely very musky and woods forward
but guys as it starts to develop it
starts getting warmed up to your skin
your chemistry on me you can definitely
start smelling some of that pepper for
me the citrus doesn't come out and play
until the fragrance is definitely
starting to like been wearing for a good
couple hours but that jasmine and that
sandalwood and patchouli is just such a
beautiful heavy scent when I say heavy
it's not a bad way it's just you know
when we're wearing sweaters and it's
cold outside and you know the leaves are
changing to that fall and winter guys
you know those heavier must year denser
fragrances are what a lot of people like
to wear like I said I don't think any
fragrance is any you can only wear a
certain type of year but if it is a
heavier perfume if it's a little bit
more musky a little bit more woodsy then
obviously it's gonna be more appropriate
to during the fall in winter but guys it
just smells so so good seems like it's
combined your skin's kind of weird I
think cuz a lot of things will almost
seem to turn a little bit powdery on me
and this does have that slight little
powder fragrance I think it's the the
woods plane with my chemistry but guys
it just smells so so good yeah but that
I that jasmine is very forward but I
absolutely love this fragrance so once
again if you're looking for a nice fall
time fragrance you don't spend a lot of
money I go to your local Walmart
wherever and see if they have taboo and
just try it out spray it on you know let
it linger for a little bit go shopping
around the store and then come back
smell and see if you like the way it's
developed on your skin I absolutely love
this fragrance and I think any age could
wear this but to me it does smell a
little reminiscent of you know a nice
sophisticated you know mid 30s 40s 50
year old woman but it might smell
totally different on you but you know
for me I I feel like I can wear any
fragrance and I absolutely love this on
myself so once again if you love an
oriental floral you love that really
woodsy patchouli scent I really think
you will love taboo great great
fragrance but you guys I hope you
