How to get clients online using social media - Duration: 8:37.

How do you use social media to get clients for your coaching business, and without being

salesy or pushy?

I know it can feel really frustrating and overwhelming

At this point, I've helped over 1,000 new coaches build their coaching businesses and

go from employee to entrepreneur, so I know what strategies work, and that's what I'm

going to show you in this video today

One more thing before we dive right in...Make sure you hit that subscribe button to get

notified when I share a new video every week on building your online coaching business

Tip #1 LOCATION, LOCATION , LOCATION

Alright, so let's talk about tip #1, WHERE you are promoting on social media.

This might seem obvious, but you'd be surprised how many new coaches miss this!

That's because you need to be promoting where your ideal clients are hanging out,

not where YOU like to hang out!

For example, if you're a career coach, you need to be on LinkedIn, if you are a college

admissions coach, you should be on those online forums where parents gather to talk about

school, and if you are a health coach, Facebook groups are a great place to find your clients.

It's all about finding the TOP place where your clients are hanging out.

Otherwise, no matter how great your content is, they won't be able to see it!

Now that we've got that covered, let's talk about your CONTENT...

Tip #2 THE ENGAGEMENT FORMULA

The engagement formula is the formula that I've been using since the beginning of my business

and that I recommend all of my students use as well.

You can't just put out some content and expect people to respond.

Everyone is busy and they have a lot of stuff going on in their lives, just like you do.

So if you just write some random content, it's very possible you're going to get crickets.

Comment below if you've felt like that before!

That you're putting out great stuff, but you aren't getting any responses!

And that formula is…

Attention + Value + Call to Action

And here's one of my example posts to show you.

You always want to start with an attention-grabbing header.

This can be a question, a joke, a story, or a surprising fact.

After you have their attention, it should lead into the value you wanted to share in

your post.

Share it in an easy to read, simple way, and then,

end your piece with a call to action that gives the reader something to do.

It can be as simple as answer this question, respond and let me know what you think, or

even, go off and do this specific thing.

Something that helps them remember what you just shared.

This powerful formula keeps your content simple and attention-grabbing.

This is so important as we're all so busy nowadays and have such short attention spans.

You'll stand out so much more on social media, if you follow this formula.

Tip #3 USE RELATIONSHIP BOOSTERS

The next tip I have for you is to use social media to build actual relationships.

Don't go to a forum, post and leave, and expect people to magically engage with your

content even though they don't know you!

Social media is all about connection.

There are lots of fun ways to do this, including fun ice-breaker games like 2 truths and a lie

Where you share 3 statements, one of which is a lie, and have people guess which one

is the lie.

This is something I had my students do a while back and it was one of my highest engagement

prompts ever because it's fun and it builds that connection.

Or asking personal questions like this example bestselling author Gretchen Rubin asked of

her audience for their personal preference.

This builds your relationship with people so that when you start talking about your

content and your offer, they're thinking...oh yeah, I know you a bit, alright let me read

what you're talking about, and they're way more interested.

Tip #4 BE TARGETED

And finally, after you're starting to build relationships and engagement from using these

tips, you want to make sure all that attention isn't wasted.

That means that when you share content using the engagement formula we just talked about,

make sure that it's related to what you do in your business so that people know exactly

what you help them with.

That includes reaching out and answering questions related to your area of expertise.

Searching for keywords related to what you do so that you can be focused.

And of course in the content you're sharing using the engagement formula, make sure that

it showcases your expertise on your topic.

And remember, it's about quality, not quantity.

If you are being targeted, and are focusing on building real relationships, that's going

to help you get your first or next client MUCH faster than trying to write a whole bunch

of posts just for the sake of writing a whole bunch for them.

For example, when I was starting out in my first online coaching business a few years

ago, doing digital advertising consulting because that's what I was doing in my job,

I saw someone asking questions about Facebook advertising

So I messaged her and said, hey, this is what I do in my job, I'm happy to answer your

questions if you're open to helping me with some market research.

I wasn't trying to sell her anything, I was just trying to connect with someone and

build a relationship

So I gave a lot of value, built a real relationship, and she actually ended up asking ME

"How can I hire you?"

And that's how I got my first ever paying client within 2 weeks.

So those are my best tips for using social media to get coaching clients.

And I know these tips will work really well for you too.

And here's what's even better…

I have another video that goes specifically into how to get your first paying coaching

client.

I'm going to share the top strategy that's helped over 1,000 of my students get their

first paying coaching clients, from scratch, often in just a few weeks.

So make sure you check it out if you want to get your first paying coaching client SOON

and starting making that impact that you know you're destined for.

It's linked in the description below, so make sure you check it out.

And if you want a step-by-step system for exactly what to do to build your coaching

business, sign up for my latest masterclass on the EXACT system I used to build my first

online coaching business from scratch to 6-figures BEFORE I left my 9-5 job.

I'll show you how I built my first online coaching business using just my job skills,

from scratch, with no audience or anything...to $106K in 4 months while juggling my job.

I have it linked in the description, so go ahead and click there and you can sign up

for the training right now.

If you liked this video, please let me know by liking it below, and let me know in the

comments what your biggest takeaway was.

Auto-convert all NX CAM operations to new Explorer Style - Duration: 4:40.

Hello everyone, this is Marek Pawlus from NCmatic

Welcome in this week Technical Tuesday with NX CAM!

The series full of practical Tips & Tricks about programming tool paths in NX.

Today I would like to demonstrate how you can start using new dialog boxes of CAM objects in NX.

Here I have sample CAM project with operations created in older NX version,

so also all dialogs have old style.

To modify the operation for new dialog style,

just choose Object / Customize from context menu,

and select Convert to Explorer.

The problem is that we don't want to do this for all operations in our old projects,

but we would like to get it automatically.

In your NX installation directory you will find "template_part" folder

notice that this folder is duplicated.

If you don't see template files in MACH/updates folder,

then you should look for it in MACH/resource folder.

In one of my previous videos I was already explaining template files for CAM objects.

You should see link to this video in upper right corner now.

It is good idea to make a backup of original files and make sure if it is not Read Only.

In mill_planar template file I will convert all CAM operations to Explorer style.

I will select them all and use Customize option.

This way this option is displayed automatically for each operation one by one.

I'm not using fast forward here, I just click Convert to Explorer and hit Enter.

I will save and close this file and go to my sample CAM project.

You can see that after modifying template file, all new operations are already using new dialog style.

But the question is what to do with all existing CAM operations in your all projects…

Converting all of them manually might take hours…

But today I have solution for that,

I prepared simple journal file which will do this for you.

If you converted your template files to Explorer style, you can use this journal.

To do this, select all objects which you want to convert

(it can be operations, program groups, tools, methods and so on)

Go to Developer tab, select Play option and choose journal file.

I will show you where to download this file at the end of this video.

After couple seconds it will display a report showing what was done.

And as you can see all mill_planar operations in the project

have dialog boxes automatically converted to Explorer style.

Notice that I haven't tested this journal more than with this single CAM project,

so if there will be some problems with it – just let me know and I will fix it.

To download this file, go to ncmatic.com

and you will find Technical Tuesday tab.

Here you will see this episode which you are watching now,

and it will contain link to download this journal file.

At my webpage you will also find NCmatic Toolkit for NX tab,

where you will find also some more interesting applications.

Thank you for watching!

All the best and see you in next Technical Tuesday with NX CAM!

- [Narrator] You know the rules, fees can be your foes.

And with ETFs, it pays to be a pro at sniffing out

sneaky costs that can take a bite out of your returns.

You might target the lowest expense ratio,

but is that the only cost you need to worry about?

Commissions can be tricky.

Even if you buy a commission-free ETF,

surprise, you could still incur trading costs.

Keep your eyes open for tracking error.

When an ETF doesn't closely track its index,

it might send your investments off course.

Bid-ask spread is another culprit.

The wider the spread, the more you pay.

What about holding period?

That's another cost to watch out for.

Help protect your portfolio by being cost aware.

As savvy investors know, every basis point counts.

Test your cost I.Q.

hairy gross thing that paralysis that we

all get caught into in our business of

people-pleasing

perfectionism and procrastination in

fact if you didn't know I want you to

outward behaviors of people pleasing

procrastinating and perfection seeking

are all different sides of the same core

fear did you know that boom it's mind

want people to trust in us it is

probably the actually I know it is the

biggest hurdle for women entrepreneurs

to wrap our minds around and unhook from

these core fears that keep us back from

moving forward in our business

taking bold action asking for the sale

and offering our services to the people

who most need us

it doesn't matter how fancy your

marketing tactics or your tools are you

can have the best and fanciest nuts and

bolts in the business if your mind isn't

right if you are still bumping up

against these types of action killing

symptoms and behaviors these fears then

you're still gonna be held back in your

business it's something I'm incredibly

passionate about and something that is a

core in our program of the success

incubator program we've just opened up

seats for this program and it starts in

September so if you're interested in

knowing whether it's a fit for you you

can direct message or private message me

below and I'll let you know more

information about it so if mind games

impact to make but you are paralyzed in

moving forward then do check out this

program check out the other five videos

as well that I've shared with you over

the last week on the six Success

crushers for women in business in those

critical first five years you know in

closing I want to leave you with this

golden nugget I don't know who said it

most I think it was or who said it but

it's this idea that you know the inner

the inner game of business is where you

know all of our success and failure is

met and the inner game of our mind our

inner mind is a dark place sometimes

especially as a solo entrepreneur we can

do a lot of crazy making on ourselves

and our mind can be a dangerous place so

you can't you can't get out of the

thinking with the thinking that got you

where you are so if you know you're

caught up with people-pleasing

perfectionism and procrastination in

your business and you want some support

General Chemistry Review for Organic Chemistry Part 2 - Duration: 4:43.

Welcome to part two of the general chemistry review for organic chemistry.

I'm Melissa Maribel your personal tutor and in part one we reviewed Lewis

structures now let's review polarity. Polarity is like a tug-of-war between

elements if one side is stronger than it's polar, if both sides are of equal

strength than it's nonpolar. A polar structure has a dipole moment which is

an unequal pull of electrons. There are three main factors to look at for

polarity. One symmetry if the structure is symmetrical then it's nonpolar

because there is an equal pull of electrons, if the structure is non

symmetrical it is most likely polar because there is an unequal pull of

electrons. Two electronegativity, electronegativity tells us which atom is

stronger and will most likely win the tug-of-war, electronegativity essentially

defines how well an element can attract electrons. The trend on the periodic

table for electronegativity increases as you move from left to right and move up

a group. Fluorine is the most electronegative atom so whatever is

closest to fluorine will be more electronegative. The noble gases however

are not electronegative since they already have eight valence electrons and

do not want to attract any more. If we were comparing oxygen and chlorine

though they are both equidistant to fluorine the higher atom is more

electronegative so oxygen is more electronegative than chlorine. Looking at

our examples let's figure out which structure is the most polar though both

structures are polar this structure is the most polar since oxygen is closest

to fluorine. Three lone pairs on the central atom, lone pairs on the central

atom add to polarity. For example NH3 may seem symmetrical since we can cut it

down the middle and it's surrounded by the same atoms but since there's a lone

pair on that central atom of Nitrogen that adds to an unequal pull of

electrons which makes the overall structure polar onto VSEPR theory for

organic chemistry it's going to be very important to be able to visualize 2D

structures in 3D which is what VSEPR theory helps us do.

Here's CH4 in its VSEPR form, remember that a wedged line means the bond is

coming towards you or out of the plane while a dashed line is hidden in the back

and a solid line is on the plane of the paper or think of it as it's in your

line of sight. Let's draw C2H6 in its VSEPR form so it has a geometry of

tetrahedral since each carbon has four bonds, each carbon will have one hydrogen

with a solid line, dashed line and wedged line now let's visualize this in its 3D

form. Here's carbon, we'll attach a hydrogen that is in the plane

represented by a solid line, a hydrogen hidden in the back which is a dashed

line and a hydrogen coming towards us which is a wedged line.

Bond the carbon to another carbon with the same type of hydrogens, one in the

plane, one hidden in the back and one coming towards us and this is our 3D

structure. Now for CH3OH here's the lewis structure we found in part 1 and our

geometry for carbon is still tetrahedral and for oxygen the molecular geometry is

bent. Drawing this in VSEPR form the carbon still has one solid line between

hydrogen, one dashed and one wedged while oxygen has one solid line between

hydrogen and one dashed and one wedged line for each lone pair. Let's visualize

this in 3D, here's our carbon and the hydrogen with a solid line meaning it's

in the plane, here's the hydrogen hidden in the back which is represented with a

dashed line and a hydrogen coming towards us which is the wedged line. We'll

bond the carbon and oxygen together and place the hydrogen which is in the plane

represented by a solid line and this is the structure. Part three is the most

important part of all because we cover formal charges, resonance and

hybridization which is going to prepare you a lot for organic chemistry. You can

find that right over here and I'll see you over there.
