Builderall Tutorial 15 - Mailingboss Autoresponder: Lead Score Overview - Duration: 3:04.

hello guys and welcome to another video..

tutorial in this video we're gonna be..

talking about a new application inside

our mailing vos autoresponder called

lead scorer what this does it lets you

organize each lead in each client by the

amount of score they have and this court

will be set up by opening campaigns and

by clicking on your links ok so

basically you can assign points by each

action so basically you can organize

these points by each action so for

example if a lead clicks and opens your

campaign you can assign them five points

if they click on the link inside your

campaign you can assign ten and all this

is is an application that lets you

organize and know exactly who is

interacting more with your business who

is really opening your emails and

clicking on your links and trying to

figure out more about your business

basically this helps us figure out who

we want to send emails to so for example

once you make a new campaign and you

have your lists with the leads and

scores you can go ahead and make them

paints for example with people over 50

points ok so let's just say you have a

promotion and you want to send that

promotion to people who have interacted

with you for a long time so this is a

really good application for you guys to

know about so let's go ahead inside

mailing boss and talk a little bit more

about it over here we can go over to

subscribers and this is where your

subscriber lists will be and also the

lead score so every single lead will

have a lead score depending on the

actions they made okay so for example

like I said if a lead open their

campaign they could gain 10 points if

they click on the link they can gain 15

points and basically you can change the

punctuation right over here in your

profile so under here under the lead

score you can set up points for campaign

opening and points for a clicked link

as you guys can see campaign opening now

is 50 and points for click link is a

hundred and we can change that for

example five and ten and any numbers

that you feel better with so there you

go guys this is how your lead score will

work it's a really nice feature that our

mailing boss now is offering to us

because it lets us organize our clients

and leads by people that are interacting

most with your business thank you so

much for watching this tutorial I hope

you have enjoyed and I'll see you next

time

you

HOW TO FINANCE AN RV - Duration: 7:34.

let's just talk about how to finance and purchase an RV.

I get ask a lot of questions about buying my RV.

I just went through the purchasing process of this

Unit and it has been an adventure.

Why not share that with you.

I actually wrote this bubble chart.

You probably can't even see this, but I listed like all the

things I could think of that you possibly asked about buying an RV.

Why would you want to buy an RV cash versus

finance?

There are advantages to both.

When you buy an RV there's gonna be expenses it could be the dealer fees,

some type of warranty, taxes.

You're not gonna want to pay out of pocket because

that's your cash and you can use that to actually use the RV because you gotta pay

for all the operating expenses that come along with the RV and you might want to finance

those in versus paying those out of pocket.

Amortize like a home they'll finance these things out like

a house.

It could be 10, 15, 20 years.

I just financed this one out 20 years not because I'm gonna take 20 years to

pay it off you might be able to actually write the RV off as a second home on

your income taxes or for some type of income tax purpose.

Last year, I had a house and I had an RV so I had two places

to live not really but technically I was in

the process of selling the home.

That was something to keep in mind is that I can

write off the interest from that potentially so that's another reason

that you want to finance it because you'd be writing off the interest instead

of a huge payment one time. And, a lot of times (I used to do taxes so do not take

this as tax advice but) if you make a really large purchase a lot of times

what happens is they'll make you amortize it out anyways over so many

years.

To finance at a dealership, a dealer can check multiple lenders for

you.

Now, if you have a really good relationship with your bank they may be

a great place to start for your RV loan.

Don't go and get pre-approved for an RV.

Plan what you need and plan what you can afford.

So, what type of RV you need and then what type of RV you can afford as

far as like your monthly payments etc..

I would kind of stretch it out like that.

Those are a lot of the pros there are some

cons.

Of course when you're financing they're going to run at your credit.

Normally, you have to have really good credit to get an RV.

I don't want to say excellent but good.

If you have really crappy credit, I'm not sure that they'll

get you financed because an RV is considered a luxury item.

But, if it's for a smaller purchase like ten thousand,

thirty thousand, below fifty you might be able to get financed if you don't have

that great of credit.

Again the dealers can shop around for you.

A lot of times what happens is they may want you

to put down a down payment that could be anywhere from ten to twenty percent.

If you go over a hundred thousand in your purchase, you will have to put down

a down payment for your RV unless you're trading something in.

Some places like Camping World which I'm not

saying go there please if you do do your research before you go there.

Oh Gosh don't rely on them to help you find the

perfect RV but they will take stuff.

So like I traded in a car on an RV or two

before I bought this one and wrapped that into my deal.

That's something that you might be able to do and then if

you're over a hundred thousand or even under one hundred thousand, depending

on your bank and your financial situation you might have to have some

type of proof of income.

I've had to have my pay stubs I've had to have like w-2s

or if you own your own business you might have to have more stuff with your

taxes - a couple years of tax return.

It just depends on your bank your situation

and you really won't know till you apply but you should consider at any aspect

you're gonna have to have these things more than likely.

Have a budget and find what you want and then figure out how to

buy it.

I have heard that you should expect to get about thirty percent off

of MSRP which is manufacturer price and then you can haggle from there.

I'm just telling you these places do not

really haggle that much.

You need to know what you're bargaining with when

you go in there because it kind of depends on what they got it for as well.

Keep in mind that you're buying a home but seriously!

You are buying a home!

You are buying a home!

The resale value on house it's the same thing because when

you try to sell this it may not be super easy to sell.

I've tried to sell mine is not easy okay it's not easy.

You're going to take a loss on it in most cases and it's

no something that you can flip around and just sell unless you trade it in and

then you're still gonna take a loss on it.

So keep that in mind when you're buying what the resale value is on it,

what you're paying for it, and kind of what you should expect.

Other expenses like I mentioned you want to keep in mind...

Are you gonna have to pay for propane?

your gas?

your diesel to get around?

any electricity?

water? -- all of these things come into account when you're financing

as well because you're gonna have to pay for something else on top of the monthly

payment that you're already financing.

I remember when I got my travel trailer I

would tow with it.

I had to tow it so I bought a travel trailer then I bought

the tow car for it because I didn't have one.

Kind of weird I know!

But I quickly discovered the towing was really expensive and I was

crying every time.

Probably gosh every time I moved that thing it cost me over

a hundred dollars because I'd have to stop three or four times to get gas and after

half a tank it would just drop and it was horrible.

Used versus new.

If you're going to buy I would buy a couple years old

(maybe two or three) just because the resale value on these it drops as soon

as you take it off the lot.

That thing is gone it's gonna drop like ten thousand

dollars immediately if not more there's tons of RV companies out there.

There are tons of finance companies.

You have to do your research.

That's why I mentioned if you go to the RV dealership, they can

shop around for you.

I hate to say this but camping world is kind of like a mega

giant and they're probably a really good place to get started not that you have

to buy from them but you can get a lot of information and see different models.

The bigger the RV the more expensive the RV the more it costs to operate and more

it cost to buy, the more it cost to insure, so keep all of those things in mind.

Even if you can afford the big RV there's these other costs that are

associated with it.

Then online RV Trader - I'd go in there and look around.

Now you know that basics to purchasing an RV why you would

want to finance one versus pay for one with cash.

There are pros and cons to both.

We talked about the different RV types so

if you're not sure which type of RV to get you might want to check out a video

I did about the different RV types.

If you're gonna be been boondocking, I did a

video about that.

If you're doing this buying process, I went through this and

it can be a little crazy.

So, I put everything into a nice little checklist

that you can download in the description below.

It's my RV buying guide to answer all your questions and if you have more make

WHAT TO WEAR TO THE AIRPORT / AIRPORT TRAVEL OUTFITS | CA$$IE THORPE - Duration: 6:57.

hey guys it's Cassie welcome to my channel if you're new welcome back to my channel if you're

a member of the 2102 crew and you know how we get down on this channel we are

going to be talking about travel outfits yes but you still want to look cute so

you still wanna look cute you still want to look stylish but you also want to be comfy things

also need to be easily taken off and whatever when you're going through

security and all of that so I put together a number of cute

super stylish super easy travel looks to aid you on your on your trip - what have

a glorious exotic destination you're off to but before we get into the video Imma

need you to subscribe if you haven't already subscribed yes feel guilty click

the red button join the 2102 crew turn on the notification bells blah blah

i put out videos on Wednesdays and Fridays you're gonna love them okay should we

start, let's start for outfit number one we have gone for comfort oh my go to travel

outfits are matching tracksuits okay they're super easy this isn't quite

because we have like this little crop team and then the matching the matching

tracksuits joggers and it's super easy it looks put together because it matches

and we've just go with some white trainers color matching always looks

like you've spend that little bit of time putting things together even if you

haven't just this white little Opening Ceremony two-piece they do them in

different colors as usual everything will be linked below because I do things

for your convenience god I felt like a sodding and like a

Charlie's Angel there with my Lucy Liu kick anyway

this look is the old navy look this set is from American vintage and again

you've just got sort of a very open slouchy neck top with the matching

joggers and white trainers once again because they're so easy to wear when

thinking about your shoes choices things like you want things that easy to take

off for security in case they do that very annoying thing where they ask you

to take off your shoes and you're like must i then wear shoes

that are super easy to take off or if you like me and even though they have

laces I always just slip my feet in and out of

them anyway tactics people you're gonna be so comfy in the cabin laying out if

the long-haul flight just looking chic otherwise super cute super easy the

other thing I love about joggers and traveling is if you're going to like a

super hot country in which case I'm jealous but also guess what you can roll

up you can roll up when you land okay and then you've got little sort of

whatever that is and at least that's going to tide you over until you go to

the hotel and then you can wear something super chic and stylish but

before you get there you're still yes still getting some air

I feel like this look is very like model off-duty okay so this is if if you're

wearing a skirt person this is also comfortable and there are some little

tricks with this so basically the focal point of this outfit is this sort of

skirt this is an awful way of showing you but it's a skirt but basically it

it's actually a tube dress if you can see Kim actually wore a lot

of these during her pregnancy I don't know which one but one of them from

Wolford again everything link below and the thing is is that if you wanted it

shorter you can literally double it up okay you can have it as long as you want

up to the ankles whatever or you can scoochie scootch move it up blah blah

and again she's shorter she's cute whatever I like to put these with like a

little crop top because I feel it adds a little bit of something and also it means

that you don't have to be there in like a sodding tube top and you can eat to

your heart's delight because guess what food baby is covered and then with just

a simple jacket you can throw out one and everything else again when you get

to your destination and it's hot scoot you scooch up we go up into the

top again look at all this scrim so you can just cover it with a crop top guys

the possibilities are endless super cute super easy outfit again

gone with white trainers because I love them but such a super simple super chic

little travel outfit would be something this thing is so comfy and makes you but

it look good and it's just it's just comfort comfort comfort people we want

comfort when we travel but we want to look chic here we have another super

simple super easy and caught look so Airport travel wherever I have just got

a very simple gray body I love a great body suit it makes everything look put

together and chic and whatever and I've gone with just some champion joggers and

the piece de resistance people slippers slip-on whatever what are these called

slip ons slippers slippers but the slippers the wear outside okay these are

genius firstly when it comes to security you literally just like so I did not

take it take it easy right also you feel like the

sodding plane is your bedroom walking around in your slippers having a good

time I've just topped this up for the demo jacket something easy to put on

something easy to take off it looks cute I've got this this is young thug merch

yes another look another super easy at what travel look looking

chic at the airport and we have the super cozy look super cozy okay I've got

with a pair of trusty black but thick nobody likes a pair of thin leggings

okay think like these are from Topshop I think and then this nice comfy Burberry

sweater and topping it off with some high tops

that way you still look cute you still look chic however you are cozy af

have a super easy super simple super super cute look there you go guys

that was me showing you some potential travel looks at put looks whatever you

want to call it looks on your way to the exotic paradise

- hope you liked this video if you did give it a thumbs up subscribe if you

haven't already and leave me a comment if you have any questions if you you have

This Is Why You Should Learn Japanese from Anime and Manga - Duration: 2:55.

Learning Japanese from anime sounds like the biggest excuse

to go around the hard work it really takes to learn Japanese,

but it's not.

In fact, the vocabulary and sentences structures they use are pretty...

Well, other than that.

So, why would I recommend anime and manga then?

It's because most people quit during the first or second year.

They get weeded out.

Many people would really love to learn Japanese,

but they aren't serious.

Even the most serious students struggle during the intermediate stages.

Anyone can learn the basics to any language,

but it's the intermediate levels that test your determination.

It's here where most serious students give up

during the extremely long grind to reach the advanced levels.

Studying and reviewing work great in the beginning levels,

but in the intermediate levels, they will severely slow you down.

Even the most hardcore learners give up.

I went through this experience with Korean many years ago

and so have many other hardcore learners who have similar stories.

If you listen to polyglots, like Professor Arguelles

and Luca Lampriello,

who speak more than 5 languages,

they will tell you that the power of reading and listening

beats studying and reviewing any day of the week.

Extensive reading and listening is how they have managed to learn

and maintain so many different languages over the years.

There's this idea we have where you study really hard,

and then one day you're just able to turn off the subtitles and

watch anime with no problem whatsoever.

But turning off subtitles now and reading raw manga is

how you eventually get to that point.

There's something about a good story that motivates you.

It keeps you reading, listening, and learning every single day.

And all that learning you do enables you to understand

all the "serious" Japanese you need to know.

Speaking...?

Eh, sorry, I don't really know much about that.

(Seriously, after only 4 years of learning Japanese, I still have a lot left to learn.)

Thanks for watching!

How to Run a Eco Friendly Screen Printing Shop - Duration: 4:01.

Hey guys I'm summer with BELLA+CANVAS a few months ago we launched a video

taking you through some of the key things we do at Bella Canvas in order to

reduce our ecological footprint in today's video we're teaming up with Cole

from shirt agency to show you how you can take it one step further to stay eco

in every step of the t-shirt making process from the garment to the printing

to the packaging

most of the damage to the apparel industry has on the environment takes

place during the manufacturing process oftentimes you see manufacturers wasting

tons of fabric and water at Bella Canvas we recycle absolutely everything so no

excess fabric paper or plastic is sent to a landfill we also dye all of our

fabric in the US with the most efficient dye machines that only use three gallons

of water per pound of fabric the average manufacturer uses 20 gallons we also

only use eco-friendly dyes and all the water is run through a filtration system

that recycles any water used so you'll never find harmful runoff from any of

our dye factories

so one big step to make your shop a lot more eco-friendly is to switch from

plastisol inks to water-based inks water-based inks are gonna be able to

fully biodegrade whereas the plastisol inks are a PVC based ink so even though

they have been improved in the last decade or so they're still not going to

be nearly as eco-friendly so with plastisol all you're gonna have a print

that ultimately won't break down the same way that a water-based ink would

break down a water-based ink is just pigment going on to the cotton fabric

and so it's going to degrade just as quickly as the cotton will another major

step is to include a water filtration system for your shoot out booth a lot of

shops will have their water runoff go directly into the city sewer which

obviously is polluting far more than you need to

one good suggestion is to get a filtration system there at the end of

your shootout booth which will allow you to capture all those nasty particles so

a lot of people when they're cleaning are going to use a product like this

which is a cancer-causing aerosol not only is it bad for the environment but

it's also bad for your employees so I recommend going with green chemicals

they clean up just as well and it's possible for you to purchase them at

only a few cents more than the cheap stuff another option to offer your

clients is a recycled polymer so instead of using the cheapest poly mailer when

you're shipping individual shirts to clients what you can instead do is use

recycled based poly mailers these normally aren't a hundred percent

recycled but they're at least twenty-five percent recycled material

which is always better than nothing

so here at shirt agency to try to limit our impact we actually do not create

shared agency boxes we use the boxes that the shirts are shipped in with and

then we just simply re label and ship them back out this allows us to have

every single piece of cardboard be used and go to the final customer instead of

us just throwing them away another thing that we do is all misprints become rags

so that we don't purchase any rags for the shop everything is reused until it's

absolutely destroyed and then on top of that the city of LA is really good about

recycling so we actually have a recycling dumpster that's larger than

our normal trash and we found that about eighty-five percent of our waste can

actually be put into the recycling instead of being sent to a landfill I

think that customers are searching out different premium aspects to your print

shop aspiring to have higher standards for your shop it's going to attract the

right kind of customer if you want to learn more about our eco friendly

practices at Bella canvas be sure to click the video here we'd also love to

hear how you and your brand are taking measures to reduce your own ecological

footprint be sure to let us know below see you next week

Be Different.

SprezzaBox Review - Duration: 11:27.

thanks for checking this Video guys we're

gonna be going in to the Sprezzabox

alright so right here we have this

Sprezzabox

I do these this company every now and

then this is a you know monthly

subscription box thirty dollars a month

really really close to what I do a

monthly with the gentleman's box I'm

actually gonna be doing a comparison

video shortly I have right here two

months of the spresso box alright

whereas a box nice boxes alright these

are summer I believe summer themed

months what do we have here the cool

thing about the spreader box is they do

give you like a breakdown of each item

and then I think that's also how you if

you need to return it for being messed

up or any cases like that you have the

item listing and you also have the you

know the return slip so right here we

have thank you for your purchase spreads

a box alright so which one we gonna do

first we'll go with the left hand

alright so this first box like I said

about thirty thousand month you could do

like a yearly or move like more like a

three month or a six month plan so that

it you can save a couple of dollars now

I'll leave the link down below discount

code I have down below as well for you

guys but let's go into it nice

nice-looking box here nice little box

here we go

so this right here this month was the

Murray

alright this box has amazing products to

kick off the season and then this right

here is the card that tells you the

items and the retail values alright so

off the bat I see items on here that

have a really high value so money was

well spent

let's just keep diving on is so holy

moly

Macy's wine cellar a hundred and sixty

dollars off exclusive welcome order

so Macy's funny because in my other

boxes that I usually get little promo

card but this is a hug I want you guys

to steal my code where's my coat 100 is

$60 off the Macy's wine cellar program

that I didn't even know they had so I'm

definitely gonna have to see what I

could do with this car so that was

pretty interesting all right so look at

this box nice well well you know put

together nice tie I love the floral ties

the colors not nothing too bright but

really really nice right hand this is

from the company called penguin received

items from them before in previous boxes

and this penguin is valued at $55 so

this right here is a $55 hi sounds about

right I like that little penguin right

there 100% cotton nice tie like the tie

I'm happy with the time socks weekend

casual socks all right so we can cancel

socks I have a pair I do like them more

than a lot of the other type of socks I

get I don't know if it's because the

material in the blend is 64 percent

cotton 24 percent I mean 27 percent

polyester they're just really

comfortable they have a nice fit with

like the heel and the toe really nice

but you got like a small polka dot look

to him alright gray and blue would match

with the tie we also have a shame or a

hold on sock someone guess uh $15 socks

were actually retail at $10 so I was

actually over socks usually around the

12 to 15 dollar that's why I said that

sock somebody at ten this right here is

a 4 in 1 all over wash so 401 a little

bit more than that

all three in one that you would get and

this is the shampoo conditioner

cleansing a moisturize look good smell

good right that's nice

this is nice this is wow it's actually a

condition for your hair that's pretty I

guess just the shea butter so that is

some lotion and the value of this is $2

so I don't know this looks like $2 maybe

a little bit more than $2 right just so

that's cool we have already less 3 items

plus a gift card type of or a promotion

type of gift card type of thing so right

here we have a bracelet and this is from

bracelet bracelet bracelet this is from

I am man bracelet $38 value custom-made

bracelet from down under I'm guessing

this and I'll join you company

anchor wrap bracelet so a $38 bracelet

so this is an anchor bracelet I like the

bracelet

it's nice rich that's nice now $38 worth

that's kind of a lot I don't know if I

would say I would spend $38 on it but

this is a nice bracelet Japanese I'm

gonna wear the bracelet for sure what

else do we have here this is a lot of

items actually I'm actually surprising

how many items came in this in this

month's you know this actual package

what do we have here it's a cardboard

box huh what's in the cardboard box yes

another box actually it's like a wallet

it's a card holder a business card

holder 8 dollar value slims that's cool

I like it I like it black it's got a

nice finished wicious nice little car

holder nothing too heavy

nice business card holder like it thank

you for adding that suppressor box and

then

we have espresso box branded pocket

square with mention with the socks and

the time instructions on some forces

actually their brand so that is one of

the spreads boxes let's check out this

other one alright so let's get into this

Reza this Reza

alright so how's this work alright this

is how you open it I feel like their

boxes the actual box changes a little

bit since the last time but this month

right here we're looking at the

Greenwich red and green which sandwich

and then we have the values again we got

a bunch of different coupons here shut

coupon stream for $99 we have 30% off

Netflix but we got the week of Netflix

alright some socks Aristo ties sydney

socks nutty sir feeling really nice I

like that cotton polyester Ben I just

think it's soft

alright tie is from Bedford of Brunei

I've got a parcel number four really

nice $35 it's like a blues whites greens

you also have the white and blue socks

valued at 10 75 this is a cool brush

it's like a wooden brush your razor

empty shaving grooming company now this

brushes value that I'm $9.99 and I'm

really excited about but you can have to

wait Reza we have a spreads of watch/oh

actual espresso watch I'm gonna have to

get up and show you guys that's pretty

cool so the difference we're not the

difference but they have their own

branded items which is really cool I'm

gonna read a little bit about it it's a

a minimalist looking watch nothing crazy

but it does say Reza on it's branded

pretty putting nicely this month we're

bringing you our very first present I'm

piece it features a light brown leather

strap stainless steel case and

minimalistic face you can wear this for

almost any occasion and the straps are

movable if you're looking to swap it out

for a different color which you can

probably go into their website and buy

so we want you guys to see this watch

check out the watch it's cool it's a

minimalist watch the leather straps I

mean they're leather straps they feel

they feel okay nothing looking crazy now

the value they have it at $65 I

definitely I mean I wouldn't definitely

wouldn't pay $65 for this watch it's a

nice it's a nice little watch to add to

the box and and branded Iran you know

but I've received watches similar you

know nothing fancy but it looks good

which is the main thing right that the

watch looks good

it says Reza York City in there it's

it's a nice little addition to supress

box and if you want a different color

straps you can go on the website a final

so that was a cool addition they didn't

value it retail at $65 which i think is

a little bit on the high end but it's

okay because we paid 30 bucks for this

box so we have a lot of item status

definitely work with money and then the

last item in

here is a sunglass pouch valued at $5

the great things that is from my

favorite brain of sunglasses

this is blenders right here on blenders

I wear sunglass pretty cool partnership

that they got right there now if you

don't already know I already see my

other videos from blenders man go check

those videos out I love blenders great

price they're really really cool glasses

I have so many pairs you can go see I

have a great discount code too if you I

think it's like Santos a 2-0 but you can

have to go check out those blenders

videos men and see a little bit more

about the blenders the discount code go

check it out all the links but that's my

spreads guys I like the cold I mean as

you can see I got some hair the comb is

cool is big I mean if probably you have

a beard it would be a nice concrete

beard it's all wooden cool like it pops

nice tie nice with the box is the watch

I mean as you can see it's a nice watch

it looks nice I cannot complain 30 bucks

was it hit it was really a hit this is a

cool them add-on go check those guys out

though for short but that's present box

I'm gonna be doing a comparison between

gentleman's box and suppress the box

very soon blenders go check out my

blenders video right here

all right subscribed out here if you

haven't already

what else do we got check out this video

to I don't know to this but it's the

best video for you thank you guys for

Childcare Should Improve Your Life, Not Stress You - Duration: 0:38.

Meet Annie; mom pays her to watch us.

We like her because she lets us do whatever we want but that ends up creating more work

for Mom.

One day, mom got fed up and found a solution.

Now meet Leezy, a caregiver from a childcare company called MyWoosah.

Leezy doesn't just watch us; she also creates lesson plans that help us perform well at

school.

We love Leezy, and so does Mom.

Thank you MyWoosah
