Hi everyone! Welcome to Lisa's stamp studio, my name is Lisa Curcio. I'm here

today to talk to you about the new take your pick pick-up tool. This is a

fantastic addition to the Stampin Up tools. This pick up tool has a tacky end

here underneath the cap. Now, it's real important that you don't twist the cap

you're just gonna pull it straight off; there's a tacky putty here on the end

that's gonna make it so easy to pick up those small items. I've got some small

punched pieces here. Normally you would try with your fingers to pick them up

and it's really difficult but with the pick up tool it's really simple. The

smallest of things can be picked up. And they can be picked up again once the

glue is in place to adhere them to your projects. It works great even for sequins!

I know with an assortment like this that sometimes I'm hunting and pecking for a

specific color. Now I can easily pick them up and put them back. The pick up

tool is dual ended; on the other side there is a protective cap and there's a

spatula this is great for getting up underneath items like rhinestones and

pearls that have glue dots already on the back to adhere them to your projects.

Go ahead and pull out the other end by unlocking the mechanism- there is an

indication here for the unlock and the lock so you're just going to turn this and

slide this out and you have the most perfect paper piercing tool. Simply lock

it back in place to ensure that it doesn't come loose. Well the great part

is it also comes with another accessory. So we'll go ahead and unlock that and

remove this and we've got a dual ended stylus tool so I'm go ahead and we're

going to put that in and then we're gonna lock it again. One side is large

and the other side is smaller. Great for scoring everything from designer series

paper to cardstock. The other great thing about the pick up tool is it comes with a

refill so when the tacky putty is already gone all you have to do is

unscrew this and place the new one in its place and then you're good to go. The

refills are really inexpensive and you're going

get them in a two-pack. This product will be featured in the brand-new holiday

catalog with Stampin Up that comes out on September 5th. If you don't already

a bag on the floor I am wearing a tactical jacket so I'll get more pockets

jacket over the actual shot so it gives me more pockets trail we lessen scene

which shows us it shows us off I've got rid of man-meat trousers in a minute but

they only hold two slots by putting that back on you see again I get another six

slots using tactical boots they also give me two slots so train with as much

try and get a bag as soon as you can that this is the easiest bag to build I

To experience savory dishes, fine wines, craft beers,

and specialty drinks from over 35 global marketplaces.

And this is where the culinary magic begins.

- [Rick DeCicco] This is our festival production kitchen,

where a lot of the ideas are born.

Many of the food items are prepped in this space.

We are very proud that we do the majority of our

cooking right on stage, right in front of the guests.

- Three of our new dishes this year, we have the

Active Eats energy bar bites, we have the Impossible

Burger slider, so it's a completely vegetarian dish,

and the charred chimichurri skirt steak, that's served

on a corn pancake, it's delicious.

- [Rick] Best ideas come from noodling and starting with

an ingredient.

- [Chelsea] We have a gigantic team of chefs,

restaurant managers, we work together, we throw ideas

off of each other, and then we get to taste things,

who doesn't love that?

Then on opening day seeing our guests getting to try

everything is a fantastic feeling.

- Preparing for this event takes up to a year.

That gives Epcot's proprietor of festivals Rick DeCicco

plenty of time to audition the perfect grape.

- Each fall, the best wine region in the world becomes

World's Showcase.

What can you tell us about this wine?

- As Kurt Russell being a Disney legend, it's absolutely

one of our favorite offerings this year.

Pairs excellent with our cheese plate, our charcuterie

plate, and a brand new seafood cocktail.

- What does wine add to the food experience at the

festival?

- [Rick] We really like to look for the unique offerings

that you can't find just about anyplace.

- [Jenn] And how do you do that?

- Well, it's an exhaustive process, and we have to do

a lot of tasting.

It has to be something that resonates with our guests.

Either a classic wine or something that is brand new

to the market.

- I really want to try this one, can we give it a taste?

- [Rick] Absolutely.

- It smells so good, and it tastes like candy.

- This is a California sparkling wine, and it's blue

because of blueberries.

It was so popular last year in its inaugural year that

we had no choice but to bring it back.

- This has been a real treat.

How to Start a Project - 5 Key Steps - Duration: 6:47.

Have you just been given the marching orders to start a project and you're

wondering, how do you do it? Well this video is for you. I'm gonna give you five

quick and easy tips on how to start the project the right way. As well stay tuned

for the end of the video because I'm gonna give you a free download for a key

project document that you need in order to be successful.

Hi, I'm Adriana Girdler, President of CornerStone Dynamics and an efficiency

expert, I'm also a project management professional and I have managed small to

large global scale projects for the past 20 years and over the years of doing

this I have learned a lot of ups and downs of what makes a great project and

what really can kill a project and in this video I have some tried and true

techniques that I use all the time no matter the size of the project and I

like to share them with you so let's get to it.

Step number one: I want you to validate or create a project scope statement.

You've just been given your marching orders, congratulations, that's a really

big accomplishment to be managing a project. If you are lucky you probably

got a project scope statement from the executive sponsor or your direct manager

but probably a nine out of ten cases you didn't, so the first thing you have to do

is you have to create a scope statement but if you did get one you have to

validate it. I highly recommend this, this sometimes gets missed and what happens a

lot of times as a lot of assumptions get built. I want you to validate or create a

project scope statement sit down with the key executives and get them to agree

to everything that is in and out, do not move forward with the project if you

have not done this, I promise you it will kill you in the end because people will

assume a lot of stuff and if you don't do this very important step at the

get-go, you ultimately are not going to have a successful project, so take that

equation out and I want you to create or validate your project scope statement as

a very first step of your project. Step number two is to create your

project charter, this is a very important document, just like your project scope

statement, your project scope statement actually lives in the charter. The

charter is a live document, it actually outlines everything that you need to

know to sort of kick off this project, it has the scope it has assumptions,

expectations, initial risks, roles, responsibilities, who's doing exactly

what, high-level milestones, budgets, there's a whole bunch of cool stuff. You

have to do this and as a project manager it's your job to actually kick off this

initial documentation, I actually use it as my kick off in order to get everyone

ready to rock and roll and even more importantly is get people to sign it

because this is going to ensure that they bought into everything that was put

in this document and ensure that you have a successful project. Step number

three is to create a project deliverable list and that is real high level either

action item or milestones on what potentially is in the project. As a

project manager you really need this to kick it off with your team, so we

actually call this a WBS, if you check out my other video on project

terminology you'll actually get a whole bunch of terminologies of things that

I'm saying in this video but there's a nice explanation of what a WBS is in

that particular video so please check it out but on that note you really have to

kick it off to saying, what are we responsible for? And create that high

level deliverable list, really important along with those other documents. Step

number four is now you have to set up your project support mechanisms. Well

what do I mean by that? Well you got the scope statement, you have a charter,

you've done the high level deliverable breakdown lists, all important things

so that you can kick things off with your team but now you got to set up, what are

the tools, the expectations that you want to have your team work within? Is that a

shared drive, are you going to go to SharePoint, where are you gonna house

stuff, all of that important stuff, what tools are you gonna use? You need to get

everybody on the same page because if we're all doing the same thing at least

for greater success then everyone doing all their siloed activity because we

know what silo does, it just does not bring

everybody together, so get a central location for stuff, really figure out how

you want your team to work and give them the tools to be successful. Step number

five: Schedule and execute your project kickoff meeting. Congratulations, this is

a really critical part of your project, you've just done all of this preparatory

work, as I said the scope statement, the charter, your high-level deliverables, you

have everything set up from a tool perspective for your team to be

successful. Now you want to kick it off, you want to invite everybody to the

kickoff meeting, share with them all of these documents that you created, more

importantly don't tell them what to do, get them to buy into what they're gonna

do. So what I usually do is I set aside either a half day or even a full day

depending on how large the project is and I get them to review everything and

provide input. Is this true, do you think anything has to come out, do you have to add

anything, here's a section you're going to own, what else do you want to add to

it? Etc etc. It really ensures this empowerment of the team, it gets everyone

together and bought into the process which is really important if you're

going to be successful because I promise you,

projects happen with a group of people who are all working synergistically not

individual people who are only worried about themselves, so on that note set up

your project kickoff meeting and get your team bought in to what you're

trying to do by getting their input because don't forget, they're the subject

matter expert. Congratulations, you are now ready to start your project by using

those five really impactful tips. I highly recommend you do them, it will

truly make a difference in your project. As well don't forget the promise of that

up by adding more information it's really up to you as to how far you want

In this video I'm going to show you how you can make a simple intro in Kinemaster.

choose the black one once we are done with that we need to go ahead and get a

logo in here so I did go ahead and drop in this I play button YouTube logo and

let's go ahead and trim this off a little bit and now we have it to where

it's a shorter length than what is already up there and let's actually make

this kind of short let's make it around about 1.5 seconds and then we're going

to do in in animation which we need to decide what we want to do like with mine

is the not the slide up but the is it the pop I don't think it's the pot I

think it's the scale up yeah this one right here it's the scale up as the in

animation and then as the out animation it is the scale down so now that we have

this trim let's just cut off this end of the background right here so it's kind

of shorter so let's go ahead and watch that the logo comes up and disappears

and that's the end of the intro but we need to add more to this

so let's actually cut this slightly more so there's less

time and let's cut it right there let's Center this up and after we have that

centered up we can play it it's gonna be a lot shorter but now we need to export

this and show you what else you can do so I am on the export screen I'm gonna

go ahead and save this in full HD and we have the project now we need to go back

to the video that we were in and now that we're back here let's go ahead and

get rid of this and let's go ahead and add these two images right here okay so

we have these images right here and what we're actually going to do is go ahead

and add that export in that we've already exported right here and now what

we actually can do is these little things right here these squares with

lines to them are our transition boxes we need to click those and choose a

transition and what I actually do with mine is a light leak so let's go ahead

and add some light leaks in there so we just added in this light leak so if we

watch this until the end it light leaks and then the logo comes up and comes

back out and then we can lightly go again but I accidentally made the video

clip a little shorter so try to make the video clips slightly longer I think I

made mine a little too short but once so we would have our video playing and then

this light leak comes in and then the logo is gonna pop up when the light

leaks coming in and then it's going to go back out and it's gonna lot like

let's and put it on this one there we go

so the it would come in and that's going out it would light leak into the next

part of the video so that is simply how you can create a very simple intro in

Hello. It's Keith and I'll be giving instructions

We've fired Zozo because he's a legal liability and he's a nut.

For the dough, melt one and a half sticks of butter with one and a half cups of water

Mix in one and a half cups of flour and stir and then remove from heat and add in six eggs one at a time

Stir and place back on the heat and add vanilla, sugar, and a pinch of salt.

Place on a parchment-lined baking sheet in small rounds tap your finger in water and smooth any points if necessary

bake at 425 degrees for 30 minutes.

To start the creme patissiere, or pastry cream, beat six egg yolks with half cup of sugar. Add 1/2 cup of flour

Add 2 cups of scalded milk in little bits to begin tempering the egg yolks

Place the mixture in a pot over high heat until boiling. Stir constantly.When done, chill completely.

Put the now chilled cream into a pastry bag and pipe into each puff.

Prepare the caramel decoration by bringing to a boil, 2/3 cup water, 2 cups sugar, and 2 tablespoons corn syrup.

Take off the heat when the mixture becomes golden.

Then drizzle over your puff tower with pair of forks and make a beautiful caramel nest.

131658800 - Replacing Your Frigidaire Dryer's Door Latch Catch AP2107362 PS418433 - Duration: 6:37.

Hi my name is Bill and today I'm going to be showing you how to replace the door latch

catch on your dryer the reason why you might have to do this is because it's damaged or

missing or because your door isn't staying closed for this repair all you'll need is

a phillips head screwdriver

WARNING before doing any repairs please disconnect your power source

so this is the dryer we're going to be using for this demonstration it's a Frigidaire

keep in mind you might have one that's not quite exactly the same as this but the same

technique should still apply just make sure you turn your gas off so we're going to turn

our dryer around so we need to remove these two screws right

here we're going to be using a phillips head screwdriver

and once we get those screws out pull the top back and then lift it off and put it off

to the side we're going to unscrew these two screws here we'll take off the grounding wire

and then we'll unplug all of these wires here and just make sure when you're removing these

wires that you're pushing in on the tabs to release the wires from the board so the next

thing we're going to do is we're going to have six screws total that we have to remove

we have two here two inside the door and two at the bottom close the door again now to

make this a little bit easier for the last two we're going to get a piece of wood and

we're going to set it underneath the dryer

now all you have to do is just slightly lift up on the bulkhead and it should come right

out so now we can open up the door here so now you can see the catch from this side to

get it out we're going to go om the other side here on this side what I'm going to do

is I'm going to push this end up which will squeeze in the tabs and once it's loose it

should slide into the hole there and now I'm going to push on the metal tab on the other

side here and we should be able to slide the catch right through the front but what you're

going to want to do is your going to want to make sure that this tab here goes underneath

and goes through the hole so you can slide the entire piece out now you can grab your

new OEM replacement door catch if you don't have one already you can find it on our online

store we're just going to put the door catch in through the front and all you have to do

is push it until it snaps into place so now what we're going to do is we're going to line

up these tabs here and put those into the slots there's going to be four tabs total

so now I'm going to screw in the screws up top first and

now we'll plug all of our wires back in now we're going to slide our control panel up

and you're going to line up the holes down here with the little tabs sticking out and

we're just going to reattach our grounding wire here now we're just lining up our holes

and screwing it back in

now we'll put the top panel back on and when we do this we'll just slide the panel forward

until it's in place and then line up your screw holes and screw it back in now we can

turn it back around and your repair is complete now we can turn our gas back on Finally don't

forget to plug in your appliance if you need to replace any part for you appliances you
