We are gonna be making a copycat version of a delicious drink that we had when we recently visited PF Changs. They make a

Seasonal beverage called a coconut cooler and it's so easy

That you are gonna want to make these at home all the time

I promise you're gonna be want to stock up on this Toranii coconut

So let's go make a coconut cooler and see how this all comes together

Welcome back to another Torani Friday today

we are going to do a

Copycat version of a drink that we had when we recently went to PF Changs for lunch with the family

You guys have heard me say it before every couple of months, maybe later like six months

Sometimes every three months we have to travel up to Raleigh Durham, North Carolina. So Rick can go to the Veterans Administration Hospital and get

to visit his doctor, so

when we do that

We usually try and go as a family if the girls can get away from school and don't have to work etc

and we make a day of it we go to lunch and we go shopping a little bit and

This particular day. We went to PF Changs, which is one of our favorite places to go

Except that they changed their menu and made us sad a little bit. But in any case

They had this new drink for this summer seasonal drink. It was called the coconut cooler and it was

literally

Coconut water coconut milk and

Basically simple syrup served over ice it was really delicious. It was too easy to drink and it was really expensive

I'm gonna show you how you can make your own version of PF Changs coconut cooler at home using Torani coconut syrup

Because you know coconut syrup, we're gonna use that as the sweetener and it's gonna be really really delicious

This is definitely something you want to indulge in, you know

occasionally, but other than that the coconut water and the coconut milk have really good health benefits for you and

Yeah, we're just gonna go for it and we're gonna make some so what I have here, this is some coconut water

We're not gonna be using all of this. I just have it in these pint jars

This is some coconut organic coconut milk that has been shaken very well and stirred before I poured it into the jar

And of course, we have some shirani coconut syrup. Now, I'm gonna make enough for one serving and so you can increase the

ingredients

accordingly

So that you can make more than one drink

So we're gonna do coconut water and I have my my mason jar

Cocktail shaker already here with some ice in it. We're going to

Put about a half a cup of that a half a cup of the coconut milk

And we're gonna do a shot which is 2 ounces of the Torani coconut creamer

And I got these little shot glasses off Amazon you guys

This is amazing drink a shot glass and I think they're just darling

right up to the bottom of the the threads you're gonna go ahead and

Okay, I'm just gonna set up my cocktail shaker here

You have to remember to put that gasket on there if you guys are interested

I will put a link down below where I got this

Just give this a good shake and get everything all blended up together in there

And then we're just gonna strain it into our cocktails a glass

Now it's up to you. But you know if you wanted to turn this into a little libation

You could definitely add some coconut rum or some pineapple rum

You could add some pineapple syrup in here in place of the coconut syrup and make like a little Pina Colada cooler

Really, the the flavor combinations are as endless as you want to make them because Torani has a lot of different flavors

So that's really really simple just go ahead and give it a stir you want to give it a taste?

Is it really? Oh, wow, that is really delightful a

Little too easy to drink that's the truth

That is definitely a tropical tree, but you know, it doesn't taste like candy

it's not overly sweet and you can enjoy this after work after a hot day and it's just gonna cool you off and

It's super refreshing. It's just seriously, it's not too sweet. It's if you like coconut you're really gonna like this, but there you go

Levian Pacheco is an HIV positive youth worker who allegedly molested at least eight boys in an immigration detention center in Arizona.

The incidents in the case allegedly took place between August 2016 and July 2017.

But the case did not become public knowledge until Propublica reported it on August 2, 2018.

Pacheco worked for Southwest Key, a nonprofit that runs immigration detention facilities in Texas, Arizona, and California.

Another Southwest Key employee, Fernando Negrete, was recently charged with molesting a 14 year old in a different detention facility.

Pacheco has denied all of the allegations against him.

Here's what you need to know about Levian Pacheco:.

Pacheco Is Accused of Performing Oral Sex on Two Teenage Boys And Trying to Force Another Teen to Penetrate Him Anally.

Prosecutors are charging that Pacheco molested at least eight teenage boys between 2016 and 2017.

They say he performed oral sex on two of the teenagers, and tried to get another teenager to penetrate him.

He allegedly inappropriately touched six other teenage boys at the facility.

All of the boys were between 15 and 17 years old at the time.

Their names have not been made public.

The alleged abuse took place at Southwest Key's Casa Kokopelli shelter in Mesa, Arizona, where Levian Pacheco worked as a youth worker.

He first began working at the shelter in May 2016.

Pacheco Is HIV Positive.

Some of His Alleged Victims Have Asked to Be Tested for HIV.

Court documents say that Pacheco is HIV positive.

The documents also show that some of his alleged victims have asked to be tested for HIV themselves.

The documents do not say whether any of the alleged victims tested positive for HIV.

Pacheco is accused of molesting at least eight boys between 2016 and 2017, while he worked for a Southwest Key immigration detention center in Mesa, Arizona.

He has denied all of the allegations.

Pacheco Says He Is Innocent.

His Lawyer Says He "Looks Forward" to Defending Pacheco In Court.

Pacheco has been assigned a public defender, Benjamin Good.

Good says that his client is completely innocent.

He has said that the charges against Pacheco have an "extraordinarily broad range of dates and lack of specificity.".

Benjamin Good has also said that he "looks forward" to defending his client in court.

Pacheco was first investigated by local police.

His case is now proceeding through US district court in Phoenix.

Pacheco Worked In The Detention Facility For Almost Four Months Before His Background Check Was Completed.

Keystone West, the immigration facility where Pacheco worked, has a record of being negligent about running background checks on its workers.

An investigation by ProPublica found that the Arizona Department of Health Services had issued Keystone West with a citation for not running background checks and fingerprinting its staff.

Pacheco worked for Keystone West for almost four months before he was checked out.

In his case, the background check didn't reveal anything.

He had no previous record of sexual abuse or misconduct.

Pacheco, who was arrested in 2017, maintains that he is completely innocent.

He is accused of performing oral sex on two teenagers and trying to get a third teenager to penetrate him.

He is also accused of inappropriately touching six other tennage boys.

All of the alleged victims were being held at a detention center for minors in Mesa, Arizona, where Pacheco was a youth worker.

Keystone West, Where Pacheco Worked, Has Faced Other, Recent Sex Abuse Allegations.

There have been a number of recent sex abuse incidents reported at Keystone West detention facilities.

Just a few days ago, police arrested Fernando Negrete, a 32 year old Keystone West employee.

Negrete was accused of kissing and touching a 14 year old girl in her room at the detention center.

(She pushed him away.).

And the Nation magazine reported last week that a six year old girl had been sexually abused in another Southwest Key Facility.

The alleged victim has only been identified by her initials, D.L.

According to the Nation, D.L was allegedly abused by a boy at the Southwest Key facility on at least two separate occasions.

The Nation's reporting indicates that Southwest Key was aware of the allegations after the first incident.

They told D.L.'s father and provided some form of counseling for D.L.

— but allegedly, even after that, the same boy fondled D.L.

and other girls at the facility again.

The Nation reports that the 6 year old D.L.

was made to sign a form saying that she understood it was her responsibility to stay away from her alleged abuser.

Shakayla Denson was identified as the mother accused of tossing her 4-year-old daughter into the Hillsborough River in Tampa, Florida.

Tragically, the small child has died, authorities said.

Although initial reports had said the mother allegedly threw the 4-year-old girl off a bridge, authorities now say the mother waded into the river before tossing the child into it.

According to a GoFundMe page, the child was diagnosed as being on the autism spectrum.

The mother used the name Kayla Denson on GoFundMe and on social media.

A witness told The Tampa Bay Times the mother was carrying a Bible and was wearing a bra and seaweed or grass-covered leggings.

"There are much more questions than there are answers," said Tampa Police Chief Brian Dugan in a news conference.

"It's a completely tragic event.

It's a crazy world we live in.".

Here's what you need to know:.

Authorities Accuse Denson of Tossing the Struggling & Screaming Child, Je-Hyrah Daniels, Into the Water.

Witnesses are providing horrific accounts of what transpired.

According to The Tampa Bay Times, witnesses said the little girl struggled and screamed.

The newspaper reported that witnesses allege the mother, Shakayla Denson, "dragged the screaming girl by the arm toward the river and then into the water.

Then Denson began to scream, too, as she picked up the girl, pulled her close to her chest and walked farther from the riverbank into deeper water.".

The mother was allegedly up to the top of her shoulders in the river when she let the child go, the newspaper reported.

A witness tried to prevent Denson from leaving but was allegedly struck by the car she was driving.

Tampa Police revealed they had apprehended Denson in a news release issued on August 2, 2018, the day of the child's death.

Police wrote that they "have charged a woman in the murder of her daughter after the woman waded into the Hillsborough River and tossed the child into the water.".

Police said they received a report around 4 p.m.

that "a woman had thrown a child into the Hillsborough River just north of the Columbus Drive bridge.".

"It's the craziest world that we live in at times," the police chief said.

"The child…is unfortunately now dead.

The mom is in custody.

Right now we are sorting through and trying to get some answers…we're still trying to piece this whole thing together.".

Witnesses Say Shakayla Denson Was Acting Oddly Before the Incident, Counting Out Loud & Running Down the Street.

The Tampa Police Department's dive team went to the scene and tried to find and save the child but, sadly, it was too late.

At 4:30 p.m., "a dive team member discovered an unconscious child submerged about 75 feet off shore near N.

Rome Avenue and W.

Aileen St.," the police news release says.

The child was rushed to the hospital but was pronounced deceased 19 minutes later.

Witnesses said the mother was acting bizarrely even before allegedly throwing the girl into the river.

Eddie Camacho, who owns a business nearby, told The Tampa Bay Times that he "saw a woman run up Fremont Avenue wearing only a bra and black pants and no shoes.

" Osama Jamil, an employee, told the newspaper that the woman was behaving oddly in a back storage area of the business.

A witness, Vicki Walker, provided ABC Action News with the above photo that she says is of the mother in the river.

Walker told the television station she saw the woman in the water but didn't see the child and added, "Which was very odd, I've lived here for years, I've never seen anybody in the river.

The Mother Recently Sought Donations Because the Child Was on the Autism Spectrum.

A GoFundMe page created in the name of Kayla Denson was titled, "Life with je'hyrah.

It is riddled with a spelling and grammar errors and reads: "My daughter was recently diagnose with autism spectrum, my goal is to start saving for therapy equipment, and also for je'hyrah's future.

I've also gathered interest in reaching out to others living with autism, and would enjoy providing strategies and resources I've learn to help them get threw the day.

Thanks and i appreciate it.".

The mother set a goal of $1,500 when the page was established 9 months ago but received no donations.

On Facebook, Kayla Denson referred to herself as "just a child of god, a growing women finding her way.

The child's father had posted the child's ultrasound photo on his Facebook page four years ago and expressed his joy about looming fatherhood, writing, "JA'HYRAH NYAISA DANIELS……on her way yall.

" He also commented, "Hell yea im so happy ion kno wat to do.

Denson Worked for a Health Care Company & Studied to Be a Registered Nurse, Her Facebook Page Says.

According to one of her two Facebook pages, Shakayla Denson wrote that she worked at WellCare Health Plans and was a "former Enrollment Specialist at The Results Companies – Blue Bell.

" WellCare is a company that "provides managed care services, focusing on Medicaid and Medicare," according to its Facebook page.

She also wrote that she studied as a "Registered Nurse at Hillsborough Community College" and lives in Tampa, Florida and was from Tampa, Florida.

Denson also has a criminal history with arrests for theft and criminal traffic cases, such as for driving with a suspended license, according to Florida court records.

The theft case dated to 2016 and was a second-degree misdemeanor.

Police Accuse Denson of Stealing a Car Before Tossing the Child in the River.

They say an investigation determined Denson had allegedly "just stolen a car – a grey Nissan Altima" from a local auto repair shop, parked the car, and then "waded into the Hillsborough River with her child.

Roughly halfway across the river, she tossed the child and began wading out.".
