every time you find yourself in this situation that you're doing things you

don't like that you are so obsessed with the money that you choose money above

everyone and everything else even the ones you love especially the ones you

love because this addiction is trying to rip you apart and trying to catch you so

vulnerable that you leave the poison in there that you give up the fight to

release this addiction but today we are going to move beyond

every breath you take

every little piece of air was flowing through your system it's going to clean

your body you have to clean your energies

the only way that you can stop this poison from circling through your system

is to pull your energies out of this game of money don't give this money this

addiction all your Energy's just breathe it back here in an hour moment so every

breath you take you pull out the end your Energy's out of the money struggles

out of the money game every breath you take

so let me tell you one thing this addiction is trying to catch you in the

game over and over and over everywhere you move you will feel this addiction

flowing through your system you will see this addiction you get invited all the

time to jump in there the thing for you to do is in that moment that you become

aware you stop and you breathe back your energies you breathe it back into the

non moment into your system you take back your energies and if you keep doing

this over the upcoming weeks maybe months the poison will slowly leave your

system breath after breath

Just Breathe for a while so you can let the energy flow and let

your body do the work relax and be here

She said she knows people don't know how to handle people that don't follow societies' rules.

She said she's been called a cougar, spinster and other "ugly" words and now that people know she sleeps over at her boyfriend's house without a ring, she was anticipating more insults.

But in true Zodwa style: She don't care, she don't care! "I still don't think I will ever get married.

but look even if I change my mind and I do it, it won't be for other people.

People say I am always against what 'should' be done, because they want us to do life the way they see fit.

How to clean your reversible window from the inside - VELFAC 200 - Duration: 1:44.

Slide the window slightly towards you and release the opening restrictor.

When you open the window,

note the appearance of the reversing bracket.

Does your window have a straight reversing bracket

or a "hinged" reversing bracket?

Then turn the window around to the cleaning position.

Make sure that the catches click into place on both sides of the window.

Make sure that the window is securely fixed before starting to clean.

When the window is to be reversed after cleaning,

the catches should be released on one side at a time.

Depending on the type of reversing bracket,

there is a difference as to which side of the window

the catch should be released first.

Does your window have a straight bracket

or a "hinged" reversing bracket?

Note which side catch 1 is located on for your window.

Once you have cleaned the window,

release the catches by pulling the window slightly towards you,

so that they are not under tension.

Release catch 1 first,

pull the window slightly upwards and beyond catch 1.

Release catch 2 similarly.

The window can now be closed.
