Waching daily Aug 3 2018

- What happened?

Why doesn't, it's been two seconds.

Today, we're styling one pair of sandals 12 different ways.

- In the summertime, I wear sandals a lot.

- I like the ones that don't go in between your toes though,

because those tend to hurt a little bit.

- I just don't really feel the need to buy a lot of sandals.

- As much as I love sandals,

I don't like spending a ton of money,

so if I can get one pair that kind of like look like

a bunch of different pairs, that would be amazing.

(lively music)

I'm pretty crafty.

I feel like I can follow directions.

I don't think it's gonna be too difficult.

- I'm gonna try the Bohannon's Best tie.

I have this to work with and I have this,

so we'll see how this goes.

- This one is called Be Weave In Me.

It's a great little pun.

- Sidewinder Slide.

Ooh, that sounds like a dance.

- So first things first.

- I'm gonna put it through the back loop right there.

- Starting to look like a sandal.

I think I'm doing this right,

but hers look so much thicker than mine.

- Ah, yeah, I really like the style.

It looks really cute.

- The concept is still there and it still looks pretty cute.

It looks kinda complicated.

- This is my favorite part is

when I have to braid the laces.

- So I definitely move to the back two loops.

Oh, this is easy.

- Tie a knot, over and under, over and under.

Okay, let's put these in.

- Feels like I'm knitting on my feet right now.

- Oh, okay, I did it.

Luckily when people are standing up looking at your feet,

they probably wouldn't notice that it's a mess.

- I made it my own again.

- It's pretty simple,

and I feel like I can move around in it.

- This looks like a normal gladiator sandal.

- This one looks like a braided thong.

I'm ready of the challenge.

- So for this one,

it looks like I'm gonna be using two ribbons.

- Okay, this one's a bit different.

Okay, this is actually very easy, thank God.

- I put my foot here.

Put this through the back loop.

I'm gonna do this thing.

I feel like you need nails to do this kind of stuff.

I don't have those things.

- I think I should've braided this.

- I think it's cute.

Don't mind the makeup or the sweat that I got on it.

- That one was the easiest for sure.

- This one looks like it's gonna be complicated.

It just wraps around me like Twizzlers.

- It's an ankle flip flop look.

- This one is like a regular tie, which looks easy,

but then it has this rose thing shoved on top of it.

- So we're putting one strap of each color

through the front loop,

and then I'm wrapping it around the back of my foot.

- Immediately, I'm like what?

- Okay, I'm done with the first bit.

This is different.

And I feel very optimistic about this one.

- I can't quite understand how,

like what you go under and what you go over,

so I'm just guessing.

- Y'all, I think I've mastered it, finally.

- Cross the straps up here, so I can come like this.

Ooh, fancy pansy!

- Yeah, I did it.

I'm actually quite impressed.

It has a little rose on top of my foot.

- It's not my favorite.

I did get it to look pretty similar.

- I have done it.

This was the hardest.

This was by far the hardest.

This is literally like IKEA for sandals.

Have you realized this?

- You don't really need much to kind of change it up.

You can make it dressy, you can make it casual.

- I would probably not try out so many, so quickly.

I'd probably just wear them for like

a week and then change 'em up.

- Overall, I thought this is such a creative way

to change up your sandal game.

- I just don't like my clothes looking the same

as everyone else's.

No one else is gonna have the same style as me.

Lots of people can try it,

but the chances of someone else

having the same style as you are rare.

- We're getting our nails done.

So our feet don't look like crap on camera.

today is Wednesday August first headed into the office I do have my dress that

will be him finally and my shoes are with me I just wore the bra so I didn't

have to carry all that extra stuff yeah tonight I've got an event if I column so

I'll be doing that not sure if I'll be able to vlog there but we'll see I do

want to say thank you to Connie H for pointing out that both mercury and Mars

are in retrograde and she says that mercury comes out of Metro gate on the

19th of August and I looked again my appointment is actually on the 20th of

August with the RT so I'm gonna take that as a positive sign the advice is

normally not to make any major decisions while Mercury's in retrograde and so I

think that also kind of explains my state of mind of like flip-flopping I

haven't been able to make a decision I've kind of been like should I do this

should I do that so I think until I'm clear I'm not gonna make a move

some things that are rumbling around in my head figuring out if I want to move

forward with IVF if that's the conversation I want to have with the re

figuring out like what I want to do about my diet like taking dairy out

completely and sugar and all that stuff and finally losing the weight so those

are some of the things that are kind of like I'm figuring out a plan for so I

won't make a firm decision until after markets and regenerate that's where my

head is right now alright it's rainy so I've got a lot of stuff of my cried arm

and my left arms got the phone so chat with you in a bit how are you if you're

finally I'm alright like his last future I wasn't sure like what will what will

response I mean I wasn't sure and I'm like I'm going to California next week

for my sister's wedding so I was like I should just follow up and see if it will

happen on its own I come back like the 15th okay so just wait and hopefully you

will do what it should do okay should I have taken their OBJ's okay so

in theory what would have happened we we didn't do any more medication a follicle

should have grown it should of you late on its own and then I would just have

like a regular cycle yes gotcha okay all right I will

okay all right so I don't need to do any I just come in on the 20th like if it

does start I don't need to call I just wait until the torna yes probably yes

I mean I'm leaving next week so if it starts next week I'll be yeah I'll be

out of there yeah okay okay all right thank you all right there

there you have it I don't know if you could hear part of it cuz I couldn't

find a room I don't know why I didn't come look down here but anyway she's

just saying she asked me if I had done any o P K's and I was like no but so

hopefully my body did what it should have done on its own which is what I

thought but I didn't do any opk so we'll see I have no idea if I did if I didn't

we'll just have to wait and see how it all falls yeah I leave I think I'm

leaving on Tuesday or Wednesday I start to sort that out but I did take the

dress as you guys saw so we're making progress now I just got to figure out my

nails and my hair and yeah oh and the feathers shipped I did get an email that

the fellowship because I was worried about that so it says four to five days

so the ideas that they'll get there by the time I get there and then I'll help

my sister put them together put the centerpieces all together which have

feathers in them all right running up and down those stairs not for the faint

of heart what the fertility BAM I'm home so I did not go to the event tonight I

was tired and yeah I didn't go I'm probably wanted to hang out with you

guys I've been missing you so I thought I would do a little video what is going

on so I mentioned this morning that mercury and Mars are in retrograde not

gonna make any heavy decisions until after the 19th I go to see the re on the

20th and I don't know exactly what I'm thinking someone put in the comments

yesterday that IVF contained a little bit longer and so to kind of plan for

that I know I have to be one month off the medication something in my heart is

telling me to do one more rui though before going IVF so I think it's not of

putting a time on it I think I will commit to one IUI one IVF and

then be done and if that puts me past December than that puts me best December

but yeah there's there's something in my heart that's telling me that again I'm

not gonna make that decision until after mercury gets I direct your grade but I

don't know I've got that nagging feeling who knows yeah so I'm just gonna trust

that trust my instinct and see what becomes of that um as you heard earlier

Kachina call me back even though yesterday I said I'm not gonna worry

about it I thought it was interesting that she said oh did you do a PK's and I

know you guys spend me all the conversation I couldn't find her room

but um she asked me did I do that and I hadn't really like I had taken that one

before the appointment and the GP was positive and the digital was low and

then I took one yesterday but I'm actually glad I didn't take them like

the hole in between that time just because taking it yesterday irritated me

like when I woke up and so I just think I need a like a little break from TTC

and I think that is what's good like for my mental health

I probably taken it every day I think I just would have been annoyed so I was

only slightly annoyed when I took it yesterday and yeah and move on so I

don't know I am on cycle day 21 today and I don't know if I'll be elated I

honestly wasn't paying attention to any signs I didn't do acupuncture this week

I'm not going to yoga there's a friend's birthday that I'm going to go to her

after work event and yeah I haven't been meditating or any of that and my teacher

is asking me today if I've been meditating or telling me I needed

meditate more like she had sent me some videos I just don't feel like it I'm not

gonna do it um I think when your practice of relaxing causes you stress

you have to stop that practice and so I just honestly felt over scheduled like

going to get blood work going yeah go to acupuncture go to yoga it's summertime

it's getting darker later like I just don't want to do it right now um and I'm

not saying that I'm giving up on TGC I'm just I'm taking a TTC break and I'm

going to fully break so no acupuncture this week no acupuncture next week is

not being California for the wedding and I have it I think coming back after that

so I'll get back on the TTC bandwagon but then I'm also planning a trip with

blue at the end of August beginning of September so we are going to go away and

relax a little bit so I think after that I'll be back to my like hardcore TTC

game and I think it'll be easier for me because I won't feel like punished so I

think I'm not gonna make any like drastic diet changes I am going to drink

a little bit I'm not going to go crazy but just yeah not have to worry about it

I will continue my supplements because I just think my body would go into shock

and I stopped taking them all so I will continue those and I will eat I'm gonna

eat well in general but I'm going to have sugar I like binge dog sugar today

candy I had a diet not even a diet I had a mountain Dew on Monday when I went to

the movies and popcorn with the crazy butter that they have there so yeah I'm

just gonna have like little indulgences like that and just be normal for a

little while and not be like what cycle day is it what's going on and just like

relax and I've been praying a lot I've been praying more than

and I'm not super religious um I did go to Catholic school but I'm not super

religious like I'm not a super practicing religious person I believe in

God I believe in a higher power but yeah I've been praying a lot and I feel like

God and I have been talking and I want to be able to be a witness to a miracle

I want to testify and so yeah that's what I'm I'm praying for like cuz I will

let me tell you I will go tell it on the mountain when I get my VIP so 21 I'm

gonna read for my conception coloring book um tackle day 13 only because who

knows if I'm elated or not and this kind of resonated with me and I wanted to

share with you guys um I haven't colored it yet it's a uterus but anyway okay

day 13 I am beginning to feel a deep and abiding relaxation within me I am

beginning to feel full and open my feet knees and hips feel relaxed love and the

warmth are flowing through my feet and legs my uterus feels receptive cervical

mucus is lubricating my cervix my over is releasing a healthy and fully

developed egg or eggs my hands arms and shoulders feel heavy warmth and

heaviness are flowing through my hands and arms warmth and love are flowing

through my heart my neck jaw tongue and forehead feel relaxed and soon my whole

body feels quiet heavy and I am comfortably relaxed warmth and

happiness flow into my arms hands and fingertips my breathing is slow and

regular I am aware of my calm regular heartbeat I am aware of deep and abiding

love within me I am aware of a surge of luteinizing hormone triggering the

release of the egg or eggs into my open and clear fallopian tube my mind has

become any quieter as I focus inward I feel still

deep in my mind I experience myself as relaxed comfortable and still I am alert

in a quiet inward way as eye color I take energizing breaths bringing love

and energy into my servants my uterus into my ovaries and into the eggs that

is being released from my ovary as I color

I opened to the sperm living within me protected by my cervical mucus traveling

to fertilize my healthy and fully developed eggs as I have been prayerful

this week that's one of the things I've been telling myself bestow bestow and I

think recognizing that mercury is in retrograde has reinforced that there was

something in my head telling me to be still and then when Connie H posted

about mercury and much of it I was like ah the universe is telling me to be

still as well so bestow only not on my own understanding right he's still

really not know I don't understand anything so that's where I am and it's

bringing me peace and calm I would say the week that my cycle got cancelled

there was like anger and guilt that I wasn't processing I knew I felt

something and I thought it was all about like the negative comments but it was

more than that it was just I was unsettled and I needed to be still and

so having the psycho that cancelled reinforced that I ignored that voice in

my head telling me that I needed to cancel it

but my body was speaking louder than my mind I'm sorry I got cancelled and so I

had to be still and yeah that's where I am so I don't know if I'm ovulating it

or not I don't know if I'm about to ovulate and it's going to be okay it's

going to be okay to not know and to just trust trust my body trust my process and

beats them so we will see releasing happens I don't have any answers I only

have questions and yeah take care of yourself ladies be good to yourself if

there is a voice in your head telling you to slow it down and be still listen

to the waters listen to your body I'll read your body

yeah and just listen be good to yourself alright thanks for watching please share

What Makes a Card Good in Commander | Pretty Deece - Duration: 4:20.

Alright, I'm gonna jump right in here and assume you already know what Commander is.

If you don't know what Commander is, it's the casual/multiplayer format of choice

for Magicians for the last, I don't know, decade or so?

For a primer, you can check out the Adam Styborski article in the description

and then come back to this later.

Cuz we're moving on!

You've probably heard someone talk about Commander cards.

"Don't sell that seven-mana sorcery that does nothing!

That's a Commander card.

That's gonna be big money someday."

Or you see a card that's great in your Standard deck and think about putting it in your Commander deck,

and everyone tells you "no way, that's never gonna work in Commander, what are you doing?"

No one ever gives you reasons behind what they're saying, and you don't wanna look dumb

so you nod along and move on.

I get it.

We've all been there.

So today, we're gonna explain what exactly constitutes a Commander Card.

This is an example of a Commander card.

It had absolutely no impact on Standard the entire time it was legal, because

it is a big, dumb, seven-mana creature that destroys anything except another creature and

gives you a land.

That's not so great in a typical Constructed format!

Even in small formats like Standard, seven mana is a considerable bar to clear—if you're

sinking that much mana into a card and it doesn't win the game on the spot

you are in trouble.

That is very much not how Commander works.

Commander legality stretches all the way back to Alpha; even with the singleton restriction,

any format with this amount of cards is bound to be nutty.

But Commander is casual.

You're playing with your friends, there's nothing on the line, it's not super cutthroat.

The generally agreed-upon way to play is to run a lot of mana sources and deliberately

take lots of time setting up some of your deck's engines.

Naturally over the course of a game another player will set up their deck's gameplan

first or they're going to try and disrupt yours.

This is where the politics of multiplayer Magic come in.

"Kill her Kaalia or it's gonna attack next turn."

"I won't attack you with Kaalia, I'm gonna attack him, because he's gonna go

off with Animar if I don't."

This can go on for a while!

The fun derived from this part of Commander is, uh, up for debate, but I digress.

Let's come back to Sylvan Primordial.

Sure, it was horrible in Standard by every metric, but it's pretty much a textbook example of what a good

Commander card looks like.

It does everything you want, especially in a multiplayer game: it gives you lands, it

disrupts all of your opponents equally, and it's a big ol' clunky doofus.

Sylvan Primordial is so good in Commander that, uh… it's banned!

(The Commander banlist is kind of a mess.

God, I keep getting off-topic.)

So when someone refers to something as a Commander card, what they're saying is that the card

is not very good in a competitive context, but in the mana-hungry, slow simmer begrudgingly

brought to a boil that is Commander, the card's got some applications.

Bonus points if the card generates lots of mana or affects multiple opponents.

This is not a Commander card.

I picked this card specifically because the fine young idiot that animates all of these

videos has it in his Commander deck.

Lightning Strike, like Incinerate, Searing Spear, and even Volcanic Hammer before it,

has some real tournament pedigree.

Lightning Strike brings home the bacon.

So why isn't it a Commander card?

Once again, it's time to bring back our frame of reference for what a Commander card is.

This thing is a 6/8.

A 6/8 seems gigantic, but stats like that aren't the exception, they're the rule.

Against the cards you can expect your opponents to bring to the table, Lightning Strike does

nothing.

Also, in Commander, players start at 40 life.

So a Lightning Strike is only 7.5% of one player's life total, as opposed to a normal

game of Magic, where three damage is 15% of everyone's starting life total.

Lightning Strike is cheap and mana-efficient, but when everyone starts at 40 life, the parameters

of what makes a viable card differ wildly.

The tl;dr here: The cards that are slower and seem kinda mopey are capable of doing

big things in Commander.

Something that's mana-efficient, sleek, and agile might beat an opponent starting

off at 20 life, but they leave a lot to be desired against multiple opponents that start

every game at 40.

But there's exceptions to every rule.

under emphasized aspects of manifestation and I'm gonna show you why

you should not ignore them why using them can totally change the results that

the law of attraction now as I have said before I used to say in my earlier

videos almost every video I would say we don't attract that which we want we

attract that which we are we always get a reflection of who we are being so many

times we may say oh I'm focused on the car the Lamborghini or something like

that but unless we become the kind of person that can drive a Lamborghini

unless we develop those mentalities and that kind of vibration that is

compatible with it we won't actually experience it because it'll just be some

cool idea in our mind it'll be something like yes I see that it makes me feel

elevated emotion when I see it but we don't actually believe that we can have

it so the key to this process is understanding some of the things I'll be

sharing with you and in the fundamental basis of it it's not that we get that

which we want but it's more so we get a vibration reflection of who we are we

always get a reflection of who we are being so the question then is is how are

you vibrating what are you vibrating with well right now the way that you

know what your vibration is compatible with is you look around you to see what

is around you and that can sometimes be kind of like a wake-up call maybe you're

like well I'm in this place that I don't really enjoy being or I'm living in this

house that I don't like or whatever it is and you look around and then you can

see that that is what is vibrational compatible with where you currently are

but the key to this is being aware of what that is because as you become more

aware of what that is then you can decide to change it you

a lot of our vibration a lot of what we think is just on autopilot so I'm the

day before well exactly what we're thinking of we think on average the 60

to 70 thousand thoughts a day and about 90% of them are recycled from the day

before which means we're triggering the same emotions we're taking the same

actions we're stinking the same thoughts therefore creating the same things in

our life over and over and over again so the key is the awareness and then we can

begin to change it now the first part the first most overlooked thing that I

see when it comes to the law of attraction is understanding more about

the passion principle now the passion principle has to do with understanding

how we are in the moment how we are feeling and understanding that our

vibration is important in the process of what we are focusing on so normally and

a lot of times people will just focus on that of what they want but if what they

want isn't something that they are passionate about

then what happens is the energy really isn't moving powerfully in that

direction the key to this is being aware that what we want what we are passionate

about it's always going to be easy to focus on what we are passionate about I

really believe that one of the main reasons either my youtube channel has

grown so much or my brand in general it's because I put so much focus into it

and not only is it just focus but it's focused that I'm passionate about when I

think about making a video I feel a certain way even when I edit a video I'm

building my own brand I'm building what I enjoy doing now here's the funny thing

some people don't like when I say this but I probably work about eight to

twelve hours a day at least and it involves editing getting material

filming different aspects of the business but here's the thing I

absolutely love what I do so it's very very easy now here's something else

though because it's not only what I love doing it's also just it's so easy for me

to do it it is so natural for me to do it because I focus on more the kind of

person I'd have to become to be living the lifestyle that I am then what I

actually want which a lot of times more of a short-term thing so the thing

I would encourage you to do is to pay attention to how much passion is in your

life with what you're doing now if you're doing something and your goal is

to do something but you're not passionate about it at all then I would

say that it most likely unless it leads to something that you're more passionate

about most likely it's something that you can begin to let go of and start to

find something else the reason I say that is because when things do get a

little bit rough it's hard to focus on it because you feel resistance but if

you keep it in mind that you are already passionate about it it's very easy to

continue to do it so passion is like the underlaying

frequency that so to many times is overlooked before like all well I want

to Lamborghini well I want that really nice house where

I want this but are they really passionate about it or are they

passionate about something where they feel in that state of being in that

vibration and then a side effect of that is then they are experiencing what they

want the abundance comes through I'm passionate foremost first and foremost

with me making videos and me adding value and different people however I can

and because I'm passionate about that a side effect of that is abundance in my

life so it's more so getting to the core of what are you really passionate about

and if you find that you're not passionate about something then be aware

of that and then decide to to do more things and here's the thing you could

start off really small you can say what am I most passionate about in this

moment maybe you're like you know what the most exciting thing I could do and

also think of excitement with this you could say the most exciting thing I

could do right now is to go and to go for a walk or it's to go lay in the Sun

for a minute or it's to go talk to the spread on the phone or to go eat

something an aviary moment as you are focused on what you're excited about

the thing is is that causes a ripple effect of one exciting thing to the next

to the next to the next and what that does is that starts to put you in a

powerful direction so it doesn't have to be like what am i passionate about like

once why one purpose in life that I can think of right now it's not so much that

it's more so what can you do in this moment that allows you to feel that

level of passion that then leads to the next best thing

to the next best thing to the next best thing and the cool thing is too is that

as you do that you end up raising your vibration and

when you're in that high vibe state things happen easier than ever now

something else that I did is I created a three guided meditation that will show

you exactly how to raise your vibrational set point so that you create

from a very powerful place so that you create and you are that what you want

now that's something that's absolutely free you could download it in top of the

think it'll absolutely change your life so the next and the second part of the

most overlooked part of manifestation aspect is that of the ego and

surrendering like I just caught myself doing this the other day because I'm in

the process of going through doing certain things finding a new place like

a new house for example and sometimes I feel like my ego is always trying to

control everything always trying to find everything always trying to figure

everything out and because of that it's like if something doesn't happen to the

blueprint in my mind they automatically start to feel resistance and what I

always have to do is take myself back and to in a way allow things to happen

as I allow a lot of times it comes out even better than it would have if my ego

was trying to like you know hammer it in and figure it all out so I also got this

remember when I went to Costa Rica I just the message that I got it was like

the light transformation place I went to the message I just kept getting was to

let go let go let go I've kind of developed a strong discipline and

willpower over the last year from everything I've been doing with doing as

many videos as I've been doing and stuff like that over the last year and I

realized that I developed this kind of this necessity for my ego to do

everything which can only get me so far so I kept letting go and I realized

things can be so much easier when I do let go of the outcome now think of it

like this think of it like this is the valley and then we have a mountain up

here on top of the mountain is our higher

self our higher self is broad crack bought broadcasting a frequency to us

and that frequency is our natural true vibration our ego self is in the valley

climbing up the mountain just kind of locking along going up the mountain and

the frequency from our higher self is in the form of feeling a vibration of

passion and when we follow our passion our excitement we are listening to the

message of that of our higher self now our higher self will always guide us

in the direction of where we can go but if we insist that our ego knows

everything knows how to do and how to navigate through going up this valley up

to the mountain then what happens is a lot of times we'll go on routes that we

don't necessarily prefer to take maybe we get to a certain point we realize

it's a dead end or we get to a point realized that then

we have to cross this big river which would be really hard but our higher self

was telling us hey if you went a little bit more down the road you'd see that

then it doesn't seem like you go in this direction but you just trust me if you

do you'll then cross a bridge that takes you over the river that makes it so much

easier but are you goes like no I know the best way so the key to this is

knowing the aspect of what the egos job is and that of what the higher selves

job is the higher self is what is guiding us the ego-self job is to focus

in a certain way but what we can begin to do is more so allow things to happen

more so let go of the outcome and to just choose the most exciting thing in

the moment to do that to know that as we do that it causes a ripple of that

vibration going out and as we then do that everything in our life begins to

change because we're more so coming at it from both sides of the spectrum

instead of just our ego we're able to also bring in that of our higher self

and the connection that we have to who we really are this to me has been a game

changer this is something that anytime I feel in resistance I remind myself of

this let go let go let go surrender because it's not my egos job to do

absolutely everything and the more that I surrender in that way the more

powerful things happen anyway so it's a funny paradox but I encourage you to try

this one way that you could do it is the next time you find yourself with

resistance first off just be aware that you are feeling resistance and not just

that let it be okay is okay if you do feel resistance it's part of the process

sometimes for us to contract and then expand to expand it and contract is part

of the process but let it be okay because sometimes we beat ourselves up

or like go on feel this way I shouldn't feel this way I'm

better than this but what that does is that causes even more resistance so

observe it let it be there and then decide for it to change now the third

most overlooked part of that of the manifestation process is that of our

state of being and how it relates to our outer environment now anytime something

happens something happens that we think is into the blueprint of our mind

something that we think isn't a part of the process the moment that we give it

the meaning that this is not supposed to be there and the moment our state of

being drops because of it is the moment we take ourselves out of something good

actually happening now let me kind of explain it like this this is the way I

like to explain it there's an infinite number of parallel realities that exist

there's an infinite number of parallel realities that exist and we're

constantly shifting through different parallel realities depending upon the

focus and depending on the choices that we are making so because of that what

happens is any time we give something a certain type of meaning we split

ourselves on to a life track or to a parallel reality that is equal to that

of the feeling that we just have so if we say something happens say for example

you are feeling a certain way and then what happens is you you get let go from

your job for example if you give that a negative meaning then what happens is

all these infinite parallel realities you could shift you'll shift to a

reality that has the effect of that negative type experience so maybe it's

hard for you to get a job again or it's like you don't know what to do or you

very you feel negative emotion because of it but that's because of the choice

of the meaning we gave the situation what if someone else were to give that

meaning and so you know what I really didn't care about that job it really

wasn't something I was that passionate about and then you give it a meaning

that says you know what I'm gonna take this time to figure out what I'm really

passionate about and you give it a positive meaning well that person is

then shifted to a positive timeline because of the meaning they've given it

plus their state of being has increased because of that so anytime we give

something a certain meaning we also then feeling a certain way about it

and if we simply decide that everything in our life has more of a positive

meaning then we will start to get a positive effect out of it now you may

say well not everything is positive there's some stuff that's undoubtedly

negative the key is redefining negative and positive in a completely new way

anything that is negative means separating segregative something that's

not a part of the process anytime there's something a blueprint in our

mind and it's not going to court it into that we then say it's a negative type

situation now positive instead of positive thinking of it as good and

negative as bad negative is separating segregative and not a part of the

process positive is part of the process positive

is integrated positive is connected so even if something negative happens it

doesn't have to be negative if you integrate it into your life and you

assume that it's part of the process so the next time you did or something did

happen or maybe you did lose your job you said you know what this is a part of

the process in my life this is part of the next step I embrace it and I know

that something positive will come from this this is something we can apply

towards everything we can always know even if it were a relationship you just

got out of for example maybe just got out of

relationship and it feels very negative you can give it a positive mean by

integrating it by allowing the experience to be there by knowing that

there's so many people out there and if you had this connection with this one

person there's probably built there's billions of other people out the world

the chances that there's someone out there that you resonate with even more

are very high so you see this is about focus and perspective and we will always

get a reflection in our life of that which is equal to our state of being and

the meaning we give certain situations in our life so as we begin to reframe

things in our life things begin to change in a very powerful way so these

three things that I just shared I think that if we start to look at the more and

start to incorporate them that can absolutely change our life the first one

is about passion understanding that when we align with being more passionate when

we align our emotion with that of what we love and we start to really

incorporate that things will happen in a very powerful way it'll also be a lot

easier to focus in a certain direction secondly on

standing the job of the ego not that to do everything as the ego to more so

surrender and allow things to happen to follow the guidance of our higher self

on top of the mountaintop metaphorically speaking and then thirdly the state of

being and understanding how we can hold our frame how we can choose things to be

integrative everything is a part of the process to always elevate our emotion

because our state of being is not dependent on the outside it's only

necessity is to give positive meaning and then it starts to generate the

feeling from within so another thing I'll be doing is more live Q&A on

7 Signs of Ovulation - Duration: 4:38.

7 Signs of Ovulation

1.

Cervical mucus changes As you near ovulation, your body produces

more estrogen, causing cervical mucus to become stretchy and clear, like egg white, which

helps sperm swim to the egg that's released during ovulation.

Cervical mucus changes happen in most women, Moore says, but you have to know what you're

looking for.

The amount of cervical mucus and what it looks and feels like varies from woman to woman.

To test it for ovulation, insert a clean finger into your vagina, remove some of the mucus

and then stretch out the secretion between your thumb and finger.

If it's sticky and stretchy or very wet and slippery, that's a good sign that you're

in a fertile phase.

2.

Heightened sense of smell For some women, a more sensitive sense of

smell in the latter half of a normal menstruation cycle can be a sign of ovulation.

In this fertile phase, your body is primed to be more attracted to the male pheromone

androstenone.

3.

Breast soreness or tenderness Breast and nipple sensitivity, tenderness

or soreness can be another sign of ovulation, thanks to the rush of hormones entering your

body right before and after ovulation.

4.

Mild pelvic or lower abdominal pain Some women can actually feel ovulation—typically

as a mild ache or pain in the lower abdomen, usually on one side or the other (not the

same side each time).

The sensation, called Mittelschmerz, can last anywhere between a few minutes and a few hours.

You might also experience light vaginal bleeding, discharge or nausea along with the ache or

pain, which is usually mild and short lived.

There's no need to worry about ovulation pain that goes away with an OTC, anti-inflammatory

medication (such as Motrin), Moore says.

But if ovulation pain is persistent or severe, see a doctor to rule out conditions such as

endometriosis or an ovarian cyst.

Moore suggests monitoring and recording your ovulation symptoms every month to get a sense

of what is normal for your body, so you can more easily spot any abnormal ovulation signs

and symptoms.

"When in doubt, check it out," she adds.

Light spotting or discharge Brown discharge or spotting during ovulation

is normal if not that common.

This ovulation symptom can occur when the follicle that surrounds and protects the developing

oocyte, or egg, matures, grows and then ruptures, resulting in a small amount of bleeding.

As blood gets older, it turns brown, which is why the vaginal discharge may range from

red to dark brown.

It's not a cause for concern unless the spotting persists, in which case you should

see a physician to check for signs of infection and the possibility of an ectopic pregnancy

if you've been sexually active.

6.

Libido changes Some women notice that their sex drive increases

during ovulation, which might be Mother Nature's way of ensuring we keep the species alive

and well!

But, as Moore says, "sex drive can be influenced by just about anything, including whether

you had a glass of wine or are just in the mood."

7.

Changes in the cervix During ovulation, your cervix may become higher,

softer and more open.

You can check your cervix, along with your mucus, for ovulation symptoms, but it can

take time to learn the differences you're feeling for and is often more difficult than

watching for the other symptoms mentioned above.

If you'd like to try and get more comfortable checking for cervical changes as a sign of

ovulation, Moore recommends standing in whatever position you use to insert a tampon (for example,

next to the toilet with one foot up on the closed seat) and using your finger to feel

inside.

In many women with a regular cycle, right before ovulation the cervix will be softer,

like touching your lips, but after ovulation it will feel harder, more like touching the

tip of your nose.

An OB can also check for cervical changes using a speculum and help give you more guidance

on how to do it at home.

In terms of function, potassium is essential to nerve and muscle network, such as allowing

HERE ARE EIGHT SIGNS OF POTASSIUM DEFICIENCY: 1.

ABDOMINAL CRAMPING OR BLOATING The digestive tract is lined with smooth muscles

that this nutrient also serves some capacity in keeping our skin healthy.

RINGING OR VIBRATING IN EARS Since potassium has such an effect on blood

pressure and heart rate, inadequate levels of potassium can indirectly result in ringing

or vibrating of the ears.

These are often a secondary symptom of irregular heartbeat or heart palpitations.

Therefore, maintaining healthy levels of potassium consumption can indeed assist with two problems

related to potassium deficiency.

program look it only takes two things commitment and common-sense when it

comes to your eating like if what you're eating is making you feel that way stop

eating it and try something else if your lack of activity is helping you to not

lose weight and helping you to gain weight stop and inactivity and start

acting so let's look around the house and see what we have come on let's start

in the cupboard what we got

now what we got in the pantry clearly I have not urged here right there's

something way back there something something way back there you guys

remember that HCG diet I'm not gonna lie I paid the money for that and then got

big trouble anyway meaning I bought without

discussing for my husband get this clearly have not perched on top of the

tank top a sports bra and one Nike shoe I have a kettlebell and I have a bar and

a few weights you guys saw me move that stuff from the living room that was

everything that I have readily available to me right now and so that's all I'm

gonna do it oh and I have this really cool Apple watch speaking of there's

something right behind me you guys are gonna love this I don't know if it's

possible to get back to you but this was me

when I was 18 now I know I'm old and slightly decrepit

I'm only saying that because my knees hurt now but I can do it and if I can do

it with six kids and only using common sense and the things that are already in

Controlling Frizzy Hair, 6 Products & Tips to Help Fix Frizzies on Long or Short Hair - Duration: 16:28.

Hey awesome ones. I know a lot of you see me without my makeup on, but not a lot of

you have seen me without my defrizzing products. oh my gosh. Okay so I'm showing

you my hair before I put the defrizzing products in and I'm gonna teach you

how to tame this crazy beast of hair in just a few seconds.

So I have five main products to show you what I use to really control this

frizziness that I have. Now I assure you I didn't tease up my hair or make it

look worse. I just sort of washed it and let it be. So you know there's no trick

photography with this, this is what I usually am faced with, hey maybe some of

you even cut off a lot of your hair because you just couldn't handle this

anymore. Well there's some really good news. There's some amazing products out

now. I'm gonna show you what they are. So I'm just going to show you steps for

curly hair in this video, but it also applies to when you straighten your hair.

And here's a little clip over here where you can see that yes, I do use a ceramic

iron on my hair. I do straighten my hair and I use all the products except for

the curling foam. That's the only one that I wouldn't use. Now the one thing

that you need to do if you are straightening your hair, you really have

to have a good haircut because every little end is going to show with that, so

but know these products really work for straight hair as well. So I have long

hair, but you know what, even if I had my hair cut into a short bob I can still

have the frizziness. So this is for all of you you know, young or old, short hair

or long hair. So I actually washed my hair a short time ago and I just let it

air dry. Now what I did was I also towel dried my hair. Now a lot of you are

saying to me no, don't do that. Yes I do have those hair turbans. You know how to

use these right? Should just put all your wet hair inside them and tie them

around. I do find these microfibers are really

really a nice touch these hair turbans, but I also find that I just

don't seem to have a lot of time for them to kind of let my hair dry up in

them, but you know if I have a like that I do. What I generally do is I

wash my hair about an hour before bedtime,

um so that it dries. So I actually did step one already and the reason I like

to wash my hair at night not in the morning, is in the morning I'm just too

busy and at night I'm a little more relaxed, but anyway so um I used an amazing

shampoo. Now usually when I use a different kind of shampoo after I've

washed my hair I can't do.....let me just show you that. I also put the conditioner

on, check that out, my hair is like so amazingly soft. Oh there was a little

knot there, but not much of one and although it's frizzy this is the shampoo

that I use. It's um it's called Nunu. It's by Davines. I think that's how you

pronounce it. And I also have the conditioner. Look how thick the

conditioner is. It smells really nice too. Now you can get this online and what I'm

going to suggest is buy the smaller version first. Because you know try

it out and see if you like it. And then what you can do, you can see that I've got

both the conditioner and the shampoo here.

You can kind of graduate to buying the larger ones and it really really works

out so much cheaper in the long run. They also have if you are really growing

out silver or white hair, they also have a purple shampoo and it's called

alchemy and it's it's really awesome if you want to keep that kind of sparkle of

silver in your hair. And I'm going to mention at this point too that I'm going

to put a description, yeah I'm sorry, I'm going to put a link in the description

back to our blog where you can find these products because you can get them

at some hairdressers, but they, I also found a place for them online. You know

we make a little Commission on that. I have to say that on every video, but to

be honest we're doing videosTuesdays and Fridays and well gosh it really

really helps us that little bit of commission .So thank you for all of those

people who are doing that. I really really appreciate. So yeah I wish you

could feel the softness. It's just amazing. Next step. Oh and by the way this

isn't a sponsored video. These are just products that I use that I actually

really really love. And yeah, so you can sort of see that I've already washed the

hair. I explained all of that and I did do a video. I'm gonna put it up there on

you know how to apply the shampoo how to apply the conditioner. You don't use an

awful lot of it and doesn't really foam a lot. So yeah, I'll put that up there so

that you can take a look at it. I don't want this video to be really really long

so I'll kind of skip that kind of step, but what's number three?

So here's number three.Its....Secret Weapon. It really is like a secret weapon. It's

John Frieda. It's called Frizz Ease and it's, it's great.

You can usually find it like in a grocery store or a drugstore. I also have

a link for it online as well. It's usually less than ten dollars. You might

say, you know ten dollars that's a lot of money, but you know what, you just

use....I'm using quite a bit of this right now. I gotta buy some more I guess, but

you just use about that much. So really it lasts and lasts. So

here's what I do with this. I just sort of put it in my hands like this, like

that and then I just do the professional squish technique. What I do is the

hair is now completely dry. I got a mirror over here so sorry if I'm

going to sort of cheat to that side here, but look what's happening already.

The amazing scrunch technique only $19.95 buy the video. Now I'm just kidding.

My videos are free. So yeah, so there you go and you can sort of see and

I kind of I don't go into the roots, because I only wash my hair once a week.

Now so you don't want to get a lot of products into your roots because it

makes you kind of Scratchy after a while and itchy, but can you see how this is

kind of working here. Okay so the other thing is, I do this the next morning,

because it doesn't take a lot of time. So I've sort of slept on my dried hair after

I washed it, then the next morning I'll put this in. Maybe put on a little bit of

makeup. Do the next step and put on a little more makeup and this is how it

all works. So starting to look good already and how the hair feels healthier

this way too. Not as dried. So the fourth product that I use is again Frizz Ease and

it's called Curl Reviver. Now I have natural curls in my hair as you can see,

but I also suggest you want to do that scrunched look that you see, oh

maybe I don't have natural curls because I'm always going like this. So I'm kind

of finding something and curling it up. I don't know

I'll have to try one day without any products and but it's kind of....I've learned the first

part how it was kind of straight.So yeah the Scruch technique, it really really

helps. So I like the foam. Um I just again

put about that much on my hand here. And I like to kind of put that much on. Now when you put

it on, obviously it's gonna be all foamy looking, but it does dry out. The other

thing is you said that you don't wash your hair? You like you wash your hair

about once a week? Yeah that doesn't mean that the curl stays in all week long.

What ends up happening is usually in the morning I just

have to reapply this, but again not on the roots. I don't want too much product

on my scalp. All right so let's um, I'm gonna just cheat over here a little bit

and see how this looks, don't put too much on the natural curl of my bangs

here, because I'm kind of lucky they kind of curl that way. When they decide to do

the dreaded awful flip, like maybe I slept on it wrong or something.

I just dampen it out. I put a bobby pin in there and then just do a little bit

of straightening with it, so just with my fingers and let it dry that way.Okay is

this magical, how it's working now. What a difference between this and the first scene.

Next step. Number four. So the next step is again by John Frieda. Frizz Ease it's

the extra strength six part or six effects serum. So let me just read this

for you. It eliminates frizz, humidity protection, heat protection, smooth,

hydrates and tames. Ya need them all. Again you're just gonna use a little dab

of this. Again this is about $10 - or less I think. It's less than $10. A little

bit messy because it's it's really like an oil and let me tell you something. I'm

gonna tame some of my flyaway frizzes right now, but when I do a straightening

of my hair, this stuff is magic. And you put it through your hair it smoothes

your hair. You know those women who look like they have, like a really beautiful

shine to the hair? This is what they probably put on it or something like it.

And also I really work into you know, the ends of my hair where it's dry and

it just you know as long as you've got a good cut of hair it really looks

fantastic. So what I'm gonna do here is, you can sort of see again I'm not putting it

into the roots, but I can sort of see that there's a lot of frizzies here at

the top. Don't forget to do the back of your hair as well. People see that and

I don't know if you can really notice, but it is taming it. A little bit more.

It's it's bringing it in a little bit more. And if you don't like the way that

these, you know curls look, like they're really there the curls. Well just

take, where's one of my brushes here, my combs. Just take a comb like this and run

it through and smooth it out into waves. Or of course you can also do it with

your fingers to smooth it out into waves. But yeah, this stuff is fantastic and I

always have a a tissue by, because yeah you got to wash this stuff off. You don't

want to be, yeah you don't want to be driving with this because it's so oily.

And then just soap with water takes it right off there.All right so we're

pretty well done. I'm just going to do some final touches and let's take a look

at those. Now I'm kind of lucky I have a natural flip here again I mentioned I'll

just wet it down if it just goes a little haywire in the morning but what I

also like to do is my hair is, you know, you get all this nice frizziness and

everything and then you got a flat head on top so I usually take a little brush

or a comb like this and I just yeah, I know it looks like I'm

messing the whole thing up but just be very careful just get a little bit of

hair here and I and I give it a little bit of a tease you know not like super

pouf or anything like that but I just I just give it a little bit of a tease so

that it it just sort of fits in with the rest of the of the look here it's hard

when you've got a mirror on the side like that but yeah and then if if I have

to if my hair is you know I'm thinking to myself you know well that's gonna be

a rough day today, it's super humidity out there I might use a hairspray like

this this one is called Schwarzkopf and yeah I'll try to find that for

you as well and link it and then what I would do is I just give a little spray

watch again, not on the roots just like that

and that's gonna keep that in this place now let's take a look at the two

different photos or videos of me before and after so I'm going to show a little

bit of a before and no sorry before and after so here is me before and also what

you can sort of see is that I probably wouldn't want to go out anywhere with my

hair like that and for some of you maybe you might even want to cut your hair you

know maybe you're thinking about, I got to cut my hair, well try the six

steps out ffirst you know if you really, it's on your wish list to have longer

hair maybe it's just that you're not using the right kind of products and I

just want to show you the side of my hair here and what actually happened the

definition there you know how sort of doing a bit of that scrunching really

helped to bring the curls out and with the shampoo and conditioner how really

really healthy it all looks. I'm really happy with it,

so someone else who uses special shampoo and conditioner is our little Hurricane

how you doing, yeah so anyway, he's uh he's here with his special, you just got

okay so this is the last two simple ways that we can use the present perfect

way 4 is to talk about how long you have been doing

something now let me explain that there's two simple verbs that we can use

that really are the most common ways we can use the present perfect it's working

and living right if you meet a new person let's say you start a new job in

a new city some of the first questions you ask are how long have you been

working here how long have you been living in this country or this city

right because you have the idea that the activity started and it continues now

okay I have been working at Google for six months as in the cavity started it

continues now and you want to clearly show how much time has passed okay or

I've been working at and the place right I don't know where you're working now or

they have been living there for six months and the contraction can be

they've been living there remember never forget the ing they've been living

living now the classic mistakes are to put everything in the present tense a

lot of other languages especially like French and Italian and other languages

you simply put it in the present tense they are living there since six months

or they are living there six months in English you must understand this that's

not correct another classic mistake is they have six

months living there but you must say they have been live

there for six months okay this is a really important point if you use just

in the present tense the other person will understand you but it doesn't sound

good it doesn't look good you know you want really good fluent English

you must really learn this concept final way is you know to ask someone about how

long they have been doing something so the structure and the phrase would be

how long have been the verb and ing okay for example how long have you been verb

and ing how long have you been living here how long have you been working here

alright so practice again train with me now how long have you been living here

how long have you been living here how long have you been working here how

long have you been working here these two questions are so common there when

you meet someone for the first time in a party or in the office at work it's

almost the first questions how long have you been living here in the city and how

have you been working here or whatever but the classic mistakes are to ask just

in the present tense how long are you studying here how long are you working

here when it must be in that present perfect idea of how long have you been

living here how long have you been working here so let's try some five

simple phrases for you to practice writing in the comments five simple ways

for you to start using the present perfect now the best place I've been to

is right as an experience my the best place I've been to is Spain I was on a

holiday I lived there for two years it's amazing place I haven't seen my

friend Damian Spanish guy for three years now

I speak on skype and stuff but personally I haven't seen him for three

years I haven't an activity for a long time so I haven't played guitar for a

long time I used to play guitar a lot and I don't play anymore not very much

How To Make a Fender Board to Protect Your Boat | BoatUS - Duration: 3:36.

[WAVES CRASHING] Fenders are great when you're coming alongside and for protecting your boat

against the dock, but if you've got to tie up against pilings, they're pretty much useless.

For that you need a fender board.

Hi, I'm Mark Corke from BoatUS Magazine, and today I'm going to walk you through the steps

necessary to make your own board.

It's simple, straightforward, and it won't take you long at all.

I have an 8 foot board of pressure-treated lumber.

It's an inch thick and 6 inches wide, and it's perfect for this.

But before I do that, I've got to trim it to length.

But I'm also going to round off the end to make it (a) look neater and (b) to make sure

there are no sharp corners that could damage my boat or anything else.

Now here's a handy tip: Because the board is supposed to be 6 inches wide but it's been

planed, it's actually less.

If you need to find the center of anything, if you just put your ruler across at an angle

— in this case it's 6 inches — you get something that's easily divisible.

You put a mark there.

You don't even have to worry about what the actual measurement is.

And then we can use that ... put our compasses on there and then use that to saw the radius.

[SAW CUTTING] Next thing is to drill the holes, and they need to be a decent size hole because

we're going to be using half inch line for this.

I'm going to come in about 8 inches from either end, and then I'm going to come down an inch

and a half.

Now, obviously, you might wonder why the center of the hole is off center.

Well there's a good reason for that: That is that by having it off center, there's more

weight below the line than there is above, so it will hang nice and vertically.

These spade bits are great for cutting a hole quickly, but they do tend to tear out the

surface of the wood.

What you need to do with this is drill through [DRILLING NOISE] until we just start to come

through the back side like that.

Flip it over and then drill from the other side, and that prevents breakout.

So, we're almost done.

After we've drilled the holes, I'm going to use a piece of half-inch line.

I'm using about 10 feet.

It depends on your boat.

And there are two pieces — one on each end.

You poke it through the hole, and then we just make it off with a bowline.

If you want to be really fancy, you could splice this on there, but it's not necessary.

So there we go.

We'll put one on the other end and we're all ready to hang it on the boat.

There you have it.

It took me about half an hour to make that board.

I'm just going to tie it off to the handrail, and as you can see, it protects me against

this piling.

A fender would not do that.

How to frontside 180 - Duration: 1:48.

Hi guys my name is Barns. Last time we learned how to shove it and how to roll,

how to ollie. So I guess we should learn a new trick the frontside 180.

So this trick

is fairly simple as long as you committed to the turn.

So you have to pop an ollie

and then your board and your body will turn 180 degrees frontside.

The foot position for this trick is important.

Your front foot behind the bolts

and your back foot on the tail but more in the heel side pocket.

This will help you to scoop your board the frontside 180 rotation.

The movement is complex

but you can learn it pretty quickly. so don't worry. When you snap your tail

and start scooping with your back foot... kind of pushing your board in front of you..

same time you have to swing your shoulders frontside and try to distribute your weights

on your front foot. Try to land on all your wheels at the same time

that will help you to roll away much easier.

Practice, practice and practice

So when you are comfortable with it jump down stairs, jump over things..

or jump up stairs it's up to you.
