Waching daily Aug 3 2018

welcome back to Palace app entertainment where we I found you faker thank you I

think you're the fake Hedgehog around here you're comparing yourself to me

you're not even good enough to be ranked you eat those words

ladies and gentlemen something hilarious has been going on in the quote unquote

animation community and I feel it's my duty to talk about it before team star

gets here lately there has been accusations being thrown around about

certain people tracing their artwork certainly not myself as much as you

haters think that I traced the great Leonardo DiCaprio I'm talking about the

animation channel Fox Goodman now who is Fox Goodman you may ask well he's

basically an odd ones out superfan that traces work and launched his own YouTube

channel another youtuber named Daft pina coladas made a popular video exposing

him for tracing which Fox later admitted to doing in his response video Fox

Goodman do you trace yes obviously personally I don't see a problem with

tracing for the sake of making videos as long as it's original hell you can make

content just by using two JPEGs boy I got one question for you what are those

hey where's your backbone okay I'm done with the skit the problem lies in

monetizing an image claiming it as your own and making a profit off of it the

best way I can describe this is like the difference between Weird Al making a

parody song of Michael Jackson and somebody pretending to be Michael

Jackson I initially felt bad for Fox he was making original content

albeit not that and great and was being judged for stupid things like not citing

his sources when he used clip art from Google images like come on do you think

that the person who made this PNG of a plunger wants to be cited this is a

YouTube video not an APA research paper plus I'm nothing without my PNG s the

problem I have with Fox bad man haha easy joke swings up when it comes to how

he handles criticism the main theory being that he created the second channel

in order to make more ad revenue and that this trace drawing of the odwin

zack camera links them together one of the most notable assets is the fact that

they use the same camera traced in the odd ones out Svidler with the ad revenue

part it'd be much easier gain traction uploading more videos to

one channel the camera part along with their similar intros had me convinced

I'd into that the fact that both of them frequently appearing common sections

together and the fact that Daffy Pina pulled out a spectrogram linking both of

their voices together and everything seems to make sense

now if I were Fox Goodman what I would respond with would be not a Dalek I'm

not Matt Spicer you guys are blowing this out of proportion I just like

making videos for fun plus here's a video of me and Matt hanging out insane

words that's it but somehow he managed to make the situation even worse and

this is where things get Alerus not only did he deny the accusations he basically

deflected the question by calling the evidence pointless for all the tenfold

hack conspiracy theorists out there who rely on stuff like the special Gramm and

comparing frequencies it's 100% false your honor I did not commit the murder

just because there's eyewitness testimony and blood samples doesn't mean

that I did anything those detectives are just haters and all of my real jurors

will support me kilt you I'll kilt you if you disagree with me it

gets even better Fox Goodman calls out the world's

greatest conspiracy theorists I am putting out an open challenge to the

biggest conspiracy theorists out there and he knows who he is by which he means

that pinna and challenges him to find undeniable proof that he is Matt Spicer

the end result being that he was elite his channel if he succeeds first of all

how dare you disrespect Shane Dawson like that and second of all did I forget

to mention that he wants $100,000 to pull this off that's not a joke watch

the video this is why I want to raise $100,000 out of this GoFundMe have you

ever heard of Skype he says that the money it would also be used to start

doing free giveaways for subscribers but I don't think he understands the meaning

of the word free that's like if I went to my local cárdenas and some lady was

giving away free cheese samples and when I was halfway through eating the cheese

she snapped the cheese out of my hand and said give me $100 those two intents

we're not talking about $100 we're not talking about $10,000 we're talking

about 100,000 moolah I could buy a mansion in Detroit and be

next-door neighbors with Eminem he could feature on my album to his defense so I

haven't seen a link to his GoFundMe page so maybe he just forgot or he just said

that to get attention which is genius since you clicked on this video and I

felt passionate enough to make it that would also help to explain why he wants

staff to make a response video and once the other ones out to desperately

comment on the situation but we're forgetting about the most important

person's opinion about this whole entire thing and that's the odd ones out

himself which I don't think he has to the dude is making kids happy with his

book this is for smaller dirty youtubers that are trying to get money to buy a

Nintendo switch all that this is too real didn't nobody expose me all that I

really want answered is whether or not they're the same person and for him to

switch up his art cell a little bit just like you did in theirs response video

hell I'm a nice guy too so I'll do a face reveal for half the amount of money

fifty thousand dollars I got you and I'll be giving away daily

Virtual Boy consoles as well with all that being said how do you feel about

like how do you feel about Vox Goodman is he Matt Spicer

should he be forced to change his art style am i secretly both of them

manipulating everything behind the scenes so that I can afford a Nintendo

switch leave it in the comment and don't forget to like the video or else a clone

of you or replace you in your sleep and purely speaking outdated memes damn

Daniel oh my god no

Best Fats To Eat For Optimal Health & Weight - Duration: 7:44.

What are the best fats to eat? The idea of low carb and high fat diets called

ketogenic diet are sweeping the nations and thousands of people are having great

great results in losing weight and getting healthy, but we also have to

understand why the fats are healthy and why they're not healthy and that way we

can not only lose weight but we can sustain health in the long run because

it's very possible to eat the wrong kind of fats lose the weight and appear to be

healthy in the short term but we all want that health for the long term

coming right up am Dr. Ekberg with Wellness For Life and if you'd like to

truly master health by understanding how the body really works make sure that you

subscribe and hit that notification bell so that you don't miss anything the best

fats to eat are the ones that are naturally occurring in food already and

then we're talking about meat fish avocado nuts and seeds but of course

these have to live and grow in a way that's natural and normal and healthy so

if we eat meat there's nothing wrong with that and yet the fattiest piece of

meat you can as long as it is grass-fed and organic the same thing with the fish

eat the good fish the tasty fatty fish but make sure that it is a healthy that

they raised it healthy that it's not farm raised that it it is wild caught

and that it is one of the species that doesn't have a whole lot of mercury so

you want to find something kind of low on the food chain so most small fish and

salmon are generally totally fine the larger predatory fish like tuna and

swordfish etc. They often have tons and tons of mercury because they're high on

the food chain and they accumulate these things over time

avocado is a great great food eat as much as you can

nuts and seeds are also great but you want to try to eat them raw and it also

shouldn't be the majority of your your food it shouldn't be like its own

food group because it has a lot of Omega 6s and you can throw off the balance a

little bit but in general as long as you eat things that are healthy and natural

then the fats occurring in these foods are protected as long as they're in the

food and as long as they're uncooked so you cook them minimally or you eat them

raw and that's how you get the good fats out of them so these fats could be

saturated or polyunsaturated or monounsaturated and the more saturated

fat is the more stable it is because it's saturated it doesn't get oxidized

but the main key is they should be unprocessed so the other category of

fats besides naturally occurring are the added fat so sometimes it's hard to get

enough calories to get enough fat to sustain a ketogenic diet especially if

you're very insulin resistance and you have to cut your carbs way way way back

by only eating naturally-occurring fats and this is where you can go to some

added fats and when people ask me what fats to add I'll tell them three things

above all others because they're inexpensive they're generally good

quality available and I'm talking about butter extra virgin olive oil and extra

virgin coconut oil because you can find these in lots and lots of places you can

find grass-fed organic butter you can find extra virgin organic olive oil and

same thing with coconut oil then if you like you can also if you find good

quality you can also use lard or bacon fat so why are these the good ones

because they are saturated and therefore they are stable and the worst thing

about a fat is when it gets rancid because now it's toxic and it doesn't

matter how healthy it used to be a week ago or a couple of days ago once it's

rancid now it's poison to your body so these are essentially the things that

stay fresh without needing even refrigeration you can prolong it

with refrigeration but they really don't need a whole lot of refrigeration and in

the fridge or freezer they'll keep for for months and years

the only other fat that we want to talk about are cold-pressed oils so there are

certain things that you can get cold-pressed and we're talking about

things like flaxseed and walnuts and macadamia and think and avocado so if

these things are truly processed cold-pressed and they haven't done

anything else to them they haven't filtered them they haven't heated them

they haven't refined them in any way then this is still a healthy food but it

is very very very sensitive to heat and oxygen and it has a terrible shelf-life

and the other thing that people don't like or don't know about these that is

if if they're healthy then they're also gonna have a very strong flavor so a

truly unrefined cold-pressed avocado oil is gonna have a very very strong flavor

same thing with with walnuts or macadamia it's gonna have a strong

flavor of the food it's made from so therefore if you use it for salad

dressings then it'll pretty much take over so if you like that that's still

perfectly fine just keep in mind that they have a short shelf life and they

need to be kept in the fridge or even freezer to last for any amount of time

what makes these good again is that they're minimally processed and for the

top five here they are saturated and that's why they're stable the

cold-pressed is very unstable because it is made from plant material and there's

gonna be a lot of unsaturated Poly-unsaturated oils in there to react with the

oxygen so it's healthy as long as you keep it cold so that's the main thing to

understand about fats that these we use for fuel primarily and these have some

other more detailed purposes but saturated fat is not bad as long as you

keep your carbs down because in the absence of insulin you're going to burn

these fats for fuel and they're going to be very satisfying you're going to eat

less often you're gonna eat less total amount of food because they satiate you

very well so eat unprocessed minimally processed and the butter extra virgin

olive oil and the extra virgin coconut oil are the ones that are widely

available they're inexpensive and they have a stable long shelf life you know

some people who need to know this please share this information so that they can

get healthier too and if you're new to this channel and you enjoy this sort of

content where we learn more about how the body actually works and the reasons

behind the scenes make sure that you subscribe and hit that notification bell

so that we can keep this content coming your way thanks for watching

What Is Your Soul Purpose - Duration: 9:55.

If you ever wondered what your purpose in life is, today we're going to talk about

sole purpose and what that is. So, today we're going to talk about what is your sole

purpose. But before we talk about that, we first need to identify what is sole

purpose? So, Steve D'Annunzio in the book prosperity paradigm talks about sole

purpose and he says that "Our sole purpose is our unique strengths, talents

and abilities." So, the things that we love to do, that we enjoy doing, our hobbies,

our interests. So, that's part of who we are. The second part of sole purpose is,

"So what do we do with that?" How do we use our unique strengths talents and

abilities? And how do we create value in the world

for other people. So, sole purpose then is figuring out what it is that we love

doing, who are we as a person and how do we take who we are and create value or

bring value to the world. So, think about this, the way that we show

or demonstrate value in our world today or at least one of the ways is through

money, through dollars. And so, if we create value for other people then

the way they show that they value that is they exchange dollars for that

service that we provide or that product that we create. And so, imagine what this

world would be like if each and every one of us was living our sole purpose. So,

once I figure out what it is that I love doing, the next part is how do I figure

out how to create value for others with that thing? So, let me give you an example.

There's an individual who lives in the town that I live in. And in high school,

he loved being out in the mountains, he loved looking for deer, tracking deer

and then and he loved going out looking for shed antlers. So the antlers drop

off the deer's heads. He loved doing that. And one day, he had missed school to go

out and and look for antlers. And he came back in town and the principal saw him

and he's principal said to him, "Look, someday you're going to have to get serious

about life. Because you're going to have to figure out how to make a living. And

you're not going to be able to make a living just by going out into the woods

all day long and looking for deer and antlers. You need to get an education." Is

that true? His interest was deer and learning about deer and being around

them and being out in the wilderness. He didn't have an interest at the time in

being in school and doing what he needed to do there. Well, he ended up creating a

business called "Muley crazy" where he videos hunts, he videos deer, he has a

magazine and he has a very successful business doing exactly what he loved to

do as a kid. That's an example of figuring out what are my interests? What

are my hobbies? What do I enjoy doing? And then figuring out how can I take that

and create value for someone else? There's two sisters that also grew up in

a town that I live in. And at some point in their life they became interested in

doing crafts and making stamps and stamping cards and envelopes and

creating all kinds of things like that. So, they enjoy doing that. They created a

business called "Stampin' Up." And that's a worldwide business now that provides

value and entertainment for people who like to create and use their stamps.

So, they too, took something that they were passionate about, something that

they enjoyed. Figured out a way of how do I create a business with this that

creates value for others and created a very successful business.

Well, here's the other thing about sole purpose, each one of us is unique and

individual. There is no one exactly like you in this whole world. So, let's say

that your sole purpose is that you like to paint. Is there anyone in the world

that can paint exactly like you? There isn't. Because there's only one you. So,

oftentimes in the workplace, we talk about the competitive nature of the

workplace. The truth is, if we understand sole purpose, there's no competition.

Because there is no one exactly like you. So, all we need to do is be the very best

me, the very best person that I can be. And develop my unique talents and

abilities and then provide them to others in a way that it creates value

for others. So, the cool thing about living sole purpose is, one there's no

competition. Even if we're doing where are in the exact same business, there's

no competition. Let's say that we're both selling insurance, well the way that you

sell insurance, even if we're selling the same product, there's no competition.

Because the way that you sell it, who you are as a person the way you relate with

the person that you're selling to is different than the other person. So the

product may be the same but nobody can replicate who you are. And so, if we

understand that, that can change our whole approach to how we feel about the

workplace that we're in. Here's the other upside of working in our sole purpose.

Have you ever gone to a store and been checked out by somebody, you know, you're

at the cash register. And that person is just miserable and ornery and you know for

sure they are not living their sole purpose. They don't want to be where they

are. They would rather be somewhere else. And think about the influence that

has had on you. But have you also experienced the opposite? Where you've

gone through the checkout line and person checking you out is friendly,

maybe funny, very efficient in what they do. Very helpful to you. That person could

be living their sole purpose, working at a cash register checking people out. And

creating value for everybody that they see every single day. So, you can fulfill

your sole purpose in any number of ways. But it's finding what it is that you

enjoy doing and then figuring out how you can take your unique things and add

value to the world. What an amazing world we could all live in if each one of us

understood that. That we forgot about competition, we focused more on figuring

out who we are, trusting that as we get to know our self better and look at what

are the talents that we have. And then look at so what are the needs that exist

out in the world. How can I take what it is that I'm interested in the skills

that I have and how can I go out and create value for me living in my sole

purpose, I never have to work a day in my life.

Because I love what I do. It's play. So, I figured out about 10 years ago that my

sole purpose is, I'd love to learn truth, I love to figure out how to apply it in

my life and I love teaching it to others. That's what I'm doing here today. I'm

sharing with others the things that I'm learning and that I am trying to apply

in my life. Hoping that this is something that will benefit others and improve

their life. So, for doing what we love, why would we ever want to retire? We will be

the very best at doing what it is that we're doing. So, the products that we

create, the services that are provided for other people will be the very best

because everybody would be working in their sole purpose. So, my challenge to

you is, if you're unhappy with what you're doing in your life right now, then

use some of the principles that we've talked about which is 1, you have a

choice. You know, you don't have to continue doing what you're doing.

You could change that up. Two, you're accountable for your life, no

one else. So, if you don't like the situation that you're in, you have the

ability to change that. And, then be willing to take the risk and to say, "If

I'm unhappy with doing what I'm doing, life is short,

why am I going to continue to do this? Why not do something that's really going to

bring me happiness?" You can figure out a solution for it. But first, you've got to

have the desire, you've got to come up with the idea and then figure out a way

to make it happen. But I encourage you to figure out what it is you want to do

with your life and then go out and do it. And experience the joy and happiness

that can come from fulfilling your sole purpose. Thanks for watching today. Hope

you found today's video helpful. If so, go ahead and like it. Subscribe to our

channel and share it with your friends.

Top 7 Advantages Of Couples Building An Online Business - Duration: 19:03.

Today we're gonna share with you 7 advantages that couples have when

building an online business together, and how you can stick it to the man. That's

coming up. hey friends i'm brian garcia and i'm erin nicole Vic

welcome to be adventure partners YouTube challenge where we help couples escape

the box that society tries to keep us in turn your idea into an awesome business

online so that you can create a life that you absolutely love and if you

haven't yet subscribe and hit that Bell so you've notified every single time

that we put out a really sweet video that's gonna help you out in your life

in your relationship and in your business online let's dive in number one

why couples have an advantage in online business this is exciting this is

actually really beautiful but first we're gonna start with a little story

time when I got started in online business things were really hard I did

not have the support of my partner he had a cool job that he really liked I

was kind of sick of my job and I wanted to start a business on line when I got

this idea in my mind I couldn't help myself

but start running with it but I didn't have the support that I needed your

similar experience right yeah I was going through a divorce at the time and

you know that's not really the most fun sort of thing that you can go through in

your life so it was stressful on multiple different levels I had this

idea of the way that I wanted life to be and how I felt it should be and the

thing about that is I was now doing it alone I didn't have anybody to do it

together with and so it was a it was a really really big struggle until I

started surrounding myself with a community

so that I can have that togetherness sort of feeling and be able to bounce

ideas off of other people and that's kind of how we got connected yeah we

both were at a point in our lives where we didn't have the support that we

needed to start getting momentum in our business so we actually met in a

community of entrepreneurs who were from all over the world people who had been

in similar experiences having you know similar things going on with their

partner now when we were both breaking up with our partners and things are at

the end you know we both I know for sure I made an oath to myself that I would

never be with somebody else who wasn't an entrepreneur I wanted to be with a

partner who got me yeah absolutely it was the togetherness it was seeing that

you can both have a mutual goal together and we're gonna get more into that in

one of the other hot tips but be having that togetherness that you can actually

run with an idea and both divide things out oh my gosh I'm spilling the beans

there's more tips that we're gonna get into but togetherness is where it's at

that is where you're able to bounce ideas off of each other and you know be

it in a community with other entrepreneurs or other people who are in

the line of I dia that you're working in to have that inspiration to have that

those people in your life that you can bounce ideas off but if you're a couple

it's really cool cuz you're together doing it all the time so when you're

doing it all the time you are able to bounce ideas off of each other

regardless of the day regardless at the time I mean you can wake up in the

middle of the night have a great idea and give a little elbow in there be like

hey are you sleeping not shoot long you go where we couldn't sleep because we're

so excited about what it is that we're working on we rarely got out of bed at

like 3:30 in the morning to just get into it

so that's pretty cool I mean something else to really think about

is your schedule when you're both working at a job you come home late at

night maybe you only have enough energy left in you to watch TV or sit around

and do something you know they make me or maybe just make dinner but when you

have a business together if you wanted to you don't have to start work until

noon you know you could work for the afternoon you could take the afternoon

off and just work in the morning or the evening that's a really cool thing is

you have the flexibility to take breaks when you want to have the weekend when

you want you're gonna have a weekend in the middle of the week which is pretty

cool when you're doing it together tip number two divide up your tasks all

right so in businesses online you have tasks you've got things that you might

do daily you've got things that you might do weekly he'll you may even have

stuff that you only do once a month so what you do is create a list of

everything that you do in your business now you and your adventure partner come

together and make two columns one has your name and one has her name or one

has her name and one has his name however you want to divide it up just

two columns so in this case we're gonna say column Brian column Erin okay so

what you do is you take that master list and you basically just copy or cut and

paste it into each other's columns until there's nothing left on the master list

now you were able to do what it is that you love doing and that divides out the

task hopefully evenly yeah once we're done

actually dividing the tasks out it makes it a lot easier for us to plug it into

Google Calendar oh yeah this is more like top level activities like today on

Tuesdays we write a blog post on Thursdays

you know we publish the blog post or whatever it is you want to have these

activities defined in the calendar but here's a protip

you don't want to bog your calendar down with the how-to or what's involved with

the blog post like you don't need to write out a list of all the things that

you need to do to make the blogpost happen that we actually like to do in a

really cool tool called Trello so we'll write out say the name of this video

we'll put all the bullets that we want to kind of hit in the video or in that

blog post and then when it's time to actually write it we can just rip on it

and it rolls really smoothly so tasks are more like a top-level activity

that's what you plug into your calendar that's what you divide out so you know I

like to batch Facebook posts so I'll just go on a rip of batching Facebook

post Brian is amazing at writing blog posts the guy writes a blog post in like

five minutes you'll be like I'm just writing a blog post they look I'm done

right in the bughouse I'm like what just wrapping here you

know like how many words was that I was like I was like 1500 words yeah he's an

animal so so we like to divide and conquer based on things that we really

like to do that makes things move a lot faster because if you're dragging your

feet on the tests that need to be done you're never gonna get them done there's

some things that you're not gonna love doing but that's okay those things just

get done and over with the things that you really love doing

make sure you focus your energy there and then eventually when you get to the

point in your business where you can outsource get rid of the stuff that you

don't want to do but until then divide and conquer number three more time to

just hang out this is super cool and really gorgeous because when you're in a

relationship chances are when you come together you're like man I really like

this person and then life happens you have to go your job you get separated

during the day maybe you have a long time

buuuut and you're just banging your head off the steering wheel here thinking man

wouldn't be nice just to be home with the one that I love this is the cool

thing about building a business is you can schedule time together you can hang

out all day together if you want you can even divide and conquer you know one of

you go sits in the front room the other one goes and sits in another room like

outside or something like that you could totally do that and that is the really

gorgeous part about having an online business together you be where you want

when you want and hang out as much as you want yeah maybe you want to go for a

walk in the middle of the day or you're just totally crush netting you're like

oh man it would be nice to go on a run right now hey you wanna go on a run hey

you want to go hiking hey you wanna go to the beach oh you do you want to you

know go shopping do you want to go to a coffee shop do you want to go like what

do you want to do take a break and go do it got a love hanging out number cuatro

and that's for in English you can work from anywhere

whoo this is a fun one hey this is all about being mobile it's not about going

to a desk a desk you something that's big and you can't really travel with it

so what do you do grab a small laptop grab maybe your

phone and maybe like a Skyrim or some sort of Wi-Fi device so that you can get

Wi-Fi anywhere and go and make some tracks alright so just because you have

a laptop and have Wi-Fi doesn't necessarily mean you want to work from

it from all over the place maybe you want to go hiking in like the Andes or

something like that well there may not be Wi-Fi up in the Andes but I can

guarantee you that you might have your phone to shoot some cool videos or maybe

you'll have a GoPro or maybe like a DJI Osmo or something really cool where you

can capture really cool b-roll or maybe do an interview together or maybe

interview like maybe you're you know climbing Everest in Nepal and you're

like doing a little interview with one of the dudes they're like that could be

really cool you are working yeah you're out there

having fun let's say you take your GoPro scuba diving under the water with the

fish is ain't gonna get Wi-Fi there that's alright though you got some sweet

sweet footage maybe you got nurse shirt maybe you got a great white shirt maybe

you got a tortuga that ones turtle in Spanish that's pretty sweet something

that you're gonna want to consider is me me you don't want to travel like Brian

and I do maybe what you really want is the flexibility to have a home up in the

mountains and have home in Beach so you can be where you want when you want

maybe you don't want to be on the go all the time but you want to be able to

afford the finer things in life or go do something with your friends with your

family you know just whenever you snap your fingers and you don't have to worry

about it this is really cool being able to be mobile being able to integrate

what it is that you love into your life so it is just as much a part of your

life as it is your business and your business is your life yeah so if you're

wanting to have fun if you're wanting to be able to have the flexibility then

create a business online maybe for you we know it's not for everyone

we know that the lifestyle that we live is not for everybody some people want to

have that home base some people want to travel but when you think about it it

comes down to the flexibility of how you want your life to be and that's one of

the biggest advantages as a couple number five you both complement each

other they sure do look nice yeah I think that's a different type of

compliment though yeah we're going with this is that he's good at one thing

you're gonna another thing she's good at one thing he's good another thing this

is really exciting because if one of you is amazing at writing

and the other one is more the techie genius you can put your minds together

you can teach each other something new you can also divide and conquer more

easily because one of you can do the kind of back-end stuff while the other

one is maybe more the voice of the company or maybe you're both really good

at being on camera but one of you is better at editing videos and the other

one is better at promoting them there are so many things that you're each

gonna bring to the table as individuals so that's why we've done writing a list

of things that you love that you're really good at at the very beginning so

you can start to kind of see okay where do I fit in to this business how do I

want to contribute to this business and then once you come together you can make

some really beautiful things happen now that's complimentary just like colors

number six different perspective increases creativity so you both have

this beautiful mind this mind that may have you know different experiences may

have experienced all sorts of different things in life in relationships maybe in

business maybe in ideas maybe in what it is that you love doing so all of this

contributes to a perspective that you both have individually yet you're both

together so whenever you're creating something and you're like oh my gosh I'm

going down this one path and you know this is gonna look so cool and then the

other person comes across it's like oh my gosh I've got experience with that

and what about this and then you should start collaborating back and forth with

ideas that is where it all comes together and you've got this cool you

know myoga Meishan if that's even a word that where it's a cool yeah it you know

it just come comes together it's kind of like you know a gear how they've got

these teeth on it and it just kind of fits like that that's what this is all

about fitting together and working together and filling in the gaps

together and complimentary you know it's it's

totally this perspective thing like maybe it's a little gear and a big gear

like the little gear makes the big gear turn slower love little gears turning

faster or the bigger ones turning slow it makes a little it's pretty cool the

really cool thing about creativity is that you don't actually have to be an

artist or you don't have to be a singer dancer or an actor creativity comes in

all shapes all sizes all different wave forms all different types of energy and

styles like you could be a really creative problem solver while your

partner is really creative with design so don't think that you are limited or

that maybe you're lacking a skill just because you're not a painter or you're

not a graphic designer and your partner is like there is no box

there is no boundaries here find creativity in your own way find

something that you can really draw energy from within you that just get you

jacked it get you really excited that will be your

greatest contribution to your business together

yeah and that perspective coming together is gonna open up really cool

conversations where you can collaborate you can come together and you can create

a really awesome you know thing around your idea it's a lot of fun yeah number

seven work towards common goals together this is super exciting you are both

beautiful individuals with your own thoughts your own ideas of what you want

life to look like so go ahead and start thinking about what it is that you want

from your business and then you can really bring it together and start

making decisions on what you want to create as a team yeah it's the common

goals that you both share for the way you want life to be that you both come

together and maybe you already had the ideas separately before you even met and

then you start right now hey you know what are your individual goals and you

bring them together and you looking at I mean you start seeing where

the similarity is and a lot of times that's where the inspiration for an idea

to create a really cool business online that you really really really truly

loved that you wouldn't get tired of that you could put all your energy

towards and create an awesome lasting impact in other people's lives because

that's what a business online is for it's an idea that you have to make other

people's lives better in some way so if you really want to stick it to the

man and start living a life outside the box outside the constraint of society

build an online business together start creating an independent living for

yourselves that allows you to be where you want when you want yeah so watch

Black Ops 4 Beta - 5 THINGS YOU NEED TO KNOW BEFORE PLAYING! "Call of Duty: Black Ops 4" - Duration: 8:01.

What is up, ladies and gentlemen

My name is Jeff

But you can call me Swift and welcome back to my channel what I have here for you guys

Today is my second upload of the day and no it's not for tonight battle royale

But is actually called duty black ops 4 beta and in this video

We're gonna be talking about the five things

you absolutely need to know before playing the beta this weekend and or next weekend for those that don't know this weekend if you have

PlayStation 4 and you pre-ordered early you get to actually play the game early now

Activision and Treyarch who are very nice to us and let us actually play the game of day early, which was absolutely crazy

So that's how I have all this gameplay already just for this video but next weekend if you did not preordained

To today's video, but before we do actually get into the video for today

If you do me a favor and drop a like down below, I'd highly appreciate it

Oh, no guys, so same for like twenty-something likes on this video

This video has 20 likes black ops 4 be free for everybody next week in the play. Oh wait, that is actually happening

So just make sure to drop some likes down below on this video as well and real quick if you're new here to my channel

Make sure to hit that subscribe button turn on post notifications guys

I'm gonna be posting between call of duty black ops 4 and fortnight for the next few months and next month when?

Blackout mode actually comes to call of duty black ops 4 for a beta test. I'm gonna be live-streaming that like no tomorrow

So I'll be moved back into my new apartment

So I'm gonna be able to livestream that 24/7 for you guys to actually watch enough of that

anyways guys

let's get right down to the business of this video the 5 things you absolutely

Do need to know before playing call of duty black ops 4 beta and this one is a huge one because I was honestly struggling

Myself a lot with this because I could not figure out

how do you heal when playing black ops 4 beta and for me I kept dying a lot and there's no Auto health regen like

I was expecting from previous Call of Duty's now I do remember a few months ago

Everybody goes up and like outrage and all that because there is no auto gen health when play multiplayer

So I'm sitting here the first few games

I keep

I'm not able to get any health back

Until I finally asked a question in Allah because I was so dumb for this little thing that was right in front of my eyes

To auto heal yourself, so I asked somebody in the lobby. I was like, yo, man, there's no Auto vegan health

What do I do? It's easiest thing ever. So if you're playing on PlayStation 4 and you hit the l1 button

Basically that right there will solve your problem you actually inject yourself with

Some kind of health thing and it actually fills you back up with your health and next thing, you know, you got full health

So you could be in a gunfight take cover savvy guy

Which is kind of funny to say stab your guy real quick with the little injection and the next thing you know

You got your full health back, which is perfect. Now, we all love having our own class to create

One of the guys I was actually playing with a shout-out to him. His name is Jacob

We actually just randomly met and one of the lobbies we're playing and everybody kept discussing

So we're all like under level five like yo

When do you get to be able to unlock create-a-class?

Because all we want to do was unlock create-a-class by the way

the breach class is the best class to use right now here in call of duty black ops port beta it's an SMG and this

Class just guys it just freakin rails people

It's the best scene to currently use right now, but we were all sitting there thinking like, you know

What do we do to be able to unlock create-a-class? Well, you actually gotta get yourself up to level five

That's right level five to unlock create-a-class in the beta which honestly is not bad that bad

So I'm thinking probably when the actual game does come out next

In the next few months that it's gonna be level five as well in the regular game itself

Which honestly I am fine with level five is such an easy level to get to to have your own creative class

But just know in the meantime just keep having fun while you're playing just like in black ops 3 we had these

specialists and honestly

One of my favorite specialists back then to use was the ruin and guys things have not changed since then, honestly

The rune is the best specialist right now to pick within the game

the theme is just still a monster as also really great to use with the grappling hook because you could be on one part of

The map next thing, you know, you shoot you grappling hook you fly on over you can turn on somebody and shoot them

It's the greatest thing ever

Honestly, this is personal preference

but the rune is in my own opinion the best specialist right now in the beta and

Something you should actually give a try

Maybe you might raise your KT just a little bit more while playing the beta

Next thing there is to know is there are currently five playable maps and they are seaside contraband

Frequency payload and gorilla now honestly, I played all these maps and they're not really that bad

Basically one thing I did notice is we got more maps or we got basically

More than half of the maps in the beta for this game that we did and launched for Call of Duty World War two

so I have a feeling when this game and she launches we're gonna have more than like at least ten Maps maybe twelve maps when

The game actually fully launches, but these five playable maps

I actually really do enjoy the only map that may seem a little off to me is gridlock

But hey, everybody has that one map where you don't perform that well

But in general all these maps are still pretty solid. I gotta say for a beta right now

These maps are probably some of my favorite maps

I've played in any recent call of duties are not dlc and well finally guys

The last thing is to just have fun because this is a beta

This is only the first week of two betas are gonna be open for playstation next week

We're gonna have the open one for xbox and I think PC as well

But in the meantime just have fun and one of the kind of feedback you do have

Please let me know down below in the comment section what you guys to actually think about the game itself

But also take those feelings and tweeted to Activision and Treyarch and even david vonderhaar

And by Keolis and I like the beta but hey

You should change this or you should change that because in the end guys

The beta is their early stages of what will probably be the final game before they do any kind of hot fixes and/or patches when?

The game is fully released come October, but I am actually very excited with this

I played like over 20 games by now

And I just I want to play more but at the same time I got a lot of things I got to do

I'm in the middle of the move right now. I'm moving an apartment

So I got to put down the controller and just stop playing for the rest of the night and just focus on the one thing

But I gotta say I'm very excited for this game for when it does launch come October and I really can't wait first

September to come to actually try the blackout mode

So guys if you did enjoy this video do me a favor drop a like down below hit that subscribe button turn on post notifications

I've been doing a lot of live-streaming here lately and you guys do not want to miss it when I do go live because I'm

Either kicking ass at fortnight, or I'm kicking ass and call duty black ops 4 and hey when blackout mode comes guys

I am gonna be a legend next month in this I'm gonna be the ninja of call of duty black ops 4

But with all that being said, thank you guys very much for tuning in till into today's video

It's been your boy Jeff. Keepin it real. I'm gonna log out I'm gonna peace out and well pop up up up up base

Right

Fun In Champaign, IL ~ Dandelion Vintage & Resale | Food On Neal Street - Duration: 8:33.

[Music]

Welcome to The Dress Up Mom.

Hi friends.

I was recently in Champaign, Illinois visiting family and stumbled onto the cutest vintage

shop called Dandelion Vintage.

And today, I'm going to tell you how that came about.

We're going to talk to the owner and I'll show you the incredible things that I got

there.

But first, thank you so much for watching, I really appreciate it.

If you are a regular viewer and subscriber, I absolutely love you, thank you so much.

If you're new to the channel and like what you're seeing, please subscribe.

It's the button, it's right here, it's free, it means the world to me.

We're also on all the social media outlet, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter @thedressupmom

#thedressupmom and you can check us out there as well.

My husband's family lives in Champaign, Illinois and we were recently visiting them.

We stayed at the Hyatt on Neil Street, which I would highly recommend.

It is perfectly located and Neil Street is just adorable.

First off, Champaign is a college town, it's where the University of Illinois is.

We were there in the summer, so a lot of students weren't there.

But it's a really progressive town and has some really great places.

We found a Serbian bakery, Pekara Bakery, which was delicious.

I got to speak with the Serbian gal in there.

A wonderful coffee shop called Aroma where we got our coffee every morning.

And then ate at two incredibly good restaurants, an Italian one called, I think, Nando and

another one called Picasso, which was farm to table and just absolutely delicious.

Really great little street.

Whenever I am traveling somewhere, the first thing that I like to do is take a really long

walk around wherever we're staying.

Oh, I forgot to mention, a lot of really great local brewers as well, so lots of great local

brewed beer and places like that to go and check out.

So, it was quite a treat staying on this street.

Anyway, I love to walk around, so I was walking around, I did a good couple of mile, two,

three mile walk and what do I come across but a sign for a vintage and resale shop which

looked really cute.

So, I certainly had to pop in and I'm so glad that I did.

This place was really nice, it was well curated.

There was a good men's section, which I really like to look in men's section and

one of the things that I got was from the men's section and I absolutely love it,

I'll show you.

Really big, sort of, women's area, shoes, accessories, all sorts of great things.

And, the owner, Sara, happened to be there and was just this delightful woman and she

let me film her.

So, let me just show you that footage about Sara and how the shop came to be and what

I got there.

Here we are with Sara, and Sara you're the owner of this great place?

Sara: I am the owner of Dandelion Vintage in Champaign, Illinois.

Rajka: Yay!

Sara: Yah!

Rajka: I stumbled onto it and love it.

And, Sara is great.

So, can you tell me a little bit about the shop?

How you started it and why?

Sara: So, 25 years ago, in 1993 I started the business.

I had moved--I was--I grew up in Chicagoland area, moved to San Francisco when I graduated

college at the University of Illinois.

And, was inspired by Haight Street and the mix of vintage stores and resale shops.

So, I came back to Illinois because I was too scared to open a shop in San Francisco.

I was intimidated.

Rajka: I would be too.

Sara: And I had friends and family here.

Rajka: That's quite the street.

Sara: So, I decided I'm going to open something similar with my own vibe and take a lesson

from mixed vintage with resale.

And, I called Dandelion because I used to bring Dandelions to my mom when I was a little

girl and she would say, "Oh, what lovely flowers" and I never knew they were weeds

until later.

So, my-my um, mantra is one person's weed, is another person's flower.

Rajka: Oh, that's fantastic.

I love it.

Sara: So, all of the clothes in here was somebody's weeds, but they will be somebody's beautiful

flowers.

Rajka: And people from around here bring them all in?

Or, how do you find your stock?

Sara: I go out and find 90% of everything, because that's my favorite part.

But, we do buy vintage items from the public.

Rajka: Well, it's a great place, I love it.

I got some wonderful stuff, both men's and woman's pieces.

Sara: Thank you.

Rajka: So, tell us where you are so people know where to find you again.

What street are we on?

Sara: We're on Chestnut Street, we're in the old train station now.

So, we are Chestnut near University, we're between two amazing restaurants, so come down,

shop, eat, it's really fun.

Rajka: Perfect.

And, I will put all the information in the description below.

So, I am buying these incredible army pants, vintage army pants that are great.

I'll show them on me later.

Doc Martens, which I've been looking for, for the longest time and these are like really

cool with the rounded toe.

Sara: Yeah, I love those.

Rajka: And then a Kimono and I'll put my Kimono, I'll wear this and show you too.

But tell me the story of the Kimono.

Sara: It's beautiful.

Rajka: I love clothes that have a story.

Sara: Okay, this has a double recycling story which I love.

Rajka: Okay, yay!

Sara: So, I had a wonderful neighbor down the street that had another vintage shop called

Le Shop in the 90s and 2000s.

So, Cindy sold the shop to another gentleman and then the shop eventually closed.

But Cindy and I still remain friends and she saved a few special items she could not let

go and one of them was this amazing Kimono that she had in her own private stash that

she just couldn't-couldn't-just couldn't give to anyone until she brought it in to

me and said, "You need to have this, this needs to go to a special person.

This was one of my favorite things."

And so she sold it to me and now --

Rajka: Yay!

I get it.

I'm the special person.

Sara: It's found it's loving owner.

Rajka: It's going back to California and I will love it.

Thank you, Sara, I really appreciate it.

Sara: Okay, thank you.

Isn't she just lovely?

I really, really loved meeting Sara and people like this and their passion for what they

do, it's fantastic.

So, as you can see, I am wearing this Kimono which is just spectacular.

Full disclosure, I did alter both the Kimono and the pants when I came home because they

weren't exactly right and I took the Doc Martens to my shoe guy who did an incredible

job with them, I'll show you those.

But, the Kimono is spectacular.

I love it.

As you can see, I'm wearing it with jeans here and just enjoying it.

I think I'm going to do a lot with this.

I had a little belt made for it with the alterations, which I just adore.

And then these pants are really something else too.

These were the things that--these I got in the men's section.

They're 100% wool and they're navy, they're vintage navy pants from the Navy, I believe.

And, the tag in them shows that they are actually from 1961, which is the year that I was born,

so that's pretty cool that these pants are kind of as old as I am.

And, I love them.

I think I'm going to have a great time pairing these.

They're exactly the look right now, a little bit slouchy, a little bit men's wear.

And then, I have been looking for Doc Martens for a really long time.

And I wanted some that were kind of different.

So, I, you know, I didn't want them to be the big booties and I just thought these were

just amazing.

Now, I did change out--look, my shoe guy did an incredible job with these.

He polished them all up and I changed out the laces, so that I thought that they looked

kind of good with the yellow here.

But, I love the toe on them.

It's kind of a different toe, and, again, they were exactly what I was looking for,

so I could not be happier with these three pieces that I got and altered and am now incorporating

into my wardrobe.

I think that is about it.

Sara, thank you so much for your time and for having such a great shop, I really enjoyed

being there.

And, next time I am in Champaign, I will definitely stop off there.

I hope that you enjoyed this.

Let me know if you've been to Champaign, Illinois and what you think, especially if

you've been to Dandelion or if you end up going there because of this, would love to

know that.

Thank you so much for watching, I really appreciate it.

How To Schedule Instagram Posts 2018 - Duration: 9:16.

Alexa will you upload my Instagram posts for me? Alexa: "Hmm, I don't know that one."

That sounds like a no. Wanna schedule Instagram posts? I'm gonna show you how

to schedule them right now so they automatically show up on your account

You can schedule them all ahead of time, alright? Let's get into it

What's up busy people - welcome to Five Minute Social Media. If you have had

"figure out my social media" on your to-do list for the longest time and just keep

kind of shoving it down because it's overwhelming, you don't know where to

start, you're in a great place because every week we put out a new video

helping you with a different piece of your digital marketing strategy. If that

sounds like something you could benefit from take a second, hit Subscribe, click

that bell so you'll be notified when a new video comes out. My name is Jerry

Potter - we can connect on social here -and one of the things we try to do on this

channel is save you time on your social media. One of the best ways to do that is

schedule a bunch of posts at once. If you are posting in real time - like

putting it up every time when it's time for it to go up - you are wasting tons of

time. One thing to know before we get started - because I don't want to waste

your time right now - is this only works if you have an Instagram business

profile. Now if you are interested in growing your account bigger than it is I

see no reason you shouldn't go ahead and switch to an Instagram business profile

It's free, it'll let you schedule your post ahead of time and you get a whole

bunch of other free tools with it as well. So if you need to switch to an

Instagram business profile first go ahead and click the link up here, or I've

got the link down in the description of this video about how to convert right

now. So unlike Facebook you're gonna have to use a third party tool to schedule

your posts on Instagram. There are tons of them out there. I'm gonna show you a

few that I like today. So first I want to show you one of my favorites and that is

Buffer. You can find it at buffer.com and the basic concept of Buffer that

sets it apart from other scheduling software is you can put in posts and

they'll automatically go out at pre scheduled times. So let's say you research

and you say, "Okay I want to post on Instagram because the most people are

online Mondays at 10:00, Wednesdays at 2:00 p.m. and Fridays at noon." You go

ahead and set up those times in your buffer, and then it would just - every time

you thought about a new post you throw it in, adds it to the buffer, and

until you run out posts will just keep going out at those times

So that's the basics of Buffer. It's also super easy to use and unlike some

scheduling software it just works. I've rarely run into issues with Buffer

So what I'm gonna do is over here on the left you can choose your social network

So I've got my Instagram here - go ahead and paste in what your caption is going

to be or you can start with the image. I've already got my image all

set so I'm gonna go ahead and pull in my image, drag it drop it right there. It'll

upload. Now if you drag in an image that is the wrong size for Instagram (there's

a range that Instagram will accept), square is the original one. It'll accept

some wider photos and some taller photos. But if it's too tall or too wide Buffer

will tell you, "Hey we can't automatically post this for you but we will send a

notification to our mobile app and you can manually upload it and adjust the

crop when it goes up." But if you want it to upload on its own and not think about

it then make sure your image is sized properly beforehand. So I've got my

caption, the image is loading up there and then I'm gonna go ahead and throw in

a few hashtags. One thing that has been neat about buffer I've noticed is you

see this space between my caption and my hashtags? Buffer usually will preserve

this when it goes up. Other software I've seen, you'll type something here to look

really pretty, nicely spaced out, and then when you paste it in Instagram all the

spacing is gone. I don't know how Buffer figured it out but they did. Another

thing Buffer has for scheduling that a lot of them don't is you can put in the

location. And you should add a location to pretty much every post if you can

It's just another way for people to see your posts. So if I say, "Hey this happened

in Seattle," or I could get more specific with a neighborhood or a restaurant,

people browsing posts from that area will also see it. Once the image is

uploaded you have a few options here. If you add it to queue that'll just means

it'll go out at the next available time that you've preset in Buffer that you

don't already have something. You can click Share Now which means it would go

up right away, or you can Schedule Post - and this is what you'll most likely be

doing in most programs - let's go to the post, pick the date, the time, hit

schedule. Once it's scheduled if you hover over the time here you can change

the time, you switch to the Buffer schedule which

means it'll go to one of those predetermined spots that you set up in

your calendar and clock, you can of course delete it, you can edit it and you

can also share now if you change your mind. Once you have a few posts listed

here Buffer also lets you drag and drop them if you wanted to change the order

So that is Buffer. All of these programs do what I'm showing you for free - I'm not

logged into a paid account for any of these programs. The free version of

Buffer will let you have up to three social media accounts. So you can see

I've got an Instagram and a Twitter and a Facebook here and you can have ten

posts scheduled before you have to upgrade to a paid account. Buffer also

has a great mobile app for smartphones. Next I want to show you Later.com

One of the things that is neat about Later is they will actually let you upload a

photo library. So if you got a bunch of photos you set aside, like, "Hey I want all

these on Instagram at some point," you can upload them right here. They are all

ready to go. Now if I want to schedule one of these

pictures I can just click on it, drag it to the calendar. Say I want this to go up

Wednesday at 5 a.m. Boom, creates the post just like that. Now we'll come back

to that in a second. If you want to upload a new photo click Upload Media up

here at the top, or you can see next to it you can pull from Google Drive and

Dropbox. Upload media - here's the photo I'm working with. Now I can drag it in

and say, Okay, Thursday 7:00 a.m. Why not? Stick in my caption, add my hashtags. If

you use the same caption or hashtags or anything a lot, right here you can see it

says Saved Captions. You can click on that and over here you can save captions

and then you can keep them for future things. So you may have a hashtag group

that you use as your basis a lot. You can go ahead and get those there without

having to copy them from another document. Later also allows you to edit

the photo. So if you had something that wasn't gonna go up automatically because

it was too tall or too wide, you can click here to edit the crop on the

picture and do all of these different choices. And then when you're ready,

you've already chosen the time from your calendar but if you want to adjust it

here you can. And then here it says Auto. That means it's gonna automatically put

it on Instagram. If you'd rather be notified when it goes up and upload it

yourself you can switch to Send Notification. Otherwise Auto Publish, hit

save, and there it is on your calendar waiting to go up at

7:00 a.m. on that day. The free version of Later will give you one account per

social media network for Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and Pinterest. So you

couldn't have three Instagrams but you could have one Instagram, one Facebook,

one Twitter, and one Pinterest. And then you can have up to 30 total Instagram

posts per month. And finally I want to show you HootSuite. HootSuite has been

around a long time there are a lot of people that love HootSuite. I'll be

honest, I am NOT one of them. But I have not used regularly in years so

maybe it's gotten a lot better (other than just kind of showing people things

like this). But this is HootSuite and what you would do is come up here, choose the

social network. So there's my Instagram. Then you want to compose the message, and

then you want to attach the media. So if I click on that I can click here to

upload the picture, or since I have it handy I'm just gonna drag it up here and

drop it in that box. Paste in my caption and my hashtags, then I'm gonna click

this little calendar icon to schedule it. So Thursday, 6:45 a.m. sounds good to me.

And you can also add a location, allegedly, doesn't seem to be working

right now. See why HootSuite is not my favorite? (chuckling) Come on HootSuite you had a

chance to show off. So when you're done you're gonna go ahead and hit Schedule

and there it is ready to go up at 6:45 a.m., and it will post automatically. The

limitations for the free version of HootSuite: you can have up to three

social media profiles and up to 30 scheduled posts total, but you can post

live as many times as you want. So if you're posting similar content on

Facebook and Instagram you can do it here and as long as you're publishing

now. The limit just happens to be when you are pre-scheduling your posts.

Alright, do you use an Instagram scheduling program that we didn't cover?

Let us know down in the comments. That would be helpful to me and everybody

else in our Five Minute Social community. One thing to know though as of this

recording, scheduling where it'll automatically upload your post only

works for single images. So if you are doing a carrousel post where you swipe

through the posts or a video, these software programs will send you a

notification when it's time to upload it and they'll copy the caption to your

clipboard, but you'll still have to upload the video or the images for your

carousel on your own. Further questions? Drop them in the comments, join me in my

Facebook group, we're in there all the time

answering questions and helping each other out. Just search Five Minute Social

Media on Facebook and thank you so much for watching! Give this video a Like, hit

5 Common Signs of Celiac Disease - Duration: 10:02.

Hey Everyone, Aqila here.

In this video I will talk about 5 Common Signs of Celiac Disease that you should to know.

Knowing the early 5 Common Signs of Celiac Disease can help you receive the best treatment

before it becomes serious or even life threatening.

Gluten is a type of protein found in grains including wheat, barley, spelt and rye.

And Celiac disease is a disorder in which eating gluten triggers an immune response in the body

causing inflammation and damage to the small intestine.

It's estimated that 99% of the people who have either gluten intolerance or celiac disease are never diagnosed.

While symptoms are not always be prevalent in celiac suffers, the truth is the need for a gluten- free diet is vital.

as the damage celiac can cause over time is devastating.

As the disease destroys the lining of your intestine over time this prevents your body from attaining the vitamins.

minerals and other nutrients it needs to thrive.

It is also estimated that as much as 15% of the US population is gluten intolerant.

Could you be one of them?

If you have any of the following signs it could be a sign that you have gluten intolerance.

And here are 5 Common Signs of Celiac Disease that you should to know;

1. Bloating.

The first common sign of Celiac Disease is Bloating.

As celiac deals with digestion one of the first signs can be a bloating feeling.

Gluten filled foods can make a celiac sufferer feel like they have over-eaten when you have not.

And bloating is another common symptom that people with celiac disease experience.

This is due to inflammation of the digestive tract.

In a study with more than a 1,000 participants, almost 73% of the people reported bloating after ingesting gluten.

Bloating can be managed by eliminating gluten from the diet

which is why a gluten free diet is necessary for people suffering from celiac disease.

Gluten has also been shown to cause digestive issues like bloating for people who don't have celiac disease.

One study looked at 34 people without celiac disease who were experiencing digestive issues.

These symptoms improved on a gluten-free diet.

Participants then received either 16 grams of gluten or a placebo every day for six weeks.

Within just one week, those eating gluten experienced the worsening of several symptoms

including significantly more bloating, than they had experienced beforehand.

2. Gas Problems.

The Second common sign of Celiac Disease is Gas Problems.

Another symptom of digestive discomfort includes gas and flatulent issues.

No one likes to be caught in an embarrassing situation

and this sign of celiac has more to do with re- occurring gas problems

rather than the occasional tummy ache.

Excess gas is a common digestive issue experienced

by those with untreated celiac disease.

However, keep in mind that there are many causes of gas problems.

One study tested 150 people complaining of increased gas,

and found that only two tested positive for celiac disease.

Other more common causes of gas include constipation, indigestion, swallowing air

and conditions like lactose intolerance

and irritable bowel syndrome (IBS).

But if you experience this sign and it get worse, better you see your doctor for the best treatment.

3. Constipation.

The third common sign of Celiac Disease is Constipation.

Those who are unaware of their celiac condition, can often experience digestive irregularity.

As such individuals can feel overly full without being able to find comfort in release.

While celiac disease may cause diarrhea in some people it may cause constipation in others.

Celiac disease damages the intestinal villi which are tiny,

finger-like projections in the small intestine that are responsible for absorbing nutrients.

As food travels through the digestive tract

the intestinal villi are unable to fully absorb nutrients and may often absorb extra moisture from the stool instead.

This leads to hardened stool that is difficult to pass resulting in constipation.

However, even on a strict gluten-free diet those with celiac disease may find it challenging to avoid constipation.

This is because a gluten-free diet cuts out many high-fiber foods like grains,

which may result in decreased fiber intake and reduced stool frequency.

4. Diarrhea.

Another common sign of Celiac Disease is Diarrhea.

Diarrhea is a common digestive symptom of food intolerance and potentially gluten intolerance too.

In various studies conducted over years the most prominent symptom of celiac disease is chronic diarrhea.

People suffering from the condition would experience loose watery stools,

that can last for up to four weeks after they stop taking gluten.

Diarrhea can also be a symptom of food poisoning and other conditions

which is why it makes it difficult to diagnose celiac.

In certain cases celiac disease can take up to four years to establish a sound diagnosis.

It isn't just uncomfortable though as long term diarrhea left untreated can lead to dehydration .

and even nutritional deficiencies

Unfortunately the end result of chronic diarrhea can also lead to another painful condition.

However keep in mind that there are many other possible causes of diarrhea,

such as infection, other food intolerances or other intestinal issues.

Diarrhea is one of the 5 common signs of celiac disease.

Treatment can reduce and resolve diarrhea within a few days to a few weeks.

5. Weight Loss.

The last common sign of Celiac Disease is weight loss.

A sharp drop in weight and difficulty keeping weight on are often early signs of celiac disease.

This is because your body's ability to absorb nutrients is impaired,

which can potentially lead to malnutrition and weight loss.

One study of 112 participants with celiac disease found that weight loss affected 23% of patients,

and was one of the most common symptoms

following diarrhea, bloating, gas problems, and stomach pain .

Another study looking at elderly patients diagnosed with celiac disease, noted that weight loss was one of the common symptoms.

Following treatment not only were symptoms completely resolved,

but participants actually gained an average of 17 pounds.

Similarly, another study looked at 42 children with celiac disease

and found that introducing a gluten-free diet,

significantly increased body weight.

Always talk to your doctor when you have Unexplained weight loss.

Celiac disease can develop at any age, after people start eating foods or medicines that contain gluten.

Left untreated, celiac disease can lead to additional serious health problems.

These include the development of other autoimmune disorders,

like Type I diabetes and multiple sclerosis (MS)

dermatitis herpetiformis (an itchy skin rash), anemia, osteoporosis,

infertility, miscarriage, neurological conditions like epilepsy and migraines, short stature, and intestinal cancers.

Celiac disease also occurs from an interaction between genes

eating foods with gluten and other environmental factors but the precise cause isn't known.

Infant feeding practices, gastrointestinal infections

and gut bacteria might contribute to developing celiac disease.

Sometimes celiac disease is triggered or becomes active for the first time,

after surgery, pregnancy, childbirth, viral infection or severe emotional stress.

When the body's immune system overreacts to gluten in foodthe reaction damages the tiny hair like projections (villi)

that line the small intestine

Villi absorb vitamins

minerals and other nutrients from the food you eat

If your villi are damaged you can't get enough nutrients no matter how much you eat.

Some gene variations appear to increase the risk of developing the disease.

But having those gene variants doesn't mean you'll get celiac disease,

which suggests that additional factors must be involved.

I Need You God! - Duration: 2:27.

You're suffering a spiritual and emotional war.

Maybe there's something broken in you or maybe you're just tired of trying.

No matter what you're going through I'm here to tell you that you can do this, that you

can survive to the monster filling your body!

That the same voice is urging you to sin is the same voice that will condemn you for doing

it.

That no matter how many pleasure Satan offers you his intention is not to help you but to

steal, kill and destroy you.

You see he wants to make you believe that you're a victim, that God has abandoned you.

He wants to trap you in your hurtful past, he wants to trap you in guilt, he wants to

trap you by filling your mind with doubts.

Even when things seem to be out of control, God has a plan for you and He loves you very

much.

God is telling you where your human strength can't reach I will go and fight your battles.

Its time you start looking at life from a fresh perspective.

Embrace your power of choice and today choose life above all things.

Leave everything that hurt you in the past, God forgave you!

You don't need to keep holding on to it anymore because when He forgive He forgets.

No money, no man or woman can fix what's broken.

Only you can only fix yourself and you can't do that without God's help.

There's nothing wrong calling for God's help, cry out to him,

Psalm 34: 17 says " When the righteous cry for help, the Lord hears and delivers them

out of all their troubles.

The Lord is near to the brokenhearted and saves the crush in spirit" Don't give up,

fight and understand that you're starting this fight from a position of victory, because

the moment that Jesus died on that cross, you won, God says "In the world you will have

tribulation; but be of good cheer, I have overcome the world"

Listen to me, you have what you need to live right, don't let the enemy take the best part

of you.

Life experience is what made me the person I am today.

I've been depressed, I've had my heart broken several times, but if it wasn't for those

moments in my life, and trust me I've been through a lot, if it didn't occur I would

of never changed, because there was no other way for me to learn, I would of never been

doing what I love and thats speaking to you and helping you find the right path.

Understand this, everything that is happening in your life is preparing you for something

great.

You may not know what it is right now but soon or later things will fall into place.

May the Gospel give you life.

Sailor Jupiter Portrait + WHY I WAS MIA | WATERCOLOR // Knoel's Nook - Duration: 5:24.

Hello everyone!

It's Knoel from Knoel's Nook and I'm just doing a little bit of watercolor practice

while I tell you all about why I haven't updated in 2 weeks!

If you follow me on Instagram, I posted a few times about being in a production put

on by my local theatre.

Auditions were held in June and the play took place just this past Friday and Saturday.

Because we had less than two months to prepare, I felt putting rehearsals and practice time

took priority over my art.

It felt wonderful to be back on stage, even though I felt anxious before each show.

So that's why I've been MIA.

I thought about posting some quick videos but I felt so pressed with work and studying

my lines that I couldn't focus on anything else.

And it's funny, even though I knew my lines and could recite everything in my head no

problem, I actually ended up completely screwing up a line on show night anyway!

Luckily, I had wonderful castmates and they were able to pick up my slack.

Anyway, I felt like I really needed to practice watercolor today.

Scratch that, I felt like I really wanted to try out a new style.

I've been really stuck and lost lately with my art, and I really wanted something fun

to paint to help me get back in the groove.

I love my handmade watercolor sketchbook and if you want to try making your own, I'll

link a video for that.

Inside is the Blick Premier Watercolor Paper and it responds so well to layering.

I'll admit though, I really had the hardest time picking colors and trying to figure out

how to layer them.

I'd gotten so used to doing it with markers that I'd forgotten how to do it with watercolor.

I still need time to adjust and experiment, so expect to see some topic videos with me

playing around with watercolor in the future!

After I was satisfied with the painting, I decided to start inking Jupiter, but I didn't

like how thickly I was making the lines at first.

Then it hit me to make thin, wispy lines and I really love the look of it.

I don't know why I like drawing Sailor Jupiter, she's actually not my favorite sailor (Uranus

is!) and while this piece isn't super amazing, it's fun playing around with style and color

again as well as testing out this watercolor paper.

Thanks so much for watching.

If you liked this video, please give it a thumbs up and if you want to see more art

related content, I would totally appreciate if you would subscribe and remember to draw

what you love and love what you draw!
