Melissa Schlag: 5 Fast Facts You Need to Know | Heavy.com - Duration: 8:51.

Melissa Schlag: 5 Fast Facts You Need to Know | Heavy.com

Melissa Schlag is the Connecticut official who has been taking the knee during town meetings in her small Haddam town.

What started out as a small, local protest has gathered media attention from around the world.

You can watch her protest here.

Schlag — a slectman who sits on the Haddam town board — said that after Trump's meeting with Russian president Vladimir Putin, she was "sickened." She decided that she had to take action, however small.

So she started taking the knee during the pledge of allegiance at meetings of the Haddam town board.

Her protest has gotten a lot of attention, both in the media and in social media.

Schlag says she's received death threats and has been told she deserves to be raped.

Here's what you need to know.

Schlag, a Democrat, First Took the Knee on July 16.

She Says She'll Keep It Up Until Trump Leaves the White House.

Schlag first took the knee during a town meeting on July 16.

As the town board said the pledge of allegiance, she went to the side and knelt in protest.

She has said that she was always inspired by Colin Kaepernick, the NFL star who began taking the knee during the national anthem at NFL games.

Schlag wanted to replicate Kaepernick's protest, on a smaller scale.

Instead of kneeling during the national anthem, she decided she would kneel during the pledge of allegiance.

But she did not expect to attract national attention for her small protest.

She said that the first time she took the knee, she didn't think it attracted much attention.

But at the very next meeting of the town board, the usually empty hall was filled with spectators, all there to see whether she was going to take the knee again.

As she kneeled.

she was met wtih angry boos, and a few cheers.

Schlag says she will keep up her protest for as long as Trump remains president.

Schlag Says She Kneels Because of Her 'Extreme Sorrow' About Trump's Meeting With Putin — And Over the Separation of Families At the US Border.

Schlag, a Democrat, said she is upset about a lot in American politics.

She posted a lengthy explanation of her protest on Facebook; you can read it here.

Schlag says she first decided to kneel after Trump sat down to meet with Vladimir Putin in Helsinki.

She wrote, "I knelt out of extreme sorrow for our country, because earlier that day, the president of the United States sat down with a murderous dictator, Vladimir Putin, our enemy and someone who is working hard to undermine the most patriotic of our rights, the right to democracy.".

But Schlag says the meeting with Putin isn't the only thing that motivated her.

She also says she is protesting the separation of families at the US-Mexico border.

She writes, "I knelt out of extreme sorrw that children are being kept in cages, separated from their families.".

Schlag Is Getting a Lot of Hate In Her Largely Republican Town.

Haddam is a small, historic town with a population of just over eight thousand.

51 percent of Haddam's residents voted for Trump in the 2016 election; 43 percent voted for Hillary Clinton.

After Schlag's first protest, Haddam residents organized a counter-protest.

Residents held a pro-flag rally at the Veterans' Memorial in Haddam, laying 1000 flags at the memorial.

"If you want to protest the president.

Please don't do it on my tax dime," said Lori Maggi, a member of Haddam's Economic Develoment Commission, said to Fox.

And at a recent town hall meeting, a Haddam resident looked at Schlag and said, "I wholeheartedly respect your right to protest, to take a knee, to lay down, to burn the flag, to do whatever it is . . .

but if that's what you would like to do, do that on your own time.".

Schlag Says Her Father Is an Air Force Veteran and She Was Raised as a Patriot.

Schlag wrote in a Facebook post that her father was an Air Force veteran; she says that as a girl, she attended Veterans Day parades and Memorial Day parades.

Later, Schlag joined the Girl Scouts and marched in the parades as a scout.

A member of her high school band, she played patriotic songs on the clarinet and wrote essays about patriotism.

Schlag wrote that she got involved in politics because she wanted to serve her country.

She says, "I consider myself a Haddam patriot as well as an American patriot.".

Schlag Says She Has Been Receiving Death Threats — And She Blames Trump Supporters.

Schlag says she has been receiving threats ever since she started her protest.

She wrote about some of the threats on Facebook.

"I hope you get raped and killed.

I've heard that and worse over the past two weeks.

But you know…#maga" she wrote.

Schlag didn't say where the threats were coming from.

Her Facebook page is full of angry comments from people upset by her protest.

One Facebook user, Zach'ry James, wrote, "Garbage!! You should probably step down from your position just like you do before our glorious flag!!" Another user, Joey Zovich, wrote, "I see you learned from Hanoi Jane".

But Schlag blames the threats, indirectly, on president Trump and his supporters.

She told MSNBC, "And in case you want to argue this has nothing to do with the president, the most recent note I got ended with MAGA.".

Manifestation Secrets CREATING VS CHOOSING NO ONE TELLS YOU THIS - Duration: 16:40.

this video I'm gonna be sharing with you the truth on manifestation and sharing

with you the huge change we make when we go from creating our own reality to

choosing our own reality this is an absolute game changer and absolutely

changed my life welcome back to another video my name's Erin I help people

expand their consciousness now this video is going to show you exactly how

you can move into more of a deep understanding of what's really happening

with the mechanics of manifestation and how you can more so embody the way you

prefer to be knowing that the outside reality that you experience is simply a

reflection of the inside and the vibration that you are emitting now the

difference between creating our own reality and choosing our reality like I

said it's an absolute game changer now the reason this is is because when you

begin to understand this concept this little bit of a difference in our mind

what happens is then it makes you it gives you more permission to be the way

you prefer to be and it allows you to make the process easier because if we

take it beyond that of just the creating our own reality mentality the law of

attraction we see that it's more so about our beliefs create our reality if

we believe that the process of manifestation is hard or we have to

really try then what we do is we create resistance and we create less

believability with what we can do in our life now the idea is to make it very

simple and to simplify the whole process and knowing that it's much easier than

we priorly thought it was it's so much more of a

fluid type process and manifestation is happening whether we are aware of it or

not whether somebody even knows they're using the law of attraction

manifestation and the law of attraction is already happening in their life

so we can begin to see that the law of attraction is not something you have to

try for it's not something that you have to really hope happens try create from

scratch it is something that it's a natural byproduct of something we

already do whether we are aware of it or not so let's talk about choosing verse

creating now creating all in reality this is the most common saying that we

say with the law of attraction to create your own reality and it's not that it's

not true but it's a little bit outdated and the outdated nough steady exists

because this is what quantum physics shows us quantum physics shows us that

the only moment that does exist is this moment right now that even has to be

quantum physics just you've never experienced the idea of the past because

when it was the past it was this moment right now the past only exists in the

memory that we have which is using our brain same thing with the future we can

think about the different probabilities of what we can experience we can use our

imagination which is a part of our brain to imagine probable futures but the

basis is is by the time the future gets here it'll be this moment right now

because right now is the only quote-unquote time that does exist

everything else is a projection of consciousness and is something that we

do and use our mind for so that's one aspect of it the other aspect is

understanding something quantum physics is showing that is that we are shifting

through different parallel realities there's an infinite number of parallel

realities that exist and what we think of as movement this is movement right

here this is movement movement this is actually the shifting through different

parallel realities now think of it every single little differentiate different

differentiation every single little difference with what I'm going right

here looks to be one fluid frame we have memory so I can tag all of them together

and go that's one big movement but in actuality if you were to turn around

right now in Final Cut Pro and stretch this out

we could break it down into individual frames each individual frame is a

totally separate parallel reality and even beyond that depending on the

technology we have we could keep stretching it out more and more there's

an infinite number of parallel realities that exist and we are constantly

shifting through different parallel realities now the key to this is

realizing that any variation of yourself that you can imagine exists in this

parallel reality sector in this understanding that it already exists so

there's a version of you that's multi-millionaire that is chilling with

your family on the beach there's a version of you that is doing something

completely different in your life right now there's a version of you that's on

the exact opposite side of that spectrum there's a version there's infinite

number of versions of you so when we say that we must create our own reality we

are implying that the reality that we are going to create doesn't already

exist which means many times that we think we have to build it from scratch

we have to try really hard we have to put in our effort and we have to have

this belief that it's something that we have to really go for we have to really

try that makes it harder than it has to be manifestation does not have to be so

hard and when we bring it more down to the resonance to the vibrational

resonance of what we want to experience we can give ourselves more permission

right now to be happier and to actually have this process go quicker because if

we knew that the reality already exists what could we do we could more so just

embody that vibration right now let me ask you a question what is the best

version of you doing right now what kind of lifestyle do you have you're like

I've been living in a million dollar mansion the love of my life I'm gonna be

traveling the world doing all whatever that vision is for you know that that

already exists that version of you already exists now here's a little

caveat I would add into there just from knowing and understanding the power of

call it fulfillment of you actually having also feeling

long-term happiness from it sometimes we go straight to the materialistic things

in their mind immediately I might imagine myself on a finite flying

first-class to some place to give some type of seminar saying in the best hotel

and then coming back to my mansion here in Vegas that could be one of the

pictures however what I would recommend is what you also do is you have it be

tied to something that you're actually passionate about something that you

really enjoy doing because this is what will thread all of these together you

see it's more so when it comes to the vibrational resonance of these

individual realities which exists right now it's about the vibration you would

be feeling the emotion you would be feeling and that passion will help you

to accomplish it much faster than anything else you see the materialistic

things we can imagine are fleeting they exist for a period of time they may you

may have them your whole life but they aren't actually fulfilling I'll say that

from some than I've experienced as well because I've become more abundant in the

last year than I've ever been before and I could do pretty much whatever I want

within reason and it doesn't make much difference then the it's it's not

something that brings long-term happiness but me making videos me doing

what I love that brings a lot more happiness and that's something that

fuels me and I want to put in as much as I can because I love what I do so what I

would encourage you to do is to find out what you're passionate about and one way

you can do that is simply imagine the parallel reality that already exists so

you can start to let go of those beliefs that's so hard you have to try it

already exist so you don't have to create it all you have to do is imagine

that version of you how you would be acting how you would be feeling what you

would be thinking about the kind of habits you have the kind of people you

talk to all of these different characteristics of the reality that

already exists right now imagine those and simply begin to interpret and start

to bring those into your daily life right now that is as simple as this has

to be so what you could do is you could find ways of in

Audion right now how could you do that well I imagine the version of me that is

traveling the world giving seminars that version of me would have a certain type

of habits would most likely go over the stuff that that version of me would be

talking about in that kind of seminar the different kind of scenarios I might

be in I'd have a certain type of daily routine I'd probably take a cold shower

which I do right now but before I actually right now but before the video

and before I do any type of thing you know something that increases my energy

there could be a level a certain type of books I would read certain type of

people I'd reach out to certain type of things I'd say yes to you know if it's

like being on someone's podcast or something like that you see this is

about understanding that versions of means mentality that how that version of

me thinks and choosing to embody it right now and you see this is the

biggest thing when it comes to parallel realities as well we can give ourselves

permission right now to feel the emotions that we'd be feeling in the

reality we can imagine we can give ourselves permission right now at a

certain level right now I'm making YouTube videos I'm doing what I love I'm

sharing my message so the difference between me doing this in front of

thousands of people that watch my videos every day to me doing this in person in

front of thousands of people it feels like a huge difference but it's actually

very similar it's gonna be different in certain aspects would be different

variables it'll be different in front of people energetic type thing however I

can embody it and identify it with in a way to where I realize that that reality

already exists and I can give myself permission now to feel fulfilled to feel

happy and by doing that what I do is I resonate more with that vibrational

reality and I bring it more into my experience so let me ask you that

question what are some ways right now that the

best version of you you can imagine what are some ways that you can begin to

bring those characteristics of that version of you into your life now maybe

it's a certain habit maybe you realize that you would read certain type of

books you would reach out to certain type of people you would go to the kind

of places that would bring more of that vibe

that's something else I don't talk about very often but think of everything as

energy fields everything has a certain energy field you know how they say that

you are the sum of the five people you're around the most the reason that

is is if you're in their energy field that influences you even a subconscious

levels so in the same way that people may influence in a certain level of our

you subconsciously influence us we also are influenced by our environment so if

you wanted to own an art gallery studio what you could do is you could go to an

art gallery studio and get in the energy field of it and maybe talk to the owner

and ask them questions about it because then you're gonna be in their energy

field of what you want to do is be some type of athlete go to an actual stadium

where you would love to perform one day get into the energy field of that place

find out ways of vibrating vibrating at resonating with the vibration of the

reality that you want to experience because as you embody more of those

emotions as you go to those places you are starting to vibrate more in that

vicinity I could go to some venues and actually

price out venues that I could be speaking at I could go and talk to

certain people that are already in the business and reach out to them and

connect with them and start to understand that as we intermingle our

thoughts we are starting to resonate with each other in a completely new way

you see this is all about vibrational resonance what I'd like you to do is to

let go of thinking that this has to be a hard process let go of thinking this is

something that is complex this is very simple it is about vibrational resonance

and the awareness that what you want to experience already exists right now in

the present moment it is simply vibrating at a different

frequency so start to embody that version of you now in a simple way to do

that is through your imagination imagine what you would be doing imagine what

emotions you'd be feeling imagine what habits you'd have imagine the type of

people you would talk to and then simply make a choice that you're going to wire

that into your reality now how and what could you do to wire that in like I said

you could go to an art gallery studio if your goal is to own an

Gallery or to have some type of exhibition you do what you could do is

start to talk and surround yourself with people that are already in the business

you want to be in as you do these little things you start to vibrate and resonate

with these realities and it starts to become who you are this I believe is

much more powerful than just the stereotypical law of attraction because

with that there's all these beliefs that come up like I have to create my own

reality I have to do this oh and I let go can I the version of you that is

already doing exactly what you want to be doing has a certain vibrational

resonance if you match it through different ways of wiring it in right now

in the present moment you can start to then see it happen quicker than ever as

I've said before as well normally when we think of this process we think when I

get X Y Z then I will feel happy when I see it then I will believe it and is

actually the other way around when you choose to be happy in the present moment

when you embody the best version of you now then you will see those experiences

in your life then you will get the reflection that you want in your life

then you will experience the side effect of that happiness things happen better

when you focus more on your state of being knowing that you can give yourself

permission right now it is really a funny idea because I'll say to myself I

will be happy when I am doing X Y Z and speaking in front of people and I'm

already speaking in front of people but I'm telling myself I'm gonna give myself

my brain will not release any serotonin and dopamine don't do it not until I

achieve my goals but the key is knowing that you can give yourself permission

right now you can give yourself permission to be happy you can give

yourself permission to embody that best version of you now and by doing so you

will begin to resonate with the reality that you want give yourself permission

to feel happy give yourself permission to feel the emotions of that version of

you know that it already exists you don't have to try so hard you can begin

to know that manifestation could be easier than ever and as you begin to

know this you begin to experience this beliefs create our reality no it can

believe you no you have to believe it know it it's an easy process whether

you're aware of it or not you are creating your own reality what I

encourage you to do is to be more aware they call this metacognition become more

aware of what you are thinking of because as you become more aware you

start to take your power back so I hope this makes it easier for you to know

that this is easier process you could ever imagine another thing I'm gonna be

doing is more live Q&A s on Instagram so if you want to become a part of one of

Breaking News - Chelsea 0-2 Manchester City - THINGS YOU MISSED - Duration: 5:38.

Manchester City claimed the first silverware of the new campaign as they beat Chelsea 2-0 in the Community Shield at Wembley on Sunday

Sergio Aguero hit a brace for Pep Guardiola's side but there was plenty going on aside from the main action

Here Sportsmail looks at seven things you may have missed from the Community Shield

Aguero is known for his clinical nature in front of goal, but the City striker had a moment to forget in the first half when his wayward effort hit the corner flag

The Argentina international soon atoned for his error, though, as he opened the scoring shortly afterwards and he then scored again in the second half

Aguero is also now City's outright leading scorer at Wembley as he has found the net at the national stadium five times, with Yaya Toure in second place with three goals

Under Antonio Conte, David Luiz had fallen down the pecking order to such an extent that it seemed highly likely that he would leave Chelsea

However, with Conte now out of the picture, Luiz is back in the frame, and new boss Maurizio Sarri handed the centre-back his first competitive appearance since the 4-1 defeat by Watford on February 5, 181 days ago

Kevin De Bruyne may not yet be considered fit enough to play after featuring for Belgium at the World Cup, but the midfielder was still an interested spectator at Wembley

De Bruyne watched on as City prevailed past his former side and will hope that he will soon be back on the field himself

Another notable observer was Arsenal head coach Unai Emery, whose side face Chelsea at Stamford Bridge in the Premier League on August 18

It has become a common theme in recent years for the previous season's FA Cup winners to prevail in this fixture, but City managed to buck that trend

Prior to today, the last four editions of the Community Shield had been won by the reigning FA Cup champions, with Manchester United (in 2013) previously the most recent league-winning side to win the traditional curtain-raiser

Claudio Bravo may have kept a clean sheet but the City goalkeeper's well-documented habit of making costly errors very nearly resurfaced

Just prior to half-time, Bravo needlessly came off his line and almost got caught out by Marcos Alonso's lofted through ball

The Chilean misjudged the ball's bounce and could only watch as it flew over him towards his goal

He just about managed to scramble back towards his line to grab the ball and avoid humiliation

Ilkay Gundogan featured as a second-half substitute for City as he made his return to action and the midfielder did so while wearing a face mask

Gundogan underwent an operation to fix a deviated septum following Germany's exit from the World Cup and on Sunday he became the latest player to sport the eye-catching headwear to protect his nose

Talented youngster Claudio Gomes officially completed his move to City from Paris Saint-Germain recently and was named among the substitutes at Wembley

Gomes was brought on for the last few seconds as he made his first competitive appearance in senior football

One appearance, one trophy. That's not a bad hit ratio!

KOGA IN DEPTH GUIDE! 🎮🎮 | Paladins Tips And Tricks - Duration: 18:43.

hey what's up guys it's Adrix here and I have another paladin's video and this

time is gonna be like an in-depth guide on the new champion Koga and before we

start I just want to say that I am NOT a god at Koga I don't have like a thousand

hours on Koga I'm not a pro player Koga but I did take a lot of time to test him

on a lot of situations in custom games and not just that I am gonna talk about

his abilities cards talent um pretty much everything because usually when a

new champion comes out I do like a Mythbusters on him so I decided to ditch

that idea because the myths and paladin's can be so predicted and for

now Koga the new flanker with the decent mobility and does require a bit of skill

so I want to cover up the damage first so um Koga has to a SMG's that fired two

rounds each dealing 40 damage every 0.6 seconds here is how much time it took me

to kill this Fernando with 5000 and 350 HP so that was 5.10 seconds and with

headshots that's 4 point 10 seconds and it wasn't accurate all the time I just

want to say that and the weapons take 2 seconds to run out and one point 10

seconds to reload and if you use your dash it will cancel the reload right

well not exactly if you manage to time it right and by that I mean as soon as

he pulls his weapons back you can use your dash and actually it's not gonna

cancel the we load and if you look closely to the circle you can see how

much time you're gonna say um I just thought this is a nice trick to mention

either way you can still regenerate ammo with cards like trained killer which

gives you 6 ammo per second during dragon stance at level 5 it gives you

dirty ammo for example you are in a firefight and you run out of ammo and so

you switch to your dragon stance and you know you deal a little bit of damage

with your claws maybe you get a killer with you but when you switch back to you

SMG you're not gonna have to reload there

there should be already a few ammo in there it depends on the duration you

stayed on a dragon stance wanted gives you for a mole per seconds during

agility at level 5 it gives you 20 ammo also one of my favorite cards that I've

been using lately as a surprise so each time you use your - it gives you 8 ammo

and on level 5 it gives you 40 ammo and I'm gonna talk about this later

for now the talent master of arms so as long as you're hitting your shots those

shots cost no ammo and I just want to confirm that yes it does work on shields

so basically if you have good tracking or good aim you're gonna be dealing a

lot of damage um be careful though because the SMGs aren't that accurate

when it comes to long range so yeah and this is something that no one would

really care about but I'm gonna say it anyways the SMGs looks like they're or

they have like a some sort of suppressor on them but in fact they're not silenced

you can still hear the enemy Koga from an average distance

I guess I'm done talking about his main weapon so let's talk a bit about his

claws so it takes four point fifteen seconds to kill the Fernando with the

extended health and yes I was using dragon fangs the talent that allows the

dragon stands to cost no energy but instead costs health so every second

during dragon stands it takes away 200 HP maybe if you pick a life rep or kill

to heal this might work for you I don't know when you're trying to flank from

behind or something but for me best way to use this is when you have a nice

healer with you that understands that you are in the need for healing almost

all the time also if you pick criminal record at a

high level maybe four or five you're gonna be able to out heal the damage um

as long as you're hitting your shots so basically if you use this and you have a

good healer with you maybe with a little bit of rejuvenate

you're gonna be dealing a lot of damage and it's actually better than Zen sword

because I think like um the speed is you know faster and the damage is 600 so if

you compare to zhin that's 400 so so pretty much the Koga claws are better

than Zhin make sure to remember that when you use your skewer it switches back to

SMG and maybe if you use Swift hands you're not gonna have a big problem with

this and if you are wondering it doesn't kill you um okay it takes 11 seconds to

drain your whole health but it's not gonna drink the entire health um there

will be a little bit of 15 HP left in you oh and um one last thing I want to

mention about the claws is the card on the yielding so enemies head by the claw

will receive 15% with used healing for 3 seconds but for level 5 it reduces the

healing by 60% and actually I do have a footage for Sara's healing and Fernando

right after I shoot him

this can be really really helpful when you have like um two supports on the

enemy team constantly healing everyone maybe if you add a little bit of

cauterize to it and just focus the targets that are receiving healing the

most anyways with this you're gonna be able to make a good support player look

useless anyways now I'll talk about the OLT

before I move to his mobility and stuff so cyclone strike allows you to be

untargetable for two seconds while striking anyone within 25 feet of you

for 1500 damage per second and yes it does go through shields and I don't know

if you guys remember but I've made the video on wish ultimate can Moji block

and it turns out she can block every old well except for Koga oh and also Evie

ice block is useless here but there is those type of Ultimates that makes your

like immortal for a small duration of time and yes I am talking about like a

Fernando volt and Ashe holt so yeah those type of Ultimates can't survive

kogas ultimate and i do want to say that his old has like a 1 second delay so

there's that black fog that appears before you use your old also you can

hear him saying you're already dead before the old actually starts and I'm

just saying because this can make you predictable and avoidable so make sure

you use it right for example try to use it when you see your enemies like in a

corner or something or a small area take primal court for example that map is

perfect for those type of stuff and if you get the chance try to combo your alt

with the Ultimates like I'm Sarris or even aura punking um you get the point

and you must know that it's not gonna kill everyone it only deals like 3000

damage okay I mean it's gonna probably kill everyone but you know the tanks are

gonna survive because you know they have like a lot of health and know his

ultimate doesn't work behind the walls now it's time for his mobility so

Koga is actually pretty unique from the other flankers or champions in

general because unlike everyone else he has no cooldowns instead he has like

an energy bar of whatever you want to call it and I'm pretty sure all of you

know how it works so basically here are the abilities agility consumes one unit

of energy and no climbing the walls consumes literally nothing dragon stands

require one unit of energy to trigger and here is how much time it takes to

run out of one unit during the stance also shadows that cost one unit but

skewer ticks away all your energy and no it does not require three units um you

can use this literally with one unit the only thing you must know that it will

take away all the energy you have for example never use this when you have a

tree units well unless you are forced to because I see a lot of people rushing

and using their score but when they mess up and they try to escape they don't

have any energy to do that okay while we are talking about the energy let's

mention adrenaline junkie dealing damage with submachine guns restores energy and

just like master of arms this also works on shields but now let's talk about the

other ways you can gain energy and obviously it's the cards okay Gale storm

kills with score restores 10% energy and at level 5 it restores 50% energy so

it's one unit and half and as I said score will take all the energy so this

can be kind of helpful something to prove restores 10% of your energy 50% at

level 5 when you fall below 50% of your health so maybe when you are in a fire

fight and you took way too much damage and you just need to retreat but you

don't have enough energy this is perfect but-but-but-but the card has like a

10 seconds cooldown to it so yeah just wanted to say that okay I guess that's

enough about the energy so let's cover up the actual abilities so first thing

first shadow step quickly dart forward becoming untargetable for a small

duration of time and the distance looks something like this it can also go too

Torvald ultimate and with cards you can use this for multiple stuff other than

just moving forward for example you can use this to heal yourself with the card

tenacious so each time you - you heal yourself for 60 HP but on level 5 that's

300 HP but hold on a second this card will be useless when you are inside a

willows dead zone so it completely stopped the heals surprised the card

that I mentioned earlier gives you 8 ammo each - on level 5 that's 40 ammo so

here is the thing that my friend aggressive has recommend so if you use

those cards with the talent junkie um I can shoot - he'll regain my ammo and

restore my energy all in the same time and I can just repeat this as long as

I'm hitting my shots so I can deal a decent amount of damage so I can restore

that energy I wasn't gonna include this in the video and I know it's not that

big of a deal so just take this like an optional thing okay now let's move on to

score and we already said that it takes away all your energy so is it worth it

so the distance looks something like this and unlike shadow stuff you can use

this to actually go up like in the air like you fly like you get the point

score also go to Torvald alt and in fact it can also go to abilities like the Zen

counter and the inner axis reversal and remember when they use dragon stands

with criminal record well make sure to add Swift hands to it with a high level

and you're gonna be able to fly around the map I'm not even joking um make sure

you have Swift hands on level 5 so we don't waste time when you switch from

the stances and now for the cards I've already talked about Gale storm but

there's also guilt tactics which yields you 420hp when you get a kill but on

level 5 it heals you for 1000 HP agility is one of the abilities that most Koga

players are not using some people think it's bad and some people think it's just

a waste of energy but let's take a moment and talk about it so we already

know that it it needs one unit to be activated but let's see the actual

effects so here I am on a practice range and I'm gonna try to go from here to

there

and I don't know what to say about that but there's also one card

um called raw talent and it speeds up agility by 20% and that's on level 5

personally do I recommend this card well on level 5 I expected more than 20% but

there's also on trespasser which increases the jump height by 100% on

level 5 and I don't know this can be useful sometimes I mean you still have

the wall climb bomb if you wanted to see agility with the boosting cards there

you go see for yourself if you're gonna use it

or not oh I saw one more card I forgot to mention its winds embrace that heals

you 420 HP each second during agility and 100 HP on each second on level 5

also um during agility your energy bar keeps recharging so it doesn't stop it

from the recharging okay um now that we've talked about those sweet things

it's time to talk about the CC or crowd control I'm gonna call it CC for now and

it might be one of the few ways you can actually counter Koga I also think that

good snipers can take Koga easily if they have a mic shot of his head also

champions with a lot of burst can take him down if he is slow enough anyways

just focus on the CC so ability is like an aural border field blocks score and

shadow stop but you can switch your weapons and use agility but ability is

like um the Torvald nullify blocks everything even the stance switch

however there is a card called memento which gives you 14 percent CC and slow

reduction and on level 5 it's 70 percent now that we covered that up let's talk

about his wall climb I know some of you doesn't count this as an ability but I'm

gonna talk about it anyways so basically you just click and hold the spacebar

while facing a wall to climb it easy as that but you can't climb everything for

example um you can climb like the clean flat walls that has nothing in there but

there's also these walls that has like an obstacle on top of them so it means

that you cannot surpass them all so these type of rocks um you cannot climb

them as well and someone asked me if he can climb about the Morrow's wall so

that's a no and um I can go all day long on what he can climb and what he cannot

but that will just take um forever so if you want a Koga wall climb guide for

each map make sure to vote on the top right corner or you can just let me know

in the comments anyways there's a lot of stuff you can do with the wall climb if

you combine it with other abilities for example the shadows up okay um let me

give you an example let's say there's a bunch of long-range champions

um maybe snipers or whatever and they're blocking this road and stopping your

team from coming back to the objective well you can try this typical Road wish

you know there's a high chance that you're gonna get caught and take some

damage but you can also do something like this

yeah yeah I know it's not that big of a deal and I already know that a lot of

you know this but I just want to say that this is a really good technique of

blanking because the enemy team is not gonna know from where are you gonna be

coming and I think it's perfect against snipers so we can just land from the sky

and destroy them and you can do it in a lot of maps almost all of them just be

creative also remember when I talked about the old and that you should never

let your enemy protect your old well again just climb a wall and get high

enough and then use your dashes to get to the enemy team and while you're in

midair you can start your olds and by the time you're going to hit the ground

it's already too late for them to escape and again just be creative and

unexpected try to get out of the map or something and you have the ability to

climb a wall and gain high ground use that for your advantage so I guess I'm

done I do have some few tips first thing first practice your aim in my opinion

Koga does require a bit of aiming so you can just practice in the practice range

or even watch videos on how to improve your aim if you need you another thing

is his energy bar know how to consume it think before you act

don't just drain your entire energy for nothing make sure you always have a plan

B don't forget about the cards that I've talked about take your time and make

your own loadout your own play style do not just copy another player loadout

without knowing what it actually does find your own style personally I just

like to spam the dashes so I can just shoot and dash and the enemies will find

it hard to focus on me and just a quick reminder I didn't mention all the cards

there are few cards that I've skipped like the one that extend your health and

the one that makes you receive more healing while shooting you're a CMG's

anyways that's all what I've got I'm really sorry if this was weak or not

enough but this is the first time I do something like this and I think I did my

best and I know that Koga has been released like a month ago or some

and I am super late on this and um I guess sorry for not uploading it just

there's something that happened recently and taking all my time and anyways

thank you guys for watching and hope I see you in the next one

Tackle a difficult task easy with this technique - Duration: 6:55.

Hii everyone and welcome back to my channel. In today's video I wanted to

talk to you about how to handle any difficult task without anger and

frustration. You know any task that your manager gives you and you just

simply are not happy about it or any routine task that you're carrying on and

you just practically do not enjoy or let alone your colleague left for holidays or

left the company and you're left with cleaning up all the mess. I believe that all

of us have been in the place where we have to deal with situation that is not easy

and there's something that is irritating and it's a mess and we know it will take

a lot of our time. You keep thinking this is horrible why me and then you start

working on your task. Then you start figuring out that you're missing vital

information and there is simply no one there to help you. You get a bit, tad, a

little bit more angry, irritated and you start telling yourself like I hate this

I don't want to be doing this. I really don't want to be doing this. Why me?

Does it sound familiar? I bet, I have been there many times myself

I completely hear your pain. So how do we move from this. So how do we take a

situation like this and turn it around and make it easy and without any

frustration? Now, the first thing I wanna talk to you about is your perception so

what is a difference between a task that you find it difficult to do and you

don't want to be doing. And the task that is difficult but you do not mind

doing. You guessed it right it is your perception and now perception can be

justified by the actual nature of work. However, how about

trying to think about it from a positive angle. Okay, okay... I get it!

How about neutral angle. Surely, you would just get on with the things much easier

and you would just do it, right? See, it is like we're driving some people

like it and associate positive feelings with that for example as my friend Aga

that is right behind the camera there. Or some people you know perceive it negative

and they don't like or enjoy it just like myself.

However, driving is neither positive nor negative. It is what it is.

Which is nicely leading me to the next biggest key which will help us unlock

the change. It is your emotions! You see when we don't want to be doing something,

especially that something is perceived to be hard. We give it power, we get worked

up and irritated and angry and the more worked up are the angrier we get and

you see where I'm going with this? It's kind of like a vicious circle so we keep

on going around and around. What will ultimately help us is to remove any

emotions I repeat any emotions that you have associated with that task. Once I

discovered this years back, it worked wonders for me. Now I hear you say but

how do I remove emotions it is so difficult and I completely get it. We are

emotional beings and to disassociate ourselves from emotions can be perceived

really hard. But it is exactly as I had said it is perceived it is actually not

hard. So how do we go about and try to trick our emotions to get somewhere in a

place where we can get on with this easy and

fast. For starters, acknowledge that the task is not easy

make peace it's all about the acceptance think ease within yourself that you

don't want to be doing this it is hard and you actually are frustrated about it.

And once you do that let go of all the emotions of anger and frustration

because you know what these are just stopping you from accomplishing your

tasks effectively. Another point is about acknowledging that it will take more

time than you would have liked. Now this is a big one for me because for me time

is my number one commodity and I really don't like when people are actually

wasting my time so when the situations like that happened what I tend to think

to myself is okay I may not be able to meet my friends tonight or maybe I need

to postpone those plans that I have for Saturday or anything else that I had

planned because I acknowledge it will take me more time I may not be happy

with that but I'm just making my inner peace with myself about the fact it will

take more time which is leading me nicely to another point which is all

about as I mentioned before removing any emotions that you might have about the

task. Now task is exactly what it is it is just a task. Just like with the example

about driving right so you were given that you need to accomplish that so remove

anything that you you feel that is holding on to that times like anger

frustration and and move on and just do it, right? Do not procrastinate. Get it

done. After all, you don't want to be doing that task so why procrastinate and

maybe a hint there. Is there anything at your work that makes you be

really efficient and productive with your time? Then do it! For me, for example,

there is a personal compassion coming. I like to listen to Eye of a Tiger

on repeat. I put my earphones in and I just frantically type away and

laser focus on the task and you know what it made you know it takes me

some time to accomplish it but maybe I get there a bit faster than I had

originally thought and last but not least. Ask yourself how is you know being

angry and frustrated and irritated going to help me accomplish this

task any faster? There you have it this is my recipe for How to tackle any

difficult task easy and without being angry and frustrated. If you like this

video please give times up and subscribe to this channel and I would love to hear

any comments that you might have about the video or any of your own examples

how you actually deal with difficult tasks in the comment box below. And as

always Be Kind. Stay positive & I'll see you next time!

Trying Scottish Food | A Frenchie Chronicles - Duration: 12:03.

- Hi guys! It's Marine

- And Arran.

- Welcome back to My Little English Page.

So, Arran went to Scotland a few weeks ago,

and I begged him to bring some Scottish things to try.

So,

he brought--

- Irn Bru.

- Okay what is Irn Bru?

- It's a soft drink,

and I don't know what flavor it is.

It's Irn Bru flavor.

(laughs)

There's nothing really like it,

that I can think of.

- That's like more popular than Coca-Cola

in Scotland, isn't it?

- Yeah I think so. - Yeah.

- It's almost like a national drink.

That is haggis from the airport.

(laughs)

So it's not gonna be--

- the best - He was worried

it wouldn't go through customs.

That's why he brought it from the airport.

Otherwise, I trust you would have brought it from a butcher.

- Oh yeah, absolutely. - Okay.

Can you tell us what this is?

- Without looking at the label,

I think it's kind of a chopped up

intestines and innards

and

all together in a sheep stomach.

- So it's intestines wrapped in a sheep stomach.

- That's what I think it is anyway,

I may be wrong.

- Have you ever tried that before?

- A long time ago, a long time ago.

- And I know this is not Scottish,

but I've been begging Arran to bring me...

- It's British. - Yeah it's from the UK.

It's a Chocolate Orange and

I will show you because I've seen what they look like,

and they're super cool.

They actually break apart just like an orange.

Pretty cool.

Alright guys, so we actually need to cook this thing.

We're supposed to cook it in the oven

but we do not own an oven.

- Yet.

- Yet.

But apparently, you can also do it on the stove

by boiling it.

- Boiled haggis.

- Boiled sheep intestine. Oh that sounds lovely.

Alright, so let's get cooking.

Okay. Let's get this haggis cooking.

So this one, again guys, remember

this one comes from the airport

so it's probably not the best anyways.

This one comes in a tin.

I assume the other ones don't.

Now, I've just realized we're gonna have a little problem.

In the UK they don't have the little thingy

where you just open it like that.

I don't know if we have a can opener.

Do we Arran?

- We must do, we must do.

- Well, let's try and open that up then.

- [Marine] Alright guys, so this is what haggis looks like.

Looks like... - [Arran] Isn't it beautiful?

Look at that.

- [Marine] Um. To me this looks like meat

wrapped in a condom.

Alright, well. - [Aaron] Not a very good

condom it has a little hole in it.

- [Marine] Alright, off we go.

Let's throw it in there for 35 minutes.

(metal guitar and drums)

- One thing that Inga (a friend), I think it was Inga, mentioned

was that

a lot of foods

will refer to themselves

in the first person on the packaging.

So for example, this says, "My delicious chocolate segments

are made with real orange oil!"

- Oh, I never realize that.

- I think she said it was a very common thing she saw,

she noticed when she was in England.

All the packages said like, "Eat me!"

Or, "I contain less than two percent fat! Me, me, me."

- So they make the actual food kinda speak.

- Yeah.

- Oh that's cool, I never realized that.

Alright, well the haggis is cooking

so now we gonna be drinking.

And it rhymes. Ho-ho-ho-ho-ho.

Let's see.

- Oh you're good, you're good.

- It can't be super fizzy if it's not...

- It's good, open it.

Go for it, go for it.

- Can you see, guys?

I think it...

Oh, it smells like medicine!

Smells like liquid Advil!

- Advil? - Advil.

Have you ever heard of that medicine?

- No.

- Ugh!

- Marine doesn't like fizzy drinks, so she says.

Definitely not gonna like this one.

Especially, drinks that...

- There's some candy that tastes like that as well.

So, that's what it looks like.

- How do you think that orange, surely isn't good for you.

- This is so not natural.

Oh, well. Cheers!

So guys, do you, well now that we're drinking

it's not alcoholic of course,

but if you want somebody to drink the whole drink,

you can say, "bottoms up!"

So the bottom of the glass is up, so you drink it all.

I don't think I can handle that.

- No, no. You won't handle that.

So, bottoms down.

- Bottoms down. (laughs)

Alright, let's try it.

(lighthearted music)

- I've already tried it.

- Oh this is very bad.

- I knew it.

- How do you describe that though?

- I've got no idea. I've got no idea.

It's a sparkling soft drink with sugar and sweetness.

So I guess, sugar and sweetness is what you're tasting.

- The ingredient, the mystery ingredient.

So of course guys, like Arran said,

I don't like fizzy drinks in general.

I gag every time I try to drink Coke.

So,

yeah.

I knew I wasn't going to like it.

But, for soda lovers what can you tell them about it, love?

- It's different to Coke.

- Yeah.

- Pepsi and Fanta.

- But, okay. For example it looks like Fanta.

How different is it from Fanta?

- Well, its not a fruity flavor is it?

- No it's not.

It's not fruity.

- That's it. - Yeah.

Well alright guys.

Well this is a Scottish drink, very popular in Scotland.

And if you ever have a chance to try it, go on.

If you have tried it, comment that down below.

Alright guys, the haggis is still cooking,

cause it's 35 minutes to go.

So, we are going to try the Chocolate Orange.

I feel like we should have it after,

like a little dessert but,

we can't wait can we?

- Irn Bru, haggis, Chocolate Orange.

- It just makes sense. - Yeah.

- Okay, so.

As you can see, I don't know if you guys can see.

There's a ball inside, that's the actual chocolate.

(folk music)

Okay, so Aaron can you tell me how we have to open this?

Cause you told me we don't just open it up, right?

- Well you can, but

supposedly you're meant to give them a little knock.

And that causes all the little orange segments to separate.

So when you open up the foil it all uncurls like a flower.

- Oh, that sounds lovely.

(Beethoven's 5th Symphony)

(knock)

- [Marine] Harder?

- [Arran] Yeah.

Do it both ways as well.

(knock)

Oh a bit too hard.

(knock)

That sounded good. That sounded good.

- [Marine] You think? It looks like it's started separating.

- [Arran] Okay.

- Alright, so I assume it's orange flavor?

- Yes.

You first.

Oh, I have the honors.

Chocolate Orange!

- Exactly what it says on the tin.

- But, it's a Chocolate Orange

but it's orange chocolate, isn't it?

- Mhm

- Oh that's so tricky.

Hm, it's quite good.

- It's a chocolate orange made from orange chocolate.

Which is what pretty much what you just said.

- This is the kind of orange

I wish the doctor would prescribe.

- Have you seen the little--

orange skin on the outside? - Oh the ridge of it.

There's a little pattern of an orange.

Skin.

I don't know, can you guys see that it's all...

it looks like the pulp.

- Why don't you wash it down with some nice orange Irn Bru?

- Oh no.

Alright well, let's go check on the haggis again.

- One more bit.

- Okay just one. For the road.

Alright guys, so the haggis is cooked.

So have a look at what it's like.

It just looks like a big meatball

- [Arran] Oh that looks delicious doesn't it?

I especially love that gray water.

- It's a bit stinky as well.

(slow rock music)

- [Marine] Man.

- [Arran] I'm sure it tastes better than it looks.

It must do, cause--

- [Marine] It must do.

Sheep stomach, that looks more like plastic to me

than a sheep stomach.

- It does, it does.

- I don't think that's, no that's not the real deal.

- This isn't the most traditional haggis.

- So guys, in case this is our last video

because we died because it's horrible,

there are more videos of me trying foods,

British foods, so I'll put a little cart up there

if you want to go watch it.

- It's fine,

it's just meat. - Let's do it, let's do it.

- Well, I think that's quite nice.

Oh, hot bit, hot bit.

- It's okay.

- It's like a kind of bready mince meat.

- It's just, it really doesn't look appetizing.

- No.

- When you know what it's like,

what is inside, it sounds disgusting.

Ooplah!

I mean, I'm not gonna eat that for every single meal,

but let's say I'm in a situation

where I'm forced to eat it because there's people around

I would do it.

- I think that's really nice.

- Well, if you guys know more Scottish foods or sweets

comment them down below, because I would love to try them.

But I need to know about them first.

So let me know what it is.

Alright, I think that's it for today.

- Well, I'm going to carry on eating.

- Well, you carry on eating I'll say goodbye.

- Okay so now, the next 10 minutes:

Aaron silently eating a haggis.

- Alright guys, so I really hope you enjoyed the video.

This was just a little fun video.

Hopefully there's a little bit of interesting vocab as well

in the lesson, well it's not a lesson

it's more like a vlog.

I can't believe he keeps eating that and drinking that.

- Well a bit of the Chocolate Orange is left so.

- Do you wanna use the Chocolate Orange to kind of

push everything.

- Yeah, I think that's what they do.

(laughs)

- Alright guys, well that's it for today.

Thank you so much for watching.

Don't forget to check my other videos that I mentioned.

Like the one where I try British sweets and that's it.

Thank you so much for watching,

and of course...

- Keep on learning. - keep on learning.

- Bye bye - Bye bye

And I'm going to do that today, by helping you recognize incomplete investment advice.

Once you're aware of this, it'll be super easy to spot and save you from leaping into

stock picks that haven't been fully thought through.

When I hear people recommend a stock, unfortunately, most of them seem to be missing an essential

part of the analysis process.

Like, I could split the process in two and they're ignoring an entire half of the investment

equation, they're so focused on the other part.

It's pretty straightforward and obvious too.

And after I bring it to your attention, I bet you notice it all the time - and I hope

you'll tell me all about it in the comments!

You see, I hear people - friends and investment gurus alike - list off all these reasons they

like a particular stock: the company is rapidly growing, it's in an innovative industry

(something that'll be huge in the future - AI, flying cars, whatever...), it has a

solid economic moat, experienced management, significant margins, the list goes on and

on…

A company could have all those things, and that's great, but that's still only half

of the investment equation - unfortunately, I'm afraid the other half is often simply

forgotten and ignored.

"I just bought shares of this stock because it has all these awesome things going for

it!"

I hear that all the time from people "picking stocks…" but if that's the extent of

their investment analysis, they won't be successful long term.

They're missing that entire other half of the equation.

Take that blender, from earlier.

It's an amazing blender, right?

Pretty impressive?

It can blend anything you could possibly want!

So what do you say?

You want to buy one?

You don't have enough information, right?

You know that it's awesome, but is the price worth its awesomeness?

If you don't ever assess and evaluate the price, you can't accurately make that call.

If that blender was $10,000, would you feel like it's worth your investment?

Hopefully not!

Even at its regular price - I believe it sells for around $1,000 - is the value you're

going to receive from it worth that $1,000 to you?

Maybe... (mine was like $100 and can blend any FOOD item I could possibly want but to

each his own).

But now you have both parts of the equation and can make a reasonable assessment: is this

amazing blender going to bring you enough value to justify this price tag?

If you don't have any idea about what it's worth, how can you know if you're getting

a good deal or grossly overpaying?

The same is true for a stock.

An analysis of simply how great a business is without an accompanying analysis of what

it's actually worth and how much it currently sells for, is just an observation of a good

company, it's NOT an investment thesis.

Without that essential other part, you just can't know if you're getting a good deal

on the stock or if you're grossly overpaying - good company or otherwise...

If all that information (that long list of reasons you like a particular company - if

all that) is already priced in, then maybe it's not quite as good a deal as you thought.

Or what if the stock price is more expensive than you think those attributes should be

worth, as good as they are?

You can't know that unless you determine a fair value for those attributes, for the

company, and compare that figure to its current price tag.

Like that blender, there is a price that would make it a bad deal for you.

That absolutely does not mean its a bad blender!

It can be a good blender and not worth its price to you at the same.

But we can take this analogy even further to drive home my personal investment philosophy:

I know, if I want a top-of-the-line blender like that, I'm not going to get the best

deal from the manufacturer.

They know what it's worth.

Instead, I'm going to seek out a place where no one really knows its true value - where

it might just be mispriced - maybe an estate sale, for example.

And I'll get mine for $80.

Now that's a good blender and a good price - ha, maybe a good investment too if I were

to flip it!

Well, the same goes for companies, as well.

A good company does not necessarily equal a good investment.

You have to consider how much you'll have to pay for it AND how that compares to its

actual fair value.

And if you want to find good companies at a deep value, well, I have a video coming

out on Ryan Scribner's channel next week that dives deep into that very subject.

It's pretty epic, so keep an eye out - if you're not already subscribed, go subscribe

to his channel - and I hope you'll show me some support over there as well!

But I want you to listen for this now, next time somebody tells you about a "Stock to

Buy."

Listen carefully for that assessment of fair value and how that compares to its current

price.

If that part's missing (and I think you'll be surprised how often it is,) you don't

have enough information to make an informed investment decision about whether or not it's

a good stock to buy!

And neither do they!

I look forward to reading about your personal experiences with this in the comments.

Now if you found this helpful or just enjoyed seeing an iPhone in a blender, please don't

forget to leave me a like and share it with others who might as well!

Thank you for being here!

I'll see you in the next one!

Take care!
