A Story That's Everywhere – With Chris Gethard (HBO) - Duration: 3:46.WOMAN: Everybody ready?
CREW MEMBER: Sound speeding.
Do I have a to-camera?
Is this my to-camera?
-Good to go? -CREW MEMBER: Yes.
Phoebe, thank you for being here.
Hi, Chris. Thanks for having me.
There is an elephant in the room I need to just put out there.
This is probably--
You're doing gun hands.
(LAUGHS) I didn't expect this to start that way at all.
I'm doing this show on HBO about my depression effectively.
I wanted to make sure that since I have this platform,
it wasn't just my voice.
I wanted to talk to people from other walks of life.
I'm aware you don't speak for all African-American people,
and I'm sorry to put you in a position
where I'm in any way asking you to.
WYATT CENAC: That is the challenge.
It's weird to go up to a person and say,
"Hey, maybe a white guy might have a different answer
than the one I'm used to."
In my family, we were open about things,
but I don't think mental health
was really on the table in terms of like,
"How are you really feeling?"
Once it sort of came out as depression,
I learned my mom struggled with mental health
and it kinda runs in my family.
I wasn't equipped to navigate how I felt.
I was just like, I guess I'm like a cross-dresser or something?
I was just like, really kind of miserable as a teenager.
I don't think I had depression,
but I think it was very much like
"How can I get people to like me?"
I remember learning a lesson that as bad as you think it is,
somebody has it worse.
My dad was killed when I was little,
and it was like, "Yeah, that sucks.
But there's somebody else who doesn't have a dad and a mom."
After he died, it was "Well, we never speak about him again.
-Let's close the book on it." -Really?
I've read that 40% of trans people attempt suicide
-before the age of 25. -Yeah.
It's like, that's half the people.
Well, 50% is half.
Say that back to me that you understand
-that 40% is not half. -(LAUGHS)
I attempted suicide. I'm a part of that statistic.
You'll never fully be able to understand
what it's like in someone else's mind.
And it's not something they can just like snap out of.
That always would get me so bad.
-I know. -When it would be like,
"Just cheer up." And it's like way beyond that.
You're someone who dealt with something traumatic.
At one point did you reconcile it?
My mother spent so much time shutting out my father,
that idea that "well, we're family.
We are contractually bound to each other."
And for me at some point it was,
"Oh, yeah. Contracts can be renegotiated...
-Yeah. -and broken."
Learning that if you don't like yourself,
life is like super hard.
And it's only gonna get harder,
so, you really have to like yourself first.
When I came out, it was very terrifying.
I really thought I was gonna lose a lot of people,
but my family like celebrated it.
I can't imagine a weight off the shoulders in my life
that would equate to that.
I can't imagine the feeling of that.
Do you get the sense that things are easier to talk about now?
There has been more of a conversation about
the idea of self-care and the idea of therapy.
It seems moving forward,
there's at least more platforms and more people now.
Like, I think it'll be better for the people
who come up after us, right?
I think so.
We all just wanna know that we're not alone
and that we're heard.
I'm glad that we're entering a social moment
where trans people and gender non-conforming people
and queer people can speak for themselves.
Like, real mental illness doesn't always fit nicely within this box.
Like, it's often a lot messier and harder.
Like, me telling my story's one thing,
but it's a story that is kind of everywhere.

Benefits of SkinPen Microneedling | Dermacare Hampton Roads - Duration: 1:22.- [Michelle] The pen has 12 stainless steel
surgical little micro-needles,
that is going at a very rapid rate
penetrating little holes or micro-channels into the skin.
And they remain open for 24 hours
so that is the best time to apply the growth factors
right after the treatments
because it will really get absorbed
into the skin through those micro-channels.
- What's really nice about the new skin pen
is that the technician is able to control
the depth of penetration of the needles.
So, that's what differentiates it from the rollers,
is that the technician can decide
in different areas of the face
how deep or how shallow the needles are going to go.
And that's important when you're addressing things like
scar tissue, pitted scarring from post-acne, stretch marks.
Anything like that.
Any kind of skin texture.
You're able to really control the depth of the needle.
So, in the bonier parts of the face,
you can go a lot more shallow,
and in the fattier tissue of the face like the cheeks
you're able to go a lot deeper with the pen,
controlling your outcome at the end.

The State Agency Accommodation Reimbursement Fund is very important for state employees
and sends a message that the state government wants to hire people who need accommodations.
Please do not cut the funding.
Keep it at $200,000, like the House and the Governor proposal bill.
Also, please do not require that agencies find
money in their own budgets to pay half of the costs themselves.
This makes it harder for people with disabilities to get hired.
Please support the House proposal for the funding and the policy

Cemu 1.7.6 | What Should We Expect? - Duration: 2:19.Hey guys, welcome back to the REGNR8 channel.
So we have news on the upcoming Cemu 1.7.6 build.
This information comes on the heels of the public release of Cemu 175 and it brings with
it some interesting insight into the direction the next build is going to take and I suspect
that it also explains why we've seen so many issues with Cemu 175.
As many of you know, Cemu 175 has been ripe with issues in unexpected ways.
In many games like ZELDA BOTW stability and performance has increased while also introducing
a slew of new graphical glitches.
But we also saw a some games like Star Fox Zero not even boot up as they were doing in
previous builds.
I suspect that this may have to do with Exzaps lastest news regarding the new direction that
Cemu is taking in build 176 in how Cemu handles it's shader processing.
The technical details are complicated for anyone unfamiliar.
But from what I understand, Team Cemu is going to be changing how Cemu crunches through your
shader data in an attempt to increase efficiency and performance even further.
This means that they will be using tools available within modern OpenGL to handle shaders on
an individual basis instead of how they were previously handling shaders, which was an
inefficient way by coupling them for processing through the rendering API.
This appears to be no small undertaking and will take some time to implement this new
system.
But once this process of changing this system over is complete, it should go a long way
to speed up compilation and processing times where shaders are concerned.
The only downside is that changing how shaders are handled in Cemu means that all past Shader
Caches and any custom shaders in the way of Graphic packs will no longer be compatible
with Cemu 1.7.6.
This is a fair trade off though for faster shader compilation, better performance in
Cemu and less RAM usage overall.
That's all for now.
So what do you think of these new changes by Team Cemu?
Share your comments down below and be sure to hop over to the REGNR8 Discord Server to
join the community there for discussion on all thing emulation.
Thanks for watching and I'll see you in the next one!

Shall I fall to the deadly arrow,

All for the better.
For life and for sleep,

Blessed is a day of simple tasks.
And blessed is the day of darkness.
When the day beam shines in the morning,

Into mysterious darkness

The world shall forget me,

will you shed a tear over the early urn?
And think "he loved me,

UXM Intra LTE Handover | E7515A Wireless Test Set | Keysight Technologies - Duration: 5:21.Hi, I am Jim McCord, Product Marketing Engineer at Keysight Technologies.
In this video we will show LTE handover testing using Keysight's UXM wireless test set.
With me is Karen Mancinelli, one of our Learning Products Engineers to demonstrate LTE to LTE
handover using a single UXM test set.
And show the insights you can gain during process.
The demo set up uses a commercial LTE-Advanced Category 4 device.
Over to you, Karen.
Thanks, Jim.
Handover performance is incredibly important to mobile users of cellular networks and can
impact the user's perception of both the handset and network.
When handover is performed well, the user will have no idea that they have been transferred
from one cell to a different cell.
The UE is running a host of background activities, collecting information on the adjacent cells
analyzing their signal quality, communicating with the network for handover decisions, and
maintaining voice and data connections as appropriate.
UXM wireless test set includes two fully independent base station emulators, so that, in the controlled
environment of your development laboratory you can see how your UE design performs under
a range of different conditions.
The UXM is designed for flexibility and ease of use.
So you can quickly gain valuable insights as so whether your UE is meeting your designed
goals.
Let's begin by showing you how easy it is to set up two independent cells on a single
UXM.
The cell tab at the bottom of the screen provides access to the cell set up.
We see cell one is set for FDD, band 3, 10 MHz bandwidth, with the power of -85 dBm.
Switching over to view cell two, we can confirm this is set the same except this cell is in
frequency band 5.
Note that I am running the UXM in stack mode.
That is to say, that the base station emulation relies on the UXM's internal protocol stack
to interact with the UE.
Let me go to the scheduling tab to show you that we have set the sub frame coding to the
maximum permissible.
And in the down leg resource block allocation we are using all available resource blocks
in a 2x2 down link antenna configuration.
This is the case for both cells.
Going back to the cell screen, I am now showing the message summary tab, which displays the
higher messaging between the UE and the UXM.
At this stage the cells are turned off and so I now activate them.
Look for the change of state in the diagram at the top of the screen.
My UE is currently in flight mode.
As I take it out of flight mode, it will first try to connect with the last cell it was aware
of; which is Cell1 in the UXM.
As the UE interacts with the UXM we see the on-screen messages with the connection request.
Then authentication and security exchanges before the attach is complete.
The State Diagram has changed to confirm a connected state.
Let me get some data transferring between the UE and the UXM.
The BLER throughput measurement confirms that for this Category 4 device I am achieving
approximately 74 Mbps on the downlink and 25 Mbps on the uplink.
Let me show you how to check the IP address that has been assigned to the UE.
If we navigate to the EPS Bearer Configuration, we can see the IPv4 address.
I can also show you the RF performance of the UE's transmitter.
Quickly navigating to the adjacent channel power measurement we can see that all looks
well.
Going back to the message summary, as I turn on Cell2, we see the State Diagram change;
and some MIB and SIB messages are being sent on the downlink.
Now I am ready to initiate the Intra-LTE handover from Cell1 in band 3 to Cell2 in band 5.
Keep your eyes on the State Diagrams as I invoke the handover.
Cell2 has now changed to the connected state and Cell1 has released from connected to ON.
We see the additional message in our message summary tab.
RRC connection reconfiguration complete, confirming handover success.
The BLER through put measurement confirms the downlink data rate is still 74 Mbps on
the downlink and 25 Mbps on the uplink.
We have successfully handed-over from Cell1 in band 3 to Cell2 in band 5.
Through this we have confirmed that the UE has retained a consistent IP address.
And that the expected data rate was achieved.
Thanks, Karen.
We just saw with a single UXM how quickly and easily you can verify UE performance during
handover between two different cells.
The UXM enables you to emulate two fully independent LTE cells; flexibly and easily giving insight
to different aspects of UE performance such as connected state, data rates, IP address,
RF performance and all can be verified under a broad range of handover conditions.
With the UXM you can assess your design readiness with greater confidence.
Is your design ready?
For more information, visit the website on your screen.
Thanks for watching.

4.5. Why Are We So Unhealthy? - Duration: 4:44.Why are we so unhealthy?
After all, there are only four things we need to do to drastically reduce the risk
of heart disease, cancer, and many other health problems.
Don't smoke.
Maintain a healthy weight.
Eat healthy foods.
And get a fair amount of exercise.
But according to a major study last year, only 2.7 percent of Americans do all four of those things—
and only 16 percent managed three of the four.
Obviously, there's a genetic component here.
We're predisposed to load up on unhealthy foods.
We don't want to break a sweat unless we feel we have to.
And addiction is a whole other can of worms.
But that's been the case for thousands of years.
The biology can't explain why we're so lousy at doing those healthy behaviors now—
and why our unhealthy habits are getting worse instead of better, despite our best efforts.
Only a socioeconomic perspective can do that.
Let's be blunt: our health crisis is a failure of capitalism.
There are certain things capitalism does well…but health is not one of them.
Because restaurants, food companies, cigarette companies, and other purveyors of bad health
don't have any incentive to treat you well.
They just want to make money.
They just want you to come back.
So why not pump their stuff with butter, sugar, corn syrup, and other pseudo-addictive things?
Why not pull out all the tricks in the book to make you crave what they're selling?
It's become a sophisticated science.
Billions of dollars are spent to get you to gorge.
The standard rebuttal to this argument is: "Hey, it's a free country.
If people 'choose' to eat this stuff, why should we get in their way?"
But how can we pretend it's a "free" choice, when we're dealing with addictive and pseudo-addictive substances,
reinforced by billions of dollars and thousands of ads?
Isn't it an abuse of our "freedom" to profit off of people's suffering—
and then to pass on the costs of the suffering they cause to taxpayers,
to an overburdened health care system, and to the shattered families with sick or dead loved ones?
This is an industry that's created a health crisis for its own financial gain.
And that's appalling.
It's really, really hard to prevail against the biological and socioeconomic forces making us unhealthy.
Nature and nurture are conspiring to keep us overweight, lazy, and dependent
on junk food, kitschy weight-loss programs, and pharmaceutical companies.
So don't beat yourself up if you aren't one of the 3 percent who does all the healthy things you should.
Use your knowledge of how this system works to motivate you.
Having healthy habits isn't a sweaty, dreary, tiring, time-consuming, thankless way of life.
It's an act of resistance against all the heartless companies that want to make money off of making you ill.
So make a plan for how you're going to do all four of those healthy habits.
And remember what you're really doing, every time you sit down to eat or get up to exercise.
Taking pride in refusing to let those predatory companies have the satisfaction
of taking your money is one of the few ways to overcome all those unhealthy forces we face today.

3CC LTE-A Capabilities | E7515A UXM Wireless Test Set | Keysight Technologies - Duration: 3:16.Hi. I am Jim McCord, Product Manager at Keysight Technologies. Today I will be showing you
new enhancements on the UXM wireless test set that will help you gain more insights
into the latest LTE-Advanced carrier aggregation capability. The UXM is designed to make it
as easy as possible for you to validate the ever growing throughput and RF performance
needs of the latest user devices. The UXM is the solution you need to validate the performance
of your Cat 9 or 10 devices. As LTE-Advanced evolves to three component carriers, four
component carriers, 256 QAM and Cat 11 data rates and beyond, UXM's extensible architecture
is ready to handle these future technology challenges. The UXM's powerful and extensible
architecture and high speed interconnects allow you to go beyond two cells. You can
seamlessly connect two or more UXMs to add component carriers for increased data rates,
or additional cells for multi-cell handovers and mobility, and for testing FeICIC with
multiple aggressor cells. The settings for all cells in both test sets are easily accessed
through the main UXM. With the single user interface on the main UXM, you can see all
three cells on the cell bar and set each cell to specific bands according to your aggregation
scenario. On the Scheduling tab of the primary cell you can pick the MCS mode, MIMO, and
test mode, and easily apply these same settings to the second and third carriers with a single
button click. The Carrier Aggregation tab, which can be accessed from any cell, can easily
manage all the carriers from a single location. For example, you can set the cell type, primary
or secondary, the duplex mode, and even the carrier aggregation for downlink, or both
downlink and uplink. Simply press the All Cell On button and you're able to now analyze
the data throughput, which in this case is 450 Mps downlink, and 50 Mps uplink with three
component carriers. In addition to measuring end-to-end data throughput with multiple component
carriers, with the UXM's integrated X-Series measurement applications you can also measure
your device's RF performance when transmitting two uplink carriers. A simple touch brings
up the X-Series Application View allowing you to explore the rich RF measurements from
UXM, including channel power, modulation analysis with constellation and EVM for each channel,
adjacent channel power, and spectrum emission mask for the two uplink carriers. All these
measurements can be accessed by the touch screen with the virtual front panel. As you've
seen, Keysight's UXM has an extensive set of capabilities for testing data throughput
and RF performance of your LTE-Advanced carrier aggregation devices. Please watch our other
UXM videos, or contact a Keysight sales representative for an evaluation. For more information visit
the website on your screen. Thanks for watching.

SEER stands for seasonal energy efficiency ratio
so when shopping for a new air conditioner, the SEER rating is very important
Here's why
Think about a SEER rating like the gas mileage you get in your car
The higher the miles per gallon the more efficient your car is right?
Well the higher the SEER rating on an air conditioner the more efficient it is to operate
You can see over time the savings really add up
Here's something cool about a SEER rating
It allows you to compare one AC to another
because a SEER rating of 21 on one brand
is the same as a SEER rating of 21 on all other brands
If you'd like more information about SEER ratings
and which SEER is right for you. Give us a call
We'll be happy to help you out

Spooky Goulding - Under the Doots - Duration: 3:44.Like all the bones before Like all the bones bones bones bones
Like all the bones before Like all the bones bones bones bones
You left a ribcage on the floor You set your spooks on him
You left a hand print on the door Like all the bones before, like all the bones before
This is our skull baby, running out Our bones were never off
We still have calcium to run about Wake the dead, to wake the dead, to get us back on track
I've seen you in a doot you lost I've seen you in a doot
We're under the doots and you're spooking me
In our house made of calcium, your spooks all over me
We're under the doots and you're spooking me
Like all the bones before Like all the bones bones bones bones
Like all the bones before Like all the bones bones bones bones
In here the world won't bring us down Our plan is calcium
Out there a lonely skull could drown In here we're frozen
Where did the calcium go? My bones are empty
You're not the Skeltal I should know Like all the bones before, like all the bones before
We're under the doots and you're spooking me
In our house made of calcium, your spooks all over me
We're under the doots and you're spooking me
We're in a ribcage, we're in a ribcage Thank Mr Skel-tal, oh
We're in a ribcage, we're in a ribcage Thank Mr Skel-tal, oh oh
We're under the doots and you're spooking me
In our house made of calcium and your spooks all over me
(I've seen you in a doot you lost)
Like all the bones before, like all the bones before
We're under the doots and you're spooking me
In our house made of calcium, your spooks all over me
We're under the sheets and you're spooking me
We're under the doots and you're spooking me
In our house made of calcium, your spooks all over me
We're under the doots and you're spooking me
Spooking me, spooking me
Spooking me
