It is well-known fact that human body is 70% water, and scientists explain that by drinking

sufficient amount of water on daily basis you will improve the process of digestion,

nutrient absorption as well as the circulation.

The Water Diet Menu

Breakfast 1 glass of water, tea or freshly squeezed

juice (combination of several types of fruit);

Lunch Drink 1 glass of water before your lunch and

after the lunch drink a cup of tea.

What to eat for lunch?

You can eat raw vegetables (the amount is not limited) and you can ad vinegar, oil,

lemon and spices dressing.

It is advisable to consume carrots, tomatoes, cucumbers, celery, lettuce, onions, corn and

artichokes;

Snack 1 glass of water, tea or juice + 1 glass of

milk or yogurt / 30 grams cheese or a piece of fruit

Dinner Drink 1 glass of water before your dinner

and a cup of tea after the dinner.

For dinner you can eat 100 grams of chicken / meal meat or 150 grams of hake / 1 boiled

egg in combination with vegetables and fruits.

Welcome to Draw Tip Tuesday Here's your weekly dose of inspiration to

build a creative habit!

One drawing at a time Brought to you by Sketchbook Skool

Last week, we made a contour drawing of a building.

Now let's improve our urban sketching by adding something extra: a map!

When you draw a building, the drawing can have a lot of character, but you could also

personalise it by adding a map of where the drawing is located.

It can be a simple map of the streets, and a pin where the building is.

With a little help from Google maps, it's a simple thing to do.

I'm adding a few extra spots on my map: places to go for a drink or a bite to eat

in close proximity of this church.

I'll add a few colors to clarify the things I'm pointing out.

Doing a map like this is especially fun if you want to remember certain places you visit.

Either in your own town or when traveling to exotic places.

What kind of map could you add to your drawing?

Big or small, it doesn't matter - it's a great way to give some extra information

to your urban sketch!
