New Teen Titans Box Blind Bags Series 1 and Titans T-Tower Vs TREX and King Kong Unboxing

save them King Kong

why in the world with King Kong trying

to save them wideout wow it's great to

see you again I'm so glad you came back

we're gonna have another awesome set of

toys to unbox here ah these are actually

sent to me by my friends at Mattel

thanks Mattel they sent me the team

power Teen Titans peak-hour really cool

it's like they're our headquarters with

an exclusive Robin again then you've

been cooler they sent me a whole box of

series 1 ah minifigure blind bags wow

that is so cool let's see how many we

got in here and AH with these there is a

to them that you could find the chink

cyborg each boy Blackfyre speedy raven

dark robin and Starfire

sweet well let's start opening these up

so we're going to start with the first

one let's see some of these at different

ways to open them some of them

have like quick tools other ones you

have to cut okay so uh what I'm going to

do is I'm going to go ahead and cut

these so you guys don't have to watch me

doing it

Wow guys we've got 36 addy is a lot of

blind bags I think we have a good chance

of getting all of them so first of all

let's see who our first guy is all you

got to put these together okay so the

first guy is BD and then our next one is

ah looks like we got jinx okay so two

bags we've got two of the characters

I'll put them together and show you them

at the end okay so we got another speedy

and then we got so you guys think we'll

get all of them in one bag I think we

got a good chance ups we've already got

three of them okay we've got black fire

here so these do come on these are like

Lego guys so that is cool

so let's see what we get here oops look

looks like another black fire as you can

see you got a leg you got the body the

head the arms actually let's go ahead

and put one of these together it's just

take too long for me to put them all

together so they snap together really

cool so like I said these are like

larger Lego characters they're bought

double the size of our regular lego guy

but they fit together like a Lego set

number okay so there we go awesome okay

then next we have up we got cyborg cool

okay

so we've already got aa four of the

characters so like I said I think we've

got a really good chance

yep we've got dark robin like I said I

will put all of these together for you I

just don't want to do it while you're

watching because this would be a really

long video okay so we've got Beast Boy

here so already we've got I believe six

of the characters we only need Raven and

Starfire to go to get every one of these

characters and this is okay so we got

another speedy and this one is okay this

is another black fire okay come on

oops looks like we got Starfire awesome

so we only need Raven I believe if you

buy a full box you do get all the

characters so okay so this one we've got

jinx

so I want to get them all put together

we'll see how many we got of each one of

those characters this one looks like it

yep that's Raven awesome so already

we're like a third of the way through

and already we've got all the characters

sweetie then we got another cyborg oh I

like the fact that they are they have

these so you could put it together like

Lego guys so I mean it's cool it makes

playability fun too because you kids

pull off like the leg who stuff like

that so uh I do believe that if you do

buy one of these a whole surprise box

that you do get pretty much all the

characters in it unless you're going

with something that's got a lot of

character

okay so another nice boy there and over

here another beast boy over here we've

got another looks like a cyborg another

cyborg and then I will also take a

closer look at these once I get them all

put together like all there are arms the

legs move and stuff so it'll be it'll be

cool okay we've got another Starfire and

here we have missed another black player

oh not another Raven cool so looks like

we've got at least doubles of all of

them okay another Raven here and over

here we've got another jinx awesome and

another like I said these are really fun

too bad there was not more than what was

just here another black fire they're

probably saving it for this theory to

most people probably don't buy a food

plot okay

together you've got a king here over

here you up looks like another dark

Robin another dark Robin

okay so we are getting pretty close to

the end here another dark robin and over

here we have our fire and I believe this

is another speedy

yep okay so we've got about seven more

left let's see who we got

okay another gar fire over here we head

up just like another Raven and then we

have another piece boy beast boys cool

ah if you never watch the show beast

boys like a green uh some type of an

alien character bought he could

transform himself with our fire into any

creature so I mean this guy transforms

himself into dinosaurs a lot of really

cool different stuff another dark robin

and last of all we have it's gonna be

our last one

cyborg so okay let me go ahead and get

all of these put together and we'll

check them out okay so let's check up

this tower so like I said it comes with

the exclusive Robin you could store up

to ten figures in the tower oh let's

check out some of the options on the

back here awesome

looks like ah they have a vehicle there

that goes with the our assess five zones

for play and

explain we store up to ten figures and

it has a garage for the t'car okay so

here is the T Tower

also this does come with the exclusive

Robin this is like the surprise bag ones

you can pop off the arms the head the

legs so on and the Cape off his back so

that is cool

ah because I got a bunch of those

characters we've just opened up so we're

going to go ahead and populate this

power once we get it checked out okay so

first of all let's go ahead and unhinge

it so this whole frock just slides right

open and over here you've got the

different environment so here you got

like a girl's bedroom there

you got like a messy boy's room over

here down here you've got it looks like

a boy's room with like exercise

equipment over here you've got a like a

laptop study area and then over here is

where you're going to go ahead and put

in your car so if you have the key card

you can go ahead and drive it right into

here I believe it actually fits in here

then go ahead and close it because the

back of this also does open up so

yes the fact of it collapses down so

that is a cool option too so you have a

cool carrying case which transformed

into awesome headquarters so these

little guys fit right in there they are

cool too their arms will turn all the

way around their waist turns and their

head will turn 360 degrees so then ah

they do have little pegs here too so you

could attach them to the pegs and play

with them and also place that cool let's

get the other one and put a ball and Wow

okay they won't all fit I got 36 of them

but I will see how much we can smash in

there okay guys so here they are all put

together first of all let's start over

here we have five cyborgs yay like I

said these are very similar to a Lego

but about twice the size they turn it

the waist their arms turn their heads

turn and then like you seem to put

together the heads to pop off the arms

pop off the legs pop off so five awesome

cyborgs and then we've got five beast

boys so if you watch the show you know

Beast Boy could transform into any

character except you know it's him

because he's always green I mean this

guy could transform into a dinosaur or a

car a building or anything but you

always know it's him because he's green

okay and then back here we have four

Speedy's I actually thought this guy

would be the most a head but it's not ah

on average it seems is pretty close to

five per pack so uh if you want all of

them I guess buy a pack

you're pretty much guaranteed to get

them all but there is speedy he is very

bad and then we have four black fires

the black by two long purple hair same

movement arms legs she looks really cool

and in the back here other thing is guys

I have not watched Teen Titans in a

while so I really don't know who all

these villains are I wish I did but what

I just don't have the time anymore but

when I did watch I watched all the

episodes they had I mean I love t-type

but it's been a while

so this one is jinx he's got the wild

look in here she looks cool but she

looks very angry and then behind her we

have Raven

so we've got four Ravens but she looks

cool too

case with everything so the the ones

that have capes the capes also do come

up and then we have five dark Robins so

this guy looks like a teenager

this isn't basically angry teenager

okay and then behind him we have dark

wire Starfire five star fighters

Starfire is the nice one I mean she's

kind to everybody she always said good

night good day unless you get her angry

if you get her angry

you better run for it okay then let's

see how many of these guys we could fit

into the tower

hahaha we fit all 36 of them into the

four rooms of the tower let's power rule

it has a lot of group and then you still

have the bottom all open for the car oh

if I open this they're gonna all fall

off check this up ah they're everywhere

ah they're multiplying like rabbits just

another nice peaceful day at the Twin

Tower the village

bending times with the good guys involve

a sudden ah PC boy was it you

you fart again now was it me yourself

owes me oh no what is this it's a

terrible team records attacking the

tower watch out Titans ah knocked it

down coming down

I'll now engulf them up like chicken

again just solo jigsaw

quick run Raven l know oh poor Raven

I'll save you guys although speedy begin

dark Robin did you stop though I don't

care

the kids Oh Robin okay you get me back

my friends whorehouse

Starfire ah okay before it's up to you

and me oh all the Beast boys left and

he's come for him

what is this something's happening he

transformed into King Kong Wow oh boy

look there scaping

back me absolutely we make these boy how

come you weren't green every time you

transform before you were green well

note all that chocolate I ate this

morning it turned my character brown ha

ha ha ha ha ha ha ha uh yeah that is

hilarious

STARBUCKS UNICORN FRAPPUCCINO AT HOME | HOW TO MAKE | RECIPE | VEGAN | HEALTHY | DIY - Duration: 10:40.

- Hi guys. (upbeat music)

Hope you're having a great day.

My name's Morgan, and welcome to my channel.

Today, I wanted to show you how to make unicorn

frappucino at home.

I guess it's more of a unicorn smoothie,

because it's actually pretty healthy.

But, it'll look beautiful and taste even better

than that other frappucino

that you may or may have been able to get your hands on.

FYI, if you still really want a mythical frappucino

from Starbucks, apparently there's a dragon one

that you can get, which sounds pretty good.

It's like a green tea latte.

So, you could go get that.

But if you like this video, be sure to give it a thumbs up,

comment down below if you wanna see anything else like this,

and, of course, subscribe for more videos.

I do lots of stuff like this on my channel,

and I'd love to have you join the family.

Let me know what you wanna see.

Alright, let's get started, guys.

Okay, so out first step is going to be getting that

nice blue drizzle.

So, in order to get a blue drizzle

that doesn't use blue food coloring,

we're going to use Blue Magic.

So this is a sort of algae,

it's basically like liquid gold, I swear (chuckles).

It took me so long to find this,

and then I ended up going to a smoothie place near me

that I knew had Blue Magic as one of the ingredients

in their smoothies, and they gave me this much

for five bucks.

It's a pricey, pricey thing, so if wanted to use blue

food coloring, you totally good.

But I'm going to take a little bit of this

condensed coconut milk.

This is probably the least healthy part of this recipe,

but I think given that it's a small amount,

it's probably okay.

So I'm taking, this is probably about 1 and 1/2

to two tablespoons of condensed coconut milk.

And I'm just going to melt this a little bit,

soften it up in the microwave.

Okay, so this actually looks perfect.

It was in there for about 10 minutes,

and it is just the right consistency.

So this is now too solid, so I'm gonna move it away.

I actually thought I was gonna have to add some almond milk

to it, but it doesn't seem like I'm going to,

but I have it on hand just in case.

Okay, I'm now gonna go in and add in my Blue Magic.

You only need to add in a small amount at a time.

So this is probably about 1/2 a teaspoon, I would guess.

We're fine with that.

And this nice blue.

So now that we have that, I'm actually gonna grab

my Starbucks cup, 'cause we fancy,

and we gonna totally mimic it.

And just drizzle it along the side.

And I don't wanna get too overzealous with this,

'cause I feel like you wanna still be able to see

all the pretty colors.

Okay, so I just tossed the cup into the fridge

so that the side drizzle wouldn't fall down anymore

while we're making the smoothie part.

So for the smoothie, you're going to need a Magic Bullet

or a blender of some sort.

I'm using this Vega protein powder,

it's like a Tropical Tango flavor,

but it's got some mango in it so that's why I'm using it.

It's honestly not the best tasting protein powder

I've ever had, but it works because it doesn't turn it

green, 'cause it doesn't have any added greens to it.

And then a frozen banana.

So I'm gonna start off by tossing in this frozen banana,

then my almond milk.

This is just a plain, unsweetened almond milk.

(milk gushing)

Quite a bit of almond milk, I think that was about a cup,

because we wanna make sure that we have enough room

for all the additional fruits and stuff

we're gonna add in in a second as well.

Then, a scoop of this Vega powder.

(tapping)

Cool.

And then we're gonna blend it up.

(blender whirring)

Now that we have this all blended up,

I'm gonna separate it out into two separate cups.

But, now that I think of it, I actually only need one

because we're just gonna start with it in here.

So, I'm gonna set that aside,

and start off with our pink one.

Now, we're taking some strawberries here,

tip some in.

If you have a pureed dragon fruit, or some beet juice,

then that would work really, really well here.

I just don't have any of that on hand right now,

so that's why I'm using strawberries.

Plus, I feel like most people have strawberries around.

And then I'm adding in just a little bit more almond milk

to make sure that we don't end up with something

that's like a smoothie bowl.

If you do want a smoothie bowl,

then you don't need to add any more almond milk,

it'll probably be fine just as is.

(blender whirring)

Okay, so now that we have out strawberry part done,

and see, even this is pretty (chuckles),

pretty thick from what I was planning on doing.

But, okay.

And this is also my first time doing this,

did I mention that?

Probably not.

So we're gonna separate this one out now into here.

(groaning)

So graceful.

Yum.

Set this aside now.

And we're gonna move on to the blue part.

So I'm just gonna rinse this off a little bit

so that we don't end up having too, too much color

cross contamination.

Awesome.

Okay, so now I'm gonna pour this part into the smoothie.

And we're gonna add in some frozen berries.

Of course, if you used some blueberries,

just straight blueberries, it'd probably end up

being a little bit purple-ier,

but this is just what I have.

So, there's cherries in here, and blackberries,

so it'll probably end up being a little bit more red

than I would have liked.

Actually, let me,

this is gonna be a bit of a chore.

For you,

for you, unicorn smoothie, I'll do it.

Just picking out all of the blue stuff,

I don't wanna get any of those cherries in there

'cause I think the cherries will end up

making it really red.

Alright, that should be about enough,

because, where did my blue algae go?

There it is.

Now I'm gonna pout in the rest of my blue algae.

So in total, I'm using about 1 and 1/2 scoops

of the blue algae.

Okay, let's stir this up and see what happens,

'cause I don't know at this point.

And go.

(blender whirring)

'Kay, so apparently that wasn't recording,

but I basically just exploded everything

from here into my Magic Bullet.

So, there's not quite as much blue

as I would've wanted, but it's fine.

We'll make do.

We're going to assemble this,

and make it look like our unicorn smoothie.

We're just gonna spoon everything in

'cause I wanna be real sure that it works out.

So starting off with our pink.

And I have this real coconut stuff,

so it is a coconut whipped cream that I'm gonna put in here.

(whooshing)

Just 'cause there's a little bit of white usually

in these things that I saw.

So, gonna now pour in some blue.

Add in a bit more pink.

Pink's kinda mixing with the blue,

so I think I'm gonna try and add a little bit more of this.

(whooshing)

(laughing)

This is a good strategy, just put whipped cream

on everything to solve your problems.

(muffled speaking)

There we go.

Does that look like a unicorn to you?

Nearly.

I mean, I think it looks pretty good.

Okay, so I'm gonna stir this up just a little bit

to get all of the colors mixed in.

And now, of course, any unicorn drink needs sprinkles,

so I have my sprinkles handy,

and I'm ready to add the whip.

(whooshing)

Guys, this looks so good, I'm not even kidding.

Like, look how much whipped cream.

Sprinkles.

See, they're literally just flying everywhere,

this is always what happens.

Sprinkles are basically, they're like, the glitter of food.

(rattling)

Yum.

Okay guys, so this just happened.

The horror.

Literally just destroyed my frappucino.

But, on the bright side, I was just about to put this

lid on it, so, let's do that.

Can you tell I've never worked at Starbucks?

Or like, really even go there?

I think I should add more whipped cream,

'cause I think it usually like, comes out of it.

So I'm gonna do that anyway.

And I also spilled all the sprinkles on the ground, too.

It's a real good day (laughs).

The unicorn frappucino will make it better, though.

Alright, are you guys ready to get back into this?

'Cause definitely am.

I really want this to look legit.

So, I didn't even realize until this moment

how much whipped cream they put on these things.

(whooshing)

We're gonna put more.

(laughing)

I just want it to come out of the top

like they normally do.

There we go.

Add our straw back in there.

♫ Because I love you

Oh my gosh.

Alright, I just want you to get right up in here with me,

because I'm really excited about this.

Let's give it a try.

♫ Because I love you

♫ Because I love you

Mmm

It's like the fake healthy thing I always wanted.

Okay guys, that is it for today's video,

if you liked it be sure to give it a thumbs up,

subscribe if you haven't already,

and comment down below letting me know what else

you wanna see me do.

And I will see you in the next video,

have a great day.

Bye.

Act-On Software and Touchtown: Account-Based Marketing, Personalization, and Customer Journey - Duration: 7:36.

I'm Michael Krigsman, industry analyst and host of CxOTalk.

I'm speaking with Mike Rethage, who is the VP of Customer Success at Touchtown.

Hey, Mike!

Thanks for spending a few minutes with us.

Thanks, Michael!

It's great to be here today!

Mike, you're the VP of Customer Success.

What do you do, and tell us briefly about Touchtown.

Well, Touchtown is the number one provider of engagement solutions for senior living.

We only work in senior living, and we're trying to solve the three big problems in

senior living.

Number one, resident engagement and wellness, and really enhancing those programs that are

helping in communities; but also, building census at the communities.

And of course, employer attention, which is so important because this industry has a 42%

turnover rate of their employees.

Now, you are big consumers of digital data.

What kind of data are you collecting, and why is it so important for your business?

Well, that's a great question because we're a roughly 30-person team, but we have 1,200

customers across North America.

And, to keep those customers and engage them, we have to take advantage of the digital body

language to really make the timeliness of our contact the best it can be.

So, we're giving the right information at the right time for each customer.

I love that phrase, "digital body language."

What does that mean for you?

Well, the digital body language, to me, is that customer's electronic journey through

all of our materials, whether it by our support site or our marketing site, to gain more information

about what they're really interested in.

And, we like to be very consultative in the sales process to ensure that they don't

just look at us as a sales team, but also as a member of their team helping their community

grow.

And, that digital body language, again, helps us kind of interpret what they're doing

and ask the right questions, and ultimately find the right solution for them.

So this digital body language is central to your understanding of the customer journey

and what the customer cares about, and you're collecting this data using a variety of tools

and platforms.

So, would you give us an overview of that technology landscape?

Sure.

Well, we're heavy Salesforce.com users.

That's the hub of kind of all of our information; what our people are mostly working in every

day.

But, it's connected to many other systems.

So Act-On, for example, does all of our marketing automation, but also collecting a lot of that

digital body language and help us score what people are doing, because that connects our

marketing website in the emails that we send out, puts that information into Salesforce

at the fingertips of everyone.

That connection is so solid.

That helps us, again, interpret and work through to provide all those solutions to our customer.

So you've got these connected systems that are enabling you to collect this data.

How do you interpret that data?

What do you do with that data?

How do you act on that data?

And, how does it relate to your understanding of the customer journey?

Well, we believe that if someone's on our website, and they're looking at a product

page, that is a perfect time to follow up immediately after and ensure that we are answering

any questions that we may have.

So, if we see someone open up an email, and they are maybe interested in a webinar, we're

following up with them to answer any questions and also just be there; be consultative for

them.

And that timeliness is so important because we know that if we can give them a presentation

or a demo of our software, 50% of those demos turn into sales.

So, if we can get them to that point by being consultative, that helps us grow our business.

So, you're using this data to help support the buyer during, what I'm assuming for

them, is a complicated process, and to give you insight into what's important to them,

how they're thinking, and so on.

So, maybe elaborate on that aspect of it.

Sure.

So, being consultative in that process and selling technology to senior living, we want

to make sure that we're providing that right solution so they [...] can use our solutions

in a number of different ways whether they're engaging their residents or need a growth

census, or need to retain their employees more.

So, we want to ask the right questions to give them that personalized journey.

And, sometimes, that is just as simple as sending them an email at the right time with

a friendly face on it, and providing them links to tools like Calendly to quickly set

up a time with us.

Being there at the right time often makes that journey easier for the customer and makes

them, again, feel like we're a part of their team, not just trying to push something on

them.

How has this personalization affected the business of Touchtown?

Well, I think the personalization has helped a lot.

Not only has it increased our number of demos; because again, it makes a mass email feel

more personalized if you include someone's picture and some tailored content based on

what they've done; but it also has helped us on the customer success side – obviously,

the customer retention.

We have a 99% retention rate of our clients, and we do that by also following up using

these tools like Act-On to give them information post-sales that are going to help them engage

with our software and use the product to its fullest extent.

And sometimes, that's just simply sharing new features; and sharing features that … Our

software's complicated.

They may not know about and be able to take advantage of their community.

So, it's not just about selling, but it's really about understanding what that customer

needs at every point in their journey, in that buying process or post-purchase, in order

to support them, help them, and as you say, be consultative?

That's exactly right.

We always say that we are number one in this engagement arena.

But, we need to be number one at every step of the process from pre-sales to the actual

sales process for understanding what they're doing with our proposal, [up] to continuing

that through the post-sales process in engaging each customer.

Especially with that high turnover rate, [we need to] educate them on what our system can

do and make sure that they're using it, again, to its fullest extent.

We do that through digital body language, and again, making that timely in giving them

the information they need.

I love that concept of "digital body language."

What advice do you have for other companies who want to do the kind of things you're doing;

to really understand the customer and engage him or her in that journey?

Well, I think it starts with connecting your systems and analyzing the data.

If you're not looking at the data, but you're collecting it, it's not doing you any good.

So, personalizing the data and really understanding what it does with those connected systems

if your people have to log into four different places, that's not going to help.

That's what we really love about Act-On and some of these other solutions; how they integrate

into platforms like Salesforce that we're already using every day.

That makes our lives easier, and ultimately, helps us to use the data more every day and

every sale and every conversation.

It's just awesome.

Mike Rethage, thank you so much for taking the time to speak with us!

Hey!

Thank you so much!

BACK THEN. >> I FEEL LIKE WE'VE DONE THIS

INTERVIEW. WE TALKED ABOUT THESE THINGS.

HOW ARE YOU DOING? >> I'M DOING GREAT.

BEEN BUSY. WHEN I THOUGHT I WAS DONE WITH

SOCCER, YOU GET PROMOTED. AND BACK INTO SOCCER.

>> BUT YOU SAY, I'M DOING GREAT. AND YOU ALWAYS SAY THAT.

>> OH, YEAH. >> THAT IS YOUR GIFT.

YOUR PERSONALITY. WE SHOULD MENTION, THIRD TUMOR,

BRAIN TUMOR. BUT THIS ONE IS ACTING

I'M GOING TO GET STRONG AND JUST GET STRONG AND BODY, BE STRONG

IN FAITH, BE STRONG IN NUTRITION, BE STRONG IN EVERY

POSSIBLE WAY I CAN BE STRONG. AND WHEN I NEED TO BE TAING

CARE OF THIS THING, I WILL. AND FIRST SCAN AFTER THE INITIAL

DIAGNOSIS WAS, IT HADN'T GROWN. THAT'S THE BEST NEWS POSSIBLE.

A FEW MONTHS LATER, I GO BACK AND THEY SAY, IT SHRANK.

>> 30 MILLION PEOPLE WENT TO SEE IT.

IS IT GRATIFYING? IS IT HEARTWARMING?

IS IT SURPRISING? >> I FELT LIKE I WAS BEING

OBEDIENT. I DID THIS VIDEO.

AND FOR WHATEVER REASON, THERE WAS INTERESTING IN WHAT I HAD TO

SAY. AND I FELT LIKE, IF I COULD

MINISTER TO PEOPLE, IF I COULD HELP PEOPLE, AND IF I COULD

SHARE WITH PEOPLE AND ALLOW THEM TO FEEL WHAT I FEEL AT PEACE, AT

DIFFICULT TIMES AND SHARE THE ABUNDANCE OF JOY THAT IS MY

LIFE, THAT WAS THE RIGHT THING TO DO.

WHEN PEOPLE CAME TO ME AND SAID, WILL YOU DO THIS?

I'M NOT GOING A REALITY SHOW. IT'S NOT.

THE CREW SHOWED UP. AND WHEN I TELL YOU THE LAST DAY

OF SHOOTING, I MISS THESE GUYS. THEY WERE THE GREATEST PEOPLE TO

WORK WITH. AND WHEN YOU HAVE SOMETHING THAT

INTRUSIVE THAT WASN'T, IT'S -- >> HOW DID THE KIDS FEEL ABOUT

IT? YOU'RE A PUBLIC PERSON.

YOU HAVE BEEN FOR A LONG TIME. HOW DID THEY FEEL LIKE BEING

FOLLOWED AROUND BY CAMERAS? >> IT WILL BE OBVIOUS IN THE

SERIES. MY REDHEAD, MAX, HE WANTED TO BE

THERE ALL THE TIME. >> HE HAS A LITTLE OF HIS DAD IN

HIM. >> THE OTHER KIDS DIDN'T WANT TO

BE SEEN. >> A LITTLE BIT OF TIME LEFT.

FOR ALL THE TIME I'VE KNOWN YOU, FOR ALL OF THE HEALTH BATTLES, I

NEVER HEARD YOU SAY WHY ME? HOW DO YOU GET AWAY WITH THAT?

>> IT'S BEEN THE CONDITION OF MY LIFE.

AND IT'S SOMETHING -- EVERY TIME I'VE GOTTEN KNOCKED DOWN AND

I'VE GOTTEN UP, THERE'S SOMETHING GREAT ON THE OTHER

SIDE. THAT'S PART OF THE DEAL.

YOU HAVE TO BE ABLE TO PARTICIPATE IN THAT.

YOU GET KNOCKED DOWN. SOMETHING BAD HAPPENS.

YOU HAVE TO BE READY FOR THE GREAT THINGS TO HAPPEN.

JUST BY DECIDING THAT IT'S GOING TO BE THAT WAY.

>> I WAS GOING TO SAY. YOU ASK WHY ME?

WHY ALL OF THE CHALLENGES. BUT ALSO, THERE'S BEEN

BLESSINGS, AS WELL. >> TONS.

>> BE WELL. STAY THIRSTY, MY FRIEND.

Turtle Wax Worldwide: Buenos Aires, Argentina - Duration: 6:27.

Right? Okay, cool. Left? Right? Left, right?

Right, left. There you go. [ Both laugh ]

Hello, I am Marcelo and today we're here in Buenos Aires.

Driving here in the city is complicated.

Especially from Mondays to Fridays — you have to have a lot of patience.

I have loved cars since I was little — I've always dreamed of owning a Mercedes Benz.

And well, I was lucky enough to accomplish that dream a couple of years ago.

Each year, I buy a new car and for me it is important to preserve it well.

I am very meticulous and I try to make sure no details are overlooked.

And if something were to happen I would fix it right away — it is always perfect.

Detail Mania was born precisely through a passion for detailing.

I started washing cars with my father on weekends,

but today it's much more than a hobby.

It is a way of life … and we're passionate about what we do.

My mother also works at Detail Mania.

Many in the field have come to know her as the "Mother of Detailing".

Ten years ago, we began selling quality products and now we supply the entire Argentine Republic to bring out the best shine a car can possibly have.

I drove the Mustang and I thought it was awesome.

The connection with a car from that era is undoubtedly much stronger than with a modern car.

It is something incredible … it really is a legend.

There are very few of them here in Argentina and it's an enormous pleasure to drive it.

Cars have always been my passion — the truth is that I have liked them since I was little.

But it was the experience of washing the car with my father that motivated me to continue perfecting the skill.

Well, I am Gonzalo Garcia Moritan — I am an auto-enthusiast.

On weekends, [cars] are my hobby.

My wife is a bit of a challenge because she says that I disappear into the country side with my cars.

The Ford Falcon was a very famous car here in Argentina.

I've owned it for approximately eight years. I bought it from someone who kept his boat over there.

I would see it everyday … the car was impeccable, he was the sole owner and I was always after him to buy it.

So, if it is alright with you, let's go drive the Ford Falcon.

It has a super powerful engine — with a lot of horsepower.

Our Argentine horses, I think, are among the most beautiful things that Argentina has.

The gauchos were very important for Argentine culture.

They were the ones in charge of the great properties, when everything was larger.

If someone is a gaucho, they are known as a hard-working person.

Argentina was made on horseback.

Everything that we found - Patagonia, everything - was on horseback.

Yes, it is our country, but it is more than a country.

The spirit of the country was made by the horse.

How to See Old Things in New Ways - Create Your Own Life Hacks - CreAlt Method 1.1 The Hammer - Duration: 4:34.

To slice cheese, you know, like…What's up, Whys Profits.

In this episode you'll learn how creative people see and change the world.

The world around them.

You can train yourself to see this way, and I call it the crealt method.

Crealt is short of creative alternative.

So take this hammer for instance.

How many different ways can you see this hammer?

If you open your mind, if you see the hammer not as you think it is, but as it actually

is, you can see it not as it is, but as it could be.

This is how creative people get their ideas.

They're always seeing things in new ways.

Out of the old comes the new.

The way I sharpen my creativity, the way I keep it fresh, and always thinking in new

ways, is for two minutes a day, I chose a random object—I usually go down into the

basement and find what I can see…see what I can find…and then for at least two minutes

I think of all the different ways I can use that object.

How can I put myself in as many situations as possible that this could be useful?

How can I use this hammer?

One way is you hammer the nail into the wood, then you use the hammer as a shelf.

If you had two hammers you could put one here and one here, and make sure the nail was on

tightly, and then you can drape, put a board over it, and that could be a shelf.

Or you could drape towels over it.

You could fasten the hammer to your front door and use it as a knocker.

Someone just knocks on it.

You don't even have to have the handle, just take the hammer head.

You could massage your back, like tap, tap, tap those little muscles—oh, yea, that feels

good.

You can tap out knots.

Or you could use the handle to roll under your feet, or your hands, or really dig into

things.

You could also use the claw as a back-scratcher.

All in one.

Massager and back-scratcher.

I might start doing that.

You could possibly fit this under the door and lift it off its hinges, give it a little

leverage.

You could use an old hammerhead as a paperweight.

You could use it as a mini anvil.

You could use a hammer as a pendulum…hypnotize.

Or a metronome.

You could put two elastic bands on the top and the bottom of the hammers and use it as

a resistance training exercise.

You could hang a metal hammer across bard or rafters and do pull-ups, or you know, one-handed

pull-ups.

Or you could hang something heavy from it, like a tire, for an indoor tire swing.

I don't know.

If you find a bell without a tongue, you can use the hammer to ring the bell.

Or if it's a big bell, you could even tie the hammer inside the bell and use that to

ring the bell.

You could use two hammers tapping together to train your hand-eye coordination.

So some of these ideas are going to be good, some of them are going to be bad.

The point is to get out as many ideas as you can, and then later on, if you write them

down, then you determine what the good ideas are.

All the geniuses in history had just as many bad ideas, they just threw them away.

Or, they pursued both the good ideas and the bad ideas and you only remember them for the

good ideas.

Hand-eye coordination.

I don't know maybe it's a terrible idea.

You could take the head off and use it as a knob, or a handle.

Tie a rope to it, and this could be a long range weapon.

Better than a baseball in a sock.

Maybe not better, but….or, you know, with the rope, you could use it as a grappling

hook.

You could use that to grapple…it could possibly work.

Or you could tie it, you know, if you want to put a tire swing up on a tree, you can

tie a rope to it, lob it over.

This would be cool.

You could hammer above you like monkey bars a whole bunch of thick nails, and then you

get two hammers with claws…this might be a terrible idea…but to really train your

hand-eye coordination, swing from nail to nail with the claws…I'd try it.

I'd probably get a hammer with a thicker space between the claws, maybe something,

maybe a custom-made hammer, but that could work.

That could work.

It would also train grip strength.

It takes a lot of strength to hold your weight like that.

You could open a coconut, or crush ice, or pick ice, the ideas go on and on.

The point is: Do this for two minutes a day.

At least two minutes a day to expand your mind and see things in new ways.

I'll leave it to you.

If you guys have comments, leave a comment.

What else can you use a hammer for?

What else can you use any object in your room, outside, what can you use a rock for?

It would be good to do it when you wake up and your mind is still in that dream state

and you're thinking outside the box, or before you go to bed, because then when you

wake up, you'll have slept on it, and you'll probably have more ideas.

So two minutes a day is all you have to do.

Thank you for watching.

Thank you again!

The Empty Stomach Diet – 7 Foods to Avoid - StayHealthyTV - Duration: 4:34.

The Empty Stomach Diet – 7 Foods to Avoid

Chances are good that you've never heard of the empty stomach diet before however,

today at StayHealthyTV we will cover what foods should be avoided on an empty stomach.

So check out the following list of foods to avoid on our Don't List.

This can help you arrange your diet intake.

The DON'T list: 7 Foods to Avoid

1.

Citrus fruit on an empty stomach No!

No!

No!

They're packed with Vitamin C, but oranges, grapefruits and other citrus fruits aren't

the right choice of a morning.

On an empty stomach, it's said that the fruit acidity can be a major cause of heartburn.

2.

Pears Another fruit which is healthy, but nope - not

recommended for breakfast consumption.

Due to the crude fibre present in pears, it may lead to damage of the mucous membrane

and create an unpleasant feeling in your stomach.

3.

High sugar fruit juices Classic fruit juices are full of refined sugar,

leading to a sharp spike in your blood sugar levels.

This will leave you less satisfied and vulnerable to energy dips and cravings throughout the

day.

4.

Short Crust and Puff Pastry Think twice about a continental breakfast.

Croissants and Danishes might sound like a tempting start to your day, but they contain

yeast, a type of bacteria that irritates the lining of the stomach that may cause flatulence.

How tempting does a croissant sound right now?

5.

Carbonated Drinks Soda consumption is one of the leading causes

of obesity, but even sugar-free carbonated benefits are not recommended on an empty stomach.

Drinking them in the morning can damage mucous membranes and reduce blood supply to the stomach,

making food digest more slowly, which can cause constipation.

6.

Bananas Bananas contain a huge amount of magnesium,

which when eaten on an empty stomach can slip into your bloodstream and cause heart issues

in later life.

Bananas are great – but make sure you've got other food floating around in your stomach

as well.

7.

Green Veggies Flatulence and Heartburn.

Not things you'd really associate with vegetables, right?

Greens actually contain high levels of amino acids which may influence these on an empty

stomach – but sure, have it at lunch!

If you have a weak digestive system, avoid these foods on an empty stomach.

Hunger can often make us grab for anything and sometimes, it's the wrong thing!

Remember – not all food is suitable for use on an empty stomach.

Walpurgisnacht Part I - Duration: 9:45.

There's a great reward when you're getting in shape.

An ice-cold Tab!

And now that fantastic cola taste is also available without caffeine!

Try Tab or new caffeine-free Tab!

Either way, Tab is one smart choice!

And now our feature presentation.

Hello!

I'm Nix, and this is Cayden.

This is a video that we're doing.

Is it now?

I need more whiskey!

What?

Nothing.

Allo!

Hello!

I'm Nix, and this is Cayden.

No, I'm not.

By the time this is uploaded it will be April 30th.

Which will be a Sunday.

And it will be Walpurgisnacht.

A Pagan holiday.

It is also known as Witch's night.

It is the day before May Day known to Pagans as Beltane.

It is sometimes called the Spring Halloween because it is actually exactly opposite Halloween

aka Samhain on the calendar.

You may have heard people mention that Halloween is the time when the veil between this world

and the next is at it's thinnest.

And strange events may occur.

Magickal workings may be performed with exceptional potency.

This is true!

The same is true of Walpurgisnacht.

Now granted, the cool ghostly breeze and autumnal ambiance pbbbbbbt.

Who writes these tongue twisters?

Sound's like something EV wrote.

But it was me, drinking and watching Salem.

Pbbbbtttt.

Red leather, yellow leather, red leather, yellow leather.

I can do this.

Today no one is really left to bang the drums.

No one recalls they should light the bonfires, except in some remote areas of Europe.

Walpurgisnacht is also known as May's Eve, the night before Beltane, or May Day.

It may have slipped quietly in your subconscious in some of your favorite books and entertainment.

I need a lot more whiskey....

But it was once very much real in the world of the Pagan.

But truly it pays to respect the power of Walpurgisnacht.

Known as the Witch's Day, it is quiet, subtle, cloistered from the garish exploitation of

Samhain as Halloween.

Dead air

TV voice: One moment please.

Now when I made the recording yesterday, I said by the time this was uploaded it would

be Walpurgisnacht, although now it's Walpurgisnacht so by the time this is uploaded it will be

Beltane, Blessed Beltane.

Once again, our Superstition sweet wine.

EV: Pour me a Beltane.

Nix: What is this holiday about?

Beltane?

I was coming here prepared for Walpurgisnacht, I don't know much about Beltane.

Around Halloween or whatever you call it, Samhain, all that stuff, you enter the Winter

season where Necromancy is way easier and you know, because the ghosts are out, the

portals are open and you know, death is about because you know, the trees don't have leaves

and you know the dead are scared of leaves for some reason.

I've never looked into why.

I mean, does it have something to do with the fact that before the modern EPA it was

legal to burn the leaves and everybody gathered the leaves and then burned them so there were fires?

EV: Well, that and all their garbage, But yeah.

Nix: Bonfires.

Yeah! So they'd gather all that stuff up because everybody kept everything around

you know, because you didn't know if you needed it or not.

Things weren't as easy, like now we have too much garbage, but back in the day having a

certain amount of garbage to go, "Oh, I need a jar for something let me just wipe that out."

You know, that'd work out but you know, for sanitary reasons you get like Hoarder Joe

to drag all his stuff out and he's all upset about it but don't worry we're all gonna get

drunk and talk to ghosts one last time before the necromancy season runs out, so...

Nix: Well I was saying last night, this-this night is exactly six months after Halloween.

EV: Yeah!

Nix: It really is the Spring Halloween.

And you know as I was saying you know, Halloween is in the fall when the leaves are dying and

there's a cool wind coming in and the fun of Summer is over and it feels spooky, but

you know, the portals are open right now too it just doesn't feel the same because everybody's

happy the Winter is over and all the flowers are back and it's cheerful...

EV: They're all looking for eggs and chocolate bunnies and whatever that's euphemism for.

It began a long time ago...

<Chicks peeping>

<Children shrieking>

Stronger and bigger and better...

<children shouting> <overenthusiastic parent sounds>

Godzilla roars

Nix: Gojira!

EV: Man, I worship Godzilla and Sailor Moon.

Nix: It's funny you mention Godzilla right as Kaiju is in the background going MEOW.

Like he's gonna come stomping in.

EV: He's a little monster.

A delightful little monster.

Something that we do need to to look into, I don't know if there's a movie version I

think there is but, I've been uh just starting to check out is it, Junji Ito?

He does, he's like a horror comic book artist.

EV: Oh! Ok, yeah.

Nix: And I watched a documentary about him and I haven't gotten my hands on any of the comic

books but I definitely seems up my alley, like I can feel that it's one of the few things

I'm going to expose myself to that is actually going to give me the creeps and it takes a lot.

I could be totally wrong about this but I seem to remember there being a comic book about

spirals that he did.

Nix: Yes.

And it had this like I got that from my friend Bug, well my ex-girlfriend Bug but she's the

greatest Discordian ever so anything about spirals, and the number 23,

Film Clip: Give it a try.

it's all that sort of weird conspiracy nonsense but on a supernatural level, very bizarre I was really into it but

then just like she lost it to me, I lost it to somebody else. Into the ether.

The documentary I was watching mentioned a story where they discover these holes on the

side of a mountain and then they discover that each of the holes is in the perfect shape

of one of them and people start finding themselves inextricably drawn towards crawling...

craw....

Walpurgisnacht!

Eh they're burning the uh...Winter garbage, various people I'm sure.

But it sounded like a groan.

Groans.

Well, you know, have you ever been on fire?

Oh god!

Oh Jesus Christ!

There's some amount of groaning after the usual AHHHHH is going on.

I remember when me and Cayden and I used to light fires on the uh, I think it was the, we called

it the the, not the man rock, the Male rock but..

EV: Fraggle Rock? Nix: Especially...

Nix: Especially in the Winter. EV: Crocodile rock? Nix: when it was

very

MOIST.

<Goat screaming in disgust>

It would definately do some cracking and poppling.

Poppling?

Yeah, it works.

You mean like the things you turn inside out and wrap around?

Yeah! I remember Popples. They were really fun when you were a kid and then when you got older

you would stash your drugs in them and your parents wouldn't think to look in there

because they'd forget that they even had a pocket.

EV: I had a guy who that I used to know who used

to hide in a My Pet Monster, apparently he had like, cut a hole in it's armpit so you

know, grew weed out his armpit. That reminds me of a story from Marilyn Manson's biography

that they had Huggy Bear doll on the tour bus and they would hide drugs in it.
