Waching daily May 26 2017

hey guys welcome back to my Channel!

today I'm gonna show you how to make

your eyelashes look amazing! longer

thicker and beautiful and I'm very

excited because I'm using my new

mascara from julep.

I will read a little bit about this

mascara why I'm so excited :)

Large boosting bamboo mascara, clinically

proven results three times more length

and thickness on bare lashes. well I need

all of this for my eyelashes! let's get

started. for my eyelashes I'm always

using lash curler because my lashes

grows up so straight forward and I just

don't like when I apply mascara without

curling them.

I love false eyelashes but for everyday

I don't glue them on I just don't. I like

to wear mascara and I'm very very picky

with mascara just because my

eyelashes goes whatever and I always

need to make sure I'm managing them and

make them look even and nice. We'll

see if this mascara will do a good job.

This is how it's looks when it's out

of box and it's super cute it has all

over this eyes open and closed with

beautiful lashes and I just think it's

look very elegant and very cute. You

can actually make it make your wand a

little bit shorter and fuller a little

bit longer and spread out. now with a

short wand I'm building the volume so I

just twist it to the left all the way

and made it short and now I'm going to

build the volume. it seems this one works

really well for my stubborn eyelashes.

What I like it spread mascara very evenly.

Very nice!! and now I want to create

length and separate eyelashes. I will

twist all the way to the right. now I'm

going to build length and separate

eyelashes.

I love how I was able to create such a

beautiful volume with this mascara and I

do see increasing of my length I just

think my eyelashes look very pretty with

this mascara. I will continue to use this

mascara! and I love how they created

adjustable wand in this mascara you can

create volume and create length, it's a

great idea!

Guys, one more thing I'm sharing with you.

this is the sleep mask and it's pure

silk sleep mask. under eye area is very

tender and fragile and since we while

sleeping really don't realize how we do

it we can damage and stretch under eye

area so they created this sleep mask

that helps you to relax and just have a

better rest for your under-eye skin I am

very excited to use this mask. and I

didn't use it yet and I will tell you

later on how I like it. so this is the

box

I think it's a great idea so you can

protect and take care of your under-eye

area while you're sleeping for eight

hours. And I really like in the box

how it says sweet dreams :) that's such a

great idea! That is all for right now guys.

See you later

The Power of Ketones! - Duration: 6:09.

(Music) Ketogenic diets have been used

therapeutically for the treatment of

epilepsy since the 1920s.

Today armed with even more scientific

evidence, many practitioners have

continued using Ketogenic diets as

nutritional therapies for obesity,

neurological disorders and even some

cancers.

What got me really excited over

the last couple years was using this

powerful metabolic therapy for an

expanding range of applications, including neurological diseases,

cancer and performance applications.

Many people are also choosing to live

Ketogenic lifestyles based on the science

of the potential benefits for Health

performance and possibly even fat loss.

Joining us today to help us understand

more about the power of Ketones is Dr.

Andi Cappitelli welcome Dr. Andi.

Thanks for having me.

Thank you so much for

being here today.

Let's jump right in.

What exactly are Ketones and how do they

work.

Within our body, we have three

macronutrients.

We have carbohydrates

which are really great for an instant

source of fuel in the body we have

protein which helps build muscle and

then we have fat when our body breaks

down fats in our liver.

It creates these

little molecules called ketone bodies,

which then move into our blood and

circulate through the body to whichever

organ system use them as a source of

fuel.

We only do that when there's a lack

of glucose or sugar in our system.

What does eating a Ketogenic diet

look like?

Right, it's a very different from the

standard American diet.

We're so used to

really high sugar foods.

Foods that spike

our blood sugar, spike our insulin and so

we get energy rises and crashes that go

along with that.

With the Ketogenic diet,

it's actually a very high fat diet so at

least 70% of your diet comes from high

Healthy fats, moderate protein and very

low carbohydrates so less than 10

percent of your diet or under about 50

grams of carbs per day.

So quite a quite a shift from what most

people are used to consuming.

Everyone is so used to low-fat, no-fat, so

it's really getting that, mind... of

switching your mind and that mind frame to

embrace the fats and really understand the

benefits that fats have for you in your

body and that eating fat will not make

you fat.

Well, I know that endurance athletes

really love burning energy this way.

Because they feel like it maximizes

their performance.

How so exactly?

So in the past athletes are very sugar fueled.

We've heard a lot about carb loading

and things like that but now we're

seeing athletes are moving more towards

that Ketogenic state, because it

gives such a great source of fuel, really

great for the brain, for mood, for

concentration but also helps a lot with endurance

so and also the research is showing

from a muscle stem plet, helps to build

and maintain muscle mass, so there's

a lot of benefit for athletes.

Are there any other

benefits aside from you know maximizing

their energy supply?

Absolutely, so because the diet is moving to a

lower carbohydrate higher fat diet the

first thing we see are changes in

blood glucose levels and insulin

levels.

So we're going to see the insulin

levels go down, we're seeing improvements

and insulin sensitivity changes in

metabolic syndrome markers like

cholesterol and so improvements in HDL cholesterol

and LDL, even changes in blood sugar

levels and we also know that Ketones can

impact our hunger hormones are

letpin ghrelin.

So we're seeing changes in food cravings

and our sense of satiety or desire to

eat so a lot of really great benefits.

iIt sounds like a Ketogenic

lifestyle can be difficult for some, so do you

have anything that will increase the

level of Ketones in your body?

Absolutely and you're right it can be quite

difficult for some people to follow those,

the strict guidelines of the

Ketogenic diet and in the past that was really

the only way to get Ketones into our

system or into our blood but recently in

the past few years we now have exogenous

ketones.

So we have keto OS by proof, it as

an exogenous ketone supplement.

Where you can actually drink the Ketones

allowing your blood levels of Ketones to

increase so puts you into a state of

ketosis even if you're not following a

Ketogenic diet and if you do follow a Ketogenic

diet it really does help to support that

transition in the body as well well.

We're going to actually be meeting in

just a little bit with Brian Underwood

who is the CEO of Pruvit, who's got lots to say about

these type of Ketones.

So stay with us and we'll be right back.

(Music)

(Music) Welcome back to Access Health.

We're here with Dr. Andi Campitelli and

we've just welcomed Brian Underwood CEO

of Pruvit.

Welcome Brian, so tell me a little bit

about Pruvit and how you've managed to

bring Ketones to the market?

When we started Pruvit the focus was

how can we introduce evidence based

products and programs to help people become a

better version of themselves and that's

when we found the technology of Ketones

and some of the research that Dr.

Dominique D'Agostino was doing.

Our product is

actually utilized as a patent that he

patented through some of his research

through Ketones or Ketogenic diet at the

University of South Florida.

Tell me a little bit about what we have

here today?

Well, you know our products were inspired

and formulated to just help support the

keto lifestyle or for anyone that's

looking for a greater fuel source.

It's really simple to take.

We wanted to make

it convenient so you have little packets

that you can take with you during the day.

I generally suggest taking it first

thing in the morning, to start your day.

If you're new and you've never had them

before start with one serving in the

morning and we also have a keto cream

that you can start with.

Take it in

the morning, see how you feel but

generally I like to do it twice a day so

first thing in the morning when you wake

up and then in the afternoon when you

feel that energy dip, kind of around

three o'clock.

Brian where can we find

more information about Ketogenic and

about your products?

Check out you know,

our Facebook page, facebook.com/JustPruvit

J-U-S-T Pruvit. or our website PruvitNow.com and we have

a wealth of information and we have tens

of millions of experiences out there so

you can actually hear some of the

stories and some of the impact that the

technology is making in the market.

Fantastic, Dr. Andi and Brian, thank you

so much for joining us and of course you

can find everything you've seen here

today on our web site AccessHealth.TV

and don't forget to follow us on Facebook and Twitter

Camila Cabello - I Have Questions (Lyrics / Lyric Video) - Duration: 3:41.

Why did you leave me here to burn?

I'm way too young to be this hurt I feel doomed in hotel rooms

Staring straight up at the wall Counting wounds and I am trying to numb them

all

Do you care, do you care?

Why don't you care?

I gave you all of me My blood, my sweat, my heart, and my tears

Why don't you care, why don't you care?

I was there, I was there, when no one was Now you're gone and I'm here

I have questions for you Number one, tell me who you think you are

You got some nerve trying to tear my faith apart

(I have questions for you) Number two, why would you try and play me

for a fool?

I should have never ever ever trusted you (I have questions)

Number three, why weren't you, who you swore that you would be?

I have questions, I got questions haunting me

I have questions for you I have questions for you (I have questions)

I have questions for you

My, my name was safest in your mouth And why'd you have to go and spit it out?

Oh, your voice, it was the most familiar sound But it sounds so dangerous to me now

I have questions for you Number one, tell me who you think you are

You got some nerve trying to tear my faith apart

(I have questions for you) Number two, why would you try and play me

for a fool?

I should have never ever ever trusted you I have questions for you

I have questions for you I have questions for you (I have questions)

I have questions for you

Do you care, do you care?

Why don't you care?

I gave you all of me My blood, my sweat, my heart, and my tears

Why don't you care, why don't you care?

I was there, I was there, when no one was Now you're gone and I'm here

I have questions for you, ooh I have questions for you

I have questions for you (I have questions) I have questions for you (yeah, yeah, yeah,

yeah) I have questions for you, ooh

I have questions for you (foul play, no, foul play, no)

I have questions for you (I have questions) I have questions for you

I have questions for you

How do I fix it?

Can we talk?

Can we communicate?

Can we talk?

Do I wanna fix it?

I have questions for you (I'm afraid of you) Is it my fault?

Is it my fault?

Do you miss me?

Sometimes You Have To Let People Go - Duration: 1:22.

Okay so I've been talking about staff

and leadership a little bit lately and I

think there's one really really big

important point that I have to preface

here and that I have to put out to

everybody. If you get someone who

continuously refuses to do their job

someone who continuously refuses to do

what you say, someone who gives you

excuse, after excuse, after excuse, after

excuse and never actually follows

through because they're scared or they

can't do it or they don't know or

whatever excuse they throw out it's because

they're not ready and I've had this

happen to me a couple times and these

are the people that you give literally

everything to. You mentor them, you talk

to them, you console them, you say you're

there for them. You do all these things

and then they eventually they'll quit

and they're they're going to say oh it

was your fault you did I just wasn't

ready this isn't something I wanted to

do and so what I think you need to do to

setup this up at the beginning is, once

you recognize this you have to

immediately make the decision to let

that person go. If you just keep leading

it on and you keep trying to save it and

you keep trying to build them up. But

they just never get anywhere. You're

going to set yourself up for heartache

on both your ends at the end of the

relationship in the business and so if

you have the situation and you spot it

make that decision to end it right away

thanks for watching

you

Here's What The Media Doesn't Want You To Know About The Manchester - politics - Duration: 3:37.

Heres What The Media Doesnt Want You To Know About The Manchester Attack

Heres what the media and politicians dont want you to know about the Manchester, UK,

suicide attack: Salman Abedi, the 22 year old who killed nearly two dozen concert-goers

in Manchester, UK, was the product of the US and UK overthrow of Gaddafi in Libya and

regime change policy in Syria.

He was a radicalized Libyan whose family fled Gaddafis secular Libya, and later he trained

to be an armed rebel in Syria, fighting for the US and UK regime change policy

toward the secular Assad government.

The suicide attacker was the direct product of US and UK interventions in the greater

Middle East.

According to the London Telegraph, Abedi, a son of Libyan immigrants living in a radicalized

Muslim neighborhood in Manchester had returned to Libya several times after the overthrow

of Muamar Gaddafi, most recently just weeks ago.

After the US/UK and allied liberation of Libya, all manner of previously outlawed

and fiercely suppressed radical jihadist groups suddenly found they had free rein to operate

in Libya.

This is the Libya that Abedi returned to and where he likely prepared for his suicide attack

on pop concert attendees.

Before the US-led attack on Libya in 2011, there was no al-Qaeda, ISIS, or any other

related terrorist organization operating (at least with impunity) on Libyan soil.

Gaddafi himself warned Europe in January 2011 that if they overthrew his government the

result would be radical Islamist attacks on Europe, but European governments paid no heed

to the warnings.

Post-Gaddafi Libya became an incubator of Islamist terrorists and terrorism, including

prime recruiting ground for extremists to fight jihad in Syria against the also-secular

Bashar Assad.

In Salman Abedi we have the convergence of both these disastrous US/UK and allied interventions,

however: it turns out that not only did Abedi make trips to Libya to radicalize and train

for terror, but he also travelled to Syria to become one of the Syria rebels fighting

on the same side as the US and UK to overthrow the Assad government.

Was he perhaps even trained in a CIA program?

We dont know, but it certainly is possible.

While the mainstream media and opportunistic politicians will argue that the only solution

is more western intervention in the Middle East, the plain truth is that at least partial

responsibility for this attack lies at the feet of those who pushed and pursued western

intervention in Libya and Syria.

There would have been no jihadist training camps in Libya had Gaddafi not been overthrown

by the US/UK and allies.

There would have been no explosion of ISIS or al-Qaeda in Syria had it not been for the

US/UK and allied policy of regime change in that country.

When thinking about Abedis guilt for this heinous act of murder, do not forget those

interventionists who lit the fuse that started this conflagration.

The guilt rests squarely on their shoulders as well.
