For the first time ever I concur with an Obama official.

Morell is correct.

Obama did nothing about Russia.

Brennan said that he would not state on the off chance that he saw or did not perceive

any immediate connections amongst Russia and Donald Trump.

Remarked Gowdy, "That does not help us a whole lot."

Brennan added, "I was aware of intelligence and information about contacts between Russian

officials and U.S. persons that raised concerns in my mind about whether or not those individuals

were cooperating with the Russians.

… That served as the basis for the FBI investigation to determine whether such collusion, cooperation

occurred.

Gowdy was not impressed.

He said, "Well, there are a bunch of words that start with 'C' floating around."

He added, "I asked you about collusion, coordination and conspiracy, and you used

the word 'contact.'

Contact could be benign or not benign.

So was it contact you saw … what was the nature of what you saw?

"Answered Brennan," I saw interaction.

But I do not know.

I do not have sufficient information to make a determination whether or not there was cooperation

or complicity or collusion.

Then select the data itself, its table and fields.

Next.

Specify what time period you want the exported data to include.

For this example, I'll set it to 24 hours.

Next.

Select the schedule, or how often you want the data exported.

Use a specific date and time to start generating and sending the report.

Next.

Choose a format.

I'll use the default, comma delimited.

Next.

And, delivery via either email or FTP.

For this example, I'll use email.

And Create the report.

If you want to make changes, select the report, and Edit.

Use the Next and Previous buttons to make required changes.

Here I'll change the time the report gets generated and sent.

Now you're back to your list of scheduled reports.

At the scheduled time, Konect will generate and send the requested report.

In this example I received an email with the data file in csv format attached.

What is the Rotator Cuff? How does the Rotator Cuff work? - Duration: 2:11.

Hi this is Dana Ranahan from Body Works sports Physiotherapy and I'm here today to talk

to you about the rotator cuff and how it works and how it controls the shoulder.

So often in the clinic, we get questions about what is the rotator cuff and how does it work

and if I get a tear in my rotator cuff, what does that mean?

Well the rotator cuff is a group of muscles that runs from the shoulder blade and attaches

into the humerus or the arm bone and effectively controls movement.

So what you're looking at from the front here is the front of the shoulder blade, so

you can see your collar bone or your clavicle here, the shoulder blade or the scapula, this

is the front so this is called subscapularis and it comes and attaches onto the front and

the ball and socket joint.

And if we peel back that muscle, you get a view of the ball and socket joint effectively

so when the arm moves you can see the ball moving in the socket.

So on the front surface where the supraspinatus comes in, it controls the front aspect and

on the back, we can look at the different muscles that contribute to the rotator cuff.

So we have infraspinatus in here that comes in here and attaches on the back and supraspinatus

that comes across the top and supraspinatus kind of comes through this little tunnel and

attaches on the tip of the shoulder here.

So the supraspinatus is a commonly injured one that when we raise our arm, it can get

pinched in this little tunnel and can get pressure or rubbing against the acromion.

So effectively, the rotator cuff forms like a "cuff" around the ball and socket joint

to help control dynamically when we move our arms so the ball stays centred in the socket.

Sometimes we get problems where the shoulder rolls forward or pushes forward in the joint

and it can put more pressure on different tendons and this is often how we get strains

or tears in tendons.

a piece of cloth or waxing strip, a vessel (to heat),

a waxing spatula or a butter knife, some water – optional, in case you need

to dilute the paste

Procedure

Mix the sugar, lemon and honey in a small bowl.

Heat the mixture for 3 minutes to get a smooth paste.

You can also use the microwave for this.

If the paste is getting too thick, add some water to thin it.

Mix well.

Let the mixture cool at room temperature.

Using cornstarch or plain flour, dust the body parts you'll remove hair from.

Using the waxing spatula or butter knife, spread a thin layer of this warm mixture on

the areas where you want to remove hair from.

Apply in the direction of hair growth.

As soon as you start finish spreading the paste, cover it with a cloth or waxing strip.

Press to stick it to the paste.

Pull in the opposite direction of hair growth to effectively remove unwanted hair.

Do this whenever you notice unwanted hair on your arms or legs.

With the new Operation you get a coin, in this video I'll show you how to upgrade the

Hydra Coin.

So first of all, you have the Bronze Coin, the Silver Coin, the Gold Coin and the new

Diamond Coin (which hasn't been in any previous operation).

You get Bronze when you buy the Operation.

To unlock the other coins you need these Stars.

For Silver it's 5 Stars, for Gold it's 18 Stars and for Diamond it's 25 Stars.

So, how do you get Stars?

The first way is by playing all the Guardian Missions.

If you play all the Guardian Missions you will get (in total) 7 Stars.

These are the only Guardian Missions you will get, but you can complete them whenever you

want as long as the Operation is still active.

The second way of getting Stars is by playing Hydra Events.

What are Hydra Events?

Each week, one of three events are chosen by Valve: Wingman, Weapons Expert, and War Games.

This week it's War Games as you can see here.

The first event unlocks 2000 Event XP that you can collect, next event will increase

the pool to 4000, next event 6000, next event 8000, and this keeps going on all the way

up to 36000.

So in total we will get 18 events.

Each time you get 2000 Event XP you get a Star, so that's 18 Stars.

Please note that this has nothing to do with your Profile Rank and playing Matchmaking

for example will not give you Event XP, you can only get event XP by playing Hydra Events. And you do that by clicking here.

It took me about 45 minutes to get 2000 Event XP so it's very

easy to reach that goal.

So, if you want the Diamond coin which is 25 Stars you would need to collect 36000 Event

XP which will give you 18 Stars and complete all the guardian missions which will give

you 7 Stars.

18 Stars plus the 7 Stars you get from Guardian Missions is 25 Stars.

This also means that the last Star you will ever get from this Operation is in September.

So basically, to upgrade the Hydra Coin, complete the Hydra Events for each week and finish

all the guardian missions.

Select Views from the Command Bar.

I'm going to edit a view or dashboard.

If you haven't created a Dashboard yet, watch our video titled Creating a Konect Dashboard.

I need a place for the image so, I'll add another column.

From the miscellaneous category, drag and drop a Dynamic Image into our new column.

Select the down arrow to edit the image settings.

Enter the public URL for the source image.

The update interval controls how often the image will be refreshed from the URL.

The Delay lets you set an offset for the update.

For example if your update interval was 60 minutes and you wanted the image to update

at ten past the hour you'd set the delay to ten.

Looks like a stormy day in Logan.

Save your changes.

Go to Views on the Command Bar to see your revised dashboard.

Remember, the images are displayed but not stored by Konect.
