AT&T Premier
Need to update information about a wireless user?
Premier makes it easy to update a user's name and address or a
value for a user-defined label.
If permission has been granted, administrators can update user
information for any of the wireless numbers they manage,
and wireless users can update their own information.
We'll show you how.
We'll start on the Premier home page already logged in as an
administrator, but the procedure is similar for other user roles.
From the"I want to"list, select "Change Wireless User Details".
Under "Search for", enter the wireless number that
you want to update user information for,
and then click Go.
The Update Wireless User Information page appears.
You can update the information in most fields.
If your company has user-defined labels,
you can also update the label values.
We want to assign this wireless number to a different user, so
we'll update the name and address fields
with the new information.
It's important to remember that the new address will be
used for the Primary Place of Use for this number.
When you've completed all required fields…
…click "Continue."
Verify your changes, and then click "Submit."
Your request is confirmed online...
…and by email.
We'll also notify you by email when your request is complete.
Usually within minutes.
And that's how easy it is to update information
for a wireless user!
For administrators who need to update similar information for
multiple wireless numbers, Premier offers a
bulk update feature.
