Waching daily May 27 2017

So, after watching "13 Reasons Why", I fell in love with it

and I decided to follow the actor who plays Tony.

He's one of my favorite characters.

You might know him as the "unhelpful Yoda".

My mother used to say, "Primero comemos, entonces lo demas".

That means, "First we eat, then we do everything else."

La bruja.

That's right.

To me, Tony is adorable.

But, anyway. Recently, he made a post about "13 Reasons Why I'm Happy".

Seeing this post, I thought it would be a good idea to make it into a video.

Throughout the recent years, I've been going through long episodes of anxiety and depression.

And in this process of healing, I've realized that

there are several things that I use to cope and to heal to maintain my mental health.

So, let's get started...

Cleaning and keeping my space organized,

whether it's at home, or wherever I work, or wherever I relax,

I feel less stressed.

Through gardening, I've learned patience.

I've felt accomplished for all the things that I've grown.

Gardening is sort of therapeutic.

I love the fact that I can eat from my garden.

So far, I've been growing peppers and vegetables.

And tomatoes.

I get this feeling of accomplishment from my garden.

Three words for you: Treat. Yo. Self.

Treating myself every now and then, really makes me happy.

And it doesn't have to stop at smoothies. It could be anything, really.

Clothes. Treat yo self.

Fragrances. Treat yo self.

Massages. Treat yo self.

Mimosas. Treat yo self.

Fine leather goods. Treat yo self.

It's the best day of the year.

The best day of the year!

I think other people- they don't have the resources,

or the time, or the support to actually treat themselves.

I'm here to tell you, you should treat yo self.

Velvet slippies, cashmere socks, velvet pants, cashmere turtleneck.

I'm a cashmere, velvet candy cane.

Treat. Yo. Self.

Didn't you just love the picture?

I did. But, I just felt so sorry for the creature... at the end.

Sorry for the creature?

What'd you want? Him to marry the girl?

He was kind of scary looking. But he wasn't really all bad.

Watching some of my favorite T.V. shows and films really make me feel better when I'm feeling down.

A good story where the underdog wins.

A good story that brings light to people who have suffered (and survived) through trauma in their lives,

whether it's based in real life, or based on fiction, really makes me happy.

I also have to give credit to an actress, who- in the process of healing-

I fell in love with her work.

Marilyn went through who own series of ups and downs concerning her mental health.

She's a very misunderstood woman.

Marilyn has a very charming vulnerability when it comes to her work on screen.

Had she been surrounded by the right people, who actually did care for her,

I believe she would've went on and accomplished many more great things in her life.

So thank you, Marilyn. For inspiring me to keep going.

Making it feel okay to be sad and vulnerable sometimes.

Making art- whether it's drawing, painting, or sewing- it is a good distraction from all of my problems.

It's like a getaway for my mind when things get tough.

I love being inspired by other people's art.

And one of those women that I usually get back to, is Frida.

I don't believe

that ever before has a woman

put such agonized poetry on canvas.

Shut up, panzon.

Who died?

Where is the music?

You see doctor, I followed your orders.

I didn't leave my bed.

Ay, doctor, if you let me have this tequila, I promise not to drink at my funeral.

It's a deal.

To Frida!

Frida is a woman who painted her own reality,

no matter how dark it was.

So thank you, Frida.

Thank you for inspiring me and others, to be persistent.

Listening to music is another reason that makes me happy.

It's pretty self-explanatory.

But, I'll just leave you with clips of musicians that I've listened to for years.

They've inspired me with their work, through their passion. Music is very therapeutic.

There are times where, I run into a problem- but I don't let being poor, being broke,

having a lack of resources due to my circumstances, stop me from making the best of what I have.

Fixing things, whether it's my clothing, whether it's something else

Really makes me feel accomplished: I save money.

I save time and effort.

I put my energy into something that I believe could be salvaged. And it makes me happy.

so that you can Align with your

beautiful, vibrant life in its highest expression.

So, when I say the word 'Now'

bring that word 'Now' into your Center.

Anywhere on your vertical center.

Here we go.

Okay, the first thing we want to do is to

Disentangle you from the fear

of negative energy.

Because your fear actually attracts more negative energy.

So we want to Disentangle fear of negative energy

Now.

And to activate that, bring the word 'Now' into your center.

Disentangle Now.

And collapse that down to zero, Now.

Okay, so your fear has Disentangled

and collapsed down to zero, Now.

You are Reintegrated with your grounded self, Now.

And you are Centered in Wholeness, Now.

Bring that into your Center

so that things don't knock you off balance.

And if stuff does occasionally happen,

like it does in life,

and you do get off-Center,

you can easily and automatically

come back to Center

just by saying, "Center, Now."

And go to your Center as you do that.

So any energies and resonances,

and anything that creates distortions

of your highest expression,

any weakening effects,

Disentangle from them all, Now.

Bring that into your Center, Now.

Disentangle and collapse it down to zero, Now.

Enter that to your Center.

And Align with your highest vibration,

or more accurately, your most in-tune resonance,

your true Alignment with your highest expression,

Now.

Bring that into your Center

so that you are vibrating high,

you are truly in-tune.

And any negative crap that's going on out there,

is not resonating with you.

So it doesn't affect you.

And this is something you can do often,

as needed.

And a lot more has been Disentangled

and collapsed down to zero

than what I said verbally.

There are a lot of other energies that are

Aligning with Wholeness, Now.

Beyond my words.

The words are just the tip of the energetic iceberg.

You are Aligned with Wholeness, Now.

Okay, notice what has shifted.

Do you feel lighter?

And clearer, and cleaner, and more energetic?

Align with that, Now.

Breathe that in and out.

Great! You can use this anytime

to get different shifts every time you watch,

and participate, different things will shift as needed.

hey guys you're watching X hit with me

Rebecca Louise today we're going to be

working on our lower back so I want you

to drop it down to the floor for the

first exercise we'll be doing back

extensions have your arms out in front

we're going to hold it here to five

seconds

three two one and then bring it in here

four five four three two one and then

extending the head up for another five

seconds we're going to go through this

five times so you've done it once let's

do it four more times arms out in front

three two one bring it in keeping that

chest off the floor and then lifting the

head up so looking straight out in front

of you pinching those elbows back and

let's take it out for the third time and

bring it in in just looking down at the

mat and then lifting the head up really

just think about pinching those

shoulders into the back lifting that

chest off the floor and let's go in for

the fourth time three two one

bring it in here five four three two one

and then let's lift that head up pull

the shoulders and chest off the floor

and it's taking time for one more really

stretch up think about someone pulling

you away extending that back

and putting those elbows in three two

one and the last one lifting that chest

up looking straight out three two one

okay we're going to stay on the floor

and we going to do a alternating

Superman's so I want you to bring up the

left arm and the right leg we're going

to hold it here for five seconds

and then going to swap to the other side

and we will do five of each okay so

let's bring it up so we've got ten of

these in total and just holding it there

two one

remember opposite arm to opposite leg

just lifting that chest and looking

straight out in front of you three two

one

okay you're halfway there and let's take

it up on to the other side so that's

right arm up with left leg up sit just

extend out more anything about someone

pulling you from either side extend that

arm up and the leg back okay let's go

into number eight three two one and

let's do one more on either side

and let's pick it up one more time five

four three two one

okay we're going to take it now to Cobra

and then Child's Pose so your hands in

by your chest I will you to pull up

we're going to hold this here for three

seconds and I'm going to take it down

into Child's Pose but we're going to

keep our hands and our knees in the same

position so if you can't get all the way

down that's fine so let's take it back

into the Cobra we do this five times

through extend that head up and let's go

down to Child's Pose thinking about

really stretching those arms out don't

move the knees or the hands

let's take it down for a third time and

then into Child's Pose

just nice and gentle movements and two

more times back into that Cobra really

stretch and open that chest out

back into Child's Pose you're going to

feel that each time you're going to be

able to get a little bit further down

and let's do it one more time

and Child's Pose for the last time when

he gripped those hands into the floor

and stretch out and gently come up to

standing we're going to go into the

founder so slight bend in the knees

we're going to take the arms back

stretch over our head and then we going

to go down to the floor with not bending

our knees anymore and then coming back

and pushing our hands into above our

knees and just stretching out that back

and then again we're going to do this

five times through pull the arms back

over the head just going to hold it for

a few counts on each one taking it down

but not bending that knees anymore and

then pressing into the knees and then

coming back so arms here over the head

coming down and press those hands into

the top of your legs and it's taking for

two more times

back

make sure we're breathing inhaling and

exhaling really strengthening that lower

back we always talk about things that we

do with our abs and it's really

important that we also strengthen that

lower back too and let's take it down

for the last time and then push those

hands into the top of the legs

okay give those legs a little bit of

shape because now we're going to go into

a founder squat so similar the arms are

up in the air we're going to just squat

down nice and slow and come up and

really extend those arms up to the

ceiling and keep your back nice and

straight I'm going to do ten of these

that's it's really coming down into that

squat extend those arms up four nice and

slowly

five keep that back straight and then

when you come down think about the

weight being in the back of your heels

you should be able to wiggle your toes

and 8s extend those arms up bringing

them back over so we're just engaging

that lower back and a final one make it

count

okay your last move is the woodpecker so

legs sort of as you're going to be doing

a lunge but we just want a slight bend

in that front knee and that back heel is

going to be on the ground we're going to

hold our arms up to the top hold that

here for three and then extend forward

for three and then engage our arms back

and then come back to Center we're gonna

do this five times through so let's take

it for four more bring it up for three

seconds and then leaning forward but not

bending that front knee take those arms

back keeping that back straight and come

back to Center

let's take it for three more

you really feel that stretch in the back

of the leg too as well as when we

leaning forward we're engaging that

lower back okay let's take it for one

more it's going to feel that when you go

forward you want to bend that front knee

I'm really trying not to just think

about moving that top half of your body

okay bring it back to Center let's swap

on to the other side now again just a

slight bend in that knee heel on the

back of the floor we're going to take

the arms up hold it here for three lean

forward and take it here and back to

Center again we've got five of these

take it up lengthen to the ceiling

really pull it out just think about

someone is grabbing you from up here and

then taking it down come back to Center

let's do three more standing out don't

move that front knee

extend those arms up bring it down and

Center and let's take it for one more

time stretch up lean forward bring those

arms back four three two one bring it

into the center and gently walk your

feet back in together well there you

have it there are some exercises for

your lower back we're always thinking

about our core and we need to also think

about strengthening the lower back to
