How To Get Rid of The Folds On Your Back And Sides in 21 Days

Fat accumulates in various body areas, and this tendency differs among people, as everyone's

However, the most disturbing fact is that fat deposits on certain body areas pose a

You should begin every exercise with 5-8 pound dumbbells in each hand and feet shoulder-width

apart.

1.

Bent-Over Circular Row

This exercise strengthens the chest, biceps, chest, mid-back, and upper back.

Bend the knees a bit, and make sure your abs are also engaged for support.

Then, bend forward to position the body parallel to the floor.

The hands should be extended toward the floor.

Then, slowly circle your arms to the left, up and toward your chest, over to the right,

and down.

Repeat the same to the right, and do 3 sets of 10-12 repetitions.

Push and Touch

This exercise will strengthen the upper back, shoulders, and chest.

The arms should be by the sides, and the palms should be facing forward.

Then, elevate the arms up to shoulder length, with the palms to the ceiling, and hold thus.

Next, in one fluid motion, elevate the arms over the head with the palms facing behind

you, and tap the ends of the weights together.

Return the arms to shoulder levels, hold a bit, and return to the starting position.

For best effects, make sure you do not move any other part of the body.

You should do 3 sets of 6-8 repetitions.

3.

Elbow Kiss

This exercise targets the chest and shoulders.

You should start with the arms raised to the shoulder level, and the palms faced up.

Then, bend the elbows to a 90-degree angle and pull the arms together in front of the

chest until the elbows "kiss" and your forearms touch.

The shoulder should not be raised.

Then, return to the initial position by reversing the steps.

You should repeat this in 3 sets of 10-12 repetitions.

4.

Crisscross Reverse Fly

This exercise strengthens the shoulders and the upper back.

Bend the knees a bit, and lean the body forward about 45-degrees.

Then, cross the arms at the wrists in front of the knees, and slowly lift them to shoulder

height.

Return to the starting position, and repeat with opposite hands crossed.

You should do 3 sets of 10-12 repetitions.

This is no hippie BBQ what I'm be

doing today is showing you how I cut

a watermelon I didn't think it was

that special but I just had a friend

over last weekend because of this

this way anyway first of all what you're

of a large chef's knife to cut it in

half then you're going to need a better

knife that you can maneuver around

really use and then they're going to

need the spoon typically I will do this

in the sink so my cutting angle would be

a little bit better than on this so for

video purposes can't go it over the

stake and do this anyway first thing

we're going to do on this is we're just

going to cut the watermelon hack in half all

right I'm going to fit one of the either

side now we're done with our big night

now we're going to do is we're going to

come through with this smaller night

we're going to cut around this ride and

the surface we're going to not go all

the way through the watermelon

okay how do we have to circle cut out

what we're going to do is we're just

said cut long strips is why did you want

to eat oh okay now that we have the

strip's go in that way we're going to do

the same thing so we're going to go to

the other direction so it's going to end

up looking like a cutting board we're

not a cutting board but a a checkerboard

alright that's it you got to cut up let

me set this aside now what we're going

to do is get a bowl we're going to take

our spoon when I come through we're

going to remove the watermelon slices

now for appearance purposes if you like

cut these in half I leave them whole and

once you get all these watermelon cubes

out you could just serve it as a whole

but what I like to do is I like to serve

it right back in the watermelon rind so

we have everything out pretty much I

could scoop the residents out of here

which I would do for out if we weren't

on camera but I wanted to take that long

so this way all that you do is add the

watermelon chunks back in now it's ready

to serve is that simple anyway

Hello guys! My name is Sherly and today,

in this new series, we are going to clue

for looks

"he's... he's clueing for looks"

In Yume Nikki!

I'm going to talk about theories,

possible explanations, symbolism, cultural references

and many other things.

We're going to try to understand what Yume Nikki

could be - since we have no idea what it really is

and we will never know...

But first of all I have to make some

warnings and disclaimers so bear with me...

Warning number one (not really a warning tho): please excuse my English.

I am NOT a native speaker

So if I make some grammar or pronounciation mistakes

just let me know in the comments

but keep in mind that English is not my first language

so also excuse my accent, obviously

If in the middle of the video you'll find yourself thinking:

"what is this crazy bitch blabbing about"

I am extremely sorry, I'll try to make

English subtitles for every single video

but since it's really time-consuming I

can't promise anything.

And excuse my cursing too, I am only a human

you may hear a couple of "fucks" in this series.

And the last thing about languages:

There is a lot of Japanese terms and names

mentioned in the universe of Yume Nikki

and my knowledge of Japanese language is

very limited...

In fact only two words are know are...

...probably sushi and tsunami

so I will most likely slaughter all the names.

I'm going to talk about things that might be triggering

is a really disturbing game

I'll try to put a name of the creator somewhere on the screen

every time I'll be covering some sort of theory

regarding Yume Niiki

However, some of them are so popular

that it would be impossible to actually find out

who came up with them first.

Also, I have several explanations stuck in my head

but can't find a name of the author now

so I hope you will forgive me, Mr. Author...

The point is, most of the theories I'm going to tell you about

in this video were not made by me - I just want that to be clear.

Same goes for all sorts of fanarts

including manga, light novel and fan-made animes.

So let's get started by simply explaining

what Yume Nikki is!

It is a freeware, surreal game

Made by Japanese developer KIKIYAMA

released in 2004, with the last update in 2007

It was created using RPGMaker 2003 but it has very few RPG elements

It is actually considered

to be one of the most original games

ever created an RPG maker

and it has a huge fanbase.

it is mostly famous for it's disturbing, somber atmosphere,

symbolism and incredible amount of fan theories

that explain the mysterious plot of the game.

Yume Nikki literally means "dream diary"

and it follows a young girl called Matotsuki

or more precisely: her dreams.

Our main goal is to gather 24 so-called "effects"

scattered around Madotsuki's dreamworld.

For some reason

Madotsuki doesn't leave her room

and her activities are quite limited.

She has a Famicom console, with only one game,

TV with no signal,

some books

(but you can't interact with the bookshelf),

mentioned dream diary,

and a bed.

The only way player can gather all the effects

and get "The Ending" event

is to go to sleep and explore Madotsuki's dreamworld.

There is no other plot than that,

There is no dialogue

all we have to do is find the effects.

The creator himself stated that Yume Nikki

is "simply an exploring game"

and that is has no other purpose or plot

so every single theory I'll cover in this series is fanmade.

There is no "right" or "original" interpretation,

There is no canon established:

everything is made by fans, for fans.

The game is not expected to be updated:

there is no contact with KIKIYAMA since 2008.

They are not responding to e-mails

and have not updated their website ever since.

Before they disappeared,

they gave their permission to Project Yume Nikki

who created merchandise a light novel and web manga.

however both light novel and manga are

just artists and writers interpretations

and they might be different from KIKIYAMA's

original idea about the game.

But let's talk about things that might have inspired KIKIYAMA

to create such a bizarre, unique game.

There is a book i will call "gamification" for short

because it has a really long, smart title

that you can find somewhere in the description.

It has a whole chapter about Yume Nikki

and the author of that chapter implies

that dream journal (I mean the game) or the title

"Yume Nikki" might have been inspired by

"Ten nights of dreams" - series of Japanese short novels.

It seems kind of far-fetched to me

since the only thing connecting Yume Nikki to Ten Nights

is a dream theme and there are no other similarities

(not that I know of)

Obviously they were both made in Japan but that's it.

These novels are definitely worth

checking out but I'm not really sure if

they were such a huge inspiration?

I might be an ignorant doofus right now

sorry

The other title "gamification" mentions

is LSD dream emulator and this one is so

much more believable to me.

LSD is also a Japanese exploration game

and it was based on a real dream diary.

Yume Nikki has a little different vibe to it,

but those two games have a lot in common:

both are about exploring the dreamworld,

both are really unsetteling, eerie and unique.

There are also some similarities in world design

- or at least I see them -

but I think I'll cover them later on.

Finally, while doing research for this episode

couple of months ago

I stumbled upon a theory on wikipedia

that mentioned Japanese TV show

about a man called Nasubi.

Encouraged by the article I've watched the whole show

hoping to find some more similarities (I didn't)

let me tell you what the show is about very quickly:

a man called Nasubi (it literally means "eggplant")

was challenged to stay alone in the room.

All of his personal belongings were taken away from him

including his clothes.

His goal was to win 1 million yen in prizes.

He was given postcards, pens,

magazines and radio so that he could enter contests.

The only thing he was allowed to possess

were things that he won.

He remained alone, naked,

in front of the camera for 15 months

opening his door only to receive mails and packages

Now, you can watch the show yourself or

check out the theory on Wikipedia

Yume Nikki and "A life out of prizes"

share a lot of similarities.

The most obvious one is isolation.

Madotsuki is locked up in her room just like Nasubi.

She either refuses to leave the apartment

or is locked inside of it

so just as someone pointed out on Wikipedia,

maybe Madotsuki is forced to stay in her room,

because she's a part of some sort of experiment.

maybe someone locked her up?

You can't really tell

because when you try to leave,

she shakes her head.

We do not know if she does that

because she's simply trying to tell that

she doesn't want to leave or if she

can't physically open the door, like it

was portrayed in manga.

Well, there is a lot of theories

regarding her isolation.

The most popular one is that Madotsuki is in fact Hikikomori

It is a Japanese term for social withdrawal

you can probably read the Wikipedia definition right now

and I'll put a video about Hikikomori phenomenon

in the description.

Basically, this theory says that Madotsuki chose

- more or less - to stay in her room.

Don't get me wrong, I'm not trying to say

that social anxiety or withdrawal

are something we choose - I am just trying

to emphasize that - according to that theory -

she was not kidnapped

and she's not being held in her room against her will by someone.

"Gamification" suggests that

KIKIYAMA was a hikikomori

and by sharing Yume Nikki with the world

they invited us to explore the world of

the Japanese recluse.

It also pointed out that we know absolutely nothing

about KIKIYAMA, that's why I keep referring to this

mysterious developer as "them", because we

don't even know what gender they are.

This theory seems solid and reasonable

so I personally think it's one of the

most probable explanations.

One more thing needs to be said about Madotsuki's isolation.

Notice that there is no kitchen or loo in her apartment.

This led some people to believe,

that Madotsuki is never in fact awake.

Her eyes seem to be closed in real world too

and the money she can gather in dreamworld

do not disappear when she wakes up.

I just wanted to point these things out

but we are going to look into this particular theory

a little bit later.

Alright, let's talk about Madotsuki herself

and let me call her Mado from now on

because her full name is painful to pronounce, sorry.

Again, I want you to remember

she might not be a hikikomori

- a lot ofwebsites mention it as a fact but it is not.

It is probable, it is a solid theory,

but it was not confirmed.

We don't know anything for sure

and I want to make that as clear as possible

Just as KIKIYAMA, Mado is an extremely mysterious person:

She is a girl

- whether she was born female or she's transgender:

we are going to discuss that too.

We don't even know her age,

she might be child or a grown up woman,

most people assume she's a teenager but really... we'll never know.

"Madotsuki" literally means "windowed"

and it is not used in Japan as a name

so it's probably just a nickname

or a symbol: as Yume Nikki wikipedia says,

"it could be thought of as being a

metaphor: more a description of a

character as the player's window into

the dream world rather than a literal name."

Mado never talks in the game and

of course we don't know what's the reason.

maybe she socially withdrawn

and can't communicate with people properly

maybe she's mute, maybe she can't talk to

the creatures she encounters because they

are not human - possibilities are endless.

There is no official artwork of Mado

so we don't really know what she looks like.

Of course we can see her sprite... obviously....

we can see her pink blouse and red shoes

but that's all, we have no details.

Also, she never opens her eyes

so we don't even know her eye colour.

An image of a female figure

resembling Mado was discovered

on an ancient poncho.

I have no idea where or when it was made,

but it is possible that KIKIYAMA was inspired

by that particular image.

Okay! I think we're done with explanations for now! (not really)

We can finally enter the magnificent world of Yume Nikki.

Menu is very simple: "load" button

is replaced by "diary" because we save our game

by writing in our dream diary obviously...

The introduction is showing us

basics of the gameplay: we are in our room,

we have to get in bed, dream,

and - if necessary - wake up by pressing 9 key.

Effects can be gathered by interacting

with different characters and each one

will give us new unique abilities.

After we get all of them we have to

drop them in the Door Room

or as we are going to call it in this series -

the Nexus.

We cansave our game at our desk when we wake up.

As you can see the game starts in Madotsuki's room

there is our Famicom there to the left

it wouldn't be there if we were in the dream world.

When try to leave the room Mado shakes her head.

We can't leave yet, we have to go to sleep first.

But before we go let me show you how Nasu works.

Nasu is the only game

Mado can play on her Famicom and it is about...

...catching eggplants (Nasubi reference?)

In Nasu we can control a little creature

that resembles a bird - keep that in mind

because we're going to encounter more bird-like characters.

It is surprisingly called "Nasu" by fans

and it's the only character we can control, apart from Mado.

That was kind of pointless but okay.

We can't do a lot here...

We get teleported to our balcony

every time we enter the dream world...

I don't know if there's a reason for that...

You can see the sky is different,

it looks kind of extraterrestrial

and our Famicom is gone as I said.

Now we can leave!

We are in the Nexus now or the Door Room

as some people call it.

Nexus is a main room of some sort

we can enter all 12 Original Locations from here

and that doesn't mean that there are only 12 locations in Yume Nikki,

there are also Deeper Locations,

they are just a little harder to get into.

Actually this is how Mado's dreamworld looks like

more or less

so...yeah, that's... that's a lot of worlds

Let's get back to the Nexus: from here we can enter 12 worlds.

All of them contain doors and portals

that can be used to reach Deeper Locations.

Here our journey begins

and unfortunately we'll enter one of

these doors in the next episode so it

kind of ends too... :(

Hello hello I'm Chandra from Mysteries of Writing if

So today I'm back with a Wednesday cliché video and I just thought that I'd speak

about my top 10 least favourite tropes and why I don't really like them and this is

just an opinion so if you really love these tropes don't freak out you're allowed

to like them and you're allowed to write about them I just don't necessarily enjoy

them because when I'm reading them it feels like the writer took an easy way out but it

doesn't mean that that's necessarily the case so don't take this to heart

Number 1 Instalove well this one this one is just cue the * puke sound* well I mean

come on do people really meet up together and just decide that they instantly love each

other I don't buy it Number 2 The evil guy is just evil for the

sake of being evil and he has no real reason or motive behind why he wants to be evil well

come on give me a break guys nobody is that insane most people have a reason behind why

they're evil even if it's stupid they still have a reason

Number 3 The selfless heroes these people just totally love everybody around them and

they don't bother with themselves at all there's an evil curse that's about to

break out soon and the entire town is going to be affected by this unless the heroes family

undergoes some crucial event of their own you guessed it the selfless hero is here somebody

needs to be sacrificed because of some pact or deal that was made in the past and well

you know they could just take a random person and kill that person off but you guessed it

the selfless hero sacrifices themselves instead Number 4 Character names that suggest way

too much about their personality now this one really bugs me because well people don't

have just one personality there's a whole bunch of personality traits that make up one

personality and now you're just naming someone after one trait shame poor guy

Number 5 Magical systems that follow no discernable rules at all the thing about this one is literally

anything can happen and magic is there to save the day and well it's unfair

Number 6 Conveniency whether that be magic, people, settings, time, it doesn't matter

everything seems to just go well for your character and they conveniently arrive at

the place that they need to be at in time they conveniently save the day because they

had some magical potion that just pitched up in their coat that was never really mentioned

before or some random character just pitches up and saves everybody point is real life

never happens like that I mean don't get me wrong I'd love it if real life was like

that but it's not so don't give me false hope it's bad enough that your story isn't

real Number 7 Healing potions just seem to work

in a matter of minutes so death is never a problem just save their lives yay

Number 8 People running around in the dark with a little lantern and they're in some

forest or some dark dark place with a lot of bumpy pathways you know and somehow they

never trip and hurt themselves they just get through without any problems I mean please

tell me I'm not the only person that's this clumsy I mean surely other people fall

over in the dark as well or do these characters just have some sort of supersonic eyesight

that we didn't get told about in the beginning of the book *sigh*

Number 9 The secret passages are conveniently never booby trapped because I mean your hero

is the only one that knows about your secret passage and nobody else in the entire world

has ever heard about this yeah I find this kind of hard to believe

Number 10 Characters are able to perform all these terrible, violent and horrible things

or they witness it and they never seem to come out with some mental repercussions from

this like having nightmares or psychosis or post-traumatic stress disorder I mean unless

we're dealing with psychopaths I don't quite understand why they don't feel anything

about this Well that's it for now if you have any favourite

Dungeon boosting system - explanation and tips - Duration: 5:12.

Ahoy!

From what I've noticed there's a lot of confusion regarding the dungeon boost system among players.

Let me clear that up a bit, and give you a general idea of when it's worth boosting a dungeon.

First of all, to boost a dungeon, you must move the little slider in the dungeon window before entering.

The items needed to do that, are called gemstones of transcendence, and they are available for purchase from any grocer NPC.

The dungeon level can be boosted by a maximum of 10, for which you need 25 gems.

So why would you boost the dungeon? Basically, there are 2 reasons. 1 is exp, the other is loot.

There is a phenomenon that when you hit a chest, it drops more than 1 item.

This is called multi drop. The chance for the chest to drop multiple items is determined by the number of people in the party,

and the boost level of the dungeon.

The more people, and the higher the level, the more chance you have to find more items.

Should you boost your dungeons? Well that's up to you!

However, there are a few things you should consider, and I hope I'll be able to help you in your decision.

First, keep in mind that boosting the dungeon increases the difficulty.

For each gemstone you use, the level of every single monster is increased. So at level 5, they become 8 levels higher, whereas level 10 increases monster level by 25.

Therefore, experience gain can be greatly increased this way.

However, also note that boosting not only increases the level of the dwellers of that dungeon, but various stats,

like Health, Defense, Attack, and even Penetration!

So basically if you can finish a dungeon without even using a health potion, you should be fine with boosting it,

but if you regularly die or get close to death in normal runs, you might want to reconsider this.

The second thing to take into consideration is the amount of time it takes for you to finish a run.

With the difficulty rising, the time it takes to finish it increases as well.

If your run takes longer than 15 minutes, then another couple of minutes probably won't make much difference.

And if it's the opposite, with a run taking less than 2 or 3 minutes, then you probably won't mind if it takes half a minute longer for a chance at more drops.

Third, keep in mind that the gemstones cost 100 thousand alz each.

hat means boosting a run to level 10 costs an extra 2.5 million + the entry item.

So if the entry is practically free, you'll pretty much pay only for the gems.

If the entry costs a small fortune, then a few hundred thousand alz for the gems won't make so much difference.

The fourth, and last thing to consider, is the number of chests, or if there are any special chests.

For example Altar of Siena B2F is mainly farmed for the bracelet pieces, and going through the whole run just for that last chest is quite annoying.

On the other hand, DX dungeons with 2 chests might make you wonder if you want another force core for your time.

Well, I believe those are the most important points to give some thought.

Now, an example or two on the dungeons that I think are worth boosting, or not.

As I mentioned Altar of Siena B2F is a good idea because if the run already takes 10 minutes,

you'll have higher chance to find another bracelet piece in exchange for a couple more minutes and a few hundred thousand alz.

It's certainly faster than doing another run.

Eternal Chaos Arena is often boosted for the experience points.

Keep in mind, that the number of fragments you get won't be increased though.

Regular Chaos Arena however doesn't give you anything.

The chests there drop a fixed amount of items, which is not affected by multi drop chance.

I mentioned DX dungeons, as something that's totally not worth boosting.

Awakened DX dungeons, however, as well as normal and Awakened Hazardous Valley already cost several millions,

so in my opinion more chance to find epic loot is worth the extra time and money.

Watch out for the difficulty though!

Also from what I've heard and experienced, your chance to find elemental stones in ADX dungeons is also higher if you boost the dungeon,

and there's even a chance to find more than 1 at a time!

And last but not least, boosting the dungeon's level can make it more fun.

Try Altar of Siena B1F with a full party at level 10 and you'll know what I'm talking about.

You might start feeling nostalgic, being killed by random monsters on your way, or with bosses wiping out the whole party with a spike attack.

- Welcome to another episode of Watch & Go.

The series where we review things

that we watch while we do our wash & go.

Today's going to be kinda different

cause I'm just gonna twist my hair

and put the head wrap on.

So let's get this hair separated

and then I will review Chewing Gum.

- I'm gonna make it happen.

- [Narrator] But she still has a lot to learn.

- So I'm gonna run through the products

I'm gonna use real quick.

I'm gonna spray my hair with water

using this Curl Keeper H2O water bottle.

It creates a fine mist.

I will detangle and eventually co-wash my hair

with Briogeo Be Gentle Be Kind Avocado and Quinoa Co-wash.

This is the 16 oz. that I stole from the office.

Once I rinse that out, I will just

put a leave-in conditioner,

the Camille Rose Naturals Coconut Water

Leave-in Detangling hair treatment.

One of my favorites.

And then if I'm feeling fancy, I'll seal my hair

with this Innersense Harmonic Healing Oil.

Chewing Gum is originally a British show

that is now available to us here in the States via Netflix.

This girl living in the estates,

which is what they call like projects in England I guess.

She is about 23

24 years old

and she is trying to lose her v-card.

She has never, uh,

known a man as they say.

The show just follows her ridiculous shenanigans.

Trying to accomplish this moment in her life, right?

Chewing Gum, in general, is pretty disgusting.

It's the sort of bodily function humor that,

I guess in the US, I associate with straight white bros.

The Pineapple Expresses of the, you know, industry.

Throw up sometimes. There's lots of other bodily fluids.

But then there are some parts that are very,

there's a silliness to the whole show that I kind of admire.

Her character is so oblivious

to everything happening around her and because of her.

And she's sloppy.

So season two opens up, they got kicked out

and so they are in like a homeless shelter.

They are trying to get down in this shelter's bathroom.

The first episode opens up with,

I think she throws up on herself.

I don't understand why she's throwing up.

Why they are showing the throw up.

Why she's not wiping the throw up off.

In season one, you find out that Boy Tracy,

her biological cousin, is like attracted to her.

And it just continues in season two.

His episode is arguably the most disgusting.

It is so gross.

This show is so gross.

But I can't stop watching it.

So what do that say about me?

I have detangled my hair. Applied the co-wash.

I'm gonna go actually, scrub my scalp,

you know what I'm saying.

And then I will come back and we'll pick up.

Clear

For all the disgusting,

crude, and rude shenanigans

I understand the different things

that this show is trying to tackle.

The undertone of the show is that here's Tracy,

a dark skinned girl who lives in the projects.

Raised by a super conservative, religious Nigerian mom.

Society basically tells her

that she's not attractive, right?

I know what it feels like to live in a society

that praises everything that is not you.

Her best friend, she is conventionally

the more desirable type of black person.

There are other characters in the show,

they're basically the British version of white trash.

All they do is have brown babies, like that's all they do.

Don't know who the dads are.

She's like "I'm here."

"I feel like I have something to bring to the table."

"How come things aren't happening for me?"

So that is kind of what Tracy and

the writer,

oh I never mentioned it.

Michaela Cole is the writer of the show

and she's also the main character.

Get it? So you're getting it. You're getting it.

Okay, so I have twisted up my hair.

I'm going to add just a drop,

like a little pump of the oil to seal in the moisture

or something.

And now I am going to just throw a head wrap on okay?

But I never get it right the first time.

You tie, so then I tie another knot.

This is not going well.

I'm gonna go do this is a mirror, that make sense.

I give, oh, I finished the head wrap off camera.

I give it four out of five.

I give it four out of five stars.

Even though it's gross.

The characters are lovable. Lovably problematic.

It's not even gonna take your whole weekend.

It's literally an evening binge.

for you guys to do a CEO job or a club

emcee job you have to be in a public

lobby let me take that back

CEO mission has to be in a public lobby

you cannot register as a CEO and do

missions without being in a public lobby

you need to be out there your work has

to be exposed to other players and

sometimes they kill your cargo and they

take you completely out it's not the

case with the MC club however you can be

in a private session and you can go

ahead to the wall right beside your

table and you can start your missions

right there now if you go to the

computer I try to do it it wouldn't let

me sit on that computer so you can go

ahead and just go straight to that wall

once you go to the wall for the missions

it will register you as an MC in my case

boys and girls

I got the mission which is funny because

this was supposed to be a secret alien

location according to somebody on the

internet I get the mission that you can

go into the police station you can take

all this mathematics that you want you

can do whatever that you want in there

anything that you like and you can come

out eventually when you have the key to

escort somebody all the way to the other

end of the map you guys know that

everything that Rockstar does has timing

involved in it so this mission was half

an hour they give you half that

what they gave I did not sit for the

entire half an hour but I wanted to take

a couple of snappamatic so I wanted to

roam around in the police station a

little bit because somebody did say it's

a hidden location after I got my fill of

that I got the key and I went down got

the guy and we gunned it out of there in

style and you guys this is good money

this is like the best you're going to

get right now especially when it comes

to solo money glitches there is nothing

available this is 50,000 dollars right

there now it's very easy for you to get

back into the clubhouse and restart

another mission and keep going with this

but there is even a better way to do it

if you set yourself to spawn location to

spawn in your Clubhouse you can go

straight into the creator and from there

start another invite on this session the

beauty of this is the jobs that you have

on the wall are going to be switched

around so if you don't like certain jobs

or if you finish the job and they're not

renewing once you go to the creator and

you come back into a solo invite-only

session you are good to go you guys make

sure you're farming this method it is

the ves available comparing it to racing

you're not always going to win you're

not going to walk away with $50,000 per

race comparing it to missions that we

were doing the missions were taking a

little bit longer than this and

sometimes you got killed because other

people were doing stupid stuff this is

solo and solo stuff in this game when it

comes to money making method or glitches

is not really available all that time so

jump on it and make sure you make your

money I see you guys on the next segment

that single gray cloud turns into two

and then five and that blue sky that you

depended on is nearly gone, but you

set out and you keep going and pushing

along and along despite the fact that

the rain starts to fall. One negative

thing turns into a hundred and it's late

at night. The lights are low and your

thoughts are running a mile a minute and

you want them to stop just for a moment

for a second so you can get some clarity, so

you can regain that feeling of hope once

again. You must make a choice at this

point.

Through all the pain and the anger that

you feel inside, you must make a choice.

You must make the choice of whether to

walk the path of failure or success.

There is no third option. You must choose

and trust me I've been there so many

times when the bills kept piling higher

and higher and my frustration and depression

kept pushing harder and harder. I had to

choose. Do I keep going? Or do I simply

give up? Because here's the truth about

giving up. That path leads to one thing

and one thing alone.

Regret.

Regret about not having tried harder.

People on their

deathbeds were interviewed and the one

thing that they had in common at the end

is that they all had some sort of

feeling of regret. Regret at not having

gone for their dreams, their goals and

what truly makes them happy. So you must

choose whether you want

regret or happiness, it truly is that

simple. So when you're feeling like

giving up when the pay within you is

too great to even handle with everyone

around you is telling you to turn back

around. Don't. Keep going. Push harder

Work harder. Do more. Keep going.
